A long coat pulled over her. She burried her hands under her armpits as she walked the streets. She had ran out without any real thought. Her backpack full of various little tools and things. She held onto the little bone knives but they remained loose in her pocket. With a sigh, she really didn't have much to go on, other than a girl he used to date hand sent out villains after him. She reached into her pocket. It was a stupid idea. She was just gonna call Kasey and get a ride back home. It was already late. "Fucking hell." she said to herself, the words mumbled as she patted herself down. Had she really forgotten her phone at a time like this? Levi swung the bag on her back around, dropping it onto the floor as she looked around the inside of it. She would push aside the figures and other bone objects, her CDs, her music player, her notebook, but no phone. She started to panic, but still, she had found her wallet. taking it, she zipped up her bag and begun to run down the street, hooking a right into the first restaurant she found. A ramen shop. She never came to one alone. She would take her seat, only to take some money and hand it to the chef without much hesitation. "Can I get a bowl of ramen? Whatever your house special is, and can I borrow your phone?" she would hand far more than enough for both the bowl and the phone call. Taking a seat at the little ramen bar, the chef would hand her one of the phones, and quickly dial numbers. "C'mon Genzu, pick up..." No. She wasn't going to call Kasey. She was going to find that woman. Kasey didn't need to know. She was just a stupid janitor. What did she do? She killed their father. She ran a night club. She didn't have time for G. ". . .please leave a message after the-"A cold sweat came over her, she would just have to walk back. "Yo G, it's me, Levi. I kinda did something stupid, so I'm in the middle of Tokyo now. I don't wanna tell Kas, she might be mad at me. So when you get this, can you come get me, and we can go find that friend you were all talking about? uhhh, thanks. For everything really. Uhhh, bye? See ya soon." She hung up the phone and sat in her seat. This was all a dumb idea. ~ 428 ~

Meiko was laying low. It's been a while since she got away from the Vigilantes. She was still recovering. Sure she had some illegal help and a few weak healing Quirks were used. But she was still in recovery, bandaged up and in mild pain. She didnt wanna bug her new Boss Kasey over it. Not to mention, she doesnt even know her Boss yet. To her, Sato was the Boss. But now he isnt, she just didnt qute warm up to her new Boss yet to call her for help. Hence why she did things solo.
"Thunder, eh? So he's the main target. Interesting. But also frustrating. To think they had me and I wasnt even their main goal. Insulting" Meiko thought to herself as she stealthily wandered the streets, once again fully dressed in her Villain costume. She did not care if she stole the design from G. It was a good design! Besides, she hasnt come up with anything thats good enough to surpass this.
"Costume-wise, I need something fashionable and revealing so I can properly use my Quirk" she thought. Meiko walked and stayed in the shadows. But still recovering she couldnt go far. She decided to rest in a dark and dank alleyway. Once that was very close to a ramen shop
Ramen, food. Food, nutrients. Thats what her Quirk needed. Nutrients. She needed more power then she already had. Maybe once she rests up she can go there "I'm the 3rd most wanted in Japan and I've stooped so low as to attack a ramen shop. Those people will pay...... Right after I regain some strength" she thought as she sat on the ground to rest

All she wanted to do, was to be useful, to do something with her life. She was just skating by at UA. A top student on her grades alone, but her quirk seemed so useless compared to everyone else. Grades weren't enough to be a hero, and with how her life was going, she felt like it was going to be easier to just fight crime on her own, rather than to go to school and get her license after a few years. No, she needed was to find someone, anyone committing crimes. That was her first way to get herself out there, to either meet a real hero, or to fight a real villain. That's all she needed right? Then she'd be a real vigilante. Right? She sat down, placing her bag onto the seat beside her, the top still not completely closed. The bone figures her sister made, peeking from the loose flap of the bag, the head of her favorite hero popped out. The chef would hand her the bowl, and Levi would take the warm broth, setting it in front of her. She would grin, making the most of the cash on hand. She could have probably taken a taxi back home, but trying to explain to a cabby she LIVED at the nightclub, and why someone so young was allowed in, wasn't going to be something she wanted to do. For now she would enjoy her broth. She would lift her noodles with her chopsticks, and take her bag and set it on the table rather than the seat. With the sudden movement, the figure would fall out of the bag, and onto the ground. Levi would freeze, watching it hit the ground and break. It's not like it was that big of a deal, right? ~ 290 ~

Meiko decided she sat out in the cold long enough. It wasnt the time to rest. Not anymore. It was the time to be crazy. She got up and casually walked over to the entrance of the ramen shop. She kicked the door open "OK!!! LISTEN UP!!! NO ONE MOVE!!!" Meiko demands, and then points at the man who gave Levi her ramen "EXCEPT YOU!!! YOU MAKE SOME GOOD RAMEN TO GO!!!"
She then saw Levi "KID!! EMPTY THAT BAG AND GIVE ME THE CASH THIS PLACE HAS!!!" she demanded of Levi, unaware that Levi had cash of her own Meiko couldnt force people to make her free ramen. Thats lame, so she had to rob the place. maybe kill a few people that look at her funny
She needed a bit of chaos in her life. And this was just stupid enough to work. They expected a wanted Villain like her would do some major kinda bank attack or UA attack. They did not expect her to attack a no name ramen shop. Thats the beauty of chaos. You cant predict it. There was a method to Meikos madness
Mix small work and big work. Make everyone feel unsafe.

