Mia met the eyes of the guard inside on the other side of the window, not even showing a flinch of fear as they prepared to take her on with that puny pistol. Aw, could the big bad criminals not afford to get a quirker on their side who could even bother slowing her down? Ah well. She knew who was on the scene, and once shit calmed down, if the mighty blonde wanted a challenge, she could damn well track it down. For now she just had to focus on keeping everyone safe, from the filth that were running about this boat like headless chickens, the vigilantes who’d snuck into the attack force (a fact she knew thanks to Kenshin, even if she had yet to see any of them) or the people on the surrounding land who’d be fucked if this thing crashed into ‘em.
She reared her fist back, her first two strikes having left the glass on the edge of shattering, and with a finally blow, Mia’s full momentum threw itself through the window, dropping along the length of her arm as she fell into a roll, a few gun shots going over head, one skimming her shoulder. She didn’t miss a beat. Kicking hard off the ground, so much so that there’d be a mild, difficult to remove imprint for long after the police had reclaimed and sold off this boat from it’s impound auctions. Another bullet lodged into her torso but the blonde beast didn’t even seem to flinch, as in a single motion her hand caught the front of the guard’s shirt and rammed him into the wall behind him, purposely making sure the force was just enough to knock him out. She’d hold him for just a moment, making sure his head dropped with the loss of consciousness, before letting him fall from her hand, and dusting them off as she turned her attention to the captain.
“Ahoy captain’.” She smirked, just a little cheekily and almost a bit too playful given the beasty beatdown she’d just swiftly delivered. “That look in yer eyes is tellin’ me your about to do exactly what I need you t-“
Her ears perked, her red eyes sharpened. Mia wrenched her hand back. About to place it on the captain’s shoulder she heard him scream out in pain as her eyes caught a stream of electricity fizzling out in the air as it tried to leap out from him to her hand. She could feel a faint buzz through the base of her feet but that continued to travel down the ship, leaving her with the captain who dropped to the floor, and a BUNCH of shattering monitors. An arm briefly raised against the thin glass as she cursed under her breath.
“Shit shit shit…!”
Mia looked at the controls, each flickering with sparks of electricity. As heaven on hi gave them the situation she herself could oh so plainly see, Mia cursed the triple shits once more as she tried to get a handle on the situation, hands running back through her hair. First instinct. The captain. Check his pulse…Fuck. Nothin’. She’d have attempted CPR, but training on the dummies back at the initial hero orientation the Japanese government ran her through…
Yeah, they learned that wasn’t an option.
Call for witch doctor? No. Also not an option. While she trusted in the woman’s skills it’d take her too long to even get down here before the guy’d be brain dead anyway. She lifted him, and lay him against a wall at the back of the control room, had shifted a little over his eyes before returning to the controls, fingers to her earpiece.
“Okay, this is Red Horn in the control room. Heaven-on-High, we got one hell of a mess here.” Not the most promising start to any communications but hey… Mia did love some blunt honesty. “I ain’t got eyes on it but I’m gonna assume Thundershock just shocked the boat, cause I got a dead captain here and a fried control room…gonna try puttin’ this shit show in reverse. Stay tuned-!”
Wrapping her hand around the main lever she’d watched the captain adjust as she was smashing in the window. Red Horn grit her teeth hard as the electricity rushed up her arm, baring through It till her arm seemed to equal out with the volts of the charged controls, not wanitng to accidentally wrench this thing off entirely. She pulled it back in the opposite direction, supposedly hitting the reverse switch…and for a moment there was hope. She could hear something churning and the ship was clearly slowing down…
But not enough.
“FUCK!” She let out a loud curse, hands running up through her hair again…fucking hell she was a fighter she wasn’t really DESIGNED for the complicated technical shit. “Okay…okay… You’re number 1 Red Horn…time to act like it…” Her eyes darted from the controls, to the bridge…ideas formed. Possibly terrible ones. But ideas nonetheless.
“Heaven-on-high! Controls ain’t reachin’ the engines properly. This is as slow as I can get her without slamming shit and hoping for the best!” She let out a sigh through her nose before continuing. “I got some ideas, but for now I got a use for those birdies. They can’t get close to the boat? Fine. Lets test their range. Get ‘em as close to the bridge as you can. If they can make it, get ‘em infront of any slow moving cars before they even start crossing the bridge. If we’re lucky and this still goes tits up, we can at least make sure the bridge ain’t got no one drivin’ over it.”
Mia moved over to another set of controls, trying to look for any control guides that might be stabled to the walls. A fair view vehicles DID come with cheat sheets when they were this big. She adjusted the earpiece to ‘open channels’ across the frequency the heroes were using, and called out. “Attention all heroes! This boat’s on a collision coarse with the bridge, no way of fancying that up for yas with a hopeful bow on it. I got her to slow down but the controls are fucked…I’m gonna try dropping anchor if I can, but ya’ll know this ain’t my area of expertise…if anyone’s even CLOSE to this ship’s anchor, get it to fucking drop if I can’t!”
Mia would probably get reprimanded for such an unprofessional message, but if this all worked out she’d deal with that later. For now, she used any materials around her to try and figure out what fucking button on this thing dropped the anchor. If she had nothing to go off of…well. It was time to hit as many buttons as she could as fast as she could.
tldr
Mia took out the guard. Checked captain’s pulse. Nothing. CPR isn’t an option. Nimue’s too far away to call for aid. She puts him against a wall. Informs others of the situation Grabs control lever, absorbs shock, pulls into reverse. Ship slows but doesn’t stop. Tells heaven on high to try and use the drones to stop traffic across the bridge. Tries anything she can to drop anchor from the control room. Calls out to any other heroes to try and make it drop on their end physically if they’re close.

But in the end I wanna thank you, 'Cause you've made me that much stronger. She hardly had vision from where she was, with how fast she was moving and how dark it is she was already at a disadvantage. What few lights were functional at least lit up the bridge, so she could see Nimue as she reached the top...as well as the individuals who came at her heels. While there was no concrete information on the entity known as "Oracle", there was little room to doubt that the woman attacking a hero was not, in fact, them. It appeared that the other male villain was with her as well. But...where was Thunder? He was the one they needed visual on the most, given the range of his Quirk. Should she stay up here, circling, until she saw him, or dive down to aid her fellow hero in the fight?
Nimue was a target for arresting the #3 slot. She's also the only one among them who could heal, and if there were injuries among the team she would be the difference between life and death. And, because villains were always playing dirty, it was a two-against-one.
So there really isn't a choice, is--
Hachi saw the burst of electricity from high above and her head snapped to it. It echoed over the ship like a ripple effect, and everything around her--the crane, the tower, the railing on the bridge--went up in a far too familiar burst of energy and light. Everything smelt of ozone. It made her want to vomit. Oh God. He'd just sent a shock through the ship. Every living being on there who didn't have some kind of protection would be hit by that...even his teammates. Cruel. He was cruel.
But that wasn't a surprise.
