Risaka was always a loner at heart, maybe a bit more enforcing than other introverts but it was clear as day she always wanted to be alone, unless she had someone really close, heck, maybe not even biological parents could make the cut into her list of tolerable people. Kanna was on the edge of it, but ultimately Risaka knew they could not go anywhere with mere chit chat, even if she wanted to be friends, in other words, a miracle... at least from her perspective. This kind of mindset is what made Risaka always a hostile towards those who desired to know her more, because what other reason would they have other than mere cultural mannerism? Risaka only wanted true people around her, and so she would always embrace that high standard. So why did Kanna always get so near sometimes? Everytime couldn't be a complete coincidence now could it? Risaka will admit though that she has spoken to Kanna more than she expected herself to do, maybe when in dire times she lowers her standards. Even now with Kanna sitting down next to Risaka she didn't hesitate to nod in agreement to Kanna's snarky yet true words. ''Typically the kind that enjoys giving work that seems to be rewarding but in reality just the opposite... such a prick.''
She tuckled with the rifle for a bit, and she had a faint idea on how guns worked in general, she knew that the top part was the thing that had to go off. But wait, that was only for AKs, this was a whole different model. She blinked extremely confused by the rifle's construction, and by the looks of it the rest of the girls had trouble themselves. Some just stared at it, some lifted it up to look under it, as if the other side had something special, and then a very few stared right inside the barrel hole, but Risaka knew there was no risk due to there being no magasin inserted. ''Such a large amount of airheads...'' Judging with her peeking eye Risaka eventually got a good feel to the filthed rifle. She could deattach the front which lead to another piece from the inside pullable. She didn't think this was the correct order nor proper handling. But she couldn't care less and slowly but surely disambled the rifle.
''NO THATS WRONG! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!''
The loud yell had her left ear a low ringing tone, she held it and looked to the left side of the table where a girl was completely messing up the rifle with her clumsy hands, the Colonel staring right down at her with the most grim like expression. ''UWAH! I-I don't know! L-like this?'' And then she snaps a very small part from the inside, which really triggers the Colonel. ''NOOOOOO, you're breaking it dammit!'' Risaka gave a low snort, maybe it was finally time the Colonel to switch prey? Not that it would stop Risaka from getting her sweet revenge, but some breathing room was appreciated. At this point though her entire rifle was impressible disambled on the table. She had her arms crossed and inspected the overall layout. Luckily for her the rifle wasn't colourful in anyway, so she didn't have have her quirk making it hard. But now it was the annoying part, cleaning small parts with a mere cloth pieces and some soap. Likely the soap was a brand of fat remover, because there sure was alot of fatted marks. With a small urking gulp she felt sick from the thought of the rifle's history, just how many sweaty men held this thing? With a deep sigh she began to work with the smaller parts first, rubbing the soap on the cloth and firmly rubbing the pieces. Usually she'd despise the current situation, but comparing from yesterday she rather just get this done over with instead of thinking how much she hated it. ''Looks like you know what you're doing, maybe the asshat won't bother us today..''
She kept rubbing and polishing the many small pieces until she got to the slightly bigger ones. Thsi process gave Risaka a good idea of how complex firearms could be, with such raw force coming from it's center it's almsot amazing how none of the small parts get broken inside. She accidentally stabs her finger tip by one of the sharp sliders, making her drop both the cloth and the piece on the table with a low grumbling noise. ''Fucking fuck dammit... he could've at least given us some form of gloves...'' Flicking her finger a bit to let the pain quickly wear off, but from the tip a small drop of blood run down her finger, it had an oddly nice smooth gray shade. ''Gotta find something to wipe this damn blood away, maybe... here.'' Thinking to herself she eventually leaned down to the side to wipe it against her hip, the gray shades made it hard to notice the blood was there at all, one of the very few minor upsides with her grayscale effect.

Truly, Kanna herself seldom got close to people but even among the two of them Risaka might very well be the most asocial. Kanna's bluntness sometimes allowed her to make some manner of friendships, even if she hesitated to call her such. Among the many who disliked her bitchiness, some appreciated her frankness. The blonde in turn appreciated that attribute in people, and had thick enough skin not to feel insulted. Defenitely helped her getting along with Risaka, and though she wouldn't go as far as say she trusted her, she felt like she understood the gray girl just enough to make her presence... Not unpleasant. She'd defenitely never go after or reach out to her when she needed her alone time, just like she'd never allow her to intrude on her own. This minimal, yet mutual understanding they had now worked well enough, and indeed Kanna appreciated it somewhat. Risaka was one of the few people in Yuuei she could say that about, and perhaps more so than most. "Oh I don't expect any work I do here to feel rewarding...", retorted the blonde, all but making quotation marks with her tone if not her fingers, which were busy with a far more pressing subject. Dismantle the gun so she could clean out every part. She'd never done it before nor had any real instruction on how to do it, which meant she had to figure everything out from scratch. When stuck and forced to look at the other girls, half those times she wound up looking at Risaka... Even though she quickly figured out the girl was even more lost than her and wouldn't be much help, for some reason she kept looking at her regardless, as if on some level she felt a measure of curiosity as to how she was doing, for whatever reason. So when the guy finally snapped and shouted his lungs out again, Kanna for once knew this had nothing to do with them. Risaka still hadn't done anything she shouldn't, and Kanna had enough intelligence not to completely obliterate her weapon. Thus, she looked at the only other said, and once more saw the Colonel showering another girl in spittle, leaving her deaf as he accused her of destroying the weapon: "Ugh, what a douche...", vented Kanna once more, shaking her head and turning to her weapon, continuing the sensitive task of dismantling, and finally, cleaning out every last piece. Honestly, she didn't care so much so long as he didn't constantly target the same student. Sure, it wouldn't make her like him, it wouldn't even make her hate him any less. But if anything, it didn't make the blonde hate him more. Somewhat indifferent to the whole issue, she kept doing her thing, easily figuring out which parts made sense to dismantle and which ones didn't, "That's about it..." Resting her hand on the table and leaning in slightly, Kanna examined the dismantled remains of her assault rifle. After spending so much time feeling it out and compiling information from what she saw the other girls do, now it was their turn to look at her. Kanna cared little for how many people had used it, they could have stuffed it in mud for all she cared. Considering what the idiot had them doing yesterday, this felt like a walk in the park, a chance to let her muscles slowly recover, and hopefully get her full strength back before he demanded anything unreasonable: "It's not really hard if you think about what makes sense... Some pieces obviously don't need to come off... The ones where bullets go through are obviously the most important.", she'd explain, slowly wiping off the dirt and particles wherever she found them. Once she had a feel for what pieces needed to move for the gun to fire, she'd often just glide a finger there and find them oily, and thus identifying what place she was supposed to ensure they remained as such. Indeed, firearms were pieces of pure genious, developed over the course of centuries out of mankind's desire to kill and dominate one another. If that alone didn't prove the predatorial nature of people, really, then Kanna struggled with knowing what else could. Most technological advances came about not to better the lives of your kin, but by harming those of your enemies. In this brilliant tool to reap lives, Kanna saw a reflection of her beliefs, with an understanding look on her face: "Careful with that...", was all Kanna could say, shooting a sideways glance verify what happened. True to her penchant for gadgets and machinery, she remained immersed in the dismantled weapon before her, until she'd mostly polished and cleaned up every last piece she could, "Whelp... Guess that's it." Once more, Kanna was merely speaking to herself... "Then why the hell are you staring at it?! PUT IT BACK TOGETHER!!!", roared the Colonel, having looked over her work and found nothing to whine about. As such, all he could do was bitch about her not immediately moving on to the next step. Even though she was pretty sure he'd have bitched about something else, she still found a measure of satisfaction in his inability to complain about her work... She didn't even reply beyond the usually emotionless, automatic 'sir, yes sir' to make him shut up and focus on her work. Sighting, she started studying the pieces once more, mostly remembering the order in which she took it apart, relying on that photographic memory to perfectly reverse the process.

