TAGGED: Fluffy
One good thing had come out of it, though. Rin knew where to look for the few that had escaped. Without the gang, they needed someone else to turn to. With how influential Thundershock had become, it wasn't difficult to imagine that, following the threads, eventually she'd find someone related to Thundershock's business. Someone that knew more of what was going on. It had taken three or four pathetic drug dealers to get any kind of lead. Rin was operating much like a vigilanté would. Operating in haste. Every moment counted if they were going to save Haruuhi-chan. Likewise, she wasn't working alone. Elsewhere, Darren was in contact with the white-haired gentleman which Rin had met at the Honey-Honey maid café a while back. The consequences of these actions weren't properly considered. Rin was emotional, frustrated, on edge. All the girl wanted was revenge. Alex Deraine had already pointed out, that it was a possibility Haruuhi-chan was already dead...
The clues given lead Rin towards a warehouse close to the harbor of Dagobah Beach. Supposedly, this was meant to be a staging area for different transactions. Allegedly, today there was going to be a transaction of some importance. That was all Rin currently had to go on. Hopefully, this little lead would bring her more useful information. Slicing into the tip of her right hand's index finger, the girl allowed blood to flow into the lock of the door, hardening, before she twisted and turned, opening the door as if she had brought a key. The warehouse was large. Several rows of different crates were stacked on top of each other, reaching all the way to the ceiling. The ceiling was a solid six or seven meters off of the ground, and the length of the warehouse was roughly twenty-five meters as well. Inside, there was no real lighting. Closing the door behind her, the girl went to investigate...
Fifteen minutes later, Rin had several random thugs knocked out on the ground. None of them were going to be waking up anytime soon. Their leader had shared some interesting information. Apparently this crew wasn't belonging to Thundershock's little posse. Fortuitously, Thundershock's men were going to be arriving for an exchange shortly. It meant that all Rin had to do was wait. At this point, she was promised some of Thunder's men arriving for a weapon exchange. If there were men related to Thundershock coming, then Rin finally had a proper lead. Something which she could hand over to the heroes. Something which she knew she had completed. Any assistance she could give the pro's was good assistance. Even if Rin couldn't cooperate with them directly. Even if the actions she had taken here could mean her expulsion from Yuuei.
...Rin would not see another one of her friends dragged through the mud of villains. Now, sitting in the darkness, Rin was waiting patiently for Thunder's men to arrive. They'd never know what hit them.
