Chise had felt a whirlwind of different emotions after receiving a message from her 'teacher' that they should start practice tonight. Excitement in the fact that she would start to learn new ways in defending herself, scared in the fact that they would be meeting in private at night to train, curious as to what she would learn from her sensei as well as a few more she couldn't really put a name to. Chise made sure to wear something appropriate to train in: some simple pants and a t-shirt along with a pair of tennis shoes like what she would wear to workout in as well as a jacket which she tied around her waist just in case it started to get cold outside. Chise had gone out around sunset, making sure she had her phone and a small purse with essentials in it: some change, lip balm, and a small can of maze in case someone wanted to try something. All of these were just precautionary, perhaps she wouldn't even need to use the pepper spray. Chise had also packed a small surprise in a silver tin, promising her teacher last time she would bring something to thank him with.
Chise soon found herself walking into one of the public park entrances, beginning to look around to see if she could spot her teacher. Thankfully he agreed to train not too far from her house and not in a private building to start off with. Chise found the thought of going to a stranger's house to train just a bit nerve wracking, but she knew that G was understanding. She didn't know how long they would train for but Chise didn't have to worry about getting up too early the next morning being the weekend and all. Now all she needed to do was find G so they could begin their training.

For their first meeting it was gonna be outside, just so he can gauge at what Chise could do. He borrowed a punching bag from a gym and hanged it on a branch, it seemed to hold and it seemed to be the right size for Chise. Today and for the next foreseeable future was gonna be mastering the basics and getting into shape. Before any real stuff Chise had to learn how to punch good, how to kick good, how to block good and how to dodge good. For kicking and punching she needed strength, for dodging she needed reflexes and for blocking she needed endurance. And that was what G neede her to get by training. Strength, endurance and reflexes. After today, G decided that he anad Chise would occassionally work at the gym and other times here outdoors at the park. Of course houses were out of question. They were too cramped spaces. They couldnt train at his or her place even if they wanted to. G waited for Chise, he waited for about 10 minutes before he saw her. He gave her a friendly wave and urged her to come over "Hey! Over here!" he said as he waved

Even though it was getting darker outside, Chise could easily spot the white haired man waving to her from even a mile away. Chise herself smiled when she saw her teacher and went over to him, soon seeing what appeared to be a large punching bag hanging from one of the tree branches above. “Good evening G...or should I say sensei,” Chise said with a chuckle. The redhead set the majority of her belongings down by the trunk of the tree before turning to G with the silver tin still in her hands. “When we met last on the beach, I promised to bring you and Goliath some sweets...so I decided to make you both some chocolate chip cookies since you said you enjoyed chocolate,” the redhead said to the other, handing him the tin with a smile on her face. “I hope you like them!”
Chise soon turned her attention to the punching bag once more, wondering if he would start her with this to begin their training together. “Are we starting with this first? How did you even carry such a heavy thing all the way here? I’m sure Goliath must have helped,” the redhead said looking at it in awe. “I’ve never used a punching bag before so this will be interesting,” Chise said aloud. "Hopefully I don't break my hand trying to hit this thing," Chise thought to herself.

He took the box and gently thanked her "Why thank you. Thats actually very kind of you" Chise was really nice to bring him a box of cookies like she promised. It was touching, but it kind of ached him that this child that he barely met actually brought him cookies she made, unlike his mother, his own flesh and blood who seemingly just erased him from her life.
But he had no time to dwell on the past. His past self is dead anyway, killed twice for good measure. This was the new NEW G. Version 3.0. He had to focus on training Chise. "Erm...right...So first thing is I wanna gauge your physical strength. I wanna know how good you punch. This is just to give me an idea with what Im dealing with and how to start our training. Because for today we're learning the bare bones basics. The foundation of our future work. You gotta build up strength to punch and kick good. You gotta develop reflexes to dodge. And you gotta build up endurance to block attacks. Thats the foundation you gotta have that will set up the groundwork for actual martial arts. Strength, endurance and reflexes. And after we build some of that up, you wont be punching that bag from the gym. You'll be punching his hard tree. But thats distant future. Now, punch the punching bag!" he told her