Goddammit. She turned to her side to reach down to the figure. Her fingers touching the soft and cold plastic. But it didn't really feel all that much like plastic the more she thought about it. Vinyl maybe? Levi wouldn't know it was made from bone, even if it was pretty obvious. But picking up the pieces, she would find a woman making a scene, only to kick the door open. She pointed a finger at the chef, only to demand a free bowl. Leviathan shrugged with a smile, shaking her head as she took the figure back to her self. A few of the people in the shop let out a small yelp at the sudden burst, but only Levi braved her words. "Uhm, alright." She would say with a shrug, placing her figure of G-Force beside her bowl, taking out the notebook and other little figures from her bag, a single item at a time. She wasn't slow, but it was pretty obvious she was wasting some time. "I guess we gotta do what the lady says." Levi would say, lifting her bag up to the chef, a smile on the girl's face as she looked at him. She shook the bag, as if demanding money. "At least she doesn't have a gun, right?" She would say jokingly, bouncing the bag again. The chef would begin to reach around his counter for all of the change and money left to him, only to peer into the bag when he put the money inside. A single bone blade rested inside. He was not a hero, and with his insurance from the corporation, he figured it smarter to make the claim, than to fight the girl herself. Who knows what kind of quirk she had, if she had one. He didn't want to die finding out. He would nod no to Levi, only for the girl to sigh. "Well, then I hope you can trust I'll bring it back after." she would say softly to him. Hopefully the girl didn't have super hearing. ~ 337 ~

After her demands everyone was quiet and only a girl was brave enough to speak the sass. Meiko raised her eyebrow when she saw the girl place a figure beside her bowl, it was familiar. But she wasted no time with that and focused on 2 things. Money and a Quirk boost.
But what she didnt like was that the girl was overly chatty with the chef "You! Shut the fuck up!! Less chatter and more work. Chop chop!" Meiko said and clapped as to rush her. But even if she wasnt armed, she was ready to draw her weapons. Her hands rested on her hips. If anyone attacked her, she would quickly pull her shield out of her stomach.
So far Meiko had no reason to kill or harm anyone. No one was foolish enough to rebel against her and her lil robbery. All was going according to 'plan'. Although, Meiko was jumpy. She didnt want to stay in one place for long without backup. She knew her strengths and weaknesses. Strong offence and weak defence. Even with no Heroes around, she just wanted to be safe.
Just when the slow ass girl delivers the cash in her bag and the guy with a ramen-to-go meal, then she was out of here

She had to do something, anything. It might not have been that big of a deal, but to her, it seemed like quite the place to make her debut. But what could she possibly do? Taking the bag back into her hands, she had it filled with money, covering the blade. The chef would nod in disagreement with Levi's suggestion, only to be stuck with her own choice. Levi had to do something... "I'm trying to help you." She would say, setting the bag on the counter, throwing a glare at the woman. "Or do you really want our chef to tell the police about us?" Us. Us. It was the only plan. She lifted the bag, and slung it over her back, wearing it. Levi would take a step away from the counter, not changing the distance between the woman and herself. "Plus, don't you want your bowl of ramen?" She would ask, only with G on her mind. Surely he would come rescue her. She had to stall, she needed to do everything she could to keep this one villain at bay. She had to think of any and all plans. For now, she would pretend to be on her side, but would it work? Could it work? Surely Levi was convincing, right? ". . . I have a secret place not far from here, unless you plan to silence the witnesses." she would turn away, looking around the room at everyone there. Turning her head away from Meiko, she mouthed words to another customer. "Call for help." she would hint, hiding her face from her, only to face her after. "I can give people powers with my quirk, so we should be fine." she would say, speaking far more than Meiko probably wanted. "Whaddaya say, partner?"~ 290 ~

