Dark clouds were gathering overhead, a moderate breeze in the cold night air. That was about all the port had for peace and quiet. Everything else was a cacophany, the sounds of heavy engines roaring down the terminal, gunshots ringing out all over the crowded port. The forces of the government were storming in from the mainland, aiming to secure the area without any delay. However, their main objective, the IOL Endeavour, would be approached instead from two separate fronts. The chaos unfolding on the terminal was slightly dulled by the engine of the police boat and sounds of the water as a group of Heroes and SAT sped towards the back end of the massive cargo ship. Aboard were the heaviest hitters the Public Safety Commission had to offer. The top ranked Pro Heroes, all gathered for the crux of the operation. Also on the police beat was a small team of Tiger Unit SAT members, headed by Kanae Gushiken, AKA, Tiger-1. With her one good eye set on the stern of the cargo ship as they approached, she glanced back at the SAT members counting their shots, and the Pro Heroes who were being delivered to the drop point. ”Be ready for action, superstars.” The woman would affirm, gesturing with her finger towards the very back end of the ship. Almost the entire IOL Endeavour was covered with containers stacked neatly, a few empty spaces here and there were some had been removed, and areas at the back, front and sides of the ship with some safer surface. ”We’ll be deploying at the back of the stern. Tiger Team 1 will infiltrate using ropes, you guys are free to get up there however you can. Don’t waste time, they’re bound to bug out any second now.” Lowering her hand, she checked over her gear, the standard that all her men had. Their main arms were full of live ammo, a sign of serious this op was. ”Me and my boys will secure below decks. We’ll send some support topside too, but it’s your guys’ jobs to seize control of the bridge and the bulk of the M.A.R.I.N.E., wherever they put that topside. Do not get too close to that stuff. Most of what they have on it is here, and we don’t know what methods of administration they got.”The boat slowed as it approached the ship’s stern, and the sounds of gunshots popping off on deck could be heard. The engine started to grow quieter, Kanae tightening her ballistic helmet as they pulled up to the edge of the boat. They hadn’t been spotted yet, but once they made their way onto the cleared back section of the boat, it wouldn’t be long before one of Mercury’s goons took notice. ”We’ll stay in contact over earpieces. Try not to die, ya hear?” A half-grin was shot their way, perhaps a low bar to set for Japan’s Top 3. If they couldn’t handle themselves on this operation, no one could. Grappling ropes were launched up to the top of the stern, anchored down to the boat, as SAT members readied to board the ship’s stern, Kanae raising a hand to her earpiece. ”This is Alpha Team, confirming we’ve reached deployment site. Let’s rock and roll, over and out.”
On the deck of the IOL Endeavour, an absolute behemoth of a cargo vessel, a battlefield was starting to develop. Mercury’s henchman were stationed at the side of the ship, unleashing a hail of bullets along the unloading area to discourage anyone entering that way, while unaware of the Heroes and SAT creeping up on their blindspot… And that wasn’t even mentioning the other villains who weren’t about to let this score get away from them. How said villains get onto the ship was up to them, there were a few platforms for getting on at the terminal itself, or perhaps they’d snuck or climbed on, really, little was out of the question. At the very back end of the stern, where the Heroes would be deploying, there were already a few guards positioned. Aside from that, there were also a few spare crates with some military tech within. One contained a suspicious looking rifle, another was stocked with canisters about the size of a soda can. Further towards the bridge, were four rows of cargo containers, split into two arrays of two rows by a long space down the middle for accessing the contents. One would have no way of knowing what was within them without opening these cargo containers, however, there was one that had been negligently left open already. It was a bit out of the way for the Heroes, but if any Villains wanted to take their pick, they were welcome to. One could either go atop the containers, or down a side path that bypassed them, leading to the ship’s bridge. This structure was a three stories tall, scaled by an understated metal staircase within. The bottom and middle floor just contained Mercury goons guarding the place. The top floor was the control center, where just about every part of the ship was controlled… “Hurry the fuck up, we gotta got on the seas.” One stressed guard shouted within. “I can’t raise the anchor any quicker, moron.” The stressed captain replied. “Not to mention, we gotta get this shit ready…” A crane on top of the bridge was currently lifting a stray, smaller container terminal, placing it on top of the bridge area itself. Unsecured, but away from all the others, which was ideal for keeping it out of the hands of those pesky Heroes… It was up to those Villains and Heroes themselves, however, where they focused their attention; securing all the conspicuous cargo containers on the stern, and all the dangerous goods they held? The bridge of the ship, where the ability to stop or start the vessel was? Or the very top, which could be accessed by a metal stairway along the side of the bridge or a door at the control center, where the main shipment of M.A.R.I.N.E. was being held. As Heroes touched down at the back end of the stern, and Villains entered from where they wished, SAT members would climb on as well, entering through ladders in the guts of the ship, though would remain in contact with their allies above… They had little time before the ship set off; it was up to the actors to choose where the winds took them. OOC:Hey famsquad! I'll be running your event finale! This first post is to set the scene; Heroes, you're starting on the boat/very end of the stern, Villains, you can say where you started at your own discretion! Please read this post carefully to get an idea of the setting and ask me if you have any questions. For each of your posts I will be asking that you include a summary of your actions at the end. For each of my posts, I will be doing the same, with a summary of the environmental effects around you. You may not take control of any major NPCs, but, minor NPCs like the henchman and some of the SAT members in the area are free to be used as fodder/pushovers for your own fun. So basically, everyone thus far, 'cept those in the control room and the SAT peeps below deck. This first round will establish the posting order, with Heroes and Villains free to choose where they go. You can move as far as the second floor of the bridge this round. After that, you're free to move wherever you want, and I encourage you to sort amongst yourselves who wants to fight who! Also, feel free to shift around the posting order if you want in later rounds, just make sure you lemme know. The finale will go on for approx. 6 rounds. There will be a strict 48 hour posting timer, meaning you have 48 hours from the moment it's your turn. You'll be skipped if you don't get a post on time and don't inform us, but if you ask for an extension of up to 24 hours I'll be happy to allow it, so long as you don't ask for it too much. I'll be under the same timer, of course, so hold me to that! Though this is a DE thread, as long as you don't do anything too stupid, you will be fine, I'm not here to hurt any chars. All that said, the last thing mention is the most important: Have fun!

Mia was pretty zoned out as the police boat she was riding on got into position. Not oblivious to the situation by any means, but at this point, after so much planning, she was just dying to get into it already. She sat and watched the drone footage as she drummed her fingers along a nearby surface she was leaning over. She couldn't hear much from the back of this little operation, having to make sure she didn't cramp everyone in with her own titanic size...but the view was clear enough over the heads of officers and tech guys handling the image. Her eyes grew wide as she watched someone keel over in agony as something pulsed through their veins, shifting in colors and bulging out and-
She was reminded of those Balloons from the original 'IT'. The ones that just...popped with blood.
"Fuckin' hell..."
As things started to kick into gear, Mia had the gameplan drilled through her horn so many times she had it on lock, getting right into position at the back of the boat, the other officers on board sure to give her some room as the final briefing was given. She had to admit, whoever this person was, Mia definitely got a good vibe from them. That half grin really resonated, just something about seeing an officer with a bit of cheekiness amongst the strict strategy talk…oof.
Mia might have to see if she could get her number once all this was over.
Still, head in the game, she knew what she was here for. Looking to the ship above, as everyone was given the signal to go forward, there was a beat where everyone but Red Horn would likely be careful not to move too urgently. The titanic Oni heroine making a beeline down the minimal space the boat allowed her, bounding off the deck, and the moment she touched it, kicking hard off the hood of the control room for the ship. The whole boat likely took a hefty amount of force, possibly seeming like it might threaten to flip, but Mia knew her strength well enough that in the end, she’d done little more than rock the boat as she catapulted up to the deck of the auction-ship in a single bound.
She reached the apex of her jump just over the edge of the boat, and came down hard into the deck with a brief skid as the momentum of her mostly vertical leap flowed through her. Her head remained low for a moment…and she took a deep breath.
Normally Red Horn started a fight as you’d see her on the street. Toned and full of bulk, but nothing absurd, especially not for her natural height…but this…Oooo this was big. A boat full of criminals, a life threatening drug that, if used safely, could boost the strength of any quirker?
