No matter the quirk, people were still people. watching the girl, her giddy joy, Kasey could only see herself. The innocent child who accepted a doctor's hand, only to be tricked and forced into experimentation. That was why Kasey took her dark jobs. To practice, to train, to prepare herself to kill those people. Not everyone would get a second chance. But not all crimes were evil. She was a hero covered in blood and buried in the darkness of the underground. At least, that was who she was to herself. In the eyes of the public, she would be a martyr. Someone willing to die, after taking the lives of villains. Not all of them were bad, but that was what Majinoki was for. She would be the hand that sent them forth to her god. And if she killed them, it would be his will. If they were freed, it was from divine intervention. She would never dare question her god. She watched the girl be turned to colorless muck only to be sucked into her hand. The strange feeling of the soft clay of the girl slapping against her skin, only for Kasey to offer a curious smile as she took a step forward. It felt... it felt. No, it didn't. She didn't feel. It was a dangerous feeling. No, she was only numb once before, and that time ended in- "For two." Kasey would say, her mind feeling puppeted, despite really still being in control, at least, so she thought. The mouth on her hand would turn to a soft cartilage, only to become a protective membrane to seal and stop the wound from getting debris within it, or from getting worse. Kasey would walk in, speak to the staff, point at her pin, and like routine, she become the new priority. The soft pain, no, there was no pain. From her shoulder, a similar would would begin to conjure itself. The nipping feeling of being eaten from the inside, something not painful, but unpleasant. Her shoulder blade sawing, or rather, massaging, with sharp teeth, her skin. A small wound no bigger than an inch long for the creature to speak out, his voice muffled from behind the girl's shirt, but one that would be hidden. "I am numb." Kasey would think to herself. "Such a strange quirk.""A dangerous one, for now we have no idea how far I can push you."The voice would be heard, the both of them wondering how much of their conversation would be heard. But before long, Kasey would be lead to the table, only to take a seat alone, in the back of the restaurant, hidden behind sheer curtains. Kasey would sit down, her hands folded over the table as the menu sat on the wooden furniture before them. The round and open seating of their place, only begged for more guests, only there was three, and all of them existed in the same body. "Now what?" Kasey would say, asking the one that lived within her, the voyager who had hitchhicked within a woman's bloodstream. "Are you staying inside, or do I get you out... Or do you do that yourself... or do I?"~ Word Count: 538 ~ |

you're in the city of light And so the walls where the colors once played Were replaced by the buff, now a sullen blunt grey or two she'd said to the woman at the front. For two! What a silly joke Bones was telling that, to all the rest of the world, would seem like nothing to take notice of. She loved that sort of play. Was it even intentional? It was hard to read Bones' face when she herself was wearing it, but Byeol-Su could feel little changes to it. The feeling of her tongue moving with speech, how her eyes blinked, and--oh, the unpleasant feeling of something sawing into her back. It hurt. Not painfully, not like when she was cut from wrist to elbow, but still not something she liked. That must be the other one doing that. He could act from within Bones' body. She was envious. All she could do was be a voyeur, eyes behind their own. She could act, but only in little ways. She could not hurt her host from the inside-out. Why would she do that anyway? All it would do was hurt herself. Not them. Ah, and it seemed that had been noticed. Byeol-Su could not hear Bones' thoughts, and thus did not hear the lead-in to her other passenger's statement, but she could gather a little from the lone sentence. She knew that sort of phrasing. He'd used it a few times in warning. Warning and care. It was bad to let oneself be pushed to the limit, but to do so when you could not feel that limit... She walked--Bones walked--to their table and sat down in a spot behind sheer curtains--enough for them to see a figure coming close, but not for someone to see inside. It wasn't too far from the pretty lights, however, and she loved that. She couldn't wait another moment. As soon as they were alone, together alone, she moved, her self pushing through Kasey's veins towards the fresh wound upon her shoulder. She could feel it, thin but deep enough for her to access it. The feeling was, once again, strange. Especially since she was doing so from inside Bones' clothing. It was slightly awkward, and