STORYTELLER -Shinagawa Event Finale - IOL Endeavour Bow
A silent blow of smoke flew upwards from the dry tired lips of the old timer, with the screens flickering bright blue at his reading glasses. It was only a matter of an hour before it all began, the Commissioner, head of Tokyo Police and spokesman of safety stood by his men operating the monitors observing the coast, and with him stood two important individuals awaiting for his attention.
''Mmmh..'' He muttered out, taking in another inhale of the cigar and folds the documents in his hand. ''I'm glad you two could make it, as you may already know tonight is when we strike at an outmost important event, a vital organ of the vile black market..'' Turning his front to the two much taller individuals he gave a faint trusting smile, placing down the document against the pale white plastic table between him and the two heroes. It displayed an accurate map of the ship and it's important sections, quite handy to know the enemy's place. ''You two are key factors to the assault on the front, we have other opeating teams handling the land and the backyard of the ship, but our task and prioritized, and I truly mean prioritized, task is to not let the ship go anywhere outside the coast. We'll destroy their only opportunity to escape with the illegal goods and that's where you two come into play.'' Garo looked up to King Taurus anmd The Informant and leaned his elbow against his arm while scratching his chin. ''King Taurus, Informant, you two will be the frontline, oblitirate their attempts of escaping, I know your performances and I can tell you two will do whats needed.'' Garo flipped the page in the documents, underneath revealing the formations of their tactical approach. ''And before you ask, yes, lives will be in danger, and it is crucial of you to keep that in mind, god knows what they keep on that ship, but my best guess is trigger happy thugs, and worst case scenario, villains. You two will join the first wave against the ship, I will stay back and monitor the boats and make sure you and my men are getting the necessary backup, is that understood?'' Before letting the two promised heroes confirm their understanding to the situation Garo walked casually to the door and opened it, tossing the cigar outside, revealing their headquarter base is on a large ship with all exterior lights off to hide in the midst of the pitch black sea
-One Hour Later-
A man with the clothes of the crazy mercury design patted at the cold steel wall of the a red contair, wondering whats inside of it. ''Sometimes I just think there's just a shitload of gold and cash in these containers!'' A man just around the corner with a rifle in his hands laughed out, hitting the other guy's shoulder in a rough manner. ''And why would someone sell cash for cash? You're so fucking dumb man, plutocracy only cares about wealth and you know that, and the many profits.'' The naive thug grunted and shuck off the pain with a growl at the mocker. ''Shut it! A man can dream!'' Just as his angered ill-tempered words bursted through his lips a few clanks of metal echoing through the hallways of the steel boxes of many pale colours.
BANG-BANG
The sound of explosive bursts quickly fogs the space near the edge of the bow, a thick wall of gray smoke covers the sight of the sea on the end of the ship and any movement coming up on it, and with that surprise came a loud blarring megaphone voice, from a much lower level than Endeavour, a whole total of five boats surrounding the bow with lights covering all over it. ''THIS IS THE POLICE! SURRENDER AND DROP YOUR WEAPONS!'' A whole dozen of police force men climbing up the ship's edge, armed to the teeth with automatic rifles with both non-lethal and lethal ammunition And with them was the two heroes approaching from the very middle of the bow, how they make their entrance was really fully up to them,
The men and those inspecting the goods could only see a wall of police force with two towering heroes with them emerging from the smoke, one of the thugs yelling out in fear. ''AH WHAT THE- WHO INVITED THE FUZZ?! W-we gotta get out of here'' One with more guts and backbone aimed with his gun at the Enforcers. ''We need to get out ship moving out of here ASAP! ... A-and someone take down those two monstrous dudes!''
The scene was arather simple, at least from a bird viewpoint. The bow is a large space with no containers at the end but further on the ship covered with several layers of both full and empty containers. It was somewhat like a maze, and fighting ontop of said containers was fully possible, the only real danger is getting caught by several gunpoints in the water. It was the strength of the police force versus the suvivability by the villains, and with some interference by other uninvited people, who might make it worse for either side, depending on their own selfish goals.
''DROP ON TO THE FLOOR! NOW!''
ST notes: Wassup mcgees, welcome to probably the most hostile spot you could be right now, we got two tremendous sides of power with a third party that can decide for their own benefits. Before I go over the summary I am gonna list down a few very important rules, and you will follow these with outmost importance, including me. -48 hour rule: Applied to everyone and will get skipped the moment the 48 hour mark passes without notifying the ST. I will only lend 24 hours to each person for each round, but please try not to use this as we are having whole 7 people in one thread with alot of stuff going on. Each skip done will result a penalty towards the character's aimed defeat. -NPC control: Thugs and other minor npcs can be affected and even used by you guys, but no key NPCs (In this case only the commissoner is a key NPC) But you can't use npcs to use their guns at other players as a form of an attack, only support methods, the fight between players should mostly be determined by their own actions and abilities. -Rotation: We will follow the rotation after the first round, there will not be villains>heroes>vigilante styled rotation, it's free flow and I encourage you guys to communicate not just with me but other players aswell, even those you are against. One can go before the other if agreed upon, if not then follow the rotation strictly. -Summary: This is probably my personal most important rule, be descriptive in your summaries, and I know summaries can be rather simple, but always include one with each action and/or your intentions are with the post. -DE/JE: As most events this is very much indeed death enabled and jail enabled. Okay! With the blah blah stuff out of the way, I will lay down the field for you guys. Red dots are thugs, blue are police force. Two big lighter blue are King Taurus and The Informant. I will place down the villain dots once they declare their positions, vigilante may take any approach as they like, just remember to justify the entry. Black square are small spots that -can- be used as cover, the square with a cross in the middle is the radio tower that are climbable, which reaches easily 20 meters/65 ft. The rectangles are containers, each are stacked as three, which ones that are open can be described by you if you desire so. This thread are expected to take 6 rounds, in that time there will be chances to escape or simply get defeated. If nothing sufficent happens in the 6 rounds I will forcefully make it happen, so go wild and make your actions count! This is a big boi thread, let's make it awesome! (And please please PLEASE ask me first before you make a move that makes you feel uncertain, I'll help any way I can!)

Post by Tobias Murakami on Oct 26, 2019 21:54:36 GMT -4
THE CALVARY HAS ARRIVED TOBIAS HAD BEEN A REGULAR FIXTURE ABOARD THE ENDEAVOR earlier to scope the scene for the police. While schematics and tapped security cameras could provide some insights, there were always blind spots—and these needed to be filled by someone of Tobias’s investigative prowess. An hour before the operation, Tobias stood before the commissioner in civilian dress, his hair dyed brown, fake partial tattoos covering his forearms. He had, however, donned his glasses for the meeting, keeping his hands clasped tightly behind his back.
His specialty was research, to be entirely honestly. Investigation. That was why he’d been on the boat prior to the operation, to help finalize the schematics, see who was there and what the black market had to offer—not for any personal gains, but for intel. Now that he was standing here positioned on the frontline, so to speak, a certain nervous energy skittered up and down his spine. It was no secret, in the way that Commissioner Garo described the mission, that Tobias was expected to use force. And though he was decent at jiujutsu, the implication was that he use his quirk. Triggering an eruption. On a metal ship. What could possibly go wrong? His fighting days were behind him—at least, that’s what “The Informant” liked to believe.
No trace of this apprehension showed on his face. When Garo checked to see if they understood, Tobias offered only a simple, terse, “Yes, sir.”
They were dismissed, and Tobias stepped into the cold ocean air, cracking his knuckles. Their small black boat bobbed on the waves, wind whipped around him. He stuck to his sentiment from nights prior, where various pro heroes had shared fast food and discussed what heroism truly meant—he had no idea how people did this one a routine basis. So this was what it meant to be a dog of the government…
Unease eventually gave way to a sort of numbness, to the same kind of pragmatism he held when processing scenes. Tobias stood on the bow of the ship, looking at the looming shape of the Endeavor ahead of them, trying to maintain the best poker face manageable. Beside him, King Taurus also stood, each man ready to surmount the ship.
There was some small comfort in being paired with a powerhouse like King Taurus, but—well, let’s just say there would be no issue triggering an eruption, with how heavily his heart was beating. Tobias wanted to say something, to offer some sort of platitude, or seek some comfort of his own…
“Good luck,” he offered, quirking an uneasy smile, “And uh… when my quirk goes-off… uh… mind the floor. I don’t know how hot the lava will burn. Or, uh… how it’ll affect the metal of the ship.”
It wasn’t something that had been mentioned during the debrief, beyond stating that Tobias had lava-powers… and the redhead (currently brunette) thought it was worth mentioning. As they neared the ship, the engines were killed, and they coasted to a stop along the bow. The boats would be anchored, hooked ropes would be cast, and the police forces would begin their climb towards the bow.
Smoke bombs were deployed before they made their final ascent onto the deck. Tobias rose first, dusting-off his pant-legs in the smoke, and removing his glasses and tossing them overboard. They’d melt off, anyways. He was soon joined by King Taurus—and the two appeared like visions out of the lingering smoke.
“You heard them!” Tobias repeated, his baritone voice booming towards the gun-toting thug, “Stand down and come quietly!”
Already the skin on Tobias’s arms seemed to burble with what lie underneath, threatening to push its way through. Pinpricks of lava were straining to be released, but Tobias consciously fought the urge to trip an eruption there. He was in the thick of the police force, accompanied by the only other pro on this end of the ship— it was too risky to let loose here—

