Looks like it was possible for someone to like to cook more than even his mom. That felt difficult, though it was easily visible just from how she looked like while she talked about her hobby and the very tone of her voice itself. It was clear that she loved to cook, loved to eat pastries, sweets, etc. (Which explains her chubbyness), along with trying to cook new things from what he heard before. Otherwise, she liked to just stare at the trees back at her school and.. training from some teacher she had. Good for her, she is trying to get in shape at least. Though, if he's correct, all the boys these days like girls thick like her, right? Probably, he didn't really remember.
Well, it was his turn to answer, then ask, so he cleared his throat quickly and decided to be as honest as possible. "No one, to be quite honest. When I was little and in the orphanage, I was always taught a negative view of quirkeds and the heroes. Honestly, I really look up to knights themselves, the concept and what they represent. Mom and Dad read me a lot of stories like those every night.. well, eventually, I just wanted to bring their justice and honor here." The Knight. Representing Valor, Courage and Righteousness. Honor above all and not discriminate anyone, even if it conflicts the soul of the knight himself. Then the Lion. Representing Power, Fearlesness and, above all, Courage, as always. That was the ultimate inspiration for him to have created the L.K persona, even if he didn't have a remotely appropriate quirk for his outfit. Why did it have to be? Well, either way, it was his turn. "Erm.. uh.. Who do YOU look up to?" Well shit. He really didn't have anything in mind, so he cheaped out.

Not heroes? It seemed a bit weird for someone to not look up to heroes when he in fact was one...well he was technically a vigilante and not an official hero. But they fought for the same things, right? To each their own, that's what he mother taught her. Some may not have the same opinions as you but that was alright, everyone was entitled to what they liked. Chise smiled and nodded in response, listening to him speak about what he did look up to. Knights...like from those fairy tail stories she heard about when she was younger. It was a strange thing to look up to but she really didn't mind, almost filled with childlike wonder. She felt bad he was fed negative information about heroes when he was younger, heroes were great people, their job was to save those in danger no matter the cost.
Ehhh? Who did she look up to? That might be a bit difficult for her to answer. Well, there were some really great heroes out there, but she couldn't think of any one of them in particular. "Hmmm...if I had to pick someone, I would say my mom. She's kind, brave, adventurous, and always looking out for those less fortunate. She gave up her career as a world traveler to settle down with my dad and raise me. Some days I feel guilty that she gave up her dream for me, but she always assures me that she did this because she wanted to start a family, it was not my fault at all," Chise explained, frowning slightly but soon smiling once more, "She's a great woman, I don't know what I'd do without her. So it's my turn again huh? What is...your favorite animal? I'll answer on my part, mine is a sheep. They're so fluffy and cuddly and oh so cute!" she said with a chuckle. Some people even though that she was a sheep given her soft poofy hair.

Her mother. She admired her mother and, from what he was hearing right here, for more than just a good reason. It felt like the best reason she could ever have to admire her mother, to be thankful for her sacrifices every day. Anyone who was courageous enough to give up on their dream and passion for someone else, for no other reason than just pure love was an amazing person in his book. Really, it seemed his respect of her and even her family was increasing, a little smile now passively on his face. Nervous as always, though it was much better than his uncomfortable poker face he had up to now. Then, there was a question so easy for him to answer he barely had to think.
The moment she asked him his favorite animal, having barely given her enough time to finish why she liked sheep, he answered right away. "Lions. I like Lions. They are big, strong, fearless and full of valor. All things I.. really am not." He confessed, even rubbing the back of his neck slightly shyly, knowing well how stupid that sounded to confess that, even though he loved lions for awesome reasons, he knew very well he wasn't at all like a Lion. Actually, he might really be as cowardly and confused as a sheep himself. After that realization, a question came to his mind, so he could actually ask her something proper. "What do you fear most?" He was tired, frankly. To her, he realized he might just be acting way too nervous, dodgy and scared around her. By asking that, it was likely she'd maybe ask him back. Then, he could confess it, so that at least she understood his attitude.

Lions were majestic creatures...beautiful…bloodthirsty animals. The kings of the animal kingdom. Some days, she'd been told her hair looks like a lion's mane when she woke up in the morning. It honestly looked quite silly to the redhead, it would take her a little while to try and tame the beast she called her hair. Everyone always asked if she did anything to her hair like style it or curl it when she got up or after she took a shower but the matter of fact was she never put any sort product in her hair. It was all natural. Many of her female classmates she heard were jealous of her hair in middle school since they all used products and junk in their locks to get it somewhat close to what Chise's looked like. The violet eyed girl really didn't mind, it was easier for her to just run a brush through it in the morning rather than figure out which products she would use in her hair.
What she heard him say at the end made her frown, "Ehh, why do you say that? I think you were quite fearless back when you fought those men at the bus stop," she told the other, quite serious about her words. She hoped she could convince him that he was all the things he said he wasn't, he was strong! His next question was tougher than his last, what she feared. Chise frowned and looked down at her toes, trying to think of a personal answer to such a simple question. "Umm...I-If I have to say...it would have to be drowning. Being consumed by water, having it fill your lungs and your body as you sink to the ground is a morbid way to die," she said, a shiver running down her spine just mentioning her fear. She liked to swim, but she always swim in places where she could stand. To get that nasty thought out of her head, Chise spoke up with her next question, "What would you do if you had a million dollars?" she asked, quite curious as to what the answer might be.
