feel the light shining in the dark of the night | Toma had spent the better part of the night preparing, hell even G had swung by to help drag some old boxes out of the storage building and have a beer. He felt like he had actually done a pretty good job with the place. The roughly six meters by six-meter storage shed had been crammed full of boxes and junk the day before. Now it looked somewhat like an actual hang out.
Toma had gone cheap with most of the furniture. The was a beaten up couch, from his own apartment, a cheap plastic card table (the kind that folds up), a few chairs, a small fridge, a microwave, and a series of half functioning computers hooked to some communications equipment on a desk. It was by no means anything to really get excited about, But from here Toma could pretty much stay in the loop on things going on with the police, and it was conveniently located.
He sat in his full suit, black mirrored helmet and all, playing with a half pack of cigarettes on the table. He'd left directions for all the newcomers in various drop-offs around Tokyo and Mustafa and had already sent G a message that he was ready. He didn't really know what was going to happen tonight, but he was excited. He slipped off his helmet to have one last smoke before everyone showed up.
The ashtray was actually pretty full, nervous chain-smoking the only thing keeping the edge at bay, by the time that the CCTV cameras he set up caught any motion. He calmed his nerves, popped back on his helmet, and walked over to unlock the door for everyone who would be showing up tonight. “Boy, I hope this goes well…”

Finding the information left behind by Toma was a sinch, nice and easy instructions on how to find him once you knew were to look. The hard part however was keeping herself hidden doing it. If she wore her costume, she stood out like a sore thumb, and if she didn't, she stuck out like two sore thumbs. She loved being a pop star, but damn it if she didn't miss walking down the street without someone screaming her name. She seriously considered taking a break from her career to focus on finding ThunderShock for a while... It wouldn't strike anyone as being too out there, considering it happened all the time in the entertainment industry...
"Oh well... I guess the only way to do this is fast..." The girl muttered to herself, slipping into one of the cafe's and opting to quickly change into her Hero costume in the bathroom. Then, all of a sudden it was like Yuri vanished! She moved so fast that the camera's would only pick up a passing blur. She ran back out of the cafe, and ran, ran and ran some more towards the warehouses location.
When she first arrived, there was no one immediately visible. The only thing that caught her attention was the heavy smell of smoke... She did spot a few security camera's, and made sure to move fast enough that they either couldn't get a good fix on her, or she was hidden well enough to keep her arrival a secret.
Then he appeared, and within the blink of an eye Lightning Strike appeared next to the man, leaning on his shoulder with her own, smirking from behind her mask.
"Yoooo. I'm going to guess, you sent the e-vite?" She asked with a light chuckle to her tone, leaning off of him as she took a quick... very quick, look around.
"Nice. Hey, I'm Lightning Strike by the way! Anyone else showing up? Because I didn't sign up for a date you know."

Now, where would I hide a message… Tai thought, standing in a walkway just beneath a bridge. The wall in front of him was covered in graffiti and worn out posters, so much so that it was tough to find exactly what he was looking for. The shadowy route wasn’t traveled often, likely a necessary precaution and the sign of a person with particularly good judgement. Yet, if anyone cared enough to look – amidst the trash lining the wall was the information he was looking for.
He took a moment to look left and right; Tai felt like an idiot, hoping he wasn’t being set up or tricked. If his new partner, Heidi, was anything to go by… he might have been a little too high profile. Reaching forward and snatching the hidden paper from the wall, Tai was able to put the second piece of his puzzle together. It was his next and hopefully last destination.
It wasn’t every day that you receive a message coordinating a gathering, so who was Tai to refuse? It all started with a mysterious message from an equally enigmatic stranger; the stranger having only been an enigma due to Tai’s two-way confidentiality.
So, how was he getting there? He borrowed a car from his auto shop, that’s how.
The drive gave him time to think on how difficult it was for him not to stick out. Tai possessed a large frame, literally – a large pair of shining, metallic arms and a chassis on his chest. Like hell was he going to walk through the streets to a secret gathering while everyone gawked at him. Arriving near his destination, he looked around and pulled up his hood. It was quite a costume; a guy wearing a light gray sleeveless hoodie, black jeans, and brown boots. Classy.