What was a surprise was the sudden arch of lightning went flying through the sky directed at her. Hachi took the chance both to dodge and to close the distance between herself and the fighting commencing between Nimue, Oracle, and the unknown male. Why? Why had he sent a attack directly at her? She wasn't his priority. Unless he saw her as a thread? How very flattering of...
...why?
Mid-air she turned her body so her stinger was directed toward Oracle's shoulder, going for an attack from behind her at her maximum speed. The front was too dangerous with those mechanical weapons. Between the serrated edge and the venom inside it, it would do quite well to cut through that ridiculous suit and slow her down. Then she just needed to keep going to get out of immediate rebuttal range. Move in, fly out. Like a well-rehearsed dance, like she'd done it all her life.
Now. Priorities. Thunder was a danger to keep on the ship, period. Another attack like that could kill whoever on the ship wasn't already mid-cardiac arrest from the first. But he was doing this on purpose. She must have been near something valuable where she'd been flying.
Why else would the most wanted criminal be after her?
"It's a railway, Red Horn. A train. We cannot stop it at such short notice." She swore, removing her claw from the earpiece for a second. The train. Wasn't that where her partner was sent? "Check for a manual override to the anchor, or come out and I will. There must be one in case of a power surge. It will not be a smooth ride at all but it will be a much slower one."
--
TL;DR: Hachi dodges Thunder's strike (C-Rank Speed) then comes down to hit Oracle with her stinger (D-Rank Fighting Style/C-Rank Nausea Effect). She is flying upwards again whether or not she lands the hit. Oracle has to dodge and miss her shot at Nimue or take it--and the nausea--and keep going.
...how does a computer even vomit...

Kyoko's head piece from her mask turned on as Thunder was now sending a message through their voice chat expressing an idea of bringing in witch doctor alive. "Dont worry. I can deliver her alive. Hopefully Crow is willing to pay for a fair deal if that's the case." she said grinning as she was just about to slash at Nimue's torso before seeing something on the drone's camera that was interesting. A flying object was suddenly rushing toward's kyoko and fast. Kyoko withdrew her whips from attacking Nimue and met Hachi's stinger head on with all four of her own blades, using all four of them to form an x formation and stop her singer. "Oh hello there Yellow jacket." she said with a cocky smile in her face. "Oh dear, did they not tell you? Sneak attacks are my thing, doesnt seem you're quite good at them though?" She said speaking from personal experience when she fought with Christopher clear water. she did after all use the cover of darkness to kill him, not allowing him to even see her until he was just moments from death. " However I dont really think it fits a hero, right?" she said cockly before trying to stab hachi with one of her blades, however it was a failed attempt since hachi immediately flew away. "Good thing you're friend on the police force gave me a set of extra eyes to use huh!? Let me get some more! I can put them to better use than he could!" she said pointing to the drone in the air who had seen hachi coming and let her prepare for it.
She had then backed off and seemingly flew away, great she was doing an in and out speedster strategy huh? Fucking annoying little bug. She knew she sucked at fighting, but there was thing she did learn from experience as villain. If she couldn't win in a fair fight then she needed to use the environment to her advantage and turn the tides and to do that she needed to be faster than hachi where it counts. She had seen the radio tower and the crane, both objects she could use with her quirk to control remotely. "Eclipse! Handle Bee bitch instead! Let Witch doctor try to catch me." She said into the communicator that would suddenly activate in his helmet since he had started a group voice chat using harmonious between the three of them in order to communicate. "Thunder we're gonna need you here. Yellow Jacket is gonna make this a bit harder than I anticipated. Her speed is too much for me to handle and I cant get to the crane like this, eclipse is trying his best..but it might not be enough since she's so fast." she told him not really caring in the moment for his role as the "leader" ugh, she knew he wasn't going to respond well to that but it was the truth.
She began to bolt over to the crane, if kyoko figured that thunder's electricity was causing it to malfunction but maybe she could still try and do something? Kyoko used a smoke bomb on top of herself to try and stop Hachi from getting close as the smoke began to cover her body. Thankfully Kyoko had her mask specially made so that it wouldn't work on her and began to try and take over the crane and subject it to her will, she was going to need it. She began to talk to herself "Let's see if we can get that kill count up to three huh?" she said hyping herself up a bit, feeling the pressure of the situation. Everyone was relying on her right now, Thunder, the vagabonds, Eternity. There was NO way in hell she was going to let them all down. What was the feeling? She had to figure that out later since it wasn't really the best time at the moment, she had to pour all her focus into taking over this damn crane. "Society's going to bow to me... im going to show them all..."
TLDR
. Kyoko was able to see Hachi coming via the drone's camera and managed to barely block the blade in time by using all four of her whips. However because of Hachi drawing attention to herself, Kyoko had to stop her attack against Nimue making hachi's goal a success
. Kyoko tells Ryung to handle Hachi and asks thunder to come and back him up because she's too much for kyoko to handle and she begins to run over to the crane to try and take it over.
. Kyoko then throws a smoke bomb down on herself, her mask filtering the gas so she doesn't inflict herself with blindness and begins to work on taking over the crane.
.Cringey internal monologue

There were so many things happening, the ship seemed to be crashing into something, she heard something about Heaven-on-High but what first brought her back to her senses was the sound of Mia and the information of a dead captain. He might be connected to illegal actions but she was here to avoid wounds and death and she was so focused on Oracle. The idea that the ship was shocked with electricity made her move even further away from the railing.
Before anything else could happen though she heard a voice she would not forget and her shoulders tensed, her grip on the centre of the spear became stronger and she stared with utter hate in her eyes, to Kyoko. What the… what was she even saying, there were no words that Nimue could say, she even thought of something she should not think about but the luck with her spirits was: that Iwayo focused for her. No thoughts about things that should not matter at this moment, that is if she wanted to survive. Should she have told Hachi? Should she have told Mia, did the police force told them that Oracle killed her father? God, she had to snap out of it. She looked at the woman, she should defend herself, Iwayo should but before the decision needed to be made, Hachi came to change Kyoko her mind of attacking her.
She had no idea what was happening everything surprised her with Hachi jumping in and she had to jump back, she had to follow Oracle. She felt a sharp pain in her ankles, what? She looked down while moving as Kyoko bolted and she wasn’t going to let her go without trouble. Even with the pain in her legs and her sudden heavy muscles but she to go. She would ignore it for as well as she could. So she turned around and immediately followed, moving away from the first spot, from the steps she has taken before to run after the bitch that had… no, focus. She quickly took a sprint but got lost in the smokescreen, shit. There were a few things where Oracle could have gone towards and she had to stop her from reaching that, but she also had to be very careful about the electricity around them. She would have to count on her ears and thus she closed her eyes, having no idea that this won’t work with Kyoko, she just had to try something. A strong grip on her spear, “I am sorry, I had to follow her, I didn’t know she could do this, but Oracle went towards the Crane, there is a container here, I am not sure but I thought the radio tower.” More she could not say, she did not want to say too much and besides, she had to get out of this smokescreen to be able to follow Oracle and not bump into anything electrical.
