An Unexpected Encounter [Niso]

Right, okay, he'd been coming to this alleyway for about a month once he'd found a stray cat had made it's home here. According to the vetinary journals he'd read, the rash it had on it's stomache was a sign of a glucose deficiancy, so while Niso had been keeping it fed and making sure it had a good few last weeks, the Cat couldn't have much longer, and with any look it had died in it's sleep rather than out on the hunt. With his suitcase like ice box dragged behind him by the extended handle, he made his way through the streets, wondering if he could even fit a full cat in there with the other corpses he had...yeah. Yeah he could do it. He'd left his dog and raccoon back at home in one of his less portable ice boxes, so he shoooould be good.

Eventually he came to his little alleyway, keeping his head down and low so no one saw what he was doing, he crept into the darkness and over towards a pile of cardboard boxes he'd set up for the cat, slowly managing to find the fluffy scraggly mess he managed to look after the past month. A careful hand to it's stomache and...yeah. Dead. It didn't really get any easier announcing that in his head...but it was the price he paid to learn more about his quirk. He lifted the stiff feline into his arms and was about to open up his ice box when something deeper in the alleyway caught his eye...what...

"HEY!"

Shouting without thought, he froze dead as he realized what he'd done, gulping hard, his frail body holding the deceased cat closer to his chest and shivering a little as he realized he may have just called the attention of the wrong kind of people. "W-w-what are you d-doing with him!?"

For someone with such a heavy relation to the dead, Niso's heart was pounding hard. Enough so that some color managed to make it's way into his face, turning him a harsh red against the naturally pale tone of his skin. The bags under his eyes only seemed to darken as the redder shades. Luckily for him the man seemed to manage to rush away, but whoever this was...from the tone of her voice to the eerie look she had behind that mask...Niso wasn't feeling at all safe, and even with an open street behind him, he didn't trust his frail and un-dextrous body to get him far if this woman wanted to give chase...

He...he wasn't too potent with his power yet but maybe...

There was a brief twitch in his arms, but he held the re-animated cat still and clutched it tight to his chest, breathing heavily as his heart continued to pound against it, trying to keep the living corpse as still as he could.

"Sorry...I'm a little too wise to play with a stranger...but hey, if you're a sly little cat like that tone implies..."

Niso released his arms, and the once dead cat landed on all fours, hissing violently in the direction of the weapon wielder and rushing towards her on all fours. Niso darted towards his ice box and opened it up, hoping to pull out one of the animals he'd brought with him, shivering as his hands dug through the ice packs. The Reanimated cat meanwhile had only one thought in it's revived mind. CLAW. It leaped up towards the woman, claws outstretched and tried to do whatever it could to leave claw marks in her.

With the bat swinging right for it, the Cat produced the sickening sounds of old, frail bones cracking at several points, the additional kick not breaking anything but jostling around what was already broken pretty well. It twitched as it's body met with the alley-way wall, groaning for a moment before seeming to be rendered dead once again. Niso was a little unnerved, but he also hadn't felt the sensation of his power fade just yet. That was the thing about the dead, incredibly durable, and as the woman inched closer Niso's will over the feline told it to play dead, it's soft hissing drawing to a close to sell the act a little further, glancing towards it nervously now and then as he himself hissed through the layers of ice packs, eventually pulling out one of the bigger corpses he'd brought with himself today.

"O-okay...you were a bit of a rare find buddy but..." His eyes dipped back up to the woman, gulping softly as his nerves only increased...who on earth would want his vile, disgusting quirk? The most he could do right now was bring a small group of cats back to life...still he didn't exactly want her to get any closer, pulling out the raccoon and backing up a little, feeling his power pulse through his palms as it squirmed to life, crackling sounds coming from it as it's frozen muscles forced action through the ice in it's body and blood.

"Look I don't know who you are or who your boss is but I think you can happily tell him my power ain't something he should concern himself with..." He glanced again to the cat, now having crawled along the floor, it's right side still un-smashed and letting it drag itself along the ground. It opened up, bared it's fangs, and tried for a hard bite to the back of the woman's legs just as Niso tossed the much more scraggly and hard raccoon towards her. Unlike the cat, he'd found this one in fairly good and healthy condition beyond the poison in it's system.

Okay she was very determined here, and Niso was running out of things in his ice box. Briefly his erratic mind was annoyed he might have to abandon the custom box in an effort to escape but quickly realized that should not be the top of his worries right now. He crouched down to try and see if he could find that last corpse as pathetic as it was compared to the others, but pulling back up he held the dead woodpecker all the same, holding it tight to his chest like the other's before it, his body feeling frail and weak as he expended his energy to keep the cat and Raccoon alive as it was.

With the swing of the bat the Raccon didn't break like the cat, but it did still get knocked back and away, needing a second to re-orientate itself as Niso backed away further and further, gulping hard as he wondered if he could really outrun this person. The Cat couldn't put up much of a fight and found itself on the end of her spear, Niso's heart pounding hard again, and letting out a yelp as he barely dodged the spear thrust, cutting the sleeve of his uniform across the bicep, revealing the scrawny flesh underneath as the rest of his sleeve below it began to sag.

"I-I can't-" He wanted to shout how he couldn't do that, not emotionally or physically, a human was just beyond his reach. Not since his mom had he managed to do that...but he shouldn't give away too much of his quirk. Gulping back his words he revived the rat, tossed it, and ran. All three animals were imbued with a sense to just GET her, the cat desperately flailing at her from the end of her spear, the Raccoon jumping off a trash can for her head, and the rat landing a few feet infront of her, but quickly rushing for her leg, trying to get under her outfit and bite her under her costume.

All the while Niso just thought to run, turning on his heel and darting the other way.
