With the team all grouped together and getting beyond the usual introductions, it seemed that everyone was feeling ready for the test that lay ahead of them. As people spoke, Ryuusei took it upon himself to assume a leadership role among the small group, something that did not surprise Takumi in the slightest based off his impression of the boy from their meeting earlier. Never being one to take command or even feel comfortable asking people for simple favors, Takumi felt a huge wave of relief when Ryuusei stepped up in that regard, not that he felt that he would have ended up being forced into a de facto leadership position had that not happened...
Takumi didn't know much about any of this hero stuff, and even less about strategy or tactics or anything like that, so the boy's mind held zero judgement as Ryuusei explained the outline of his plan, for better or worse. The only thoughts that were running through his mind after hearing Ryuu's ideas were to stick with Aiden and Chise, and that between the three of them Aiden would be the one in charge. Another wave of relief sweeping through Takumi came with this delegation of powers.
Chise was one of the students in his group and subdivided squad, and was also a student of Yuuei, albeit one whom Takumi had yet to meet before this moment. Based on how she introduced herself to everyone, Takumi initially thought that she seemed like a sweet individual with no intentions of stirring the pot and every intention of trying her best to work well and get along with everyone there, and when she mentioned that she was president of Support Studies it didn't phase him at all. With the way Chise carried herself in that moment, it made sense in his mind, even without any other information about who she was. Her quirk was really interesting to say the least, although Takumi wasn't sure how comfortable he would feel if she needed to mimic his voice for any reason, which was of course the first thought that popped into his head when she mentioned how she obtained someone else's voice. On top of that, she was admittedly trained in martial arts, much like many of the students that seemed to come to Yuuei, prompting the passing thought from Takumi that maybe he should take up some training and work towards improving himself in that area. All that aside, he didn't think that martial arts would be all too relevant in this type of event but he could very well be extremely wrong.
On the other end of the spectrum within his smaller sub group was Aiden, the foreign kid from Canada. In a confrontational, if not straight up condescending, manner that completely dwarfed any tension that was created between Ryuusei and Emi at the prior meetup, Aiden wasted no time in calling out everyone else and talking down to them as if they basically didn't deserve to be grouped up with him, as if they were just dead weight that he would need to drag across the metaphorical finish line in order to look good in the event. Takumi's nostrils flared a bit and his eyes squinted slightly, but the boy held his tongue and chose not to retort, partially out of a fear that doing so might hurt relations and ultimately the group's chances of doing well today, but moreso out of his own apprehensive nature and aversion how vulnerable direct conflict made him feel.
While Takumi took zero actual action against Aiden's words, he could hear a muffled "Baka" slip out through a cough and fist from Relena, eliciting a soft chuckle from the boy. His own fist would come up to cover his closed lips as the chuckle was expelled through his nose in more of a forceful sigh than being actual laughter through his mouth.
Aiden would make one more jab at the group, this one more specifically directed at Ryuusei and Relena, basically calling them cowards before calling on Takumi and Chise to follow him; with just a few quick words uttered, the foreign student ran off and expected to be followed with no objection.
Alright! Good luck, you guys! Takumi ran off, following Aiden and he gave a friendly wave back to Ryuusei and Relena as he wished them luck before turning back to facing (the back of) Aiden and doing his best to keep up. It was clear right away that this boy was in better shape than himself, but Takumi wasn't going to let himself fail or give up because of something like getting tired from running.
As Takumi started running, he would try to focus on keeping his pace steady instead of sprinting as he followed Aiden, and would pull up to Chise first. Hey, good luck... I'm sure we're gonna do an awesome job today! With some encouraging words given to Chise, Takumi would give her a bright smile and a thumbs up as best as he could while running before returning his focus to keeping up with Aiden.
Okay, so how do you want to do this? Takumi would do his best to get to a close, but not invasive, distance of Aiden before asking him for his thoughts through a huffed voice while still trying to run. He would be ready to follow Aiden wherever he ran, unless the boy snapped out some commands expressing a desire for him to do otherwise. Part of Takumi was still upset over the way Aiden spoke to everyone a minute ago, but he needed to be able to let it go... or at least suppress it for the time being so that he could mesh with everyone. He knew that if things broke down between the three of them during the event, it would also hurt Ryuu and Relena even if they weren't around. On top of that, Chise seemed so sweet that Takumi didn't want to risk doing anything that might end up affecting her negatively either.
Tl;Dr - Takumi relieved that Ryuusei acting as leader. - Takumi is very upset by the way Aiden acts but doesn't do anything about it. He's amused by Relena calling Aiden a baka behind a cough. - Takumi wishes Relena and Ryuu good luck as they split up. - Takumi gives Chise words of encouragement then pulls up to Aiden to ask for his ideas.