Intomba, it’s time.
Not yet.
TLDR: Moved away from the railing because of the electricity. Got hurt in the legs by Ryung (Took F-rank damage, E-rank Exhaustion, Nim has F-rank Stamina so she tries) Ran after Kyoko. Disappeared into the smokescreen herself. Called out to the others just to apologize basically.

Post by Ryung on Nov 13, 2019 6:51:43 GMT -4
The fight seemed to be progressing extremely quickly in various ways and Eclipse was having a tough time discerning everything. From the corner of his eye he was positive he saw the crackling yellow lightning flying through the air and later rushing all over the railings. Preparing to attack the Witch Doctor it was clear who Thunder was aiming for since at the moment there was only one hero buzzing about. And that wasp soon took her chance to use her dodge to attack Kyoko! Since Ryung was in the middle of his attack he had no time to retaliate to Yellow Jacket’s attack but thanks to the cop’s drone Kyoko managed to defend herself. In truth all these events happening so quickly made the boy deter his attack for a second. That delay was enough for Eclipse to only get his attack to the woman’s ankles. Still the attack landed so eventually the Witch doctor would start to feel a little sleepy! But before he could get any further Kyoko barked an order at him. But she was right there! I have her! He thought to himself annoyed beyond belief. And when the hell did his mask glow pink?! Ugh this was totally going to ruin his image! It also seemed like Thunder was also in this little chat inside his helmet. That really cemented the fact that Ryung couldn’t retaliate in any of his orders. Great, just great! So Ryung did as he was asked and let go of Nimue before his shadows had a chance to do any major damage. It would save the boy’s stamina a bit which would help against the pest that was Hachi who at this stage had flown away at her incredible speed. And then Kyoko farted out a smokescreen to hide her movements so the aforementioned Bee Bitch couldn’t track her too easily. But that little diversion didn’t stop Witch Doctor who rightfully didn’t want to let Kyoko get away considering all their drama. Ugh, women.
Now though Kyoko was only a mild concern as Eclipse was now working with the other man on the mission Thunder and it was their job to take out Hachi. Sounds easy enough. “Alright Sparky get ready to zap the bug. I’ll try and constrict her movements. Tell me when you’re going to fire” He announced into his still glowing pink mask. Was it going to stay like that forever? Well thankfully it was only the inside that glowed the faint pink colour as the exterior still kept its jet black appearance. Yellow Jacket was going to be a big ol bitch to catch so the best Eclipse could hope for was cornering her. But he had to corner her in the air. Oh boy this was going to be fuuuuuuun….
Even in the air Hachi could only really go in a few directions or risk being totally cut off from her team. That would be the deciding factor in cornering her, even with her incredible speed. Like a drone flying around the hive, if she strayed too far then she’d be cut off for good making her easy to track! Eclipse walked into the outer edges of Kyoko’s smoke screen to give him some cover while he summoned some more of his shadows. Granted he wouldn’t be in it really since he needed to see what he was going too after all but any cover was better than nothing. And Hachi was wide open in the air under the pale moonlight so she was easy spotting despite her best efforts to buzz around as fast as she could, not to mention she could only stray so far making her pretty easy to pinpoint.. Speaking of, Eclipse would let a small orb of his shadows fly up to around the area which the bug hero was occupying. Either that or follow her wherever she flew and meet where she was going to be, Simple target practice. Predicting her movements wouldn’t be too difficult after all. The orb Ryung made probably would be noticed, even with the cover of the dark night but that didn’t matter too much since the size was the thing keeping it mostly hidden. The orb was small, about the size of a ping pong ball so with how fast the wasp was flying it’d be difficult to really discern or so he hoped. Once the little orb got within range it would explode like a smoke grenade. Now this would do little to no damage to the hero but it would cause her to feel somewhat tired if it did land. But that wasn’t the main purpose of the attack. While getting her tired would be useful this little maneuver was to catch the hero in a jar of his own shadows so she couldn’t fly out. Not only that but it would also act as a beacon for Thunder to shoot at. Once the small ball did erupt the edges became as thick and durable as steel while they closed in around Hachi, making the chance to dodge Thunder’s incoming attack all but impossible. Should his plan work at all.
Meanwhile on the bridge Eclipse was focusing hard on this plan to ensnare Hachi. It would take most of his concentration to funnel a lot of his emotions into the newest orb he made. Luckily he had enough shitty feelings to last him for a while. It was one of the benefits to taking offence to everything and getting mad over the littlest things, not to mention bottling up all those feelings earlier. The shadowy Vagabond has a lot of feelings to spare, he was only getting started. And so was the others he was fairly certain of. Now he just needed to wait on thunder firing his shot. When he did announce his attack to Ryung like he asked the wall of the refined box Ryung made would weaken slightly. Not enough to let Hachi break free but more than weak enough for Thunder’s electricity to pierce his creation and the hero all together. He just hoped the plan would work. Hachi was quick after all and even if he could map out how she flew there was always something that could throw a wrench into the works. Hopefully Kyoko was okay fighting by herself. He knew he’d be fine. He did this sort of thing all the time and even if Hachi did manage to escape his clutches there was always a plan B. He was trying to corner her after all so if she did react quickly to his little attack then she’d be ripe picking for Thunder to shoot her out of the sky. Well that is if he reacted quick enough at that point. And then of course Plan C was an option but he’d come to that bridge if he needed to pass it.
Tl;dr Got distracted with pretty much everything which delayed his attack on Nimue. Like in her pot though he did manage to coil around her ankle to do some light damage and cause E rank Exhaustion. Begrudging took the command Oracle gave him and let go of Nimue before anything major happened. Aimed for Hachi! Knew Hachi could only fly around a certain area of the ship. Even if she could move fast there was only so far she could theoretically go so Eclipse used that to his advantage. Made smoll edgy ball of darkness to run into Hachi by intercepting her. Hoping she won’t see it before it’s too late due to it’s size and the dark fo night Once in range the ball would essentially expand into a large box filled with Ryung’s shadows and contract into a smaller box to trap Hachi midair of D rank Durability. If all this did play out then the box would cause her E rank exhaustion and act as a sort of beacon for Thunder to shoot at.
When Thunder tells Ryung he is going to fire via the communicator Kyoko linked them with then he will lessen the durability of the box to E rank so Thunder’s attack can pierce it and still hit Hachi. Is well aware of Hachi’s speed now and has a back up plan if she escapes, which is in the form of thunder using the oppurtunity she takes to dodge to shoot her. Even if that doesn’t time out well he has another plan in reserve just in case.

Post by Thunder Shock on Nov 13, 2019 21:13:40 GMT -4
‘Of course…’ Thundershock thought to himself in irritation as his lightning arrow soared harmlessly by Hachi as the bee hero dodged it with her superior speed. Thunder had strength, there was no doubt about that, but what he lacked was the speed to keep up with a hero like her. He’d growl angrily as another arrow made of lightning appeared on the electric bow, and Thundershock took aim once more.
