But in the end I wanna thank you, 'Cause you've made me that much stronger. Hachi was diving, and continued to do so, even as the crane moved and hoisted the main container of MARINE up and out of her reach. Dammit. But there was still a fair amount of syringes on the ground and thrust into the air by the force of the crane, and something was much better than nothing. So she chose to ignore the container for now. Despite taking that toxic air into her lungs she would still be just fast enough to reach the ground and snatch up a trio of vials--well, syringes, but she wasn't going to even consider that at this point--and land besides the rest with minimal issue.
That was, until she saw shadows come rushing across the ground towards her once again. Dammit dammit dammit. if she got caught again she was going to lose the samples. She couldn't let herself be caught again.
But--
She saw Nimue still locked in battle with Oracle. If she flew back into the air she wasn't fast enough to make it back down to aid her. It would be a purely self-saving move. It went against her morals, against what a hero should do to help others...but at the same time, her being a hero wasn't the same as her being a martyr.
If I go down, we don't get the MARINE.
I can't trust the drone to take it, not after the other was hacked by Oracle. She'll just take this one as well.
Nimue is a hero, too. She will do what's right, she will be alright. I don't need to save her. She will survive.
She will.
"Do not worry about me, go and aid Witch Doctor."
Hachi swerved harshly, only managing to snatch one vial of MARINE, scraping her claws bad on the concrete. Unable to land safely she flew toward the far side of the bridge and began to descend, moving with as much energy as she could toward where the police ship was located. She had to get out of the thick of the fight. With as little strength as she had, and with how little time she had before her wings gave out from pure exhaustion, she couldn't risk staying behind.
--
TL;DR: Hachi only grabs a single vial of MARINE due to dodging the oncoming shadows, and, opting not to trust the robot given Oracle's presence, is trying to fly it back to the boat herself. Told Lindiwe to help Nimue.

Follow Oracle. Whatever you do, follow Oracle. But she had to be, she had to help Hachi and that's when the whole split happened and Nimue had to hurry after Oracle. Not only did she have to for her own sanity, with being able to leave the other Spirit behind, she could literally be at two places at once, how much of a delight was that!
While Hachi refused help from Lindiwe, the tree-like woman turned away from the container and to aid Nimue from a safe distance, she did not want to be in the way, she noticed that the container was lifted up but she wasn't sure how to warn Nimue.
The doctor herself stood up against her now greatest enemy and slashed her with a spear, "Tell you the truth, it's blunted." Made sharp only for Bitches like you. But the last words did not even leave her lips, no matter how angry she was she had to focus. She had to, the creaking sound was obvious, the falling of the crane was obvious and she stared, for only seconds, at the whole issue in front of her. She had to go! She had to go now, her legs still felt heavy but she had to push her, not forward, not following Kyoko immediately but she had to go sidewards, she had to get out of the issue. In the end, Nimue jumped forward and managed to roll only centimetres aside from the container crashing down next to her. She was glad her nose and mouth were blocked thanks to her hero outfit and she had shut her eyes. Actually she was afraid of feeling the impact of the container, eh... why was she almost leaning against it? It was like the heaviest part of the container was going that way and she quickly got up. The Oracle seemed to be convinced that she had outdone herself, after all, she did not seem to run away anymore or anything. With one firm clutch around her spear, she took a few steps forward, "Did you think you won?" She said loud enough for the villain to hear her. With her speaking she threw her spear, aiming at the side of the Oracles face that was turned to her. Yes, she might be blind sighted, yes she might be aiming to hurt her a lot which could have been bad for Nimue her reputation but at this moment nothing went through her mind than the idea of putting the Oracle down and being able to arrest her.