Examining the building, A storage building? He was having second thoughts. Making his way inside, Tai caught sight of the cameras. His golden hues looked fearlessly into the lenses, a stern warning to whoever was waiting on the other end of the screens. Once inside, he caught sight of two people. They were both wearing some semblance of a costume.
“So, it’s that kind of party.” Tai calmly joked about what they wore, crossing his arms. His tone likely didn’t make it sound like a joke though. “Sorry,” he apologized “but I don’t really do… that.” The reasons might have been immediately obvious.
He glanced around, the place looked comfy. It reminded him of his garage a bit. "You don't mind, do you?" he addressed the two while pointing to a chair. He didn't bother waiting for an answer, he spun it around and made himself comfortable. "Oh yeah, I'm Hell Bomber." Fun and family friendly.

G had quite a day. Getting to know his new daughter, finally chatting with some Vigilantes on the chat and as per usual searching for a job. Although with jobs, he had 0 progress. He didnt want to send his curriculum anywhere. After all who'd employ an ex convict. The only way he could find a job is if he had some connections or if he managed to make a false identity and lie. It was quite the eventful day for G. And now that all that passed. It was night time and he had to go to Toma's hideout place. He figured everyone would be in their costume. So G dressed up in his own ' costume', Aumutn/Winter edition. Which just involved his usual Vigilante clothes but instead of a white t-shirt, it was a white long sleeved shirt.... Big change for G. At least that covers his tattoos. G eventually arrived to the hideout as if it was a casual thing to do, since he, aside of Toma, visited this place multiple times. Although when he arrived he was surprised to see the new faces actually came. And one of 'em was a chick. "Huh? Well.... hi there. Im that guy from the chat you see as 420GucciGang. But on the streets and everywhere else, you can call me G" he said He then closed the door and got all cozy himself while he waited to see if there was more company that would come

Kenshin was always a loner. That was not to say that he hated working with others, however. In fact, he appreciated the help when it came. The boy was just always used to doing things on his own. That included vigilantism. Recently, that has begun to change. On the vigilante chat that the boy was a part of, someone had made a rather intriguing suggestion. A vigilante team up. The idea humored Kenshin. A group of vigilantes kicking ass together did not sound like too bad of an idea to the boy. After giving it some thought, Kenshin decided to give this thing a chance. After all, it would be worth it if more people could be saved, more crimes stopped, and more villains put behind bars. Seeing as Kenshin did not have a vigilante outfit, or rather the armor his quirk provided was his vigilante outfit, the boy decided to deviate from his usual clothing of choice. He wore a hooded jacket and a yellow cap to disguise himself and his conspicuous hair. After telling his mom that he would be heading out for a while and assuring her that he would be fine, Kenshin headed out to find where the vigilante meeting would take place. Finding the directions to the meeting place was no easy task. They truly were well hidden. Luckily for the boy, he had been thorough enough to find said directions with little problem. After having memorized the directions, Kenshin began heading off. He was careful to be sure that he was not being followed. The last thing he wanted was unwanted guests. Kenshin was surprised to see that the directions took him to a storage building. Kenshin saw the cameras and smiled. At least they know basic security. Heading to the door, Kenshin made his way inside the storage building. The first thing he noticed were the people inside. Everyone there was a young adult. As a young teen, Kenshin stuck out like a sore thumb. Well this isn't awkward or anything, the boy thought. Doing his best not to make things more awkward, Kenshin greeted the other vigilantes. He smiled when he saw G. It was nice to see a familiar face. "Hey. Red Edge here."After greeting his fellow asskicking badasses, Kenshin leaned his back on a nearby wall and watched the others. He was curious to see how this meeting would go. | Word count: 401

feel the light shining in the dark of the night | Everyone showed up one at a time, some of them trying to avoid the camera, the others staring at them in stern defiance. He greeted them all when they came in and introduced himself as Sunhawk. Toma smiled behind his helmet at the motley crew assembled in front of him. Other than G he knew less than nothing about each and everyone one of them. As far as he knew they had all done what had done and kept their names out of the news. Since he was the one who gathered everyone together he figured he might as well pull off the band-aid and introduce himself.
