LOOK IN MY IRIS AND YOU'LL SEE DEFIANCE
"Believe me, if I had an idea that didn't stop me from tearin' you apart, I'd be takin' it." Sunaho uttered grimly to the Hero. Helping his sorry ass didn't sit well with her, but it was a helluva lot better than letting her crew die. Last thing she'd done was order them to try and find some way to got off the damn boat, and she hoped to heaven they found something. A decent lifeboat would be enough for them, and her, to get the hell out.
They'd already grabbed whatever would be useful for them, so there was no real reason to stick around. Much as Sunaho wanted to make sure that the cops didn't get their hands back on their shiny weapons, that was likely going to be impossible to prevent at this point... The boat sure as fuck wasn't going anywhere, it was crashing into something no matter what they did. They were sitting ducks out here, and the police were throwing all kinds of shit their way. Even if they secured boat, they'd still be fucked.
Much as she hated the idea, running the fuck away was their best option.
First, however, they had to deal with this piece of shit anchor. Fortunately, with some brute strength, it didn't take long to get the thing going. The ear-grating sound of metal scraping would precede the massive anchor dropping into the ocean, sinking quickly with its sheer weight. Sunaho peered over the edge, panting lightly from the exertion.
"Did that fucking wor-"
A massive force shook the entire ship as it rocked harshly, the green-haired woman sent into a nearby metal wall, pain shocking her system as she let out an expletive. "Fuck!" Her feet turned to sandy shapes, almost like the roots of tree, and held her in place as she got her footing, still shaking a bit from the impact with the wall, until the boat finally reached a smooth-ish pace. They'd stopped the fucker.
Taking a moment to compose herself, the woman steadied her breathing, lowered her stance, and glared into the Hero who'd helped her. Who she'd helped.
"Well, there you go. Truce complete." Sunaho uttered lowly. The sound of nearby shouting made it clear that the police were taking over the ship again. There was no goddamn end to them. However, she could've sworn she heard the shouting of one of her boys in the mix, near the same end of the boat... Hopefully, they'd found some kind of escape route. Nearby, the Dust Devils secured one of the lifeboats, lowering it into the water and getting ready to make their own rapid exit, and Sunaho herself preparing to make a risky flight...
"You don't have to do shit. I don't have to do shit. But let's be real." Sunaho would say to Wagyu, speaking mostly with the intent to distract him and buy time. "You're a cop in dress-up tryna secure weapons to hurt people like me. I don't give a fuck about the particulars. And I'm... Well..." She shrugged her shoulders, standing in upright, much less animal stance as she extended sandy claws in front of her.
"Like you give a shit. C'mon, not like you're gonna let me go. Even if I did save your fuckin' ass."
She didn't need to make the first move here, not when she didn't even want to tear this guy apart that much anymore. She just wanted to to make a message and make a departure. Plus, her boys were safe. Felt kinda rude to do the shit she said she'd do to him now.
With that in mind, she clenched her sandy claws, turning them instead into enlarged, solid fists of sand. With a sloppy guard, she tipped her chin up, ushering him forward.
"For what it's worth, cheers for saving my Dust Devils."
Summary: - Helping a hero feels icky - Anchor freed, Sunaho slammed into a wall, it fuckin hurts - She roots herself in the ground and waits for the boat to steady - Realizes the cops are fuckin endless, she and her crew need to bug out with what they have - Meanwhile, her Dust Devils are securing a lifeboat, lowering it to get out - Sunaho decides to buy time and taunts Wagyu. Exchanges her claws for big sandy fists.

For a few seconds, Wagyu was overcome with dread. Dread that their plan wouldn’t work. That the other ship would collide with them before they could pry the anchor free, and it’d all be over. That the injured above, unable to evacuate, would be flung overboard. That he himself would die, his last sight being the other boat plowing into him. The panic only lead him to pull at the brakes holding the anchor harder, and more desperately, and after only a few seconds more the brakes made an ear-splitting groaning sound, and the anchor came loose.
In any other situation, the mere thought of the sound that was currently echoing through the lower decks would’ve given Wagyu a headache, but right now all he felt was relief. They’d done it.
He breathed a huge sigh of relief, air rushing out of his nose as well as his mouth and making a snorting sound in the process. This relief was short-lived, as a few seconds later, before he could even turn to reply to the villain who’d helped him, there was a sudden jolt and the entire ship shifted wildly, sending both him and the green-haired girl flying into the wall on the other side of the wall.