Oh she was already well riled up!~
Throwing her head back and meeting the crowd ahead of her with a wild grin, tusks stretching out over her upper llip, and her iconic horn growing further from her forehead, she’d watch as a crowd of some well dressed men with guns, and the average scaley skinned or oddly quirked criminals all turned about to her…probably a good…what. 20. 30 of them maybe? About a third of them had guns. Mia didn’t even hesitate.
Her eyes dipped to the side, a lone crate with none above it. She reached out with both arms and dragged it ahead of her. The gunfire started before she was done, a few bullets skimming off her thick skin, a single shot managing to stick itself firmly into her dense ab muscles, the rest pinging satisfyingly off the container she’d dragged ahead of her.
“In the words-!GRRRAGH!” With the container sideways infront of her, it filled the entire lane created by the walls of containers ahead of her. “Of a fucking beast of an orange rock-!”
She dug her hands in firmly under the small container, a wild grin on her features.
“It’s clobberin’ time!”
In a single thrust of her arms up towards the sky, all of Mia’s strength was tossed through the container, flipping it on it’s side so hard it jumped into the air, still spinning as it barrelled down the lane ahead of her. Some gunfire continued. Some stopped. There was a lot of yelling and running. The container slammed down before it reached the group but with the momentum behind it it skid at an alarming pace towards the criminals who took a note from the Prometheus school of running away from things, as many of them decided to see if they could outrun the damn thing.
A wild grin ever on her features, Red Horn rushed after her devastating projectile, bounding off the top of it, and breaking it’s momentum in the same action to the point it likely wouldn’t do any of the goons lethal harm. She soared through the sky above the crowds, slamming her four limbs down hard into the back wall of the towering bridge. That shit was up there huh? Fine. Top priority found! She’d glance back at her fellow heroine’s briefly, making sure she wasn’t leaving them to anything too dangerous…but eh. They were 2 and 3. Why the fuck should she be worried?
With her immense strength and drive behind her…and a mild hope that all the BIG names were up there trying to get their hands on this M.A.R.I.N.E shit before it vanished forever, Mia began to scale the outside of the bridge, slamming her hands firmly into the wall with every motion, creating hand holds that would later be used as footholds, scaling the building with ease.
When you were this strong, the world was basically made of playdough…
=========================================================
tldr
Mia Rush off the boat, bounded off the top, and reached the Deck in a single vertical leap (motion rank D)
Mia saw a thick crowd ahead of her. She dragged a smaller shipping container infront of her (C rank strength), took a few bullets, some skimmed off her, one got stuck in her ab muscles before reaching any organs (C rank endurance)
Mia stuck her hands under the container, flipped it. She basically used it like a bowling ball and all the goons were pins (an empty container weighs like 1800 kg, Mia’s strength limit at C rank is 3200kg, so even if the container has shit in it there’s plenty of wiggle room)
Mia bounded off the container, slowing it so none of the goons got fatally hurt, and rushed for the bridge, climbing it from the outside (Motion D)
Damage so far: skimmed bullets. One bullet in abs. Fell out during leap.

Post by Hachi Tsutsuji on Oct 25, 2019 13:32:17 GMT -4
But in the end I wanna thank you, 'Cause you've made me that much stronger. As one much more comfortable with air travel--being a flyer and all--Tsutsuji Hachi was not very fond of boats. She wasn't afraid of them, but, well, it was difficult to hover as she usually did on a moving surface, and she was more prone to sea sickness than others. She had kept her helmet off during the initial sailing toward the rear of the cargo vessel to keep her head in the cool air of this mid-autumn night. Only once they reached their destination did she set it back on, adjusting the glass over her inhuman eyes to protect them in flight. She saw Red Horn flinch from something on the screens but didn't look herself. The sounds of gunshots were all she needed to hear to guess as to what she'd seen. Lovely.
She hated guns. Even on people on her side, she hated them. There was no "gentle" with guns, there was no "stun". True, not all villains or criminals deserved that sort of treatment but very few deserved to bleed out...
...like...
If I begin thinking of that, I will never get off this boat.
You're fast enough now. It will be fine.
It will be fine.
"Understood, Tiger-1. I'll be taking the direct route." She tapped her helmet to trigger the newly fixed ear-piece inside it, hearing the familiar tone of radio static. Her wings extended behind her, twitching once as they accumulated to the cold, before they began to beat so quickly they were a blur of white gossamer behind her. She hovered off the deck, watching with care as Mia took her running start as to not collide with her mid-air.
One...two...three...
And she was gone, flying faster than the untrained eye could see, a blur of yellow and black practically invisible against the blanket of clouds and nighttime. She went as high as she could until she was at level with the second story bridge. While she could go higher, trying to stay low enough as to not lose vantage of the ship to the darkness was more important. She moved inwards from that height, scanning for enemies.
Where had Mia lan--nevermind, there she was. Hachi sighed softly as a shipping container went toppling into a crowd of guards. Well. It wasn't like she had been trying for stealth given the gunshots, but...a distraction was a distraction. She continue to make her beeline (sorry, not sorry) to the bridge over the pandemonium below. With her speed and height she would be slightly farther ahead of Mia, reaching the bridge itself in mere minutes. Two guards were on the stair rails, armed, and looking in the direction of the crash. They hadn't spotted her yet. Silence truly was golden sometimes.
Hachi kicked up the back of her skirt, the serrated tip of her stinger exposed, and dove in straight at the guard closest to the corner rail. The blade pierced through the sleeve of his coat, delivering enough toxin to rend the man a vomiting, incoherent mess for long enough to catch the second slightly-less-unaware, but no less quickly. She placed handcuffs on both of their wrists.
Not as flashy as taking out...ten in one throw.
Ah well, that's why she's the top spot.
She snorted despite herself and the setting, standing at full height again. Mia had reached the bridge and was starting to climb, and Hachi kept an eye on the stairs for any more guardsmen she could remove from a fight before it even started. Bullets would catch a climber easier than a flyer. She wasn't going to let that happen.
"I've reached the stairwell of the bridge. I have two armed guards cuffed on the railing, keeping eyes peeled for more. Visual on any known villain or otherwise?"
--
TL;DR: Hachi flies over the boat to the bridge directly. Takes out two goons with nausea toxin. On alert.

Post by Nimue Nakahara on Oct 26, 2019 4:43:32 GMT -4
Right. Yes. Now. ... Now. What was she doing here was her first question? Her mind was still not sharp enough, not focused but apparently they thought after locking her up, not using her for any meetings it was necessary for the top two pro-heroes to have her along. Were they idiots? Maybe. Maybe they something in Nimue that she did not see herself. Maybe she was just blind, maybe she should stop panicking, she had promised to give it her full, yet she had also promised to stay safe and she looked up at what was going on a little too late. Two people already dashed off, wonderful. She wasn't even fast and that meant, it meant a lot of things.
With a wry smile she headed over to get to the robe to climb onto the boat herself, and as she well arrived, she felt like vomiting even more. Nimue Nakahara was afraid that she would mess everything up again and would make matters worse. She had her first aid kit swung over her shoulder, strapped secure with a belt around her hips so it would not swing, she could pull herself up rather well, the spear slung across her shoulders already connected together. The good thing about not being very fast was that Mia and Hachi already seemed to have cleared the first part of the ship and she could easily carry herself over the edge and not have to deal with direct bullets or anyone else wanting to do something to her. She looked left and right, peaked into the cargo and wondered what it could be, she would not want to use a gun, primitive, destructive and too heavy. She popped one of the cans in one of the sockets of her belt, mostly for research matters for later.
Her eyes had to adjust shortly to where she was and where the others were but she noticed a sort of path of destruction that she quickly followed, jumping over the mess that was there, looking left and right to not directly walk into someone else and she simply felt a little lucky, very useful to be slow in this case. When she rounded the corner to run to the stairs she bumped into a guard that was surprised to see her as well but she quickly hit him, swiped his feet away from under him and could leave him unconscious there, which was a strange feeling in the pit of her stomach. She noticed Hachi hovering at the bridge and made her way there as she saw Mia climbing, another person followed the same path as her and she took her spear to sweep again him off his feet, giving a little thumbs up to Hachi before she waited for Mia to be done climbing, she did not think it was smart to be climbing with the two of them and once the blonde was done, she quickly followed.
Her red cape was at least replaced, so she did not stand out like a ladybug on a wall or so, she was dressed in grey and dark blues, still covering her bright green hair, with again the spear slung and strapped over her shoulders, she tried to climb as fast as possible. But as soon as she reached the bridge she grabbed it again, it was the idea as the healer that she would stay behind but ag did they have to be that fast?