She almost tripped, something seemed to be going wrong and she noticed the container heaving towards the end of the bridge, what would happen if it toppled into the water? There was no time to figure that out. She had to go but she let go of her spear, she couldn't... she couldn't be at two places at once. Doctor! Right, go! She heard the voice of the spirit in her mind, "Keep an eye on that witch!" She called out to Lindiwe albeit name unknown and ran to get a hold of the container that wasn't even that far away from her. But she had no strength! She had no power. Oh for heaven's sake, now was not the time, she would do it without him. She didn't need the stubborn spirit to aid her, she pulled, digging her heels into the floor of the bridge and tried to pull it back. This was inhuman but the M.A.R.I.N.E. She wouldn't care right now if it was lost but dumping it into the ocean would be worlds worst idea and number two's worst pollution, the biology teacher had no intention to let that happen.
And that's when finally her eyes swapped to red and even though a wave of nausea followed it was so nice to hear the voice of her old friend back. You didn't think I would let you do this alone, do you? Maybe. Only for a second. She pulled back, come on! They could do it, a little bit more, a little bit further, she would keep her ears open for Lindiwe in case the Oracle would come for her or anyone else. What else to do!
TLDR: - Rolled/run away from being under the container. - Potentially hit Kyoko with her spear again - Ran to try and drag the container away from the edge, her eyes turned to red meaning that she is now using her Strength benefit (C-rank strength)

Kyoko's entire scheme went to shit, a shiver went down her spine when she heard Nimue speaking to her. Why did her attitude change? where did the woman who was afraid of her go? She panicked and scanned the dirt and debri that was kicked up from kyoko's haphazard attack. However admist all that confusion kyoko didnt see the blunt end of the spear rushing right toward's her face. She tried to move her whips in time but sadly she wasnt fast enough. Kyoko for the first time, lost. The spear hit her right between the eyes right above her nose, her mask cracked from the blunt force and sent her falling backwards a bit. The drone stopped shining pink signaling that Kyoko lost control of it as it plummeted to the floor.
The crane also stopped glowing pink as well which signaled she released control of it to, but that was mostly due to the fact that it was now in shambles and no longer in a state that she could control anyways. Kyoko's head was spinning while she laid on the floor, he mask fell apart revealing her face. It was game over, the public knew her face, there was no where she could go. The Oracle was done for, she was now Kyoko hiromasa forever. She laid the and took the shadow ball out of her hand, "Eclipse." she said through some static in the comms device, "Use this to buy yourself some time." she said rolling it out in his direction. Kyoko afterwards would remain unconscious on the floor. She tried to call out to witch doctor. "Witch bitch, you win. I cant stand up even if I wanted to, I surrender." she said out loud "I know when im beat." she said sitting on the floor allowing herself to pass out.

You dumb bitch Kyoko! hearing her last message made the boy grit his teeth in utter rage as he just barely managed to grab a few vials of MARINE. He couldn't stop the wasp hero from flying away with the rest though but so long as he had some it was better than nothing. And speaking of nothing, that's what Thunder was getting! Since Kyoko was giving herself up, Ryung had no reason to stay on the boat anymore or even stay in Shingawa. He wanted to get her out of the situation she found herself in, but he knew better than to argue with her especially in this kind of situation. So after getting his shadows to bring him the drug, Ryung would be getting the hell out of there. Just to be on the safe side, he coated himself in a bubble of darkness and would go to run down from the bridge then off the boat. He had an idea of how to get away from the cops when the time came, but for now he had to make sure the heroes wouldn't be coming after him. tl;dr leaving Kyoko used his shadows to bring him some vials of MARINE, but Hachi got the majority of them covered himself in a bubble of shadows to act as a shield of sorts just in case (C rank Durability) and would try to run off the bridge to get onto the main boat at F rank speed. If that goes through he'll probably try to actually escape the thread.

CURTAIN CALL.
