As she stepped out of the car, she immediately took a deep breath while she closed her eyes. The salty fragrance in the air of the seawater made her smile. This reminded her of trips to Muizenberg, though she couldn't surf, her friends could or well a few of them, a few show-offs as well. Oh, and the water at the cape that splashed against the rocks and the whales or sea lions, it was amazing. The cape was amazing, but she would never return and though from time to time that saddened her, she was happy in Japan. She just leaned on the door of the car Giovanni had driven and leaned on her hand as she looked at him, while he got their beach bags out of the car's trunk and she smiled a little more. Maybe that's why. It was definitely something to consider, maybe one day she would visit home, show him the beaches, the waves, the penguins, everything. She snickered shortly to herself when she thought about it and she stepped fully out of the car and closed the door behind her. She was dressed in an easy white t-shirt with little sunflowers on it, green shorts and sandals, and a sunhat. They would go to the beach today, she had time to go to the beach today and just everything, it was a miracle now that she switched jobs that she was even having time for more freedom, for more relaxing and to be honest... it was exactly what she needed.
She held her hat as a little breeze swirled around her and she had eyes only for the ocean again, they came in the late morning and surprisingly it wasn't that busy yet. She just had not want to get out of bed earlier and she looked like a little child so happy as she took her sandals off and stepped on the hot sand. She would get used to it soon enough, she felt some memories as she had not gone to the beach in a long time. Going on your own was boring, being paranoid with some others around did not help either. So here she was, "Oh look, there is a parasol, let's take that spot in the shade." She would take her bag from Giovanni if he would allow her. He had to carry the cool box after all and she would just quickly walk there to get the beach club's parasol so they had some shade. She would have to dip herself in some sun screen later and she would just maybe get a smoothie that she prepared for today and relax before dipping into the water. Nothing was better than a relaxing day at the beach. She quickly claimed the spot and waited for Giovanni to come to as she dropped her sandals in the sand and would get the towel from her bag, she managed to put the two almost like one big towel, next to each other. She looked at her handiwork before grinning to Giovanni, "Do you mind to help me with sunscreen on my back?"

It was finally time for some real R&R, the beach. God he cant imagine when was the last time he went there. He remembered the beaches in Italy. Cala Goloritzé in Sardinia. Tropea Beach which is considered the Jewel of Calabria. Acquafredda di Maratea Beach was another place that was lovely to him. Marina Grande Beach in the ever so famous and beautiful Capri. Mamma mia was Capri beautiful. Scalo Maestro was another wonderful beach he has been too. Camogli Beach in Liguria. Campo all’Aia Beach. Capreria Beach which is in his lovely Sicily. He imagined Nimue would love that one. Nestled at the far end of the western coast of Sicily, Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro is the only nature reserve in the region that features six kilometers of amazing coastline. What makes this area so special is that there are no modern developments built here, so you will find nothing but native plants and wildlife. Nimue would love it. Isola Bella is another place in Sicily worthy of Nimue. Oh how he wished he could just take her home and kiss her and smooch her and see her at the beach
His daydreaming was over as they arrived at their destination. Giovanni parked the car and went to pick up the bags. Nimue looked beautiful as she stepped out of the car and closed the door. He was smitten with her, thats for sure. It was morning and slightly breezy as Nimue held her hat. She took of her sandals and stepped on the hot sand.
She soon spotted a parasol. Giovanni was surprised to see that. Nimue took one of the bags and Giovanni gave it to her. He carried the cool box. He followed Nimue who quickly walked over to the shade. She soon put the towel and as Giovanni arrived, she asked if he minds to put sunscreen on her back. Giovanni blushed and said "SI, I-I'll do it" he was smitten thats for sure. He let go of the cool box and gently took the sunscreen. He waited for her to turn around so he can rub it on her