TLDR: Followed, she is slow, simply swept two guards off their feet and hurried to follow to the bridge. (G-rank speed)

Post by kyoko hiromasa on Oct 26, 2019 22:54:43 GMT -4
Kyoko had been watching the auction with Ryung, he was after all escorting her to the event on this day. She had sat among the crowd, watching with her "date" when the final auction piece caught her eye. The drug labeled M.A.R.I.N.E ohhhhh boy this outta be good, Kyoko had immediately been drawn into the seller's words. O But what caught her attention more was the implications of this drug being available for purchase or more so WHO it affected. Thunder. She knew he'd most likely be pissed, first of all they insulted his product and she had a hunch they probably stole his formula. A small smirk appeared across her face, oh how fun yet there was SOME anger behind that smile. She was pissed, how the hell did they get their hands on his original formula? At least that's what it sounded like...Kyoko risked her life getting that shit into the U.A water supply and now these idiots have a better version of it? However that fun was now short lived as a man had rushed a stage screaming that the police were here, she looked over to Ryung and smirked. "Looks like this party just got fun." She said before putting on her LED mask and rushing out of the area. She texted thunder with her computer since she had spotted him at the auction as well, "Well, time for us to see what the other is really made of." She said as she gestured for him to follow her, she was going to need his strength too since she wasn't that great at fighting.
She used her stealth knowledge to help find ways to get around the chaos without really being noticed or seen by those involved in all of the chaos. She had met up with thunder as she used a GPS program to show and guide him where to go as well. As they all met up by the side of the boat Kyoko could see that the boat was beginning to prepare for take off, she looked up and saw a life boat was there by the side of the building. She smirked and lifted up her hand to it as she began to activate her quirk. The switch for lowering the lifeboat was more modern that usual and had some tech inside. The boat was now being lowered and she jumped inside quickly, extending her hand for Thunder to jump inside. "Cmon, we dont have time to waste. These fuckers are about to leave with YOUR drug." she said looking to thunder. "And im pretty sure that big oaf is gonna be really proud of you if you manage to get some shit for your friends too." she said trying to persuade him into coming along as well.
Once the both of them were inside she'd flip the switch via the link with her computer and the lifeboat would start to ascend again lifting the three villains up. While the boat was moving up Kyoko would quickly pull out from her rather large purse a change of clothes. She immediately got to work changing, not really caring if Ryung saw her in her underwear, as for thunder she didn't care cause the man had seen much more before so it didn't matter. "Take this chance to tell each other your quirks. We're gonna need to know as much of each other as we can if we're working together and you two know nothing of each other." She said trying to get her pants on and deciding to go first as a gesture of good will and being an example to the both of them. "My quirk is called computer, simply put I can hack electronics I can see and take control of them like you saw with the life boat." She said explaining further "Or that's all i thought it could do so I thought until these bad boys became a part of me." she giggled as 4 of the whips extended out from her back and the blades grew in size snapping their 4 fingers at them playfully.
She changed into her villain outfit rather quickly. It was a regular black suit with some metal adornments for style and a belt that held onto her smoke screen balls. She put her hair into a pony tail and adjusted her mask as well, the LED on her mask lit up and she was ready to go. She was happy that her outfit changing time had really improved. She left the rest of her stuff in the lifeboat as the M.A.R.I.N.E drug was much more important, She jumped off the lifeboat as soon as it was done moving. She looked around wondering where the hell was that stash of drugs...where would that bitch keep it so that no one could reach it...surely high up.. she looked to her left to see all of the containers but no, that was too easy anyone could have reached those and in the middle of such a mess it would be hard for them to find it and secure it..she looked up even further and saw.. "The crane!" she said pointing at it. "It must be up there, why the fuck else would they be holding something in it's grasp." she said trusting her logic, even if she was wrong. If she could could control that crane she could easily cause some chaos and maybe even secure an exit for her allies. "If you two can get me up there I can probably take control of the crane or hell, even this entire boat! Point is we got to move are you with me?" she said to thunder and Ryung, waiting for their input. After all she couldn't risk going alone especially when there are so many pro's moving about, she needed to extra muscle because she was not meant for fighting heroes with super powers when all she had was her whips.
TLDR
Kyoko during the auction grabbed Ryung and texted Thunder to follow her GPS directions as soon as shit went sideways and the man yelled the police were coming.
Once she met up with Thunder Kyoko hacked a lifeboat on the side of the ship and had the electronic switch bring down the boat to easily transport the Three villains up to the main deck.
She changed in the lifeboat into her Villain costume and told the boy's of her quirk and told them she thinks the best bet is to go up to the crane, asking if they had any better ideas (She was kind of sure they wouldn't really.)

Post by Ryung on Oct 27, 2019 9:26:40 GMT -4
Ryung was with Kyoko as her escort/bodyguard for the whole Shinagawa auction. It was a role he was forced into since well he just resisted everything presented to him before reluctantly accepting. He had to keep appearances of course, especially to Eternity’s leader. The whole experience was quite interesting though, much to the dismay of Ryung who wished it was terrible so he could bitch about it. This particular auction was incredibly interesting too since they were showing off a new powerful drug. Jean would fuckin love to get some of that the black haired boy thought seeing the effects it had on the simpleton the forumla was injected into. Even a quirk as mundane as his now had a certain “Pop.” The Vagabond’s second in command was always tinkering with the idea of making his own formula that affected quirks in some manner but it seemed that these buffons had beaten him to the punch. Well that was gonna be annoying for him. Still, the idea of swiping some for his tentacle faced comrade did cross his mind. Looking over to Kyoko Ryung noticed that she had a mixture of emotions written on her face. She was interested yet infuriated, perplexed and understanding but most importantly she shared the same joyful look as Ryung when things went tits up. She put on her own mask as she darted off, Ryung not too far behind her. ”You said it. Let’s raise some hell!” with a jubilant tone that could be heard through his own mask he moved swiftly despite still being dressed in his tux. It was only natural that the police were going to get involved. This auction was way too fucking publicised. Honestly it was a wonder that they didn’t raid the place sooner. Guess the idiots needed some proof or some shit. Oh well, it was all going to be a waste either way since people usually had a getaway plan for these sorts of things. Ryung had one for himself and his charge too. Speaking of the computer bimbo she apparently called in for more help. Normally Ryung would object but he knew that luxury was past him at this point. The more the merrier as they say. Besides if the police had any smarts to them at all they would bring some actual backup like heroes and Ryung knew neither him nor Kyoko could handle any big hitters by themselves so they could use some extra muscle. Now dawning the guise of Eclipse for the foreseeable fight the thought crossed his mind to call in his other Vagabond compatriots to give him a hand. He quickly dismissed this notion however knowing most wouldn’t bother to come to his aid. Savage was still as loose a cannon as ever and was probably getting himself drunk or causing his own uproar. Jean probably had more eloquent although fundamentally the same plan except he’d remain stone cold sober. He was boring like that. Tactful, but boring. Speaking of Boring Ed was probably on a date with his frog, not that he’d be the muscle Eclipse would rely on anyway while Jerry being rather useful in the fighting department still did not feel like one of the boys. At least not to Ryung. He was still to annoyed with the new memeber to rely on so for now he put his faith in Kyoko and whoever the fuck she was calling. After a few stealthy movements the two reached the side of the boat and low and behold there was the kingpin of the underground Thundershock. Eclipse was silently impressed by the stature and power the blonde man exuded. It reminded him a lot of Savage, but his height couldn’t quite match up. Still, he looks like a fucking beast... he thought to himself while Kyoko worked her magic on the lifeboats. ”The name is Eclipse by the way.” he said quickly. Right now there wasn’t a need for big introductions, besides the two had been acquainted on the chat the girl in front of them had made. Kyoko then barked at them to stop wasting time. Under his mask Ryung rolled his eyes under his mask as he followed. Kyoko probably would have noticed a slight change in the boy who had been escorting her. He was no longer whining or acting better than her. He was being compliant and overall not a total pain in the ass. Now that Thunder was on the scene and their little mission had begun it was time to get serious. Ryung didn’t even react when Kyoko mentioned that the drug was originally Thunder’s to begin with. It was tantalizing information though and something he kept note of to tell the boys later. ”I’m aware. Now let’s go.” he replied coldly, which sounded slightly muffled by his mask which only gave his tone a more metallic feel. It was pretty obvious now that he was in with the plan and willing to go on with whatever these two had in mind. After hoping into the boat and starting their ascent onto the ship, Oracle as he would now refer to her as was explaining her quirk and told the other two do as much also as she changed into her costume. Deciding it would be best to get dressed into his own, Ryung shed the guise of the tuxedo. Underneath was his skin tight costume which looked like a bunch of exposed muscle tendons all together. While it may look a little odd the costume made it very easy for Ryung to use his quirk. And what was his quirk? ”My quirk is Negative Reinforcement.” he began once he got his jacket and shirt off. ”Simply put I make a type of darkness from my feelings.” Now