The final act approached, as Heroes and Villains clashed aboard the IOL Endeavour. Small victories were made, small losses suffered, but one thing was becoming clear: the concept of a victor was becoming more and more questionable as they fought, and events created new threats and opportunities! On the deck of the ship, the top Hero and Villain clashed, each of them suffering their own hardships against a fearsome foe. The Hero Red Horn would find her use of metal only marginally reducing the effectiveness of Thunder Shock's electrical prowess, and the damage she'd be taking from the surroundings would no doubt begin to wear on her. With how liberally he'd used his abilities, it was becoming clear that he'd made the ship rather unsustainable! In spite of the mounting damage, Mia would be successful in launching the sheet of metal towards Thunder Shock. However, as she wound up the attack, he saw fit to make a sudden and dramatic exit. As the metal was ripped off, he made for the edge of the ship that he'd been near the whole time, and as it was launched, so too did he launch something... Himself, off the edge of the boat. The reasoning behind his decision was unclear; perhaps he was cutting his losses, or perhaps he had sensed something in his electrical field. Either way, he jumped the railing, off the edge. However, he wouldn't escape the metal sheet. It would hit him as he fled, being more than a little damaging in the process. His own electricity would have harmed Mia too, of course, but Thunder would be quite glad he had made his exit. His descent down the side of the boat would be smoother than expected, however... "Holy shit they... Brace for a sharp turn, followed by impact!" Heaven-on-High would bellow over comms, indicating to all present that quite the tumultuous series of events were to occur. Not a moment later, just as Kyoko was felled and moments before Nimue grabbed the MARINE container, the boat began to turn. Harshly, owing to the dropping of the anchor on the front of the ship! As the boat swung around, it pivoted in the water, providing Thunder a rocky ride along the side of the ship into the water below. Containers would fall all over the place atop the deck of the ship, and Nimue would be given quite the struggle to keep the MARINE container from falling off. Fortunately, however, she'd be able to do it with effort, owing to her enhanced strength. It wouldn't be any easy task, but they'd save themself from mutated sea life well enough! A few containers fell on the railgun too, breaking one of its groundings and causing it to pivot slightly off-kilter. It seemed inactive for now, however... Impact with the HQ boat would occur, but it wouldn't be nearly as impactful as the violent pivot that the boat had thanks to the dropping of an anchor.
Back on the SAT boat that Heaven-on-High was situated upon, Hachi would arrive, with MARINE in tow. Barely looking up from his series of monitors, Heaven-on-High nodded to the Pro Hero, realizing it was a fair call on her part to avoid Kyoko's meddling. "Nice job securing it, it looks like things are looking up for us..." He said with a grin at his screens, noting that Kyoko had been defeated. "Oracle is down. Bow's secured too. Thunder Shock is in the water, we should be able to grab him and-" His eyes widened with shock, suddenly, as something appeared on his screen, something that wasn't their before. Something visible from this boat, hovering casually above the bridge. A plane-like aircraft with propellors similar to a helicopter, a VTOL, with a strange design, had suddenly appeared above the bridge. It would fade out of some kind of invisibility, and the whirring sound of rotors soundly erupted.
"What the fuck?"
"Cloaking disengaged."
"Lovely." Neptune uttered to herself, looking out the window on the proceedings below. How fortunate that the Witch Doctor had been kind enough to secure the MARINE for her. "Secure the MARINE. Help out Thunder Shock and the boy too. Leave Oracle, it's too much of a hassle to get her out now." The woman said calmly and coldly. No sooner did the VTOL begin its descent, and large cable with a powerful claw on the end descending upon the MARINE container.
"Oh, and give them a nice distraction. From this new angle, we should be able to hit the bridge. Remove safeties, activate a half charge shot."
A claw descended upon the MARINE container, aiming to grab at one of the individual crates inside, while leaving the others. At the same time this happened, the railgun whirred to life again, and despite being almost crushed under shipping containers, turned to aim, and pointed itself at the bridge, now more easily accessible from this new angle!
As an extra effort to dissuade the Heroes on board, large rotary guns on the bottom of the ship begin to spin and whirr, aiming themselves at the deck below, ready to fire. Even pointing at the police attack choppers at the bow of the ship!
"Jesus H... Stop the railgun, I'll try and do something about that aircraft!" Heaven-on-High would shout panickedly through communications. Surrounded by fallen containers the railgun began to whir and spark, damaged and tilted but still capable of using what charge it had left to fire off one last shot at the waterfront bridge.
Meanwhile, Ryung and Thunder Shock, atop the deck and in the water respectively, would find the VTOL rather helpful, as once its crane grabbed a crate of MARINE from the several in the container, it would be sure to lower ropes to their positions, intent on helping them make their own departure...