much less graceful than it had been previously. Her self was not liquid enough to seep into Bones' clothing, and she could move herself to not drip down the woman's spine and wind up in a strange situation. Instead Byeol-Su flowed against gravity, up through Bones' clothing to where the collar of her shirt was, and moved up and out from there like a cold, clammy worm. Feeling would return to Kasey the moment the last piece of her was gone. The feeling of pain from her, to Byeol-Su, however, would not leave her for some time. As it was. Once free of Bones' clothing Byeol-Su formed a puddle on the floor besides her, and much like before, took a moment as her body reformed from it, pulled up like she'd been laying there as a person rather than, well, a puddle. She shook her head twice as her facial features reformed upon her face, the color of her hair, eyes, mouth, and even her pretty dress came back from gray. She then drew in a deep breath. It was odd breathing with her own lungs after breathing through somebody else's. Especially when you weren't sure if you had "lungs" in the first place. "Am here! Just needed hole. Sorry for not convenience." Byeol-Su giggled, taking the seat besides Bones with a bright, beaming smile. She was small enough that her feet did not touch the floor while sitting in it, but she could still see over the table well enough. He'd teased her about needing a booster seat once or twice before, but now she didn't need one! Except when driving. Unless he was her host, which he usually was when driving, so it didn't matter. "Is strange, feeling your bone move. Never felt like that before. Is them, right? Other one." She was entirely casual as she spoke, picking up the menu and looking it over with hungry eyes--both for food, and simply for the newness of this whole experience. "He wrong. Am not dangerous." Not in the way she believed he meant, at least. | ✉ | kasey just keeps getting women in her clothes gawd |

It was a feeling of regaining control over her body. To have the girl seep into and out of her body only left Kasey numb. It was a dangerous feeling, one that removed the one thing that made her feel human. Feel? No, she was human. They were human. Setsuna may have been a stretch, but even he was mortal. He was just her consciousness split and divided amoung her bones. Surely that was the medical answer for it, right? It wasn't like he was just a magical spirit that chose Kasey as her host. As ParaSyte left Kasey's body, she begun to pat her legs, trying to test if she could still feel. It wasn't until she had begun to change some of her bones, bending them back and forth, flexing a few in her legs and forearm just to make sure she could feel, and Setsuna was still around. "Most okay." Kasey coughed, "I mean, it's alright." Broken Japanese. It only happened once before, when she was meeting with that Professional Hero. A woman foolish enough to sponsor the actions of a few vigilantes under the promise of her own private agency. They gained a cover, and she got a bit more renown and respect among others for her series of sidekicks. She was a fool, and a name that would serve Kasey for her true goal to- "King." Kasey would say, reaching out to the space between the girl and herself. Her fingernails would grow into fangs, slowly, thematically. She didn't want to do it fast, in case it startled the girl. "He is Skeleton King." her nails would grow, her expression non-existent as the creature seemed to drip, or rather, was woven from her nails, twisting and turning into each other until the shape of some quadruped, make of just a skeleton and some other black substance that filled the void between his bones. Setsuna would take his normal form, the shape of a dog, and he would sit at the table between Kasey and the girl. "You misunderstand. I was speaking of your quirk." Setsuna would say. Only for the waitress to appear nervously with two menus. "I-I, Uh, we don't allow pets in here, but I'm sure we can make an exception, Miss Ketsujo." The waitress would bow, only to place the menus on the table before running away. Kasey and Setsuna would look at each other, only to both offer a chuckle. Kasey would look over at the girl, only to smile, "They think I'm his wife. Or at least, that's what it seems. How weird for someone to assume my boss's mistress." Setsuna would reach out to the table with his face, only to begin to gnaw at the table. "ParaSyte, do you think you could latch onto King, as well? Or is it because he's not necessarily living, that you can't?" Kasey would lean onto her seat, her arm resting on the back of her seat, and her face rested against her hand. She had questions, and all it costed her was a meal and a free ride. Seemed like quite a deal. ~ Word Count: 523 ~ |