“I’m glad you guys came, and a little surprised so many people showed.” As a common courtesy, he pulled the ashtray off the table and dumped it in the trash so the place didn’t reek. “I might as well start this off by explaining what I need your help doing.”
He sat back down at the table and clasped his hands with his elbows on the table. “Lately criminals have been getting away with a lot, and a lot of them are just openly walking the streets flaunting their power. Case and point Thunder’s public attack on that hospital.” Unfortunately, Toma had heard about the assault after it ended and never got the chance to show up and help people. “The people are dangerous, I don’t need to tell you all that, and the police aren’t equipped to handle them. Hell, I’m not even equipped to handle some of them and all the contract heroes are either too busy with that new school or off showboating to the public.”
“If the villains wise up they will realize that there isn’t much stopping them from taking over the whole damn city. I say we send a message. We need to let them know that they aren't untouchable because they have powers, and let the people know that there are people out there actively keeping the streets safe instead of only reacting to catastrophe. I say we take the fight to them, with the end goal of taking out the big boys like Thunder and that crazy quirk cult.” Toma didn't actually know the name of the villain pushing for Quirk Superiority but some of the goons he beatdown let him know there were bigger fish out there running things.
“Enough speeches from me. What do you guys think?”

Yuri Kobayashi Lightning Strike - Pop Star
The man she leaned on was completely unphazed by her and that caused Lightning to huff lightly as she pushed off of him, following him inside as other Vigilante members began to show up. She didn't actually recognize any of them which was quite surprising... she'd met a few fellow Vigilantes in her endeavors but none of these guys... at least she didn't immediately recognize anyone as a member of the Kobayashi clan either, so they were successful in meeting out of Thunder's eye... hopefully.
"So let's make sure we have everyone straight. Hell Bomber, G, Red Edge, Lightning Strike, and our host with no name." She said making sure everyone knee everyone, Toma now being the nameless one as he's left his name, or code name out of his affairs. That bothered her, as she preferred to know exactly who she was working with if she ever did... but the words that came out of his mouth really caught her attention. It seemed like she was going to have to be the one to get everyone up to speed...
"Right, so the reasons there's so much Villain and Criminal activity out is because of ThunderShock and the Kobayashi clan. They pretty much own three quarters of the city, so you can't even ride a bus without contributing to him. You want to start fixing Tokyo, you start with Thunder and his goons. They are a part of the Yakuza, and if you know anything about them, that means Thunder feels he already owns Tokyo. I don't know his exact goals, but I know a lot about the company he owns and his messed up psyche." She said as she pointed to her head, moving over to the sofa and letting herself fall back into it, propping her legs up onto one of the boxes being used as a side table.
"There's something you want to know about Thunder you ask me. I've been hunting him for years, trying to out him or outright kill him if I can~" She clarified, her nonchalant attitude probably irritating to many of the people gathered here.

A colorful group of people they indeed were. He didn't know the first two, but it was clear the helmet adorning man was the one who invited them. The cute costume adorning girl, Lightning Strike, knew quite a bit herself. Tai hated not being in the know, but they were kind enough to explain the situation to the group. Of course, another two had arrived beforehand and he had his own thoughts on each and every one of them.
Next to arrive was a man called G. While G didn't know it and likely didn't even remember Tai on the chat, he was the sole reason Tai completely stopped using the otherwise top secret vigilante chat room. Anyone that had the numbers '420' in any name whatsoever, was not only not to be trusted but a person he couldn't take seriously. Tai was fickle and irritable, he could admit that without issue. He could only hope that whatever was going on today would prove him wrong about the vigilante.
Afterwards, Red Edge arrived. He didn't know why he was called that, he didn't quite see anything red about him. But you know what he did see about him? He was a boy, not a man or a young man... but a boy. Probably the same age as his younger sister. He saw it in his size and heard it in his voice, Tai looked around the room and nobody seemed to be bothered by this. Did everyone know something he didn't? In his younger years, Tai was no saint - yet, he couldn't shake off that this was a kid.
Yet, it seemed like there wasn't much time to dwell on that. Serious time. A small group, no surprise there. Tai thought to himself, still wondering who their gracious host actually was. No sooner, did his host contradict his thoughts by saying this group was big. Damn.