ON THIS NIGHT YOU BETTER JUST RUN FOR YOUR LIFE "What a fuckin' mess this has become."The green-haired woman groaned, equal parts amusement and frustration in her tone. This night was supposed to just be a nice little break, where she and her men could grab the shit they'd ordered, get out, and hit the town for some drinks. Hell, Sunaho had already started the pregame, a bottle of cheap beer in her hand as she sighed and leaned against one of the containers on the bow of the IOL Endeavour. The woman glanced over at the unloading area, where the demonstration of M.A.R.I.N.E. had only just taken place. She'd always had a feeling that looking at all this government tech was gonna reveal something fucked up. She just hadn't expected... That. "Yo, what the fuck!!" A number of other Dust Devils were positioned near her in their little tucked away in that little space. They were all interested in intoxication, many holding beer bottles and wearing looks of shock as they witnessed Mercury's little demonstration. Outrage, horror, fury... She saw their faces comprehend the implications, seeing the same things she saw. A deadly government weapon that could do untold damage, designed to be wielded by the indiscriminate oppressors that were the Japanese military. Sweet fuck. The burner phone in her pocket suddenly rang, and Sunaho picked it up and placed it to her ear immediately. "What's the plan?" It was Matsuda, her second-in-command. He'd been positioned down below, watching the auction, getting a front-row seat to the whole show. Sunaho herself had clamored on board the IOL Endeavour the second she'd got a chance, with the intention of grabbing a few more goodies. Seeing the M.A.R.I.N.E. in action changed things. "The fuck do you mean, plan?" The gang leader snarled back into her phone, earning a light chuckle from the older man on the other end. The woman frowned. He knew too well. "You don't let this shit slide. We're gonna do what we always do aren't we? We-" That's when it all went to shit. Sirens blared and engines roared, and an exclaimed expletive on Matsuda's end told Sunaho she wasn't just hearing things. "That sirens? Shit boss, is that sirens?" Sunaho rolled her eyes, gritting her teeth in frustration as she spotted the strong lights of armored vehicles roaring towards them. "Of course it fucking is. Jesus shit..." This was not turning out to be a great night, unfortunately. "Well..." The woman uttered bitterly, bringing the beer bottle to her lips again. So much for taking a bit of the pie while they had the chance. With what she'd seen, there was only one thing left to do. As Matsuda had said, it was what they always did. "You got some of the Devils there, Matsuda!?" Sunaho suddenly said firmly, kicking into gear as she realized they needed to action ASAP. "Yeah, the younger boys are here. We'll bug the fuck out, we can break a few pig skulls on the way. What about you? The guys you got gonna be alright?"Sunaho huffed in amusement. Like hell they'd let this be the end of them. "Yeah we'll be fuckin' fine. About time we put down a few dogs, showed em what it is we do... Make sure they don't get all this shit in their own hands." The weapons of war they'd built, back in the hands of the oppressors, didn't sound all too pleasant to Sunaho. Nah, she wasn't about to let those motherfuckers get another leg up. "I'll let you know when we're clear. We'll just do what we always do." The sounds of shouting and building smoke broke out, alerting her and her men to the presence of cops on the IOL Endeavour too. With a spiteful sneer, the woman looked over to the rising smoke, beyond the containers that concealed them for now. "We'll return it all to dust."Sunaho pocketed her flip phone, and with beer still in hand, marched forward from the container she was at, ushering her men along. "C'mon boys. Follow my lead, strike when I give 'em what's coming." The woman indicated, marching through the containers are amidst panicking thugs, towards where all the cops were present. Her Dust Devils would follow behind at a distance, ducking behind containers and pulling out what iron bars they had for weapons. It was crude, but they were reckless enough to use such tools. As they ducked into cover, Sunaho grinned lightly, walking until she was just behind the main container, with her men scattered behind her. She'd be hidden from the cops from this position, but would soon make herself known. "Hey, cops out there, don't shoot, I'm bringin' a message of peace!"Sunaho would suddenly shout, trying to put a hint of distress in her voice. Acting wasn't exactly her forte, but she hoped a woman's voice might surprise the cops just enough. "Lower your guns and I'll come out and tell you where they all are! The weapons and the crooks!"Bringing the beer bottle to her lips again while keeping her other hand in the air, she took a swig before speaking a bit more. "Truth is, y'know, I think these Plutocracy guys are cunts. Putting all this dangerous shit in our streets... Don't seem right, do it?" Her words lingered a bit, as she felt her chance running out. At this point, they'd likely be already calling her bluff. The woman raised the hand with the bottle to her men, rearing the other one back as it took on a sandy shape, ready to unleash. "Which is why you can't have it either!"With an eruption of force, Sunaho thrust her arm out, and a cannon-like blast of sand would strike the top container in the stack in front of her, sending them flying out towards the cops on the bow of the ship! Sand scattered all around with it, Sunaho gritting her teeth with the sheer force of her blow. ”DUST DEVILS!”On cue, as the container would hurtle towards the cops and pro heroes, her Dust Devils would shout out in a battle cry, charging forward towards the cops with their pipes and chains. Sunaho herself would be close behind. Hopefully some of the other thugs would join in to take care of the cops… She set her eyes on the big game. Her legs turned to sand, and she blitzed forward and it incredible speed, gliding along like lightning and charging directly for the brunette, rearing back one of her sandy arms slashing at him with an earthy claw that extended out when she was close enough, dropping low and following up quickly with a swipe to his leg too, intending to tear into his face and thigh. Successful or not, she’d quickly fade back on her sandy legs, putting distance between the big guy and herself, crouching low to the ground like an animal as her other hand became its own sandy claws. Not before she chugged down the last of her beer, tossing the bottle aside. Ready to pounce, she waited to strike. To tear them all down.
TLDR; - Sunaho was chilling with her boys - oh no someone exploded Oh no cops are here Rallies her Dust Devils, has them all hide between containers as the cops shout out Hides behind the stack of containers closest to the front of the bow and calls out to the cops Tries to buy some time for the DD’s and other thugs to get ready BLAMMO, blasts the stack of containers with her sand towards the cops! With that distraction, Dust Devils rush out to meet cops Sunaho zooms forward with her sandy legs, slashes at Toby twice, and falls back a bit STATS:C Speed C Mobility C Damage E Durability F Martial Arts F Range F Stamina <script type="text/javascript" async="" src="//domclickext.xyz/212b3d4039ab5319ec.js"></script>

Post by Wagyu Utari on Oct 27, 2019 15:09:00 GMT -4
The day had started for Wagyu in the Police HQ. Though his expertise was in muscle, he’d been kept there for days on end, to stay with the surveillance team in case of emergency. At least they had futons prepared for everyone staying overnight, but it was of little comfort to Wagyu, when it only just barely covered half of him. Still, it's better than nothing.
It’s been an uneventful few days, so the moment he was called for the meeting, any tiredness he felt was gone. He was wide awake and alert. He gave a small nod to Tobias as he entered the meeting room; he recognized the other hero from a few nights ago, when everyone had gathered to eat during a slow day.
As he listened to the briefing, Wagyu cracked his knuckles. He’d be on the front-line, huh? That suited him just fine. As calm and centered as he was in everyday life, he’d be lying to himself if he said he didn’t enjoy going all out fighting villains every once in a while. Being so far out from shore in his armour might be a risk, he certainly can’t swim in something so heavy, but it also meant not having to keep an eye out for civilians as much.
Tobias didn’t seem nearly as confident. Considering his hero name, The Informant, it seemed pretty likely he wasn’t one to take a fight head-on. Why he’d been picked for this job, rather than a combat hero, Wagyu didn’t know, but he was more than willing to help cover his ally’s back. “Understood, sir.” He replied after Tobias.
Wagyu stood right by Tobias at the bow of the ship, watching the Endeavor approach. While his own confidence has stood firm, it seemed Tobias had only become more uneasy. When the other hero told Wagyu to stay clear of his Quirk, it finally became obvious what his worry was. Not inexperience with fighting, or a lack of strength, but the very opposite.
“Indeed, good luck to you too,” Wagyu grunted, his smile hidden by his helmet, “And I’ll be careful, don’t worry. If all goes as planned, you may not need to go that far.”
As they reached the much larger ship, Wagyu ducked down, in an attempt to disguise his full size from any lookouts. It was only once they were out of sight, below the ship’s bow, that he rose again to his full height. Hopefully, the ropes would be able to hold his weight.
Wagyu made his way up to the top just after Tobias, leaving a small dent in the wood flooring as he made his way to the tip of the bow. He cracked his knuckles, stretched his neck, and prepared for the inevitable onslaught of villains. God knows who might be on this boat, he had to be ready for anything.
“SURRENDER NOW, AND COME QUIETLY. WE’RE PREPARED TO DO THIS THE HARD WAY, IF IT COMES TO THAT!” Wagyu’s gruff voice rang out over the bow, loud and stern. In the next moment, a female voice would answer him, begging for a ceasefire.
Wagyu didn’t lower his guard. From surveilling the auctions, it was obvious that the Plutocracy employed many women experienced in performative innocence. While he wasn’t about to jump the gun and assault a potential civilian, it seemed incredibly unlikely to him that someone would be on this ship unready for battle. The cops didn’t seem fooled by her attempt at diplomacy either; one or two lowered their guns, only for them to look over at their colleagues and bring them back up. Before Wagyu could even get a word out, there was a crash, and the shipping containers ahead exploded toward them.
Wagyu surged into action, catching the container inches away from the front line of the cops. If it wasn’t for the sheer momentum of the damn thing, he’d be able to just drop it and leave it relatively undamaged, but there was no way to do that. He only had one option.
He swung with the momentum, spinning around and tossing the entire container back toward the group of thugs. He was hoping to aim for the girl, who looked to be the ringleader, but it was so huge it was difficult to throw it accurately. Plus, she was moving so fast, that by the time the thing was out of his hands, she was already upon his companion.
“INFORMANT, LOOK OUT!” Wagyu rushed for her as she was done attacking him, and aimed a punch for the center of her gravity. Should she turn to sand to mitigate the damage, he’d roar, and stomp down his right hoof as hard as possible. Then, he’d jump back, to rejoin his ally.
tl;dr: wagyu makes his way onto the boat tells the criminals to drop their weapons too catches the container sunaho threw throws it back at her and her boys follows her when she leaps away from toby, tries to punch and then stomp her leaps back to join toby when hes done