"The actors make their desperate final performance, how interesting..." Neptune uttered quietly, smiling unabashedly to herself.
What joy it was to know how futile their efforts were.
Summary: - Due to extenuating circumstances on Crim's part, which she informed me of, Thunder's actions were done in this post all results from his fight with Mia are my own ruling. - Mia takes damage from Thunder due to her metal shield - Thunder yeets himself off the edge of the ship, is struck by the panel on his exit in a glancing blow - Boat anchor drops, massive movement for all on board, Thunder slides down the side of the boat in painful departure. - Nimue manages to - with a lotta effort - stop the MARINE from falling off the side of the boat - Hachi secures MARINE, Kyoko is defeated, however... - Neptune's VTOL disengages its cloaking! - The helicopter-like aircraft appears above the ship, and lowers a claw to try and grab one of many crates of MARINE out of the cargo container... - Meanwhile, the railgun is damaged and surrounded by fallen containers, but still able to use its remaining charge! Aims at the bridge, ready to fire! - Heaven-on-High urges Heroes to do something about the railgun, while the VTOL picks up a crate of MARINE and will lower ropes for Ryung and Thunder Shock to escape on!

Feeling the burning sensation of Thunder's...thunder, radiating up her arms, Mia grit down with her teeth and kept her fingers dug into the metal floor beneath her as the electricity dissipated with Thunder fleeing. The glancing blow wasn't much but...it was something, and she'd find another time, andother day, to really bring him down. For now though there were bigger fish to fry.
The collission she'd been expecting never came, or rather, it did, just nowhere near as devestating as she expected. The warning of the anchor drop was appreciated and as Mia already had her hand and feet dug into the surface beneath her she remained pretty steady. The force of the ship's motions, from the huge drift to the softer crash radiated up the burned muscles of her forearms, letting out a gutteral groan of agony as the pain was starting to get to her. Luckily enough the damage throughout the entire fight had been focused solely on her arms, but given those were her main weapons...that wasn't necessarily a good thing in it's own right.
Shit was getting hectic, and the villains were taking the chance to run. She had no idea who that VTOL belonged to but the fact it was offering the shadow boy and Thunder a rope said a lot about who's side it was on. Fuck it was even getting away with Marine...! Mia pushed off the ground to give chase but the pain radiating down her muscles was startin to get to her. She had the energy to make a leap and possibly take that bird down, but the pain it'd send through her would probably fuck with her accuracy. Yeah, that wasn't on the table here...
And there was that damn railgun again...!
"Oh COME ON! He's not even on the bo-GAAAGH!" Just roaring out in frustration, Mia rushed over to the railgun. She had no idea what the other heroine's were doing at this point, but given whoever dropped the anchor was listening to her at least, she couldn't be too mad about the fact she felt she'd been carrying this whole damn boat on her shoulders from the word go. With a hard kick off the ground, hissing as the pain flowed down her muscles, she pushed herself over the crashed crates, crash landing next to the railgun and rushing towards the barrel of the gun.
"RedHorn! I got the railgun covered!" She roared out, throwing herself almost physically at the weapon. She was almost as tall as it, so with throwing her arms up under the barrel, she managed to reach it without losing purchase on the ground itself, gripping the underside of the gun even as a harsh electrical charge flowed down her arms again. Coupled with the direct burn she'd been getting from Thunder, and the added pain of the gun, and the sheer pain of exerting her muscles at this point...
Mia was surprised she wasn't passing out.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" She roared out, thick and filled with pain, pushing up with all the force she could muster. As she did, a sign she was hitting her true limit was starting to spread. Across the base of her palms and down across her forearms, the normally peach skin of the oni was turning a thick, leathery Red as she exerted as much force as she could on the weapon. The pain was flowing down through her arms and seemed to be settling thick in her shoulders, the red flesh starting to spread across her back and shoulder blades in turn as she was fighting against the agony in her system...!