Even though she would ask him to help her with the sunscreen as they found a spot near one of the placed parasols of the beach club (they were extremely lucky!). But she felt quite self-conscious to take off her shorts and t-shirt. She would want to enjoy it, and she sort of knew her body did not look bad because of all the training. She was not really afraid of that but just showing a lot of skin in the public... that was a strange concept. Surely she had gone to the beaches back at home but mostly with a group of friends and mostly she would sit and only swim at the dusk moments and... god she has not been so careless for years as when she was sixteen or seventeen before she left her home. Sometimes it would be great to be seventeen again and not worry too much about all the things she was going through now, and she wasn't even that much older, she would turn twenty-six this December. Strange how in less than a decade your life would change around.
She would brush her hair aside and make sure to roll her ponytail up when she removed her hat and put it up in a bun. She did not want to get her hair wet as it would be annoying as it would drip on her and give her goosebumps later today or wet her shirt when they would want to go away again. Nope, this is how she worked. Finally, with a small sigh and a little pout, she started to unbutton her shorts and drop them and throw them on her bag that was at the head of her towel. She looked shortly from the corner of her eye at Giovanni before she picked up her white shirt and pulled it over her head, carefully not to undo her hair and she held it in front of her chest. Stupid, he had already seen her before like this, so why bother but she would not want other people their attention. She almost felt like there was a neon sign on her or the fact that witch doctor was like tattooed on her forehead. It was not. The red markings on her face were also hidden by pretty good make-up and she was just shy. The blue bikini with again little decoration (this time starfish and little shells) would fit her perfectly but she couldn't help but look shyly at Giovanni.

He was especially excited to see her undress. Sure he saw a lot more of skin when they were intimate at home. But, her at a beach? That swimsuit. And her body in that swimsuit. He loved the idea. And then her swimming in the sea, only to come back to him and the towel nice and soaking wet. It was just so hot. And now he would get to rub sunscreen on her? You have no idea how excited he is to see her undress.
His wish was soon coming true as she would soon brush her hair aside and make sure to roll her ponytail up when she removed her hat and put it up in a bun. He watched her every move eagerly and took notice of every detail. She started to unbutton her shorts and drop them and throw them on her bag that was at the head of her towel. Nice. He smiled as he watched. The smile just got bigger and bigger the more she undressed. He noticed how she looked shortly from the corner of her eye at him. No doubt seeing his huge shit eatin grin. He loved seeing her like this. She then picked up her white shirt and pulled it over her head.
Once she was done undressing. She would turn to him. And he would get to see her in all her sexy glory. She had a blue bikini with a little decoration, starfish and little shells, that would fit her perfectly but she couldn't help but look shyly at Giovanni.Giovanni meanwhile stopped grinning and just looked stunned and mindblowned. He blushed and yes, even nosebleed as he saw her. She looked amazing
"Forget being a number 1 Hero. She is a number 1 model. Just look at her and that body. I want her. She's mine. She is shy? Why is she shy?" he thought to himself
"Honey... cara mia. You look drop dead gorgeous" he said and kissed her gently. Soon he noticed he was bleeding, so he quickly wiped that off and turned around from the shame

She did not like it but well how else do you go to the beach. Was she seventeen again, that would have been a lot easier for sure. But she would do it, she would try to get her mind off things and she would shortly peek at Giovanni. His smile helped her al little. God, he was such a dork. She would finish undressing and turn towards him, she wanted him to take off his shirt so she wouldn't feel all alone in this undressing thing. She noticed he looked all over at her and she kept her hands together in front of her stomach, trying to not fiddle and look so shy but that was too obvious, hard to miss that she felt quite bashful about it all.
She blushed only more when he called her out and kissed her. She tugged on his shirt and looked up, only to notice he had a nose bleed. She blinked in surprise before well basically "immediate school nurse" modus started and she pinched his nose bridge. "You have a nose bleed, oh god, are you dizzy? Did we bring enough water? You can't have a heat stroke yet from such a short time, but also that doesn't give nosebleed." She was muttering and basically thinking out loud what was happening and she was just not sure and would usher him to hold his nose like she did and sit down with her on the towels so she could get him a tissue instead of wiping it off on his hand. "Do you feel okay?" She said offering him one of the cool bottles of water from the box and getting the tissue and telling him, he could slowly let go of his nose so to check if the blood has stopped but not clotted. She gave him a soft kiss after, "it's your turn, silly." Tugging his shirt again.

