The two hugged, there was a moment of silence, but to G that wasnt a bad thing. She needed time to calm and compose herself. Once she did that she pushed him off of her and asked him where was Kai
"He's with th-" and then right on cue, the nurse came in the room to show their little baby boy."There he is" G corrected himself, Hana then cried again and then asked can they go home. G looked at the nurse who was the professional, and the nurse nodded and gave Kai to G who carefully held the baby. He was so fragile and small. The nurse meanwhile went to bring Hana her clothes and thus left the family alone.
G looked at Hana and gently smiled to her, showing her Kai in his arms. He had to put on a strong face for her. He could not show her how shaken he was, and he couldnt show her any shame or guilt. He had to be strong to be her support. Even if inside he feels like he's falling apart, he had to put on that mask to reassure her that all was well. She should not be sad. Not now, not ever. |

all the pieces lie where they fell... ♥ With a watchful eye she looked at Kai. Yes she wanted to hold him but she didn't trust herself. What is she dropped him? What if her brain told him to simply let him go? No she couldn't do that. So she simply got out of the bed, albeit hesitant standing on her legs to dress herself slightly. It was difficult but she managed and she put her clothes back on and went to sit on the bed again. The nurse said she would call a cabin and she looked back up at G. "I know I already said it, but I want to say sorry again. I don't know what happened." It was as if the panic and everything else within her simply snapped. She had not known what became of her or what she felt, all she knew right now was that she could barely remember. "I don't even know what I said anymore." She admitted, flustered and looking at her hands that were massaging her upper legs a bit. She was still afraid, what if it happened again, the pain? The crying?When the nurse told them the taxi had arrived she slowly walked out of the room and to the hospital main hall to get to the taxi, she did not actually dare to look at G right now and he had to make sure Kai was okay, so she wouldn't distract him. Once they said in the taxi, she did pretend to look outside but actually she was looking at the baby. Who was still not understanding anything that was happening and he was blowing bubbles from his saliva and she had to stop herself from wiping it away. "Ah!" He said and she kept on staring as the boy held his left foot with his right hand and almost pulled it in his mouth. |

G held Kai in his arms as Hana got herself ready, after which she looked up and apologized once again. G just approached her and kissed her on the cheek "Dont worry, dear. Im here for you. It doesnt matter what you said. Just know, if you're ever sad or frustrated just let it all out on me. Im here for you to share your burden. Its the least I can do for you" he said, trying to reassure her that all was well
The nurse said that they got a taxi, so they could go home. G nodded and thus when they were all ready, they went to the taxi and got into it. G still held Kai in his arms who was so adorable, he blew bubbles from his saliva and Hana was the one who wiped it away. Kai again said a word... or made a sound 'ah'. Gosh it sounded so cute, G was happy, he happily snuggled Kai as he let out some tears of joy.
Well they were tears, joy and no joy. But G used this moment to mask the real reason behind the tears. This entire event was stressful and bad for both of the parties. He knew this was his fault, not hers. Thats what hurt him. He looked at Hana with a smile on his face while he still had tears and told her
"Isnt he adorible? He said 'ah'"

She let him kiss her cheek but averted her eyes. She did not mind his kiss, she just felt very bad about the whole thing and the reason why and she would worry about it more. She looked shortly at him and nodded, but she wasn't sure what to say. She wasn't sure what to think about it, they were a team right and she hoped they were going to show that for real now, because she wasn't sure if she could take it anyway else. She would just watch them a little as they sat in the taxi and thought about it. "You do more than just that, you love me that's enough." She muttered but maybe not loud enough, as she looked more at the window, it was a response to what he said when they were still in the hospital. He shouldn't be the only one to carry the burden of their relation.
She looked at Kai from the corner of her eye and finally turned her attention back to the two of them completely when G turned to her and she wiped away his tears softly with her thumb. She wasn't stupid but she simply nodded, she wasn't going to open that can of worms anymore. "Just like his father." She simply replied and smiled a little. She was glad when they were home and they could bring Kai back to bed and he yawned and so did Hanako, "Is it okay to watch a movie?" She wasn't sure if she wanted to be alone or spend time together, so if he said no, she would try to do it herself, watch tv on the bed but if they would do so together, she would put her head on his shoulder and lay a bit closer, not entirely but she was trying a lot.

He thought he heard Hana say something "Hm?" but he did not ask her if she was not comftarble saying it. After today he simply didnt want to push her. When Kai made a noise G teared up and smiled, he loved Kai and was so proud of him, he couldnt wait for real words. The babys voice was adorible. Hana then wiped away his tears with her thumb. He had to hold his tears because he was just touched by her kindness.
When Hana said just like his father. G turned to Kai and kissed the baby boy. He loved his son, and of course he loved Hana.
Soon, they arrived home, and brought him to bed. The baby yawned and so did Hana. She asked G was it ok to watch a movie. G nodded and said "Of course". The two went to watch tv and pick a movie. He sat close to Hana on the couch and gently cuddled her and held her in his arms. He felt she needed all the love he could give her. He felt he needed to do much more to make her feel loved. She put her head on his shoulder, and he let her. He was her support and he wasnt gonna move. And when she eventually would fall asleep. He was gonna make sure to take her to bed properly. He was the man of the house and he had to look after everyone