He waited, waited for the right moment to let his arrow loose on her again, his eyes focusing not only on her, but on his companions during this endeavor. He knew he might have to pull his attention away from Hachi… but what he wouldn’t give to be the one to pin her down and slowly rip her wings off one at a time. There was no secret that the man hated bugs, but this bug was one he detested in particular, and the reason was one he had kept to himself for a very long time.
As Thundershock held his aim, the electric current continued to feed itself through the metal lining of the ship, electrocuting all those that came in contact with it. However, as the electricity surged through the metallic conduit, it created a small electrical power source, a source of energy Thunder could feed off of to keep his supply ample and steady. He would reabsorb the electric current that would come back to shock him. In short, he was keeping his battery charged to 100%.
‘No need to be cautious in this case’ With that, he almost let loose his second arrow, holding onto it only when he heard Kyoko’s voice through his cell phone once more. His eyes didn’t move to look at the source of the voice, keeping them on the busy bee in the sky as he responded.
“I’m sure Crow will pay you whatever you ask of him to torture her. Don’t worry about the bee, I don’t need to be up there to get her. Focus on Witch Doctor, I’ll keep the police and the other Heroes away by keeping the boat electrified. I’ve got eyes on the bee.” He stated seriously, almost shrugging off the womans instructions as they seemed rather redundant to him. He was already focusing hachi, what was the point of getting in any closer when he was best at range? No, he could keep the boat electrified right where he was.
He watched her every move, waiting for the perfect time to strike, and that time came in the form of Ryungs shadow ball.
“Got her” Thunder stated, confirming that he was taking his shot. Those words saw the lightning arrow unleash from the electric bow once more, this time firing with a loud crack of lightning as it whipped towards Hachi once more. Hopefully the boys trap worked and ensnared her, otherwise it was just another wasted shot.
WC: 494 TLDR: -Aimed long time -Pretty much told Kyoko he was fine where he was. -Fired at Hachi moments after Ryung fired his trap so that trap and arrow would ignite moments apart. Arrow hitting with C rank damage -Thunder is a rechargeable battery right now~

DOUBLE DOWN.
Heaven-on-High anxiously tapped away at his drone terminal, operating it deftly, as sweat fell down his brow. Red Horn's report of the control room had come in, and he was observing carefully how her attempts to get the engines working had went. The answer: Not exactly great. Although one engine shifted into reverse, it wasn't enough to counteract the huge momentum that the cargo ship had, and the slipstream of water it was barreling through. The ship did begin to slow down somewhat, however, and also began banking slightly starboard. Those prone to seasickness were sure to have their stomach churning. "That's a start, but we're gonna need a helluva lot more than that..." The drone operator reported firmly, wiping his forehead with the back of his hand as he listened in to what Red Horn advised he do. "I can prevent foot traffic, but there's already a train in motion. It's up to the units there to get it secured. Sending birds to keep preventable casualties low, over." A set of drones at his command were dispatched towards either end of the bridge, using a simple audio message to try and prevent foot traffic from workers or civilians on either side. It wasn't much, but it might save some lives. Red Horn sent through her own little request for help from the Heroes, and although she tried to find whatever dropped the anchors, it was becoming clear whatever manual override was present wouldn't be easily operated. However, as Hachi recommended such measures, the drone operator raised a brow, chiming in once more. "I've got schematics for the ship, Red Horn. Let me see what I can find for manual anchor override..."He uttered, searching quickly for the necessary blueprints to try and get this situation under control. It seemed like a reckless idea, but as he'd soon find out... It wasn't nearly the most insane thing they were going to try to stop this damned boat. "HQ Comissioner Garo here! This is IOL Endeavour CANNOT collide with that bridge! I repeat, it cannot! To all units, men, operators, and those onbaord of the ship, we'll have to go full force in to make it in time! HQ Ship will make impact against the front of IOL Endeavour! Prepare for impact and evacuate when you can! Go full defense and do not let any of those containers get off that ship! We'll speed our engines, impact will commence in ten minutes!" He began looking for those schematics very quickly once that announcement came through all their comms. Whatever they could do to try and slow this ship down would be extremely important, lest they want to do more property damage than had already been done so far!
Meanwhile, topside, Kyoko would find some trouble with the Heroes she was clashing against, but not nearly as much trouble taking control of the crane. As the various powerhouses clashed with one another, one particular participant would start contributing to more chaos than even he intended. Electricity continued to flood through the ship, and much of the lightning flowing through the stern of the ship was flowing through to one shipping container in particular, as a new instrument soon joined this symphony of destruction. "Ah, it's ready to fire? Then make our lives a bit easier, would you?" "Alright, I've got the schematics up, manual anchor release should be in the back left co-"BANGA massive sound cracked through the night sky. The container at the bow end of the ship burst at the front, sending metal debris scattered violently towards the bridge of the ship, breaking windows to the control room and unleashing a storm of cuts upon those above. A thick, honed projectile was launched upward, far far too quick to be caught with the naked eye. However, the effects would be immediately evident. It tore up through the control room at an angle, destroying the anchor release at the back of the room. The charged round exploded through the left end of the top of the bridge, striking the container with the MARINE at an angle from underneath. Almost the entirety of that side was torn open as the container was launched into the air by the residual force, causing it to strike the crane and fall hard onto the ground. It luckily didn't hit any of those up there, but it would give a fright. With one side torn open, that side now faced up into the air, revealing three crates of MARINE within. One had been damaged, a handful of syringes having spilled out onto the ground of the top of the bridge. The container was now well and truly open for taking what was within. Three crates of MARINE, the entrance facing up into the night sky. If any looked down to the bridge, the source of the chaos, they'd see what remained of the shipping container, and the weapon within, now unveiled. A metal behemoth, charged with an obscene amount of electricity that Thunder was supplying to it. An electromagnetic rail firing projectiles at ungodly speeds. A railgun. It was still charging, even then. "Holy..."It began to move, looking for another target. Heaven on High all but leapt onto his comm device, shouting into it as he sought to notify others of this development as quickly as he could. "All units, be advised! Unidentified hostile has taken remote control of a... railgun... aboard the IOL Endeavor, proceed with caution and take cover when you hear the command, I'll tell you all where it's aiming when it fires, over!"This Operation couldn't get any more FUBAR, as far as he was concerned. Drones scrambled through the night sky, trying to get a read on the railgun, trying to understand how they could stop it... And where it would aim next.
A great distance away, high in the air, rotors spun rapidly as the helicopter approached the happenings in Shinagawa. Within, a woman in Victorian attire carefully tapped her finger, as she pondered deeply. "Still more round loaded? Lovely. Now, where to fire it?"She grinned slightly to herself, as she glanced out the window nonchalantly. "Best not to hit the boat again. Some of my work is present too, after all."NEPTUNE Plutocracy Research & Development SUMMARY:- Heaven-on-High does as Red Horn asked, sending drones to try and stop foot traffic - Looks for schematics for manual anchor release... - Broadcast about the HQ ship crash comes through - Kyoko will have no trouble hacking the crane! - HoH comes in with schematics, but... - The railgun thunder was inadvertently charging fires! - Superficial damage as debris is scattered all over the place - The manual release is destroyed, whoops - Container of MARINE is launched up, hits crane, and lands on top of bridge (though not on top of anyone!) - The crates of MARINE are now within grasp, and some syringes are scattered along the ground... - HoH advises that the railgun is ready to fire again, but they don't know where! Mia was frantically working the controls, just hoping something she pulled pressed or spun was enough to get this thing to stop, or heck just slow down enough that the bridge would stop it rather than let itself be crashed through, but with the offer from hachi for them to switch she was questioning if that was probably the better move. She didn't know what was going on up on the Bridge but she had to be able to do more good up there than down here sure.