The girl said something interesting that made Meiko raise her brow. 'Us'? Was she using some hippy mind magic? Did she try to see her face? Maybe thats it! If Meiko ate ramen, she'd have to take off her mask and they'd know her identity
"Silence the witness. That sounds good~ HMmmmm" Meiko pondered for a bit, before making her decision "If everyone behaves you get to live, if you act sketchy, you die"
Seeing as the girl kept the same distance, Meiko decided to be the one to close it. She approached the girl and demanded the bag "Bag. Here.Let me take that weight off your shoulder. Partner" she extended her hand, wanting to hold the bag. For all she knew the girl could just run off with the cash. Meiko needed to be ready for anything. Even a sucker punch of an attack. She was ready, trigger finger ready to draw her spear. She could easily gut the girl if she needed
But that was for later. Now, Meiko would play along and humour the girl. Maybe test her to see how far would she go before breaking and showing her true colours. Yes, thats what would happen

A refuge from their homeland. The daughter of two people who fled the country to escape a small, and what was believed to be an isolated incident. Perhaps gang related, or maybe political, or some other local threat that was too much to handle. It was a threat that made them believe they needed to leave the country, rather than to move to another part of the same land. Levi held a quirk, her parent's knew it. Maybe they were after her quirk, or maybe they too had quirks. After all, coming to Japan, the central hub of quirk research and use, could only explain so much. Were they trying to better their lives, or give their child the best they could? It wasn't like Korea was in the stone age. But they died. Levi clung to their cold and dead bodies. Her mind fixating on the fact that if things were cold, it was love. To chill, to freeze, that was what love was. But to be greeted by a cloaked man at the promise of a second chance would only set her forward, to a new path. But was this choice what she wanted? Or had she simply made the most out of the cards she was dealt? She learned he was nothing more than the sole owner of a brothel, and himself, housed a dangerous quirk in the wrong hands. But that was what all quirks were. They were all dangerous. Wasn't that why she wanted to go to Yuuei? But she did. She was there. She fell in love. She met her sibling. She had a niece. Then she had it all engulfed in flames. her adoptive father passed, her sisters all slain. That was, all but one. And Levi knew it was she that had started the flame. And not soon after, the boy she loved, broke her heart. But she held no ill will. She didn't hate him. She didn't wish evil upon him. She was taught that a heart of love would carry her further than a heart full of sorrow and hate. She would smile, even when it hurt the most. That was her legacy. But was that the story Leviathan wanted? "You're gonna take me." Levi would tell the woman. "You might have a mask, no one here will be able to identify you. But you won't get far. I know a place you can hide. I'll take you there, you can have all of your money, but in exchange, I want you to teach me how to be a real villain." levi would tell her, holding onto the straps of the bag that now hung over her back. She glanced over at the figure. "Genzu. What would Genzu do." she thought to herself. "What would Kasey do. What would Army of One do?" She looked up at the woman, a smile on her face. "They would stare at the face of evil, and proclaim; I AM HERE, AND I WILL STOP YOU!"And she was prepared to play her part. ~ 504 ~

Who did the girl think she was? She was doing the opposite of playing hero! She was playing villain!! Did she think this was some game!! Well, if she wanted to play, then so be it. Two can play the game "Oh? Is that so? You want me to teach you how to Villain? Ok then... let me test your dedication" she said as she looked at the other civillians here who were frozen in fear
She looked around until she settled on one. She pointed at an elderly man "Him. If you want to be a Villain. Convince me and kill him with your Quirk. If you dont have a Quirk then use this places tools to kill him. A plastic bag, chopsticks, whatever" Meiko demanded Meiko was not gonna manifest a weapon with her Quirk and give it to the girl. She wasnt stupid as to arm her potential foe. If she was serious that she wanted to be a Villain then she had to kill. That was her sure way to get to Villainy. Meiko in particularly chose the elderly man because 1) He was male, and Meiko didnt harm females. 2) He was elderly, so he wasnt gonna live for long anyway.
She then crossed her arms and watched what would her 'partner' do

Levi might have been a nobody to these people, but most of them were catching on to what she was doing, even if the masked villain didn't. For now, they were stalling, only a matter of time before authorities arrived. The longer she focused on Levi, the less she could pay attention to the chef who was trying to use his phone, or the others who were looking at each other, exchanging glances. They weren't being robbed, the store was. There was no reason to fight back, not yet. The shop was insured, right? But to kill a man with her quirk? That would be difficult, that was, if she knew what her quirk was. But all she needed was to touch the old man, and if he played along, her quirk would be enough to play the feint. Walking up to the old man, Levi had to act quick and fluid. Any hesitation would probably set the woman off. She would reach out to the old man's neck, Levi's expression hidden to the woman, as Levi mouthed her next words. It's only temporary. she would say. Her quirk would release, and depression would flood the old man. His heart would slow, and he would feel lifeless. Levi herself would feel the same effects, but she was learning to hide her great cost. Letting go, the man would fall to the ground, knocking over his bowl onto the floor. "Does this qualify me?" she asked, turning around with a smile. Even if she checked his heart, it would be either too faint, or too spaced out to really get a proper read. But the longer she could keep her act up, the more time she could stall until a hero arrived, right? They were on the way... right? ~ 297 ~

