Lead by Chimera, a group of students have taken over the school a/v room for a Christmas Eve marathon, moving the desks out of the way to cover the floor with pillows and mattresses. At 8:00 pm, movie night will commence, going through a list of classics such as A Marvelous Journey, Perish Strong (None of the Sequels, though), The Arctic Railway, Santa’s Helper, How the Grunch Pilfered Yuletide, Solo Abode, and A Yuldetide Song. Students are even allowed to fall asleep in the room, though the presence of Junko of Class 1-C as a chaperone means that anyone hoping to do more than sleep will likely be disappointed.

Student Dance

For Christmas day, the gymnasium has been decked out for a student dance, complete with a tree, festive lights, and a small stage for karaoke and live music. Seasonal food is also available, including catered FCK, and Strawberry Shortcake made by the cooking club. It’s expected that O.D. Hazard will be playing, and Mikhail Orlov has also promised--or perhaps threatened--to perform a few songs from his Christmas Album. Other students are more than welcome to show off their talent, of course.

For the dance, Nimune, Hachi, and Kasey have offered their services as chaperones.

Teacher Party

At 9:30, the gymnasium will be closed to students, and they will be asked to return to their dorms so the teachers can have a chance to relax. The gymnasium will be set up with chairs, alcoholic and non-alcoholic punch will be brought out, and the teachers will be invited to sit, relax, drink, socialize, and perform karaoke away from the eyes of the students until they stumble home at 1:00 AM, and the school finally goes to sleep.
