The teacher's lounge was an odd place. Itw as basically the breakroom for the teachers of Yuuei. With the school being brand new and all things were new and clean and fresh. Honestly, Cian felt really out of place. In his high school years, he only really came to the teacher's lounge when he was in trouble. The gang he hung out with was pretty notorious for messing around and getting into all sorts of trouble. It was fun, but he was on the other side now. He was the teacher now. Never in a million years did he think this was the path for him and yet, here he was. Amazing how things turned out. He had an all-new set of coworkers. Other heroes and formal vigilantes that came to the school to teach the first generation of professional heroes. Some specialized in certain hero courses like he did while others were there for the basic subjects. Some were homeroom teachers that were heroes and serving as the watchful eye for the students learning here. As one of the homeroom teachers for the hero course, he was sectioned off from the rest of the teachers in their own little corner of the lounge where their desks were situated. Cian had yet to litter his with the various decor he had packed away from his old desk back at the fire station. He was still moving into Yuuei and had yet to get settled. More importantly, he wanted to see just what kind of other people were teaching the hero courses. Like him, they would definitely stand out. Between his metal mask and long black coat, Cian was an enigma of sorts. His appearance wasn't trustworthy and he was pretty unsettling, but that was just how he was. The other two? One could only see them to judge for themselves. Either way, greetings were in order. He stood up from his seat and placed both his hands behind his back. "Greetings...coworkers." He said aloud in an almost playful tone. It was as if the greeting itself was the introduction to some game of chance. Arata Hayashi @hanakuma

Poking his head in to the teacher's lounge, Arata looked like he was out of place. Sure he was twenty-two years old, but he was often mistaken for younger, he just had one of those faces. Not to mention how he was dressed. In his civilian clothes, not his hero costume or some kind of uniform, Arata was just in a black hoodie with a reversible function and color scheme. On the side of the hood was a set of three circles starting where the ears were and going down to the shoulders. On his torso was an off-yellow t-shirt with some pop culture reference on it that read 'Pop Culture Reference'. Jeans on his legs and a two-ring fabric belt around his waist. Shoes that were closer to boots on his feet. He stepped in to the teacher's lounge, taking a few steps around to pivot on his heels, and whistle at how fancy the room was. His hands in his jacket pockets, "Wow, this is a nice room." He said out loud to himself before he came to a pause in the center of the room and locked eyes with that white haired metal mask wearing person known as Cian, one of the other teachers. Now, Arata had spent part of the day getting to know his class. And with all of the weird quirks that they had, he could only say that Cian was rather tame. In 1-B there was a robot girl, a demon, all kinds of people. he felt like he was living in some weird manga. It reminded him a lot of a story of a young teacher that unwittingly taught a class of magicians, demons and the like. But Cian? Well, his outfit stood out but he didn't give off the air of being some eldritch horror, so he was approachable at least for the otaku teacher. Willow stepped up and took one hand out of his pocket and thrust it forward. A big smile on his face, his eyes closed as he offered his hand, "Pleased to meet ya! I'm Arata happy to be working with you! Oh--right. I used to, and still go by Glovebox. I, sort of used to be a vigilante." He said, his hand still pointed out. On his knuckles and immediate joints on his fingers away from his knuckles were strange dark spots that contrasted with his pale skin. Cian Glave @hanakuma

Ever since she was young, Hanakuma had the dream of becoming a teacher, leading the next generation of kids into the career of being a hero, bracing them for the troubles that they were going to face in the years to come. And along with this job came some colleagues, those that had the same sort of passion that she did, or perhaps they didn't and this was only their paycheck, either way she made it a point to get to know those in which she works with. Which led to her joining their little meet-up in the teacher's lounge, joining the other two homeroom teachers and possible the principal. She arrived later, or later than her two partners. As Hanakuma entered the room she was hit by the scent of coffee, a scent that was all too familiar. Granted she only entered a few seconds after the younger looking one, watching his prance around the room as he noticed how well put together the room was. He wasn't wrong either, it was on the higher end of the quality scale, and Hanakuma quite enjoyed the way the room looked as well. It didn't take long before the pleasantries began, the first one to budge being the man in the corner, dressed in a sort of suspicious clothing. She felt as if she had seen this man before, wandering around the school perhaps? She stood in the doorway, raising her hand up slightly while jamming her elbow into her side. "Hello." She kept it short and sweet. She wasn't much of a social person to begin with, but if she was going to make friends out of this group she would to ease her way into it. Cian Glave Arata Hayashi

Cian smiled under his mask. Of course, it couldn't be seen at all, but if the presence of a smile could be felt, that was what was happening. His coworkers were just as interesting as the students he taught, so he wanted to learn more about them. As teachers, it was their job to protect and teach the next generation of heroes. They were going to be the first officially trained heroes and this was going to take a lot of work. Mistakes were bound to be made, but Cian was hopeful and confident that things were going to turn out well. More importantly, each of them presided over a class and Cian was interested in what the staff thought of their classes. Sitting back down in his chair, he adjusted his mask a small bit. He leaned back in his chair and crossed one leg over the other so that his ankle was resting where the other leg's knee was.
From his sitting position, he reached for Arata's hand to shake it before speaking again. "How is your class, if I may ask?" She spoke up. He had seen the first few students of each of the classes and was interested in seeing how each of them differed. In all honesty, he wanted t pit each of them against each other and bet on who was going to succeed more in each scenario. But that was just the gambler inside of him. He had to constantly remind himself that he was teaching now. What an odd turn of events this was.
"My introductory lesson allowed me to meet a few of the students and I must say, we've got an interesting bunch for sure. A stark difference from the firemen I used to work with." He sat p before he started to speak again, looking at Arata in the eyes with the single eye that could be seen through his mask. It made of looked intimidating but Cian was just being friendly for the most part. Part of him just wanted to see just what kind of person his coworker was. "I'm sure being a vigilante is quite different than being official...Glovebox?"
