Yellow suddenly spoke again. This time about his Quirk, mentioning that its fascinating. She continued to say, while G looked at the cookie, how she never met anyone who could summon a new entity. Her descriptions were more like 'back-up' and 'guardian'. But G interjected and said "More like a friend", well.. maybe not directly interjected, but mumbled to himself as he continued to listen to Yellow "He must provide good company, too. He was quite friendly. And...perhaps he even desensitize you to some of the stranger Quirks out there, like myself."
G looked up from the cookie and looked at her in the eyes as she spoke her last part
"You're one of the few people to meet me who hasn't been unnerved by my appearance right off the bat."
Now, he spoke
"If there are 2 things I like in life, thats bugs and women. And you combine the 2 things I like into 1. You dont look scary, you look amazing. Although, dont take that as me flirting with you. I'm taken... sorta... its complicated"
And now he regretted once again what he said. He didnt wanna drag a Pro Hero in that story. So he quickly tried to correct that
"Um... forget what I said" he then took the cookie and nibbled on it just so it would seem he has his mouth full so he wouldnt speak

Hachi was quiet for a moment before a bubbling laugh came forth from her chest to her lips, and she covered her mouth with her claws as she continued to chuckle. A combination of two of the things he liked, hmm? That was quite flattering, even if it was a little odd to hear said aloud. It was one of the few times she'd been complimented for her appearance instead of shunned.
"You're quite the charmer, Genzu. I'm not surprise you would be spoken for..." she started, but he began to double-guess himself. Ah. Hachi's laughter came to a slow stop. That looked like a tender subject he'd opened up onto. She was not one to pry into people's personal matters without reason, or permission. Instead of questioning him, she took a second cookie from the plate, still smiling. "Forgotten. Now. I'm curious about the first part of that subject. You're a fan of insects? Did you grow up in the countryside? When I was younger, I would catch beetles in a net and take notes of them before I let them go. I raise bees now, too, for wax and honey...and I suppose companionship."
"I'm surprised Goliath is a crustacean, not an insect, if you have a liking of them. Do you like shellfish more?"
She tilted her head to the side. It was hard to tell from her expression, but her voice was light. Humorous.
"I won't be offended if you say yes."

She laughed? He didnt understand why. Was that funny? She started to speak, but then stopped for a moment. And luckily changed the subject.
"I'm a fan of insects because thats how I see myself. People think insects are small and weak. And they are generally not liked and seen as gross. Thats just how I see myself. Small, weak, disliked by people. Thats why I like bugs" he tells the Pro Heroine
Then he answered her other question "No, I grew up in Tokyo" and then he commented on a little piece of information she said "I mean, if you dont mind. I can be your company. If you ever need to talk to someone, I guess"
After that she commented that she is surprised that Goliath is a crustacean, not an insect. G explained a bit more "My Quirk Spirit Animals.It allows me to summon this... being. My quote unquote 'true self'. The Quirk combines my likes, dislikes, personality and I guess self views. But I chalk that under personality. He is insect like because I love insects. But he is a crustacean because I love the beach, the sea as well. So, a crustacean was close enough, insect like. Combining two things I like. But of course, not every good aspect goes into the creation of this Quirk. He is not like an average isopod. He's like a monster. Because, thats how I see myself......You say you were shunned for your Quirk because you just look like a bee. Well...people can be cruel"
He did see himself as a monster, but he wasnt comftarble talking to a hero he just met. He couldnt tell her the true reason why he saw himself as a monster. So he said a ... not really a false reason, but a factor that played a role.
"You know. You said that Goliath is like back up or a guardian. I think he'd be closer to an imaginary friend." he added on one of her previous points