with the pants off Ryung was now fully in his costume. ”I’ll save you both my usual spiel. My shadows heal and have a toughness to act like a rejuvenating armor.” he said knowing full well his usual actions and manner of speaking wouldn’t help matters here. Things were serious and Eclipse knew he had to take it as such. ”Alternatively I can make the opponent feel exhaustion with my shadows and keep them pinned or at least restrict their movement slightly. So when I use my quirk I’ll need you two to shout what you want it for.” he said holding out his hands as two small spheres of darkness formed. ”I’m not much of a fighter but I can manage fine. I’m better at support. Speaking of which take these in case we get separated. My shadows cover a large area but I work best with some range. It’s not a necessity though. Basically don’t worry about me.” handing both of them to the respective Villain Ryung folded his arms. ”Do not leave it till the last second. I can only work so quickly so make sure I have time to actually do something. Got it?” he asked hoping his tone didn’t come across as too pompous. At this moment Ryung was simply trying to be a good partner. There was no place for his usual antics. Holding that side back was fueling his negativity enough to the point where he was confident to act like this. At least for now. Once the fight did start he was going to have a fucking field day! Eclipse looked at Oracle thinking her suit looked rather boring comapred to his (minus the keyblade.) But then again his helmet was rather bland aside from the metallic base so he couldn’t say much. As for Thunder, well the Shadowy boy could only imagine that he didn’t care for such trivial things. After the very short ride Oracle told them of her plan. Ryung silently nodded, agreeing it would be the best course of action. ”I can get us there now but it’d be pretty obvious to anyone coming in our direction. Either a staircase of shadow or just floating us up one by one, regardless we'll stick out. I'm with you either way on what you decide, Oracle.” he said with an air of respect in his voice for once. He was also keeping an eye out of the pigs that had infiltrated the boat or anyone else who may try to ruin their day. Eclipse now had his shadows wafting off of him, making sure he could still feel the two spheres of darkness he gave the other two. He waited for their response or even to hear if Thunder had a better way to get himself up there. Time was of the essence as everyone could feel the hum of the boat underfoot.
tl;dr Ryung followed Oracle introduced himself quickly got onto the boat and changed out of his tux explained his quirk, giving both Kyoko and Thunder small balls of his shadowy darkness for later use Explained his idea for getting to the crane even though he knows it isn't great and is up for any plan the other two may have.

To say that Thundershock was interested in this auction was one hell of an understatement... not only was he sitting among the crowd of potential buyers, but so were several other members of the clan. Most of them were in disguise of course, some even bidding against him just to keep up some form of ruse... but this would ensure that Thundershock got what he wanted. he did want to purchase these items more 'legitimately', if you could even say that about illegal goods, just so that he could build a proper standing with the sellers for future endeavors. However, he wasn't above pushing things to get his way either.
All of these items, this tech and this M.A.R.I.N.E drug were from that damn military camp... the one he had been sent too and sentenced to die. he had seen first hand what a lot of this tech could do, and not only that, not they claimed to have a better version of his QED drug.
QED itself was the failed result of the true outcome Thunder wanted, but it was none the less addicting and a great way to boost those that dared take it in his favor. Still, the fact that they would steal it and 'improve' it both irked him and excited him. How was this version any better? What did it actually do? Well, the answer came in the form of a demonstration, and for the first time in a long time the big man's eyes lit up. It wasn't right, not yet, but it was a lot closer to the goal he dreamed of. if he could get his hands on it, then surely his own science team would find a way to improve it further. Imagine, a world where 100% of the population had quirks! He would exterminate the quirkless, cut out the weakness from this world and improve it. First, he needed to get his hands on that drug.
Before he could so much as put an offer in on it however, someone came out screaming that the police force had arrived, and that immediately told Thunder that there would be much much more than just a few police men... at an auction like this? Surely they expected him and others of his caliber. That meant Heroes, and it meant a lot of them.
It was to be expected however, they really weren't going easy on the Kobayashi Clan as of late (Not that he didn't invite the challenge). he soon found his phone buzzing to life, and as Thundershock pulled it from his pocket and looked at it he smirked. His little tech was hard at work as usual, and there was something satisfying about the fact that she would reach out to him so quickly during this sudden crisis. No time to think too much ab out it though, Thunder stood among the others gathered here for the auction, (easily a head and a half taller than most) and started to run towards the GPS location Kyoko gave him. If anyone blocked his path, he either bowled them over or started to use his environment to more easily manipulate his way towards her.
He didn't reach the woman until they were near the boat, already leaving the dock, and what he saw caused him to raise an eyebrow. Some other kid he didn't know, or didn't care to remember. Was this one going to be like the last he had been introduced to? he better not fucking be or Thundershock was going to stick a lightning bolt through his eyes.
Thankfully that didn't seem to be the case just yet. Kyoko yelled at him to get his ass on the life boat and Thundershock shot her a glare for daring to give him an order. He completely refused to take her hand, changing his quirk into his feet and using it with his combined strength to propel himself off of the ground so that he would leap into the boat. Once in, his glare would lessen, and instead he would glance down at the small boy that found himself with her.
"I think you forget that I do not share that well." He stated to Kyoko, his words meaning both that he didn't want to share her, nor the drug she implied he would share with Ryung. he had no reason to offer this brat anything just yet, he was going to have to prove to be damn useful for him to offer up anything to him. His opinion of him became more neutral as the boy started to speak though. He was straight to the point, following Kyoko's instructions and introducing his quirk... Thundershock could help but scoff as he raised an eyebrow, looking from one to the other in disbelief.
"You seriously recruited the Emo King? Great maybe we just need to keep reminding him how miserable the world is and he'll cry enough shadows out to overtake the ship." Thundershock couldn't help but mock the quirk, sighing heavily as he brought one hand up to his forehead, brushing his bangs back out of his face. Did he really need to do this introduction crap? If people didn't know who he was at this point then that was their own god damned negligence...
"Right. Well if you don't know of my quirk even just by my name then we have an issue. Listen, Edgelord. You take Kyoko up to that storage container however you can. I'll be a big enough distraction to keep all of those Heroes and Police pigs off the two of you. If you actually manage to get that M.A.R.I.N.E drug out of there in one piece, I'll make sure to replicate as much as you want, got it?" He stated blatantly, taking the shadow ball that the boy had offered him. What a weird little thing... though he supposed that it would come in handy. If Ryung was a ranged support, then sending him off with Kyoko was definitely the safest bet. If he needed healing or any type of support, Ryung could hopefully offer it from atop the container...
WC: 1036 TLDR: Sporky is gey, Thunder did a sparkly thinggy and jumped on the boat. Told Kyoko she was a bitch with his eyes, laughed at Ryung quirk and told the team how shit would go down. offered to act as a sparkly distraction.

RAISE ANCHOR. Tiger Unit members would be ascending onto the deck of the IOL Endeavour shortly behind the Heroes, raising their combat submachine guns and sweeping the area posthaste. Kanae Gushiken and her own men would enter the guts of the ship, calling into Command to confirm their own route. For the Heroes, resistance was light on the stern of the ship, the consequence of being caught off guard by Operation Sea Priest. They wouldn't find any difficulty in dispatching the Quirkless thugs that Mercury had hired, though some had flashier methods than others. As a large container tumbled atop the deck, the Heroes would find their earpieces come to life, a rather annoyed voice on the other end. "Oi, we felt that down here! Careful with the goods, our objective is to secure them. I swear to fuck, if you make me do more paperwork! Over." The woman would proclaim energetically, her brief activation of her comms revealing the sound of gunshots below decks already. Tiger Unit was focusing on clearing off the thugs themselves, while the Heroes had their eyes on the prize. Each of them was making their way towards the bridge. Those that had grabbed one of the odd canisters would find it filled with white, murky fluid. Its purpose was unclear, only more practical testing could tell. Mia began climbing up the side of the bridge structure, whilst Hachi and Nimue practiced a bit more subtlety. The bee woman would find SAT members converging on her position, keeping their eyes out for other thugs. Hachi's query over the radio would see another figure chiming in; the very same drone operator who was still aboard their original boat. "Alpha Team, this is Heaven-on-High. Currently performing an aerial sweep, the deck seems secure. Checking previously identified alternate entry routes..."High above, their eye in the sky would focus in on a certain group of criminals who were ascending in one of the lifeboats on the side of the ship, thanks to the ingenuity of their resident hacker. However, just before they reached the very top of the lifeboat's reach, they'd find themselves deprived of a truly stealthy approach, thanks to the aerial surveillance of the government forces. The conflict was inevitable. "Alpha Team, be advised. Acquired visual confirmation of hostiles spotted entering on a starboard lifeboat. 3 individuals. Visual identifications: 'Thunder Shock' and 'Oracle'. I do not have confirmation on the third's identity. Extreme caution is advised, over and out."A professional tone delivered the bad news to the Heroes; it wouldn't just be the petty thugs they were dealing with. Two of Japan's heaviest hitters and a dangerous newcomer had arrived on the scene!