''I know what I'm doing, just didn't expect a damn knife being hidden in this rifle...'' She growled annoyed, not at Kanna or the gun, but her obvious slip up. The small had dried up, but now Risaka was twice as careful with the remaining parts, cleaning this machinery was a tougher nut than she expected. She didn't want any blood marks touch the newlypolished pieces when she was finally done. Assembling it should be a piece of cake, granted she did put them into an order so that she only had to connect one part after another that was neatly queued up. She didn't have a photographic memory and would surely not ever get close to Kanna's level, especially when it came down to their Quirk benefits. To avoid her cut finger to smudge any marks she simply only used her little finger and thumb to hold the pieces on her right hand. She had to be delicate anyway so she didn't lose any time or effort with the reassembling.
''Okay, that should do it...'' She admired the result a bit, it was almost another gun once polished in every creek and corner. Risaka had her arms crossed and nodded to herself before peeking up to Kanna who was doing exceptionally well. In this case the blondie would outdo Risaka in this task. Risaka was happy that Kanna did not see the things they did as a race nor a competition, if she did then the gray girl would show some serious knuckles. People who sees anything unoffical as a contest were met with Risaka's fist close to their jaw, she hated winner hungry bastards, and who would've thought that 90% of them were loudmouths. It was another important thing she could appreciate from Kanna. Hearing the sudden shout got Risaka almost thinking she did something worthy of his attention for a split second, but alas it was aimed to Kanna who was just, staring? Risaka gritted her teeth, she could feel her chance of getting revenge getting closer and closer for every hour passing by.
Huh, seems like rest of the girls this time around were almost completely unable to reach the finish line, a couple even just started the reassembling. She couldn't blame them, they didnt have the same tactic nor used one for that matter. They piled the pieces treating it as if it was a Leto set. Maybe for once Risaka could be the one having the good end of the task, but boy was she wrong... the Colonel appeared behind her with exhaling nose and clenched fists. She casually stared up with a not so casual mean stare. ''....Uh, I'm done?'' He leaned past her and inspected the machinery in it's fine ploished quality. ''Hmph, you just did the basic, but since you and this blondie are just so good at kids play then maybe you two shall get to phase two already? Get up! Get up!'' ''Eugh... sir, yes sir....''
She had no choice, and when she for once did well with a task she was punished anyway, but she didn't know what was gonna happen so maybe it wouldn't be as bad. The Colonel lead them further down the hill where a flate area was presented, a shooting range in the middle of the endless forest. This got Risaka intriguied, she has never shot a gun before, but now that she thinks about it, she might not even be the one shooting, but the one getting shot at, a target! A damn prey! She looked worrisome around and clenched her hand at her polished rifle. ''...Uh yeah, sir, whats the targets?'' He turned his face towards her much smaller gray being. ''Heh, so you are this eager to know?'' Her forehead got a small sweatdrop running down, she kept quiet and simply just hoped for the best. ''Well this of course dammit!'' By the shooting range's standpoints was a big black bag which he opened with firm arms, showing a bunch of frisbees. ''And you better hit them when they are shot out into the air, if you don't you'll have to run out and pick it up and try again! 20 strikes required until the end of the day!'' She gave out an obvious relieved breather when knowing it wasn't HER being the target, althought that'd be extremely dangerous, but totally something he'd pull up. But of course, there was a catch, always one. Hitting twenty of those bright orange frisbees with a rifle she has never used before? What was this, a damn hunting training session? Nevertheless, she felt a great issue with this though, these rifles did not have any form of scopes, only a mere iron sight. This asshat was complete nuts! How would complete strangers to guns be able to handle it? The target wiuld be in the air and move at a fast speed! When she thought things could go easy for once it wouldn't, it was far too naive of her to think so.

Actually reassembling the rifle proved only a tad bit harder than she initially antecipated; even though she had the right order down and a pretty good idea of how all the pieces were supposed to fit together, she had still never actually done this before, and happened to be further ahead than any of the other girls. Thus, when she got stuck wondering where one piece would click back in place onto another. With her intelligence, she could still figure it out after fooling around a few times, recalling where the pieces stood before she took them apart and that way still finishing first at reassembling her rifle. Indeed, she had no interest in turning this into a competition, despite no shortage of competitive spirit. Despite that and her soreness when losing, she only truly delved in that side of herself while immersed in a fight, a game, or anything else someone might challenge her to... And the only one challenging her now was the guy barking out orders. Every so often she'd gaze at him like an opponent she'd defeat, simply by not losing, yielding not a single inch of ground until the time came when she'd completely affirm her victory: "Yeah, everything looks in place...", replied Kanna, grabbing the cleaned up gun and pressing the butt to her shoulder, peering through the iron sights. She wouldn't turn to Risaka or anywhere else for that matter, simply taking aim forwards to feel the weight of the gun. Indeed, she had a very specific person in her sights, but didn't actually need to point a gun at him to drive that point home. Indeed, this time they had taken the lead by a longshot... The Colonel could do little to actively screw them, much to his chagrin... They could easily tell his perpetually angry expression looked especially annoyed whenever he glared at the two of them, enough for Kanna's lips to widen ever so slightly into a triumphant smirk. Yes, her opponent here clearly wasn't Risaka, but the big bad military man. That smug look on her face only aggravated him further as she looked back, and Kanna didn't even regret it once the guy came back to them to scream his lungs out and order them to get over to phase two... Just fancy wording for actually firing the guns really: "Sir, yes sir...", despite the monochordic, deadpan tone of voice tinged with only a hint of sarcasm; that meager, but somewhat pleasant satisfaction lingered within Kanna's mind. She lowered her gun, noting how it trembled far too unsteadily, courtesy of her beat up muscles. A troubling prospect for someone who'd never fired a gun in her life and was about to learn from the worst possible teacher. This alone brought perhaps the only fault in her otherwise complete, unyielding confidence, yet did nothing to detract from her drive. Her eyes looked focused and ready as she shot the gray girl a glance, wondering what kind of mindset she took with her as they followed the taskmaster to the shooting range. Just like Risa, she too noticed the clear absense of viable targets, and frowned. No, she didn't consider they'd be getting shot at, and if that's what passed for training, she'd have most likely left right then and there.