He hadn't disagreed with anything said. Tai knew firsthand that there was an increase in criminal activity lately. He could see it, just like everyone else could. Lightning Strike was next to speak, Tai leaned into the chair he sat in to listen. Thunder Shock. The name alone was a pretty nasty one. Credit where credit was due. He remembered watching clips of the fight. Fortunately, they had a resident expert. Though, Tai didn't recall seeing her at said fight.
A brief silence struck after she spoke, so Tai took the opportunity to chime in.
"I want to take a moment to point out that he is a kid." Tai pointed directly to Red Edge. Naturally, he came off as a jerk even if that wasn't necessarily how he meant it. "Shouldn't you be in school or something? You know they have a school for literally this very thing now, right?" Tai questioned, his way of 'reaching out and touching someone.' Regardless of the response, he wanted to bring the conversation back to business.
"I'm assuming we're not gathering a squad to knock on his door" Tai joked, his golden hues examining the people within the room. If they were dealing with organizations, it wouldn't be so easy. Yet, the plan sounded like it wrote itself. "So, we're working together to attack on a small scale then. Attacking the distro's and muscle until we work our way back to the heart. To your friend, Thunder." Tai teased the young lady for the name Lightning.
He was hella' knowledgeable about criminal organization, but not because he had fought them for so long. He was a former criminal, albeit small time. He even knew their terminology. Distro being the street shorthand for distributors, if that was Thunder's thing. Not that he owed anyone an explanation about his past.

As soon as G heard the words "Red Edge" he turned to look at the boy and waved to him and greeted him "Hey Lil'dude! Good to see ya!" G was familiar with at least half of the people here Toma aka Sunhawk and Kenshin aka Red Edge. It was funny how he was privy to their real names and Vigi names, while both only knew him as G.
When Kenshin arrived, Toma spoke up, it was the classic spiel, Villains on the rise, we gotta do somethin. And of course the topic was ThunderShock.
LightningStrike spoke up, her voice sounded so familiar to G. He decided to call her out on that later and hear her out as she spoke about Thunder. After she finished Hell Bomber spoke up and said the most stupid thing ever. Picking on poor Kenshin. G just casually replied "Yea? So what if he's a kid? I saw him in action, he's good" G spoke as if having a kid Vigilante was normal, he treated Kenshin as his equal peer and did not treat him differently cuz he's a kid. Then he spoke in regards to Lightnings issue "You're right Lightning. Allow me to introduce you to our host. Everyone this is Sunhawk. Sunhawk this is everyone" G introduced Toma to the group and the group to Toma. Since he kind of forgot to do that.
G then tackled the Thunder issue "So Lightning, you know Thunder too? How do you know him? I guess I should tell ya what I know about him. Around 4 to 5 months ago when I wanted to register to the Vigilante chat, something happened. Im not sure what the process or techno babble was. I think a hacker hijacked my computer and registered me to another chat. A secret chat. One where ThunderShock was there. I was somehow caught in a chat with a bunch of Villains. Saw the guy in action. He and the Admin Big Sister had this... feud per say. Thunder, also known as Thundercock used his Quirk and gave Big Sister burns and fried her computer. The guy thinks he's some head honcho shit. I wanted to take him down when he fought Darkshine. But the place was crawling with cops that I couldnt get there. Not to mention, other criminals were using the live broadcast to distract the public. I was busy protecting the streets to even assist. Not that it'd matter though. My Quirk is bad against Thunder. But... my time in that chat was not wasted. I know someone who we can capture and make them work for us"
G as an ex Villain had this massive advantage over other Vigilantes. He had connections. Meiko aka Lady Lavande aka LavenderSkull. She had the villain chat. She can contact Thunder. G figured, he could let the Vigilantes capture his crazy ex. So they can get a step closer to Thunder

