Yuri Kobayashi Lightning Strike - Pop Star
"Well, honestly Helen it's been an absolute privilege to work alongside Kou. I've followed him for quite some time and I'm actually a pretty big fan myself. Hahaha so getting to be the one to be stuck gazing into his eyes every episode is a bit of a dream come true for me." Yuri and Kou both found themselves in the middle of an interview on the Helen LaGenerous Show. She'd just been asked her feelings about working alongside Kou who'd been a rising star for some time. While the two didn't normally interact due to the fact that he was an actor and she was a pop idol, this had been a huge opportunity for the both of them.
Their show, Akuma to Lightning Bolt, had become a pretty popular series really quickly. Many fans had begun fawning over the couple that, even in the series, weren't together yet. Pairing them off at any instance... and so Yuri took advantage of this fact and played it up during the interview. She'd never been on this particular talk show before, and was actually having quite a bit of fun with it!
The segment was about a half hour long, and they talked, laughed and had a grand time for most of the duration of the interview. Helen even went ahead and showed some segments of some unreleased episodes with both Kou and Yuri in each others arms. Yuri would just start laughing, her cheeks turning pink as she covered her mouth as if completely surprised by the segment.
"Hahahaha Yes! Yes so that happens! hahaha but you'll just have to wait and see because there's a whole lot more to... all that. " She said cheerily, to which the crowd cheered, boys voices screaming how they loved Yuri, and girls voices doing the same about Kou. It just make Yuri smile brightly and wave to the vans who were sitting and watching the taping... though that smile instantly vanished whenever she heard a familiar voice suddenly overtake the large television displaying the scene from their Drama. Her head turned so fast that it must have seemed like it snapped to most, and her eyes grew wide as she watched Nick highjacking the television... She didn't even wait. She saw the background and the Tokyo5 logo and immediately jumped to her feet.
"Helen, we need to get you and as many of these people backstage now." She ordered quickly. Helen would also get up to her feet, her cards falling to the ground in front of her as she looked at Yuri quite confused. It wasn't until the hostages were brought onto the broadcast that she got the severity of the situation.
"Everyone, please follow me backstage. Form a line, 2 by 2. Everything will be fine." Helen spoke up, moving to show the fans that had gathered there where they should go in the middle of this emergency.
'Tho the hell is this... What the hell is he ... Damn him... Who are those... h...HEY' her train of thought stopped her eyes growing wide when the first captive was executed on national Television.
"What the... Kou... Kou I've got to go..." She said in a bit of a panic, not sure she could really explain to him why she had to go... She just broke off from the group, heading out the opposite exit and towards the changing rooms they had assigned to Kou and Yuri before. She grabbed her bag and with a quick twirl stripped out of her clothes, and into her Hero outfit. She pulled the hood over her head, tucking in her hair as she prepared to make her way up to the Tokyo5 Newsroom.