You don't need a dream or even a tomorrow Just live
It was the first time someone called him Susanoo and did not say it with bad intentions. When Ryuusei chose to make it his Hero Name - whatever that meant - he did so with the goal of turning something bad into something... less bad, at least for himself. His Quirk had nothing to do with 'The God of Storms', but his past personal experience had - and so did his family name. Relena seemed, by the rest of her words, to be totally on board with the plan Ryuu had proposed the team to follow. Takumi also appeared to agree, even if Ryuusei was basing himself more on the boy's facial expression, since he actually did not reply. Hopefully, Chise would also deem the strategy to be a good one. But then... there was Aiden, the Magnetic teenager from Chevaliers D'Eons, the Canadian Hero School. He was the alpha-male type of kid. Probably insecure inside, Ryuusei thought after hearing him speak and noticing the attitude his voice carried, something that was clear despite him not speaking japanese fluently. Ryuu was also glad to have chosen his words and plan carefully despite the short time - by the looks of it, having suggested Aiden to be on the group that stayed behind would've went badly. Not only that, but having someone like that in the three person group meant that the other two could cooperate with each other in the worst case scenario of Aiden just not helping at all. Had Ryuusei told Aiden to be on the two person group, the Blue Team chances of working well at both fronts would've went significantly bad. Overall - and despite Aiden unfortunate personality - Ryuusei had done a good job of managing the unknown asset with the little knowledge he had, controlling the possible variables through his words and plan. Ryuusei completly ignored the foreigner's "insult" as if he didn't care about it at all - which he really didn't. As Aiden ran off with Takumi and Chise following behind him, Ryuu replied Takumi's farewell with a little nod and a indiscreet thumbs up. Relena words about Aiden after he had left reflected Ryuusei's own feelings. Totally - he said, showcasing an odd little smile - He seems to care about the rescuing though, I'm sure they'll do fine.
The magnetism was great to remove debris. Chise's Quirk was perfect to distract the villain team if such was needed. Takumi's foam was ideal for multiple type of rescuing scenarios. Ryuusei was as confident in them as he was on Relena. He wasn't that confident on himself, but that was more the result of not being one to think of his own abilities as something special or worth praising in any way. Reaching with his left hand to his back, he pushed a little button that was barely visible. The motor of the thermoregulator started working - a little audible has it started up, but quickly turning into a completly silent fan. Then, with a slight tap in each wrist protector, he activated the digital pannel in both of them. After that, he checked to see if his army knife was well-adjusted on the holster placed at the back of the Oufit's belt. He was ready. Let's start moving too, he spoke calmly to his 1A classmate. They started following the main road that was directly connected to the Blue Team Starting Point, taking the shortest way to their designated area of investigation - Area A. On their way, the blonde girl actually was thanking Ryuusei for having assumed the leader role, also poiting out that the class 1A Vice-President was the type to make a strong impression. Please, don't thank me, I'm just going on instinct. The strategy can be a complete failure, but we had to choose something. I don't mind carrying that responsibility, he said. That was, in fact, the truth. It was a difficult duty: if they failed the Rescue Event, it would be easy to pin it all on to the one to defined the strategy to adopt. And that was Ryuusei. Consciously, he assumed that was due to the fact that he really didn't that much about all of that. Subconsciously - and perhaps for others - the real reason was clear: a true Hero is one that takes responsibility for others, even if he doesn't have to or isn't doing it on purpose. Like Ryuusei said himself: he was going on instinct. Relena also brought up her weird Hero Name as a topic of conversation. It hadn't surprise Ryuusei at all the such title had been given to her by Darren. Damn blonde maniac, it's like he's omnipresent. Thinking for some seconds - and taking into account Relena's Quirk, the little that Ryuusei knew of her and her courage for speaking up and letting people see her emotional self during the Emi meeting, Ryuu thought of something. I read this once in a german book: "The inner fortune of people is like colorful light which shines through colored glass; the pleasant everyday life is like a warm candlelight." You can be the Hero that reveals these lights, just like a Brave Shine, he emphasized the last two words, showing Relena that, in his opinion, such name would be a fitting Hero Title to her. As they were reaching their destination, the girl showed some concerns about the approach that the villain team could take. Before Ryuusei could even reply, the girl took it upon herself to correct her own stance on the subject. She finished by directly calling Ryuusei "squad leader". That felt weird. Nevertheless, he didn't bother to correct her, opting just to try and make her more relaxed. If they come for us I'll distract them while you focus on the Rescue. If not we keep doing as you said: evaluate the area and find the victims as fast as possible to go support the vanguard. We're together, there's nothing to worry about.Almost reaching Area A, Ryuusei was looking carefully for any movement that wasn't theirs, his eyes especially focused on the B Area that could be seen in the distance from their position. When they basically reached their destination, Ryuusei would make a request to his teammate. Let me hold your hand, please. In the case that using my Quirk on you is needed. If she agreed, Ryuusei would take the girl's hand with his left one, embracing it with his five fingers. If I turn you invisible don't use your Quirk. If you do that'll deactivate God's Alibi. And be extremely careful if you need to move around, run or grab stuff while in that state: managing distance and perception while not being able to see yourself are incredibly difficult for someone who isn't used to it, he advised, poiting out the often forgotten part of his Quirk: that moving freely while not being able to see yourself took Ryuusei a lot of training. Having "locked" Relena, Ryuusei would let go of her hand. It was a safety measure in the case they were suddenely attacked and he needed to have the girl escape quickly and without being seen. If such didn't happen, it wouldn't be a problem: if he "locked" something else or himself while not having activated God's Alibi on Relena, the "lock" placed on her would simply disappear. I think we're ready now, he announced, Area A stading right in front of them. --- Quirk: Invisibility Inducement (God's Alibi) - Rank D Ability: Lung Capacity - Rank E Ability: Martial Arts (Kuroneko) - Rank E Ability: Agility (Maneki Neko) - Rank E Ability: Knife Handling (Senri) - Rank E Ability: Durability (Shíshī) - Rank E --- 1) Doesn't care that much for Aiden's attittude, since he ended up following the plan and some of his words showed real concern about the Rescue Scenario; 2) Advances with Relena to Area A through the Main Road that is connected to Blue Team's Starting Point; 3) Is looking carefully at their surrondings while advncing, especially at the Area B that can be seen in the distance; 4) Asks Relena to hold her hand in order to "lock" God's Alibi on her (even if only temporarily), a prevention in the case that they get immediately ambushed; 5) Both him and Relena are now right in front of Area A, since it was close to their Starting Point ( image for reference). It didn't seem the Canadian was much of a team play, more of a 'do it yourself' kind of guy. Chise's seen quite a few of those around before but if they wanted to win, they would have to learn to all work as a team. As he dashed out from the group to where their furthest post was, Chise turned back and gave a thumbs up to Ryuusei and Relena before dashing off towards her fellow teammate, hoping to catch up to him before he got too far from the trio. As Chise ran with the silver haired boy to catch up to their third team member, she turned her head toward him as he wished her good luck. The sentiment was quite nice, causing the violet eyed girl to nod and smile in response, "Good luck to you as well. Let's do our best to save the civilians," Chise said back, hoping to encourage the other as well.
Soon, the two caught up with Aiden, Takumi asked if Aiden had any idea of how he wanted to go about rescuing the civilians in their designated zone. Chise would follow whichever direction Aiden would say, while she was good at making decision in the classroom, making decisions when it involved hero work was not a strong point for Chise. In this situation, it was better to have the levelheaded people, perhaps even the more competent people, take the lead and make the decisions for the good of the group. "It would be good to get a sense of how many people we have to save, then from there perhaps we could check the area while also being cautious of any villains that might pop up. Safety in numbers is good, but if we are trying to save the civilians, there may be a chance we may have to break our little group up," Chise posed an idea to the group, wondering if Aiden would agree with her idea or completely disregard anything she had to say. Whatever they did, they shouldn't wait around for too long, who knows what sort of situations the civilians were in that needed rescued.

Red Team:
Julia was relieved her team agreed to her idea, warm feelings of acceptance spreading within her and soothing some of her prior nerves. Thank goodness they were all so nice.
No time to dwell on it, however; they had a mission to complete. She looked a bit perplexed at Farrah’s request, and not just because of what the request was. “Erm, sorry, but I must ask: do you always speak like that? Is that part of your Quirk or something?” Regardless of Farah’s answer, she shrugged her shoulders. “I can carry Shrike, but I think you might be too heavy to carry all the way to the building. Once we get there, though, I’ll be able to give you the lifts you’ll need.”
With these words she extended an arm towards Momoko and picked up the smaller girl, placing her as gently as she could on one shoulder. And so, she began bouncing off like the human pogo stick she was, not too fast however so that Farrah could still keep up.
“Copy!” she responded to Haruuhi along the way.
Ahead, their designated building loomed, an office building that stood four storeys high. Multiple windows were shattered and some kind of ominous green fluid leaked from one of the third storey ones and puddled on the ground below...
*** Harruhi and Yoruhi, read the second half the blue team’s section for yours!
Summary: Julia asks Farrah why she always talks like that. Julia cannot carry both Farrah and Momoko but agrees to carry Momoko. Her earpiece works. They arrive at their building, a four story office block with many broken windows and a sinister green fluid leaking from one on the third storey.
Blue Team:
Ryuusei and Relena’s designated building had been sunken down into a small crater filled with water. The building appeared to have been an elementary school, once, standing at two storeys with the water reaching halfway up the first storey. Multiple windows were broken or missing: two on the second floor near the entrance, one around the left side of the bottom floor and another around the right side.
Inside, on the ground level, they would be met with a dismal sight: the building was, as they could likely expect, a flooded mess. Filthy brown water was everywhere. This water would reach up to their waists with chunks of plaster, ceiling tiles and old papers floating around within it.
What they would see depended on which entrance they chose. If they ventured through the main front entrance, they would enter a wide corridor with doors leading off to various classrooms. A mannequin could be seen clinging to a locker floating in the middle of the corridor.
If they chose to enter through the lower left side window, they would enter a kitchen area with dangerously sharp knives floating around hidden among the other bits of rubble and cooking equipment. A mannequin perched on top of a cooker amidst this sorry sight, however a tangled mess of sparking cables hung down from the broken ceiling around it.
The right side window would bring them to a small gym area. Here a mannequin was positioned in a corner with its legs crushed under a pile of rubble and gym apparatus, its head barely above the water.
If they went through the top level entrances, if they were able to, they would find the top level was devoid of water. The upper left entrance revealed a classroom with holes throughout the floor, making it impossible to get across without jumping. Through these holes was the kitchen area with its knives and cables. A mannequin clung desperately to the side of a hole furthest from the window. The upper right side, meanwhile, was an empty room with a single door leading to a corridor with multiple other rooms, one of which being the room with the holes, and the central stairs.
Which they chose was up to them...
*** Aiden, meanwhile, led Chise and Takumi across the arena at a militant pace. (If he had heard himself be called a ‘baka’, he certainly did not seem to care much). He did not glance at his teammates once, even when Takumi spoke up about what they should do, followed by Chise’s input about possibly needing to split.
“That should be obvious,” he said. “We should –”
He stopped abruptly and held out his arms to stop Chise and Takumi. There in the distance were two figures the UA students would recognise as Haruuhi and Yoruhi. Aiden immediately leapt behind a nearby building hoping the others would be smart enough to do the same.
He pointed at Chise. “You. You said you can copy voices, right? They’ll recognise your voice or Foam Guy’s since they’re your peers, but they don’t know me or mine. Copy my voice, hide and pretend to be an injured civilian. Shout stuff like ‘help’ or whatever, then when they start towards your direction run and hide some more. We’re not going to waste time fighting them, but we can throw them off and stall them.”
Next, he turned to Takumi. “While she does that, Foam Guy, you and I will deal with the building. Are we all agreed to this plan or not? If we are, Lyre, hurry up and take my voice. If not, I’d love to hear whatever bright ideas the two of you have!” His tone suggested quite the opposite, however.
If Chise agreed to his plan, the area had numerous bits of rubble, abandoned cars and bushes for her to hide behind.
Summary: Aiden’s still a cold jerk. He spots Haruuhi and Yoruhi ahead and hides. He suggests Chise steals his voice as Haruuhi and Yoruhi won’t recognise it, then use it to fake being a civilian and distract them. He and Takumi meanwhile will enter their designated building. If Takumi and Chise don’t agree he wants to hear their ideas.

