To say shit was hitting the fan quickly was the understatement of the year. Hideki had been accompanying his father to one of his bigger business dealings when the building they were in was targeted by a group of political terrorists. It seemed that there was another meeting happening in the building involving some other government officials about who knows what, and that proved to place the young boy and his father at the wrong place at the wrong time.
They had no idea what was going on a few floors below, but all of a sudden the lights were shut off and no one could seem to call outside of the building. Exits were sealed either electronically or by armed villains (weapons and quirks), which left those locked inside little room for escape.
'Well now this sucks...' Hideki thought to himself as the other businessmen in the room began to panic, looking to the windows to see if there was any way outside of the building before any of those terrorists came up here to find them. Hideki on the other hand remained vigilantly in his chair by the table they had once been seated at. He let out a heavy sigh which seemed to break the tension in the air, causing the businessmen to stop and turn to face him.
"With all due respect Igarashi-kun..." One of the men started speaking down to the boy, to which Hideki would only reach up to the collar of his shirt and loosen it, unbuttoning it as he tossed hie tie asside.
"-san. I may be younger than you Sachiko-san, but I request the respect due to my position. Now, before you all start breaking through the windows of the 10th floor and jumping to your desks, I ask that you all please take your seats once more and keep quiet." Hideki stated calmly as he waited for the men to sit and calm down, but none of them moved. He glared at them all but before he could say anything further, his father was the one to step up.
"If you know what is good for you, sit down immediately" His word seemed absolute, as the rest of the men present at the meeting stiffened up and all sat down in the seats they had once been in. With that done, Hideki would be the one to stand finally, taking his shirt off and tossing it onto the armrest of his chair. Another heavy breath escaped his lips, and mist escaped with his breath as if the room had dropped below zero. He would then walk up to the door that had been electronically sealed and placed his hand atop the handle. The cold would radiate from his body to the handle and it would slowly start to freeze over. Finally, the internal mechanism would snap when Hideki moved the handle and the door swung open. A quick peek outside revealed one of the terrorists in the hallway that promptly turned to fire on the young man, but with a quick flurry of snow and ice around his body the bullets never met their target, instead imbedding themselves in the ice he had created and falling to the ground.
The boy would casually shut the door behind him like he wasn't just under fire, freezing the door shut once more before walking towards the gunman, his skin seeming to thicken and grow white as his body would cover itself in a layer of snow and thicken to be as dense as ice.
"You clearly don't know what affairs you are meddling with. Stand down now." He demanded to which he was responded to with a scoff as a battle would soon ensue....