Extreme training was one thing, but she'd never let herself get stepped on like a doormat just to prove a point. Instead, his command was outrageous enough to make Kanna sigh, but not feel any need to give up. A quick learner like her could get the hang of it over the course of the day, and if she got that far, getting two or twenty made little difference, "Well, no point standing here staring at it.", she stated, scratching behind her head and walking past the Colonel, over to the frisbees. Of course, they also had to load the launcher. Kanna knew how that prick's mind worked by now, and found it dreadfully simple, enough to predict he'd have them do all the heavy lifting... Though Kanna wondered how he'd react to being read like a book, enough to look at the Colonel out the corner of her eye as she antecipated his order. Whether Risaka joined her or not would be inconsequencial, but she'd cooperate with the girl to get the whole thing loaded faster: "Only the first few will be hard... Once you get the hang of it, you can do as many times as you need.", she thought out loud, musing to herself regardless of the gray girl's presence. If she happened to be around, she'd glance at her once again as they took care of that, before backing away when fully loaded. The single hit of a button made the launcher fire one of the frisbees, but as the blonde took aim and fired, she felt her aim grow progressively unsteady the longer she held up the rifle. Yes, it seemed like this part would be plenty difficult on its own, "Tch... Mendokusee..." The first shot was a mess, how could it not...? She tried to follow the target with her rifle, spending over five bullets merely chasing it around, unable to tell if she even came close. "Pathetic...", the Colonel shook his head, his tone sounding almost vindictive, "Not that I expected clumsy weaklings to ever fire a decent shot." The blonde grit her teeth, but took a deep breath, and relaxed... This was gonna be a long day, but she'd get through it and shove it in his face soon enough.

Risaka didn't move right away and kept observing the field silently, it was big and wide enough for a long distance sprint. She doubted any of the frisbees will go past such long distance, but the longer it was the longer walk they would have to do for every missed frisbee. Kanna took the initiative by preparing the first shot. With only Kanna and her doing this it was easy to prepare each shot without much delay, Risaka however stood by and only took notes of Kanna's first attempt. The machine only shot on at the time, so if they didn't do this quick it could easily suck up alot of time once the other girls arrive. The frisbee flings out into the open air, soaring so fast and incredibly difficult to keep eyes on. With iron sights she expected only missed shots in the first hour or two. Kanna's 5 bullets followed the frisbee's dropping but it did not get hit a single time. This only gave Risaka an anxious feeling that this could very well take forever. ''By first few I think you meant first couple of hundred.'' Risaka ignored Colonel's mean words that was directed to Kanna's attempt, she actually expected a loud yell if anything, 5 bullets wasted certainly costs more than a mere orange frisbee.
''Let us at least do one each before going out there...'' Spoke Risaka to the Colonel in hopes for him to actually be this reasonable. Risaka gripped her rifle, the magasin was neatly locked into the hole and put it on a nearby table. ''I gotta hit it the moment it is not moving as, aka when it has reached the top, once it falls down it will only get faster...alright, I think I can do this.'' With some confidence regained Risaka took the opportunity to load up a frisbee into the launcher. Clicking on it ready she awaited for the orange disc to dash swiftly out into the air. With her rifle ready she made sure the butt of it was tightly planted against her shoulder, using with the best of her ability to aim with the iron sight. The frisbee launched out and she waited. One or two seconds went by before it reached it's mazimum height and there she shot a single bullet towards it.
The recoil caught her bit off guard, and obviously it was a total miss, but the falling speed havent accelarated yet so she took another shot. Another miss and then it crashed down on the soft ground. She gave a quick stomp to the ground to let out some frustration. She didn't have her hopes up too much, but man was she on point with the tracking, the bullets must probably have a much bigger drop rate then aimed more upwards. ''Tsk tsk, you two will waste too many bullets, I expect you have made progress when I come back, and DO NOT move from this spot!'' With sigh mized with a grunt she firmly stood there with the rifle close to her body. ''Sir, yes sir....'' He began to walk back up the grass field to the remaining girls, yet another moment to have a breather from his survelliance eyes. Risaka took this moment to meet her eyes with Kanna's stare to show a form of acknowledgement. ''If you have any idea to effectrively take these frisbees out then I'm all ears, I can't do anything with my Quirk at this moment.'' It wasn't often Risaka weren't able to use her quirk in some way or another, it was very versatile but lacked the utility aspect. Heck, Risaka did yet to know Kanna's quirk, it was something easily hidden or something about her being enhanced. ''What is your Quirk anyway? Don't believe you've told me before.''
While asking the questions the gray girl snapped the magasin out of the rifle to refill the two shots. Risaka prefered to have things completely ready before using, so even if she shot a bullet from a 50 capacity magasin she would reload in a heartbeat if she got the chance to. Not the most wise thing, but again who could really judge her? She didn't even use guns, and she would honestly never do so, she found them a burden and too reliable. After inserting back in two bullets she smacked the magasin right back into the rifle. ''Can't wait to crush him...''

Yes, the first shot had been miserable, but not that Kanna expected to get it right at the first time. Thus, she made it a point to ignore the Colonel and simply keep doing her thing, remaining confident of her quick learning abilities up until the end: "Not if you pay attention to every shot... Feel where you aim, at what point do you shoot. We'll learn and get closer with each one.", stated the blonde, calmly looking up the scope once more as if to drive her point home. She wouldn't shoot though, for now it was Risa's turn. The girl actually went as far as ask the Colonel for something that would be perfectly reasonable for anyone else, but actually might not for a guy like this. She lowered her gun to rest her arms, crossing them in front of her while casually eyeing the two out the corner of her eye. Actually surprised to see him listen to reason for once, her eyes widened ever so slightly, but she quickly lost interest in favor of watching Risa take her shot. She actually betrayed her frustration far more visibly than Kanna, who never really expected to land that first shot in any way other than blind luck. When prompted for her opinion though, she raised one hand to her chin, "We can't try to chase it while it's in the air... These frisbees all follow the same trajectory, at the same speed. If we try to keep out guns steady, we only need to intercept that path; once we intercept it once, we can do it however many times as we need to." She looked at Risaka after finishing her statement, an obvious conclusion that if the path of the frisbee never changed, the only variable left laid in their guns. Interception was the key to success. That might not help much out in the field against live enemies who moved unpredictably, but for this exericse, they needed no more: "We gotta shoot down 20 frisbees... He said nothing about how we do it.", she concluded, fully crossing her arms once more, saying nothing about Quirks as she indeed agreed they'd serve no purpose, "No need for anyone's quirk." That question on Risaka's part got her attention though, enough for Kanna to raise an eyebrow and consider her answer... Indeed, many people asked about her Quirk, and Kanna often declined to answer, more or less abrasively. At the same time, the gray girl whose Quirk stood out like a sore thumb, this girl hadn't the luxury of hiding it. If that weren't enough, she'd already showed how her Quirk had something to do with colors, making her stronger when colorful. In the end, she yielded to her curiosity with a sigh, her arms relaxing to either side as she raised one hand in front of her chest: "I can manipulate binary data on any digital device I tough...", explained Kanna, opening her dominant, tattooed left hand until a faint, scarcely visible spark emanated. This would hint to her abilities having an electrical nature, which was only part of the truth. She could connect to any medium of electromagnetic data transmission. After observing the spark flying off her hand, she turned to Risaka and gave her the simple version, "Simply put, I can talk to computers." Perhaps hearing this explanation would shed some light on Kanna's unusual nature, her detachment from her own emotions in return for enhanced memory and reasoning, effectively making her closer to a computer. Whether these traits developed as a compenent of her Quirk, or simply as a result, however... Even Kanna knew not the answer to that question, nor would she come close to anytime soon. And quite frankly, she didn't really care, not having a single issue with the way she was. She'd never change herself on anyone's account either. "So as you might guess, it won't help much with this either. Come on, lets go get our frisbees...", concluded the blonde, turning on her heel and heading out, towards where her frisbee had fallen. If only the launcher could hold more than one, they could just load a bunch of them in, fire them all, and then fetch it. But noo... that would actually be smart, and she no longer expected anything reasonable from the Colonel.