you're in the city of light And so the walls where the colors once played Were replaced by the buff, now a sullen blunt grey ing was a curious name for a creature like her. One she couldn't relate to. How could he be a king when he needed somebody else to inhabit to survive? The same as her. Maybe Bones gave him that name because she was his host. Maybe because she was Queen, he was King. That made more sense. He, too, could make a form that existed outside of somebody, though his did not look human the way she did. Instead he looked like a puppy. Byeol-Su giggled, hiding her mouth behind her menu for a moment. Puppy parasite. She could only do that with a puppy. It wasn't as fun from the other side. "My quirk?" the word felt funny on her tongue. What was it? What did it mean? Was it a word that didn't have a translation? She clicked it on her tongue a couple more times and in the meanwhile a server approached. Byeol-Su eyed her, expression unnervingly blank and body completely still, until she left. Byeol-Su looked up at Bones, lip pursed in a small frown. "She saw me, Bones. Is safe? Is she not to tell? Can't let many person know, Bones, or █Ø will worry..." The word--or sound, rather--apparently made her throat itch enough to bring a dry cough up from it. She hated that. If she said it too much the feeling mounted. Itched. Scratched. Even for someone with no real throat it did not feel good. She reached for a cup of water to take a sip and soothe it. Her wet skin pressed into the condensation around the glass and turned it the same gray as her skin, but when the water touched her lips it didn't take any of the color, or skin, with it. Bones' next question was interesting. Byeol-Su looked down at Skeleton King, who was chewing on the table. Could he host her? Could one parasite host another? It didn't sound right, just like the word he'd said before. "Does he bleed?" she asked innocently, eyes returning to Bones' own, "Can't host if not blood. Must bleed. Animal, person...have not tried bird or fish, but must have blood. If Skeleton King have blood, could be host. If not could not be. Does he bleed?" | ✉ | almost ten days later kill me |

Quirk. It was a funny word that the people used to describe the powers and abilities people now held. By definition, it was correct. Everyone had one odd thing about them that set from apart from others, that in itself was a quirk. But it was odd to say it, rather than power, skill, or ability. But still, it bounced back and forth in their conversation, at least between the girl and her dog. "What she sees, and what she'll remember, is different." Kasey would start, already deciding on a steak, and other seafood for the side. For her plaything, nothing more than crackers and burnt toast. "She'll remember me. She'll forget King and you. And if she doesn't. . . " Kasey lifted her hand to reach out to Setsuna, her back pressed against her seat. And her right hand held up. Her fingers would turn to elongated claws, as if she was feline for a moment. Sharp as a knife, before fading away. "Well, we'll just get rid of the witness."The glasses on the table remained, the ice melting, but neither Kasey or Setsuna reached out to them. But to her question, Kasey looked over at Setsuna, who only stopped chewing on the table for a moment to answer. "I bleed. But I do not bleed blood. It is like soft bone." and he would continue to make use of the table. Kasey sighed, before clearing her throat. "Well, I don't think it will work then." she said, smiling at the girl. you're in the city of light And so the walls where the colors once played Were replaced by the buff, now a sullen blunt grey yeol-Su's frown deepened in confusion, unsure what Bones meant by a difference between what the server saw and what she would remember, until the sight of claws growing from her finger-tips explained what she was implying clearer than her words. Bones was very much like him. He was much better at making people keep their secrets and only remember certain things; though he could do so in a much more literal way than what Bones was speaking of. Dead people could still speak to some extent. Or at least their corpses did. He could keep even the living quiet. Maybe Bones would like that about him. "Is sharp. Would be messy, if used sharp," she kicked her feet a few times back and forth, back and forth, while never taking her eyes off of Bones' hand, even though the claws had retracted, "Know ways to keep wetne--witness from remember, or from talk. Less messy, too. Later?" He would not like her lending out his gift like that. But it would be okay. They needed friends. That King did not bleed didn't surprise Byeol-Su nearly as much as it may have another person. After all, she did not bleed, and she and King were the same. So it wasn't very weird. "Am the same, but not like bone. I don't think...I have bone? Not like normal." She paused and raised her hand, wiggling her fingers. Their movement indicated that there was some solid core in