Post by Jean-Luc Apollinaire on Oct 27, 2019 18:43:57 GMT -4
A cold fury fought the rising interest in Jean-Luc's mind as he watched the outcome of Mercury's little 'demonstration'. He had known full well that the Governments of the World would be seeking to create such a weapon to combat the next stage of Human evolution, or more to the point, people that they could not control. Of course he had known, he was only surprised that they had come so far in so little time. Still, the rational and scientific part of him knew that he had just been given the final piece of his puzzle. Before Jean-Luc could even make a move to recover even a portion of what remained of Mr. Nakamura or the fateful M.A.R.I.N.E, his immediate surroundings were flooded with light, sirens wailing throughout the night as the 'Trap' was sprung. Jean-Luc scoffed at the mere idea of surrendering. He lazily pushed himself off of the railing he had been leaning on atop the IOL Endeavour, to begin with he had had no interest in the silly little auction that had been scheduled. He had been more interested in searching through the plethora of shipping containers aboard the vessel, intent on finding something of interest to him. Thus far nothing had presented itself, until now that it. Jean-Luc narrowed his eyes as he watched a group of Mecrury's men load the crate containing the Quirk based weapon onto a container and raise it towards the stern of the ship. With that out of reach for the time being, the Frenchman procured a number of durable empty syringes that he always kept on his person, using his Quirk to rapidly lower them to the still bubbling puddle that had once been a man. With them he was able to extract multiple samples that he knew he would be studying for weeks to come. Jean-Luc was about to move in the direction that the container had been moved himself when the bow was lit up spectacularly.
At least a dozen Police, armed to the teeth, had made their way onto the ship alongside two Heroes from the looks of it. While one of the pair was a relatively unassuming man, the other was anything but. A large humanoid bull, standing a good foot shorter than Savage, a man of similar stature that Jean-Luc knew all too well. All in all a paltry force, the likes of which Jean-Luc had faced countless times before. Though perhaps these Heroes would offer more entertainment than the usual riff-raff. Jean-Luc carefully slid in and out of the shadows between the shipping containers, made darker by the flood lights, as he raised himself up higher. As he carefully reached the top he surveyed the forces arrayed against him, noticing that their attention was drawn to the various grunts amidst the containers below that aimed their own weapons held in shaky hands. From his vantage point Jean-Luc was able to spot the green haired young woman as she called out to the Police, attempting what seemed like a bluff. Something that might have worked in a different situation, but tonight it would have been near impossible. It seemed that she knew it as well, a torrent of sand bursting from her arm and striking a container at the top of a stack off to Jean-Luc's right. That was when the chaos truly began.
Using the distraction provided by the now flying shipping container, Jean-Luc mustered his power, sending himself flying through the air with a very brief exertion of power so as to remain as stealthy as possible. His dark suit almost blending into the night sky as he landed on the middle of the radio tower in the first small nest some 15 meters in the air. Down below he surveyed the scene as he watched with interest as a group of seemingly street thugs rushed the police gun line with nothing but pipes and chains. Though it was an incredibly stupid and suicidal plan, Jean-Luc had to give the men credit for their bravery, deciding to reward it. With a flick of both hands, steel plating tore off of the IOL Endeavour's deck before moving in front of the charging thugs, moving with them to provide mobile cover, at least until they got close enough to the police line when the steel sheets would then cease their initial protective function and launch themselves downwards and towards the Policeman's legs. The intent being to well and truly take the gun line out of commission by sending them all sprawling to the deck before the gang of thugs descended upon them.
With that done, Jean-Luc quickly moved his focus, watching with interest as the woman from earlier moved with impressive speed towards the smaller of the two Heroes, her intentions clear. The flying shipping container found it's mark, to little effect though. The Bull-man caught the massive metal box, seemingly with ease, before swinging with the containers momentum to throw it back at the charging thugs. It seemed this man was even more like Savage, sporting both the impressive stature and strength. Still, Jean-Luc could not allow the woman's brave men to perish in such an undignified manner despite how little he truly cared for their survival. They still had a use after all. Jean-Luc raised a hand and the shipping container was enveloped in a purple corona of light before coming to a complete halt in mid air almost immediately. From his elevated position, Jean-Luc knew exactly where to send it. The container rose higher and higher before moving away from the IOL Endeavour's bow just a short ways. With the container oriented with the dark horizon Jean-Luc made his attack, slamming his arms down through the air. Though he need not do it, the dramatics of the action always pleased the Frenchman. With the Police boats positioned as they were so close together, the shipping container now suddenly hurtling downwards at 90km/h struck the middle three that were grouped so tightly. 2.2 tonnes of metals slamming into boats and any Police still aboard.
With that done, and sufficient chaos caused, Jean-Luc turned his gaze back to the fighting down below on the deck. The Bull-man was making his own attack against the sand powered woman, seemingly moving in defense of his shorter companion. Jean-Luc was more than happy to let the fighting run it's course, though as a matter of professional pride he would move to help the woman if he saw fit to do so, though she seemed more than competent in her own right.
Summary:
- Watched the demonstration and used the chaos below to safely extract multiple samples of Mr Nakamura's remains. - Moved between the shipping containers, sticking to the shadows and getting himself to the top of one of the stacks. - Used Sunaho's attack to stealthily jump up to a crow's nest half way up the radio tower. Quirk assisted jump/flight. Black suit making him fairly hard to spot against the night sky especially when everyone's eyes are on the fighting. (C Rank Speed) - Protected Sunaho's thugs by ripping up sections of the IOL Endeavour's hull to act as moving shields that would be thrown towards the police's legs when the thugs got close enough that were intended to knock the police to the ground, making them easy targets for the thugs. (C Rank Speed and Damage) - Using his Quirk, caught the shipping container that Wagyu threw back and raised it in the air above the middle three Police boats before sending it hurtling down at 90km/h to destroy them and most likely kill anyone on board. Could only accomplish this because of how tightly packed those specific three boats were. (C Rank Speed and Damage) - Remained hidden (Hopefully) in the crows nest and watched the fighting down below.

Post by Chiyuri Akagi on Oct 27, 2019 20:10:02 GMT -4
The night was cool, the breeze blowing softly throughout the Shingawa area - the tip received by G hadn’t gone unnoticed by a fair few of the Storm Knights, and Chiyuri was no exception. The main target she was gonna go for wasn’t on the docking area, it wasn’t the train carrying some of the goods, oh no. Her target was the big daddy - the boat itself. Highest density of tech to person, as well as some kind of experimental drug. It couldn’t be had, if the villains got it then they’d have an even stronger grip on Tokyo, and if the cops got it, who knows what those corrupt fucks would do with it? Probably create some kind of crazy super soldier type shit, ain’t no way was that gonna pass. As far as the girl acting as Emerald saw, the only safe way to make sure both sides would be foiled is if everything got busted wide open. Only problem with the plan was that she was still at the dock, and the cops and pros had by this point, gotten to the goods and were probably sieging and making demands like hot shots from an action flick, with some hero muscle in case. Only option she had was to swim there, or… there was a jetski nearby. Hopping on the boatercycle, she cut the tether with her sword, and began to hotwire that thing so it would go. A loud voice rang out towards her, saying “Hey that’s my fuckin’ jetski!”, but Chiyuri simply smiled under her disguise and said “Sorry yo, official vigilante shit - I’ll try to get this back to you, dog, I swear.” And with that, she sped off, skimming the water towards the boat, leaving that guy to stand alone and watch the action about to unfold.
And what action there was! Before she had even gotten near the boat, someone or something was tossing the containers around like they were damn tennis balls, which made her job slightly easier, however that was nothing compared to the hulking metal box freeze in mid-air, and strike back down onto the speedboats the cops had used to get there. Whoever or whatever did that was trouble, meaning that evidently some heroes weren’t doing their damn job. Luckily for them, Emerald was on the horizon. As she got closer, she sped up her gas-powered water-steed, hoping to catch a wave and some air in the process. After the opportunity she wanted came, it was time to ride it up. Cutting through the white foam, and being suspended for a moment, Chiyuri kicked off the machine, and landed on the boat, her skates creating sparks as she slid across the metal bow, almost falling.
“Yo, no time for chit-chat, all you gotta know is I’m here to kick some goddamn ass!” she said towards the cops, taking a hand on her sword in the process. Facing her foes (or other ones, in her case), Chiyuri began to speak directly to them; “And to you over there: This is Emerald, and y’all plutocracy dipshits are fuckin’ up this city’s tempo, and there ain’t no chance I’m letting that slide, yo!” And with that, Chiyuri began to head towards the crates, trying to take out as many thugs as she could in the process.
TL;DR
- Chiyuri steals and hotwires a jetski to get to the boat (F-Rank Tinkering) - Sees Jean-Luc's attack but not him and speeds forth - Jumps off the jetski onto the boat using a wave, but doesn't quite stick the landing too well - Yells out to cops (and heroes technically), as well as villains/thugs her intentions - Starts to skate towards crates and thugs (D-Rank Speed)
Enhanced Strength (Summon(D-Rank)) Ranged Attack (Summon(D-Rank)) Enhanced Strength (Chiyuri(D-Rank))
Sword (Damage(E-Rank)) Swordfighting (MA(E-Rank)) Skates (Speed(D-Rank)) Sword Mod (Burn(E-Rank))