Kou would sit impassively, as though Yuri's compliments meant nothing to him. "Yes, working with Miss Kobayashi has been quite the pleasure. To be honest, when I first saw the script for the show, I thought that there was no way it could succeed- However, Yuri has brought it to life in ways I had never thought possible. It is only natural that I would respond in kind." It was a strictly business-like response to Yuri's romantic statement- However Kasamori Subaru was, after all, the tsundere type. A slight loosening of his ice-cold face whenever he mentioned Yuri's name, and a short sidelong glance at her, was more than enough to fuel the shippers.
As expected of a professional talk-show host, Helen LaGenerous capably played off the bubbly Yuri and the stoic Kou. It was surprisingly fun, and even Kou couldn't help but break character to let out a laugh at times. He even cracked a few jokes of his own- Such as, "Hey now, if you show them all the juicy scenes, they won't have any reason to watch the show!" Although, of course, the red tinge to his ears would suggest to his fans that he simply was embarrassed by the scene being shown. "And of course, don't forget to catch Akuma to Lightning bolt, airing right after this!"
It was a shameless plug, but the audience ate it right up. The girls, anyways. However, even as they were cheering and shouting that of course they would catch it, a hush fell over the crowd. A cold voice spoke from behind him- And it wasn't from the drama that was supposed to be shown on the screen. If he couldn't figure out what was going on from the speech Nick gave, he would be a disgrace to his name.
The actor clenched his fist. He wanted to start running, make a break straight for whichever room that hijacking had taken place in... But how could he, with so many eyes on him? As one of the costars, his absence would be more than noticeable- Especially with his quirk as prominent as it was. On the bright side, it was a simple matter to keep these thoughts off his face, and to pretend to be as shocked as Helen by the turn of events.
He would join in line with the rest of the evacuees- He needed to find Sano, change into something less recognizable. Not that he could change his quirk, but, he'd dealt with that before and would no doubt do so again. Suddenly, Yuri declared that she had to go, and ran off. Not knowing that his cohost was also a vigilante, Kou furrowed his brow. What was that girl thinking?
Fortunately, it made an excellent excuse to depart from the group. "Hey, what, wait!" Kou would call to draw attention, then run off after her. Of course, he never actually expected or intended to catch up to her- What was important was that Helen and the audience thought he did, as he instead ran off to find Sadamura Sano- Who, as though a mind-reader, had done the same. As though rehearsed, the two broke into and argument- Sano shouting at Kou about recklessness and safety, and Kou saying something about Yuri. Sano threw the parcel he held at Kou, before 'forcing' the star into his own changing room.
Fortunately, his stylists had long since vacated the premises, as he swiftly stripped his outfit, and replaced it with his Akuma Piercer costume- Finishing by pulling on his mask, a blue covering whose orange lines gave the impression of three faces- The Asura.
Of course, rather than run back into the hall, Kou would dash the other way- Opening and clambering out through the window. His eight lances punched holds in the wall of the building, allowing the vigilante a relatively safe and swift ascent. The only trick now was to find out which room the hijacked broadcast had aired from...
Of course, later, the camera footage would support his claim that Sano had forced him to hide in the dressing room for safety, leaving inconclusive evidence as to the claim of him being the masked vigilante who would soon appear.

The sword of murder is not the balance of justice .
She was in the air before the broadcast began.
A routine sweep across Tokyo, from rooftop to rooftop; Yellow Jacket was one of the many heroes who kept vigilant watch over their city in times of turmoil and peace alike. Perhaps it was an inability to let herself rest when she knew the sort of people who were out there, hidden in places she couldn't find--or maybe it was an old habit that was just too hard to break; the inability to stop and let the world move on without her watching it, helping it, keeping it as safe as possible. At least she was not alone this time. Since she'd agreed to work alongside the pop idol-turned-hero Serperior she had at least been with company on these nights. Sometimes it led to something of value, like stopping a thief with a knife to another's throat. Even something so small as that was a victory. However, the majority of the time there was little to intervene on. Little to do.
An alert that a television station had been hijacked by criminals was not something to pass by, no matter how simple it seemed at a glance. From her spot atop an office building a few blocks away from Tokyo5's news station, it appeared to be perfectly timed on their part. Hachi set her phone back into the zipped pocket of her hero costume once she was done reading the alert. One visible culprit with more likely holding off security, an unknown amount of hostages including the newscaster herself. Either they could wait around the building or force their way into the studio and deal with it there. Hachi would rather not risk harm to the hostages inside. For now, just getting to the studio would be the best course of action.
"Serperior," she called, turning to look down at Mikhail from where he was coiled, waiting, "Tokyo5 is under siege from a group of radicals. Unknown number of hostages. I'm going to fly on ahead. Get as close as you can. Do not engage unless the situation worsens."
With that, Hachi's wings began to beat, faster and faster until they blurred behind her, only a hint of light reflected off of them by the streetlamps. With a kick-off from the roof she was in the air and flying, soaring at her impressive speeds towards the studio. Her mind was deducing the best coarse of action. Depending on how many hostiles were inside, she and Serperior may need to rely on the police--which were undoubtedly also on their way--or that of another hero in the area. Not bad. However, a hostage situation meant that diving head-on into combat would put them in danger, should there be enough hostile forces inside to fight and keep a knife to them at the same time. Unwise. She would need to be faster than they had time to react to, and aim for whomever--if any--had the most obvious weaponry or combative Quirk to remove them...
...her phone went wild again only a street away, a new alert, likely an update to the situation. Hachi cut herself mid-flight to hover above the street and check. If it was already under control then all was well.
She was not expecting what she saw.
[ALERT] HOSTAGES AT TOKYO5 STUDIO HAS BEEN KILLED LIVE ON-SCREEN. REPEAT: HOSTAGES AT TOKYO5 STUDIO HAS BEEN KILLED LIVE ON-SCREEN.
[ALERT] HOSTILES ARE ARMED AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. REPEAT: HOSTILES ARE ARMED AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
[ALERT] FOUR HOSTILES IDENTIFIED, TWO KNOWN QUIRK-ADEPT AMONG HOSTILES. REPEAT: FOUR HOSTILES IDENTIFIED...
Quirk-adept villains slaughtering hostages on television.
Hachi's stomach twisted into knots in her abdomen, the cold winter air on her body paling in comparison to the chill that ran down her spine. This was not criminals calling for money in exchange of hostages. It was an act of terrorism. Quirkers killing hostages. Live on TV.
Without bothering to put anything away, Hachi rushed towards the studio at top speed, the buzzing of her wings and boiling fury in her blood. She was above the studio in mere seconds, her large red eyes scanning the building from above. Windows, doors, dark alley-ways with get-away cars. Anything she could see, anyone fleeing, to start this off correctly. These murderers would not escape. She would not allow them to. If they did, the world would, once again, only see the death. The harm. The righteous reasons for their hate.
Because the world could not hate us any more...