“AGH!” Wagyu yelped, at a high pitch uncharacteristic for him. Despite everything else going on, in that moment he was glad no one he knew was around to hear it. Unable to do what the sand woman was to keep himself balanced, he was forced to simply grip onto the remains of the brakes for dear life, until the boat finally calmed down.
“Anchor released.” He spoke into his earpiece, immediately releasing his finger from it afterward as she turned to speak to him.
“Indeed.” was all the reply he gave as the villain reminded him of their deal. Honestly, he was in no condition or mood to fight her again, and part of him… didn’t want to try and take her in. “Truce over, I suppose.”
It was selfish and ridiculous of him; she was responsible for the deaths of so many of the cops backing them up, and she was actively trying to provoke him into attacking. And yet, some part of him sympathized with her. Her dislike of the government’s treatment of their people, her need to protect her boys, and her anger… It all reminded him of himself.
So, when she raised her giant, sandy fists, he didn’t charge. He didn’t swing. He just sighed, and turned to where the floor had collapsed, their best bet for getting back up. There was every possibility the earpiece he was in could be broadcasting him beyond his intentional messages, and someone could be close by and overhear them, should he try and offer her anything verbally.
Wagyu’s shoulders slumped, and he motioned over to the way out with his head subtly, not moving immediately should Sunaho pick up on his meaning and go ahead. Once she was a distance away, he’d charge, though noticeably a little slower than she knew he was capable of, slow enough to allow for her ascent.
“Sir, the villain fled before I could recover from the ship’s sudden movements.” Wagyu turned on his headset as he began to climb back to the top. “I could not apprehend her. As for the Informant, I lost track of him when I left to the lower decks. I will locate him when I am back up top.”
tl;dr
gets yeeted by the movement of the ship
confirms over the radio that the anchor has been dropped
doesn’t feel like fighting sunaho either
nods toward the way back up, doesnt give a verbal explanation but clearly intends to let sunaho go for now
only charges after her when he knows shed get up before he can catch her
says over the radio that he couldn’t recover before she left, and that he doesnt know where the informant is.

Having a direct line into the Police and Heroes communications certainly made things a damn sight easier for Jean-Luc. It had allowed him no small measure of foreknowledge as to the goings on around him, something that was very useful considering the veritable maze he had willingly walked into. As such he was in a fine position when the anchor fully took hold of the Endeavour. The moment the ship began to lurch, a sure sign that the anchor had taken hold, Jean-Luc took to the air, his form wreathed in a vibrant purple glow. Barely seconds after he had done so the chain pulled taut and physics took hold. The Endeavour was pulled into a violent drift, it's stern swinging out and around and sending everything not secured tumbling across the deck. The container maze was no exception, the tumbled stacks once more sliding about precariously.
It was of no consequence to Jean-Luc though, only one container had even come close to him in his ascent, and it was easily brushed aside and of course. From his birds eye view it was easy for him to spot the bright silver container as it immediately stuck out as an oddity. It was something that deserved investigation. He could already hear the sounds of another helicopter and much preferred the idea of fighting it from the ground if it came to that, he was far too exposed in the air as he was. Releasing his hold on himself, Jean-Luc fell towards the deck, only slowing himself as he re-entered the tangle of containers.
He stalked through the maze, his eyes catching the occasional glimpse of the silver container. As he reached a suitable vantage point he was able to spot The Informant, seemingly on guard next to the container that appeared to have been torn open when it fell. Jean-Luc's eyes narrowed as he inspected the contents therein. Mostly it was simply wreckage, but three somewhat sizable and obviously important cases were able to be seen inside, each being labelled individually. Now that was something that might help make this night more worth his while thought Jean-Luc. He would have to deal with The Informant first though. From a glance Jean-Luc could tell that the cases themselves were of an incredibly durable make. He had spent almost two decades tearing various materials apart so it had become quite easy for him to identify what was and wasn't within his power to destroy. In effect, he would have no way to know what was in each case without taking them back to his lab and truly cracking them open. It left him only one, rather obvious avenue. Take them all of course.
Keeping to his hiding spot, Jean-Luc reached out lazily beside himself and as if being spawned from nothing a pinprick of purple light began to emanate from the open space. With a quick gesture the light expanded, forming a faintly glowing cube of psionic energy hovering in midair. The glow itself was bright enough that it's light would splash around a corner or two, hopefully drawing The Informant's attention. With his minor distraction in place, Jean-Luc began to move, slipping quietly in and out of small gaps between containers. Soon enough he was positioned on the other side of the container from The Informant. He fought the urge to sigh rather loudly as he noticed that the door hinges on his end of the container had been damaged well beyond operation. He could certainly tear the door itself free with relative ease, but the noise would be too great, alerting his adversary. A more direct approach was needed it seemed. With a quirk enhanced jump, Jean-Luc walked carefully across the top of the container itself, coming to a halt when he could make out the back of The Informants head.