Besides G, Kenshin did not know anyone here. He figured that if he were to lend his strength to the people here, then he should at least try to get to know everyone better. Fortunately, one of the vigilantes helped with that by introducing most of the vigilantes. Besides himself and G, the woman was Lightning Strike, and then there was Hell Bomber. That left only one vigilante whose alias Kenshin did not know. Later, G would identify him as Sunhawk. The nameless (for now) vigilante began to discuss the villain problem. Specifically, how villains have been getting away with doing shit and heroes either not being able to stop them, or are too busy to do so. The vigilante proposed that everyone here fight back, ultimately going after the big fish like ThunderShock. Kenshin liked the sound of this. Kick the cocky villain's asses and show those scumbags that the city and its citizens were not their playthings and that they could not get away with doing as they pleased. After Kenshin listened to Lightning Strike speak, he became annoyed when Hell Bomber spoke. Of course someone was going to bring up the fact that he was younger than the rest of the group. And of freaking course UA was brought up. As if Kenshin was not reminded enough of his failure into getting into the hero school. It took all of the restraint Kenshin had not to tell Hell Bomber to shut it. The last thing he needed was to make an outburst and prove the man's point. Kenshin sighed and ignored Hell Bomber's comment. The teen was just going to have to prove that he did belong here, that he was just as mature as everyone else in the room, and that he was just as determined to put a stop to the rise of crime. Kenshin did smile a bit when G spoke. If Hell Bomber was not going to take the teen seriously, then perhaps he would take G's words seriously instead. Kenshin said nothing about this out loud, but if G saw the boy's face at that moment, he would have seen the boy smile for a half second, a sign of gratitude. As G spoke, Kenshin was impressed. He had actually gotten into a villain chat. He even had someone inside he could use for information. This was awesome! After he was done speaking, Kenshin decided to share his own thoughts on the matter. "I like the idea. We use the person G knows for information. We then use that information to form a plan. With a good plan in hand, we can take care of the villains without going in completely blind."Kenshin then brought up a point that had so far not been brought up yet. "Of course, we need to be careful not to mess anything up. If the villains discover what we're trying to do, they might get desperate enough to begin hurting civilians or even taking hostages. It doesn't matter if it's the small fry, the big fish like Thunder, or everything in between. We can't let anyone else get hurt by these scum. We can't forget that no matter what, we have to keep the people's safety above all else. At least, that's what I believe."Having said his piece, Kenshin once again fell silent and listened to what everyone else had to say. @aster | Word count: 567

feel the light shining in the dark of the night | Sunhawk listened as everyone chimed in. Lightning Strike pointed out that he hadn’t even introduces himself. He mentally facepalmed but waited to let everyone speak before he apologized. Thankfully Lightning took some charge and explained why the criminals were acting more freely. She seemed to know alot about Thunder. Obscured behind his mirrored visor he eyed the girl. He could only speculate but she seemed familiar.
His attention was quickly diverted by Hell Bomber. He voiced concern about the younger member of the group, Red Edge, and made speculations on what the plan was. Sunhawk hope he wouldn't clash with the rest of the group. He seemed very self assured, something that was both a good quality and troublesome. He would have to speak with him privately at some point.
Go spoke up in defense of Red Edge and thankfully spoke up to actually introduce Toma. If he hadn’t had his helmet on everyone would have definitely notice his embarrassment. ‘And G says I’m the brains of the group..’ He remarked on his own forgetfulness.
Red Edge spoke up as well and brought up a valid point: they needed to be careful that the enemy didn’t discover what they were doing. That meant that they needed to make sure their plans were compartmentalized and kept between the few of them that actually showed.
“Thanks G.” He stood up from the table and worked things over in his head. “I’m sorry I didn’t introduce myself. To be honest I am a little distracted. I have a personal investment in this situation. “ He sighed. If he wanted these people to trust him he would have to do something to earn it. ‘Lets hope i've never delivered to any of them.’ He thought to himself.
“Several months ago I was held captive and tortured by someone working for Thunder. I broke free and defended myself, but the bastard that tortured me escaped.” He reached up and nervously touched his neck, the twisted bite scar a constant reminder of his weakness at the time. Keeping the same movement he unlatched his helmet as he walked over to the fridge. Pulling his helmet off he reached into the mini-fridge and pulled out a beer. TUrning around, now unmasked he slammed back half of the beer for courage.