Chise was happy to bake for others, finding it rather enjoyable than most tend to think it would be. She would gladly slave over an oven and bake rather than practicing on improving her quirk any day. Chise looked at G and listened to him explain what he was going to have her do as he would continue to train her, finding some of the things he was saying almost impossible considering her stamina and build but didn't voice her opinion. "Physical strength...got it..." Chise said, swallowing hard as she stared at the punching bag that seemed to taunt her as it hung from that tree all innocent like. She knew she wasn't strong so this just seemed like this was all set up to make her look stupid in the end.
Chise took a deep breath and took a stance, getting into a position that resembled one of what a boxer might do, then again she's never watched boxing before so she probably was messing this up. Without any further hesitation, Chise clenched her eyes shut and let out a noise, reaching her hand out as she made contact with the punching bag but having no effect on the large mass hanging from the tree. Chise opened her eyes and softly winced, the punching bag doing more damage to her than she to it. "Ouch," she said softly before she stood back up and shook her hand slightly, turning her attention back to G.

G approached her, and gently took her hurting hand and took a good look at it "Mhmm...yep... Delicate as a daisy. Luckily it aint broken. But unluckily, I dont have anything to really treat you with. Unless you want a cookie?" he teases her a bit at the end
He then let go of her hand and thought out loud "You have force, but not strength. You put some force behind your punch, but you lacked the strength. Which means we'd need to go to the gym next time we meet, and definitely during the day and not like now. Also since strength and endurance go hand in hand, I dont feel I gotta test out your endurance. So last thing we need to see is...Your reflexes"
G then looked at Chise and asked a seemingly random question "We met at the beach. Beaches have water guns. How do you feel about water guns?"
Sure it was random to Chise, but it wasnt random to G. To test Chise's reflexes in the most harmless way possibl., G is thinking about utilizing his Quirk to splash her with water, much like attacking someone with a toy water gun. Thinking about it, this would be G's most harmless way to use Goliath. He never used him so....'lightly'.

Chise softly whimpered, a soft thrum of pain welling in her hand after that poor attempt at a punch to the sleeping bag. She didn’t want to seem completely weak in front of G but right now she couldn’t help it all too much. She looked uo at G, hearing him say he hand nothing to help her hand excapt that of the cookies she gave him. Chose smiled and went over to the silver tin and opened it, taking a cookie before closing it back up. “Cookies always heal a saddened heart, I don’t know how well they’ll heal a hurt hand though,” the redhead said with a soft chuckle before slowly eating one of her cookies. Cookies were always there to save the day it seemed!
Chise listened to G explain what they would need to do in order for trainig to work, next would be to go to a gym and build up her strength. He said she had endurance, it was power she was ultimately lacking. She finished thw last of her cookie when G started talking about the beach, growing a bit nervous as to where he was getting at. Chise looked at G with wide eyes after hearing he wanted to use waterguns to test her reflexes. “S-So you’re gonna hit me with the waterguns...my guess is I won’t get any as we are testing my reflexes and not yours.” Chise thought for a moment before responding again, “Well, I suppose that’s not too bad an idea...plus it’s hot out so getting hit with water may be a good way to cool down!” Chise said with a hopeful smile. This was all for the sake of training afterall!