What a strange yet interesting Quirk, to be able to see your "true self" so clearly and have it protect you. In so many ways it was like an imaginary friend crafted by a lonely child. In others, though, it was like a having a soulmate; somebody who understood you entirely, who shared all the likes and dislikes you had, who was shaped and who shaped you with their existence. It wasn't a romantic sort of soulmate, of course, but it was still an apt comparison. She was almost jealous.
Then again, her life was already hectic enough without a personification of her inner thoughts and feelings running around. She nodded as he finished explaining.
"They can be. Yet, here we both are, trying to keep people safe, even those that look as us like we're freaks and monsters. I'm sorry you see yourself that way," she fiddled with the end of her straw with her claws, the other hand still holding her cookie, "I hope you have found people who don't believe you're a monster, and who care for you as you are. Such people are a rarity, even for those who appear, normal...whatever 'normal' means in this day and age." Hachi looked at the crowd.
Scales, quills, red eyes, knives-for-digits, and a variety of other "abnormal" traits met her in response.
"Normal" was getting stranger by the day.
"I would appreciate your company, Genzu. It's not often a vigilante would willingly sit and chat with me, let alone I find somebody who finds me appealing, I suppose, instead of strange. Though I feel like this whole conversation has been a little one-sided. Do you have anything you wanted to ask me about?"

He shrugged when Yellow said "I'm sorry you see yourself that way." Honestly, if she knew him... she'd say the same. But she must never know. He's not ready to go to jail yet. He has business to take care of.
The Bee Heroine spoke how she hopes he found someone who doesnt see him as a monster. He thought for a moment
"Well... there is this one kid I met. Very nice person, they found me a bit suspicious, but we sorted everything out. I kind of risked it and told em what I am... Y'know... a Vigilante. The kid seemed nice, so I offered to teach em how to fight in order to defend themself." of course the person he talked about is Chise, but no way he would jeopardize his favorite or.. his only student. She has a bright future in UA, even though she is just a General Studies student. But, he does think fondly about the senstivie little student who is willing to train with him and bring him cookies she baked with so much love
Then there's Kasey, his 'sister' that he adopted. She sadly had to leave his home after she attacked Susumu with Setsuna. But now, she just told him that Susumu is Big Sister. G wasnt ready to deal with that and face his girl. He needed time to try and be rational. Key word being 'try'.
He wasnt sure about Susumu though, Kasey threw some serious worry and doubt in his mind about the girl. He had no idea what was real and what was not. If she loved him or manipulaed him. He couldnt speak fondly about her now, if he had no idea about... anything.
G listened to Yellow speak. He imagined not many people sat with her because of her appearance, bunch of racists. But now she asked if he had any questions.
"Well...hmm.. To be honest, I'm not used to asking people questions, its weird isnt it. I mean, I have a question for you as a Pro Hero. Well, maybe its more asking for advice. I cant think of anything trivial or chatter talk. You see, something happened... and I dont know what to do. I'm sorta running away from the problem... because I'm scared that if I go now, I might do something rash or.... villanous.... And well, you're a girl..."
He had a question in mind for the bee heroine, but it wasnt really a nice question. He was a bit nervous about asking it, so he wanted to ask it, but at the same time he delayed it as he didnt want to ask it

Hachi raised a brow--or, well, her eye quirked in such a way that would have implied eyebrow raising, as she didn't actually have eyebrows--at G's not-really-a-question. Something had happened in his life that he was running away from, in fear that facing it head-on would cause him to act rashly and dangerously. Well. She did know about that sort of thing. Very, very well, in fact. But the last part of his rambling train of thought made it sound like the problem was...personal.
"I'm not a girl, Genzu. I'm a woman. That said, I have never been in a relationship myself. If your issue is marital and you're in need of advice, I can't assure that what I have to offer is particularly useful. However..." She sighed and averted her eyes to the cookie in her claws; it had been picked at to the point where it was crumbling into little pieces. She plucked one off of her plate and ate it while decided how to phrase her next few sentences without sharing too much information.
He already knows I've killed before.
He doesn't need to know why.
"...I have been spending a long time practicing how to avoid acting...rashly, or causing harm to others unnecessarily. I might be able to help with that aspect, if you aren't afraid of sharing more details."

"Girl. Woman. Female gender. XX chromosone. Same thing really" he said as he dismissed her lil comment of her not being a girl
The way she talked though. He probably made her think its gods know what. But he did express, its more of a Pro Hero question... and a girl question
"Right so.... I have or had a girlfriend and recently I inquired some.. disturbing info" he then leaned in closer to her "I found out she's a villain" he then leaned back and talked quietly "I dont know what to do about it. Im a Vigilante. I wanna stop Villains not... do them. But I dont wanna harm her or do... regrettable things. Im thinking how to approach her. But so far my only solution is to drag her to the police and let them sort it out"
He stopped talking a bit as he bit his lip as he thought what to say next. And then... he quietly continued "Im thinking about doing it. Turning myself in. Maybe that would encourage her to do the same. Maybe we get house arrest. We wipe our debt clean and be together again. I dunno... I just wanna fix this or salvage it and not just go beserk. I dont know what to do" he then spoke normally and not quiet and hushed
"You're a woman and a Pro Hero. You tell me. What should I do? Whats my best course of action?"