This task would surely smoothen out once they figure out a proper way to track down the soaring discs. Of course it was only an if and Risaka really couldn't trust in if's all over a plan, she wanted something concrete, a method of skill to by any chance shoot down such small long distanced objects. Granted, these were not unpredictable targets, but it would for sure help Risaka if the targets didn't get so fast. And it wasn't like today was a complete silent day either, breezes of wind came through once in a while in which distrupting the movement of the frisbees. But Risaka understood from what Kanna tried to get at, those frisbees weren't live creatures, only mere items obeying to the laws of physics like a complete pet. One and two more frisbees got launched, Risaka takes aim and fires a bit more than last time, but alas it did not touch the soaring annoyances. ''Tsk..'' Responded the gray girl before snapping in a new magasin.
''Not much we can do about it though, I thought most people introduced to fire-arm training began with the basics on a much smaller shooting range, at non-moving targets awell...'' It was truly frustrating to think they were expected to reach the goal, 20 frisbees each... the Colonel was at least smart enough to have enough bullet boxes prepared, but by the looks of it he wanted them to fail. Picking up all the frisbees launched from the machine was neatly spread in a small area at the end of the shooting range. Both Kanna and her missed their respective amount of frisbees, to make things more effective they did one after eachother. Not that it mattered if they hit none of them, it was already their third visit out on the shooting range to collect the fortunate frisbees. Risaka took down a mental note regarding Kanna's quirk, certainly interesting, but alas not very useful out here in the wilderness, this automatically put Kanna in a much worse spot Risaka could ever be, whenever Risaka was in a tight spot she always trusted her quirk's benefits to clutch through the obstacles.
One they returned Risaka nodded to Kanna's take on the situation. ''No you're right, chasing them only waste precious air time and not reliable enough, prediction huh? Guess this is afterall a gun pointed into a dark corner... we can take down a decent amount quicker if we take advantage of that aspect, yes.'' A flicker of an idea popped in her head as she prepared one more frisbee into the launcher. ''If we are trying to hit a small target it would be alot more easier if we had bigger bullets, of course we can't change bullets, but we can increase the amount.'' It seemed like a plan that didn't exactly support a good path of learning, if spray and pray what it was to take to get these discs down she was more than willing to. ''Let's see if... ten bullets, in a firm pace shooting towards the frisbee's drop will land a hit.'' When shooting at a target in the dark you can't rely on precision, the Colonel want a quanity result, and that required a quantity solution.
The frisbee launches out, she takes a tight aim and dropped her sight lower and awaited for the proper timing. And in a swift moment she fired her rifle in a controlled pace, her focus not only at timing and aim, but also poise from the rifle's recoil. Many of the bullets misses the frisbee, but around the one in the middle of all ten struck the frisbee down into pieces. Risaka was quite frankly surprised she got it, and it was half luck if anything, but she gave Kanna an reassuring look while snapping off and on a new magasin. ''One down, 19 more to go...'' Risaka didn't care if she shot too many bullets at one frisbee, the Colonel had layed out so many afterall, so why shouldn't they use most of it? His fault to not instruct them regarding that, but he will likely ignore that fact and lash out on her regardless the consequences.
''I guess this'll be my way of doing it, the rest might be coming down to us soon, and last thing I want is the damn Colonel yelling at me for wasting bullets.'' As the small time went on both the girls went their own way to shoot down the frisbees in an effective pace, Risaka of course taking her method serious, and soon enough she would be more precise with the small bursts of bullets hitting the target, and a few times she could see the frisbee in the air got hit more than once. In a mere 30 minutes she had gotten down to 19 hit targets, but alot of missed ones was out in the field which required for a fourth visit.

"Think about it this way... If anybody can reach that goal, then the two of us most certainly can pull that off too.", asserted Kanna, narrowing her eyes and meeting the gray girl's frustrated look, "And if his demands are so ridiculous nobody can complete them, then...", she shrugged, "That just makes him an idiot. Nothing that ain't news as far as I'm concerned." It seemed Kanna actually coped well with these outrageous demands, at least better than she did in the day before. She defenitely appreciated the opportunity to let her body rest and recover, but even then that resolve of hers spoke volumes. No matter how extreme the request, or how much the Colonel may expect to break them by making them admit defeat... Kanna most certainly wouldn't, she'd devote each and every single fiber of muscle, every single brain cell to cracking this problem, figuring out how to shoot down a moving target without having ever learned to shoot. Yes, Risaka certainly needn't have mentioned Kanna's obvious handicap as far as Quirks were concerned... She knew that all too well, and if she hadn't, she most defenitely would have learned yesterday, after seeing all those girls overcome the final wall with their powers. With only her strength, wits and spirit to rely on though, Kanna nonetheless had all three of those pretty well covered: Better physical conditioning than most girls, certainly higher intelligence, and the will to do what needed to be done. But even with all this, she clearly struggled with making up for the lack of a helpful physical Quirk. The gray girl yielded to her logic pretty quickly, and Kanna nodded. Yes, they had no reason to chase around predictable objects, not they could simply intercept their path, after that though, Risaka offered a very interesting suggestion, enough for Kanna to raise an eyebrow for she herself had already thought about that... Why did she refrain from mentioning it: "Yeah, you're right on that...", she acknowledged with a nod, though not without raising a finger for an important consideration they ought keep in mind, "...Thought we can't waste more than five bullets per disc, since we dunno at what point the douche might decide to cut off our ammo supply." Kanna looked at the nearby ammo crate, filled to burst with M16 magazines... It may look like much, but once all the girls here started burning through ammo, it wouldn't last more than a couple of hours. Meaning they didn't exactly have the luxury of wasting bullets. But then, nothing quite caught the blonde's attention than Risaka's last suggestion. Something she'd yet to think of, something that felt almost like cheating, but just like she said earlier, the Colonel said nothing about what point of the frisbee's flight they needed to shoot it down. All he said was "pick them up after they fall"... Before they fell though... Until then they were fair game. Kanna's smirk widened in visible appreciation as she acknowledged the girl's strategy, "I like they way you think... That might be our ticket here." With a strategy firmly ingrained in their minds, they two girls took aim in turns, firing shots, then going out to fetch the firsbees... That was, until one of them actually started hitting. Kanna had nailed the gun cleaning part first, and now came Risaka's turn to shine. When she nailed that first shot, Kanna's confidence only grew - from this point on, it only came down to time: "Nice shot...", praised Kanna, cool and collected, thoroughly sure of her ability to get it done within the next two shots. She avoided lifting the rifle until the last possible moment, and soon got used to aiming a bit further below her intended target, knowing the recoil would knock her gun up, eventually, she too knocked down her first frisbee, all but grinning with the giddy joy of a successful gamer, "Gotcha!" Sadly, it appeared their time alone was finally coming to an end. One by one the other girls started appearing, just as Risaka and Kanna were getting started on their second shot. The blonde couldn't even hide her annoyance, scratching her head: "Tch... So much for having the whole field to ourselves...", yet got over it quickly enough, shrugging, "It was bound to happen eventually..."