A terrorist situation? Now that was definitely more than your average evening. When Mia had gotten the call on her earpiece it seemed she’d been the closest to the area when shit was going down. Other heroes might be on their way eventually, but Mia was the first to arrive on the scene and get the debrief. Admittadly, a lot of it was political shit that just flew over her head, and Japanese politics at that. It wasn’t that she hadn’t adjusted to living in japan or had pride for the American system, it was just a lot of names she hadn’t bothered to learn yet. Bottom line she got out of everything was people were in trouble, and this was a high profile case. Even someone as beastly as her needed to take some care in how they handled this.
“As far as we can tell the top floors are a no go. They’re positioned with what seems to be an RPG so it’d be risky to even request flying heroes to be on the scene. Beyond that I think it’s clear that choppers aren’t an option. Now I don’t wanna insult you but I don’t think the ground’s gonna be an option either. They’re using the whole place against us once they hacked into the security systems. Even with your skin red Horn I’m gonna think you’d be swiss cheese before you make it past the lobby.”
Mia crossed her arms tight, listening to the police officer briefing her on the situation. Since working with Siegfried, the enforcer, she did her best to make sure to give the cops a little more respect, and info like this was definitely useful. “I’m guess somehow the middle ain’t an option either?”
“Not one we can take easily. You’re a strong girl from what we’ve seen but they got blast shielding. That room was basically equipped to go into lockdown incase of situations like this.”
“And it basically just turned into their cage?” Mia commented back with a cheeky smirk. The officer just shrugged as if to say ‘what ya gonna do’ before looking over the gameplan, sighing through his nose. “…we could deck you out with swat gear for a frontal assault? Might help with the bullets?”
Mia’s eyes had already began to wander to the surrounding buildings, smirking brightly as one caught her eye and telling him to hold off with a gesture. “Nah…I got something. Trust me on this and I’ll contact you once I’m in.” She paused before entirely rushing off and screeched to a halt. “What floor is security handled on?”
“The 8th should have a hub for it.” He could already see she was set on her current plan, tossing her a small pen usb stick. “As much as I’m sure you’d love to smashy smash the whole system, throw that in and we can make sure the system comes down. Will help us with a frontal assault.”
“Gotcha. Contact me if the situation changes!”
Rushing off down a nearby alleyway, Mia used the enclosed space to her advantage and hopped between the walls, putting her immense strength to use, digging her hands into each wall before leaping to the next, climbing a few floors a bound at a time. She tried not to dig in too much and ruin the walls, but by the end she was on the roof anyway. At a guess she was on level with the 7th floor where shit was going down, able to see the blast shielding on the windows…a good enough jump and she could crash into them, but the muscle needed to get through…even if she could do it it’d take a damn few punches and they’d probably make a bloody mess from all the banging she was doing from the outside. Glancing up a few floors, she caught a flash through the blurred windows, and a sound over her earpiece.
“Red Horn! Shots fired on the 10th! You got a shot at getting’ in there!?”
“Yeah…I got it…” Backing up a few feet, Mia gave herself the whole roof to run across, lowering her stance and bulking herself up a little, she began to charge forward, rushing along the rooftop and kicking hard off the edge, launching herself up across the street, crashing down through the window, the shards of class not enough to give her rough skin more than a few scratches, and the beefy heroine landing in the middle of a conflict already, glancing between the man holding the gun, and the man with the ice who had bullets embedded in the snow around him…
The blonde simply pointed a thumb to the guy with the gun, who seemed more than a little stunned by her entrance.
“I’m gonna guess he’s the bad guy?”

Hideki didn't have much time to bring up a defensive snow barrier around him whenever Redhorn came crashing through the window and into the ongoing battle between student and terrorist. While Hideki was trying to take a more verbal approach to get the man to back off without straight up saying who he was, it seemed Redhorn had another idea.
"Considering he's the one with the gun, I'd say so~" he said with the least amount of sarcasm he could muster. Of course in a world where everyone had some kind of super power, it didn't mean shit if you were holding onto a gun or not. However, seeing as the man with the gun was now shaking pretty intensely as Redhorn had entered the scene.
"Heroes already?" He asked himself as he reached for the walkie talkie on his collar and very s imply told those on the channel that 'Redhorn's here'. It was no longer difficult to identify the pro hero as she seemed to be showing up absolutely everywhere now a days. the man would then focus on his pistol once more, shifting it and aiming the last of his rounds at the newly arrived Heroine.
"Tsh. You think i'm not a threat now that she's here?" That was a rather prompt stab at the rich boy's pride... while it was illegal to use your quirk in any offensive manner when you weren't a hero, right now he honestly didn't give a shit about it. There was a meeting of important business partners upstairs, and a group of terrorists threatening them. Like hell he'd let that sit. With another prompt movement of his hand a flurry of thick snow and ice would gust in front of Redhorn, solidifying into a solid wall that only lasted a moment as the bullets embedded themselves into it. It stopped the bullets trajectory, but didn't stand up as it shattered and scattered across the ground, probably making things that much more difficult for Redhorn.
The terrorist didn't wait another minute for either of them to retaliate, promptly turning on his heels and trying to run away towards the stairwell so he could find some backup.