"The fuck is that!?" The guard within the control room would exclaim, as the sounds of monstrously powerful hands crushing into the side of the bridge began to become audible for two men within. The guard would rush over to one of the stern-facing windows, peering out as his eyes widened. There was motherfucking Red Horn, scaling up towards the top of the bridge! "Oh SHIT! Come the fuck on, get this thing moving! We got a fucking Hero to shake off!" The stressed captain just nodded quickly in reply, knowing at this point they didn't have any time for proper procedures. Things were naturally quite hurried for them, as failure to escape the police's clutches would mean wither arrest or execution by the ruthless plutocracy! "Alright, we're fucking going. Jesus Christ!" Anchors not even yet fully raised, the captain kicked the boat into gear. It was time to get the hell out of there.
The massive sounds of the cargo ship's foghorn would roar through the entire Shinagawa terminal, as the titanic vessel came to life. With a complete disregard for anyone and anything in its path, the ship began moving forward, a beast of an engine moving the inconceivably weighty vehicle through the water. Those aboard would immediately feel the effects, would now be forcibly getting their sea legs! Those weren't the only complications, however. As the ship indiscriminately charged ahead, the lack of preparations preceding its departure would create no small deal if chaos. Having not taken the chance to correct its course, the boat would run up against the side of the unloading are, causing the entire ship to shudder as it struck the side of the port! It shook with the force of the impact, scraping along the side of the port for a good hundred meters before it corrected itself. In this time, there was no telling what damage it could cause along the side of the terminal, and how the force of the boat's bumpy departure would affect them! A few unsecured containers even fell off the side of the boat, onto the terminal itself... This was only some of the effects of this hasty retreat. The vessel itself, however, didn't have structural damage from this impact alone. As if they needed the confirmation, all the Heroes in the area would receive a brief message over their communications: "All units, this is Heaven-on-High. The IOL Endeavour is leaving port, recommend accelerating efforts to secure control of the vessel, over."
Those on the stern would feel the effects the most, however. The Heroes would feel the ground shake beneath them, and for the Villains... Well, one of the cables pulling up their lifeboat snapped, and another was starting to strain, leaving them with a clear message: They needed to get onto the cargo ship ASAP! Meanwhile, the Heroes would receive another reminder of how quickly they needed to get to the bridge... "You heard 'em! Secure that bridge! Gettin' the M.A.R.I.N.E. means nothin' if they still got control over this boat." Tiger-1 would shout over comms again. As Heroes and Villains converged on the bridge and the top of the structure, they'd find two main goals: The control area itself and the very top of the ship, where a smaller crane had set down the cargo container the MARINE was in! It was presently closed, leaving just that container, the crane, and a few antennae up there... While the control room itself had the guard and captain, and controls of many parts of the ship... Two areas to secure, and both Heroes and Villains making them clear targets. However, only one could prevail! SUMMARY:- Heroes wrecked a little too hard, scolding for now! - Those canisters have a murky white fluid, purpose unclear... - Police drone identifies the Villains for the Heroes! - Boat raises anchor and starts moving, but a collision with the terminal sends tremors through the boat! - Lifeboat is threatening to fall if Villains don't get off! - Securing the bridge and MARINE are priorities; both groups should converge at these two points and begin the chaos!
Posting order will proceed as in the first round! Heroes and Villains can reach where they'd like this turn. The guard and captain in the control room can be treated as easily stomped NPCs. Have fun! (C) ELLIE @ GANGNAM STYLE

Post by Mia Kearney on Oct 30, 2019 8:13:04 GMT -4
Hearing a yell down her earpiece as one of the commanding officers in the police force gave her a clear warning, Mia let out a light scoff of a chuckle as she leaned away from the wall, one of her arms hanging by her side to allow her to do so. The shipping container had come to a complete halt long sincer, and the scattered goons were scrambling to pick up their weapons and scoop up their pals who’d been hit by the chaotic bowling cuboid. Mia looked back up towards her goal, the extended ledge of the platform at the top of the ship’s bridge.
She rested two fingers against her earpiece, a smirk evidence in her voice. “Tell ya what. I’ll focus on making sure these idiots can’t use the junk either way, you guys can focus on putting it back together if ya still wanna use it!~”
As she left her message back to the chief of the operation, hoping it’d be taken like the joke she intended it to be, her eyes drifted across, spotting the bright yellow and black contrast of her fellow top-3 heroine Yellow Jacket, who seemed to be doing a great job covering her ass while she’d been distracted. That brought a strong smile to the blonde’s face, and without sarcasm but a genuine sense of gratitude under her adrenaline laced tone- “Nice work there Y.J. Feel free to scout ahead, but I wouldn’t mind some more cover if yer offerin’.~” She shot across a grin before finally letting go of her earpiece, genuinely fine for Yellow Jacket to take either approach, as she herself was about to focus on her task of scaling the bridge again.
Or, so she would have, if the idiots inside hadn’t decided to try and make a sharp exit.
“WOAH!” With only one hand hold, the immense tremor running through the boat was enough to knock her off, the crumbling chunks of wall she was holding onto coming apart with her weight and the firm tremor, leaving the Red Horned Oni to start to fall back down the side of the Bridge. Gritting her teeth, she’d throw her arms down against the air, enough force generated to spin her about into facing the wall again, digging in her thick skinned palms and gritting her teeth as she just barely managed to stop her decent before touching the ground floor, her tusks pushing a little further over her upper lip as she growled through bared teeth.
“Fuckin’ idiots…where the hell do they think they can even go!?”
With no delay, and a lot more ferocity behind her, Red Horn began to scale again as the ship settled, with the brutish motions, yet odd grace of a gorilla, she charged up the vertical surface, the top platform no longer her goal for the moment, but instead, the control room.
Before long she’d find herself staring through the back facing windows of the ships control room. Likely thick glass between her and the people controlling the ship. She’d find a firm handhold in the metal framing of the window pane itself, grinning wide and wild at the people within as she reared back her fist.
“Any of you smart enough to pull the breaks before I-?”
Whether they could hear her or not was a null issue as more communications came in her earpiece. A bit staticy, possibly lagged, but Redhorn’s eyes widened a little as she was presented with a very juicy detail.
Thundershock was on the scene.
Her head almost threw itself over her shoulder for a moment as she tried to spot the giant blonde topped tub of battery acid in a skin suit, gritting her teeth hard as she tried to catch a glimpse. She could just barely make him out in the distance on his little boat, growling deep in her throat…
Mia could always admit to herself her flaws. She loved a good fight, and she had one hell of an ego to fuel…but as she looked back to the control deck. She also had a job to do. If Thunder wanted a fight he could bring it to her. Right now she had more important shit to get to.
Heck, if it meant he didn’t end up peddling that MARINE shit, all the better.
With a mighty force behind her, Mia started to pound her right fist into the thick windows of the control deck. Yeah, the MARINE shit was just above her head, but she had some other heroes she could rely on to make sure it didn’t get away too easily. Right now she was making sure the boat as a damn whole stopped so they didn’t have to worry. Or, at the very least, she’d smash the controls up enough to make sure they had no control over where they were going…!