them, keeping her form bending them backwards or flopping them around like loose rubber gloves, but as she'd shown earlier she could dissolve her whole body with ease. To call them 'bones' would be as accurate as calling what King bled 'blood'. "Too bad. Would be funny, parasite in a parasite. Or parasite in parasite in host. Like nest doll. Maybe could find other like, someday, and do so!" Reminded of what they'd really come to the restaurant for Byeol-Su swiped the menu from the table and opened it, pouting at the sight of all the characters. Of course it would be in Japanese. They were in Japan. It was not helpful in deciding what to eat, though, when she could only read simpler words than that the ones on the paper. "Hhnn...not know if on menu, but want to try new food. Very Japan food! New, not like something from home. Which one is that? Reading...hard." Though at least it encouraged her to learn these words for future ventures, frustrating as they were now. If she could remember them she could ask him for it at a later date, or even share it! She would like that. He would, too, most likely. "If lot of those, then something not hot? Some hot is okay, but not like wash a bee. Or...what word? Green food that is hot, see in food shops. Smells bad. Like burning and gross." | ✉ | Oh hey another 10 days I swear Manji if you post immediately I will kill you |

"So small. So weak. An easy prey." The voice returned, barely audible, and pushed to the back of Kasey's mind. It was nothing. For now at least. Deadmen tell no tales. That was a saying, wasn't it? Well, zombies could speak, after all some quirks made that possible. Kasey made sure to cover her bases. It wasn't like there was spirits to speak to, or even a body to rise from the dead. No. each and everyone was dispose of, and in a manner not even Seki could raise them. They were consumed, fed, and spread to dust. They were her meals. "Well, either way. It's not like I'm not good at cleaning." Kasey was not only a mastermind behind Sato, but was a janitor. People called her a cleaner, and to the underbelly of Japan, well, she was. Whatever the girl had to offer on methods, Kasey most likely had already preformed. It may have not been the most efficient method, but it was one she enjoyed. The screams, the faces, the cries for help. You didn't get that without the blood. Kasey was good at cleaning up the school, and fixing the walls and floors to make it as if no quirk had destroyed anything. None suspected the janitor, and those that did, had little to no evidence beyond feelings. Kasey was good at making mistakes disappear. This included, but wasn't limited to her witnesses."Though," he stopped gnawing to speak again, only to chew after he spoke. "With how quirks are, I wonder if I can bond to her clay, or reinforce her." And again, his soft teeth chewed at the table, not to break it, but to ease what itch was at the back of his own mind. "Wasabi." kasey would say. "Tell me what you are in the mood for, and I will pick something Japanese that is close to it." Kasey smiled, setting her hands onto her lap as she leaned towards the girl, as if to speak at a lower tone to a child. But if she was part of that network, she was far more mature than Kasey could hope. "If you want bugogi, I can order teriyaki. Or a bento if you want dolsot. Though, if you don't like wasabi, then I doubt you have kimchi often, so that rules out spicy miso..." Kasey went off on her own tangent, quickly viewing over the menu. Perhaps she was a bit too obsessed with Korea. Maybe reading about it just to ease her sister was beneficial for this one instance in time. But that didn't make her any less of a weirdo. Though, she was a weirdo that cares. ~ Word Count: 456 ~ [Kasey & Setsuna] || TrackerQuirks/Abilities: Spirit Harvest : C Iron Stomach : E | Out of Body Experience : F | Busy-ness License : D Regeneration : D |

you're in the city of light And so the walls where the colors once played Were replaced by the buff, now a sullen blunt grey f they all like food from home, won't be as fun. Want something new!" Byeol-Su's brow knit tight in concentration, thinking hard about what she would want to try based on things she'd seen on the television or the shop windows when out with him as her host. It had mostly been bright, colorful things that she noticed. Candy made of clouds dyed all colors of the rainbow, clear balls with flowers inside--that you could eat!