Serperior would never had said it to her face, but night-time patrols with Hachi were a lot more boring than he’d expected. Was it bad to be a little too good at their job? Watching his mentor’s back as she disarmed muggers, and took down shoplifters was satisfying, but it wasn’t fun. There was no risk. No tension. The best part of heroism was when he was fighting for his life, and honestly, truly didn’t know how the battle was going to end. When other people were in danger, he just felt anxious. And when it was just a case of waiting out in the cold...well...he’d never liked the cold.
Which is why he’d started to drift off when the police alert crackled over his government-issued radio.
Hostage Situation at Toyko5, on live broadcast.
Who would…
Hostage situation. This was going to be a new one for him. Normally, a hostage situation was a last resort on TV. The ugly end-game when a bank robber ended up caught in the act, surrounded by cops and looking for a bargaining chip.
But if they’re on Toyko5…
Serperior frowned, dots clicking together. This was someone with a manifesto to deliver. They were taking the city itself hostage, not just the newsroom. Which meant they were motivated by ideals, instead of greed…
So high chances of them being a lunatic, or even suicidal.
Serperior exhaled, his tongue flicking out of his mouth, tasting the air. It was smokey, acidic, and full of...something. Or maybe he was just imagining. He shook his head, tossing his hair back, and focused back on Hachi.
“Understood, Yellowjacket--I’ll right behind you with the calvary.” He said, eyes glittering with intensity, even though his tone was light. “I should be telling you not to engage, Sensei--try to save some for me.”
She was gone in a flash without a response, though he was pretty sure he heard her sigh. He still had more trouble than he would ever admit reading his teacher, but he was starting to suspect she enjoyed these night patrols with him, the freedom of being a hero without her students around. It was why he’d never admit to being bored.
Serperior slithered after her at full tilt, unfolding his staff and using it to vault from rooftop to rooftop, coiling over balconies and climbing sheer walls with freakish agility. Maybe he couldn’t fly, but he could move.
Did he know anything about Toyko5? He’d been on a few times for morning specials; he wasn’t chasing the late-night audience back then. The interviewers hadn’t been memorable...but what about the staff? Shit. Was Yuki working there now as stage crew? He was sure he knew some of the cameramen too…
His pulse was pounding, but he wasn’t sure he enjoyed it right now.
He wasn’t even in sight of the studio when the second broadcast crackled over the police radio.
REPEAT: FOUR HOSTILES IDENTIFIED--
That changed everything. If they were killing hostages, negotiations were over. Waiting was over. All that was left was a race against time. Save anyone who was left. Take out the villains. Yellowjacket and Serperior, their first crisis.
Simple.
He wouldn't disappoint.
He started to move upward as he neared the studio, trying to get a good view of the building. The cops could hold the perimeter. Hachi was probably already inside. He needed to follow. His best chance was an upper-floor window. The ground floor would be the most heavily defended, but if he jumped from a nearby building, he could smash onto the upper floor tail-first, using his scales to protect against the broken glass.

