“... And remember that today, we carry upon our shoulders not only the weight of our names and our honor as heroes, but the prestige of the Valiant Institute and the pride of Great Britain! It is with courage and passion…”
“Bloody hell, are you still not done? I figured it oughta be over after ‘Great Britain’. How can you drone on for that long will always be beyond me,” interrupted Julia Dawson. “I want to die,” added Gregory Carmichael. “Come on, let’s just go!” exclaimed Melissa Jones excitedly. “Will ye wee bunch o’ pricks let him bloody finish?” growled Lucas McTavish. “He was jus gettin’ to the good part!” Arthur Hale sighed. “My thanks, Lucas, but I think it won’t be necessary.”
He thought it had been a good speech too, that he had really nailed the tone of the great epics of old, that it would swell his classmates’ chests with pride and rouse them up to action. He had spent hours writing it the night before, discarding thousands of drafts until he was left The One, all to get interrupted by his classmates two minutes into it. It was disheartening, almost.
But as disappointed as he was that he never got to the part where he called for their heroic spirit to rise and triumph of their foes in the heart of this foreign land, he could tell that there was no need for it. His classmates were raring to go, that much was clear. “Fine,” he said, “I suppose there’s no need for the speech then.”
“God bless,” clamored Julia ironically and raising her palms to the sky. “I was about to fall asleep. Try using a rich rhyme at least once in your life, Arthur.” “Jus cause yer taste rests in the shitter don’t mean you gotta arse it for the others,” Lucas snapped back. “Yes, Mr. McTavish there, Her Majesty’s Grand Chancellor of Good Taste. How could we ever doubt him and his collection of cartoon figurines?” “Piss off!” “Oh, shush, you two,” chirped Melissa. “Or I’ll stick you two together for a day when we’re done.” “Mother of Christ, I’d rather die,” answered Julia. “Aye, agreed,” agreed Lucas. “I still want to die,” Gregory informed them helpfully.
Another long, hard, tired sigh escaped Arthur’s lips. Try as he might, he could never get his schoolmates to fall in line outside of combat exercises like his father could with a mere glance. They always bickered like that, and it seemed that no matter how he went about it, he made it worse every time they tried to intervene. And now Julia was telling Michael that if he wanted it so badly, there was a whole squad of Yuuei students gearing up to do just that in ten minutes or so.
He cleared his throat to garner their attention. It didn’t work. He did it again, louder. It worked a little better. Lucas told Julia to shut her trap and listen. “Now, now, no one is gonna die out there. This may be framed as a competition, but like jousting, it is but an exercise in preparation of the lives that await us. If there’s one thing we all agree on, I think, it’s in our desire to win this. Am I wrong?”
He wasn’t, agreed their collective muttering.
“Good. Then I’ll keep it short, if honor and prestige aren’t going to cut it. Do it for yourselves. The whole world will be watching us. If not the strength of the Valiant Institute, let’s show them ours. Lucas, show them your unparalleled grit and ferocity. Julia, show them your talent and intelligence. Gregory, show them your focus and resolve. And Melissa, show them your skill and your wit. As for me...” He pulled the sword out of his left elbow, brandishing it high -- thank God the ceiling was to Lucas proportions. “I will show them the tenacity, the bravery and the valiance which forged my father’s reputation, and together, we will show them why we are considered the strongest among the elite of Britain’s heroics program. Who’s with me?!”
They didn’t need to answer, but they still did. Four voices, belonging to individuals as different as could be, bickering not a minute ago, now clamored in concert, united under Sir Valiant the Second, Arthur Hale. As corny as his speeches were, there was no doubt as to who was their leader.