Oh mio dio. She was just so adorable and shy and beautiful. Simply amazing and stunning. She then tugged on his shirt, wanting probably for him to take it off. And then she looked up, only to notice he had a nose bleed. She blinked in surprise before well basically went immediate school nurse mode. Soon she pinched the bridge of his nose which surprised him "Ah!" and then the motherly or nursy route asking if he's ok or is he dizzy, do they have enough water. He cant have a heatstroke. Basically she was looking for probable cause for the nose bleed
"Mamma mia! Nimue dont worry Im fine!" he said in an effort to make her stop worrying
But still, she ushered him to hold his nose and sit down. Which he did "Dio mio". She then asked if he feels ok. Giovanni, looking at Nimue's body has answered "Never better", soon he took one of the cool bottles she has offered him and gave him a tissue, saying he could slowly let go of his nose to check if the blood has stopped. After that, when that mess was done, she gave him a small kiss and said its his turn. She soon tugged his shirt again.
He looked at his shirt and blushed when he realized what she meant. Soon he took off his shirt and threw it beside hers.
"Ok, cara, please turn around now" he asked so he can rub the sunsceen on to her. Once she complied and turned around he slowly and sensually rubbed the sunscreen on her back. Enjoying every single moment of it. Getting every single place he can, so she can he protected from the sunshine. Once he was "Done"
He then rubbed the sunscreen on himself. His torso and arms. But like Nim, he couldnt really get his back

She blushed a little when she kissed him later and asked if he was doing okay. She got it, what he meant and all. "I-I am sorry." Because it now came to the point she realized he told her not to worry and that he was fine and it was just something she was doing. That's probably what she would do if she had kids, running around after them with bandaids and all that jazz. She took a deep breath, not something to consider right now. She felt a little pouty and shy and thus nodded and wanted him to take off his shirt for the sake of they were both at the beach and it was a part of it and so she wasn't the only one in her swimwear. She would then drop herself on the towel and fold her legs as she had turned her back to Giovanni and she would use the sunscreen on her arms and legs while he rubbed her back. It almost felt like a massage instead of actually getting sunscreen on but she did not say anything.
When done, she went to sit on her knees and watch Giovanni use the sunscreen before offering to help him too, how useful to be a couple and being able to do so. Now with that all said and done, she looked at the ocean. They would have to wait ten minutes according to the sunscreen bottle and she hugged her legs and stared at it. There were quite a few people but it would be fun, oh! She turned to her bag to get the inflatable ball and went to huff and puff to fill it up with air and turn to look at him, "You mind tossing it while we be in the ocean?" She would rather just be in til her knees or hips than too far but they could see, it might be something to do together right?

"No need to apologize, amore. Your concern is touching" he said with a smile. He loves how caring she is. Even if she can get a bit smothering, he just loves her love and affection. In a way he even appreciates the smothering and worrying over a simple and trivial thing as a nosebleed. It really touches him that someone cares about him that much. He knew she could be very motherly at times too. He had mixed feelings about that because, while he does also like that motherly affection. He feels its a bit wrong to receive it from Nimue. Sure, he misses his deceased mother but... Nimue is his girlfriend. Although he wondered what kind of mother would she be. Not that he planned on children. He can have those in about 10 years. 9 if he feels rushy.
Giovanni took off his shirt and threw it beside hers. Giovanni then rubbed her back for sunscreen and he enjoyed it a bit too much. Yeah it was maybe more like a massage, but he couldnt help himself. Once again he smiled like a goof as he did it.
When he was done. She sat on her knees and helped Giovanni with his back. Ah si. This felt so peaceful. Once she was done, she looked at the sea.
Giovanni turned to face it as well and admired the view. Suddenly Nimue turned to her bag to get an inflatable ball and went to huff and puff to fill it up with air and turn to look at him. She asked him if he minds that they do it while they are in the sea.
Giovanni anwered. "I dont mind at all, dear" he said and tried to use japanese more as to not say cara or amore all the time. He needed to use more japanese eventually. Yeah, he knew Nim liked it. But he did think about one day teaching her the language.