"A train!?" She called back to that comment. "Who the hell puts a train across a bridge!?" As far as she was concerned if you wanted a train to go past a river you sent the train under, not over. Still, she could feel it was just her frustration getting to her and she had to keep her head on straight before this shit just got worse thanks to her judgement. Heaven on High seemed to be agreeing to the halt of foot traffic at least, and hopefully the invasion of drones would inform anyone on the bridge that something was going on and they'd realize the danger they were potentially in.
"Look Hachi I'll be the first to admit I'm a bit out of my depth here! Heaven on High's got the schematics so I'm gonna-" She would have finished with a suggestion she hit the manual overide and then come join the others, but with a rupturous explosion, the force of a magnetized chunk of metal ripping through the control room nearly burst the blonde's eardrums, a deep ringing in her ears as she was sent flying back to the other side of the room, her hefty body crashing into the controls and leaving her with a deep burning sensation across her muscles as she absorbed both the impact and another dose of electricity, groaning deeply between her tusks and glaring at the empty space that used to be the left side of the control room.
"....Fuck me..."
Her eyes drifted to the source of the attack, the charging railgun...and it's battery. Whether Thunder had been planning this or not Mia wasn't really in the state of mind to care. Her breaths were getting heavy as she wrenched herself from the mess of the controls. Her hand to her ear, a growl in her voice.
"Scratch all that. The control room's fucked...we're out of options here. We either need someone on deck to drop that shit by hand or crash into this sucker. We're out of options from the control room."
There was no reassuring words to with that. She knew the situation, from her place there was fuck all she could do about the boat's speed. She had her eyes on the humming railgun as it charged and the annoying sparky little prick that didn't even seem to realize what he'd set off. Thunder. Railgun. Thunder. Railgun. She could choose one or the other...
With the railgun seeming like it'd need a few moments to reload, Mia felt the decision was clear for the moment. She took several steps back into the control room, all the windows shattered by the earlier impact.
"Get the MARINE." She mumbled out for her earpiece to catch, almost uncaring as to the state of her companions at this point. "I'm taking that thing's battery...!"
Red Horn ducked her head low and charged from the back end of the control room to the window, rushing out without self restraight, and kicking hard off the very last inch of ground beneath her as she sent herself soaring through the air over the back of the ship's deck. If Thunder caught her approach, Mia would throw a closed fist against the air, redirecting her rrajectory even if only slightly. Her body sent like a meteor crashing towards Thunder. Sparks skimmed across the surface of her skin as her body tried to reject the excess energy from crashing into the ship's controls. A deep, leathery red forming across her skin from her knuckles up along her forearm, her sharp gaze focused solely on the nation's most wanted.
"THUNDEERRRRRR!!!"
The moment she knew she was close enough for the full force of her fist to slam against him even through the air between them, Mia slammed her arm across the space between them, the full force and speed of her launch halted in an instance as a wide wave of sheer force cascaded through the layers of air between the two of them.
tldr
Mia decided Thunder takes priority. If he goes down the railgun does too. So she thinks Action 1 : Used mobility C, Speed D to launch herself from the control room to Thunder (mobility C is also being used to dodge anything IF thunder attacks her mid flight) Action 2 : Once she's within about 10 meters, Mia throws her C rank punch at D rank range, the sheer force of the punch flowing through the layers of air between them, One punch / All might style.

But in the end I wanna thank you, 'Cause you've made me that much stronger. Her attack did not make contact like she'd wanted it to, but at the very least she'd been a diversion enough that Oracle's mechanical limbs went to block her rather than lash out at Nimue. That had been her goal, so mission accomplished. Hachi didn't bother responding to Oracle as she attempted at banter or whatever she'd call it. By the time she'd started gloating about the use of the over-taken drone, Hachi was already back in the sky above. Going for another forward attack on Oracle--so long as she had that done circling her--was pointless. She would see her coming and Hachi's whole method was being too fast to see; with that gone, so too were her teeth, so to speak. So she would have to refocus.
A blast loud enough to make her ears rattle in her skull did to her what the sudden motion of the ship was likely doing to everyone with their feet aboard it. She nearly felt the vibrations of that gun from up here it was so strong...and it had taken out the mechanical brakes.
Things just keep getting better and--
Dammit!
Against the clouded, pitch-black sky Hachi hadn't seen the oncoming equally dark sphere before it was too late. It suddenly expanded around her and trapped her inside, and she tried to stop from gasping in surprise, but it was already too late. The air inside the trap was thick with something that made her wings slow. No, no no no, if she stayed up here like this she was good as dead. With one claw covering her mouth Hachi swiped her stinger at the lining of the shadow ball. It made a cut, but not nearly thick enough to pierce through completely. She would need to make more than one.
She couldn't have so long as to whittle away at this before somebody took advantage of the situation, like...
Oh-so familiar ozone slipped through the thick, tiring air surrounding her, and her blood ran ice, ice cold.
Like Thunder was about to.
Hachi's movements sped up, frantically chipping away with her feet and stinger until, for just a split second, the container around her weakened and her blows pierced through. She burst through it as fast as she could go...which sent her spiraling towards the crane and the remains of crate that had been destroyed. She landed atop the neck of the crane, panting hard, and only spared a second to look upwards at a streak of yellow light as it soared into the clouds. By pure desperation she'd dodged another lightning bolt, but dammit, her body was so heavy, and she was slower. She wouldn't be able to dodge the next one of those.
Lucky for her, Mia had decided to distract and rid her of the source of the issue. Hachi collected one more breath before looking downwards. There was a cloud of black smoke--Oracle? Nimue? Are they both in it?--directly below her near the base of the crane, and not nearly far enough away from their location were vials and syringes of some sort of clouded liquid. MARINE. It had to be. That was why Thunder had shot at her; she'd been too close to the main stash...right? Why else would he be going out of his way--ignoring his own co-criminal's situations--just to keep firing at herself?
Is...there a reason...?
Priorities.
Priority wasn't catching the villains, and it wasn't even fighting them. It was stopping them. Even if it's not the grand heroic ideal or the action one might expect of a hero, their goal was in sight, and she had a shot at it.
"I've got it."
Hachi dove in towards the visible containers of MARINE, claws snatching as many syringes as she could as she skated over the concrete towards them, not once letting herself drop out of the air. Even if she wasn't nearly as fast as she could have been, she was still airborne and still the best choice to grab the drugs and get them to the police boat before any of the criminals could do so.