TLDR
- Mia joked back at the officer, showed thanks to Yellow Jacket for the back up. Isn’t against more, but suggests YJ may do well scouting the roof. - Fell down the wall, used Movement and strength (C rank) with speed (D rank) to rapidly scale back up to the control deck - Heard Thunder was on the scene, but is putting the job first. Pounding on the glass of the control room. If it shows any signs of breaking, she’ll keep pounding till she’s through. (c rank strength)

But in the end I wanna thank you, 'Cause you've made me that much stronger. Hachi nodded to the SAT unit that followed up on her catch, then, as she was more efficient in the air, leaped from the railing and took flight once more, hovering close enough to the stairwell to duck if she was fired at but without the limitations of, well, stairs. It was a wise move--though entirely luck on her part--because not a moment later the ship suddenly jostled to life. Had she been on there she would have either fallen off the rails or been struck with sudden nausea all over again. God, she hated boats. She should have requested something land-locked. At least Mia had her footing--holding--still.
She flew higher still until she was at level with the bridge, looking down at the location the drone support had indicated. Villains on a lifeboat. How had they gotten it down on the ocean level? Hacking, or a range weapon that could pull it down to them. The names of the villains made her claws twitch at her sides. Ah...
Thunder Shock, number one villain, who had slaughtered hundreds at Tokyo Hospital nearly a year ago on top of an unknown amount of Yakuza-related crimes; and Oracle, number five, leader of the gang known as Eternity that had run rampage in Shibuya months ago. That was a terrible team-up between the two of them alone, but a third with an unknown identity was nothing to ignore. Not knowing their Quirk or their abilities made them just as dangerous as the other two.
There was no doubt they were coming to secure what they could before the heroes seized control of the ship, but what did they value as most important? Was it the M.A.R.I.N.E? Or was it something else they didn't have information on? Either way, they had their objectives. Collecting a criminal like Thunder or Oracle was not her priority...but at the same time, just letting them escape was simply not an option. Her claws turned into fists.
Priorities. Priorities. Secure the ship, then the drug, then go in for a fight if they have things under control.
It's because of him so many have suffered. If we can--
Not priority.
But all those he's hurt, and will keep hurting--
Elise--
"Red Horn, Witch Doctor," she spoke with a tense tone, but not harsh, "Be advised, if we cannot stop this ship it will run ashore and possibly harm those fighting both here and on land. Get it to brake first and fore-most."
She adjusted her stance in the air, and moved toward the location of the crane. There were enough SAT units here to aid Mia. They needed a hero circling the rest of the area to keep the villains hands off, and she was best suited for quick movement. A blur of yellow and black went 'round and 'round, like a hornet protect its hive, ready to strike the first target that came too close.
--
TL;DR: Hachi is airborne again (which starts her 7 post timer). She's flying around the entire bridge in a circle, primed to strike whoever makes a move towards it first.
She is going very, very fast to avoid visual from below.

Well, it was good to walk in the wake of destruction and not having much to worry about, the woman simply looked left and right before continuing, trying to be careful and so on. She did listen shortly to what the radio had to tell her, the communicator really worked well. She listened to the information that she got while continuing, climbing up was now her main goal, after Mia, it would be fine. She just had to reach up and find a way to get the stuff that they needed. She felt the first aid kit on her lower back and the cannister of the substance on her right hip, right so that wasn't M.A.R.I.N.E. that was okay, she would just want to take it along for further investigation. They needed to get their hands on that stuff, that was her priority, that was just as important as making sure she was there for Hachi and Mia when it was necessary. Stupid, think about their hero names. Before making a mistake.
Then the ship made an extravagant sound that almost made her want to let go of the ladder and put her hands against her ears, but that would be stupid as the whole ship shook and she was unsure if she would manage to even hold on. It was all she could do though, losing her footing would be manageable and she only slipped down one peg before putting her feet both back on it again, it could have been much worse, just a few bruises against her shins was rather surviva- her own track of thoughts stopped and she looked up. It was the name that Heaven-On-High had given her, that she could look up and see. Has she been holding on to the pegs of the stairs before, she was definitely doing it more intense now, her knuckles white. She knew that name and it was both that would give her a bad vibe but it was the second that made her stomach do a summersault and made her want to vomit. Shit. Her mind was racing, almost in an automatic sense, she started to climb up higher, to the top of the bridge now that she had the time, passing where Mia left to go knock sense in the captain. She heard vaguely the idea of what Heaven-on-High said, a priority. Priority. They needed to take the drugs or whatever it was before they did. She heard the commander or whatever her function or name was. Get it. Get control over the boat, get M.A.R.I.N.E. Finish it.
Could they find it and give it to Hachi, could they point the captain back to the docks, could they... could... She was here. Once standing on top of the bridge, Nimue stared down. Her hand already holding on to the spear that was no longer strapped on her back, her golden eyes trying to find the woman, for that was all she knew, the woman that destroyed her life. Promise me, you will be safe. Screw that promise, by her God, by the memories of her father, she would have her revenge. She had to focus, but there was nothing she could focus on but watching, waiting. They had no way to fight, they were alone, Uphondu wasn't here, he left her because he was done with her being weak. The grip on her spear tightened, she would show him, she would show all of them. She wasn't weak. "Oracle." She muttered, she should snap out of it, she heard Nkosi say it, there wasn't anything she could do and yet she remained standing there, her eyes not leaving her new target.
Tldr: - Almost fell of the stairs - Climb up to the top of the bridge - Is waiting for Kyoko (Aka: SHE DID NOTHING USEFUL)

Kyoko smirked when he made that little comment about him not sharing. "Nice try but he and I will never happen." she said scoffing at the thought of them being anything. Ryung had made it clear he didnt give a rat's ass about her in the romance department, she was useful to him and that's all that matter. Hell she only thought of him being useful to her, especially when he handed her that ball of darkness. Good, a back up plan they were going to need it as Kyoko knew she was inexperienced when it came to fighting. She never really pushed the limits of her whips, only using simple slashes and coiling techniques so far she wanted to see how far she could take them. They were after all like extra limbs to her now.
Once they got off the life boat though, Kyoko's whips reacted and pierced the floor to try and keep herself grounded. "Fuck what the hell, seems like they're in a rush to get out of her-" she said feeling a second thud "Huh, something heavy must have fallen." she said not really knowing that Mia was the one who had caused that thud. She shrugged it off as one of the heavier packages falling down and causing that noise "It seems like the police are taking drastic measures and causing the titanic 2.0? Or they ship is run by idiots." She said lightly laughing a bit at what had just happen. She listen to thunder explain to them what the plan was, he wanted to split up? Well..she didnt like that idea but she knew that man was too stubborn and prideful to listen to her reasoning so whatever. "If you get caught im not gonna bust you out a second time. be careful you fool." she said playfully and planting a kiss on thunder's cheek after moving her mask up, she had to keep her charm and wit about her after all and she knew damn well that he'd probably really enjoy that. She pulled her mask back down and looked at ryung and nodded. "Let's go." she said as she lead the way up the outside stairs wrapping around the bridge, however as they were going upstairs kyoko spotted something rather interesting in the sky. She saw a small little light...when she squinted she noticed a drone! Nice! Kyoko focused all her attention at the drone, the drone began to shine pink and a static appeared on the screen of the person observing the drone, surely tipping them off to what she had done. "Nice, we have a little eye in the sky now Those idiots gave me control of a drone..but it doesnt seem to be able to do much besides just let me see things." she said pulling the drone closer to the roof of the bridge so she can see it who was in the area of the bridge's surface. She spotted a lone soul so far, a girl who seemed familiar! It was Witch doctor..? She laughed a bit, she was able to survive against that woman after their first encounter so with Ryung here as back up it would be a piece of cake. "Oh and how useful it immediately begins to be!" she said with a wicked smile in her face.
She doubted the woman was alone but for now she wasn't sure and they were running on limited time so she couldnt sit there and formulate a plan. "Seems like the pro hero known as witch doctor, remember her? the one who recently arrested number...8? I think she was 8 i couldn't care really. Is on the roof, be ready to block an attack. she might try to attack us the moment she spots me, she might have a grudge to something I did recently but quite frankly I dont give a rat's ass about how she feels." she informed the edge lord king, she had known a LITTLE bit about witch doctor but honestly that was in the past now and kyoko had bigger fish to fry. Her computer let out a warm puff of air as she was starting to get excited a fight was coming up, a real one, who was going to win? Obviously she was cause well damn she was a bad ass bitch to be frank. She ran onto the roof's surface to meet her opponent "Well well well, we meet again huh?" she said smirking a bit to Nimue as a small vent on Kyoko's blade opened up leaking a green poison onto her blades. " Fancy running into you here isnt it? We gotta stop meeting like this. People might gossip and I sadly dont swing that way." she taunted the woman with her words to try and get inside her head. Kyoko's blades began to drip with a green liquid substance was now being absorbed by her blades, as an obvious fight between the two was eminent . She could feel the anger and hate emanating from her. She walked slowly closer to Nimue to ensure that she was in range of the woman to strike. "What's wrong? Are you still mad at me for what I did to your Father?" she asked curiously after looking at the woman's face. Kyoko wanted to get into her head and mess with her, she loved playing dirty and this stupid pro had NOTHING on her good thing anonymity gave that kind of benefit.