"I don't suppose would you be amenable to simply walking away would you?" he asked, putting on a familiar air of politeness despite the chaos of the situation surrounding the pair of them. He waited only long enough for The Informant to begin forming words before interrupting him.
"Truth be told, I don't actually need to you move." said Jean-Luc. The moment the words left his mouth the top of the container under his feat gave way with a loud groan, the metal curling in on itself and allowing Jean-Luc to simply drop into the container, the three specially marked cases resting just behind him. Immediately he brought a hand up and the space between him and the opened end of the container, and ultimately The Informant, was filled with a thick yet transparent purple cube, much the same as the one he had created earlier except much larger, enough to completely block himself off from his Heroic opponent. For a brief moment Jean-Luc stared at the man before a quick sigh escaped his lips.
"I do not say this often to Heroes such as yourself, but it was a honest pleasure to meet you Informant. If you ever tire of being nothing more than an attack dog for a Government that cares naught for you, then seek me out. After tonight I shan't be hard to find." he said, turning and taking hold of the three cases with his Quirk. Their durability might have been a problem, but their weight certainly wasn't. Not intending to stick around any longer than was necessary, Jean-Luc rocketed up and out of the hole he had entered the container through, the three cases arrayed as a shield guarding his back. If they were strong enough to withstand his Quirk, then Jean-Luc reasoned that was was likely nothing on the ship elsewhere capable of breaking them. Once more he disappeared into the maze of containers, subtle pulls and pushes moving the containers he passed to completely block off any clear avenue of pursuit. A potential prize in hand, Jean-Luc had no intention of sticking around any longer than was necessary and made his way towards the Starboard side of the ship.
Summary: - Knows about and is prepared for the ships sudden movement as he had heard about it through the ear piece he stole. - Flies up into the air when the ship moves, pushing the container away from himself that would have hit him. - Lands in the maze of containers to avoid a potential helicopter. - Creates a small, glowing, psionic cube to act, potentially, as a distraction. Tobias would be able to see the glow, but not the cube from where it was placed. - Flanks around behind the Silver container and Tobias. Door is too damaged to open quietly. Jumps on top of container. - Gains Tobias' attention, speaking to him for a moment before ripping through the container roof, falling inside. - Immediately blocks off the interior of the container from Tobias by creating a psionic construct (E Rank Durability) that completely fills the gap. - Briefly speaks to Tobias, offering him a metaphorical Red Pill, before grabbing the three cases he can't open yet and flying out the container to land back in the container maze, using the cases themselves as a back shield as they are, at least, B Rank durability. - Uses Quirk to block off pursuit with the containers as he moves towards the Starboard side of the ship.

When Chiyuri went in for the beatdown, her on one side and her summon on the other of the bullet shower, the cold-blooded villain seemed to relent for a moment, before throwing what was essentially a massive amount of controlled explosives at the helicopter – it didn't blow up, thank god, but it ceased fire, therefore Emerald lost her edge for a moment. But that would be far from the end of things. As he placed metal bars onto his arms, probably to try and block the blade, the vigilante decided to put her real skills to the test. Turning off the Tempo Overflow and sheathing her sword, she closed her eyes, and listened to the world around her. But before she was attacked, she felt sharp pain, definitely the result of this asshole attacking her summon, sending it back to the edge of the boat. Holding on with what strength she had left, when the villain was right in front of her, her eyes went live, and she flicked the tsuba, grabbed the hilt, and took a slash towards the villain's leg, fully intending to cut it clean off. After her attack attempt, the boat began to shift, creak, and jut around, as the anchor weighed down and water spilled over onto the deck on the boat. Chiyuri was sent flying as a result of her weakened state and got pretty drenched, but when she got up, she found a bunch of cops, armed to the teeth too. As if her predicament couldn't get worse, they were pointed at both her and the other dumbass. Naturally upset by this, Chiyuri put her hands on her hips, and began to speak to the armed men; “I ain't grabbin' C4, pig, you should be more worried