--
TL;DR: Hachi takes Ryuung's exhaustion effect to the face, dropping her speed to more hit-able levels (shiiiit) but she's still able to maintain flight. Uses an action to dodge the lightning bolt, then her next action is to dive after and grab as much Marine as she can. She will fly it back to the police boat if she's successful...!

Intomba, it is time.
Not yet.
No at the slightest point she had to prove that she was viable, fit, visible, workable, anything to show that she could do what she was supposed to do. She would find revenge, words of Tony through her mind, she would, she would do everything she could to prove Uphondu that she could do this. She would prove that she wasn't a weakling, that she was stupid, that she was anything. But she could not see. The smoke blocked her vision for quite a bit and she had to do something about it but then everything changed. She had no idea what it was as she could not see but she lifted up her arms to protect her eyes, the hood of her hero outfit pulled because of a wind source that she was unfamiliar with. Another enemy? Another person? When she tried to open her eyes, the wind had pulled the smokescreen slightly away and things were visible for the green-haired hero. But boy, a lot was happening in the minutes of invisibility.
She noticed and jumped up from it that the crane fell and surely that did surprise her hence the jump and she heard Iwayo beg her to take her power but again not yet. Even if her legs were bleeding and feeling sore she would continue. Sounds everywhere and she looked around, she noticed Oracle now again, she noticed the fallen crane, the broken container with Marine and she noticed Hachi, she heard Mia. But for a second, really it was that her thoughts went rather quick she had to make a decision and that decision was halfhearted made. It was her job to support her fellow heroes, but Oracle was within her grasp and she would have to prove it. She would have to avenge him, she would have to do so much. She took a step towards Oracle, again gritting her teeth and her knuckles white as how strongly she held onto the spear.
That's when she felt something weird, it was as if she was picked apart but instead of pain, it was a bubbly feeling, something completely strange and then she stared at a person, a creature next to her. "I will go to Yellow Jacket-sama, you go, do what you have to do." and the summon, the tree-like creature hurried off to the container with Hachi, "That's mine, Yellow-Jacket, don't ask me how but she said she could help." Was what Nimue quickly said in the earpiece before turning to Oracle again and trying for as fast as her heavy legs could carry her to her enemy. "Stop walking away, I thought you were convinced of your win." Words she would have never spoken if it wasn't what Oracle had done and if she wasn't tired of being exhausted, tired of being weak, she could do it. Her eyes finally turning, she let Iwayo take her. They would be better at their spear fighting and she would be better at defending whatever incoming thing Oracle would throw at her, and so would she, trying to hit the woman with her spear by swiping it from her left hip to her right shoulder when she was close enough. She had to keep her away from the Marine and from Hachi.
In the meantime, Lindiwe arrived at Hachi her spot and took a syringe herself and hid it between the leaves and vines of her being, better to have two and not announce it. She looked at the bee-hero. "My name is Lindiwe, I am a part of Nimue and I can heal, let me try okay?" Of course she asked permission, being a part of Nimue made her calm, collected and kind and in this case able to carry her healing powers away from Nimue, not as strong but definitely worth trying. She would offer help but not for too long if Hachi wanted to go, it was definitely an idea but Lindiwe would wait, patiently, if Hachi said no that was fine with the two women too, Lindiwe would than focus on being a back-up for Nimue.
Quirk activated: Defense/Durability her skin is as strong as C-rank. D-rank MA, E-rank Spear/Damage. Spirit Summon activated: Lindiwe, E-rank healing. I assumed because Nimue is close to the crate that she is within 5 meters from Hachi and thus can use Lindiwe for her.
Tldr: Smokescreen disappeared because of the railgun's wind/stuff I dunno how to call it. I talked to both Sporks and Pilo about it. The crane falls. Nimue has to make a decision but summons Lindiwe and hurries after Kyoko. She tries to hit Kyoko with her spear and Lindiwe tries to offer healing to Hachi.

Kyoko focused most of her attention into taking over the crane's controls. She managed to do it relatively easily! Nice! Now to just pop open the crat- wait what the fuck was that noise? Kyoko looked over to see the bright blast of light and a loud noise followed by a gust of wind. She braced herself during the wind blast as her smokescreen was now kaput, great. "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT NOISE?" she shouted on the communication devices. The blast didnt hurt her nor did the debris flying towards the bridge now but that thing was a threat and she was worried. She quickly turned around and looked at Nimue not surprised that the woman ran right towards her. She was shocked that she rushed into the smokescreen though before it dissipated shortly after. The smokescreen would irritate Nimue's eyes inflicting blindness on her. She spoke? amazing- Oh wait she has a spear- Kyoko panicked and quickly tried to move out of the way in time but she was inexperienced with close combat so she had barely managed to scrape by. Kyoko took a slight cut to her body, "FUCK." she let out, she was horrible with pain. She grinned her teeth at Nimue as rage and anger flared in her eyes.
"How DARE you. Arent heroes NOT SUPPOSE TO USE LETHAL WEAPONS? HOW DID THAT GET APPROVED?!" she said as she clenched her fist and stomped her foot like a spoiled brat who was having a temper tantrum against their parent. Kyoko couldn't remember the last time she was in a fair fight, well at least one where she decided she was going to play fairly. She looked passed Nimue and saw that the bee bitch got out of the damn darkness Ryung had used. She was heading for the Marine! If she got her hands on that shit she's as good as cleared, kyoko had to put a stop to it. She reached her hand out to the crane as the metal began to creak loudly, the crane moved quickly and rushed to grab the container once more. The claw latched onto it and quickly hoisted the container back into the air, however Hachi would still be able to grab a couple of syringes that spilled out of the crate. "Sorry Witch Doctor. My win doesn't rely on me killing you." She said condescendingly smiling at her as she pointed to the crane grabbing the crate.
Kyoko then focused her attention onto Nimue trying to keep her distracted. "So what? You're gonna kill me with that thing? I thought heroes couldnt kill? Luckily Im not a hero." She said extending her hand and opening it's palm like a releasing motion. The container had been moving quickly in the air via the crane towards the pair and kyoko decided to use that momentum to her advantage, albeit a bit recklessly. Kyoko would use her computer to command the crane to release the latch and send the shipping container hurdling towards the two of them. She wanted to take out Nimue in one hit since she wasn't that skilled in using her blades asides from basic slashes. Once the latch was released kyoko quickly tried to move out of the way of it's path of destruction. She wasn't sure if Nimue COULD even stop it, and boy was she not dumb enough to stick around to find out. If Witch doctor WAS unable to stop it though kyoko would probably lose the crane in the process of the container taking out the supports holding it up. But gain the advantage of having the shipping container next to her and ripe for the picking.
TlLDR of actions
. Since Nimue rushed into the smokescreen before the blast pushed the wind away she was inflicted with blindness temporarily but the smokescreen is now gone.
.Kyoko barely dodges Nimue in time since she was focused on hacking instead of looking at the drone's screen.