"On a technicality, bees have very different chromosome structures than humans. No doctor has told me so but I may not quite fit that description. "
The little teasing smile that accompanied that sentence gave away that Hachi was not too bothered by Genzu's line about her being a woman or girl or whatever. It was still odd for him to call her something meant for younger women when she was older than he was. It may have been a language barrier problem. Americans.
Not important to the current conversation, though.
Hachi leaned in to better hear Genzu as he began talking about his girlfriend--or ex-girlfriend, it seemed they were in the middle of a conflict--and at first she believed this was less of a hero question and more of a personal one. She almost spoke up. Almost. But upon the reveal that the woman he was with was a criminal she withdrew her thoughts. It sounded like a truly storybook scenario. A hero and villain falling in love with one another, unaware of the other's identity until it was too late to untangle their feelings from their duty.
Her claws started tapping on the table by the crumbs of cookie. It really was storybook. Storybook endings, though, were never so clean in reality. His want to turn her and himself in to wipe both of their slates clean, essentially trapping her with him until she changed her ways, was, sadly, also very storybook in a strange way.
"...you have a lot of trust in a person who has been keeping such a great secret from you." Hachi didn't like how cold her voice sounded, but it was hard to sound happy or warm with the topic at hand. "I don't know the woman you're with, otherwise I might be able to tell you for sure if she was the sort of let go of her past for your sake. I'm also not very good with romantic things, so I can't say whether or not love can really redeem somebody. I do, however, know criminals. Many criminals. And I can't say that a criminal who has gone out of their way to hide those acts from you is going to be thrilled at the idea of giving them up completely."
"She may not see you bringing her in as a clean slate. She may see it as betrayal of the utmost kind. Maybe she thinks that you being a vigilante who has done wrong in the past keeps you from turning her in, and that's why she stays with you. Or...maybe she just genuinely cares about you, however much a person who willingly hurts others can care. But you would still be betraying her in her eyes. Exposing her secrets, whatever life she's built for herself, and the exchange of having you...might not be enough to make up for it."
"...but if I were in your position, it is what I would do."
Her claws stopped tapping and her gaze met his own again, having been staring at the table the whole time while speaking. Her smile was not there anymore, instead she was an unreadable mask. "If somebody I loved was doing something to hurt others, I would bring them to justice in a way that...well, 'detached' might be too strong a word. Getting the police involved is the best way to assure that you don't go off the rails and hurt her. If you think it will help, you can even serve your own sentence as well. House-arrest might be slightly reaching but...it isn't impossible. Either way you'll see if she cares about you or her alter-ego more, because she will either try to change...or she won't.."
"The answer might not be the one you want, but at least you will have an answer, instead of nothing."

"Hm... I should read up more on bees then. Should've known that. Thanks for the note" he commented, since he was a bug guy, he wanted to know more about insects. But sometimes, he'd read trivia and just forget about it
When he finished his story, his question. He looked at the bee heroine, hoping to get some advice. She said that he has a lot of trust in someone who kept secrets from him. G just nodded, it was true. He did.
G listened to what else she had to say. And truth be told he was largely satisfied with the answer. He decided to fill in some holes she mentioned, just as her first sentence "I don't know the woman you're with, otherwise I might be able to tell you for sure"
"Thank you. I believe you gave me a good answer. Although" he leaned in and whispered "Does Big Sister, ring a bell or help? She's this Villain I was hunting down. And then shockingly, I found out I dated her" he backed away once more, but spoke quietly "I loathe Big Sister. She harmed people, many. But.. her true identity. I love... I worry that she did this just to manipulate me. Thats why I thought getting the police was the best thing to do. I dont want to... you know... I mean.. thats really all I wanted to ask you as a Pro Hero, Yellow." he said
If she didnt have any questions then maybe he could leave. He mostly came here because he wanted to chat with her a bit and see what was she so curious about. He figured he spent enough time here and that they figured mostly everything out. Actually no... He didnt know. He was just confused.