--and sweet smelling juice in big glass bottles. She wasn't sure if any of those were on here. Everything Bones listed off was a dinner food, not a dessert. That was okay. Byeol-Su liked dinner food, too. But she was bored of the food that he kept buying for her. "No pig," she said frankly, and raised a finger like she was about to start a little list, "No pig, or hot...no fish. Have fish that isn't cooked a lot at home. Is there...streak? Steak!" She looked up at Bones with a bright, gooey grin, "That steak that was cut so easy! That was on the tee-vee, said it was special! Is on the menu? Never ate special steak before, could try that? Please, Bones?" She couldn't quite remember the name of it, but she remembered him mention it once before. He said that it was expensive. It would give them away if he ate it every night. That was why he hadn't been ordering it and instead getting some other kind. What was the difference? It had to be special if it cost so much money. Everything that was special cost more money than the rest. Why was that, anyway? Why did people care so much about money, when they had gifts that could take it away so easily? The only good thing it did was get her new things, or bring them to new places...though he did say one that it made the world go around. Maybe that was important. | ✉ | Finally getting back in her head. Kids are hard to write, SMH. |

You were not to say no to a woman like her. And a woman like her, was not one who ever said no to a child. Especially one so similar to- Kasey hung onto the few words the child grabbed at. No pork. No fish. No hot plates. Tender meat. Human. No no, beef. Silly Kasey. Children do not eat human, not yet at least. A smile warmed where Kasey's heart should have been. A ball of blood surrounded by ducttape and other strange substances she hid within her own waling corpse. She was dead to herself. And each pocket between her organs was just a secret hiding place for things she would never really needed. No, that didn't matter now. Instead, the woman extended her arm over the table. A single fist loosely held together. A finger would slip and slap her palm. A sound heart, audible heard over the coverings of her hands. A woman appeared from behind the corner, standing nervously. Before the waitress could ask what she could offer, Kasey threw her order at the woman. "One of every Wagyu beef option. Including the slow roast ramen." Kasey would say, glancing over at the child, before looking over at Setsuna for a moment. "And extra bones, if you could." Kasey would lower her arm, only to pick up her glass of water to finally lift it to her lips. A sip would slip past her lips, before smiling and waving the woman away. The waitress made a small hesitation to leave, but ran off after a few seconds. "Kobe steak, yes?" Kasey would say. "They have three steak options here, a ramen, and a bento box choice. I figured we might as well order it all. And if you don't like, then I can eat it. And you want more, or mochi or dessert, well, you can have that too."She wasn't her daughter. She wasn't taken in under her roof. She was just a child that reminded her of her past. "If only Gigi could see me now." But she was nothing to be proud of. She was, and would always be a villain. ~ Word Count: 358 ~ [Kasey & Setsuna] || TrackerQuirks/Abilities: Spirit Harvest : C Iron Stomach : E | Out of Body Experience : F | Busy-ness License : D Regeneration : D |

you're in the city of light And so the walls where the colors once played Were replaced by the buff, now a sullen blunt grey agyu? Kobe? What were these words and what did they mean? Were they just the names of the steak, or were they something she just didn't know? Byeol-Su watched Bones with the intensity only a curious child could muster, not looking at the waitress as she approached in favor of keeping her eyes on her host. The waitress wasn't a problem. Bones said so. And she was going to trust Bones because she was nice, and was buying her food, and had a friend who was just like her. A host would be kind to parasites like her. He was nice to her, too. The difference was that King looked like a pet instead of a person, but... "Ramen is noodles, and...bento is like dolsot? That is so much food!" She giggled ecstatically, clapping her hands together rapidly, making multiple little wet noises. Somehow nothing splattered off of her body in the process. "What is third one? And can get a sweet, too?? Love sweets!! What is mochi? Is it new? What tastes does it come in?" The idea of so many new foods was so exciting. He might make fun of her when she got back, if she was so full up that she could barely move. It didn't matter though. He told her to have fun and she would have fun! Or, well, he told her to make friends, but you made friends by having fun, so it was the same thing. She was even making two in the body of one. She started kicking her legs back and forth under the table. Every time her heel hit the bottom of the chair there was a small squilch sound. Byeol-Su tilted her head back to look at the lights. Everything was so pretty, so alive. Maybe he would take her here again. Or maybe he would let Bones take her out again if they became friends. They were friends, right? She could ask. "What should do while wait? Game? Talk? Want to be friends, if okay with you. Yous. Both you."