Someone was buying her a beer after this...!
tldr
Mia's solely been taking damage to her arms this whole fight. They're fucked She wants to jump after the Vtol but can't rely on the accuracy of her leap Rushes to the railgun railgun's 2.5 meters off the ground, she stands 2.25 meters, with her arms she's managing to push the barrel of the railgun up from undeneath so it fires into the sky. It's military grade shit so she dosn't think she can destroy it Mia's hitting her limit. The Red skin that appears when she's hitting her limit is starting to spread. With the charge running through the barrel and all earlier pain, she's roaring in pain.

She could not help but scream as the container was heaving towards the water and she couldn't really dig her heels into anything. She pulled as best as she could and the shaking of the boat didn't work either, good god! She felt the skin of her hands cut open, the slippery handles did not help either but she pulled, and she pulled more and pulled some more. She gritted her teeth, "Come on!" This was her job now, protection and she looked over her shoulder, hoping it would help. Finally when with all the power within her, the bleeding of her ankles, calves and shins and her hands she had the container back on the boat. Not dangerously dangling over the water.
She tried to pull it even further, come on! Get away from the edge and that's when the claw of the aircraft above her lowered and she stared at it. "Eh that's bad." but what would she do. She wasn't strong enough to trash the container away, it was probably too big a deal to do so anyway and she was absolutely unstable on her legs and she let go of the container. She could only stand there and watch. She dried her hands on her coat but the blood quickly came again and she sighed, what more would she expect of herself. She gritted and let Lindiwe handle it, first they moved away from the railgun, the container was a good enough cover even when it was broken on one side. She let Lindiwe clean her hands and cleared the blood away and wrap the bandage around it. Now that she finally could take a breather, the fight was maybe not entirely over. She looked around now that she could. Lindiwe had not warned her for anything when it came to people, she had noticed the shooting of the railgun herself and even if she wasn't sure where it came towards, cover from it was never bad.
She looked up at the aircraft above her but what did it plan to do? Apart from getting the M.A.R.I.N.E.? She looked at Lindiwe who shook her head as well and she wasn't sure if it was important now to tell the others. She decided to use the communicator, "That aircraft thing just took crates of M.A.R.I.N.E. but there is still some left." But she did not see the mysterious person, she had no idea where Thunder was but she had something else. She carefully walked over to Kyoko. The Oracle was slumped down and did not seem to react, hesitant the nurse looked at her, did not dare to come close first but in the end, she did and checked her wrist for finding a heartbeat. She should not let anything fool her. "I got the Oracle here, she is knocked out." She cried a little, trying to hide that from the conversation she had in the communicator but for a second she looked at where her spear was and thought if she should just plunge that thing where this person's heart should be. She was shaking, visible, her hands, her mind, everything. But she let go of the Oracle and shook her head. No. No she shouldn't.
Edit: forgot the tldr Tldr: - I described in detail how much effort there was in the pulling the container. - Covered from the railgun behind the container, watched Neptune steal Marine - Went to Kyoko to see and sort of "arrest"

The boat shifted again causing a multitude of swears to escape from Eclipse while he ran away. Luckily for him his attempt at escape wasn't impeded by the heroes and in fact helped by the other villains on the ship. Specifically the ones who were selling the drugs to begin with. Kind of ironic since he had stolen some of it on them. Regardless though the edgy teen would accept any and all help he could get to escape this shit show unharmed, so long as he could take the marine he snagged with him. As for the two he came with, well he just thought they were dead. Kyoko may as well have been. She just basically turned herself in! And as for Thunder, he could suck some fish sticks for all he cared. He hadn't come to this auction for him after all. Even knowing this, Ryung couldn't help but feel guilty for ditching them. He had no choice though! It was him or them and he had another gang to get back to. And Everyone knows Eternity was only a short term thing! Vagabonds are for life! Regardless of inner turmoil, Ryung would accept the help of the other villains and leave the ship. If they weren't offering any help then he'd leave himself.
tl;dr exit with help of Neptune and co.