Two minutes separated them from the start of the second round of UA High’s Cross School Competition now, and the spirits and blood of Valiant’s best were boiling, ready to show the world how bright the flame of British heroism burned. (ooc: welcome to your event finale! Here is a reminder of the rules. I assume you will all have read this entire OOC carefully, “I didn’t know” will NOT be a receivable excuse!- 48h posting timers will be strictly enforced, if you need an extension, ask in advance. Past 48h you will be skipped, and it will have consequences! On the first offense your character will take a free hit, and on the second offense, they will be captured! - The first round will be an introduction round where you can discuss in the locker room. Starting from my next post, the thread will last for 8 rounds (there will be a count on each of my posts). At the end of the 8 rounds, the team with the most captured enemies will win. A draw is also possible! - Strictly no crippling or maiming, period -- this is not the stage to do so. Think of the IC consequences for the school. - An ooc summary of your actions at the end of your post is mandatory. I’ll be nice if you forget once or twice, but repeated failure to do so will carry the same penalties as being late! It will make it much easier for everyone to answer what will likely be five big posts each round. - And most importantly: Have fun! We’re here to write cool stories together. Don’t think of the GM as an opponent, think of him as a writing partner here to help you make your character shine! In the spoiler below you will find visuals of the arena, as well as a map drawn by our very own Risaka! The buildings in pink can be entered -- they are empty warehouses -- but the ones in purple can’t. UA starts in the blue square, Valiant in the red one. Feel free to use those to clarify your position! I will be adding each of the Valiant students abilities shortly for clarity. They will be roughly based on your characters, and therefore the teams will of course be evenly matched! Hope you guys will have as much fun as I had writing and preparing this!

The interschool competition had come and It was Ericka's turn to take part. A lot of the main events were happening now and it now fell to Ericka to represent her school. She had an extremely busy day so far. Dealing with her duties as class president, dealing with thieves, and even dealing with ghosts. Everything seemed to have accumulated on today to tire her out. Fortunately, he was able to get enough rest and have a good enough meal to make it to the event in relatively good condition. And now she had to get ready in the last few moments before it started. The school she was facing was the Valiant Institute, a school from Great Britain. She didn't know a whole lot about the other schools, so this was a rare chance for her to see how other schools handled things. Yuuei was the first, but that didn't mean they were the best. But this wasn't going to be a solo fight for her. She was going to be acting the part of a team in the combat. And in doing that, she was going to be with other students at the school. Two of them she knew, but only one she knew well enough to consider her friend. That was Lani. They had done a whole lot together and had known each other since the start of the school year. With all the attention and eyes on the event, Ericka hoped the girl behaved herself. But somehow, deep down, Ericka knew that wasn't going to be the case at all. At least Ericka could trust in her fighting skill. There was also Jun, one of the newer students in her class. New in the sense that Ericka hadn't really interacted with the girl much. The blonde made a note to herself to change that once the festival was done with. She needed to make sure she personally greeted every student she could in her class. She was representing them after all. As for the other two, they were from different classes and Ericka didn't know much about them at all. Hopefully, this competition served s a chance to get to know them better and even make some new friends! Before the five of them met up, Ericka changed in the locker room. It was going to be her friend chance to officially use her hero costume, one that she had made herself. She still wasn't good at making them, so it was pretty basic, but Ericka was proud of it. One could be confused on why she would be proud of a what was basically a leotard and leggings, but Ericka made them her own. Plus, with the addition of her guns and holsters, it even made her look like a threat...sort of. Either way, she changed quickly and made sure she was set before heading out to meet with the others. She slipped Alpha & Omega into their holsters and headed out with a smile on her face. Anything to cover how nervous she was. Her parents were going to be watching after all. Once everyone was gathered Ericka spoke up to introduce herself. She held her hands together in front of her and bowed to the group quickly. "Looks like we're going to be a team today. For those that don't know, I'm Ericka Nicolai, Class President of CLass 1-B." She moved one of her hands to her side and pointed at her hip where her guns were holstered. "My quirk lets me put special ammo in these to fire them. It'd be helpful if we all shared our quirks so we could come up with a plan together, okay?" Even though they were just meeting, a plan was what they were going to need to fight against an organized team.