Mia gave a big grin as she took in the tone of the guy with the ice. Vigilante with a cocky attitude at a first guess, or at best, probably just someone stuck in the building who knew how to handle themselves. If they were a vigilante Mia would have to remember to give them a chance to get away later, but if they were just caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, Mia could argue he was helping her under the self defense clause once they got to the bottom and met up with the police. She’d rise up and turn to face the punk with the gun, grinning extra wide as he seemed to be quaking in her boots just from her arrival.
“Oh not just any hero buddy! You got the crem de la fuckin’ crem!” She pounded her fist hard into her palm, the force loud enough to probably cause the faintest sense of pressure in the eardrums of those surrounding her. The fact she was recognized by the goon further empowered her ego. The turn of his pistol to her couldn’t allow her cheek to last however, her skin was tough, but taking a bullet was never a pleasant experience. She ducked low, ready to sweep in and strike hard to get in before she took a harsh shot somewhere she wouldn’t appreciate it, but just as she was ready to kick off the ground, the wall of ice cutting across infront of her caught her first.
“The hell-?” Okay that made things a bit clearer on what this dude was using in terms of his quirk, and as she heard the bullets smash into the ice she was definitely appreciative of the intent. Thing was, as the ice shattered it was clear the goon was rushing away to get some backup. Mia bit her lip, not wanting to lash out at the mistake especially given he’d saved her ass from a few bullet wounds.
Biting back her frustration, she glanced back to the Ice boy, the cocky hero in her telling her she should probably tell him to hang back, but the way he’d cut a wall infront of her made her think he had the kind of attitude where that may cause more issues of him trying to step himself in. “Well…dunno if you have any ways to go fast but I’m pretty sure I need a shortcut here…!” It was an open invitation for him to follow if he wanted, he watched the goon cut around a corner, got a rough idea of how fast he could move, and gave herself a rough angle to move through. With a roll back of her shoulders, she ducked her head…
And ran.
With her head firs through the first wall, Mia rushed through one wall, caught the sight of a table through the rubble and slid across it while still being able to maintain her momentum, shouldering through the other wall and continuing to charge diagonally across the rooms. Property damage was…never a big concern of hers.
“Hey! Guys! Get the big guns we got-“ The goon stumbled as he felt a small quake accompanied with a heavy crashing sound behind him, which did not do anything to calm him down. The other goons felt it, and accompanied with gunfire and a smashing window.-
“The hell is going on!? This was meant to be a secure operation! They get in through the roof or some shi-!?” BOOM. Crashing through the wall Mia managed to take out the two goons who were questioning the first with a swipe of her right arm, knocking them clean across the hall, one of them smashing through a water cooler, groaning as he tried to lift his head off the ground and not feeling any positive responses from his body in that regard.
Mia herself, covered in dust from her little shortcut, slowly turned her eyes back to the goon that she’d been chasing, commenting “Guess I over shot…~” A little cheekily as she rolled back her shoulders, debris that had latched onto her clunking onto the ground around her. The goon lifted his pistol only for the two of them to hear the, respectfully, both terrifying and satisfying sound of the click that comes with an empty magazine. However, just as Mia reared back for a shot, she heard the less satisfying sound of a fair few guns being readied behind her.
“…Ah fuck-!”
Given the goon she’d been aiming for was just ahead of her, she wrapped her arms around him and ducked down low, encompassing him with her size and muscle with little difficulty. She couldn’t tell how many of the goons had gotten in behind her but from the radiating pain as several of their bullets began to embed themselves in her thick skin, it was enough for her to curse under her breath, hating the ‘hero’ part of her in this very moment that just had to grit her teeth, save this punk’s life, and wait for their clips to empty. Hopefully they didn’t stagger their reloads…!
“Ice boy…could fucking USE YOU ABOUT NOW!”