"I do not think... I will enjoy when Kasey has children." The thoughts ran through his mind, thinking about the little demons that the girl could eventually spawn. Perhaps it wasn't possible given her current circumstance, but just because it wasn't likely, didn't mean it wouldn't happen. The power of her quirk was already beyond his own understanding, and he himself was at the basis of it all. "Different dishes, same concept." A weird mix of words to come from one being that lived in the body of another, to a girl who also fed on the living as a parasite, using them as hosts. Different beings, same concept. Kasey reached out to Setsuna, a curious look as the both of them tilted their head in thought. It was with the girl they seemed to be most comfortable with. Perhaps that she was a child, or simply already knowing the evils Kasey had gotten herself into. Kasey leaned forward, touching Setsuna, only to allow her nails to merge and bone with the back of him, fusing, allowing him to change shape. "As far as I'm concerned, we already are." Setsuna would sit back, only for his paws to land on either side of him. His legs would grow long, and his figure would sprout tall. It was only a matter of moments until he rose to the size of a large adult, still holding onto the features of his claws, his skull, and the rib cage that protected his chest. He would stand no taller than Kasey, and just like before, he would lean to set his head onto the table. This time, not chewing at it. "Eotteon Jeim Eulhalk-kayo?"* Setsuna would ask her, wondering what she was really getting to. Would it be better to speak in her tongue, or their own to assist her to learn? He wasn't sure, but if it helped her relax and trust them, then was it wrong? "You were not born here, yes?" He would ask another question, wondering where the answers laid. ~ Word Count: 345 ~ [Kasey & Setsuna] || TrackerQuirks/Abilities: Spirit Harvest : C Iron Stomach : E | Out of Body Experience : F | Busy-ness License : D Regeneration : D |

you're in the city of light And so the walls where the colors once played Were replaced by the buff, now a sullen blunt grey ifferences didn't need to be so great that the things being compared would be unrecognizable to one another. Byeol-Su didn't feel this way, though. She preferred having experiences--food, travel, toys, anything--so different that she had nothing to compare them too. Yet there were only so many combinations of certain foods one could make that tasted well before similarities happened. Oh well. At least it was something new in the sense that she'd never had this particular meal before, even if it was similar to one at home. Her already bright smile grew even wider, her visible eye practically sparkling in the low light of the restaurant. "We are?! Am so happy!! █Ø will be so happy too! Keeps wanting me to make friends. Friends are important! And now have made two! I can't wait to--" her exuberance was cut off by the sight of King growing in size, becoming larger and more humanoid in nature until he was the same size as Bones. Which meant he was taller than her now. "Ahh, wish could do that without host. Now King bigger...am feeling small here!" She stuck her tongue out playfully. Mostly playfully. Questions and games were a good way to pass the time, so he said. It also helped to get to know people better, and make friends faster. Of course his games were always kind of boring when repeated over and over again. It wouldn't be as boring with new friends. "Play 'end word continue'? Or...is called shiritori, in Japan? Word game where match last letter with first letter. Play on planes when hosted a lot. █Ø using to help me learn Japanese!" Byeol-Su nodded in a most serious manner, then paused, pondering King's question. "Said before? Am from Korea. Born there, grow there, live there. Just visit Japan and other places a lot for important work." Assuming her suggested game wasn't turned down, she considered which word she should start with. The point was to get someone to end a word with "N" in the Japanese version. She could remember which words ended with "N" in Korean, but was still getting used to which ones were different in Japanese. It was a good game for learning the language. He was very smart. Byeol-Su looked around for inspiration, spotting a painted tree with pink blossoms to the side "Will start with...cherry!" | ✉ | Remember not to repeat a word! |