| A ngel's blood was absolutely pumping! She had already participated in the U.A. school tournament against her own classmates, but now she was getting to fight against students from the hero school all the way from Jolly old England! That wasn't the only thing she was excited about however! One of the biggest things that had Angel's blood pumping was that for this fight she was allowed to wear her hero suit meaning that the world would get a true glimpse of "The Angel of mercy" in all of her glory! Once the two teams were called and told to suit up Angel quickly went to the dressing area where she had stashed her suit and her Triple P and quickly got dressed and strapped her weapon to her right side. Once she was dressed she recalled where she had to go,headed outside and took to the skies. "This is gonna rock! Look out world here comes the Angel of mercy!"At Angel's top speed it didn't take the winged hero in training long to reach the side of the factory like battle ground that her team was starting from. As Angel arrived she noticed that she wasn't the first to get there as there was a short haired blonde wearing what looked to be a slim black hero costume that was straight out of one of those spy thriller movies. Deciding to not keep her team member waiting Angel chose not to go for her normal habit of a flashy entrance choosing to just quickly land down in front of her and rest her wings flat against her back. As the young lady introduced herself as Ericka Nicolai the class rep of 1-B before bowing. To this introduction Angel used her left wing as if it was a cape as she bowed like a royal knight throwing her cape over her arm before once again resting it against her back. "The pleasure is all mine! The name's Angelica Surami, but everyone just calls me by my hero name Angel. I think discussing weaknesses is also a good idea since we might have to work within close proximity to one another."Angel gave Ericka a big grin as the young blonde explained her quirk which allowed her to make special ammo into her guns and fire them. That could be of great use combined with Angel's own range operating quirk. Once it was Angel's turn to share she stretched out her wings and began to hover in the air slightly above her team mates doing a little twirl. "As you can see my wings aren't just for show! I can use them to fly at a max height of 12 meters. I am also able to change the density of my feathers and them fire them like projectiles. I can currently make them as hard and dense as stone."Once Angel finished explaining her quirk she quickly landed down in the center of the group and pulled her Triple P from her right side and gave it a little bit of a twirl before holding it out for the rest of the group to see with a proud grin. "Range isn't all i've got though! I have my own personal weapon of my own design. It's called the Pretty Powerful Parasol,or Triple P for short. It has three settings which are activated by three small switches on the handle. The first setting is the shield function where I open the dome to defend myself. It can take up to 100kg of force! The second setting is the hidden blade function where the tip of the parasol slides open revealing part of the hidden rapier connected to the handle and hidden inside the rest of the parasol. The last function is full rapier mode where I can disconnect the handle from the dome to use the full length of the blade. Currently it can only pierce or slice through wood."To finish off her debrief Angel knew she had to take Sue's advice and share her biggest weakness with the team of heroes that she had to work with so that accidents didn't happen and so she let out a small sigh and hooked her weapon back to her right side and tapped both of her metal hearing aids with her fingers. "In terms of my weaknesses I only have two major ones in terms of combat. These metal things over where my ears should be are actually hearing aids. I was born without ears or eardrums so these act AS my ears. They can be a hinderence because they are weak against things like electro magnetic pulses, sound based quirks and electricity based quirks. If they get shorted out or destroyed I lose my ability to both hear and balance and so I can't fly. Fire quirks can also be a problem because my feathers are flammable. Sorry for the info dump, but that's all I got! What about you guys?"Quirk: Angel wings-Rank E Combat abilities:Enhanced strength-Rank F Enhanced speed-Rank F Enhanced Endurance-Rank F Triple P-Rank F Rapier swordsmanship-Rank F |

This was it...the day that admittedly came a lot sooner than Jack had expected. The day of his turn in the U.A. Sports Festival, where he and four fellow students would be fighting against, a bit ironically to the small American boy, the British school of Valiant. Jack giggled just a bit as he got dressed in the changing room at the thought, the first thought obviously being the American Revolution so many years ago. While, of course, the centuries that have passed since then have seen a firm peace between the two countries, it was still funny to think about whenever Americans and Britains compete, like they’re still trying to decide who’s better. Viva la Revolution… he thought jokingly, giggling to himself again. He then proceeded to get dressed, putting on a simple gi that matched his usual clothing’s color scheme; a white gi shirt with black lining at all the openings, a red-undershirt that Jack had filled with heating pads, to