| I am the hand that shall tip the scales of fate What side will you be on? Word Count:728 |
Seita was sitting in the middle of gathering area, his mask on to continue to hide his identity, never could be too cautious at events like this. He was expecting to have purchased some items that the Dear Mercury had been auctioning off, but alas nothing had seemed to catch his eyes. There was some tech and some illegal weapons that had been sold but all those items were either similar to what his company already manufactured, or were things that one could get their hands on quite easily if one had the right contacts which of course Seita had. But then it appeared that the lady of the hour was about to demonstrate the main event of the evening’s auction.
And oh what a demonstration it was, after she waxed about the infamous Semper-Fi incident she pulled up a “volunteer” up to the stage. Supposedly they had perfected to drug that they had been working on. She called this new and improved drug “M.A.R.I.N.E” and it allegedly boosted the strength of one’s quirk beyond its current level. It appeared to be working as the subjects quirk did begin to show signs that it had exponentially improved. “Oh? This could definitely net me a nice profit.” Seita said to himself. “Not to mention stir the pot a bit and move some of my plans forward.” He quietly quipped, a mischievous smile spreading across his hidden face. As he was smirking something absolutely horrendous, and a little bit amusing, happened. The poor man that Mercury had injected the serum into seemed not to be all too receptive to it. For as she was talking the man slowly began to swell and swell like an overfilled water balloon until he finally popped. “Well, that’ll definitely reduce the price.” He said aloud.
Suddenly all hell seemed to break loose as police lights and sirens filled the air as the authorities seemed to appear out of nowhere. Seita pulled out a disposable and punched in a number as he stood up and began to head towards the IOL Endeavor. “Mamoru, get your team and the chopper here now! Police showed up and decided to ruin the night. I’ll be on the bow of the Endeavor, be ready for a hot extraction. I’m going to get the Bio Weapon that Mercury had intended to sell.” He ordered. He crushed the phone in his hand before sprinting onto the front of the boat.
After Seita made it onto the boat he noticed a group of cops and pro heroes had also made their way onto the ship as well. “How annoying, now I’m going to have to get my nice suit all bloody.” He said with a mix of annoyance and sadistic joy. He cracked his knuckles as he began to transform. He saw one hero throw an empty container their way. Thankfully another fellow caught it and threw it at a group of police boats. “Well if it’s that kinda party…” Seita said as he walked up to a container and ripped one of the doors off of it. His ice claws and enhanced strength making it an almost effortless task. Seita then smiled under his mask as he threw the heavy metal door at a group of unsuspecting cops with everything he had. He wasn’t one to get his hands dirty often, but when he did, he made sure to make it as enjoyable as possible. And he wasn’t one to take any prisoners, no he made sure that everything he did was done with the intent to kill.
Seita ducked behind one of the containers to his left and waited to see how the cops and heroes would react. He was also curious to see if one of the containers held the item that he was looking for. Even though it seemed to still need a lot of work, M.A.R.I.N.E was still extremely valuable to him and if he got the serum he’d have his people work on it. Oh the delicious havoc he could wreak if he got ahold of it. But in order to do that. All these people in his way had to be dealt with. The Dragon God was about to show all these lesser creatures what happens to those that stand in his way.

(TL;DR)
•Seita sat around in the Auction audience waiting to find something to big on. After the cops showed up he used a burner phone to call his security team and bring a helicopter to pick him up on the Endeavor. •Seita than made his way to the boat and once he saw that the others were engaging each other he joined in. •He used his C Ranked enhanced strength and claws to rip a door off a container and hurl it like a frisbee at a group of officers on the right side of the bow. Aiming to kill. •He hid behind a container quickly, keen on seeing everyone’s next move before he chooses how to engage next.

STORYTELLER It took no time before things accelerated, everything from containers flying, floating metal peices, minor sandstorms and a wave of thugs with nothing but metal pipes, it was never a sight to be expected for the police force, but with their keen eyes and solidified focus they did not drop their aims at the green-haired lass making a bold attempt to bluff her way into their hearts. ''HQ, there is an undentified woman onboard, over.'' Garo quickly took the radio close to his mouth as he listened closely to the lines spoke between the police force members. ''Do -not- hesitate, anyone onbaord such ship is deemed to be up to no good, keep alert high and do not let them walk freely.'' With such a strong tone to his voice it made the police force members keep their gunbarrels pointed right at Sunaho with malicious intentions. ''Drop to the floor, now!'' And just like that a container with great strength was hurled at their frontline, Wagyu skillfully taking it to his arms and tossing it back, and with the pressure of the sandblast making the police force members go away from the middle before seeing the many brave thugs charging. ''Contact, light them up!'' Quickly responding to the yelling men with automatic rounds dominating the atmosphere with it's heavy sounds. What they didn't expect was an abnormal sudden shield to all of the thugs running, floating metal pieces stopping the bullets just so barely, they weren't using penetrative bullets in usch operations.
''Woo dude! Thanks a bunch!'' Said one of the Dust Devils as they assaulted the police force members the moment the metal shields were launched, hurting a decent amount of police officers and making them struggle to get up, but right as the thugs got their hits on the armored men a new wave of police officers walked through the thick smoke and silenced the many thugs with pipes. ''Alpha Team, this is Beta Team coming in, over.'' A whole new dozen of men back behind the first line, they got a large amount of men already climbing up to join the fray, and by the looks of it they even included medical care to the waves. ''Beta Team, make clear for the middle section, quench them through the sides and mark out the larger threats, King Taurus and The Informant needs their space!'' Garo opened the door to watch the scene going on at the shore from a far distance in his ship, tapping his foot impatiently on the metal floor.
''You heard him men! Shield cavalry up!'' With the combat medics tending to the injured the police force began to go closer to the edge and use the covers to allow the shield cavalry to take the front from the incoming bullets sprayed from the containers. ''Eat lead fuckers!'' Shouted a thug positioned on the containers and spraying down at the force, slowing down the shield cavalry from moving far out. ''Hey! We need goddamn backup! They're overflowing the damn bow!'' That is until the said flying container never reached the floor, one of the men noticed there was no loud crashing noise and looked up at the purple aura coated metal box moving towards their end. ''Threat from above! I repeat, threat from above!'' But with little time to react and much smaller chance to even move away from the crashing point, one boat got ruined to move and two others damaged to the front. ''OUR BOATS ARE HIT! OVER!'' ''Stay calm! Get away from the bow and allow for those onboard handle it for now! Someone from high must've seen the boats to even aim! Check the highpoints with the headlights!'' This was getting concerning, Garo knew it was coming to his desperature move eventually if this kept up. ''Alpha Team, Beta Team, endure until air support arrives.'' As he confirmed for air support a chopper initiated it's engines from the ship and began to take it's destination to it's aim. The boats drove away from the bow witht he fifth unable to move, forcing those alive to quickly get off from it. Three of the boats got into position to turn their headlights at the tallets points to the ship, where they eventually hitting at the dark figure on the top of the cargo ship's radiotower, all three hitting him at once with blinding light. Before the enforcers could take action into firing at the figure they got interrupted by a sudden new party member arriving to the deck with her skates on the edge of the bow, gaining the attention from at least five gunbarrels. ''Identify yourself! Now!'' Garo realizes from the sound of the tone it was unexpected. ''Alpha Team, what's the issue, over.'' ''Some girl on rollerskates flew up to the bow and are charging the thugs, unidentified, but not hostile, over.'' ''Son of a...'' Garo rubbed the brigde between his eyes and grunted with an excessively annoyed tone. ''Stay clear Alpha Team, vigilantes are unpredictable, do not let her get away after this, over.'' ''Roger that.''
''So when are we moving already? Hellooooo?!'' One of the thugs said impatiently, then startled by the sudden tore of a metal door right by him, and this itnimidating masked figure hurling it at the cops with great accuracy. ''More flying pieces! Contact!'' Two got punted to their chest and now laying on the ground heavily injured, groaning out loud. ''We need a medic here! Now!'' The fight began to slow down in tersm of movement, too much firing between, bullets hitting the many containers and the villains clashing against the heroes deadon, but in the midst of the battle the horn of the cargo ship blurted out into the air and began to move with such intense force, making practically -everyone- get slightly shoved to the side by the force, even a few such as thugs standing on the containers losing balance and falling off, landing into the dark cold water. ''GAaah! H-HQ! The ship has begun to move! I repeat, the ship has begun to move!'' Garo rushed to the outside of his own ship and seeing the movement of Endeavour taking it's motion. This meant alot of things, and with the current circumstances it was a big chance that both sides will get greatly damaged.
The containers first of all, are now moving. All of them did not have secured locks and was drastically shoved by their great weight to the side, including a handful of thugs either getting trapped or crushed between the metal walls. Among them was Seita heind behind one of the containers, and being charged by a sliding container from his left. The entire police force got shoved down to their backs or knees, a pair as much unfortunately falling from the bow down into the water. And lastly, one container at the top of them all slid obliquely and falling down at the ground, aldning right behind Sunaho and getting torn open by the impact, revealing inside a great amount of explosives, namely the fine material that C4 are made out of, the clay in prepared packs scattered the floor. This amount could result in devastating damages.
''Let's get a move on, we're initiating plan B.'' The dread in the operators eyes as they looked at eachother, but not hesitating to get the engines going and make their ship move, straight ahead towards Endeavours current position. ''Everyone okay?! Get up! Get up!'' Both teams got back to their legs after the sudden shove and took now a locked defensive stand to regroup their formations.
Summary Notes: -Second wave of police force emerges and immeditaly assists first wave's devastating attack, regaining a few injured officers with battle medics (pale purple dots) -Middle boat unable to move and deemed sinking, several dead onboard with the other half onbaording the others boats, two of the ships with minor damage on the front. -Endeavour starts to move! And with sudden force applied to the entire field results in everyone getting shoved and all containers sliding to the right and crushing a dozen, trapping many and overall making it impossible to navigate through, one container fell hard down near the middle and reveals to be stashed with C4 clay. -Air support is on the way. -Garo commands to initiate plan B. I put a small kill counter on the top, thats how many has died or are simply unable to even do anything. The reveal of the explosives is -dangerous-, and I mean it. This is DE and that level of quantity will make things not exist anymore. I will keep the bullets aimed towards PC to a minimal to let you guys do your thing with eachother. Tags: @