"So I guess you don't understand how lightning or electricity works, good to know the number one Hero's a total moron" Thunder gloated as the entire area around him surged with a renewed electricity. Everything from the floor, the shipping containers, the crane, everything would suffer the wrath of his discharge. As Mia attacked him, grabbing one of the metal doors as a sort of shield he just scoffed, not even bothering to attack her back. Honestly, no matter her resistances, being exposed to an electrified ship for so long would render her unable to fight, or even better dead by the end of her silly little attack.
He didn't wait for her to even get close, instead he jumped. Sideways. Off the Ship. Why? Well that was a pretty simple answer, truth be told. He was pouring everything he had into keeping a constant AOE field of electricity around himself, and yet no matter how much damage he was doing to Redhorn she was still going. Surely she had to have some kind of special gear on her that allowed her to withstand his attacks? Hell even Darkshine hadn’t been able to get so close to him… no one had, and he knew there was no damn way this Hero was THAT much stronger than him. Something was up, and he didn’t like it. So he took his opportunity and jumped ship.
Now that might have seemed like the craziest thing to do at a time like this, but where better for someone like him to be than surrounded by water? If anyone approached him there, he was sure to kill them on site. That being said, there was no longer any sign of Drama Queen or whatever his name was… meaning that he had probably taken Kyoko with his to safety. He could no longer hear her voice via his phone either, which only confirmed his suspicion. Hopefully they left with the MARINE, or else this was going to be a load of wasted effort, and he’d have to shake down the Plutocracy later (or go fishing once this boat sank).
As Thunder flung himself from the ship, he felt the metallic door clip his arm as he plummeted into the rocky seas below. A grunt escaped his lips as a streak of blood splattered against the side of the boat as he fell.
SPLOOSH
Into the water the big man went, being tossed this way and that thanks to the rocking of the massive ship. It was difficult to bring himself back to the surface, but when he did he took a big gasp of air, swimming away from the boat to get out of the dangerous tides.
Just then, a rope descended before him, originating from a VTOL. He promptly grabbed onto it, allowing it to pull him up out of the water and into temporary safety He would only cling to the rope long enough to be flown away from the ship though before letting go of it and once more plummeting into the Ocean below. Like hell he was going to owe the Plutocracy anything! Those bastards were below him, and he wasn’t about to owe them a life debt. He simply used them to get out of immediate danger.
With the IOL Endeavor a safe distance away from him, and the shoreline in sight, Thundershock would begin his long swim back to land empty handed.

SHOOTING STAR.
As the VTOL began its careful passing over the ship, it traded fire with police helicopters on the bow, high-velocity rounds piercing through the air. However, it didn't look like the Plutocracy aircraft was taking sufficient damage to down it, and returned a hail of bullets back at the law enforcement vehicles that attempted to take it on. It was clear they were unprepared, caught by surprise, and quite frankly, outgunned...
"Avoid engaging with that VTOL! I repeat, avoid engagement! I'll handle it!" Heaven-on-High would announce through communications, sweat on his brow as he watched some police boats hunker down from airborne gunfire, while he himself mobilized what remained of his drones to chase down the aircraft... Better to expend metal than human lives, and he had an idea on how to handle this without letting them get off easy.
As about half a dozen drones all flew haphazardly towards the VTOL, some getting shot down in the process, another delicate operation was taking place on the deck of the ship itself...
With its safeties off, the railgun had nothing holding back its tremendous power. It couldn't be stopped at this point, not with the remote activation by Mercury. However, just because it couldn't be stopped didn't mean it couldn't be redirected. With the remnants of Mia's tremendous strength, she'd be able to - with no small deal of effort - gradually force the gun upwards, pointing it heavenward as the weight of the mighty weapon threatened to fall if she let up her effort. Stray energy would spark, making it a painful affair, as the humming of all the power left in the weapon began to rise in pitch...
It rose and rose, underpinned by a symphony of gunfire as the VTOL retreated, and the last of Heaven-on-High's drones was shot down... But not before firing its last 'round' at the aircraft.
As Red Horn put all her strength into aiming that destructive force to the stars themselves, the humming would stop for a moment.
At that moment, there was silence.