keep himself warm and focused, black, baggy gi pants, and his usual boot-like sneakers, golden bracers, and black fingerless gloves. He prefered to wear this than anything else when fighting, mostly because not only are they comfy, they also expand to fit whatever size Jack changes into, which makes them ideal for when he inevitably he has to fully transform into his almost mythical bus-sized dragon form. Hey, it was better than wearing the basic U.A. tracksuit that would easily rip apart and leave him in his birthday suit. That alone was an experience that Jack REFUSED to have happen again. It took him a couple of minutes then to mentally prepare himself. He hopped on his heels, did various stretches. His heart beat rapidly in his chest, and he could feel himself shaking. Now was the time...people were about to openly see him and his Quirk in action. This...was technically his first debut as Sirius. People were going to have a lot of opinions based upon what he did here, and they would most likely remember. It’s not like anyone else on the planet had his ability too. At least, none that he knew of. After a couple more minutes, the announcer called his team up, and Jack felt his heart race faster than ever before. He took one last deep breath, bracing himself for what was to come. Then, with renewed determination filling his body, Jack practically raced out to meet up with the rest of his team. Surely enough, he was then greeted with a roaring crowd. He paled just a bit at the sheer amount of people watching them, making him feel like he was at the Olympics, or something. That or the Colosseum, but Jack was optimistic! Sort of. He gulped a bit, but then strided forward with false confidence as he approached the rest of his team. Frankly, the only person he recognized there was Hye-Rin. That by itself did make him feel a bit better, but past that the new faces made him feel a bit more anxious. Two of the new people promptly introduced themselves as Angelica and Erica, the latter being the president of the 1-B Class. Jack only faintly grinned at that, the idea that there was yet another big person to impress being right next to him on the battlefield. The two then quickly went over their Quirks, making Jack’s flush a bit. Their Quirks sounded so cool compared to his, he thought. He then shook the thought out of his head, trying to keep the confidence there. He would glance over at Hye, wondering if she was going to speak before he was. If she didn’t however, Jack decided that it was his turn to share. He gulped a bit nervously, and the anxiety showed on his face. However, he quickly composed himself, putting on his more confident persona, if not just to please his teammates. ”My name is Jack Orion, and I’m a newcomer to the 1-A class,” he began strongly. So far so good, he thought. Now he just had to keep it up. He waved his tail a bit from side to side, the only sign that he was anxious, but it could just as easily be him showing his Quirk off just a bit. ”My Quirk...erm, I call my Quirk ‘Roar of the Dragon King’...”He hesitated for a second, realizing that the name might be a bit dumb, but he quickly recomposed himself, not letting any embarrassment stick around for too long. ”As the name probably implies, I can transform into that of a dragon, roughly around the size of your average American school bus. In my transformed state I have the ability to fly and have enhanced strength and endurance. However, I’m not limited to just a full transformation. I can change any part of my body into its draconic counterpart, such as my head or my back to sprout wings that way.”He left his explanation at that, his voice beginning to falter just a little. He was already nervous enough, he thought. However, just to leave it all off on a more positive note, Jack would then kindly say ”It’s a pleasure to be working with you all. Let’s kick some butt today, aye?” He would then bow politely, and wait for Hye and the last new person to explain their Quirks so that they could come up with a battle plan. He partially wondered who would be taking charge in this operation, his first assumption going to Erica. If not, though, he supposed he would be willing to step up, though it wasn’t something he was used to by any means. Whatever the case, though...well… He wasn’t going to be bragin’, but he’s the American Dragon. Time to stomp his opponents with his dragon power. He shook his head a bit at that last thought, realizing how cheesy that sounded. Stupid American cartoons. -Oh boy here we go… -Ran out to meet up with his teammates -Both calmly and nervously gave a description of his Quirk Quirk: Roar of the Dragon King - Rank E (when transformed: Enhanced Strength - Rank E; Enhanced Durability - Rank E; Flight - Rank E) Combat Abilities: Martial Arts - Rank F

Post by Kang Hye-Rin on Feb 20, 2019 21:09:34 GMT -4