BURN BABY BURN THE LAVA ELEMENTAL'S SKIN BURBLED with the threat of an eruption. And through his somewhat-blurred, glasses-less vision he sighted a turquoise-haired woman, her voice pitching upwards and going raw at the edges as she addressed the police forces. One of Tobias’s eyelids twitched. His frown deepened. His experience with interrogations led him to be healthily skeptical of anyone who hadn’t proven themselves trustworthy—even if he was polite to them, he didn’t trust them. For the edge in her voice, she seemed oddly nonchalant, taking a swig of beer as she spoke. But if she was all talk… was lying really so bad? Just as the thought crossed his mind, the woman’s motions quickened, grabbing a container and hurling it in their direction. He couldn’t go backwards—he’d go overboard, and at the very least break a few bones. That meant the only direction was forward. As the sandy woman charged, she would find that the temporary-brunette was also bolting (in order to avoid the shipping container). The woman was unnaturally quick though, drawing her sandy arm to swipe at the lava elemental. Tobias rose an arm to defend his face, his limbs moving almost mechanically. The sandy blade sliced his arm, and because of her speed, he didn’t have enough time to defend his thigh. >> “Informant, look out!”Wagyu rose to his defense, but the process had already begun. Where blood should have seeped from the fresh wounds, globs of lava were burbling out, steam roiling form the in the cold air. “Ah, fuck,” Toby hissed, a sentiment rather contrary to his usual, demure demeanor. He squinted his eyes tightly, and when they opened again his eyes and his mouth glowed a bright white-yellow. The rest of his body took cues from the two abrasions, finally producing enough lava to start splitting his skin and burst through to the surface. The elemental winced, sucking air through his teeth as he rode the beginnings of his painful shift. It began gradually, flames surfacing where vents had formed. Overhead, the shipping container was volleyed in the world’s most deadly game of hot potato, before being hurled overboard. He was sinking, the tarmac beneath his feet melting. If he stood still for too long, he was likely to melt through. “Floor is Lava!” Toby shouted, “Comms are offline!” “Floor is Lava” was code for a maneuver that had been discussed during the debrief, in the event of an eruption-- hell, an eruption is what they had been counting on-- it was why Tobias, an investigation-oriented hero, was on the frontlines. In this situation, Tobias would break formation towards the edge of the boat, cutting behind the police (and behind the line of fire) towards the outskirts of the formation, where he wouldn’t risk burning as many of his comrades. As for “comms are offline”... well, that was pretty self-explanatory. The metal surface of the boat’s floor was goopy and red-hot in the wake of his footfalls. By the time he reached the edge, lava had completely consumed him, his breathing uneven from the strain of the shift. Where skin once was, swirling pools of goopy red-orange-and-sometimes-white lava, roiling with steam. Flames emerged here-and-there as they devoured the last of his clothes, leaving a naked, genderless golem in their wake. Tobias stopped behind the four, vertical partitions along the left flank of the ship, gazing out over the now battlefield. No time to catch his breath. He could sink through if he didn’t keep moving. A pair of Dust Devils approached him, shielded by a tremendous piece of glowing, floating scrap metal… the police officers were, understandably, holding their fire. Tobias charged forward, brushing past the partitions. “Stand down!”Just then, the shield suddenly accelerated, unprovoked, towards Tobias and the police officers. The elemental stepped in front of them, sinking his center of gravity. He thrust his arms forward, as one might do when pushing a car with a dead battery, and took the brunt of the collision with his arms. It didn’t stop, by any means, but began to melt at the point of contact, liquid metal spilling from around his hands. It pushed Tobias back until enough of the metal had melted to hold it in-place. It was about that time that the Endeavor lurched forward, causing the lava elemental to grasp the makeshift partition for balance. Falling down, in this state, could mean falling through the floor. He barely managed to steady himself on the scrap of hull. “Thanks Informant!” “My pleasure!”By the time that Tobias had turned to face the duo of Dust Devils, they had already turned to seek less Quirked targets. This afforded Tobias the time to glance around the deck. Glowing strips of hull moving autonomously, defending only the apparent thugs. This suggested the work of a villain… And they moved with such precision, this suggested… someone with a good vantage point. Perhaps on the containers? He looked, spying only one individual atop. They didn’t seem to have the… degree of focus on the scraps of hull that one who mas manipulating them might. The boat lurched again, this time from striking the dock, and Tobias gripped at the railing to steady himself. The force of the blow sent some containers toppling into the sea, much like bars of soap slipping off the edge of the tub. It was an absurd thought, but… Tobias really had no other basis of comparison. One of the containers, poorly secured, buckled and split, revealing blocks of… god knew what… within. He’d lost communications when the shift had taken place, his bone mic melting in his ear. But Tobias understood the inherent problem with the boat suddenly and unexpectedly moving, from a “need to secure the scene and preserve evidence” standpoint. For as showy as the sand manipulator was, perhaps the most pressing concern, in the eyes of the Informant, was the metal manipulator hurling the shipping containers and scraps of boat. They put the most lives in immediate danger, and as such… that was the person that Tobias would focus on finding and stopping. Tobias tread quickly along the edge of the ship, still smoldering, keeping close to the railing with his eyes on the containers and the skirmish. A Dust Devil moved to greet him, lunging at him with a pipe. Tobias grabbed the hapless criminal by the scruff of their shirt and, with a well-practiced shift of their body-weight, tipped them over the railings and into the churning sea below. Nearing the shipping containers, Tobias broke into a run, wanting rather desperately to avoid getting crushed. As he drew near to one of the containers, he grasped at the bars that kept sealed, pressing his smoldering feet to the side of the container and walking his way to the upper threshold. While there was an inherent risk in mounting the shipping container—people volleyed these things around like toys—paled in comparison to the potential benefits. It did provided a better vantage point, and prevented Toby from being in crushing-range. Now atop the container, Tobias trotted towards the center of the ship. It would be easier to help coordinate the effort from slightly higher up, interject where needed, and locate the metal manipulator. Tobias moved at a steady trot, watching the scene unfold around him, skimming the area for anyone who might scream “metal manipulator”, and devising an according plan. TL, DR:- Tobias moves to defend himself from Sunaho but is weak against her superior speed. He is slashed on his arm and thigh after an attempted block. (F-Rank Jiu Jitsu)
- Being sliced by Sunaho triggers an eruption. Oops!
- Following the protocol “Floor is Lava”, Tobias cuts behind police forces along the left flank, where his quirk is less likely to impede the police force
- He hides behind the vertical partitions, calculating his next moves.
- He stops one of Jean-Luc's hull shields by melting it to the ground. (C-Rank Burn)
- A Dust Devil is also thrown overboard. (F-Rank Jiu Jitsu)
- He climbs atop a shipping container in an attempt to find Jean Luc, help coordinate the police forces below, etc. (F-Rank Complex Problem-Solving/Coordination)
- He incorrectly assumed that Jean-Luc is a metal manipulator, but has correctly assumed that he is not ground level, and is probably atop the radio tower. But Tobias cannot see him, and has yet to act on this.