He felt a rush of power on a level he had never known before. Every millimetre of his body teemed with an overflowing sense of aliveness. This was what it was like to make a mark on the world, he realised. He was finally worthy of the name Abaddon.
The authorities will be on on their way, a small voice pointed out somewhere in his mind, almost drowned out by the sound of his ego inflating even more than it already was. The rest of him scoffed; in that moment he would have delightedly taken on anyone who dared stand in his way.
You’re not invincible, the small voice continued. We need to go, now!
He quietly groaned and pressed a hand to his throbbing forehead. “Oh, shut up. I can’t enjoy anything for just one moment!”
He lowered his hand again as Blackout suddenly spoke, asking him what his plan was. Ever the pedantic one. “Of course I have a plan. We grab hostages and back up out of here towards where Crowley is. He should be on his way to us right now. Someone he knows will be on their way with a getaway vehicle, so we’ll make for the building’s rear fire escape exit and meet them there! Let’s go!”
Seeing Blackout already in the process of securing a hostage, he gestured to the exit behind the screen. “You go out in front of us with her held in front of you. We’ll group up behind you!”

Should the new arrivals be on the same face of the building as Kou, he would be hard for them to miss. Like a grotesque spider, eight legs carried the vigilante up the facade. He couldn't say the same about them- His body and head faced inwards, as he peered through windows. He had the same problem as ever- He didn't have a clue what studio the hijack had filmed in! And then there was Yuri, who had run deeper into the building and vanished... He couldn't claim to know what she was thinking, but he had worked with her enough to know she wasn't stupid. Hopefully she wasn't about to prove him wrong.
His face reflected in the glass- Or at least, his mask did. It was one of the simplest types- The kind of full-face mask that obscured the features completely. Red lines traced the figures of three faces- On the front and sides. It was a bit ham-fisted for Kou's tatse, but Sano insisted. Something about how he should stick to a theme if he didn't want to be called something ridiculous like, say, "Spider-man." Kou could only admit the man had a point. So while he felt mildly ridiculous, Kou wore the Asura mask.
In any case, scampering around on the outside of the building wasn't solving any of his problems. At some point, he was going to just have to gamble. And while windows were notably harder to open from the outside, glass wasn't much problem for the claws which had easily pierced through the rest of the building. Holding himself to the wall with the lower six of his piercers, the topmost two swiftly punched out a human-sized hole in the window, through which the vigilante entered unharmed- And leaving a convenient entrance for anyone still behind him.
Now then, where was he supposed to find these assholes?

Nick’s plan actually sounded fairly reasonable, and the urgency of their situation wasn’t lost on Goro either, so he didn’t bother nitpicking. They’d just have to hope Crowley’s getaway was trustworthy when the time came. “The fire escape then.” Goro confirmed before moving for the door, his hostage frozen stiff in terror in front of him. Her steps were slow and weak; a pace they couldn’t afford to keep. The knife drew slightly closer to her throat and Goro heard her swallow in fear. “Faster. We don’t have all day,” He hissed, before moving the knife back and allowing her to quicken her pace. Nick’s insistence at Goro leading their escape made sense from a purely logical standpoint, he was the only one with a hostage after all. His wing armour was likely also a factor in it, since he could spread them rather far without losing any defensive power, but he had a nagging suspicion that Nick also just wanted to use Goro as a meatshield. If it were only the security guards and police they’d need to worry about, it wouldn’t have been a huge bother, but there were certainly others heading for them. Pro Heroes, of course, would be a threat, but Goro was more concerned about vigilantes. Heroes would be stopped by hostages, forced into inaction by the law, but vigilantes didn’t have the same limits. He’d been on the receiving end of their brutality once before and had no interest in allowing himself to fall so easily again.