The Korean couldn't remember why she had thought this event was a wise idea. Being as confrontational as she was, Hye-Rin wasn't used to much combat scenarios and the like. Though, being in a hero school and all, she'd surely have to become used to it. Especially with all of the fiery personalities that tended to clash on a daily basis in and out fo the chatroom. The martial art she'd spent hours upon hours learning wasn't even near close being mastered by the flower pot, but the girl had to be ready regardless. She'd arrived at the locker room a bit late, two girls having already took up residence among the tall grey lockers around them. Both of the girls were very close to Hye-Rin in height, and she smiled at her classmates as she approached them. It was refreshing to see two people who seemed so genuine and kind, and she couldn't help but feel at east at their presence. They were still strangers, though, and she'd warmly greet them with an introduction," My name is Kang Hye-Rin, but feel free to shorten it to just Hye!" It was often that the girl was nicknamed different names each day, but it was unknown to her that it was just the students being lazy and not wanting to even attempt to say her name aloud. So, as it was, she remained gleefully unaware to their stumblings and took it with a proud smile that people would accept her friendship so easily! The blonde introduced herself as the President of 1-B, and it instantly made her think of her very own President from the Support Studies. Chise was always very nice to her, so the Korean quietly hoped that Ericka would prove to be just as lovely as the orange-haired sweetheart. However, the Quirk she claimed to have seemed a bit destructive and Hye-Rin couldn't help but worry about the safety of the opposing school. " I can grow flowers and the pollen heals people!" She'd manage to just slip it in before the other girl, Angel, began to speak quite extensively about her own Quirk. Though the Korean would try her best to keep up with how much was being said, she was a bit out of the loop. Mental notes would be made about the keywords- Wings, some sort of parasol, and ears? When an opening was made, she'd point to the present tailed boy in the room, trying to bring attention to something else as her brain was at full capacity," Ja-Jack-kun is a dragon! That's... pretty cool, I think...!" Though he was just beginning to describe his own Quirk, the flowery girl would put him on full display anyway. It would be the first time she would see him since his beyond awkward confession over private messages in the chatroom, but Hye-Rin took it with a grain of salt. In her eyes, they were still the same friends as they were before he decided to tell her about his feelings. After all was said and done, she'd bow a bit too formally," But, I'll do my best to carry my own weight! It's a pleasure to meet you all!" Hye-Rin wasn't sure what to expect going in, but she wasn't lying when she said she'd carry her own weight. The girl had grown tired of always burdening people with her issues, and this was the beginning of a new start for her in the long journey to becoming a hero! -Yo why did she sign up for fighting shit -Introduced herself -Managed to say the basics of her quirk before Angel started her speech -tried to keep up, failed -talked about jack to change the subject -says she'll carry her own weight Quirk: Blooming Day (E-Rank) Ability: Am I Doing this Right? these rapid eyes will keep on moving Lani was feeling all kinds of feelings at the moment. Excitement, nervousness, Happily, fright, and all that other good stuff. She was a confident person though. No matter what she felt she was going to go forth anyway. That was just the kind of persons he was. But the competition between school was awesome. In all honesty, she wanted to be in the audience rather than the competition itself, but she couldn't resist the chance to see some of the other quirks out there up close. It wasn't like she could take part in every single event, so the dark skin girl had to pick one of them. And with this one, she would at least be able to hang out with one of her friends on the battlefield. This was where her excitement came from. She was going to get the chance to see some awesome stuff, both from her schoolmates and from the other schools. It was going to be badass! The nerves and fright came from the whole thing being broadcasted. Lani was kind of in hiding and she mostly hoped that her mother wouldn't be paying attention to the competition. It wasn't like America was involved in it at all, so maybe it would just fly over her head. Lani wasn't ready t deal with the woman yet and she didn't want to think about what kind of havoc she would cause upon coming to the school. All Lani did know was that she needed to be careful. As for the crowd and general audience, Lani didn't mind them much. They were about to get an eyeful of her and Lani didn't mind. She was an outgoing and confident person. And the even itself? Lani just wanted to see what the others could do. Her place in the cheerleading club was well done because she wanted to cheer her teammates to do their very best and be absolutely amazing! She was going to wear her hero costume for the event, which would be pretty controversial to anyone that didn't know about Lani or her quirk. Her body needed the light on her skin. Her quirk needed the light on her skin. Lani was just the most comfortable with her skin exposed and her costume reflected that to a large degree. The basics of it were practically undergarments. Cloth of white and black covered her chest and hips while leaving the entirely of her shoulders, legs, and midriff exposed. The white lines that trailed her dark skin were in full view of those that saw her. Ribbons of clothes extended from her lower back and her headpiece, but in the end, she was still mostly exposed. But with this, she could gain an incredible amount of light to replenish her quirk that she needed. And, of course, she had her sword with her. It was the main conduit of her quirk and what