Each shot felt like a punch to her shoulder, but a rather weak one. The adrenaline just from firing the large rifle was enough for her to simply ignore the recoil, maybe it was something instinctive, likely something she didn't find bothersome after a live through lot of physical assault. The rifle felt like a toy in her hands, and through the many bullets she shot she greatly admired the sight of the frisbees shatter into hudnreds of pieces as if they were made out of fragile glass. One could believe that the loud bangs from the rifles would affect their ears, but after going through thick and thin against the Colonel the gray girl had adapted to the loud atmosphere, the kind of atmosphere that most soldiers were forced to be in everyday just to fulfill their ant roles. Luckily for her and the rest, they didn't have to fulfill such a mindless scheme.
The rest slowly came one after another down to the shooting range, both Kanna and Risaka had used plenty of small boxes of bullets for their rapid enducing plan. ''Huh, guess we did well, don't think we got any frisbees out there right now, I suppose I could say good job, Kanna.'' One last frisbee was launched out, Risaka took aim below the frisbee's current position and rapid fired 3 bullets, first and second hit with the third simply going throught he already broken object. And thus all 20 have been gunned down, in which Risaka gladly took time to appreciate. Never once in her life did she fire a real firearm, and within a single day she felt like a master, not truly one of course. Laying her rifle by the table nearby she was satisfied, but after taking another look at it she could see it was already filthed. Oh right, Kanna did tell something regarding cleaning the rifle, guess the extra amount of bullets used made the rifle's condition worse. ''Huh... well then, guess who'll be cleaning rifles again...''
Risaka of course expected the Colonel any moment, not looking at the direction where the rest came from she simply stood there with crossed arms while listening to Kanna, it made her wanna say stuff like 'I know right' or 'Word' just to strenghten their stand as fellow students that wants to take down a brute of a man that acted more like a rash villain than a drill.
''OKAY SISSIES!'' And there was the Colonel, expected as always, releasing her crossed arms she lazily turned around while the rest of the girls tried their best to start with the preparations, some didn't even know to do on the spot, just standing there like a bunch of idiots. The Colonel stepped right to where both Kanna and her stood with an outmost fierce expression. ''Huh, so you two did it? Let's check it ou-... W-WHAT THE FUCK! ARE ALL OF THOSE EMPTY?!'' He pointed past them both with a strong pointing finger, he seemed to take a great dislike to the amount of empty bullet boxes laying on the ground. ''DID YOU TWO USE ALL OF THAT?!'' His stare of course went at Risaka first where she was giving an ugly stare up to him. ''So what? Still plenty left, and you didn't say how much we could use.'' Risaka wasn't gonna stay around and speak out half assed excuses, her own blunt reasoning was enough to get her point across, even if the opposition completely ignored it. ''Nnnnngghrk...'' His teeth grinding so hard that it gave off a rough noise, and then he inhaled to give out the loudest command yet. ''FIFTY LAPS UP AND DOWN ON THIS HILL NOW!''
And just like that the gray girl and the smart blondie began another harsh task ahead, fifty didn't sound alot, the worst part was that the hill itself was steep and wide, the time to get to the top and back down could easily take 10 minutes alone. At this point Risaka felt almost completely refreshed, however her stomach gave off a mighty bad grumble, not the kind most people get, but the kind of noise which clearly yelled in desperation. She gave off a slight flinch but shrugged it off with her focus purely directed at the grass and dirt when jogging upwards the hill. This punishment of his would only delay Kanna and her's progress, they still would have to clean the rifles again. Oh what a ride, it was just a matter of time before Risaka completely will lose her shit, but she can't just do it on the spot, she needs an excuse, a moment where a mighty powerful punch to the Colonel's face will be accepted, so during the laps she did her brain went through many various methods on how to provoke the Colonel to lure him into a neat trap just for her to beat the living shit out of him.
Around lap 20 she began to sweat furiously, and it was then she finally began to despise the sunny weather, she truly miss the rainy storm from yesterday. Her lips dry and her sight hazzy. ''Dammit dammit... gonna need to find some water soon...'' Thinking out loud she was near the end of the edge once more, granted, her muscles wasn't the problem this time, simply lack of fuel. ''I will leave... once I get proper revenege on him... I just need a legal reason to beat him up.'' Looking to the side where Kanna ran along side with Risaka she gave a stare that spoke in need for help, Risaka knew Kanna could be a great asset for her to make the perfect setup. Tomorrow was the last day of the three day session, and hopefully a short one. There was plenty of time left of the current day though, so today Risaka wanted to get energy back without the petty kind the Colonel gave them in the morning. ''Just keep on going, keep on going...''