about Frosty over there, I don't know what happened to him, but if you jail that sucka, tell 'em I said 'go fuck yourself'. And put those shits on him, too, I might hate you fools but I ain't gonna attack someone just like that.” Her tone was a mixture of annoyance and compliance, and while crossing her arms, she spoke once more for good measure. “Now we got that shit covered, you guys can take him in, and I'll just head home, 'cause I got a kickass chilli to cook, dog. I know the way back, so y'all don't need to fret and walk this girl home or some shit.” TL;DR- Bullets go out, so the plan fails - Her summon is attacked and disperses as a result - When Seita rushes in, she attempts a slash to try and cut his leg (MA + Strength + Damage) - Boat shift begins, Chiyuri is tossed and soaked wet - Cops hold her at gunpoint, she offers reasonable points as to why they shouldn't do that

| I am the hand that shall tip the scales of fate What side will you be on? Word Count: 469 |
Seita felt a sharp pain in his leg as he attempted to dodge his adversaries incoming attack. He wasn’t quite quick enough as she landed a decently deep cut on his left leg. “You insolent insect!” He yelled out. His cool and calm demeanor breaking as rage filled him. This crude women had actually managed to land a decent blow on him, and it made his blood boil. Seita grabbed at the cut and once again used his icy touch to aid in momentarily sealing it. He looked up at the woman, his eyes narrowing with murderous intent. “congratulations, you managed to wound me pretty good.” He said, his voice returning to its normal calm and measured tone. “Now as an award, I’ll make sure to grant you a quick and relatively painless death.” He said as he went to charge at her.
As Seita did, he was sent reeling back into a container as the ship suddenly lurched to a complete stop. Seita dug his claws into the container in an attempt to stabilize himself. After the boat stopped shaking he looked and saw that his opponent had also been knocked down and away from him. He decided that she wasn’t worth the effort of killing tonight and went to go look for the items that he came her for. He noticed another spilled container and it’s contents, the said contents were shiny lockboxes that appeared to be pretty high tech. “There we are…” He said as he went to move towards them. As soon as he started to move more cops showed up with guns trained on him and the woman he had been fighting. He let out an irritated sigh as he stared at them. Acting fast he ripped out a decent sized chunk of the container his claws were already stuck into and hurled it at the officers with great force. At the same time he moved at almost top speed, his leg injury seeing to it that he couldn’t move that fast. Seita ran straight for the container and grabbed a box as he ran by. Weaving back and forth and in between containers so that the cops couldn’t get a clean shot off on him. He pulled out a second burner phone and called the only number on it. “Mamoru change of plans. I’ll be in the water off the starboard side of the boat, I have what I came here for. The Police also have a chopper so make sure you’re ready to possibly deal with that.” Seait said before destroying the phone and throwing the remains into the cold ocean. He quickly followed suit and dove into the dark water and began to swim away from the boat. Making sure to stay underwater as much as possible to aid his escape.
(TL;DR)
Seita gets cut pretty badly on his leg and freezes it to momentarily stop the bleeding. He gets sent back against a container as the ship is suddenly stopped, preventing him from trying to kill his adversary. He then notices the container that had spilled the hi-tech lockboxes and assumes that they contain MARINE. Before he runs to grab one of the boxes he his momentarily held up by the police. He deals with them by throwing a jagged piece of container at them as he runs away. As he grabs a box he calls his people and informs them of his change of plans before diving into the water to make his get away.

STORYTELLER Things have finally calmed down for IOL Endeavour, the death inducing anticipation of whether the large size of a container ship would crash into the bridge of getting pushed away by another ship was ceasing and letting everyone feel relieved. With nowhere to go or any method to hoist the anchor back up the mad going container ship was in place permanently while getting slowly overtaken by an excessive force of police men in combat outfits. And sure enough it was coming to a situation where the entirety of IOL Endeavour being monitored heavily, to get out of such a situation is quite the pickle, but for others there was no concern. Almost every shipping container has been fallen off their position or crushed by other heavy weights, making up for a maze one can not go easily through.