He saw her take the cookie, which again made him mentally go "D'aww", he rigt away raised his hand to pat her on the head, but remembered midway that she doesnt like that. So he lowered his hand and acted 'all professional'.
He listened to her reply about water gund, which was good enough "Heh..well...I dont have water guns. We'll be using something else" as he said that he summoned Goliath "I'm gonna test your reflexes. Reflexes aint about strength but they are about speed. And yea...We gonna test you by seeing how good you dodge!" he then turned to Goliath "Go the weakest ABSOLUTE weakest water stream you can make. Try make it to toy water gun level, if possible"
Goliath just watched G confused and scratched his head at the WEIRDEST request his Master did. G turned back to Chise "Dont worry, the worst thing that can happen is that you'll get your clothes splashed. I mean Im not some green alien who screams 'DODGE' and punches kids..................Anime is weird. Anyway, you ready?"
While he was talking to Chise, Goliath made his way to the cookie box and started eating the cookies. He liked this change of pace. Peace, weak attacks and cookies. It was like vacation for him

Chise was happy to see Holiath once more, seeing the giant isopod she hoped she befriended was a breath of fresh air. She went over to the large creature and hugged him, gently rubbing his back as she did. Chise listened to G talk about how she would have to dodge Goliath’s attacks instead of dodging the shots from a water gun. “That doesn’t seem too awful. Maybe Goliath will take it easy on me,” she said with a smile.
She watched as Goliath went over to the silver cookie tin and followed him, opening the tin and holding out a few cookies so she could feed the giant isopod. “I made these for you and G, I hope you enjoy them Goliath!” The redhead said with a bright smile, making sure to pet her new friend as he ate his treats. From her he sounds of it, this seemed more like having fun rather than training. “I don’t want to doubt your teaching methods G but are you sure this is considered training and not just having fun?” Chise asked with a chuckle. Chise was also curious as to what’ else they would do t train this evening, this reflexive water gun test seemed like it should be the last thing they did and not the first...technically second if you count the poor punching bag attempt.

Goliath loved the hug and the back rub and let out the noise that was like an equivalent of a monstrous isopod purr. He also grabbed her and hugged her
"Hey hey hey! Let her go!" G ordered Goliath. There was no time for playing around. There was training to be done. Goliath then let go of Chise. Barely. He still wanted to hold her.
Chise then teased G and said if this was training or having fun. Which G was surprised to hear. He could have easily been rough on her, like making her punch a tree or yell at her. Or making her dodge Goliaths lethal slices and dices. Maybe if she was a boy. But she was a girl with parents and he's an Ex Villain. People would have his head if he harmed her, even if it was for training purposes
"I mean...if you want you can go back to punching. But we all know how that turned out right? So...GOLIATH!!" he told his Spirit Animal to get ready Which Goliath did, he got to his position and was alert "OK 3 2 1 GO!!! ATTACK AND DODGE!!!" G yelled to both of them. Goliath shot a stream of water at Chise. It wasnt water gun level strong, it was more like water from a hose strong. And Chise needed to dodge this

Chise was a bit surprised that Goliath grabbed her and picked her up, holding her tight against himself but it was not unwelcome. the redhead giggled and happily cuddled with the giant creature, making sure to give him pets and rubs with the time she had. She was also surprised to hear such a creature purr like a feline would, then again, she's never seen an isopod in person before, let alone a giant isopod. Chise turned her attention to G when she heard the white haired man tell the spirit animal to put her down. Chise looked back at Goliath and smiled softly, "It's alright, after we train for a bit, I'll be sure to give you more pets," the redhead promised as she felt the giant isopod put her back down on the ground.
Chise backed away a bit to prepare herself for her reflex training, after all G was taking time out of his day, or night rather, to help Chise train and become stronger, she didn't want to make him angry for wasting his time and energy on her. "I would rather not punch the bag again, who knows if I'll actually break my hand if I try again," Chise said with a chuckle before looking back at her 'teacher'. She heard him tell both her and Goliath to get ready, and when the countdown hit, Chise watched for the stream of water to appear and where it would appear. Chise saw the stream come from the left, so Chise quickly moved to the right to dodge the attack, avoiding the stream of water and not getting wet in doing so. So far so good she thought. Chise did her best to avoid the next shots of water that came: left, down, right, up, left. Maybe she wouldn't get hit after all, but man was this tiring to keep up. Curse her lack of stamina!