Not even a thank you… These commoners really were full of shit weren’t they. Hideki would inwardly sigh, a look of annoyance crossing his features as Redhorn, now saved by the ice wall he had made, just smashed her way through it’s remains to chase down the thug. She was rightfully focused on the bad guy but… why did he feel the need for recognition?
Hesitating for just a brief moment he looked back to the room he had locked his father and business partners in, but was brought back to reality whenever Redhorn spoke to him, asking him for a shortcut.
“Yeah I can… go… yeah okay.” He paused as Redhorn started charging through the walls after the thug… This time Hideki sighed outwardly before breaking into a sprint after Redhorn. Damn was she ever fast! She was going to tire him out in no time at this point!
Hideki moved his hands out in front of him, blasting forward a flurry of snow which began turning to solid ice in front of him. Jumping up on it, he kept his hands forward to create an airborne skateway of ice, allowing him to move much faster than he normally would be able to move on his own. Still not as fast as redhorn… what kind of steroids was this woman on? Still, he followed her as silently as his quirk allowed, failing to dodge any debris that came down crashing on him but he didn’t let it slow him up.
By the time Hideki managed to caught up, Redhorn had already gotten mixed up into the fray with the terrorists. He didn’t get to see much of what she got to do as a few of the goons circled around her and suddenly had their guns trained on her. It was a split second decision, and at this point Hideki was acting more on instinct than his own usual self preserving nature. He would soar off of his icy track into the room full of gunmen, a flurry of snow exploding out around him immediately bringing the temperature in the room down to a chilly 0 degrees celcius. He would then use that snow to create literal flurries, using the momentum to wisk the guns away from Mia and knocking most of them out of their owners hands. All while landing neatly behind Mia, hands extended towards the previously armed men at her back.
“It’s about to get a whole lot colder in here boys~ Your guns aren’t going to work anymore. So now what?” Hideki couldn’t help but taunt them with this new rush of adrenaline, a confident smirk splayed on his lips as the room now looked like quite the winter wonderland. As the snow would rise and fall, the remaining guns would start getting cold and wet, rendering them useless and giving Mia full advantage over those in the room.

A few shots managed to get off before the ice boy was caught up, but only a handful, and with Mia’s tough skin and dense muscles she wasn’t bleeding too badly. If anything it hurt her more that she was getting shot protecting one of the bad guys than the bullets were actually hurting her themselves. When she heard the flurry of ice and snow behind her, a grin formed across her face as the shooting shot off in another direction, and she heard the satisfying clicks and clacks of jammed guns. Suddenly the goon she was protecting went from a potential casualty to ammo, grasping him by the shoulder and hip, and whirling around with hefty force.
“MIGHT WANNA DUCK MATE!”
Hoping he did so, she’d fling the goon over his head, knocking down 3 of the bewildered goons in a single blow. Quick on her feet, Mia hopped over the ice trail that the guy following her had created and ripped a chunk out of the side, not enough to ruin it’s stability, but enough to knock the last of the goons out as she hucked it towards his head, pumping her fist with a satisfied grin as she watched the 4 of them groan on the floor.
“Nice one mate! Real swift thinkin’ there!” She offered a bright grin, not caring if he was a civilian or someone holding a license or not in the heat of things like this. She reached into a pocket of her roomy Oni style pants and pulled out a Mia sized handful of zip ties, crouching down beside the goons and starting to lock them up, making sure that anyone who had their wrist locked got locked into someone elses ties too so they’d find it even harder to break loose with another set of hands in the way.
“So…given we’ve got a moment before the boys downstairs get the balls to see what all the ruckus is about…” She glanced over her shoulder with a wide smile. “You fancy telling me what got you roped up in this mess? I mean no offense but you don’t seem to be the type to be in a fancy office building like this.~” She showed absolutely no hints of scolding him or the like because he seemed to be acting as a vigilante. Afterall it was how she used to act, how could she be a hypocrite and turn on him just cause she was the one with a license here. “Thanks for the backup by the way. I coulda charged through some bullets but I woulda risked that guy getting some friendly fire without ya…”