Tobias being the first at the scene of the silver container gave clear messages to the hovering chopper observing the mess happning down there. ''HQ base, Combat Chopper here. We got confirmation of The Informant's position.'' Garo wiped his forehead and sighed out, he was relieved the other Pro Hero was up and going, and not at the bottom of the ocean. ''Make sure he gets proper intel, scout for anything suspicious and keep him on sight, for all we know he is currently apprehending someone.'' Garo switched channels to get back into contact with the frontline that slowly took more and more space of the roughened up bow. ''Commissioner Garo here, make sure no one gets out of there, use lethal force if necessary!'' With that said, lethal force was indeed coming. The chopper being in contact with The Informant visually got sightings of the telekinetic villain going at it again. With swift positioning they lined their sight towards the silver container, awaiting for confirmed takedown by The Informant. But soon as they confirmed sighting of purple aura and Jean emerging back out from the silver container a swift stream of high caliber bullets poured from the sky. Acting like a beam, the bullets essentially tore the floor and up to the silver crate and finally to Jean possessing the three highly durable boxes. Once used as a shield the immense force behind the bullets quickly forced two of the boxes to get thrusted into the air, but at least blocking the bullets completely from hitting the villain's slim body.
One of the boxes hits between walls of containers near The Informant's position while the other got some more altitude, descending quickly down on the other side of a couple of containers where Seita who was attempting his daring escape. The officers with their gunbarrels pointed at the pair quickly shifted all of their attention to the one taking action, leaving Chiyuri some breathing room to grab her own chance of escaping, but what was left for her to do was straight into the water. The chunk was tossed towards their direction, but the one in the dead middle rolled to the side skillfully and ordering those around him. ''Hostile contact! Open fire!'' One could believe that was a too big of a risk, but he gladly took the chance and dove right off the ship and into the black cold water. Being greedy and daring was potentially paying him off nicely, while many bullets began to fly through the air after his dive. ''Scouting boats! A man has jumped off! Over!'' While that happened, Wagyu and Sunaho made their exchange of words, but just as Wagyu was about to do the delayed charge with his silent behaviour a sudden boat with a bunch of men drove up to the port side, yelling up to the broken hole. ''SUNAHOOO! WHERE ARE YOOOU! THE DUST DEVILS STILL LIVE ON!'' With their yelling and obvious presence on the water it was no wonder that two police boats was hot behidn their tails.
''I see, the boats will try to chase her, we currently got an unidentified boat near IOl Endeavour, and worry not about The Informant, he is currently cooperating with the Air Support, over and out.'' Turning his earpiece off he took a swig of a cigar as he looked at the IOL Endeavour's and it's final phase. ''Seems like this was bigger of a hassle than I thought, too many good men died tonight, at least we put a stop to this horrible show, none of these scumbags should ever hold such devastating weapons... What's the situation of the rest? Any confirmation?'' He turned his attention to the one in charge of the monitoring. ''Sir, we are currently apprehending a dozen of people for criminal activities across the docks, we yet to get confirmation regarding the incoming train.'' Garo this time did not bother to respond with words, sighing quietly he turns back on his earpiece. ''Commissioner Garo here, double check every corner and container, we do not want a single inch unchecked, over.''
-So uh, yeah, final round! The circumstances are simple, it's pretty much ''Ship is no longer safe to stay on for the lawless'' make your escape however you like, trying to take on the incoming force will be too much by a guarantee! -Jean secures crate B, Seita gets a hold on crate A, and Tobias is in range to secure crate C. -Boat filled with Dust Devils are approaching the long side of the Port, passing under the open hole. -Most police boats are too busy to cover every spot around the ship. Post by Tobias Murakami on Dec 17, 2019 20:21:29 GMT -4
BURN BABY BURN IT WAS IN THAT MOMENT of kneeling and wheezing that the gentleman noticed how exhausted he was. This was his first time on a scene while the scene was still live, and… gracious, he had witnessed thoughtless slaughter, thrown a man overboard, conversed with a murderer. It was finally starting to catch up with him. Tobias cleared his throat, gaze sweeping the surrounding area for the approach of friend or foe. How foolish of him, however, to only skim ground-level for someone with telekinesis. At least Dagon had the courtesy to address him aloud rather than taking the obsidian golem out silently. Molten eyes roused towards the source of the voice, deep-set in his furrowed brow. “Regrettably, I think n-” The villain interrupted him. Tobias was rising to his feet as the telekinetic spoke, sensing the impending retreat. The boxes illuminated and began to ascend, and the golem stumbled after them, into din of the shipping container. The telekinetic box, however, blocked the Informant from going too far. His fingertips splayed against the purple light, useless. He had slipped