“That bastard happens to be my brother. He’s a drug pusher and a skilled manipulator. While he doesn’t have a quirk he is still dangerous.” Without his helmet on he felt naked, but he wanted them to trust him and his costume design did not exactly make him look like the most trustworthy guy, “His name is Itsuki and he works for Thunder. I have the theory that he manipulates quirkers into believing that Thunder is the answer to all of their problems. All the drugs you want, freedom to use your powers to take what you want.” He slammed back the last of his beer, letting out a satisfying sigh. “Itsuki isn’t the only one though. There are other people playing tent pole for Thunders Tyranny. Taking them down should make a statement.”

Yuri Kobayashi Lightning Strike - Pop Star
"If we start knocking out his muscle, we're going to be hurting innocent people. There are other villains that work for him, but a lot of them were manipulated into it. Some don't want too, and I don't doubt there are more than one Hero under his thumb. There's also the fact that he deals heavily in drugs, he's got just about every criminal organization under his thumb somehow. So when we strike, we need to be careful of where. He'll find out, and he'll start targeting us outside our costumes as soon as he finds us out." Not that she was difficult for him to identify... as far as she knew she was the only other speedster in Japan with the ability to manipulate lightning as well. They had been at odds for years now, so he knew her Vigilante name as well as her real one well... She let a sigh escape her lips as she looked from G back to Sunhawk and gave him a light nod, smiling behind her mask when he took off his helmet, revealing his face to them. That was a risky move... though no doubt intended to get them to trust him. If they were going to work together on this... maybe it was only fair that they know who they really were, in case the worst should happen...
She fiddled with the thought of removing her mask whenever G spoke to her directly, asking her how she knew Thundershock so well, and explaining his experience in the chatroom. She gave a light laugh by the end of his explanation though and shook her head.
"Thunder didn't fry her computer. His quirk can't travel like that. He had someone else do it, and if I had to guess, it was probably that girl of yours. The one you said you went and adopted. I hope you've had a chat with her already, because she would be one of those innocents in it against her will I mentioned." Lightning mentioned, looking at him with caution in her eyes. No doubt this would worry the Vigilante about the girls safety, but if he hadn't spoken to her yet, Lightning might have to ruin the girls cover to make sure she stayed out of harms way.
"As for you little dude, you've got the right idea, but if we're going against Thunder, you need t be ready to cross that moral line. I don't want civilians hurt, but Thunder? If the opportunity presents itself you need to kill him. Sticking him in jail again won't work, he'll just keep getting out and we'll never have an end to this... As for you Sunhawk... unfortunately your encounter with Thunder is all too familiar. You wouldn't be the first person who's had to suffer like that at his hands, or at that of his goons... and I know you're all wondering how I know so much... well, since Sunhawk was so willing to show his face I guess, I probably should too." With that, she reached up to her mask and pulled it back, revealing her long golden locks that had been tied back into a ponytail. To anyone who was into J-pop and watched TV at all, it would be easy to identify the girl as the pop star Yuri. She looked at everyone in turn before standing up from the couch, sucking in a deep breath before politely and almost guiltily bowing before them all.
"My name is Yuri Kobayashi, and I would be the third Daughter of Takumi Kobayashi, a.k.a ThunderShock. Before anyone gets any ideas, I am not a villain, and I want nothing to do with the old man beyond stopping everything that he is doing. G, your girl could technically be considered my youngest sister. Years ago she was adopted by my father, though he had no intention of treating her as 'one of the family'." She explained, never moving from her bowed spot which put her in quite the vulnerable position if anyone chose to rise up against her.

The moment Tai heard what G had to say, his eyes rolled. Naturally, the person who jumped to Red's defense was the other person he had already labeled a 'grown' child. "Disappointing," he added; golden eyes turning to face the youngest of the group. "That was a little test. And if you can't even defend yourself in a conversation, how can I trust you to watch my back when the chips are down?"
He could push his point further, but he'd rather not have. It was bad enough he wasn't too crazy about the group; he didn't want to have to get booted before he could get as much information as he could. "But I guess I'll see just how good he really is," Tai finished, this time addressing G. Tai was ready to throw his own life away for his cause, he could only hope the boy could do the same.
He stood silent for some time, listening to the preachy group. Talking about working with criminals and protecting people at all costs, etc. He didn't like the idea of working with a villain, sure they had no allegiance to their target - but they didn't have allegiance to this little group either. They were banking on someone that usually does the wrong thing to suddenly do the right thing. The only things he was happy about during that exchange was that he learned Sunhawk's alias and that they would place the importance of people above all else, but the latter was a given and didn't say anything he didn't already know.