In the next, a sound so violent and sudden that those on the stern would be momentarily deafened by the force.
With no restraints, the railgun would fire, right into the heavens themselves. A deadly payload pierced through the night sky, a massive boom of force erupting from the barrel, which itself splintered apart from its own power. The round cut so quickly upward, that it left a brief trail of light blue. Like a reverse thunderbolt, this streak shot from the boat into the stars, a brief image of beauty to accompany the deafening shot.
A shooting star that ended their end of the operation...
"Railgun is disabled! I repeat, railgun is disabled!" Heaven-on-High would shout into his comms for all the Heroes to hear. Though, those on the boat itself would barely hear his words, given their ears were likely still ringing loudly.
The drone operator let out a sigh of relief, almost slumping backward as he shifted channels to communicate with the police force and other Heroes. He finally responded to Witch Doctor too, as he'd been a bit preoccupied moments before... "That's one to lock away... That MARINE though... Hopefully, well, at least we've scared those bastards out of their sales..." The Plutocracy was unlikely to use the stuff themselves, he hoped. Not when there was such a profit to be made. Kyoko would be quickly secured by SAT officers, who would be very careful about putting her near any technology as they tried to drag the woman to their own vessels...
Unfortunately, the other two villains present had left promptly. Thunder Shock wouldn't find the smoothest ride, but hitching a distance via the Plutocracy aircraft would give him a decent start to elude the police. However, given he'd need to swim to shore and find his way from there, it wouldn't exactly be an easy trip... Although police vehicles had been dissuaded from pursuing, it would be a dangerous Shinagawa he'd be heading into. On top of that, he hadn't gotten any of that MARINE for himself.
Ryung would have a... Somewhat more interesting exit. The rope would retract, pulling him up into the VTOL...
"Alpha Unit, leave the stern to the cleanup crew now... Get to medics if you can. It'll be really fucking lame if you bleed out now." The man who'd been coordinating them thus far would give his last communication to the Heroes, before once again trying to get in contact with Tiger Unit, and Kanae Gushiken, after they'd headed below decks...
It was no use, but he didn't think much of it.
Chances were Thunder's electrical interference had messed up their equipment. Or, at least, that's what he hoped. The SAT units would be securing it anyway, if they didn't turn up soon. He didn't wanna think about it right now, though.
It had already been one hell of a night.
As Ryung was transported into the holding area of the VTOL, he'd step in to find a rather fascinating interior. Where one would normally find nothing but an array of seats for troop deployment, was but one woman and a few of her men, around a complex arrangement of screens. The woman herself barely registered Ryung's arrival, though spoke to him without eye contact.
"So, Thunder Shock neglected to join us? How uncouth." She uttered with disappointment. "Instead, we have you. No matter. It's in our interest to keep things interesting, as ignoble as these methods are." If she was actually aware of anything Ryung had done, of how who was or even that he had MARINE on his persons, she didn't show it. All she did was smile quietly, tilting her head his direction.
"We'll drop you off in the city. Do keep a mind not to squander our work."
With a few waves of her hand across her screen, the VTOL would cloak itself once more.
"Such experiments will only bear more fruit..."

Mia was a little…blinded by the pain in her arms to hear the calls of their heavens above or whatever the dumb code name was, wasn’t really the time for specifics right now while the pain was burning down along her arms. The tough red skin that only formed when she was hitting her limits continued to spread down from her palms and along her arms and set deep into her shoulders as she shoved all her force upwards into the barrell of the railgun. She didn’t know if she was forcing it higher than it was meant to go or if the damn thing was broken and refused to stay in place but between the electricity shooting down her arms and the weight of the weapon itself, this was no easy task and it was taking every ounce of strength she had, physically and metaphorically, to not just drop her arms and submit to what the gun wanted.
The blast rang out. The weapon ruptured and the force hit her from above and her side as the blast seemed to radiate down the entire length of the weapon, sending Mia’s body rushing through the air almost like the railgun had fired her instead of it’s own ammunition. Her hefty body crashed hard into one of the surrounding shipping containers, denting it’s wall and falling down hard into the ship’s floor as Mia’s whole body held the weight of her max potential, her muscles throbbing as they felt like they were threatening to burst through her skin they’d became so tense and large.