When a large brute of a woman told you to duck, you ducked. And Hideki had no issues following that order. He'd throw himself down to the ground mere moments before Mia hucked the body of one of the goons his way. He didn't see the result, but judging by the cries of the other goons she was successful. What the hell kind of steroids was this girl on? He didn't even have time to get back up before she ran towards his ice path, tore off a chunk and hucked that towards another guy! Okay he thought he was impressive with his snow shower skill but this?
It was clear to him that she had battle sense, and the kind of sense most people that ended up in his familiy's uh... possession, didn't have. Was this because she was a hero? Or was this just her? maybe both? He honestly hadn't paid much attention to the Heroes, condemning them as a whole for his brothers actions... but he was definitely impressed.
When he finally stood back up, he would dust off his suit, and once he knew they were save would take off his blazer and check on the cooling fans he was wearing around his forearms to make sure he hadn't broken them during this whole scuffle. One of them was malfunctioning, but the other still seemed to be working fine.
'No problem... just no more blazer until I can get it fixed...' He thought to himself as he readied to thank her before leaving back to the office meeting to make sure his father was okay. Though it seemed this Hero, Redhorn, had questions for him and he would just begin his response with a kind smile.
"My father if the CEO of Sphere Enix, and we were in the middle of a contract meeting with a new game testing company when the building went on lockdown. You can imagine how a bunch of old men weren't keen on fighting anyone off. I stepped out to make sure the room was secure, and found that first guy making his way up and had to defend myself and my father." Hideki would point out semi truthfully. He wasn't exactly defending himself, he had chosen to go on the offensive but that wasn't something he was about to tell a Pro Hero.
"I'm glad I was some form of help to you, I have to admit this whole ordeal was pretty exhilarating."

Mia listened along while she was binding up the goons as he explained what was going on as far as he was aware. Seemed he was in the dark with what everyone wanted here, but to be fair Mia wasn’t so much better off herself. Afterall she was the ‘bad guy has gun, smack the bad guy’ type rather than someone who listened to the deeper levels of a plan. She still knew the important parts, who to or to not slap with a back hand, but so long as she got the job done in the end, that was typically her approach.
“Sphere enix huh? Used to play you guys’s games…then I took an arrow in the kn-no. Wait…” She paused, and lifted her hand, lightly bonking her forehead to the side of her horn with a light groan. “That’s Mathesda isn’t it? Dagnabbit…” Man it had really been a while. Land rim was a damn old game by now anyway but still, the younger scrolls series seemed to just transcend time. Maybe she could see if it was still on the online stores when she got home. She’d have to get it through the American servers but it wouldn’t be too bad, means she wouldn’t have to play it in Japanese at least. She still didn’t know how the fuck Kanji worked.
“Well!” She perked up, tightening the last of the goons up and tossing them up against a wall, dusting her hands up as she rose to her feet. “You got two options kid…everything below this floor is sealed up tight. The police got no idea what’s going on and I’m going in blind. Now, I’m sure I can handle that, but you seem like you aren’t entirely unused to action like this. So it’s down to you. You can go back and tell your old man everythings clear, or you can take a trip downstairs with me and help me clear this place out. I ain’t gonna tell a soul.”
She shifted her position to face him more forwardly, the way she held herself saying none of this seemed to be a joke and was a genuine offer for him to help out. Without him her back would be full of bullet holes, and she’d be more than happy to get some help from him further. Besides, she was a bit of a vigilante once too, she’d like to offer an olive branch rather than condemn those who tried to show heroics without a license. “Down to you mate.”

Of course she was a gamer. Honestly when you threw the name Sphere Enix around, everyone's heads turned. That was great for business of course, and it was a slight boost to his ego to know that even the new big name heroes were just big old nerds. He wondered how he might be able to exploit that for the future…
“I’m glad to hear you’re a fan. Maybe you should come by the studio as a thank you for getting us out of this mess.” Though that was hardly where his focus should be right now. He shelved the thought for later, and instead would focus on what Mia had to say both about the games, and about the situation.
He would love to be able to flex his quirk without having the order to use it… Using it just because he had it… sure he would be doing a heroes work which he had sworn off thanks to his brother… but maybe just this once? He’d be acting more like a vigilante anyways right? Not that it was any better… if he was caught, that was going to be a hell of a dent in his reputation, and that of the company’s. There was clear hesitation in his answer as silence hung in the air between the two for a brief moment.
“As long as you’re sure no one will find out I was involved…” He began to state, though one glance back told him that any use of his quirk was going to leave evidence… the large ice slide was a pretty good indication.
“Or back me up and clarify I was just defending myself would be good too… Anyways, there’s some kind of political conference happening downstairs. I imagine that’s who they are after. I saw them coming in not long after my father’s company.” He would inform her as he began to take off his dress shirt now as well. If he was going back into the fray, he was going to overheat dressed like this. He tossed his shirt up onto the frozen ice slide and adjusted the cooling bracers around his forearms and biceps.
“Right, I’ve got your back, so what’s the plan then?” He asked as he looked up at her with a bit more confidence in his voice.