Finally, he thought at Sunhawk's face revelation. Tai listened to his story and everybody had a sob story, but at least part of this one came from being out in the field. Ugh, criminal relatives. Tai thought, knowing firsthand the damage a criminal relative can cause. It was likely a sensitive topic and he tried not to address it, but how could he know this? The guy had to grab a beer to talk about it, that's how.
While Lightning spoke, Tai had an epiphany. He knew exactly what he didn't like about this group. Everyone was just way too positive and optimistic. They wanted to save the day and take down Thunder's organization, but wanted to make sure nobody was hurt in the process. Innocent people? Sure. But criminals? Not so much.
"I understand what you're all saying, but people are going to get hurt no matter what. When they start coming for us, and he will send people for us," he emphasized "we won't have the opportunity to figure out who wants to work for him and who doesn't. Whatever happens when he catches on will be the same regardless of who's sent. The little guys all work with and report to the same circle. We can rip off the bandage or do a slow peel, but it hurts all the same."
In truth, Tai didn't see this miraculous way to pierce the heart without having to go through the meat of the organization. Thunder would probably find out one way or another. They were talking as if they were going to casually walk up to his door. Sure, they all took it seriously; however, this plan sounded too abstract. That was how people got hurt.
But apparently, this was the big reveal portion of the meeting and Lightning Strike had the biggest one yet. "She just topped your reveal," Tai addressed Sunhawk while pointing to the young lady. "So Lightning, I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that there's some reason you can't walk up behind Thunder and stab him in the back. Because that would make my life a helluva a lot easier," Tai stated, now curious if he was the only person in the room not related to somebody involved in this organization.

After G spoke his piece, he saw Hell Bomber roll his eyes. And G immediatelly thought to himself "Fucker", thats right G did not like this guy at all. And then spoke how he 'tested' Kenshin. Yeah, right. Thats what they all say when they throw jabs at people 'It's a prank, bro' and 'I was just testing you'. Fucking degenerate male. G was quiet when Kenshin spoke, respecting the boy and allowing him to say his piece. G nodded when he brought up some points like, making sure the civillians arent hurt. The last thing they need is the law to accuse THEM of villainy. Then Toma thanked G, to which he just casually said "No prob" and allowed Toma to speak further. He spoke about himself and how this is also personal to him. He even pulled off his helmet and went to get beer. G heard how Toma has an evil brother, quirkless, that explains a lot. And then Lightning spoke and she started dropping some truth bombs. If they start beating up the goons, they might hurt innocent people. Hm, G really hadnt thought about that, nor did he comment on that, since there was a chance that he already beat up some of those thugs or suspicious people. He didnt really look if they were innocent or not, as long as he caught them doing crime. They would get beat. But then Lightning adressed G directly. He didnt fry Susu's computer, someone else did it. A goon. His lil' girl. Haruuhi. He just looked at Lightning as she spoke in horror. He did not speak nor comment nor did he try to deny or defend Haru since there was still plenty of things he didnt know about her. He didnt want to push her about all this stuff after just 1 outing. He needed to gain her trust and be careful. G thought she was just a naughty and rebellious hacker. But the fact that he has Thunders goon under his roof, probably fucking shit up and peoples lives WHILE UNDER HIS ROOF, that was where G draws the line "Susu, I found the person who gave you burns. I hope you're happy in Siberia" he thought to himself and glances at his pocket where his phone is. Lighting then spoke to Kenshin and gave him good advice. G agreed with that and spoke about that "True, jail cant keep this fucker. We gotta kill him, because right now at this very moment, things just became personal. And if anyone hesitates killing this guy, then let me have the killing blow. I have no qualms about this, fuck it, it'll even be therapeutic"And then it happened. She took of her mask. It was that friggin pop star singer that Kasey showed him and wanted to employ. She was a Vigilante?!... no... SHE IS THUNDERS DAUGHTER!?!??! "Dammit Kasey, dont marry her! I dont need Thunder in my family tree!!!" he thinks to himself Then hearing Yuri say that Thunder adopted Haru but had no intention of treating her as family, oooo, he's dead. Actually, he needed to call Haru as soon as this meeting ended. What if she rats him out to Thunder?! He is the number 1 Vigilante and even made a humble brag about it. Haru knows what he is. "Would she really rat me out? I did treat her well. At least I hope it was good enough for her" he thinks and then sighs "Dammit Miku, why do you attract Villains?.... I guess that'd be my fault..... I still dont trust that Akio fella, for all I know he's Thunder's right hand"
Hell Fucker soon spoke up and said that people were gonna get hurt no matter what. Well of course, no one said that they wouldnt get hurt. They were just throwing out information and ideas, no plan was finalized. They needed to know what cards they have on the table before using them. What does this candy ass they are? Noobs?