The sword of murder is not the balance of justice .
A mistake could not be afforded at this point. From still high above the studio Hachi observed as forces made their way inside--one such being Serperior, diving in through one of the windows with his agility. She could have gone in after him, but limiting herself by entering the building would be foolish, and leave the pair of them without a view of the outside, where any escaping villains were likely to be. She did not want to play look-out, but at the moment, they needed eyes in and out.
Such a plan proved fruitful as Hachi spotted another quirk-using individual crawl their way along the side of the building using what could only be described as spider's legs, peering through the windows. Another hero? It was not Army of One, whom possessed spider-like attributes and abilities, for even at a distance their body was not the same inhuman shape as hers was. She couldn't recognize them from here. Were they even a hero? Ah. But she didn't have time for a vigilante poking their nose in on this. A villain murdering innocents was far more dangerous than a vigilante daring to fight against them. However they did just enter the same way as Serperior; via window.
Hopefully her partner had a similar stance on vigilantes.
Unlikely, but hopefully.
Her gaze landed on the opposite side of the building, far from where the windows were being used as an entry way, and instead on a fire escape--much more accessible from the inside, and should they be in possession of a hostage, it was far more practical to use the fire escape than try to climb from the window with them in tow. She couldn't see anyone on it. Yet.
But she was hovering above, ready to come down on top of whomever stepped foot on it first. She could cut off an exit and capture a villain in one swoop were she careful, and were they off-guard from an areal attack.
Meanwhile, however, all she could do was wait. Wait and remember similar situations from years ago. The whole thing left a bitter taste in her mouth, and the scent of burning flesh, though phantom, lingering in her mind. A similar situation, with sparks and flashes of light, a body charred black but still twitching, smoking.
Solenn wouldn't be waiting. She would have dived in already. Hostages be damned, heroics be damned, her goal would be to stop the criminals from ever doing something like this again. Or anything, ever again.
But it's not like that now. I cannot risk the hostages' lives. I cannot go in recklessly. I am a hero now.
I cannot behave like my actions have no consequences.

Lightning Strike Yuri Kobayashi - Pop Star
Just as Abbadon, Goro and their hostage stepped out into the fire escape Yuri arrived on the scene of Tokyo 5. Even she, a girl raised by none other than ThunderShock, gagged to the point she had t cover her mouth. It wasn't pretty, not at all... and the sight alone dulled her senses to the escaping Villains. She sucked in a deep breath, scrunching up her nose as she did a quick look around of the area, finding that only one of the villains remained... It was Meiko. Lightning bit her lower lip, not yet instantly acting on Meiko but balling up her fist as she decided what the best course of action here was. Capture Meiko, or turn the cameras on her and reassure them that justice would be served for what happened here today. Calm the masses, or capture a villain (again).
"If I ever see you again after this, you're fucking dead. Get out before I change my mind, and don't expect any mercy from any other Heroes." Lightning would spout out venomously, glaring at the woman as she instead hurries over to the cameras. While one of them had been turned off, another remained on, simply pointed at the floor and missing all of the action. She dashed over to the camera, spun it around on it's stand do that it was facing the back of the room and used a ladder she found to prop it up so that she didn't actually need a camera man. She then darted in front of the camera, still live streaming the active to every television tuned in to Tokyo 5.
"People of Japan, the sight we had to witness was nothing short of a terrorist attack. However, rest well knowing that none of these villains will escape justice for their actions. The Heroes of this city will ensure that these villains are captured quickly and be put to trial for their crimes. Don't lose hope, don't ever lose hope in us. Maybe we can't win every battle, but we will always fight for what is right and what is just, you CAN count on us." It was just a short little speech, one that would hopefully give the people watching a little bit of hope. She would then dash back towards the camera, finally turning it off so that nothing at all would air on Tokyo 5.
She didn't want to be left with the bodies of these two women however, so she had to get out of here fast before she was accused of something.

A couple of police were at the entrance, at least two of them at the door. They were nearby the area and were instructed to observe the studio and keep an eye out for people such as bystanders, the news, or anyone daring to enter the building. Along them was the lone security guard working at the station, telling them his account and how he should have stayed home. “The only people who would dare to try to enter this studio as it is are those with a death wish, vigilantes, or idiots. That’s what I think.”
As the tired guard stepped out to grab a breather, the brash idiot known as Drag-On ran up to him, punched them out, took their uniform, and entered the studio under the pretense of checking in. He manages to pass off his helmet as a kid’s attempt to play hero and run inside, making him confiscate it. While puzzled as to why he would take it with them, the two officers thought nothing of it and let him in. The poor guard remained in his boxers, out cold.
Once inside, Brandon slaps on his Helmet and Bluetooth earphone to talk to Kent. He looks for his phone and attempts to call Kent. Low signal, it’ll do. In the meanwhile, Brandon has a job to do. He looks at the directory for his next move. Normally he would just slam down every door to find the group, but he’s a bit pressed for time. Brandon notices some water bottles and grabs them, drinking one while planning.
If he was a bat man who would run at any moment, where would he go?
“Well.” He mumbles after putting the cap on the bottle, “I would try to get away...on...the...uuh...”
“He would go to the fire escape, allowing him to escape and fly outside.” A sudden reminder that he called Kent jolted through Brandon’s head.
”Ri-right. I, um, guess I’ll look for it.”
” Don’t go overboard, alright?” Kent warns him.
”Yeah, yeah.”
And so, the vigilante who looks like a tv studio security guard with a blue helmet known as Drag-On began his mission.