For a moment, as she lay there on the boat, she wasn’t breathing. Her dense red skin had done a lot to impede the electricity from striking her heart, but the shock of the explosion had thrown her entire system into a brief state of shock. Despite the agony she’d been threw a moment ago, and the hefty dent she’d left in the shipping container she collided with, she looked almost…peaceful…for a moment. In an instant, she took in a half minutes worth of breath in a single gasp, coughing violently. Briefly the instinct to roll onto her front and push herself up to her feet surged through her, and she began to shift, but as the Red began to fade from her flesh, running down her arms and disappearing across her fingertips, the deep electrical burns that now littered her forearms made themselves clear, and her arms gave as she crashed down into her shoulder, breathing heavily all the while.
The rest of her body was, for the most part at least, relatively fine…but the pain in her arms was enough to make her consider ripping them off just to make it stop.
“Hey guys I’m….I’m gonna need a medic on deck…I don’t really think moving’s an option for me…”
Of course, with the deep ringing in her ears she didn’t hear any response, nor did she hear what any of her companions were saying to begin with…her eyes were squeezed shut as the pain in her arms burned further before finally beginning to fade as she rolled onto her back, laying the backs of her limbs against the cold metal floor of the ship, hoping to soothe the pain in any way she could. Her eyes slowly opened and she stared at the sky above, a large hole in the clouds above showing her she’d pulled it off. The railgun had fired skywards, soft sparks in the air the parted clouds all that remained as evidence to her achievement in that regard…
“Hey…how….how likely is it that thing breached orbit…?” She asked weakly, REALLY hoping she didn’t have to deal with the fallout when that thing started falling…here’s hoping it never did.

She stared at the men who took the Oracle away. She looked at the broken mask on the ground and before she could take it, they quickly swept in to take that as well. She said nothing, there was just a neutral expression on her face albeit the tears were obviously glistering on her cheeks. She said nothing, there was nothing to say. She still sat on the ground and turned her gaze from the men to her hands. With the way she said she could even see her ankles and it was clear that they had been bleeding a lot already and that they were still bleeding a lot. She tried to get the first aid kit that was strapped to her back but she couldn't. Good to know this shit didn't work if her hands were broken. But that's when she appeared again, the nymph or whatever she was. She hunched down in front of Nimue and spoke to her but the doctor did not hear much from it.
Lindiwe. The Awaited One.
Yes, well that was in the past now and she did not say anything more. She watched her spirit take the box and carefully wrap the bandage around her ankles while Nimue herself tried to fix her hands. She could not use her own healing on it now. She was tired, but she was still one of the medics around here and she pulled on the bandage with her lips softly as she turned it around her hand. It didn't go so fast and she felt disgusted with the blood dropping everywhere. It was even in her hair as she had used the communicator and she let Lindiwe thus finish it when it did not work out. She ignored her spirit saying she could heal it too, she did not want that. "We have others to heal." She heard the request for Mia and asked Lindiwe to finish. Unstable on her own legs, the spirit had to help her to get on deck instead of on the bridge and it took a bit before she let herself drop on the floor besides Mia. "Hey," She gave a weak smile and let her eyes switch to Green. Who cared for the cracks in her skin that could show up any minute now, they would have to get Mia to the moving point. She turned her green eyes to Lindiwe before explaining to Mia who this was and that the two of them would try to heal her arms and just, in general, restore anything that was going on to make her feel slightly better enough to get off the ship.

Mia Kearney 52 x 2 = 104 + 35 = 139 overall. Hachi Tsutsuji 28 x 2 = 56 + 35 = 91 overall. Nimue Nakahara 38 x 2 = 76 + 35 = 111 overall. kyoko hiromasa 35 x 2 = 70 + 35 = 105 overall. Ryung 36 x 2 = 72 + 35 = 107 overall. Thunder Shock 32 x 2 = 64 + 35 = 99 overall. Points will be distributed shortly.