He then said that Yuri topped Toma's reveal. G rolled his eyes this time "No shit Sherlock" he quietly muttered
After Hell Fucker asked how come she cant just back stab him, G crossed his arms and spoke "Well maybe they had arguments and shit. Differences and crap. I think it might be obvious that Thunder knows what she is." He knew very well whats it like to hate your own father with a burning passion and wanting to kill him. He can imagine that the 2 already had fights and battles before Yuri ran away from home. Well... thats what happened to G with his dad. Going from his experience, he thought the same happened

Jeez, what in the hell was Hell Bomber's problem? Kenshin sighed. Apparently, the boy was being tested by him for some reason, and the guy was disappointed that Kenshin had not bothered to defend himself. The boy found that ridiculous. Why would he need to worry about defending himself from anything or anyone here? Wasn't everyone here on the same side? Was that not the point of the vigilantes meeting here, to try to work together? Kenshin decided to not respond and just let this go. He may be the youngest person here, but he was determined to prove that he was not the least mature of the group. If Hell Bomber wanted to continue this pointless discussion, then he could go right ahead. However, there were more important matters that Kenshin was concerned about right now, and he had more than enough time to prove himself to Hell Bomber and the others later. Thankfully, it seemed as though Hell Bomber was moving on from this and going back to discussing things that were actually relevant to the meeting. Kenshin put the matter aside and listened to everyone else talk. As Sunhawk spoke, he took his helmet off and showed everyone his face. Kenshin could see where Sunhawk was going with this. By showing his face, he was showing that he had nothing to hide and that the others had nothing to fear from being able to trust him. Lightning Strike and Hell Bomber then brought up good points. As much as Kenshin did not like the idea of innocents getting hurt, the sad fact of the matter was that people would get hurt. Unfortunately, there was nothing he or anyone can do to change that. Still, Kenshin was determined to keep the number of innocents hurt to a minimum. Then, Lightning Strike addressed the boy and explained that he needed to be ready to do what needed to be done regarding Thunder. Kenshin did not like this. As much as the boy loved to fight, he did not want to kill. Ever. Just like his mother before him, Kenshin loathed and despised the idea of taking someone's life, no matter how shitty of a person they were. Sadly, he was taught that at times, he would need to do whatever was necessary to stop evil, even if it meant going against everything he believed in. After all, the safety of the people must always come first, no matter what. "Don't worry, Lightning. As much as I hate the idea of killing, I despise the thought of letting scumbags like Thunder get away with hurting others even more. I'm more than prepared to do what I must." Despite being serious about these words, Kenshin still secretly hoped that it would not ultimately come down to that. Hopefully, someone else would be there to take Thunder's life so the boy would not have to. Of course, whether he would even be able to put someone like Thunder in that position to begin with was an entirely different debate. Lightning Strike then followed Sunhawk's lead and revealed her own identity. Now this was a shock. Kenshin himself was not into J-pop or anything of that sort, but his brother Sai was a huge fan of Yuri and would constantly talk about how awesome she was. If he could see this, then Sai would undoubtedly be even more impressed with Yuri. Just like Sunhawk, it seemed as though Yuri was related to a criminal. Kenshin could only imagine how that must be like. Sure his own father used to be a criminal, but that was a long time ago, and he had reformed long since then. Seeing as Kenshin did not have anything to share at the moment, the boy remained silent. For now, he would only speak up if he had anything relevant to bring up, or if someone addressed him with something important. @aster | Word count: 652