“Eh, wouldn’t call myself a fan anymore really but…eh who knows. Might pick up a game if I ever get some free time. Who knows.” She gave a light shrug, always having fun with video games but never having had the time to invest in them even since she started the whole vigilante thing, nevermind going a full on hero. That was really a time sink if she wanted to do that right. All the same a bit of R n R never hurt anyone, and maybe it wouldn’t be so bad to let herself have a day to relax.
But, back in the present, and getting her head back in the game, Mia took in the confirmation that her target was a few flows below. Shit. Wouldn’t be good to alert these guys floor by floor…she glanced to the floor itself, shifting her foot along it and getting a feel for the weight it could handle. Odds where she could smash her way through the floors before anyone could really spread the red alert, but she’d both need to be directly above the room the politicians were being held in, and be sure she wouldn’t crush any of the old folks under her rubble. Nah. With such limited info that wasn’t any good…
At the very least, ice boy seemed to be joining her for the ride, her brow quirking as he showed off his little vents that must have helped the effect of his quirk. Right, she had him as an element to consider too. She appreciated his effective help but she couldn’t be too risky with him in the group now. “Don’t worry I’ll definitely back you up on that front…issue is I don’t got a strong plan for. The more floors we go through the more risk we have of them alerting the boys in charge and getting us into a riskier situation…” She snapped her fingers with a grin. “Place has gotta have an elevator right? Money says it’s shut down but you know where the shaft is?~”
It was a very simple idea, a damn near stupidly simple idea, but Mia was still proud of it. Stealth was never her fortay and odds are this would still be a loud way to go about it, but it was the best chance they had of getting to the right floor without any danger to the officials Mia was here to save first and foremost.

“A Hero with free time hunh? Crime must really be on the decline then which I suppose is a good thing” Hideki nodded with a light chuckle as he suddenly pictured this brute of a woman sitting in front of a television playing one of their video games. There was nothing wrong with it, but it sure as hell amused him to think of.
Now wasn’t the time to get distracted though as they still had politicians to rescue! And he was part of this mission now which honestly made him nervous as hell. Maybe he should try to disguise himself somehow? But how did he do that here, and how did he make sure he didn’t overheat?
It didn’t take him long to think of it… his body was technically made of snow, so if he condensed it and gave himself what looked like frostbite, it could shift his looks enough… So he began to do just that. The skin on his face would start to turn black, parts of his chest, his arms and even legs would start to gain that same black tint. Thankfully he’s be able to shift it back (probably?) Once all of this was done. For now though, it did the trick.
“Alright… Elevator shaft… I haven’t been on this floor before but I imagine it’s somewhere this way. We could take that, or I could try to craft an icy fire escape to get us to the right floor from the outside as well. Likewise, I could make us a path in the escape so we aren’t making as much noise.” Hideki offered as he pointed towards where he assumed the elevators would be based on where he assumed he was in the building.