from view. The only light to see by was from Dagon’s quirk. “Dagon, please reconsider-” Tobias said quickly, only to be met by a brief farewell. The man wasn’t listening. With the three cases in-tow, he was ascending. The Informant stumbled back out of the container, his voice pitching to a yell. “Dagon!” Whether it was a concern for the villain’s wellbeing, or frustration over lost evidence, that caused the golem to cast his voice to the wind was uncertain. Tobias stood, helpless, staring at the retreating cephalopod. His cry was, however, drowned-out by a torrent of gunfire. The Informant ducked, throwing his arms over his head. Perhaps he was sturdy enough to withstand bullets, but he wasn’t about to test that theory. Through squinted eyes, Tobias watched Dagon, watched as he shed two of the crates. “Shit.” God help him if that evidence fell into the ocean. Recovering it would require a scuba team, at the very least. One crate fell out of the gentleman’s line of vision, but the other was nearby, making its landing with a series of crashes. Tobias ran towards the noise, breath heaving. His eyes scoured the alleys between crates, some wedged together, others still maintaining their integrity. A glint caught his eye. “Yes!" There lay one of the three silver crates, declared as crate “C” by plain typeface. It wasn’t all of the crates, but… it was something.. And perhaps the contents therein would help discern the contents of the other crates. Tobias inched into the crevice between the containers. Surely Dagon wouldn’t return for the felled crates, now that he was under gunfire. But the odds of another unsavory sort finding the boon was too high. Once within range, Tobias clasped onto a handle of the container and pulled. Following a brief struggle, he dislodged it, and lugged the thing almost into the open. He stood in the opening once again, where the helicopter was within his line of sight, and waited for help to come. TL, DR: Toby spends much of this post unsuccessfully pursuing and calling after Jean-Luc. He finds Crate C and stands by it as he awaits contact from either the police or Wagyu.

AIN'T NO PLACE FOR NO HERO
Sunaho didn't particularly want to fight, but she was more than ready to. It was just like it always was, in her mind. They didn't fight because they loved to fight. They fought cause they had to, cause the world they wanted couldn't be reached with words alone. That was the truth she and her Dust Devils had long since accepted, that utter rejection of the naivete of peaceful change. A naivete that had not yet left her opponent, it seemed.
Much to her surprise, he didn't charge at first. He didn't attack right away, he didn't even offer any words. His nod towards the exit confused her, then infuriated her. What the hell did he think he was doing? Trying to let her go, show her pity? Or perhaps it was mercy? She grit her teeth down, nothing short of pissed at this idiot's assumption that they could just... Walk away from this. However, she didn't strike.
Stupid or not, he was giving her the chance to get out. Who was she to pass up the chance to exploit her enemy's infantile understanding of their conflict?
Without a word, her hands shrunk, turning to smaller sandy claws, opening them in a clear sign that she wasn't intending to use them to do harm. The woman huffed to herself, scoffing at Wagyu as she turned her eyes around the area, looking for the best way out. Ultimately, it looked like her escape plan would come to her.
Just before Wagyu's charge, her men would bellow out, calling for her. The dumbasses were giving away their position, but Sunaho was just glad to see them alive. With one last glance to Wagyu, Sunaho gave her parting words as she darted towards the open hole in the side of the ship. With a quiet and stern tone, she warned him.
"It ain't always gonna be this easy."
Leaping off the edge of the space, Sunaho would plummet down the side of the boat, using her claws against the hull to slow her descent. Once she was far enough down the vessel, she kicked off it with a blast of sand, pain shooting up her injured leg as she propelled herself onto the Dust Devil boat. Landing harshly, she used her sandy shape to absorb the impact, rocking the boat a bit before she stood up, surrounded by the excited looks of her crew. They were gonna get out of this after all.
"HIT IT! WE'RE GETTING OUT OF HERE!"
Sunaho would shout, limping towards the back end of the boat as they sped out of the area. The woman would extend her sandy arms out, shaping them into large circular shields to prevent any police interference while they escaped. With so much shit going down, they'd hopefully be able to get out smoothly and meet up with the Devils who'd been in the terminal itself...
Blood still in her mouth, her leg some kinda fucked, Sunaho couldn't help but think of the man who'd given them those injuries. The imbecile who let her go.
Much as she insulted him... The green-haired woman couldn't deny the conclusion. With how the Hero Program was marketed, it was inevitable a few bright-eyed hopefuls would end up in their ranks. The kind of people who didn't realize that being government tools went counter to the sincere desire to help people.
In other words, despite being her enemy, he was one of the good ones.
Sunaho recognized, despite her nature, that Wagyu was probably not a bad person. But he was fighting for people who didn't believe in his cause against people who couldn't afford to care.
She figured he'd die for that someday.
It wouldn't always be this easy.