. See's hachi going for the marine crate so she decides to use the crane to quickly grab onto the crate as fast as it could move and hoist it back up. However since some of it already spilled out in syringes Hachi can still grab some vials.
.The crane then starts to bring the shipping container towards kyoko while suspended in the air as quickly as possible, once close enough the crane will release the shipping container and via momentum will be thrown at the pair possibly taking the crane out with it unless Nimue uses her super strength to stop it in it's tracks.

Perfect. She was caught in his little cage. Now to just wait for Thunder to shoot at the wasp and- “WAHHH FUCK!” with a violent shake of the ship Eclipse lost control of his shadows which let the Bee escape just in time for Hachi to avoid Thunder’s attack. Turning his attention to the fallen tanker he saw all the vials of MARINE that had fallen out. Well now was a good a time as any to take some! It a slightly less calculated move Eclipse expelled a great deal of his shadows towards the tanker. Since he was focusing on capturing Hachi he didn’t see what exactly shot the crane down. Surely it wasn’t the heroes? No way would they be allowed something that destructive. Was it Thunder then? Nah no way he was that strong. Well regardless of that it seemed that the crane was moving again. Was it someone in the control room or was it Kyoko? Well regardless, there were still a lot of MARINE just lying around and he knew that since she escaped Yellow Jacket would probably be coming for it. Unfortunately for her if she did still decide to go after MARINE Eclipse had a much better advantage of being on the platform where the tanker fell while she had to fly towards it.
While Kyoko’s smokescreen was dissipated by the sheer force of the falling tanker, Eclipse’s shadowy mist appeared after it fell which meant that there would still be a dark smokescreen on the bridge. Being a far more quirk filled smoke that Hachi had already dealt with he wondered if she would actually try to go through it to get the drug. If she did then with the sheer amount of shadows he made he would grapple the bee to the ground. Eclipse also noticed another before seemingly appearing out of no wehere. “Ugh, another Hero?” he said to himself seeing the dryad. Weather she came to help Hachi was another thing, since his darkness covered up the drugs that were on the ground while also wafting in the air a tad just in case the Wasp flew after the tanker which the crane was very quickly moving. Kyoko seemed fine dealing with Witch Doctor off in the distance. Eclipse could afford a glance at her situation though. He needed to concentrate on his shadows and capturing Hachi if she bothered to get in range. There was no way in hell he was going to let that wasp get any of their drugs! And if he caught her then no way was she getting away again!
Tldr; .Was shook by the tanker falling, letting his grip on Hachi lessen which helped her escape, at least she took the exhaustion!
.Turns his attention to the near by tanker and unleashes his shadows towards it in the hopes of getting the drugs before Hachi
.If Hachi still does try to get the drugs then he will attempt to grapple her to the ground with F rank shadow strength (talked with Darren and this should be okay to subdue Hachi if it happens) it will also give E rank exhaustion again. Dunno if durability matters here but just in case D rank is being applied too.
.Since Hachi would have to fly towards it I assume that she'd get to the drugs after Ryung had covered them in darkness.
.Notices Nimue’s summon too, thinks it's another Hero though, but since I’m unsure if Hachi will still go for the drugs I dunno if it’ll still follow her. Will probably do something to it if he needs to.
.Pissed that Hachi got out if he gets the chance isn’t going to let her go again!
.Sees Nimue and Kyoko in the distance but just at a glance and isn't focusing on them.

“Well if that isn’t the biggest load of bullshit” Thundershock would growl as his arrow sailed harmlessly by hachi as the god damn bee managed to get captured, then free herself before his arrow had a chance to hit her. He wasn’t that slow, so what the hell happened!? His gaze turned into a glare that was first directed at Hachi, but soon found Ryung as well. He didn’t expect the boy to be a super star, but how the hell did he expect to he useful if he couldn’t even keep one of the heroes pinned long enough for him to hit?
He readied another shot, but just as quickly he dismissed the electrified bow, bringing his left arm up in defense when he suddenly heard a loud BANG sounded through the air. It sent chills up his spine, and he was glad to have brought an arm up to defend himself as large metal pieces of a storage container came flying towards him. It hit his arm full force, but was pushed back and forced to fall at his feet before it could knock the Kobayashi Lord off his feet. To anyone it would have hurt like hell, the scrapes and bruises on his arm indicating there might be more damage than he was letting on, but Thunder didn’t give any indication that it hurt at all. Instead his eyes looked for the source, and they quickly grew wide when he found it.
“Well I’ll be damned. That thing’s still up and running?” He thought aloud, watching as the electricity he was fuelling through the ship was charging the railgun. It was a repeat of what happened at semper-fi, his quirk fuelling this thing against his will for someone elses use. This time however, he wasn’t bound and unable to use his quirk at all.
As the railgun moved, Thunder couldn’t help but wonder who was in control of it… did he have to worry about it coming after him?? Probably not, the thing needed fuel right? Why kill what was powering you? He felt a sense of Veto, and because of that turned his attention instead back towards Hachi and the group gathered around her.
Quite suddenly, there was a secondary disturbance in the force around him. A temporary break in his electrical current which warned him that one of the players on the playing field had moved. He shifted only enough to be facing the direction in which the number one hero, Redhorn, was charging at him through the skies towards him. She cried out his name as she came barreling down onto him, fist raised as if she could ever be strong enough to pummel the large man with something so ridiculous.
Refusing to move, Thunder just braced himself, bringing both arms up in an X formation to intercept Mia’s punch. As it landed, she could no doubt hear the crunch of his bones reacting to the impact, still, no negative reaction from Thunder who held her there, only smirking cruelly towards the woman.
“How wonderful, Tits McGee herself is here to greet me personally. Too bad you’re going to die, you’d make a great addition.” He taunted her with a cocky flash of his teeth. Electricity surged through him once more, dancing off of his flesh to attempt and engulf Mia’s fist and arms. Should the lightning engulf her, it would not only electrify her, but also burn away at any flesh it came into contact with. Should Mia land on the ground anywhere where there was metal, she would also feel the same shock and burn effect that would course through her from her feet.
WC: 625 TLDR: -Angery glare at hachi/Ryung -Sus look at Railgun but doesn't go after it. He is its energy source ofc. -Senses a tingle in his electric field (his spidey senses are tingling!) Turns to face Mia. -Blocks Mia with combined D rank Strength and D rank Pain Tolerance (It hurt him, he's just not really feeling it). -Attacks Mia with C rank Lightning

FEVER PITCH.