After what they'd been through yesterday, even this impressive recoil wouldn't feel any stronger than a love tap... Or at least, it wouldn't if not for Kanna's impressively sore body, which made her wince every so often whenever she failed to properly manage that force. Thankfully, as a left handed shooter, she pressed the butt of the rifle against her less damaged left shoulder, or otherwise this would have hurt a hell of a lot more. She got somewhat accustomed to it by now, and quickly understood how managing the recoil could potentially assist her with aiming, by pulling down on the rifle as she fired to keep it as steady as possible, counteracting that incredible force with her own strength. It wasn't easy on her arms, but since she never fired more than five or so bullets at a time, she could manage it. By the end of the exercise, she'd have grown accustomed to the powerful weapon in her hands, understood how fast the bullet travelled without knowing the actual numbers, and that way predict how long she'd take to hit a target at a given distance. Lots of other forces came into play here - such as gravity pulling her bullet down and diverting her aim downwards - but as she learned to account from them all, getting all of those twenty frisbees one by one suddenly seemed far easier. "Yeap, sounds about right... We shot them all down, so ain't gotta pick anything up for once.", she nodded, sighing tired but contently, hoising her gun upwards, now having acclimated to its weight and the constant smell of gunpowder. Once more Kanna looked pretty satisfied with herself, almost smugly at the thought of clearing another seemingly impossible challenge the Colonel laid our for them. They did it without using up all of their ammo too, but then again they came pretty close. Now that they completed the challenge though, Kanna actually looked at Risaka, thinking back to her words when the challenge began, "I told you we could do it." When the Colonel came back though, the blonde calmly faced his way, that triumphant smirk barely fading for a second, or hiding the expected hints of contempt. Once more they'd won, and she wouldn't be surprised if he went and looking for this or that reason to punish them. Her hand casually rested on her hip as she kept her gun in that upright position, already figuring out pointing it forward with this guy around was a bad idea. Still, she actually felt a measure of good mood right now, even if she had a feeling it wouldn't last long... Of course, he always had a way of aggravating her, starting with his insistent need to shout every fucking word from his lips... Unable to complain about them not fulfilling his command, his eyes instead drifted to the ammo crate they'd burnt through in order to complete the mission. Her first reaction was rolling her eyes... But the more he talked, the angrier she felt, enough to eventually join Risaka in talking back, narrowing her eyes: "Your orders were unclear, sir...", added Kanna, pretty much noting how he gave no explicit command of how many bullets were they allowed to spend... Let alone outright order them not to burn through the whole box. In the end she only added fuel to the fire, not that they'd have avoided any form of punishment considering this guy... Instead, Kanna said nothing, merely gripping her gun tighter with annoyance. She made it a point not to outwardly betray any sign of frustration or anger, nothing that could have given him any measure of satisfaction. Instead, she shot him the same, fierce, unbroken glare, mumbled the usually sarcastic three words, and got running. She saw no need to even look at the gray girl or shoot her any knowing look... By now this was just the same old shit, over and over again. Letting the anger seep away from her body as much as possible, she took a deep breath, knowing she'd have to control it for an endurance run like this. She heard the grumble coming from her side, but instead said nothing, merely sighing:
"Same shit, different day...", she mumbled; here they were again, doing cardio exercise with their bodies a mess, and one of them too hungry to even think of this. It was her own fault though: Risaka had made her bed by refusing to eat, and now she'd lay in it. With small, swift steps, she picked herself up a nice pace... Despite yesterday's exhaustion, she could take a couple of steps easily enough... At the first lap though, she slowly started feeling all of that fatigue coming right back, little by little. After twenty laps, she too huffed, and puffed, controlling her pace to the best of her abilities, feeling her heart pounding like crazy. Yet the aching in her chest had nothing on the numb soreness in her legs, threatening to give way at every turn. Each step hurt her sore legs like nobody's business, and the blonde scowled as all that sweat came dripping down her face all too easily. The only relief she found in all this came in the form of an unexpected lightness of her body, a result of yesterday's condition to do all of that workout with added weight on her back. "Oh... Don't worry...", she replied inbetween panting breaths, looking forward all too confidently, all too sure of the words she'd say next, "...A guy like this... Will give us one sooner or later... Just... Gotta be patient..." She clenched her fist, before running her other hand across her forehead, wiping off the worst of the sweat, turning aside to catch her companion looking right back. The blonde returned the knowing look, knowing the time for payback would indeed come soon, knowing that prospect would give them the stregth they needed to endure the rest of these up and down laps. With each dozen her attire grew more and more drenched, her hair dishevelled, her skin flushed... Yet the resolute look in her eyes stood firm, as it had throught these whole two days.

The last ten of the fifty gruesome laps could very well be lasting for years, the mentality behind each step was top pressure, while it wasn't as tremendous compared to yesterday Risaka felt the embodiment of pain slowly rising up, the pain she dearly did not wanna meet once more. With Kanna beside pretty much through the whole thing Risaka felt a bit better to have someone in the same shitty pit, someone to share the pain with, she never truly had one to be with when it came to personal pain or issues, so being in the same path as Kanna was giving her a whole lot better of a time than it could've been, who knows, maybe it'd end with Risaka literally murdering the Colonel with the rifle. ''Yeah, he definitely will, but I want it to be everything up until know packed in one punch.''
Right at the final lap, her steps was so slow, heavy and overall painful to look at. Risaka didn't wanna look pathetic, but her tongue hanged out a bit on the front while doing her best to get to the top again. Similar to the wooden wall from yesterday she saw this as yet another obstacle of testament, she hated them to guts, because it wasn't a desire she wanted, but more of an ambition she knew she had to do, because the taller her achievements grew the more powerful her desire to knock the Colonel the fuck out got. She wouldn't get that kind of satisfaction if she dipped out or cheated the stupid challenges, she rather wanna do them and prove herself she was ontop of him, even if he didn't know if she cheated. Risaka was a lazy person that has done alot to deserve the slacking queen award, but at those times she didn't have such an asshat thinking he's the greatest of all. She believed Kanna felt like being the same spot, with both of them the Colonel was awaiting something rather gruesome, the wrath of two individuals with so much to show.
''Ugh...'' Was the only noise coming out from Risaka's dried raspy voice, it was hurting alot, but the moment she got to the top she simply flopped against the dirt with her hands stretched out. She looked like to be knocked out, but she was breathing, panting hard to catch her breath. When on the ground alot of through went through her head, was the rest done with the shooting range? Or did they run out of bullets? Now that she thinks about it, the Colonel should've probably taken bigger focus on resources rather than yelling like a baffoon. Eventually she did get up on her hands and knees, and from that position she could look over at Kanna with half lidded eyes. ''W-..we did it, god dammit we did it... ungh.'' After saying those words her stomach attacked her with a ferocious grumble, holding her stomach tight she clenched her eyes shut to endure the pain. ''Okay.... food is next up.''
Food was now indeed the thing that swirled around the gray gal's fuzzy mind, being barely able to get back up on two feet she simply took in a deep inhale with her sweat drenched attire get hit by the sunny light from the sky. ''Well, no point standing here, I'll just head back to the cabins, hopefully grab some food not given by that ugly Colonel.'' She was firmly placing her feet on that statement, if she could find a food source unrelated to the Colonel she would more than happily take it without hesitation. She just had to think smart, they were in the nature afterall, food is something harvestable. ''Actually... I'll head this way, and don't you tell the asshat about it!'' With that Risaka shifted her direction to a more thicker part of the forest in hopes to find something, letting Kanna go alone to the cabins.