"I did you a favor, to love is to be bound. To be bound is to be weak." she said as now all four blades were pointed at her. "Oh I know! If you miss him, why dont you GO JOIN HIM?" she said as 2 Of the whips were heading towards Nimue's legs to try and cut them and apply that poison to her. Kyoko wasn't a fighter and she knew it, she played dirty to win and the sooner that Nimue had that exhaustion applied to her the sooner the fight could end and kyoko can take control of the crane and M.A.R.I.N.E and go handle the controls.
TLDR
Kyoko went along with thunder's plan, went to the roof and took Ryung with her.
On their way up the stairs outside kyoko spotted the police drone and took control of it (sporky said she could hack it awwww yeah)
Realized the drone had no purpose other than to just spy and spotted Nimue, kyoko then headed to where Nimue was.
After taunting Nimue a bit Kyoko launched her blades at Nimue and tried to slice her legs. (Blades are covered in a poison that causes exhaustion)

Luckily for Ryung he was wearing his black mask which totally shrouded his face, otherwise he would have been made fun of for blushing too. He never once imagined himself and Kyoko romantically, even if she did enjoy wearing clothes that highlighted her personality. It was clear that Kyoko however had thought about such a thing and quickly dismissed the accusation with a scoff. And for now she was right, Ryung and Kyoko had no chemistry to speak of, but now they were in their villain guises of Eclipse and Oracle so who knew where things could go? Regardless despite the romantic interpretation, Eclipse knew full well that Thunder was referring to a myriad of things, primarily M.A.R.I.N.E which was a variation of a less successful drug he had some lackeys whip up. Sadly for the ego filled spark plug but he didn't take orders from him and was only here to protect Oracle as her bodyguard. As long as she was safe he could do whatever the fuck he wanted! And the drug was definitely something he wanted and nothing that fuck could do would stop him.
After his own intro of course he was chastised more by the almighty Thundershock which to be fair actually worked for Eclipse. He needed this annoyance and slowly growing hatred to make his quirk work better. Well that and keeping his usual reactions in check were helping more than he care to admit. The worst thing though was that the blonde's description of his quirk was nearly bang on. Granted he couldn't cover the whole ship but it was a safe bet to assume he could cover a wide area with his quirk at some stage should he want to. Speaking of quirks the mafia man thought he was too good to explain his own quirk even if it was self explanatory. Ryung simply rolled his eyes under his mask. Just because it's obvious doesn't mean anything you buffoon! What are it's limits! he thought to himself as he folded his arms. Granted he didn't explain the limits of his own quirk but he was more than cleat with what it could actually do. The young man kept these annoyances to himself though, no use starting an argument now and blowing their cover or making enemies with your allies. Surprisingly it seemed that the number 1 villain had a similar thought process. He gave the boy the command to escort Kyoko to the container while he dealt with the heroes. He was even gracious enough to offer to give Eclipse and subsequently the Vagabonds access to M.A.R.I.N.E after this whole thing was over. "Understood. he replied simply. Well of course I'm going to be fucking escorting Oracle! It's the only fucking reason why I'm heard you thick skulled fuck! And like I need your permission to take that drug. You'll be lucky to get a fucking drop! He thought to himself filling himself with more anger which fulled his own power.
Eclipse snapped back to reality quickly though as the whole damn ship began to shake violently. Not to mention all those other noises. Good thing they were off the lifeboat at that stage. While he could of used his shadows to ground himself he refrained since they were basically on solid ground anyway. Oracle seemed safe too so there was no need to worry on that front at least. Speaking of she had an air of reluctance to the plan Thunder proposed but accepted it anyway, playfully joking about bailing him out of jail while planting a kiss on him which admittedly made the boy somewhat annoyed. Where the fuck is mine?! he thought as the shadows billowing off of him increased in consistency somewhat. Pushing that aside it was go time and he followed his charge as she led the way. Eclipse had good speed and easily kept up with her as they moved around. It was a little annoying to have to keep an eye out constantly though, until of course Oracle managed to hack into a nearby drone that the pigs were using. Fucking idiots he thought to himself as he looked up the the little machine. While gawking upwards, the shadowy boy also noticed something else flying around. It was a hero from the looks of things, or perhaps a bee injected with some quirk juice? Well regardless now that he had eyes on it he would be ready for it if it tried anything. But for some reason he assumed that it'd probably be busy with Thundershock...
"What did you see?" the edge lord king asked curiously as she began to describe one of the top ten heroes, Witch Doctor. More like Bitch Doctor amirite? Hah! Gottem Incredibly intellectual thoughts aside Oracle thought it'd be a good idea to have some fun with the hero even though they were on a time limit. Well there was the whole grudge thing too and more than likely they weren't going to just waltz past her so fighting did seem inevitable. Since a fight was going to break out Eclipse remained on the stair just out of view from Witch Doctor as Oracle made her way to the top and started her usual spiel. Timing was key here so Eclipse didn't want to shoot too soon. For now he got his shadows ready to spread and waited to see what the so called hero would do. Given then name Witch Doctor though he assumed that she would be some sort of healer but from the looks of things she was alone. Eclipse barely peaked up over the edge to try and see the on coming fight, confident thinking that the two would be focused on each other and wouldn't notice a fraction of a black mask in the already rather dark ship.
With one eye on the fight and the other on the flying Hero, Eclipse would wait for a moment before doing anything major. His attention would be primarily focused on Oracle and Witch Doctor though. Mainly with how the voodoo lookin chick would respond or retaliate. If she did try to dodge Oracle#s whips or even if she was hit by them Eclipse would use the opportunity to quickly spread his shadows along the ground towards the Hero in the comes of catching her. His shadows would travel flatly on the ground like a literally shadow, mainly to keep an element of surprise present but once they got close they would expand into a mist for a second before constricting around the doctor should this plan work at all. One thing his shadows did have though was speed which would make them hard to avoid so the young Villain was confident he could catch her in his Shadow Ensnarement attack! Shouting it out in this kind of situation would be dumb though so he kept quiet as he launched his attack. Should the attack hit Nimue would begin to feel increasingly more exhausted and find her movements somewhat sluggish, like there was a weight being applied to her whole body. This of course would be due to Eclipse's shadows applying pressure to the girl in every sense of the word. The darkness would be constricting around her like she was being squashed by it while also sapping her strength and trying to remove them would only serve to weaken her more should his plan work at all that is. There was of course many things that could throw a spanner into the plan but for now Eclipse was confident he could wrap her up in his shadowy embrace but at the same like leave some room for Oracle to slash at her with her whips. But how would things play out? Regardless Ryung would be sure to still have some shadows billowing off of him in case he needed them.
tl;dr Ryung a jealous boy Agreed to the plan and followed Kyoko Noticed Hachi flying around as Kyoko hacked the drone and prepared to do something about her if there's a problem with her. Waited on the stairs out of view until Kyoko got up there first and started talking, then he would peak up hoping Nimue would be too preoccupied with Kyoko to notice him. Once the fight begun, Ryung would use the time Nimue was reacting (like dodging or face tanking the attack, whichever ends up happening) to unleash his shadows in her direction along the ground at E Rank speed (Shadows also have C Durability applied to them while like this) hoping that if they're on the ground they'd be harder to detect right away. Once the shadows came close enough they would expand into a mist instantly in the hopes of enveloping Nimue before a second later warping around her like a skin tight suit of sorts. If it doesn't catch her right away Ryung is able to move it around until it does. If that did work then E rank Exhaustion and F rank Strength would be applied to the shadows covering Nimue, being applied all over her body. While the shadows are covering her there would be some openings in it for Kyoko to slash at her if she wanted should this attack work.