She watched the girl as she went to the elderly man, touched him and.... he dropped dead... ? Wait, that seems too easy. The girl, the wannabe partner just turned and asked if that qualifies her. Meiko walked over to the elderly man. She then pulled out the dagger out of the left side of her head and plunged the blade swiftly into the mans neck "Just to make sure your Quirk works~" she said and then grabbed the bag that the her so called partner had and cut the straps, so Meiko could have it
"Now, PARTNER, you can lead me out of here. But first" she then looked at the chef who was SUPPOSED TO GIVE HER THE FREE MEAL. Honestly the cash was just extra. The important thing is the meal to nourish her Quirk and give her the nutrients to keep using her Quirk.
Seeing the man was calling the authorities, she threw the dagger at him. Aiming for the head. Now not wanting to waste time and stay anymore, "If you wanna go, then GO, partner" Meiko said and always emphasized the word partner so the people can hear it. She ran out of the building to the darker alleys to hide in the shadows, she didnt need the girls help, she was just an anchor to hold her down. If the girl kept pestering meiko, she would die

Covering bases. That was the only logical reason anyone would kill someone as someone else killed them. But why ask to kill them in the first place, if you were gonna do it yourself? Levi had her doubts, and her questions, but it was not the time for that. Maybe she proved herself to the girl, and maybe not. Who was to say. Watching her pull her blade from her own head, and harden it out of some aura, or energy, was strange to see, but at least Levi had an idea of her skills. It was a form of creation, like Kasey, but without the blood, and probably not as deadly to everyone else. That ruled out guns, and weapons that were multiple parts, surely. . . right? But she took the blade towards Levi, and she wasn't sure if to wound, or other means like taking the bag. Levi took a step back, keeping her distance from the woman. It was the only security she had, at least that's what she thought. She couldn't let her take it from her. A dagger would be thrown, killing the chef, and leaving that bandit was seemed to be disarmed. But if she could create one, she could create more. Levi wasn't the type to test that. She would make her way out of the shop with the bag. If she was going to follow, she would be let right to the backdoor of the Pink Jackal. Surely Kasey would be one to help. It wasn't like she wouldn't help her sister. Right? ~ 244 ~

Meiko may be a glass cannon compared to other Villains, but she didnt get the 3rd most wanted rank by being sloppy. She had no idea what the girls Quirk was, and she doubted her Quirk allowed people to simply drop dead. That seems like an absurd Quirk, there was surely a bluff and a catch that Meiko didnt wanna deal with. Thats why she used her dagger. Besides, if he was dead then no harm done~
Once she did away with the man and the chef, she followed the girl. Meiko had no idea where she would lead her. But if she felt a trap was coming, this girl was going to be speared through, impaled and left there. Just like way back in history. Particularly like the historical Vlad the Impaler. Thats how on edge Meiko was. She was already thinking of methods to end this girl. Purely because she couldnt shake the feeling that she was just a faker leading her into a trap "I'm number 3 for a reason. My senses have to be right. They must be" Meiko thought to herself as she followed the no name girl. Meiko didnt bother asking her name, its not like they were gonna be together or anythin

There was only one real option. It was Kasey. Whoever this girl was, Levi had to deal with her fast. Taking her to a police station was out of the question. She already killed two people, and she was able to create a weapon out of whatever she emitted. She was dangerous. Going to the Pink Jackal was a high risk. The best outcome was everyone lives and she gets caught. But to bring a villain there, and one who was willing to be dangerous? No, the best likely outcome was Levi getting stabbed, and Kasey and Caitlyn trying to arrest her. Assuming they get her, that would be a good ending, but Levi would most likely had a wound that wouldn't be able to be taken care of in time. Or, best case she lives, one of the other two would have to take her, and the other would be wounded as well. No, Kasey was Seki's chosen pupil. He decided she was the one to take on his teachings. She would have stayed behind. Army of One would take the civilian to the hospital. Kasey would heal from her wounds, but that meant Kasey would have to get wounded for Levi's mistake. Was she willing to injure her sister, just to live? No, she wasn't like that. Kasey was their father's killer. Did that mean Levi didn't trust her? No, she was his chosen student. Whatever happened at the Love Shack was between them, and was far beyond Levi. She had no time to be mad, she had no time to mourn him. They all wanted to die. And if she was right, they probably begged Kasey to kill them. Was it worth risking her sister's life after all of that? No. The girl followed Levi, and she was left with one final option. It wasn't her first choice, or even her second choice. It wasn't even her third choice, but it was a choice. Levi quickly made her way down the dimmer lit roads, but still the easiest paths. "We're gonna go to the Tokyo Hospital. There's a back entrance to the garage down there. No guards. No problems." Levi spoke, trying to ease her mind. She needed to go to Caitlyn for help. ~ 381 ~