Risaka weren't too sure on what she was trying to find, but in hopes of all else she was stubborn enough to walk a decent time around the wilderness until feelinga bit hopeless. She lazily slumped her rear on a large rock and just huffed. She took a moment to admire the forest wilderness, the many trees blocking the sun and it's harsh heat. It was in the middle of summer afterall so Risaka took the time to appreciate the cold shadow emitting from the many trees. But suddenly, in the midst of all lost hope, she saw something that ignited her eyes in large delight. A large bush filled with blueberries, she was in awe and quickly got over to it. Snagging one to chew it in her mouth. Sweet, soft and extremely overflowing of juice due to her dry mouth. It didn't take long until she took in a whole bunch in a matter of minutes.
It didn't take long until Risaka arrived back to the cabins, luckily for her the Colonel nor any of the girls has returned, then again she could hear decent amount of gunshots in the distance, in which indoubtedly tells her it was safe to come out from the woods. Her lips was much darker, gray, but very dark. It was due to the blueberries and she was packed up with fuel, it really hit the spot, but not nearly enough to be a full blown meal. ''Okay... I am finally energized.''

Indeed, every single one of the last dozen laps may have lasted a lifetime before they saw the end to it, and even then they'd have yet another right around the corner. Honestly, she found little difference between having Risaka around and being alone with this exercise, but coming from her this already meant something. Sharing their hopes for payback actually brought her a slight added measure of strength, critical the closer they got to that appealing number 50. Yes, perhaps pissing off girls armed with assault rifles might not be the smartest game plan, but they no longer expected any great intelligence from the Colonel: "One punch...? No, I'll give him several. One for every spit in the face.", replied Kanna, crackling her knuckles fiercely, still having the strength to do so despite the strenuous exercise underway. Kanna handled a fair bit better than Risaka did courtesy of her hefty breakfast at the start of the day, her mouth open as her chest heaved up and down, every panting breath a struggle, the comparatively cool air chilling her airways at every turn. At this point, she scarcely spared any further thoughts to what she might do to the man himself later on, instead, every inch of willpower focused simply on completing this challenge today, making it to the end of the final lap without falling down flat. Her body moved sluggishly, almost like a half broken automaton, her last remaining strength dedicated to instead keeping her legs from giving way like jello with every single step. But eventually, they crossed the finish line. At that moment, the blonde immediately crouched down: "Ah... Hah... Hah...", panting, she allowed her heartrate to drop and her breathing to slow down, quickly sitting her butt down on the grass in full, wiping the bulk of all that sweat off her face. She looked skywards, into the orange hues of sunset, filling her with a triumphant sense of relief. She'd done it...! Once more, she'd cleared yet another of the Colonel's unreasonable challenges, refusing to bend the knee to his authority by proving she could take whatever punishment he threw at them, "Yeah... Once more... We proved that fuck... We can handle anything he throws at us." In this exhausted, euphoric moment of satisfaction, Kanna's competitive spirit shone right through, in the form of a satisfied grin directed at the gray girl. It wouldn't last long though, for at the very motion of food, the blonde too remembered how she hadn't eaten a damn thing since morning. She didn't even need to reply, instead Kanna merely struggled to her feet, steadying her trembling legs as much as she possibly could. "Yeah... Even if wants to have us clean rifles first, I can do that shit in five minutes now. I enjoy the look on his face when I show him his punishments ain't shit.", replied the blonde, all too confident and proud of herself. Risaka wanted to simply sneak around and avoid the Colonel altogether, stealing whatever food they needed. The idea visibly intrigued the blonde, but in the end she chose to shake her head, not really feeling the need to cheat. Truly, Kanna didn't dislike obligating the idiot to feed them since they'd just completed all of his requests. The gray girl's suggestion made the blonde frown, almost insulted she'd think she'd ever do anything to help that fuck punish any of them. Instead, she merely sighed and waved her hand dismissively, "No worries, I ain't ratting you out or anything." On the other hand, she knew what would happen when she got over to meet up with their tormentor once more and report her success. Part of her expected that simply keeping the guy around might give the overly proud gray girl a chance to eat her fill before the man arrived. She'd make sure Risaka would pay her back though, and this time in something a bit more relevant than a single mug of coffee. Perhaps lunch at McDolan's or something of the sort... Ultimately, she only looked out for herself and her desire to rub that smug, triumphant grin on his face as she approached him: "What the hell are you still doing here?! GO CLEAN YOUR RIFLE IF YOU WANT TO EAT!!!", roared the man, but Kanna simply gave him the usual answer and carried on her way, already knowing fully well what he'd say. She kept that delighted look on her face though, despite her unsteady footing, in spite of her whole uniform remaining wholly drenched in sweat. Indeed, she had an easy enough time cleaning her own rifle once again. She'd torn it apart and reassembled once before, and with her photographic memory found herself perfectly capable of doing it once more. Even when the Colonel demanded she cleaned Risaka's (as expected), the blonde merely sighed and repeated the process, even faster than before. She'd been exhausting her legs all this time, but her arms were still capable, her memory still sharp... Before long, the Colonel allowed her to return to her barrack, after all the other girls had already finished.

Risak had just arrived back to the cabins, and of course in high awareness. Last thing she wanted was to give the Colonel another half assed reason to whip her back some more. Those berries made her more awake, she finally could lift her eyes fully up and thus having a much easier time to be careful when returning to the cabins. Coming from behind the first cabin she peeks around the place, shifting her eyes across the many empty places around the two cabins. So far there was no one, except for Kanna who was seemingly cleaning a rifle. Risaka couldn't have returned in a better time, the Colonel was here recently and luckily not on the look out for her.
''...Pssst, blondie.'' Whispered Risaka from a small distance from where Kanna sat, the gray girl slowly emerging from the couple of bushes before quickly sitting down by the table while looking around, clearly on alert incase the Colonel was spying on them. She sighed out in relief, eyeing at Kanna doing some cleaning on those rifles, Risaka of course grabbing one of her own before starting to disambling the machinery. ''So uh, thank you for not ratting me out.'' She didn't fully trust anyone despite going through the same rough times, call her paranoid but she honestly barely knew Kanna, Risaka was putting a decent amount of trust to begin with. ''With that out of the way, I can finally clench my hands without shaking, bless nature.'' She firmly clenched her hand to get a feel of her muscles being in ease before grabbing one of the cloths to clean the newly dirtened rifle.
While cleaning their rifles Risaka took the time to inspect the machine even further, learning it almost through and through. She didn't know what to do with this knowledge, she weren't on planning using guns in the future anyway since they can easily be unreliable, although she could put this knowledge as a form of countermeasure against enemies using firearms. At the end of it all it felt more of a burden than something she'd appreciate. All of this military stuff and how they do it seemed just so out of her style and pace, Kanna looked like to feel the same, but that'd be pure assumption and Risaka wasn't gonna ask the blonde girl anytime soon.