At UA, the lesson behind the lesson frequently ended up being this: for the sake of serving and protecting, a hero often needs must set aside inconveniences and irritations to continue moving forward. The Blue Team was feeling a fair bit of that, trying to cooperate with a rather prickly foreigner. Red Team, on the other hand, was so far a mostly cohesive unit, trying to play to each other's strengths. The only source of conflict, it would seem, was how to deal with the oddball in the group... That oddball, ironically, was not the out-of-towner, who fit in with the others as well as if they attended the same school, but rather, the recently transferred, untested Support Studies student, who was garnering a fair amount of skepticism so far, due to her eccentric behavior.
Farrah was immediately gleeful to have Momoka hopping up onto her shoulder, even if she'd missed the chance to give the doll-like girl a little hug, due to the other's independence. As it turned out, however, having one's toughest critic riding on one's shoulder was a bit of pressure, and Farrah's upturned eyebrows and easygoing smile were probably not the response that Momoka was looking for. "Eeeh? I suppose I thought there'd be nothing to it! My girlfriend Angel said there's nothing to it! I guess it's true what they say about assumptions! Luckily, I've got a sprinter's gumption!" she explained to the others, jogging in place for a moment and using practiced breaths, giving a little taste of her stamina training. Her first plan hadn't worked out, but this was just an even better chance to show Momoka (as well as all those civilians at home) she was someone to be depended upon!
Before they proceeded, it was only natural that Julia would want to know about her unique speech pattern. Farrah giggled and tipped up her shades with two fingers, pressing them to the bridge of her nose. "Curious are you? I cast no blame! Rhyming is a solitary game! Not everyone understands at first, but this is a blessing; I am not cursed! Poetry is about creativity and ingenuity! That's why I preserve its continuity! It's about discipline and about calming! It's about being quirky and about being charming!" she explained, striking a pose with one finger in the air and the opposite elbow bent, resting her fist upon her hip. "... So no, it has nothing to do with my quirk! Sorry for rambling on; let's get to work!"
And with that, Julia rescued Momoka from Farrah's shoulder, then began bounding away; Farrah stared for a moment, then gave a wail, pumping her arms as she began running after the duo she'd been teamed up with. Rather than emboldening the hearts of civilians who needed faith in their heroes, she was providing a sight more suited for a laugh track or a certain decades old music that went well with folks running after others in a goofy fashion. Hearing Yoruhi's voice over her radio, she gave the shortest rhyme she could manage. "I copy, oh Lord of Flame! That's at least one success I can claim!" she huffed, using her breathing technique as she ran after her teammates.
Once they reached the building they were headed for, Farrah skid to a stop, then adjusted her cap upon her head while surveying the area. The others probably had a better look than she did, but it looked like some kind of bomb had gone off in the building, perhaps an explosion of sound (that'd be fitting), or even just a tremor. A little bit of a closer look gave her a better idea... judging by that green ooze seeping out of the building, it could even be that some sort of chemical weapon exploded inside the building. One thing was for sure, she needed to make sure that the others didn't enter.
The two were probably smart enough to rush in, but just in case her ally had a hard time seeing from an upward angle or was perhaps about to launch herself in without getting close enough to see the danger, Farrah released a powered up bubble, then tilted her head to press one ear against her shoulder, covering her right ear with one hand. She snapped with her left hand, detonating the bubble a little closer to herself than she'd have preferred with a noisy "WAIT UP!" If she let it get anywhere near them, after all, it would be more of a hazard than a boon detonating it as such high volume. Hopefully, covering the microphones would also keep anyone else from getting the heavy feedback of her bubble exploding, though they'd probably hear scratching for a moment due to the fabric of her shoulder-pad brushing up against the headset.
She waved her arms, signalling their attention. "Our destination is full of glass and potentially toxic sludge! We should proceed carefully until we judge that we've found a proper entry point, something safe that we can exploit," she advised, pointing towards the shards covering the ground. She was suddenly happy she hadn't decided to go with her original footwear choice of sandals with her hero gear... though she really needed some steel-toed work boots, not just her soft-toed black shoes. Hopefully, the two were already inspecting the building for safe entrances without needing to be told, but at the very least, she hoped that they wouldn't have ended up catapulted into the sludge.
Once they were all on the same page, she would set to practicing what she preached, inspecting first from a distance to see if anything jumped out at her as a safe entry point. If it did, she would step carefully through the glass and enter. If it did not, she would have to brave the glass a little further and examine alternative entry points by scouting out the first floor. "I'll inspect these if you'll check those above! Hear your quirk fits like a glove!" She wanted to throw in some encouragement for Momoka too, but the little girl was smart enough to realize that her quirk allowed her advantages in terms of infiltrating without cutting herself on glass or stepping in slime. The trick was to find a way that would work for all three of them to go in together.
------------------------
WC 1056
-Farrah concedes that she will follow on foot and also surrenders Momoka to Julia. -Farrah follows after the others, using her breathing exercises to minimize the stamina drain. -Farrah uses a loud bubble to warn the others to slow their approach in case they are moving in too fast and don't consider the danger of glass and toxic materials. She covers her ears (and the microphone receivers) as she does. -Farrah inspects the bottom floor for a safe entry point and suggests Julia inspect above.