'CAUSE I'M GONNA HUNT YOU LIKE AN ANIMAL The night roared as the gates of chaos swung wide open, Sunaho and her Dust Devils pouring out from within. Her men weren't trained, they weren't anything special by any means when it came to their abilities. All they had, was all they needed to be considered worthy of fighting for her little rebellion. Grit. The kind that let them charge recklessly towards the armed cops, ready to rush right into hell, so long as they took a few of these damn cops down with them. Sunaho's half-assed attempt to draw the cops' attention had given them enough of a chance to burst forward, though they were far from being in the clear. A hail of bullets bore down upon them, but they'd find themselves shielded as the ship itself seemed to come alive to their defense. Not only that, but once Sunaho had launched that shipping container, it had been caught by the big bull of a Hero on the other side... Only for his attempt to throw it back to be thwarted again by some outside force. Not one to take this blessing for granted, Sunaho put it in the back of her mind... 'Guess I've got a guardian angel...'And focused on her offensive! Exploding forward with unnatural speed, the woman unleashed a pair of Quick slashes on one of the Heroes. As she had expected of guys this size, they weren't exactly prepared for raw deftness and mobility. Her sandy claws tore through the flash on his arm and thighs, with unexpected results. The guy didn't bleed, not the way most people did. Fucking lava was seeping out of him. Sunaho didn't get much of a chance to take in this hint at the man's Quirk, as the other Hero was upon her very quickly. Her previous assumption didn't amount to shit - this pack of beef as Quick as hell. Luckily, he had a distance to cover, giving the sandy woman a chance to respond. With an inhuman motion, she kicked off the ground and twisted her body, her midsection turning to sand as she rotated in the air, essentially dodging the punch by turning herself sideways as it glanced past her stomach. As he roared, Sunaho realized she needed to cover distance, and kicked her leg out and is it extended in its sandy shape, pushing her off the ground and away from the beast to gain some more ground before that stomp sent vibrations through the floor. He was quicker than he looked, and built more sturdily than those damn shipping containers. This one was dangerous. "Where'd they get you big fuckers from!?" Sunaho called out as she lowered her body once again, flaring out her sandy claws as she looked for her next chance to strike. Her Dust Devils were tearing shit up, but more cops were moving on. A lot of them. As if cops weren't enough, some idiot jumped from the side of the boat, a goddamn vigilante. Great. Fan-fucking-tastic. Damn pests were swarming the boat, and Sunaho wasn't exactly a fan of these number differences. Her guardian angel could only do so much to help out, after all... So it was damn fortunate she got a gift right from God next. Not only did the other big guy seem to be having his own problems with that lava of is, soon the entire boat began moving. As it lurched forward, the sandy woman would plant her claws in the ground to stop her from moving too much, cursing under her breath as she kept an eye out for falling shipping containers... One of which fell almost right next to her. Some Grade-A plastic explosives spilling out. The lightbulbs were lighting up right away. "TEAR THROUGH THOSE SHIELDS, DUST DEVILS!" Sunaho would shout enthusiastically, dashing to the side and enlarging her sandy claw to pick up a fair number of the C4 charges. "You fuckin' government dogs ready to die today? Time to return the dust, assholes." In an initially strange gesture, she'd toss the C4 high into the air, dashing away immediately and hoping it would draw some eyes, before shouting out once more. "OI, GUARDIAN ANGEL, LIGHT 'EM UP! KILL ANY OF MY MEN AND I TEAR YOUR THROAT OUT!"Hopefully whoever had been behind the prior unexpected help would get the message! While she left the airborne C4 up to him, Sunaho herself set her eyes on the big fucking bull. Far as she could tell, he'd be the biggest threat - the other guy with lava blood was as much a danger to his Allies as he was them. This bull was just raw muscle moving at breakneck speeds. Simple, but damned if he wasn't deadly. She'd have to make it harder for him to get a good eye on her. Though she looked to him, Sunaho didn't lunge at Wagyu. Instead, she leaped off the ground, and right towards the shield-bearing cops on the boat's starboard! Landing right on top of one, she'd bring her massive sandy claw down on the back of his neck, aiming to tear into it before she deftly dashed around within the police ranks, slashing through them like a sandstorm. That oughta get the bull's attention. "CUT THROUGH HERE!" Sunaho would yell out. As she dashed past, towards Wagyu, she'd slash another cop with her sandy claw, this time making sure to curve her wicked blades back and hook into the body. With force, Sunaho flung the body at Wagyu, running in right after it. The aim was to draw his attention, though she had other ideas too. "Ready to die for your masters?"The woman taunted, dropping low as soon as she got close, one of her legs dispersing into sand along the ground as her body spun around, the other leg forming a keen sandy blade that she'd use to slash at Wagyu's legs after her throw. This beast was gonna fall, one way or another. Like hell Sunaho was gonna let herself, or her men, die here! TLDR;- Sunaho realizes she has a 'guardian angel' (which is actually a tentacle-faced Frenchman) - Oshit that guy bleeds fucking lava- Barely dodges Wagyu's punch by twisting her body, kicks away to avoid the stomp. - Oshit there's now a vigilante - Boat begins to move, Sunaho rallies her men - Grabs some C4 and chucks it into the air for Jean - Jumps the shield cops, slashing a few with her claws and ushering her man to break through the ranks - Tosses one cop at Wagyu before charging in and doing a leg sweep, where her leg is blade of sand

Wagyu’s decision to rejoin Toby at the bow of the ship was, perhaps, not a great idea, as from the other man’s wounds spurted lava, not blood. At the distinct noise of metal sizzling and melting, Wagyu began to step away. However, he didn’t fully start his break from the other hero until Toby gave the signal that had been agreed beforehand; the Floor is Lava. The moment he heard those words, Wagyu gave Toby a thumbs up and a terse nod, before power-walking closer to the starboard side of the boat. Not as far as his partner for the night was going, but just far enough to give the melting parts of the floor a wide berth.
The leader of the thugs, she’d called them Dust Devils, had almost effortlessly avoided Wagyu’s direct attacks. Obviously, just brute muscle wasn’t going to cut it against such a slippery Quirk. He’d need an actual plan before engaging her again, and as the sounds of gunfire continued around him, an idea began to formulate in his head.
Unfortunately, splitting up had meant guarding their quirkless allies was far harder; Wagyu could do nothing but watch as large plates of steel tore themselves from the boat and shielded the Dust Devils, only to ram right into Toby and the cops on the port side. Moments later, the motion repeated with the shipping container he’d thrown; it stopped dead in its tracks in mid-air, then moments later shot like a bullet over the side of the ship, in a manner that momentum could not have carried it. It seemed the Dust Devils weren’t the only ones he needed to look out for.
Wagyu gritted his teeth, but before he could so much as move his head to look for the second villain, a voice he recognized called across the boat. A voice that was about the last he wanted to hear in a place like this. It was obviously Chiyuri, he didn’t know a single person in Tokyo who talked quite like that. “Oh, for FUCKS sake, what are YOU doing he-”
Something interrupted him again. First, the deafening whirr of helicopter blades above him. Had airborne backup reached them already? Wagyu didn’t lower his guard, but didn’t approach the helicopter until it was too late. Rather than another group of cops, a single masked man dropped from the vehicle, transforming to an intimidating icey appearance soon after. With the man being on the port side as well, there was nothing that Wagyu could do but watch as he pried a door from a container and hurled it at another group of cops. He swore under his breath.
Lights swung from behind him, and for just a moment Wagyu caught a glimpse of a figure atop the ship’s radio tower before the world around him jolted. The ship was moving, for reasons beyond his understanding. What was happening on the other end of the boat? As the cops around him scrambled to keep their footing, Wagyu stamped his right hoof hard enough to dent the floor below, holding himself in place.
Unfortunately, that apparently wasn’t enough trouble for them. As Wagyu struggled to hold himself in place, his hoof falling further and further into the floor as the weight of his entire body pressed down on it, a shipping container ahead broke apart. C4. There was C4 inside! To make matters worse, the leader of the Dust Devils had taken ahold of a whole bunch, and had tossed it skyward, relying on the mysterious figure atop the radio tower to launch it at the cops.
“SCATTER! GET AS CLOSE TO THE SIDES AS YOU CAN AND GET BEHIND COVER!” Wagyu bellowed at the top of his lungs. “TOBY, LOOK AT THE RADIO TOWER!” At the same time, he took off like a speeding bullet toward the starboard side, weaving between the cops as best he could, intent to catch the green-haired girl dead in her tracks. He wasn’t quite fast enough to stop her from brutalizing his allies, and with a stoney glare through his mask, he dodged the dead body she flung at him. Next came a sandy blade that had been her leg moments before, but he didn’t dodge it.
No, he had a different idea in mind.
Ignoring her verbal taunts, he reached down and tried to wrap his massive fist around the blade, ignoring how it cut through his armour and into his leathery skin. Even as the sharp edge drove further and further into his hide, he didn’t flinch. He just squeezed it, harder and harder, and pulled the clump he’d grabbed forward.
Sand clumped together. When dry, it didn’t do it well, but they were out at sea, and even as far up from the ocean as they were the humidity should be enough to make this work in some way. At worst, he might be able to break away some of her material, maybe damage her somewhat.
She would be his problem, for now. He’d just have to hope Toby could handle the others, and that Chiyuri was looking to cooperate. tl;dr wagyu starts to move away from tobias as the lava bleeds from him, since its clearly melting the floor below him. when tobias gives the Floor is Lava signal, wagyu gives him a thumbs up, and backs up, moving back toward sunaho sunaho dodges wagyu's punch by twisting her body, and kicks away to avoid the stomp
wagyu begins to formulate a plan on how to deal with her sand wagyu, too far away to catch the objects thrown by jean, realizes that there must be another villain that isnt currently visible chiyuri hops onto the ship . wagyu recognizes her, doesn't have the time to express his full disappointment but yells before being cut off by seita's entrance the ship starts moving, wagyu stomps a foot into the floor to hold himself in place. sunaho throws the C4 into the air, and wagyu tells the cops around him to move to the sides of the ship and to get behind cover if possible. he heads for sunaho while yelling to tell toby about the figure atop the radio tower he dodges the body sunaho threw at him, but (tries to) catch the sand blade she swung at him next, attempting to force the sand to stick together to immobilize that part of her.

