He has a very cheerful demeanor and always seemed to be interested in some kind of game or gamble for entertainment. He is careful in that he doesn't do something he knows is dangerous, but likes to way the risks and see they turn out. He is fine with others risking themselves, but it pretty reserved about what he does himself. Cian enjoys seeing the potential in others grow through challenge and risks. He feels pride in being an instructor despite his questionable past and wants to see where this whole hero thing is truly going. he views UA as the largest gamble of them all; something that will affect the entire world. Cian is very tall and slender. He keeps most of his body covered, even his face. He stands tall and proudly, speaking without fear or hesitation. While his height can be imposing, it contrasts his cheerful attitude and generally playful mannerisms. Some time sit can be difficult to tell if he is taking something seriously or not. Outside of normal business attire, his out is an odd mix between his old prison uniform and his work as a quirk powered fireman. He brought them together to build a hero persona for himself and to inspire the new generation of heroes. He was someone that came from crime to help others and his visage serves as a reminder that anyone can be a hero. |

HISTORY Cian grew in the suburbs around Osaka. He frequented the large city with his friends as often as he could. The seven of them had their own little gang that grew more delinquent and criminal in nature as they grew older. While each member had varying degrees of how far they would go, the little gang never delved into violent crime. Cian's vice was gambling. He liked to risk things and put them on the line to see if he could win the outcome. At times, it got him into trouble while other times it was responsible for his great success. But the one thing he never bothered to learn about was if he had a quirk or not. It wasn't until he was caught and sent to prison that he started to reconsider his choices. Gambling was fun, but there were some risks that were not worth it. He had to learn to moderate and use that he had to help others rather than himself. It was in prison that he learned about his quirk. The chains of the building were his testing ground for his abilities and where he learned to use them. After he served his time and was released, Cian put his quirk and luck into a new profession. He became a firefighter. He used what he could to rescue people from and put out flames. With quirks becoming more and more relevant in society, the need for people like him rose. And when the first hero school was announced, Cian applied to be an instructor for the next generation; the first generation of formal heroes. He moved away from Osaka and to Musutafu for this job opportunity. The idea that people were hedging their bets on a formal hero career path seemed interesting to Cian and he wanted to place a bet of his own. |