It was wrong to assume that friends didn't matter to anyone. To Kasey, it was friends that seemed to matter more than blood relatives. A man she shared no real ties to, and had the same similarity she had with her own twin sister, seemed to hold more value in her life than the other girl. But still, it was with time. It wasn't like Setsuna was going to play with Kasey's brain again to make her forget another important piece of her life. Gigi was a friend turned family. A bond crafted by time, rather than just blood. Yuri was a friend. Sato was too, to an extent. Amadeus was friendly. Thunder was nice to her when she was Kasey. Susumu seemed nice, at least before Setsuna tried to eat her. Kyoko was nice at first, but she did try to use her own sister against her. That, Kasey couldn't forgive. But Crow and Lala were also good people, in the soul sense, not so much morals. "I can turn small, if you would like." Setsuna would say, his gaze now focused on the child, taking a sudden peculiar interest. In his own mind, while Kasey pondered the values of bonds or blood, Setsuna wondered about children. Was it possible Kasey could reproduce given her relationship with Yuri? Could her bones alone be good enough to substitute the needed ingredients to make a child? How were children made? Would the child also have a smaller Setsuna? What if Setsuna instead lives within the child, than Kasey? "Oh, the word game." Kasey would say, coming back down to Earth. Setsuna would have blinked if he had eyelids, but he too had grounded himself in the conversation. As she would nod, so would Setsuna, following, almost mimicking the child. His own question was answered. With someone born in Korea, he could only imagine if she too knew their great god. If two of three had come from that village, then it was more than likely, right? Was Korea a large place? Not bigger than Japan, he thought at least. "Cher-" The girl opened her mouth, only to have it quickly covered with Setsuna's hands. Without averting his gaze from the child, he silenced her. "Young." he would say. Setsuna was not about to let Kasey ruin the one game Setsuna was allowed to play himself, simply over her foolish sister. you're in the city of light And so the walls where the colors once played Were replaced by the buff, now a sullen blunt grey ing's ability to grow and shrink in size was enviable. Byeol-Su was always the smallest one wherever she went, even though nobody would know while she was being hosted. She was still so little in person. He never said anything about it when she complained, though, and would only tell her that she would grow taller in time. But would she really? She didn't remember her parents very well, but she remembered them as being very big. It might all be in her head, though. They could have been short, and her just even smaller--too small to really understand the concept of "height". Maybe he remembered how tall they were and was giving her confidence. Or building her up without any grounds to. That would be mean. He wasn't mean to her. "Young...G...um..." Byeol-Su placed a finger to her chin, not quite noticing King had muffled Bones for some reason as she concentrated on her next word. "Goon" came to mind but it ended in an "n". "Green" too. Shoot. After a few seconds she turned her head and spoke, with a small burst of energy, "Grape! Grape is right word? The round small fruit that grow in groups? AH! More G words! But still pick grape. Like grapes. Not red grapes, green grapes. Taste sweeter than red." And of course the green grapes being sweeter made them far more superior than the red ones. Anybody with a sense of taste would know that. He disagreed and said they tasted the same, but that one she knew was him teasing her for her tastes. He would call it "predictable". It was a touchy subject. The thought of taking that girls skin and tearing it from her still beating corpse, listening to the cries of pain as she feasted on the exposed meats. It was something Kasey thought about, perhaps more often than any sane person would ever admit, but also more than any insane person would. She wanted the girl, that woman dead. She wanted to discard her like the trash she was. All of it done, to be done, for forsaking the name of her sibling. And if Cherry was also tainted by those pitiful ideals, then she too, would become consumed by her own blood. Kasey would have nothing to fear, and to pink, she would return. No longer drained of her color to the white of bone for a silly mistake. She was not going to allow herself to be dragged down into her own personal hell. This life now, this life was hell. "Gi-""Enough." Setsuna would speak again, his head twisting in a curious manner like all canines did. His hand held over the girls mouth as she muffled words. His hand lowering after the sound of a letter spilled from her lips. "Well, the green ones make the yellow drink, which is called white... much confusing... but is most better..." Kasey started to mumble to herself. She did not like this game. ~ Word Count: 228 ~ [Kasey & Setsuna] || TrackerQuirks/Abilities: Spirit Harvest : C Iron Stomach : E | Out of Body Experience : F | Busy-ness License : D Regeneration : D |