I see you through the flood See you through the fire See you through the storms-a-raging
❧ With their quick plans discussed and all their abilities and opinions given about the situation, the teams were on their way. Yoru was relieved that all the people he was teamed up with seemed to be agreeable and creative, all of them clear on what their abilities were and how they can be useful in a rescue situation. Even the foreign student was someone easy to work along with, it seemed, so there was no reason to fret over a stranger joining their ranks. They even had bombs as a last resort, apparently, and he nodded at Haruuhi with a smirk. That was a handy thing, but above all, he was most grateful for the communicators. Once on their way, Yoru still had a few things needed to be fleshed out to see how to work together with his current teammate.
“That’s reassuring.” He said when Radiotower told him their teammates will most probably not fall out of her range. “Nah, no need to stay with me. If you are more suitable for the sentinel role, do that, and leave the action to me. I’ll trust you to watch my back.” It was not only about fighting, really. Even if someone was watching him from miles away with their abilities, he would still be able to feel them working together. Flame Lord was best at quick actions and swift retaliations, and a watcher who was able to tell him where to go to be the most efficient was the perfect teammate right now.
He couldn’t help but smile when his teammates all sounded off without missing a beat. “Alright, team, good luck out there.” Was the last thing that he intended to tell everyone before it would be just him and Radiotower on the move. Before long, they would be reaching their destination, area B, and both of them would be able to see the building that housed their targets before them. “Radiotower, you can fall back and gain higher ground if that makes your job easier. I’ll go ahead.” Flame Lord was surveying the area, looking out for movements and villains on the way, but Aiden of the Blue Team took cover before he had the chance to catch a glimpse of them. As he only watched the front, the team that approached from their side slipped his attention, unless either of the team’s members failed to, or was not willing to take cover. Or, if Radiotower caught them, and informed him of their whereabouts.
As for complications, the fire user had a clear goal set for him: rescue civilians. He saw no point in engaging with the opponents, so even if he saw the team, he would avoid them and try to reach his designated building quicker. If Chise was to follow Aiden’s idea and gain his voice to try to distract him with shouting for help... he would, of course, try to help. Hearing a shout would immediately divert him toward there. Simulation be damned if there was a chance of someone being in real trouble in a situation like this one. He would abandon the dummies if it meant he had the chance to help a real person out, because another life was always priority over a win. That does not mean he would not whine for the rest of the day for missing his chance to get more dummies, but priorities were still priorities.
If there are no distractions, and there is no one to force them to stray from their tracks, Flame Lord and Radiotower would be able to reach area B and see what condition the building was in.

Haruuhi sighed in relief knowing that she didn't have to go rushing into the building after Yoruhi right away. She knew she would be more useful to him as a lookout, so she was glad that he simply agreed and didn't ask her too many questions. He put her faith in her, and she had to make sure that she didn't disappoint him.
"Right. I'll be on the roof of the building. Up there. My radar will be able to see anyone coming, and I'll radio you the information." She stated matter of factly. As the two approached their destination, Yoruhi and Haruuhi would split up. Yoruhi heading towards the civilians that needed to be rescued, while Haruuhi headed to the buildings roof. She was already tiring pretty quickly from all this running, but with a deep breath she leaped up onto the first fire escape, then used her momentum to propel herself up and up, doing an impressive feat of parkour to make it to the roof of the building.
Once there, haruuhi would crouch down low, almost crawling until she found a spot she could hide behind an air conditioner. She pushed a button on her helmet, then placed her hands on either side of her body. She began to project her radar through the speakers in her hands, amplifying them and pushing them to cover the immediate area. She didn't want to spread herself too thin, so kept her radar focused on the building around herself, and the one around Yoruhi.
"Ok Flame Lord..." She started as the radar started sending her back images of debris and the collapsing infrastructure. Haruuhi couldn't quite reach to where Yoruhi was so she began to make her way to the door to get inside the building. As soon as she opened it though, her radar began to go crazy, sending back scrambled images which caused Haruuhi to wince and take a deep breath as she cut off the radar.
"That's not good... the whole place is shaking, there's tremors everywhere interfering with my radar... until the tremors ease up I wont be able to get a clear picture... i'm coming down towards you, the buildings too hard for me to see through." She explained as she began to make her way towards Yoruhi, using the location of his earpiece to guide her. She would tread carefully, not wanting to break anything or trigger any traps on her way towards him.

It was surprising to hear that Farrah's idea of people just carrying each other around casually had a basis on reality. Granted, the school was full of people who could feasibly do that even to the big folk, but it was still weird. Whoever had convinced Farrah that it was must have been an airhead like her... provided that she was talking about "my girlfriend, Angel" instead of "my girlfriend-angel". It wouldn't have been against the poet's character to state either. Slinkee was thankfully more levelheaded. And she wanted to switch! Momoko couldn't help but lighten up a bit as she let herself be picked off to the other shoulder. The foreigners outfit didn't have sleeves, so her position required more effort to upkeep that with Farrah and her padding, but it was manageable. She managed to whisper something to Slinkee before they took off; nothing vital, but hopefully something helpful to help parse the poet's own explanations. "She's an airhead. But mostly harmless."Momoko admittedly felt a little giddy when Slinkee started to move with her bounces, to the point where she had to actually hold back from starting to giggle a little. It was how Momoko imagined a rollercoaster felt like. Momoko's gaze switched from side to side as they traveled in a lookout for any abnormalities, but she saw nothing out of the ordinary until shortly after their destination came into view, prompting a sharp "Woawoawoa!" that urged them to stop if it looked like Slinkee wasn't going to slow down in time. Whatever that liquid was must have been toxic. Same assessment was made by Farrah, who was trailing from behind and who gave her own opinion in her own peculiar way. Momoko didn't react to it, having stood up on Slinkee's shoulder as she thought. She thought about the foreigners bounces, as well as her own mnemonics for estimating how tall things were. "It's not coming from the top. Roof might be safe." Momoko stopped herself to count the window rows before asking a sincere question. "How high can you jump, Slinkee? Even if it's less than four stories, it might be high enough to get me up there". The small girl couldn't claim to like being thrown despite her love of momentum, but it certainly wouldn't have been the first time. As long as there wasn't anything terribly dangerous up there, Momoko felt certain that she could land safely. WC: 405 Summary: - Momoko was glad to switch the shoulders, and did so.
- Watched the surroundings while traveling, much like she would have done with Farrah.
- Encouraged Slinkee to stop if she wasn't planning to do so.
- Suggested the rooftop as a possible entryway, either through Slinkee's jumps or utilizing those jumps to yeet Momoko up there.