After that little excercise, G saw that she had reflexes and speed. Which was good. G snapped his fingers and the water attack stopped. He clapped a bit, applauded Chise. "Nice work! Nice work! Now I know you have reflexes. We just gotta build up that stamina. So we know for now that you are able to dodge an attackers punches and kicks. But still even if you cant fight. You need stamina to keep dodging until you tire him out" G told her
And then we wondered what can they do now. He thought how to build up stamina. They're at a park...outside...at night. "Lets see aerobics, running, biking, and dancing are good ways to build stamina. But ehhh...fuck it" he thought "We cant do thing now. Not much to do. You need stamina and strength. So since we're at the park. Lets go jogging" G told her, and urged her to run
Meanwhile, Goliath scratched his head and rested, but had a feeling he was gonna get roped into this jogging excercise. He hated running, he much preffered to swim. When he saw G and Chise run, Goliath lightly panicked and started following them, although because he was a marine creature, he had a harder time following them

Chise placed her hands on her knees and worked on catching her breath, she swore she hadn't moved like that in a long time, perhaps not since she did ballet when she was younger. When Chise caught her breath, she looked up at G with a smile, happy that he was proud of what she could do. "S-See....I'm not that...unathletic," Chise softly panted before wiping her forehead of sweat. Chise knew she still had a lot of work to do but at least she wasn't completely hopeless!
"Ehh? Jogging?" Chise asked, thinking about it for a moment before she responded again, "Well, I suppose it is something we can do since we are at the park...there isn't much else we can do in the meantime," Chise said with a hopeful smile. Chise went over to the park trail with G and slowly began to jog, not wanting to go too fast to start, she might burn herself out. Chise softly panted as she jogged, never really one to do much running especially considering her...assets. Thankfully she wore one of her good bras today in case something like this happened. "So...how long...will we run for?" Chise asked, turning to G, seeing Goliath slowly following behind them. She thought it was quite cute that he was concerned about them, she would have to give him lots of treats and pets when they were all done training.

He gave her a thumbs up of encouragement. And after that he urged her to jog. Sure she was seemingly tired, but they had to go beyond and push their limits. He grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her along so they could jog "Come on slowpoke!" he urged her "Run! This is a light jog. But one day in the future....You have to go fast. As a Hero you can expect one day in the future to chase a fleeing Villain."
He went on a bit ahead of her. Goliath slowly followed them, not nearly as fast as either of them. He was tempted to eat all the cookies, but knew he had to leave something for his Master.
Back to G, while he jogged with Chise and by extension Goliath, thought what he could do. Maybe after the jog they could end the little introductory training session. After all, there was nothing they could do at the park. The next meeting had to be the gym. Chise needed muscles. She didnt need to be big and buff. But she needed to be at least Hero Level and not General Studies level of strong. At this moment, G thought that next time he should bring first aid and drinks, because he was getting a bit thirsty

Chise gasped and made almost a strained noise when G grabbed her wrist and started pulling her. "W-Wait...please slow down!" Chise said, trying to go a bit faster to keep up with G's pulling as they went around the park trail to exercise. She didn't think he would make her actually run on their first day of training, a light job sure she could handle it but full on running, Chise might just pass out! Chise huffed as she did her best to keep up, fighting through the pains in her sides as she kept the quickened pace thanks to G. She didn't want to disappoint him by taking things too easy now.
After a few times around the trail, Chise felt her legs start to burn even though in hindsight they didn't run that much. The increase in speed and power was what drove Chise to exhaustion, if only she could have stayed at her own pace for tonight but G wanted her to push herself. Chise pulled her hand away and stopped, resting her hands on her knees to catch her breath. She felt mentally and physically exhausted and it didn't help that she could feel her medicine wearing off. She was hot, thirsty, and in pain but what was worse was that she felt herself falling in and out of consciousness. She didn't remember if she packed her medication with her but she definitely knew she had some water. She hoped she could make it back to her bag to check, she would hate to have the other worry.