She nodded a little, still embarrassed about her state of action and so on. She wasn't sure what to say bout it, but it was going fine, they fixed his nosebleed, their sunscreen protection and she would take a sip of her water bottle before she would get the inflatable ball and make sure that she would puff it up and that they would have something to do. She would maybe wonder if he found it childish but she liked to have something to do while being in the ocean. Maybe one day they could go scuba diving or something, but not now, she would just want to enjoy the weather and the company. She smiled a little when he answered her in perfect Japanese and she just couldn't hide the expression on her face. She got up and invited him to come along. Their stuff was safe and secure in the car, all people could steal were the keys and try to figure out which of the thousand cars here was Giovanni's.
So she had a trust in society again and when she reached the water, she dipped her toes in, shuddered but moved further on. The weather was nice enough to not worry about it and she just continued in. Wading slowly until she reached up until her knees and she shivered again, she would stay there, look at the clear water and wiggle her toes and look at the little shells and just wondering if she would not accidentally step on a crab or something. She lifted up the ball and gave it a soft thud to throw to Giovanni. Oops, she should have said she would do so in case he wasn't paying attention, now the balloon wouldn't be a hard hit if he did not notice but she could have been nicer, however, she did have to giggle about it, even if it would go right.

He loved her smile and he loved how happy she was. If he knew that japanese would get her to swoon, he would've done it ages ago. Nimue then got up and invited him to come along with her. Giovanni held her hand as they went to the ocean together. They dipped their toes in and she shuddered. To Giovanni it was refreshing. They moved further on, when the water reached their knees, she shivered again. Maybe he just felt too hot that the water was refreshing, but he was sure if the water reached his hips thats when he'd shiver before just jumping right into it.
But that was for later. Now he stood beside Nimue as the water was knee level. He looked down to see clear water and her wiggling her toes which made him chuckle. Giovanni gave her a kiss on the cheek before letting go of her hand and moving away from her so they can toss the inflatable beach ball to one another.
Nimue once Giovanni got to place soon lifted up the ball and gave it a soft thud to throw to Giovanni. He caught the ball and tossed it gently back to her.
He smiled to Nimue as the two tossed the ball to one another
It was a beautiful day indeed. They should totally do this more often and come to the beach. He can get a tan and admire Nimue's beautiful body and just have fun with her. You know what, suddenly he liked beaches a lot more. He was happy, genuine relaxed and happy, as if nothing bad has happened. No kidnapping nor arguments nor misunderstandings. He felt normal. As if she wasnt a hero, as if he wasnt a villain. It was just the two of them, having a blast together at the beach

The water cooled her calves and shins and she realized it was not cold at all but refreshing and cooling, she should move a little further in the end but that would make it more tricky to throw the ball in her opinion, because you couldn't move quickly aside to grab it. She tossed it when he walked a little away from her and she took it back when he hit it back to her, that would go a bit back and forth. Trying to move a little further back to make better moves and not smash too hard, she tried to grab it before it hit the water and when at one point Giovanni got it too high above her, she tried to jump up and smash it towards him, almost losing her balance when she put her foot back in the water and not on the equal sand beneath her feet, but she managed to grab a hold of herself and see if she needed to toss the ball back already but it had seemed to have missed the goal of being thrown back. "Oh my god, are you okay?" She asked, even if it was an inflatable ball it could hurt with such a hard hit, she seriously should keep an eye on her own strength in moments like this? Right, she thought he would catch that easily?
She panicked a little and sloshed through the water to get to Giovanni to make sure he was doing okay, not getting another nosebleed or something and if he did not mind to have fallen into the water and she bit her lip and hunched down. God the water was so nice if it touched the hot skin from the sun. "Should we move a little more into the water?" she asked him softly.