❝You're showing me colours of the sky, But all I see is Grey❞ 904 w. Rescue course kenjutsu-f | reinforcement-f | radiant dawn-e As she walked next to Ryuusei, Relena's pace began to falter for a few steps. It wasn't a terribly noticeable gap of distance, but she was lost in thought at what he had said. He had put thought into the words and ended with the emphasis on the final two words. Brave Shine. Relena smiled at that, picking up her pace to catch up with her team mate.
In similar fashion, both of them were keeping a close eye on Area B. There was no telling who would be at the location and if they would be hostile. Relena knew, however, that this was not important. Their focus needed to be solely on Area A and the victims inside that awaited their rescue.
"Let me hold your hand, please."
Relena tensed up at the request, looking down at the boy's hand with ever widening eyes. Her breath held tightly locked in her chest. Wait, h-hold hands? What was with this sudden-
"In the case that using my Quirk on you is needed."
And all the air came out in one sudden sigh of relief. The blonde chuckled to herself, lightly bonking herself on the head for thinking different. But she did give a short nod to affirm Ryuusei's request. She took hold of his grasp and allowed him to activate his quirk. Was there supposed to be a sensation of some sort? Relena gently took her hand back and flexed the fingers open and closed as she listened to his explanation of God's Alibi.
"Understood. I appreciate the concern, Ryuusei-san. I shall keep your words close to heart in the event of an attack. Who knows what the teachers have planned for us in there."
It was understandable to assume that the teachers had laid traps for them. A possible building collapse...or worse. If they weren't careful, the two of them could become the next to be rescued. How embarrassing would that be?
Within minutes of the locking, they had arrived at their destination. A dilapidated school building that seemed to be sunken into the very earth itself. Relena was quite shocked to see an institution of education in such disrepair. Well, disgust would be more fitting. At one time, kids laughed and played here but now...
"How wasteful." She commented. "Quite a sad sight to behold, indeed."
As she cautiously approached the school, Relena would notice the murky brown water everywhere in and around the structure. There were several avenues with which to enter, the most obvious being the main entrance on the ground floor. After inspecting the front, Relena would jog back to Ryuusei.
"Alright, well this place is quite massive. Who knows how long this place is even going to last? I'm going to take that right side into the gym and see what I can find, yeah? If anything bad happens, I'll shout your name."
Relena would hold her arm out to Ryuusei, offering a fist bump. If he would accept, Relena would grin at the other blonde. "Hey, we've got this. Remember back at the meeting? Just think Plus Ultra and we'll pass this with ease."
Knowing that God's Alibi would be watching over her as the name implied, the girl would head in the direction of the right side window, casually looking back to give a thumbs up to Ryuusei. She carefully took hold of the frame of the window, looking down at the gym floor. As expected, the room was flooded with the dirty water.
She just shrugged and dropped in, splashing water slightly with her small body. Luckily Relena didn't weigh much, so she acted more like a booey than a person as she waded through the room. In the back corner of the area she spotted a mass of wood and rocks mixed haphazardly with some gym supplies and janitorial equipment. But lying under it all was a mannequin! And they looked like they were barely hanging on, head bobbing just above the surface of the water!
Relena immediately splashed her way to the corner, hopping her way around the wreckage and rubble. She gently reached under the head of the mannequin, making it a bit more comfortable as her face contorted to a look of deep worry.
"Hey, are you okay? No, it's obvious you are in distress. Okay okay um..."
She looked down at the legs of the victim and nodded, looking back at the blank face. "My name is..." She paused for a second. "Brave Shine. I'm going to need you to be brave now, alright? This is gonna hurt for a sec, but please bare with it."
Relena maneuvered her body so that her back was pressed firmly against the wall before reaching her hand out to the window where the sunlight shaft was beaming in. She summoned upon the organic battery within her to trigger her quirk, Radiant Dawn. It called upon the ray of light to manifest a pole with the same thickness as a telephone pole. It was about as long as a bo staff, which suited her purposes fine. The large stick of light flew toward her waiting grasp and she caught it with ease, shoving it firmly under the rubble that trapped the victim.
"Alright, I'm gonna get this off you. You ready?"
No response.
"I'll take that as a yes. Here we go!"
Relena pushed her back against the wall while also using the leverage of the light pole to hopefully free the mannequin from their rocky dilemma. She could only hope that Ryuusei was doing alright.
-Happy that Ryuusei gave her a cool hero name -Accepts God's Alibi locking -Notices how bad the school looks -Offers that they split up -Will shout bloody murder if anything goes wrong -Enters gym on the right side of the school -Spots the victim -Talks...to the mannequin? -Uses her quirk to attempt to free the victim

Takumi would be ready to roll out with Aiden and Chise once the general plans were verbalized and laid out, no actual protest or counter suggestions being made on his behalf. After his initial wishes for good luck to his own partners after splitting up, Takumi would run along with them and listen to whatever else they said moving forward. Chise mentioned some ideas that, to the relatively inept Takumi, sounded like reasonable and good points to keep in mind, and apparently Aiden was in agreement albeit with a blunt quip which would be abruptly interrupted by his own volition. Once the foreign student stopped himself and held out his arm, along with cutting his words short, to indicate to Takumi and Chise to do the same, the boy would stop in his track and not make any noise aside from the slightly audible increase of deep breathing to help his body recover from all the running.
Hmm??? Takumi would be relatively confused as to why Aiden stopped their movement so suddenly, but still didn't speak out and ask about it due to his reflex to mirror the other boy's sudden silence. When he saw Aiden jump behind a close building to hide, things began to click in Takumi's mind and he would try to hustle over to hide with him, although with his slower mind to pickup these things along with his lack of athleticism, it was probably likely that he would be seen by Yoruhi or Haruuhi before he could fully obscure himself behind cover. Due to his own lack of situational and sensory awareness, he wouldn't notice the two students on the other team unless Aiden or Chise specifically pointed them out to him.
Once they were behind the building, Takumi would remain silence and lean forward at Aiden, listening to what he was telling Chise and nodding along like a football player in a huddle taking mental notes of the quarterback's plans. As far as he could tell, the boy's plan for Chise's quirk was really clever, and he liked how it also decreased the possibility of actual confrontation or combat that might hurt their chances of securing victims for themselves, or even lead to one of them being injured.
Takumi would continue to look directly at Aiden, torso bent down and leaning forward with his hands planting on his knees and head nodding along as the foreign boy turned to address him next. Along with his consistent nods, Takumi would respond to Aiden with an audible Mmhmm being breathed through his closed lips in agreement with the plans that were laid out thus far. The overbearing sarcasm from Aiden still annoyed Takumi, and it would be visible on his face from the way that he pulled his lips in and let out a heavy sigh through flared nostrils once the comment about their own potential "bright ideas" was made, but he was still not going to stir the pot right now. It wasn't worth it at all and even if he was going to sack up and confront Aiden on his attitude, it could wait until after the event when there would me nothing important at stake.
Okay, I think we can go with your idea... As of now, Takumi's agreement nearly ignored the possibility of Chise speaking up in protest, but aside from his own desire to not stir the pot in the middle of their big event he also felt that Chise seemed like she would be ready to just go along with Aiden's plan as well, unless of course she did end up speaking out with her own idea, which Takumi would be willing to listen to. ...so how do you want to deal with the building then? Should we stick together and work our way into it? Like, after Chise tries to draw anybody on the other team away? Or should we head in first, or split up?
Admittedly, Takumi wasn't the best at paying attention not because he was uninterested, but moreso because his brain sometimes missed key details of things he was looking at or listening to, and sometimes he zoned out altogether. Still, he would be ready to try his best to listen to any orders that Aiden might have for him (possibly for a second time) and follow them to a sloppy T. As far as keeping his eyes and ears peeled for the movements or appearances of anyone else on the other team or potential mannequins representing victims, well hopefully Takumi wouldn't be completely hopeless...