One of the upper floor windows was already broken. An escape? No. If someone had left, they’d have been lit up by the police spotlights, and Seperior would have heard something from his radio. Which meant...
Someone had entered. Hachi?
It didn't matter. As long as the villains hadn't escaped, it didn't matter who else was inside.
Mikhail sprang from the rooftop he’d paused on, using his tail like an spring to toss himself into the open air. For a moment, there was a sensation of gut-wrenching vertigo as he twisted in the air, the wind whistling in his ears and the street unfolding below him. Then he slammed through the broken window, a shock of impact vibrating through his entire body before he let himself go limp, tumbling forward on the carpet into a roll to redirect his momentum forward. He let out a whoop of triumph, his face flushed, breathless.
It was the first time he’d done anything that dangerous without a harness. Damn, it felt good to move like this again.
He slithered forward at top speed, the waves of his tail filling the entire hallway as he looked for stairs. Or were stairs too obvious? He needed to get the drop on them if he could…
"Hostiles on the move. Repeat. Hostiles are on the move. Over."
Serperior kept moving forward, quickly running through possibilities. He hadn’t actually expected the villains to try to escape. It had seemed like a kamikaze mission--they had to know police and heroes would arrive. But if they weren’t planning to go out in a blaze of glory...
He opened up his radio’s microphone, his words quick and breathless.
“Copy. This is Pro Hero Serperior. I’m on site. Third story. I need eyes on hostiles. Repeat--where are they? Over.”
The second he finished, another cop’s voice crackled over the radio, but not in reply.
"Unknown female masked female spotted in studio. Appears unaffiliated with Hostage Takers. Possible match for Vigilante “Lightning Strike.” Over."
Serperior let out a hiss of annoyance, long tongue flicking out between his lips. Of course. This was going to be trouble, especially if there were still hostages alive. Now they had a rogue element to deal with.
But again. She didn’t matter. Where were the villains going?
If they were trying to escape, and weren’t going down….that left up. And that left either the stairs, or the fire escape. Either way, he was heading for the roof.
Just as the thought passed through his mind, he spotted a set of bladed...legs? Arms? Something? Whip around the corner at the end of the long hall ahead of him along with the flash of what looked like a man in the middle of them. It looked like they were heading for the stairs as well.
Something about the silhouette struck him as familiar.
“Hold up! Pro Hero Serperior--declare yourself and stand down!”

Once the broadcast was said and done, it was time to skidaddle. Meiko neded to secure herself an exit and a hostage. She froze for a second when she saw Yuri. But she didnt wana stay nor fight her. Meiko just ran. She ran over to Alaster to the place he was staying at. Since he took the role of Harry Krowe, he was her ideal hostage.
When she found her beloved, she quickly kicked anyone out of her way and grabbed Alaster, and pulled a dagger out of her left temple, which she proceeded to hold close to his neck "NO ONE MOVE!!! And if you do what I say, me and the writter will take a nice walk. If you do move, he's minced meat. And Im sure none of you want that to happen to your guest, eh?" Meiko said as she needed to be convincing with her deed and words
Hopefully Alaster would undrstand. Meiko would proceed to pull her 'hostage' away to a possible exit. She held him close and the dagger close as well. She looked at Alaster, and the building layout and any possible threat. She needed to be secure with everything, she needed an exit, hopefully one with the least combat... like the fire escape. Yes... that could work. MEIKO WENT TO THE FIRE ESCAPE WITH ALASTER