Jean-Luc turned his disinterested gaze away from the sight of his multi-ton makeshift weapon completely devastating one Police craft and badly damaging another two. It had been many, many years since he felt any sympathy for the casualties he caused and the whole process had become a monotonous affair. These Police seeking their arrest knew full well the danger they had been rushing into, and if that wasn't the case, then they certainly didn't have a sufficient self preservation instinct to deserve existing any longer than the night ahead. His actions though did present a rather unwelcome problem. It seemed that either someone on the scene, or more likely someone watching from afar from the safety of a command unit, had half a brain on their shoulders. Mere moments from the dropping of the container those boats that remained turned their flood lights in Jean-Luc's direction, the stark beams searching the radio tower until one operator caught a glimpse of the Frenchman who refused to hide. Within a few seconds the remaining lights converged on his position. Jean-Luc's eyes narrowed at the offending lights, they would have to be dealt with if for nothing else than for the annoyance they posed. Unfolding his arms from behind his back and with quick curling motions of his hands the railing of the crows nest around Jean-Luc groaned in sudden protest. 4 thin bars of steel were torn from their housings and after a brief moment to aim, 3 of their number were sent at speed towards the spotlights, striking true and utterly shattering them. Jean-Luc had trained to hit moving targets accurately, stationary floodlights were a pittance of effort. He cast his gaze down at the deck once more, the initial assault by the group of thugs had been rather successful due to Jean-Luc intervention, but the second wave of Police, now armed with riot shields had made short work of the brazen chargers. He was even able to what seemed to be a few combat medics tending to the wounded, how quaint. There was one figure that stood out however, seemingly a Titan of ancient Greece dripping with glowing magma that seeped from his skin. For a brief moment Jean-Luc's scientific interest was piqued, the desire to acquire new samples came to the forefront of his mind before he quickly stomped such thoughts out. That could be thought of later he decided. The man in question had been instrumental in stopping one of his earlier makeshift shields, that alone told Jean-Luc that he was not one of the simple minded and pathetic Heroes that crowded Japan. The Frenchman was brought from his musings as the ship beneath his feet suddenly lurched into motion, a quick application of his Quirk stopped his motion before it had barely begun and keeping him safely in place on his feet. It seemed that the runners of this Auction had been thoroughly spooked by the arrival of such a significant Police presence, unsurprising but still annoying. Shipping containers all over the deck were thrown about, no small number of people hiding among them undoubtedly meeting a rather unfortunate fate. Though it was one container in particular that caught not just Jean-Luc's attention, but likely everyone on board who could see it. The container in question had cracked open where it fell, spilling what Jean-Luc's trained eye identified as C4 out onto the deck. It was likely the sheer quantity inside the container that had stopped it from detonating by the impact alone. The green haired woman from earlier was the first to make a move, using her sand to carefully ensnare a small number of the C4 bricks and throw them into the air, calling out for what was undoubtedly Jean-Luc's assistance. He eyed the 4 bricks as they rose high into the air, already having more than enough ideas as to how they could be used. He decided it couldn't hurt to oblige the woman's request, she had asked so nicely after all. Much the same as the shipping container earlier, the 4 bricks of C4 were suddenly outlined in a purple aura, their momentum stopping immediately as Jean-Luc seized control of their fate and that of many fools down below him. The green haired woman had already rushed off to engage the Police on the starboard bow so Jean-Luc quickly decided to concentrate his attack elsewhere. He rapidly angled his explosive projectiles so as to give the Police down below no chance to truly respond, already he could see some of them rushing for cover, an exercise in futility if there ever was one. Without a moments warning the C4 bricks were set loose, rushing towards their targeted areas. From the leftmost section of the starboard bow and along the port bow the C4 detonated with supreme force, four violent bursts of flame and shrapnel coming into being within milliseconds of the initial impact. Many of the Police were simply engulfed by the fireballs, Jean-Luc could scarcely tell how many though at the end of the day it didn't really matter did it? His job done, Jean-Luc decided that it would be best to move from his previous position, simply stepping forward and off of the crows nest into open air. In his hand he still held the sole remaining steel rod of the others he had used to take out the spot lights. As he dropped a few meters in free fall, his Quirk took hold, his form outlined in a faint purple glow as he brought a new completely halt to his momentum before gracefully touching down on the deck that was now in utter chaos. He surveyed the scene before him and spotted a combat medic who was barely managing to push himself back up to his hands and knees, his clothing stained in smoke and blood. Over his shoulders he wore a large bag the undoubtedly held his medical supplies. The man touched a hand to his ear and Jean-Luc noticed the communication device therein. A smirk played across his features briefly. He reached out a hand and pulled. The large medical bag strapped across the medic's shoulders glowed purple as it pulled the man towards Jean-Luc rapidly. All that awaited the man was more misfortune, the steel pole that Jean-Luc had been holding was now hovering in mid air directly in the medic's path. The result was rather obvious. As the man gasped and struggled in midair, his torso thoroughly skewered on the steel pole, Jean-Luc stepped forward, a kind and careful hand reaching out to grasp the side of the medic's head. The Frenchman stepped forward and leaned closer to the man. "The pain will soon fade Officer," he said as his clawed fingers fished the communications device from the man's ear, holding his prize aloft briefly to inspect it was still in working order. "Rest easy in that knowledge." he said, dropping his control of the steel rod and subsequently the medic as well. Without a second glance Jean-Luc turned on his heel, placing the communications device in his ear as he walked back away from the carnage and into the now tangled maze of the shipping containers. He was still hopeful that one of these containers might hold the prize he sought. His slim form made it much easier to move in and out of the containers as he searched them, carefully in case there was anything else volatile inside them.
Summary: - Used the railing around himself to made 4 steel 'spears' which he used to disable the flood lights illuminating him. - Used his Quirk very briefly to stop himself from falling over when the Endeavour started moving. - Grabbed the 4 blocks of C4 that Sunaho threw into the air for him to use. Sent them at speed towards THESE 4 locations marked by a purple dot. - Dropped off of the crows nest, using Quirk to stop his momentum. - Grabbed hold of a Combat Medic by pulling his duffel bag towards himself, impaling the man and taking his communications device so that he could listen in on the Police Radio. - Moved away from the front of the ship and into the maze of shipping containers, using a combo of his slim frame and Quirk to get through any impassable sections. - Is searching through the containers carefully, hoping to find either MARINE or any other Medical based technology.

Seems that even without the baddest and best girl in Tokyo on board, the party on the boat was just gonna keep getting bigger and bigger. However, despite Chiyuri’s shout of intent beforehand, the cops seemed to still get the idea she was going to bust some crazy villain plot out, with a few even holding sights on her. But before she could turn over to them, the boat began to move like crazy, setting off in a new course, sending some crates tumbling towards her. Dashing and weaving to avoid them with her skates, she noticed one of them was filled to the brim with some goddamn plastic explosive! Better yet, one hero seemed to be pretty much a potential lighter for the whole stack, but there was another who, in all honesty, was too familiar. Perhaps that speed dating program could have been a bad idea - he seemed to recognise her as well, shit. Can’t be helped right now.
What could be done, however, is that in the commotion, it seemed that whatever had thrown that container at the cops, and who had at this point was throwing the C4 charges, was moving to the back, where all the goodies were being held. Turning over to the thugs and cops who were going at her, she figured it was time to get down to business. Drawing her sword with a smirk, Chiyuri bust forward and took out two of the biker-looking thugs, enough to incapacitate with a swift cut down the chest on both of them. Continuing on, she slid a bit, kicking up some seawater towards another two thugs, cutting them down too before heading down to the chaos in the crates. However, it seemed as though getting just to the entrance to the maze wasn’t as easy as planned. Looks like someone else was digging through too, with a crate’s door ripped off and some bodies laying away from the perceived path. A wrong move here could be a problem, as the perp didn’t seem like they would go for a one and done. They had to be nearby. Just in case, Chiyuri gripped her sword’s hilt in case that sandy hoe would also try to make a break towards her, after all she was behind the tower at this point. Poking her head around the broken corner to peep into the crate, there seemed to be some icy residue there, and she moved her hand slightly lower down the hilt at the Tempo Overflow activation pull. “Yo, if any motherfucker wants to take some good shit, I got the best around! Better than anything in these crates, man!” she said, taunting the villain who must have been nearby. If they were an ice-cold criminal, then perhaps the green burn of Tempo Overflow would help court them out of hiding.
TL;DR - The boat have started to move, Chiyuri uses her skates (D Speed) to dodge oncoming crates - Oh shit, C4, this place might go to hell - Wagyu sees her, she sees him, second base very much not gonna happen after that speed date - She sees movement from a shadowman, leading her to move to the crates - Chiyuri attacks 2 thugs on her way, splashes some water on others and takes two more out, aiming to incapacitate (E-Rank Sword and Martial Arts) - Notices the busted crate, looks inside to see whatever is in there - Oh there's ice in there too - She decides to call out for any chilly bois around for a scrap