You don't need a dream or even a tomorrow Just live
Relena had accepted Ryuusei's request - the boy, oblivious to his own words, didn't even thought that suddenely asking to hold the jade colored eyes girl's hand could be seen by her as some type of romantic gesture. After having "locked" his Quirk on her - something that she would not feel at all - Ryuusei and Relena continued, arriving shortly after at their designated Area. It was a school building... or something close to it, due to the state that it was currently in: sunken, visibly filled with water and mud in multiple places. Overall, it would be a difficult rescue area for anyone to work with. In Ryuu's mind, a word echoed: Water... he talked to himself with a tone of disgust. He hated water. Absolutely hated it. The feeling of not knowing where your feet were, what was underneath you and the constant risk of drowning... All terrible, terrible things. Humans were meant to walk, not swim, he constantly said. Thankfully Ryuusei had been helped by Sean a few months earlier, making the Vice-President of 1-A actually able to handle being inside more deep waters without panicking much. But still... Of course that he had to pick the building that had been sunken by muddy waters, of course. Yeah... Terrible, he replied to Relena's comment in his usual tone, hiding his irrational mild fear. The duo from 1-A was quick to further approach the building. Then, wthout speaking a word to each other, they both jogged around different areas of the school. Perhaps their training at Yuuei was so memorized on their bodies that they just instictively knew what to do. During this evaluation of the area, Ryuusei would always keep the B Area on the back of his mind, aware of the possibility of being attacked in surprise. It didn't take long for Ryuusei and Relena to meet back at the spot in which they had first departed after arriving closer to the school. She was the first to speak, taking the gym has her starting area. It made sense: the gym was a zone with many dangerous objects, being a likely place for people to be injured in a situation like this. I'll go through the main entrance and try to work my way up then, he said. Ryuusei's choice was based on his thought process about the area. In such a scenario, the first instinct of everyone would be to find the most quick way to escape. That made it easy for a crowd to rush to the most well known exit of the building: in this case, it would be the main entry. Even if this wasn't a case, the main corridor of a school was always the one with most movement, especially if the water had hit the building during the break time. His plan was then to check the main entry first and, after that, try to explore the rest of the ground level before going up: his thinking was that, by the levels of water they could see from their evaluation of the area, it was unlikely that the upper level was as flooded as the first one. This made the ground level a priority, being that it was then an area potentially more dangerous than the one where there wasn't water. Relena said some words of encouragement and extended her arm. Ryuusei complied to her fist-bump while also talking. Yeah, but let's remain on high alert. We'll make this spot our temporary evacuation zone. I'm certain we can see this spot from the school, so there's no risk of them being taken before we notice it. We're also in a safe enough distance to the building, so the mannequins will be out of danger. We place them all here, meet back once we think the school is 100% evacuated and then we head to the real evacuation area near the coast. With the possibility of multiple people inside the school, it would most likely be impossible for both Ryuusei and Relena to rescue everyone in one trip, so a temporary evacuation zone had to be set in order to avoid wasting time in rescuing one person, go all the way to the real evacuation area and then run back to the school in order to look for more mannequins and then repeat the same process multiple times. A temporary evacuation zone they could see and that was near the school would make the whole process much faster, helping their odds of not being too late to save someone. With this agreed, Relena and Ryuu would separate again: this time, to actually get their hands dirty. Let's do our best, Ryuusei said before turning to the main entry. He went inside, water at around his waist area. God, he hated that feeling. However, it seemed to be a good decision: after entering, a mannequin clinging for dear life in one of the lockers that was floating in the middle of the corridor was seen. It looked like he was the only one in the area. Ryuusei made his way to him as fast as he could. As he went, he would open the door of each classroom to check if there was someone inside. If everything went smoothly, he would reach the mannequin and place him on his back: he was giving it a piggy-back ride, essentially. This made sure that Ryuusei could carry the doll's weight with a good grip and that the doll's head was way above water. If everything remained simple, he would go back to where he had entered while taking the mannequin with him. Stepping outside again, he would place the saved "civilian" in the temporary evacuation area he had told Relena. If Ryuusei had spotted someone in the classrooms of the main corridor earlier, he would go back to the main entry in order to rescue them. If not, he would make his way to the window he had seen in the lower left side of the building while evaluating the area. Arriving at the window, Ryuu would open it and look inside. It was the kitchen area, flooded as much as the main corridor and with some visible sharp objects - with others probably hidden underneath the muddy waters. On top of a cooker was one mannequin; looking at the ceiling, Ryuu spotted another one that could be seen dangling, clunging from a hole. It would be here that Ryuusei would reach a dilemma. If there's this hole in the ceiling there might be more holes spread across the upper floor. If so getting to that mannequin would be difficult, but the real tricky part would be to return with him... That would actually make telling him to jump and grabbing him from down here the quicker option, but... He is a doll...It really boggled Ryuusei's mind how they were supposed to treat this as a real thing while the ones they were meant to save were inanimate objects incapable of communication or any other kind of reaction. Ahhhhhhhh, why didn't they just hired some actors to play the victims?! Ryuusei expressed this frustration in a low voice to himself. However, he had made his decision after noticing a crucial detail. He shouted through the opened window: Mannequin in the kitchen, wait a few minutes and stay still on that cooker. Mannequin in the ceiling, hold tight, I'm coming, Ryuusei said with almost no emotion and somewhat ironically due to the impossibility of getting a response while looking at both dolls. Leaving the spot, Ryuusei would start running as fast as he could in the direction of the upper left entrance. But why did Ryuu choose to go for the dangling mannequin first? The answer lied in the sparkling cables that could be spotted in the ceiling and that Ryuusei saw while looking up. If Ryuusei was unlucky, those cables could drop while he was in the water alone or with either of the mannequins. This would mean death to everyone, which wasn't good... obviously. It also meant that the mannequin perched on top of the cooker was safe as long as he continued to not touch the water, while the hypothesis of telling the one dangling from the ceiling to jump (if that even was a real possibility) while Ryuu was in the water to grab him became too risky. Since Ryuusei couldn't gamble on going into the kitchen without the sparkling cables falling in the water while he was there, his only real shot was rushing upstairs to grab the mannequin directly and then figuring out how to save the one in the cooker later. Maybe then Relena would also be available to help. At least that was his way of thinking and traiging in the moment. And so he went, as fast as he could to the upper entrance from that same side of the school. ---

1) Took a look around the school at the same time as Relena; 2) Suggested the spot they were standing in as a temporary evacuation zone. This was meant to make the rescue faster and avoid running back and forth through the long distance that separates Area A from the nearest Evacuation Area; 3) Went to the Main Entrance; 4) Spots the mannequin in the middle of the corridor; 5) Goes for the mannequin while opening the classroom doors on his way there. This was in order to see if there was anybody inside the rooms while advancing, minimizing the time wasted on searching; 6) Reaches the mannequin and starts going back to the Main Entrance; 7) If everything goes fine, exits the building with the mannequin and places him in the previously mentioned temporary evacuation zone; 8) If there was anyone in the corridor's classrooms that he looked at, he goes back to the Main Entrance (End Post). If not, he goes to the Lower Left Side Window; 9) Reaching the window, he opens it. He sees the mannequin on top of the cooker and the mannequin dangling from the ceiling; 10) Decides not to go in due to the danger of the sparkling cables. Since the mannequin in the kitchen isn't in contact with the water, he gives priority to the one which fall from the ceiling is imminent; 11) Runs to (and, if nothing happens, reaches) the upper left side entrance.