(sorry crim I lost an original post for this so this is a bit of a short replacement)
Arriving at the elevator after a quick jog, Mia glanced back to the kid she’d grabbed for the ride, flinching a little at the unexpected black, frostbitten tint he’d taken. He didn’t look like he was in pain so she didn’t worry much when that set in, but still It through her for a loop for a moment and she’d be sure to keep an eye on him incase this was a negative side effect of his quirk.
“As much as I appreciate the offer mate, the floor they’re all on has blast shielding on the windows. That’s why I had to come in from a higher floor. Not ideal but gotta work around them. Still, as much as those guys need to make sure they’re safe…” She slammed her hands forward, wedging them between the doors of the elevator, grunting with the force put out as she wrenched them apart and shoved them into their sockets on either side of the elevator shaft, pearing down into the darkness.
“They always need a way out in an emergency…how much ya wanna bet they don’t got the same security on the elevator doors? Afterall they’d expect it to be shut down when shit like this happens.~”
Mia hooked herself about the edge of the shaft, making sure she had some good footholds before offering her hand up to ice boy, where she’d tug him down and made sure he had a good hold of her back before making her way downward.

Coming in from the outside was out of the question it seemed. Blast shielding? Since when did they get so high tech? Unless these were some of his men? He quite suddenly thought that getting involved was a very bad idea. There was doubt brewing in the pit of his stomach as he followed the Hero towards the elevator shaft where she wasted no time in prying it open with her bare hands. She was a hell of a brute... but an effective brute.
He'd then listen to her explanation as to why they should use the elevator and would just nod in agreement. Who was he to contradict someone who'd been doing this for much longer than he? She was right though... they did need some sort of escape plan...
'unless they're on a suicide mission' Hideki thought to himself but would immediately dismiss that. If that was the case they would have attacked the buildings with bombs and caused a lot more damage to everyone in the building instead of focusing on the politicians. He walked up to the elevator doors once Mia had jumped inside, planting her feet on the edge then even offering him her hand. He raised an eyebrow, a groan escaping his lips at how undignified all of this was... though he still took it and and was pulled onto her back where he would hold onto her tightly. Redhorn would notice that her back would get cold quite fast as his body pressed up against her, a side effect of his quirk he couldn't quite control.
"Alright, I'll follow your lead then."

Smirking up at him as he took her hand and was slung back onto her own back, Mia made sure he had himself in place, a mild shiver running through her as he got himself locked into her securely, before working her way down the shaft, able to find enough mechanical pieces sticking out from the walls to hold onto as she slowly made her way down little by little, making sure to never move more than one foothold or handhold at a time, lest the rest suddenly give way from having to hold half of her weight each. Still, progress was being made, and with each door they passed, Mia was mumbling the floor they should be on to herself just to make sure she was keeping a solid track of it.
“Should be the next floor…hey. Before we get there. No chance you’re related to some blue haired European twat are ya? Met a kid with a similar quirk to yours is all, but he er…well, he was a good kid, but he did something that left a bad taste in my mouth.” She paused, realizing the impression she may have just gave, and glanced to him. “Not that I’d hold him against you of course, if you guys are related.” On the off chance the two were related, she hoped that sounded genuine.

If Hideki's face could turn red, it would be as red as her horn as he was carried down the elevator shaft on the woman's back. He couldn't help feeling emasculated as he had to rely on her. Of course it wasn't something intentional on her part, but growing up in a richer circle had ingrained in his head that he should always be the man in charge. This wasn't the case right now, and he hated it even though he went along with her plan.
Before they jumped through the elevator shaft onto the floor they wanted, Redhorn asked him a rather strange question about his familiar relations. A blue haired European? Definitely not. That would lead to believe his family married into other nationalities, which would do nothing but decrease their influence here in Japan. He was almost insulted that she would ask him that, though in this new world of quirks, it was easy to assume people with similar quirks stemmed from the same family.
"No, not that I'm aware of. Our family is strictly Japanese and has been for centuries. Besides, I don't think anyone in my family has naturally occurring blue hair." He added as a side note, reaching down with one hand and letting loose a flurry of snow against the back of the elevator shaft door. This would freeze the door and render it brittle enough for Redhorn to burst through with little resistance, letting her safe up her strength for whatever might be on the other side.
"Not really the time to worry about who I am or am not related too though." Hideki would add a little shortly, looking forward to getting the heck off of her back and on his own two feet again.