- Sunaho accepts Wagyu's mercy - Gives him a line before she jumps down and slides down the boat with her claws - Gets on the Dust Devil boat, tells them to hit the gas - Shields the back end of the boat with her sand - Introspection

As the girl turned to leave, and Wagyu let her, there was a shout from off the side. It seemed her gang had commandeered a boat, and were already making their own way out. A strange form of relief washed over him, knowing he’d managed to fulfil his end of the bargain. Maybe he really had made the right choice, letting her go. Not that the police boats would give them an easy time, but it seemed she had it together.
Sunaho, huh? He committed the name to memory, though he wasn’t sure why. To check the police records, maybe? To try and track her down afterward?
She dashed toward the hole, leaving him with nothing but a warning. Long after he heard her land in the Dust Devils’ boat, he muttered a response.
“I know it won’t.”
With that, he turned to the way back up, and started to climb, a lot slower now he knew his “enemy” was taking a different route. He put a finger to his earpiece then, to respond to Garo. “If there’s nothing else that needs taking care of, sir, I will be evacuating with the police boats now.”
It took a while to get up, every so often dust would pour from a section of the floor and he would immediately need to find a different route, but after a minute or two he was back on top of the ship.
He wondered if Chiyuri was doing okay, or if she’d been arrested as well. Part of him wanted to throw himself back into the fray, to be sure, but it wasn’t worth it. She was a vigilante, she knew what she was getting into. He shrugged, and with that, he headed for the nearest way back down to a police boat. As far as he knew, Toby was getting airlifted out, and probably taking care of the MARINE, so there wasn’t any more reason to stick around.
tl;dr
Wagyu out.

Things rarely ever went to plan, though Jean-Luc tried to severely limit that from happening. His ex-filtration from the grand mess that had become of the auction was almost complete when a spanner was thrown into the works. He had certainly heard the helicopter, but from his position it was near impossible to spot it until his lithe form was bathed in bright light. He was already moving into cover when the hail of gunfire rained down upon him. The cases that were positioned behind him as cover took the brunt of the attack, two of their number were knocked from his grasp, the impact force sending them flying. Had he not been slipping into cover it was have been easier than breathing for Jean-Luc to pull them back to himself, but as it was he reasoned his continued well-being was worth more to him that whatever said cases may or may not contain.
Still, he couldn't let such an attack go without retaliation, one final parting gift. Jean-Luc darted from cover once the helicopter paused in it's barrage, his hand darting out and seizing the under-mounted cannon that was still cooling after firing his way. It's barrel was bent upwards with a thought, nullifying the weapon entirely. With a tug of his hand the large gun was pulled from the helicopter, the sudden force of the separation momentarily causing the pilot to scramble to maintain altitude. A moment was all Jean-Luc needed. With a quick swish and flick of his wrist the gun was pulled up and sent forward without hesitation, shattering through the protective canopy of the cockpit and utterly decimating the interior. Content that his work was complete, Jean-Luc double checked that he still had the sole case left to him.
By this point he was already near the edge of the ship and it was a simple matter to coat his body in a protective layer of Psionic energy before hopping over the safety railing, free falling towards the water below. He stopped in place a few feet from the surface before rocketing off towards the city proper, confident that he would not be followed. All in all it had been a somewhat productive night. He had acquired sufficient samples of the remains of the man this new drug had ravaged as well as whatever was in this case he had acquired. That would be tomorrows first job, cracking the damn thing open and seeing just what it was that lay inside.

Boy was shit really kicking off now - it seemed as though the whole boat was set to blow or something, everyone was out for themselves, throwing themselves off or grabbing any old junk and tossing it overboard. However, a girl knew when to stop, but the dumbass cops were still in Chiyuri’s way. That was, until, a massive slab of metal crashed straight into most of them, leaving only one of the pigs left, firing away at the asshole villain she’d managed to chase off. You could only put ice on a wound for so long, and she hoped that’d leave a reminder - don’t fuck with the baddest bitch in Tokyo.
“Man, this party's getting’ too off the hook, yo. I gotta bounce, for real real.” she said, as she began to turn her skates on once more. They spluttered a little, before igniting once more, a kink she’d have to work out after all this. Boosting forth, Chiyuri leapt up onto the little side-wall of the boat, leaving fluorescent sparks as she was grinding away from the chaos. With a slight wave over to Wagyu, a little nod if you will, she moved down the side of the boat, away from the bow, across the stern, and leapt, catching a pretty decent amount of air in the process. Her idea was to jump off and hopefully reach the dock, but that was kinda hard in her condition. Dropping into the water, she swam away to shore, empty handed, but still satisfied.