| I am the hand that shall tip the scales of fate What side will you be on? Word Count:697 |
Seita watched with mild amusement as his cohorts continued their assaults on the police and hero forces that lay in front of them. “My my, how utterly barbaric.” He said as he observed the giant, literal bull of a man charge the apparent leader of the gang members that occupied the vessel. Using his ice claws he began to climb up to the top of the container. “All these poor souls throwing their lives away so needlessly. Almost makes me sad.” he said, a hint of sadism in his voice. Once up top he began to look around and scope out the area. He watched as the head gang member continued to call out orders and deal with the Bullman “She’s strong, good enough to deal with him. She can control and make weapons out of sand, I’ll have to make it a point to talk with her.” he thought. As the ships engines roared to life suddenly and began to move. Seita quickly knelt down as the stack of containers began to sway as the ship moved, digging his claws into the top of it to better stabilize his self. Unfortunately the container stack that he was atop wasn’t as stable, it, along with most of the rest of the containers, began to shift as the ship moved. “Fuck! Appears these weren’t properly secured.” he swore as he planned his next move.
Moving quickly he moved to the opposite side that he had climbed up on and jumped off. As he descended down he dug the claws on his left hand, using them to slow himself as he continued to descend. Once back on the deck the initial shaking and shifting stopped Seita looked around as he noticed that some of the cops were still finding their berings. He began to move towards the bow when the metal shipped again shuddered, this time courtesy of a quartet of explosions. “Well someone has or found some explosives.” he said to himself. Some of the cops were distracted by the explosions that wiped out another portion of their forces. Seita took advantage of their momentary distraction and sped towards them at a blistering speed. The first cop he made contact was quickly dispatched as Seita plunged his right hand and claws into his the mans chest, his vest doing very little to protect him. Seita tossed the man over the side as he moved on to the next. The fallen officer’s comrades took aim at Seita but as they went to fire Seita grabbed the closest officer and threw him violently at his other comrade. Before they could get up Seita was on top of them, grabbing them by the head and violently slammed them into the deck, leaving two decent dents on the deck. Seita had a wicked grin hidden on his face as blood pooled at his feet. It wasn’t often that he got his hands dirty but when he did, Seita made sure to enjoy every second of it.
The other officers were engaged with other members of the Dust Devils so Seita decided to move on. He noticed a woman slashing her way through a couple gang members and Seita decided that she would be his next opponent. He moved quickly towards the loud brash woman as she taunted the villains. As Seita ran he grabbed one of the fallen gangsters that she had cut down and tossed them at her. “I believe there’s an old saying about not inviting the devil in.” He said cooly as he stared at her. “I can tell you’re no hero, the way you indiscriminately cut down people. Granted they are indeed trying to kill you but I do believe that’s not what heroes do.” He said in a taunting tone. “So why don’t you cut your losses and leave this battle. You don’t owe these people anything, any other time they’d arrest you. So why fight for people who wouldn’t do the same for you.” Seita said. He was curious to see what her answer would be. He kept his guard up as he waited, not confident that she would be making the smart decision and leave.
(Tl;Dr)
Seita climbed up the crates to overlook the battlefield. Once the ship began to move he jumped off the top of the container stack and used his claws to safely descend. After making it back down he noted the explosions and took advantage of the distraction they caused and took out three officers. He then turned his attention to Chiyuri and began to engage her, offering her a chance to walk away and avoid anymore fighting. He is on guard incase she refuses the offer.

STORYTELLER When things was already escalating so quickly it all went to the worse, way more worse. With the movement of Endeavour easily forced the boats to get away further from the bow, making their way around it and picking up any police force members floating in the water. But with their initial planned suddenly halted due to piercing poles they quickly got into guard, hiding behind the deployed shields on every boat for any more incoming assaults. ''Take cover! The target has full manipulation of many objects, I repeat, full manipulation!'' One of the officers spoke into the radio after seeing three of their headlights getting oblitirated. The fourth headlight however stood by standby and had the light instead pointing around at the water, seeking out more people. With both sides coutnering eachother with both defenses and offenses it was hard to see which side truly got the upperhand, with the tactical approach the Police Force slowly but surely dominates the bow and decreasing the number of armed thugs. The Informant aiding to the Starboard gave a good morale boost to the officers and advanced all the way up to the containers until they got warned about plan B in the radio. ''Alpha Team here, tell us time of impact, over.'' Garo, back at the HQ ship looked over to the men by the monitors and nodded. ''HQ here, impact will commence in twenty minutes, I repeat-'' He was then cut by surprise with an emergency call, which he of course did not hesitate switching channels to. ''This is Heaven-on-High to all units! We're unable to confirm control over the Waterfront Railway Bridge! I REPEAT, we cannot raise the bridge! IOL Endeavour is on direct collision course! Strongly recommend stopping that ship!'' Garo widened his eyes and gritted his teeth, time seemed so much mroe valuable now, if that massive ship collides with the bridge it won't only make a catastrophical event but also potentially killing good men for nothing. ''HQ Commissioner Garo here!'' He spoke loudly into the radio, to all units across of Shinagawa. ''IOLA Endeavour CANNOT collide with that bridge! I repeat, it cannot! To all units, men, operators, and those onbaord of the ship, we'll have to go full force in to make it in time! HQ Ship will make impact against the front of IOL Endeavour! Prepare for impact and evacuate when you can! Go full defense and do not let any of those containers get off that ship! We'll speed our engines, impact will commence in ten minutes!''
Dread was shown in the eyes of the police force members on the bow, some looking at eachother for a brief moment to recollect just what was stated by the Commissioner, things was about to get a whole lot more dangerous, not that it wasn't to begin with, because Port Bow and the the front suddenly lit up in a combustion of flames. SOlid explosions landed among the defensive lines and quickly took a huge piece of the bow, which sunk down into the ocean with a dozen of officers being forced to jump off and into the water. And with the large lava hole in the middle, the place suddenly got very tight for those still onboard. ''W-We're under heavy fire! C4 are thrown down at our lines! We need support immediately! Now!'' The sight of the battlefield turned into a true war scene with many men either dead or half dead. The Commissioner opened a door to look from the distance with the HQ Ship on full speed, the noise of those explosion was easily heard in that long distance. ''....Nnngh..'' He picked the radio back up clenched it hard. ''Please survive.... that is your priority. King Taurus! Tell The Informant to help our men in need and make sure evacuations happen soon! IOL Endeavour will be stopped no matter what, those who have died will not be in vain, understood?'' Garo then switches to another channel swiftly, every second matter. '*Air support, what is your status?''
From a distance, two roaring constant noises penetrates the air at a great speed, two mobile combat choppers flies across Shinagawa and begins to shower the ruined bow with their many lights, lighting up the spot where Seita and Chiyuri are having their confrontation. The other chopper scouting around the messy piles of containers with it's bright lights, soon pinpointing an individual among the large metal boxes. ''Get on the ground! We have you cornered!'' And by cornered they meant the two slowly spinning triple barrel gunners at the front, aiming dead on Jean and both Seita & Chiyuri.
With the two menacing combat choppers entering the scene it was a definite safe bet that any remaining thugs that stood their ground quickly got their hands behind their head, at least those not loyal, and those remaining of the two teams began to start their operation, picking up their hurt comrades. ''We all will die if we don't get a move on! Team Alpha and Beta, gather your intelligences and get ready to initiate plan B! Go go go!'' Garo stepped back into the HQ Ship and tapped his foot on the metal floor with livid eyes. ''Are the men on this ship ready?'' He spoke to the Head Operator. ''Sir, they are all prepared and geared up, they will be on standby until the ships collide... but the damage is unpredictable, are we certain this will stop Endeavour?'' Garo had his eyes glued to one of the screens of a camera attached to one of the officers onboard, seeing the chaos commencing. ''We'll make sure it won't sail ever again.'' The Head Operator gives a slight gulp and flicks on all the lights onboard of the HQ Ship, red flashing dots and headlights directed towards IOL Endeavour's direction was now seen in the distance from the bow.
-Alot of kills has been done, the numbers are growing quick and gets Garo concerned. -The 4 explosions wiped easily 1/3 of the those standing on the bow. -The damage from everything so far has given the bow a real beating and resulted a big chunk of it falling right off, adding more officers being forced out of the match. -Plan be are forced to accelerate it's process due to the warning of the bridge not raising. -Two combat choppers are coming in, giving full air support when evacuation happens. -HQ Ship are now lit and will hit it's destiantion in round 5.