As the trio discussed, or more like Taskumi and Chise talked, about what their next move would be, footsteps could be heard not too far away from where they were. It seemed they had come across the enemy team. Watching Aiden make a swift move to hide behind another building, Chise followed suit, hoping she was quick enough not to be noticed by the opposite team. Once the trio had made it to their new point, it seemed Aiden had an input after all, utilizing Chise's quirk to distract the other team so that they would fall behind. Chise wasn't opposed to the idea, figuring it wouldn't harm anything except the progression of the opposite team. Chise turned to Aiden and nodded in confirmation, leaning in close and pressing her lips to Aiden's for the few seconds required to activate her quirk. Hopefully Haruto wasn't watching. Pulling away, Chise softly spoke up in the other boy's voice, "Leave the distracting to me. You two go and save the civilians. Good luck out there," Chise said before dashing off away from the group with a smile on her face, keeping cover behind the bits of rubble surrounding the area.
She had to get far enough away so that the opposite team wouldn't come in contact with her team, she had to create her distance and keep moving. Chise passed a few buildings and bits of what once were buildings, considering herself in a good position not too far away from the enemy team but not close enough that they would figure out it was her. Once the peach haired girl felt she was a good distance away from the group, she called out in a voice not her own. "Please somebody help me! I'm trapped and I can't feel my legs! Anybody, please!" Chise waited for a few moments to see if the other team took the bait, if she heard people approaching, she would make her move and keep herself hidden from the red team all the while playing the role of the injured civilian. Keeping in what everyone else was capable of, she had to keep herself hidden in case someone had a bird's eye view of the situation. If worse came to worse, she could fend for herself with the techniques G had taught her, heck she's even beaten her teacher once before, she could handle herself. It's time their game of cat and mouse would begin.

Red Team:
Julia thankfully heard Farrah’s warning in time to stop herself. She craned up neck to look up at the office building before them and bit her lip upon seeing the sinister green fluid leaking out of one third storey window. “That’s not promising. Then again we shouldn’t have expected them to make this a cakewalk.”
She nodded in agreement both with Farrah’s suggestion she look for an entrance above and Momo’s suggestion she try the roof. “Right. I can probably make it up there. Probably. Hang on tight!”
And so her legs exploded into action with another comical boing, sending her and Momo soaring upwards towards the roof. She just managed to catch the edge of it by extending her arms all the way and pulled them both up. They would find the only entrance from the roof was a jagged hole into the middle.
The girls would find the building to be a maze of corridors with many doors leading off into office rooms. Crumbled walls, holes in the floors and partially collapsed ceilings stood in their way, along with broken computers and desks they would have to climb over.
Worst of all, though, were of course the chemical hazards.
The first floor was the most crowded with rubble. Sinister fluid dripped from the ceiling and formed numerous puddles, many of which were hard to see in the dim light and with so much debris around. A mannequin could be found in the middle of this area with its legs trapped under a collapsed wall. There were many optional entrances to the first floor in the form of holes in the wall, windows or the actual door, but it did not really make much difference which entrance Farrah chose as the danger was the same for each one.
The second floor was three quarters covered by a thick haze. The one quarter that was not was the upper left section on the opposite side from the first floor entrance but close to the third floor entrance. A mannequin crouched in this section beneath a desk.
The third floor was flooded with the same green liquid that leaked from one of its windows, which would reach up to Julia and Farrah’s knees. The only way around the third floor was to parkour across the rubble and desks. Here a mannequin perched perilously atop a filing cabinet in a room on the lower right side that was closer to the second floor entrance than the fourth floor one.
The fourth floor was full of barrels hidden among the rubble with ‘danger, do not touch’ painted across them. If these barrels were in fact touched they would explosively release more concentrated clouds of the same haze that covered the second floor. Here a mannequin hung out of a window on the opposite side from the side Julia and Momo bounced up, clinging on desperately with its hands.
If the girls were unfortunate enough to come into contact with any of these chemicals they would find they lightly burned them and made their eyes heavily water, but they were not designed to do any serious damage and were far from fatal to them.
***
Haruuhi and Yoruhi’s building was a three-storey hospital partially sunken into the ground. As they made their way through the building tremors would continuously wrack it with incredible force and cause beds to slide around, walls to collapse right by them, parts of the ceiling to fall above their heads and holes to open up around their feet.
On the first floor a mannequin was hidden under some chairs in the foyer area, the tremors causing bits of ceiling to fall all around it. The second floor had a large hole in the wall to the outside of the building and the tremors were causing a pair of poor mannequins to bounce rapidly towards it. The third floor had a mannequin in one of the many beds being tossed around like the toys of some sadistic god with other beds and debris flying dangerously around it.
Blue Team:
Did Ryuusei and Relena really think it would be that easy? Probably not, but nonetheless their challenge was far from over.
Without warning a great wave surged through the lower floor of the building from the outside, battering everything in its path with mighty force and increasing the water level so that it would be up to their shoulders now. The water began to violently churn like a swimming pool wave machine turned up to eleven. It showed no signs of stopping this, and with the knives and debris being tossed around within it the danger just increased tenfold.
The mannequins they had already moved to their makeshift evacuation zone were untouched by the sudden wave, however, so at least there was that.
***
Aiden, meanwhile, was quite happy to leave Chise to it without another word to her (not really caring about the kiss to take his voice at all) and marched off towards their chosen building expecting Takumi to follow.
“Just follow my lead,” Aiden said to Takumi. “Lyre can deal with the other team. Our focus should be on the victims here.”
His arrogant steps slowed as they reached the building, however. It was a large supermarket akin to a Walmart back home in Canada – and as he and Takumi drew near, it promptly burst into flame right before their eyes.
“Shit!” Aiden cried, all the confidence draining out of him as his eyes widened and his skin turned several shades paler. “It’s on fire, how the hell, I mean are they trying to kill us? Please tell me your foam works like a fire extinguisher!”
Suddenly, the stubborn boy who had forcefully taken control of the situation seemed at a complete loss what to do.
Inside the supermarket were four mannequins as with all the other buildings. One was sat at one of the checkouts close to the entrance, another trapped under some shelves on the far right side, a third atop some shelves in the upper left corner and a fourth mannequin hiding inside one of the freezers at the back of the supermarket. As the boys entered burning debris would fall from the ceiling, more shelves would collapse and flames rapidly spread across the entire supermarket and close in on their mannequin victims. As the building was in a relatively good condition prior to being set on fire the only entrance appeared to be the doors...