The full cleaning and assemble session went by like a flash compared to last time, and by that time the shooting in the distance had stopped. A clear indication that it was finished. But that brought up another sudden worry in the gray girl's mind. Did the Colonel just let 18 girls be alone with rifles for a small period of time? Granted, Risaka and Kanna weren't too different but at least he could see competence in them but clearly 18 girls, naive ones at that, with rifles did not really sound wise. No wonder this Colonel was a total asshat, he gave almost zero damn about the girls and only looked out for a reason to tell them they aren't suited for the army. With that in mind alot more crazy shit was possible, the Colonel might be even more dangerous than they thought. She put down the newly polished rifle and huffed out in anticipation for when the Colonel would return. ''If we're lucky, we'll knock his sorry face down before anything dangerous happens, he does hate Quirk users, how much though is unknown, but I'm not gonna stay for too long tomorrow to wait for something to happen.''

Kanna cleaned her rifle in peace, by herself, just the way she liked it. Her arms had actually recovered somewhat from yesterday's endeavor, and sitting down as such somewhat allowed her legs to do the same, all too slowly. She wouldn't need to move anymore today, thankfully, meaning she might actually be able to stand up tomorrow morning, without having feeling like a walking puddle of jello. Hearing a familiar voice call out to her, she looked out the corner of her eye and predictably found the girl hiding amidst the bushes. Aloof and nonchalant as always, she replied as the Colonel stood on the opposite end of the tabke; "You owe me lunch.", Kanna replied, returning her eyes to her gun. No, she didn't consider not ratting her out something she'd need to get paid for... Just in case Risaka didn't get any ideas otherwise, the bonde soon continued, properly explaining what exactly she'd done that needed be paid for, "For cleaning half your rifle, and distracting that bitch." Yes, Kanna didn't really know Risaka, but did so well enough to realize she wasn't the type to trust others, perhaps even less so than the blonde. While she too didn't trust people, she could trust her insight on what they'd try to do, antecipate their actions and pondering on what those actions would lead to. The more she understood people, the more she could predict how they reacted to each event, and thus make long spanning plans... Without ever letting anybody in. The gray girl proved hard to predict with her moody nature, and yet Kanna slowly got there. When she approached, Kanna passed her half cleaned rifle her way: "Yeah, well, you defenitely gonna need that if tomorrow's to work out the way we hope.", replied the blonde, looking at her own, thankfully steadier hands. With her rifle already cleaned and ready to go, this left only Risaka to take care of her own. Since Kanna had already done most of it for her, she probably wouldn't take too long. Indeed, this knowledge could very well served them in the future, perhaps even sooner than any of them antecipated. Kanna wouldn't really shun anything she learned here due to her hatred for the teacher; knowledge was simply knowledge, and this, simply power in turn. Where it came from mattered little on the grand scheme of things, in the face of how useful it may prove, "Nah, see at this point... Best game plan is to wait." She'd turn to Risaka, her eyes dead serious. They were up against a proud, boisterious, impatient foe. Not a really intelligent one either, so once you put all these three together, the conclusion stuck out like a sore thumb: Very soon, he'd make a mistake, and they'd use that to beat him. If Risaka couldn't see that, no problem, she could do her thing. Kanna really hadn't made it this far by being dumb. "Imma wait for him to make a mistake, cause I assure you he will...", she explained, watching as the gray girl finally finished with her rifle. Most of the other girls had already left for the cabin, soon leaving only the two of them. And at that point, she blonde stood up, "In any case, I gotta go grab dinner." Though she really wasn't the type to wait around for others, she gave her the courtesy of a single minute before heading off ahead onto the cabin. Unlike Risaka, Kanna had yet to eat.

It was dinner time already? Risaka had no clue on the time of the day due to the overall work her and Kanna had been recieving. Not that it shocked or anything, simply knowing it was near the time for dinner the gray girl firmly rejected the idea to accept food from the army, why would she suddenly eat after rejecting breakfast early in the morning? It felt more and more unlike of her and it was only harder for her, call it a self destructive attitude, but she was confident in herself that tomorrow would end quickly so that she could get back to her normal lifestyle, although she was sure this experience already given her some form of a mental scar, an unforgetable moment.
Risaka did step inside the cabin, it was just a matter of time until all of the girls arrived to the dinner table. Risaka as the introvert she is weren't planning on sitting with the rest, even if she planned on eating along with them. The Colonel weren't obviously not allowed inside the girl's cabin. Risaka was trying on not getting any eyes on her when sliding back into the bedrooms. Firmly closing the door she went to her bed and sat down with a slight sigh. She was pretty much ready to get off this damn woods anytime now, so if she didn't get her sweet revenge by tomorrow she might just have to go for the unofficial strike, as much she just wanted to knock the soul out of him she didn't wanna be labelled as a criminal, she was a student in a hero school for gods sake. She lazily flopped her back against her bed and stared up to the wall. Whatever happened over at the other room was up for her imagination and the small minor noises coming past the door, though it was clear rest of the girls had arrived and they were feasting, feasting the god awful food from the Colonel. Sometimes the gray girl wished she wasn't the only gray one around, have a group of herself would maybe suffice her greatly, at very least be in an envoirment that suited her rather than her having to suit for it.
Kicking her legs up a bit she felt the time was slow, she didn't wanna go out nor try to do anything that required energy, in a way she simply savored the energy she got from thise juicy bunch of berries straight from mother nature. It didn't take too long until she was laying more comfortable on her bed, has an hour pasedd? Two? Three? It didn't really matter, as long no one stepped in to ruin her peace it was all good. It went so good that she eventuallyfell asleep in her bed, her Quirk afterall has a constant effect on her body that forces her into more sleepy phases. While she slept she was having her legs crossed and her arms behind her bed, she didn't even undress before going to bed, so to speak it was a rather early time to go to sleep.
Next Day
The day was young and the morning sunshine finally rose up from the many waves of trees in the distance. With the sunlight once more shining through the window close to Risaka's bed it'd eventually hit her by the face, the classic way to wake up, a bit early considering everyone else was also sleeping. Did they all go straight to bed after dinner? Perhaps the Colonel made them go early to bed, if that was the case Risaka felt lucky that he didn't decide to make any of the girls to get her back outside for whatever torture he could come up with. And what about Kanna? Was she also sleeping? Risaka didnd't bother too much to check, she felt a bit too awake and sat there with her arms around her knees, thinking to herself that today was the last day, and probably the day where she is gonna show the worst of her to the Colonel.
With the right mood Risaka got out of bed, and this time around her body felt fully refreshed, the sharp pain from moving her muscles was practically a goner. She did a small stretch with her arms and back, she felt a few snaps in her body and it was a darn good sensation. It made her feel like she could do anything, which in reality she never truly believed, she didn't have too much faight in herself when it came to ambitions, unless the right scenario was presented. Whatever the Colonel was preparing for today the gray girl was more than happy to sweep through it with ease and give him the complete return.