The two had a peaceful time tossing the ball to one another. But at one moment he threw the ball a little bit too high. Nimue then tried to jump and smash it towards him. But as she jumped he saw a lot of bouncing action going on that just made him stop and admire it. But what he didnt see was... well everything else!
For example the first thing he noticed he didnt see was the inflatable beach ball that smacked him in the face! It didnt hurt, but it was an unpleasant experience. Nimue seeing this panicked like the good nurse that she was and asked if he was ok as she sloshed through the water to get to him
"Si si. I'm okay. I'm not sure about the nose. I think... " she spoke as he held his face "I think a kiss on the nose might prevent any future nosebleeds" he removes the hand "What do you say?~" he teased and asked playfully
Later the duo decided to go further deeper in the water. Nimue was the first one to ask. Giovanni nodded and together the two went further in the water. And as they went in Giovanni did shiver a bit when the water reached his hips. He looked at Nimue to see how she was doing since she was a slightly bit slower then him. More like one step slower, so not much.
To better adapt himself to the cool water. He did get his arms wet, as a lil bit to help adapt his upper body to the extreme sudden body temperature change. And well, after that he went for it and went for a swim. He called out to Nimue to come on
"Come over! The water is nice~" he said as he beckoned her to come over

She had to jump a bit to get through the water that was right above her knees to be able to move a little faster but she was quickly by his side with a worried frown on her face. After all, it was her mistake for doing so and she wondered what got him so distracted but that was not the time to ask and she was just holding up her hands to hold his and just looking at what he was doing and if he was okay and she blushed a little but also smiled when he teased her. "I think you need more than one. Else the damage might be worse." She kissed him on the top of his nose before a short kiss on his lips and she hunched down in the cooling water after that.
She would follow him while holding the ball under her right arm and she was not walking as fast as he was, she was a little smaller so it wasn't that directly but she was afraid of the cold that did not seem to come and she watched him a little when the water reached his hips and a little above hers and he shivered and she would just try to follow, it wasn't the easiest to move in water, alright?
She stood still as he jumped forward to actually go and swim and she shook her head. No, she wanted to remain standing so she would just move a little more forward until the water would reach her middle and she shivered a little more when she got a few more steps further. She would stop there and let the ball stay on the surface of the water and hold it with both her hands and she just watched Giovanni and the other people that were around them.

He blushed when she kissed him not once, but twice. And then he smiled. It felt good and he kissed her back. After that Nimue hunched down in the cooling water after that.
Giovanni soon went ahead and she followed him as she held the ball under her right arm. Nimue stood still while he jumped in and went for a swim. He called Nimue to swim and soon started to backstroke and just relax as he swam. Soon he stopped swimming when he noticed her. So he asked
"Come on, why not join?"
He then swam over to her so he can check if she was ok. Its not like she cant swim, right?
Giovanni approached the part of the sea where he can reach the ground and he soon hugged her from behind and asked "Are you ok?" and yes, he was very cool and wet to Nimue. He was calm, while also concerned. Maybe he was overreacting or maybe he wasnt. Maybe Nimue was just concerned about the ball? They can swim with that.
He waited for Nimue to answer before he started worrying much. Maybe she wasnt in the swim mood? Or is it too cold? Lots of excuses going on through his head right about now

She was glad that he did not mind, it was sometimes strange to have a romantic relationship with Japanese people. Her first meetings and dates with Oz had been so fascinating and yet so strange that she did not know yet what to think about it or say about it even in these days. It was still not entirely in her culture to focus on everything Japan did, she was better with their lunches but she still made South African food and it was like a guilty pleasure if you compared it with the clean and more healthy meals with rice that they ate here but she said nothing and would now follow her boyfriend further into the big fast ocean.
She stayed behind and moved a little and she kept shivering a little as she watched him swim and just everything. She loved the ocean, she just liked to watch. She could not really swim in Muizenberg for example, too many surfers and if you came too far there would be the sharks, though not really the white sharks but there were the tiger ones and so on. She once remembered someone saying they got a little too far on the line of the ocean and bumped into a big group. Yea her country was beautiful and full of nature and sometimes a little scary. She shook her head with a small smile when Giovanni came to ask her and she just played with the ball a little by herself, it was all fine. She was difficult to get mad about something like this and she made a little yelp when she suddenly felt his hug from behind as she had not paid attention. "Yes?" She accidentally said it like a question too, "Why wouldn't I be?" She leaned against his chest and looked up over her shoulder at his face.