If Farrah hadn't stopped Julia's springy approach, Momoka probably would have, as the two cried out in unison. Farrah took that as a good sign, that everyone was on the same page, but mostly, she was just happy that nobody from their team had ended up riddled with glass or coated in... whatever that unpleasant looking green slime pouring out of the building happened to be. From the sounds of her teammates over the radio, Farrah judged that they must be similarly in-control of their situation, perhaps underestimating the obstacles they were facing, both in terms of the rescue course's natural hazards and the trickery that the other team had deployed in order to get an edge.
"Fare the well! And to you, due diligence! We protect civilians and ourselves with appropriate vigilance!" Farrah warned the other two in roundabout fashion. They probably didn't need her words of warning anyway; the green gunk was basically a glowing neon sign that begged every participant to avoid stepping in it. She watched Julia and Momo disappear, then gulped. "I hope that my little friend is holding on tightly! Or else she'll join the stars in the heavens, shining brightly," she murmured to herself, one last rhyme before she got to work.
Farrah felt satisfied to quickly find a hole she could use to make her way inside the danger zone, probably about as quickly as the others had spotted the hole in the center of the roof. As she began to dance her way inside, however, she noticed the extreme disrepair; it was probably about as dangerous as they came. The poetess carefully backed out, then looked for another entrance. Unfortunately, after four repetitions of this sequence, each with varying degrees of gingerly sticking her body through a crevice only to find said crevice coated with miniature waterfalls of sludge. Finally, she gave up the goose and settled on one. Swinging her arms for a moment and saying a silent (rhyming) prayer, she leaped across a little river of unidentified goop. On the other side, she swung her arms some more, worrying for a moment that she was about to lose her balance and nearly doing so. At the last second, she spun on her heels and raised both hands into the air, forming a Y stance. "Safe! I made it! I'm on the scene, baby! But this scene's far from cool, and it's all the way crazy!"
Not crazy in the good sense that beatniks usually used in the same sentence as "daddio", either. The entrances she'd seen were pretty indicative of the whole shebang: many puddles and flowing streams of potentially toxic sludge awaited her. Part of her brain was trying to contemplate why a four story building like this would have pipes full of goo running throughout, but another part of her knew that, real scenario or not, that ought not be a major concern of hers at the moment. The worse problem: she had no way to see inside. She was a bit shocked to find out that even after taking off her sunglasses and pocketing them, the room remained extremely low on visibility. Between the broken structures and the puddles on the floor, there was a lot of potential for one to seriously injure themselves, simply by walking into something painful. Needless to say, any further dancing would have to wait.
"Julia, Momo- the first floor looks bad. Up near the top, is there more comfort to be had?" she asked, somehow suspecting that wouldn't be the case. After all: this green gunk had to be pouring in from somewhere above her floor. As Pop Poet inspected the room for some safe path through that wouldn't require wading through sludge, she noticed the all important detail further in: a mannequin, representing a civilian, who'd been trapped under a collapsed wall. Farrah reflected for a moment that she'd been pretty fortunate the structure hadn't caved in and crushed her on the way in, causing her to do her best mannequin impersonation.
The sad truth of the matter was that Farrah was ill-equipped to handle this sort of thing. If only she had a strength quirk, like some sort of powerful forearms and shovel-sized hands capable of shoveling rubble, she'd be well situated. Instead, she had a quirk best suited for communication... and she already had a radio in her ear, which made the whole thing a little moot. Still, she had to try to move the rubble. There was a chance it wasn't as heavy as it looked and maybe the being was only trapped because its legs were messed up... only in the context of the event, of course. In reality, it was pretty clear why the civilian wasn't moving: it was a mannequin. Still, that was no excuse for abandoning it in its time of need!
Farrah started to roll up her sleeves, then realized that she needed all of the coverage she could get and kept them down instead. Wishing she'd packed gloves, she carefully made her way across the green liquid patches, as well as she could see them. At one point, her foot sank into a goop filled crack and she gave a startled cry. She pulled the leg back out, then realized that really, about all she had now were some especially uncomfortable, damp socks and a hot, furious itch running up the shin. She grit her teeth and tried to ignore that for now, as she finished making her way to the target.
Now at the location, she reached out her hands and began shoveling off rubble, cognizant that some of the pieces were coated in more of that same annoying sludge. That wasn't too bad, but she was more worried that about all she was accomplishing were things that regular passers-by could have managed. Shouldn't there be a way to use her quirk?
She decided upon a basic one- calling for assistance. First, she'd use her basic microphone to give everyone an update. "One civilizan spotted on the ground floor! I'm clearing the rubble but I can't think of more! I'll call for help, though I'm sure I'm alone. My bubbles will act as a megaphone!" she informed the others. Clearing her throat for a moment, she prepared another large bubble, although she was aware she was going to end up pretty hoarse after this one, likely so much so that she'd be unable to use her sound bubbles for a bit afterward until she got her wind back. She blew a bubble into the air, towards the ceiling that served as the floor for the second floor...
One bubble popped when it reached the ceiling. "Below!" it said. The next one going up was much more powerful: "TRAPPED MAN!" was all she could manage to fit in, before she was forced to wince and gulp back a cough. This only hit home for her how important it was to train her quirk; some extra detail would certainly be more helpful in this situation, if there was someone around well-suited to help her dig the mannequin out of its trap.

-Farrah tries five times to find a good entry point before settling on one. She hops across a small moat of slime to get in. -Farrah takes off her sunglasses and pockets them because it's dark inside already! -Farrah locates one trapped and makes her way to them. She steps in some slime along the way, and now her right foot and shin are burning and itching. -Farrah reaches the civilian and starts trying to dig them out by hand. She informs the others she's spotted one civilian. -Farrah releases a weak bubble into the air towards the second floor containing the word: "Below!" She then releases a strong bubble containing "TRAPPED MAN!" Farrah has worn out her vocal cords and won't be able to use a loud bubble again next post.

I see you through the flood See you through the fire See you through the storms-a-raging
❧ “Sounds good.” He replied as soon as Haruuhi said she would be on the rooftop to act as a radar for the area. Yoru would check for suitable entrances of the building that seemed like an old, abandoned hospital.
At least that would be the plan.
As Yoruhi scanned the area on their way there just before they reached the building, he could see movement from the corner of his eyes. While two members of the Red Team were able to hide quickly, one of them, a boy, was just a tad bit slow to be caught by his eyes. From this distance, although the form was familiar, he could not see the face of Takumi that clearly, hence was unable to recognize the boy. That did not mean he did not become more alert as he realized the enemy team was around them as well. It would not be one of his own teammates, as they were probably busy with the other building.
He swore to not enter into unnecessary conflict with the other team, and he decided to abide by that rule set for himself and for the rest of them. Hence he decided to be more careful, and instead ignore the boy he saw to turn toward the shaky hospital building. Haruuhi must already be at the top. “The enemy team is near, be careful. I saw one of them around.” But that was all he told her. They did not know the other team’s intentions – they might not be as peaceful in approaching the mission as the Red Team was, and with Haruuhi out of their reach, she would not be harmed.
Just as he would check and enter through the crumbled hole of the second floor, he heard a voice, a boy’s voice calling out in distress. He halted, but not only because it was a voice calling for help, but also because it was coming from a completely different direction than where he saw the boy – Takumi – from the other team.
Something was not right.
He tapped a button on his headset as he headed for the voice. “Raidotower, I hear someone calling for help. I will check it out, in case someone really is injured.” He was aware it might be a trap, especially because the way the voice was coming from and where he saw the other person did not match up. But with Haruuhi up and out of danger, he could take the risk of a potential attack alone. “I will keep you updated.”
Maneuvering through the debris was yet again, child’s play. There was no need to circle around any of the fallen rocks and damaged pieces of concrete, he could just jump and haul himself through them with a generally good speed. The quicker he was about it, the faster he could go back to his mission and his teammate.
He could hear Haruuhi calling out to him, informing him of the interference of the building. Even Yoru was able to feel the tremors from the outside. That... did not sound promising. If she was not able to feel inside to map the area, she would be at a disadvantage.
“No, Radiotower. Don’t enter the building alone, especially if you can’t use your abilities fully.” Damn it, he was not able to locate the distress voice yet. Whoever this person was, they were far away, hidden from sight, probably. He could not rule out the possibility of a real injury yet, but his patience was running thin. “If your radar isn’t working, there is a chance we will lose communication if you go further inside.” He was quick, ready to jump at the smallest of sounds or follow the voice as fast as possible through the debris. Whoever was hiding, will be a hard time staying hidden forever with his speed and mobility backing him up. “Damnit, okay, check one floor if you really have to, but it is better if we check it together. There is a hole on the second floor, it is open enough for you to get in and out easily.” And at least he could also see the hole from his current position if he turned back. He was worried, and he could not help it. It was always better to work on the same task together instead of splitting up, but here he was. His frustration would just raise his suspicion further, and sooner or later, he would consider the voice to be a trap and abandon it to head inside the hospital through the hole on the second floor.
He switched off the microphone on his headset so not to deafen Haruuhi as he shouted toward the voice, calling out to urge it to speak more too. “I hear you! Where are you?” It is easier to find it when he could hear it.