Upon getting out of the fracas, Chiyuri sent a message to the Storm Knights, which would detail how things went in her own way:
SweetSoulSister 3:24 AM I just got off the boat, didn’t managed to grab anythin’ but I did leave a pretty nice mark on one frosty ass clown. Might’ve gotten noticed by a pro, but after seeing what he’s like in action, he’s probs not gonna do shit. Could do with a bath. See y’all at HQ.

| I am the hand that shall tip the scales of fate What side will you be on ? Word Count:536 |
Seita couldn’t believe that he had to resort to jumping into the freezing ocean in order to get away. “Fucking government mutts and their hired puppets.” he spat angrily as he continued to swim. The only reason he wasn’t as livid as he could be is the fact that he managed to get ahold of one of the cases that he was hopping contained MARINE. If it did, then he could possibly break down the chemical components of the serum and manufacture his own, albeit with less explosive drawbacks. After a few minutes and just as he started to tire the loud whirring of a helicopter came directly over him. Shit, was it the cops? Did that blasted helicopter follow him? He prepared himself for a one sided fight when a familiar voice called out to him. “Sir is that you?! Take my hand and let's get you out of the freezing water!” The male figure called out to him. As his eyes focused, Seita was able to make out that the voice did indeed belong to his head of security Mamoru. “Bout damn time Mamoru! A few more minutes and even I would have begun to freeze!” Seita called out.
After a brief moment Seita was lifted out of the frigid water and was sitting inside the chopper, a blanket wrapped around him and a thermos of hot tea in hand. Mamoru was tending to the deep laceration on his leg. “Looks like someone got you good sir. Did you at least get them as good as they got you?” he said as he began to stitch the wound closed. “No, before the opportunity arose I was interrupted by more government dogs.” He said as he took his helmet off. “However, I want everyone searching for any information on a female vigilante that uses a sword and green fire.” he said, his tone full of spite. “And when you find her I want her brought to me so I can make that little bitch suffer a hundred fold.” he said as he squeezed his helmet until it shattered. He tossed the fragments off to the side as he took a sip of the tea and looked at the secured box. “However my venture was indeed a fruitful one. If this container holds what I believe it does, then it will aid in pushing my company further up and into the global market.” he said as they continued to fly. “If all goes according to plan, I'm going to need several willing test subjects Mamoru. I trust you can more than handle the task.” Seita said cooly. The other man simply nodded his head as he continued to tend to his boss’s wounds. Things were certainly getting interesting, Seita had witnessed first hand some of the power both the puppets of the government and his brethren in the underground possessed. And from this experience Seita knew that if he indeed wanted his master plan to eventually come to fruition, he was going to need powerful allies in his corner, ones that didn’t mind the dirty work and shared his vision. But that would have to wait until after he discovered exactly what was in the case.
(TL;DR)
Seita managed to swim far enough away for his helicopter to come and pick him up.
Once on board his people began to treat his wounds and he tells them to begin digging up any information they can on Chiyuri.
Now Seita is waiting patiently to get back to his HQ to crack open the box and see if in fact MARINE is in it.

STORYTELLER OFFICIAL CONCLUSION OF IOL ENDEAVOUR, NOT INCLUDED FOR WORDCOUNT
IOL Endeavour has been compromised with a riskful and dramatic end, but yet with all the chaos onboard with an impressive killcount for both sides, every participant got out without severe consequences.
The real result as the crates collected by three different participants, and the contents goes as follow:
Jean barely got one crate with him, crate B, which he is soon to discover to be exactly what he was after, M.A.R.I.N.E in it's most raw form was in six neat small vials in a very secured cage within the box, it's blue shining texture and substance made for a brilliant sight.
Seita took a last minute grab before diving into the ocean to safety from the total take over by the police force, and as much he has hoped for it was far from anything -useful-. In crate A was filled, packed, and stuffed with a hefty amount of extreme super limited edition of Mercury Merch which includes t-shirts, plushies, gloves, body pillow and anything soft and nice!
As much Tobias wanted to fulfill during the mission it couldn't be described anything other than a failure. However, with his patience and bravery to stand his ground, he managed to secure crate C which was not M.A.R.I.N.E, but yet crucial. An endless list of receipts and regular customers connected within the Plutocracy Network, something a cop would love to possess.