Thundershock couldn’t help but snicker as he noticed the immediate effect of his words. As he teased and taunted ryung, he was in fact creating shadows in response. Even though the boy was mostly silent at this point, it was obvious that he was feeling very strongly about things as those shadows continued to increase as the boy silently brooded, true to his nickname. It took everything for the Kobayashi clan master not to laugh out loud at how right he had been about this kid. No sense in pissing him off further just yet, but at least he knew he could dig the knife in deeper later if he needed a larger reaction out of him.
“Do you really have such little faith in my, my little Oracle?” Thundershock would bite back to her tease in regards to getting himself captured. He would smirk when she kissed his cheek and reach over to grab the woman’s butt in retaliation as she would move away from him. She didn’t stick around after that however, instead instructing Ryung to follow as they took immediate action to secure the M.A.R.I.N.E drug.
As the life boat approached it’s target, one of the snaps would suddenly break off as Kyoko and ryung had already made their way up to the stern of the ship. Thunder gripped the edge of the lifeboat tightly as it began to sway and slam itself into the side of the massive ship, threatening to give way at any second. Without any hesitation, Thundershock would leap up from the lifeboat that was now pretty close to the stern anyways and landed on the sleek metal surface with a loud thud. He didn’t stay steady though, immediately slipping as the boat continued to sway as it pried itself away from the docks. He growled audibly, grabbing the barrier just behind him to steady himself.
“What the hell moron is driving this thing…” The large man growled as he would finally steel himself then hurry forward so that he was at the very center of the stern, mostly hidden among a few of the metallic cargo crates. If there was one thing the big man loved, was a playing field set in his favor. He began to charge his electricity, reaching into his pocket and retrieving a few sugar tablets, tossing them into his mouth for good measure. He would then let his lightning course through the metal at his feet, electrifying every metallic object in his range to create an immediate booby trap for those Heroes that would set foot on the stern of the ship.
Just as Thundershock set his trap, information began to be spoken through his phone thanks to Kyoko’s ability to hack it. Seemed she had gotten a hold of a police drone and was able to confirm the appearance of two pro heroes, both already far above him and at the edge of his range. It looked like Witch doctor was aboard the ship, and by the looks of it… that god damned bug was here too. He would grit his teeth, pulling his attention away from the hornet for a moment as he looked towards Witch doctor, then back to Yellow Jacket. He actually hadn’t bothered with Mia, as it didn’t bother him in the slightest if the ship was run off course. He could care less about the rest of the cargo. At least… most of it.
With his focus on the two women he would create what looked to be a bow an arrow made of pure lightning, pulling the false string of the bow as an arrow of lightning formed there as well.
“Oracle, if you can keep Witch Doctor alive, it might be in your best interest. She’d make a great gagged gift to give Crowley. Obviously not a priority, but a great bonus. As for the damn bug… any chance the two of you get to kill it, take it.” He spoke aloud to seemingly no one in particular, knowing that his voice would get picked up by his phone. With that said, Thundershock would unleash the lightning arrow towards Hachi, aiming to promptly take her down while she was focused on the drug.
WC: 715 TLDR: -> Thunder grabbed kyoko’s butt -> Shakey boat = shakey Thunder -> Thunder electrified all metal within his C rank range. Basically if you’re standing on the ship. Zap zap -> Ignored Mia for now because “GRRRRR BUG” -> Asked Kyoko to keep Nim alive so that he can take her prisoner later. -> Shot lightning arrow at hachi - C rank Quirk (just fancy aesthetics, it will hurt and burn if she’s hit.)

MINUTES TIL IMPACT. "CAN YOU EVEN FUCKING DRIVE THIS THING!?" The Plutocracy guard inside the bridge shouted angrily at the captain, who winced at the words while his hands remained shakily moving over the controls. "You wanna give it a try!? I'm doin' the best I can, shit shit shit..." He repeated, looking out at the ocean ahead. They were pretty cramped within the bay, and what's more... The captain wasn't even sure they could make it out of there. He turned to his compatriot, a concerned look in his eyes. "Hey, the bossman can make sure the bridge is up, ri-" His words were cut short by the sound of an oni's fist smashing into the glass. It was thick, but not reinforced, meaning it would only take a couple of decent hits to smash through! "YOU COULDN'T EVEN FUCKING SHAKE HER OFF!" The guard exclaimed in a panic, a fervor setting in his eyes as the captain sunk into himself once more, pushing the engines even farther despite his worries, causing the ship to accelerate yet more, picking up a dangerous amount of momentum... While the guard himself reached into his jacket and pulled out a compact machine pistol, opening fire madly on the #1 Hero in a likely futile attempt to fend her off...
Meanwhile, a certain man sat upon the nearby boat cursed aloud, watching as one of the feeds of his drones went dark, thanks to the interference of one little hacker. "Fucking bitch!" He whined, fingers moving vigorously around his terminal, as he tapped into communications once more. "This is Heaven-on-High to Alpha Team. Breaking the routine, they've got someone who can control my birds. I'll keep them at distance, let me know if you need one. They ain't good for much more than scouting or deliveries, but I'll see what I can do. Over and out." The man would indicate to the group, groaning to himself and lamenting the loss of one his precious avians as he continued to toil away at his screens.
Hachi and Nimue, in their attempts to secure the top of the bridge, would find it mostly empty, with a few exceptions of course... At one corner was a radio tower, about 10 meters tall. There was also the ~25 meter tall crane, and most importantly; the shipping container stocked with MARINE! However, they wouldn't have much time to investigate the area, thanks to the incursion of the villains. Kyoko and Ryung were motivated mostly by the former's vendetta, as the fighting began to break out between them, relatively uninterrupted... However, while most of them didn't yet cause much in the way of damage, a certain electric yakuza boss began to unintentionally begin some chaos. Lightning would arc over many places of the boat. It arced all around the railings on top of the bridge, making the arena a very dangerous cage match for all involved, as lightning arced viciously between the safety measures that weren't doing so great at their job anymore. It also crept all along the crane, however, the container full of MARINE was only partially effected, a weaker electricity flooding it. It was well insulated due to the importance of the contents, after all... There were a couple of other major effects aside from charging those railings and crane, however...
In the control room, just as Red Horn broke in, after taking care of the guard however she saw fit, the captain would turn towards her. A pleading, pitiful look in his eyes. Right before his body was flooded with lethal levels of electricity, and those same eyes rolled backward, a jittering corpse dropping to the ground. The cargo ship's controls had just become fully charged, and many of the screens burst as a result. As electricity began to arc off of it, it wouldn't even be clear how much of it still worked! What made matters worse, of course, was what Mia would see out the front windows of the ship, coming into view as it moved around Toky bay. A certain over-water railway was in their path. It didn't look like it was going to start raising any time soon. "Oh, fuckity."As the chaos unfolded, some more bad news was soon to come their way, as their eyes in the sky, now looking on at a safer distance, chimed in once more. "This is Heaven-on-High to all units! We're unable to confirm control over the Waterfront Railway Bridge! I REPEAT, we cannot raise the bridge! IOL Endeavour is on a direct collision course! Strongly recommend stopping that ship!" Panic was setting in, as the perceived smoothness of the operation began to evaporate into thin air.
Atop the bridge, Heroes and Villains clashed, while in the control room, another would have to do their damndest with some pretty poorly functioning equipment... Of course, things were only just heating up, in all actuality. As Thunder's lightning arced between shipping containers, it would seem to converge on one of them in particular. In this one shipping container, at the stern of the ship, sat a certain prototype weapon reliant on wielding electromagnetism. One that had previously been powered by Thunder's unwilling efforts at a certain military camp. One that was now reunited with its energy sauce. OOC SUMMARY:Since there's A LOT going down, I'll break up the summary by areas: ATOP THE BRIDGE- See the map below for a layout of the top of the bridge! Light green is radio tower, yellow/shaded is the crane, the black box is MARINE, the black border is railings, and the red circle is generally where y'all are now - Railings, crane, and radio towers are all CHARGED with electricity! This is now a cage match! CONTROL ROOM- See the other map below! Orange/yellow/red are different terminals. - Guard opens fire as Red Horn punches in, assume low-rank ammo and fodder to punch out! - The captain is shocked to death, controls are now CHARGED and might not work as expected! RELEVANT TO ALL- Numerous SAT members shocked to death! - Heaven-on-High pulls his drones away, but is willing to use them at request! - An unraised bridge is coming into view! The ship shows no signs of stopping!- Not visible yet, a certain scientific device is being charged with Thunder's electricity... Map 1: Top of Bridge:Map 2: Control Room (Beneath Map 1)
