Put simply, Tetsuko has heightened reflexes, allowing her to more quickly and readily react to sensory information. Her reaction time is on par with that of professional tennis player's.

Effect: Through a combination of conditioning her body and repeated exposure to a certain healing substance, Tetsuko's body has developed a healing factor above that of most people. Her body can mend and repair tissue and muscle damage at an accelerated rate. This does not allow her to regenerate parts of her body that she normally wouldn't. By focusing on the point of injury, Tetsuko can currently close superficial cuts and heal minor bruises in a very short timespan (1 Post/Wound). Over a timespan of 24 hours, all wounds of this nature will have been healed. This does not cause any kind of enhancement to stamina, as her body's energy is required for the healing process. Thanks to her increased healing, minor wounds no longer leave lasting scars on Tetsuko, at most causing slight discoloration.

Put simply, Tetsuko has a skill in swordsmanship, displaying the firm yet flowing technique of Jikishinkage-ryū when wielding a blade for combat. However, although she uses a sword more competently than your average Joe, there is much room for improvement for Tetsuko's skill in the sword style.

As long is it originates from her own body, Tetsuko is capable of drawing out her iron, pulling it from her own blood and through her skin. She is able to shape and move it as long as it retains its connection to her body. It must be connected to her blood through her skin in order to be manipulated. If this connection is severed, the iron constructs will still remain, but Tetsuko’s control over them will not. Tetsuko can use her quirk to form a number of constructs from her bodies iron, from swords to shields to wires and other, simpler shapes.
Constructs are as tough as stone, but can only last 3 posts before the iron becomes too weak, forcing Tetsuko to either let the construct break off contact from her body, or retract the iron back into herself. The latter can be risky, however, as there is a danger of bringing any contaminants and other substances her iron has mixed with into her own body.
The maximum size for a construct, and maximum iron Tetsuko can manipulate at any time, is equal to a 0.5m cube. Drawing out more than half of this volume of iron will incur the adverse effects of overusing her Quirk.
As the iron must be pulled through her own body to be drawn out, usage of Tetsuko’s quirk can result in annoying, though superficial, cuts. Though, bleeding will be blocked by the excess iron present.
Drawback: Using up the body’s iron can have a number of adverse effects on Tetsuko’s body. Using her quirk for too long, or in too great quantities, will inhibit her blood’s ability to transport oxygen, resulting in pale skin, headaches, irregular breathing, and general fatigue.