The rest of the interview was going about as well as expected. Alaster was smiling. Part of it was because despite being bored, Alaster did like to keep his fans happy. However, the main reason was because none of these fools had suspected that something was wrong. Very wrong.
A couple of minutes later, the host was suddenly ending the broadcast rather abruptly. "I'm so sorry, this is all the time we have, folks! This has been your lovely host, Sakura. Have a wonderful evening!" Suddenly, there were whispers, nervous muttering. It looks like Nick's actions in the other room were drawing quite a lot of attention, causing everyone else in the room to get worried.
"All right, nobody panic." Suddenly, the camera guy tried to do his best to keep the situation under control. "We all need to keep calm and evacuate in a quick and orderly manner."
Earlier, Alaster called in a favor from one of the few people in the gang that Alaster used to work with. Wheels, the loud and obnoxious, but respectable and friendly getaway driver. His quirk of being able to make any car he touched for an extended period of time invisible to the human eye would prove to be invaluable. After all, Alaster needed to make sure that he, Meiko, Nick, and the others would be able to escape without issue. Assuming that Wheels did not screw up, then the villains' getaway would be practically assured. Taking advantage of the panic, Alaster took out his phone and began to read the text from Wheels.
Crowley, I'm on my way with a red van. I'll be there in like three minutes, give or take. Best of luck, and try to make sure that nobody else follows you. Not really fancying getting unwanted attention from the cops and heroes.
Oh, and you had better have my payment on you when I get there!
Three minutes, huh? Alaster would have preferred if the man were already there, invisible until the villains needed to get to him. Still, that was the best he could do on such short notice. Things could have been a lot worse.
"Harry? We need to go. Everyone's evacuating." Sakura had come over to check on Alaster just as he finished putting his phone away. "We all need to get out of here before those masked villains..."
Before she could finish, one of those masked villains entered the room. People began to panic. Sakura even screamed. Alaster put his hands over his mouth, seemingly in shock of what was happening. In truth, it was to hide his wide grin. Excellent! Even better, the masked villain pulled a dagger out of her left temple. Meiko! Alaster needed to do his best to pretend that he was terrified and not at all happy to see that his beloved was here.
"Oh my god! Please don't hurt me!" It was brilliant! Meiko would take Alaster hostage, no one would try to intervene in fear of 'Harry' getting hurt, and the two lovebirds could guarantee their escape! Seeing the terrified looks on everyone's faces as the villain was taking the writer hostage, Alaster began to speak to them to pretend to reassure them all. "Everyone, please just do as she says! I'm sure I'll be okay if you listen to her. Just try to remain calm!"
As Meiko left the room with her 'hostage', Alaster made sure that the coast was clear and that no one was around before whispering to her. "Excellent work, love." Now all they needed to do was get to the nearest exit and bid this place adieu. Hopefully, none of the pro heroes would show up. Still, it would not be too horrible if they did. After all, who in their right mind would risk the life of a 'hostage'?
Meanwhile, Wheels was out on the streets driving a red van. Having overused his quirk to hide from traffic and the police so that he could speed to Crowley's location without delay, Wheels did not have much time left to use his quirk. Once he was close enough to the Tokyo5 building, he began to drive at legal speeds as he deactivated his quirk to save it for when he picked up Crowley and friends. Only one more minute till he was there, and he could drive to the back of the building and wait.
Wheels just hoped that Crowley and friends would be alright, and that he could make it there without anybody noticing. The last thing Wheels wanted was to get awkward questions from the police or heroes.

With Nick's last words, the broadcast was cut off. It was only moments now until they would be bombarded by heroes and vigilantes alike, what fun they would have together~ Nari listened as Nick directed what the next orders would be; grab a hostage and make your way to the fire escape. Seemed simple enough. Nari's slitted green eyes scanned the room until she set her sights upon a a peculiar redhead with freckles dusting her cheeks. The brunette went over and grabbed her by the waist, holding a knife up to her neck. "Be a good girl now and come with me. I promise we'll have lots of fun together cutie~" she purred, grabbing said redhead and following the rest of the crew out towards the fire escape. She lowered her knife as she ran but made sure to keep a firm grip on the redhead, not letting her escape any time soon.
Frantic yells and phone calls were being made, some people recording with cell phones of the incidents that were happening after the broadcast ended. She wondered what sorts of goody-two-shoes would show up and try to stop them. The anticipation was just killing Nari from the inside. Nari dashed down the halls with her hostage in hand, following Nick and Goro, or should she say Abandon and Blackout, as they made their way towards the fire escape. She was surprised to not see any heroes yet, perhaps they didn't care, perhaps they just weren't here yet. Meiko, Lady Lavande, probably went to get crow boy, typical as he was their way out. It seemed this issues was way too easy. Perhaps she'll celebrate with a glass of wine once she gets home, maybe even splurge a little on some new sewing equipment she had been eyeballing for the past couple of months. She needed to treat herself every once in a while, while the majority of fun was found in her killing sprees, she could grow attached to some material objects as well. "Watch your backs, you never know when some spoiled little hero might pop up," she called out to the two boys in front, she'd watch their backs if they watched hers.