"Should've stayed on shore for this one..." Heaven-on-High muttered to himself as the SAT boat began to reposition itself, impact with the HQ boat becoming imminent at this point. Tiger Unit was still in contact with him, but he hadn't heard much as they headed into the bowels of the ship... In all likelihood, that damn Thunder Shock had unintentionally interfered with their equipment. He couldn't think about it now. Kanae could handle herself, and would be up against thugs a lot less troublesome than the lot currently above deck on the IOL Endeavour. There were much deadlier threats atop the boat. Fortunately, there were formidable Heroes to meet them. With a high-powered railgun on deck, it was natural one of them saw fit to try and disable it. "Good call, Red Horn. If we can mitigate the charge we can mitigate the damage..." Heaven-on-High would say over comms as the Oni took on the Yakuza boss. The drone operator wasn't sure where the hell it was gonna fire, but if they were lucky, it wouldn't shoot any more of it's high-velocity ammunition... That was a pretty big if, however... Meanwhile, the exposed MARINE atop the bridge didn't escape his watchful gaze either. They had no idea how the substance worked, so handling the bioweapon was going to need a helluva a lot of caution. It also gave them a chance to secure what they could! Should Hachi try to take some of the MARINE for the Heroes, she would be met with assistance. "Yellowjacket, I'll send in a bird to intercept. You hand it over, we can create distance and secure it. A sample will go a long way..." Heaven-on-High would explain seriously, breathing in and out as he focused on his terminal, on getting out of this mission alive. No sooner after his communications would he send one of his drones low along the water, aiming to keep it out of Oracle's sight, and directing right to the buzzing Hero's position. With a simple robotic 'limb' extended, the drone would be there for Hachi to hand off the MARINE, and get back to the fight if she was willing! The same fight was heating up, thanks to Kyoko's use of the crane to send the shipping container hurtling across the bridge! If no attempt was made to stop it, it would tumble to the very edge of the bridge, leaving it dangling over and threatening to fall with a strong push. "Don't wanna see what happens if that stuff gets in the water..." They didn't want to start dealing with sea monsters, after all. However, the container would only get this far if there was naught done to stop the hurtling mass of metal! Regardless of if it was stopped or not, the sheer momentum would cause the crane itself to break, the cable holding the MARINE snapping and the machine bending harshly near the base. It wasn't much use after all that abuse. Things were heating up to a fever pitch, and they were all juggling as many balls as they could. Heaven-on-High tracked the railgun and its power source, noting that the weapon had yet to fire again. Red Horn's intervention had seemingly diverted enough of Thunder's attention and electricity to mitigate the charge it was receiving, but they weren't out of the woods yet... Not nearly... The communication that came through the drone operator's ear made it clear just how close they were going to be cutting it. With the railgun, the shipping container full of MARINE... And now this... "Impact from HQ boat is imminent! Brace for impact!"The railgun was dormant, the MARINE in a risky position, and a massive force about to strike the side of the boat any moment now. The IOL Endeavour was having one hell of a night. "Not enough charge? Tsk. A meddling ogre has interfered, how uncouth." Neptune uttered, her voice laced with annoyance and disapproval. "Remove safeties. May as well make some use of it." The woman would command her lackeys, as she gazed out of their aircraft and onto the events unfolding far below her. What an incredible display of incompetence, she thought to herself. "Such disgraceful treatment of my work... We'll have to secure it quickly. And those imbeciles. Prepare to disengage cloaking."She should have known it would end up like this. What a shame to see her work end up in their hands. No matter. She'd just have to make sure they appreciated the efforts. SUMMARY:- Red Horn's attempts manage to mitigate the charge this turn, but the danger is still there! - IF Hachi continues to secure the MARINE, HoH sends in a sneaky drone to help take it to the SAT boat, which is bugging out - Kyoko's container tossing breaks the crane! - If the container isn't stopped or slowed down, it will be dangling over the edge of the bridge! - HoH delivers a critical communication amidst the chaos: Impact from the HQ ship imminent (will occur next round) (C) ELLIE @ GANGNAM STYLE

"Yeah I know what I'm doing!~" She'd yell back with pride to heaven on high, Feeling the blow back of the punch-echo she'd sent roaring through the air between her and thunder, watching him wince behind his crossed arms as her attack had managed to land. She followed the momentum of her thrown vist, and flipped one final time before landing, still a fair distance out of range of the electrified floor around Thunder. Even if he could shoot his electricity out like that, it couldn't go far without sinking deeper into the boat, such was the nature of electricity. Even where he could get to seemed to spark and tingle with a thick, electrical current, telling Mia her limit here.
Still, she couldn't hesitate. While Mia may have genuinely believed the worried about Thunder were more than a little overblown, he'd built his empire one way or another, and that wasn't something to take lightly. She slammed her fist into her palm, cracking her knuckles loudly as she met Thunder's gaze with a prideful, energy soaked glare of her own. "Tits mcgee? Well if we're stooping that low I'll cut the charm and just stick for callin' you dickhead!" Without a direct audience, Mia didn't mind showing her potty mouth a little.
As Thunder moved to attack, Mia rushed forward. Her arms shot out to her side and her thick fingers sunk into the hefty metal sheeting of a nearby shopping container. With her charge and the pulling force of her arms, she dragged the metal wall from that side of the container, dragging it infront of her in the same motion.
"TEXAAAAS-!"
She wrenched the metal sheeting ahead of herself like a wall of metal ahead of her charge, a flicker of her deep red eyes suddenly blocked out by a wall of ragged grey metal. The shot Thunder made blasted into the metal surface, scorching across it. Mia could feel the damage radiate down her hands, but dispersed by the metal the effect up along the rest of her arms was minimal, and with a energy laden fury behind her.
"TORRR-"
She grit her teeth through the pain and her spiral continued, the thin metal warping with the force of her forward spin. She made sure to lock eyes with Thunder before the metal sheet covered her vision again on her second loop around, lining up the shot and huring the sheet of metal down the thin alleyway they found themselves in between the shipping containers, the force of the toss snapping it back to a roughly straightened state, flipping through the air rapidly as it approached Thunder, but quickly seeming to lose momentum as the air continued to press back against it.
"NA-!"
With a final spin she brought a closed fist in with all the momentum of her charge and three spins combined, her tusks poking up high over her top lip as she grit down on the rest of her teeth. She came in hard, the momentum of her spin coming to a sudden crash as she slammed her free hand back against her shoulder, her whole body stopping beind her thrown fist as the full might of the Oni's rage Echo'd through the air. A metallic KLANG sounded through the air as the force of her fist traveled through the air, slammed into the metal sheet she'd thrown, and sent it towards Thunder with the full force and speed of a punch refreshing it's momentum.
"DO!"
With that, she had to act quick and with a single swift action, Mia ducked low, dugging in her toes, literally grasping slithers of the metal floor between them and the base of her foot, a hand wrenching a fistful of the floor as a third handhold, and her other arm raised behind her as she squared up her position. She seemed like an animal ready to pounce, while also locking herself down, ready for the incoming crash of the two boats.
====tldr====
Mia continued to rush forward without entering the electrified floor zone. Action 1: Ripped a chunk of wall from a shipping container and used it to disperse thunder's shot. Still surged up her arms, but highly dispersed (C rank mobility, Strength, and endurance) Action 2: tossed the metal sheet like a weapon, but being so big and so light, it starts to slow down. Mia slams her fist agains tthe air, the force echoes through the air, slams into the sheet, and now a Mia punch powered wall of metal is slamming towards thunder. (D rank range, C rank strength)