she was most familiar with using it with. At the moment, her weapon only consisted of the hilt and the guard. There was no blade that could be seen. That was because when Lani used her quirk, it was made of the light she used to change the blade's matter. So until she was ready to use it she didn't have to worry about poking or cutting anyone as it hung from the black bands that held the bottom piece of her costume to her body. Once she was ready, the tall girl headed out to where everyone else was. The group had amassed, all but herself and she got there just in time for the introductions. Ericka, of course, she knew already. The class president was her friend and Lani often referred to her as the mother of the class. In fact, as Ericka finished speaking, Lani replied with a teasing "Okay mom." and a chuckle. Angel spoke up next and her quirk was pretty obvious at first. She had wings and flight seemed really cool. "That's pretty neat. You remind me of my dad." She mentioned. The man was the hero Holy Order and he had the visage of a holy knight. It shared a lot of themes with angels, so to see what was effectively a real angel was cool. Nex tup was Jacka and honestly, Lani loved him, just for what he named his quirk. "That's fucking badass dude!" She exclaimed with a small hop. "Really strikes some fear into those that hear it. I wanna hear a good strong roar from you!" Dragons were cool after all. And having a quirk associated with that was pretty amazing. And lastly, there was Hye-Rin. She was a healer and made flowers that could help others. A supportive role wasn't common, so that was pretty amazing. Lani clapped her hands together and nodded. "And she's damn useful too. I've got quite the awesome team!"It was obvious to tell that Lani was excited and uncensored. But now it was her turn and she thought about a way to explain her quirk simply. "Well..." She started, pointing down to the sword at her exposed hips. "I mostly do it with my sword, but I can affect any small object. I can use colors to change the state of matter an object is in. And when changed, the object will interact with other matter of the same state the same as its original state." She said. It was still a lot fo take it all at once, so she thought of an example that would make it easier to understand. "Like...if I turn the blade of my sword into a gas, and then cut a cloud, the cloud will stay cut until my quirk runs out." It was still a weird explanation, but that was the best Lani could do. Her quirk effective manipulated the very laws of physics so it had a lot of weird interactions. In the end, her quirk wasn't an offensive one, but a supportive one. it didn't actually hurt anyone or anything. She couldn't affect living matter after all. But it worked well with her main focus. "Oh and I can use a sword pretty good too!"1028 | @tagged | Intros yo ulla Rainbow Raid: E Tales of Aselia: E Rainbow Road: E

10 AM. The beginning of the UA High School Sport Festival’s Cross School Competition, a challenge between teams of Yuuei students and a team from a foreign school. The Valiant Institute of Unusual Potential VS UA match would start shortly. In both locker rooms, a television screen appeared from behind a wall. It came on to display the face of the school principal, Kobayashi Touma, who was talking from a commentator’s box installed on top of a tower overlooking the arena where he had a good view of what was going on. Next to him sat Geist-sensei, in full hero regalia as usual, who waved at the camera in unison with his shadow behinf him. People watching at home would see it as well. “Good morning, students.” English subtitles would be displayed for Valiant. “My name is Kobayashi Touma, school principal of Yuuei High. I welcome you all to this Cross School Competition exercise. As you might already know, the rules are simple: you must capture students from the other team and bring them to your cage, and keep them here. Captured participants must be touched by a teammate in order to escape, and are prohibited from intervening while behind bars. Kurosawa-sensei and myself will be watching over you and providing commentary which we encourage you to review after the match.” The room was also connected to the TV cameras, embedded all around the arena to let the spectators follow the fight wherever it happened, from every angle. There were no physical stands around, for obvious safety reasons; maintaining the same walls as in the PvP tournament would be too taxing. In the tower with him were a squad of professional heroes on standby to interrupt the fight in case it went too far, a division of firefighters waiting below and a fully-equipped ER room with surgeons and rescue heroes ready to intervene if worst came to worse. The broadcast didn’t really focus of that, for obvious reasons. In all likelihood, anyway, the squad of professionals would intervene first. They were professional rescue and combat heroes, some of the best in the business. Everything had been prepared to ensure a safe competitive exercise for everyone. “We hope every participant will give it their all and make their school proud,” continued the principal in an even tone. “Now, without further ado…” “LET’S KICK THINGS OFF, BABY!” shouted Geist-sensei, overtaking the mic. On the broadcast, the cameras panned out to reveal the walls of the locker rooms falling apart. The room opened itself up like boxes on each team’s starting point. There was no time to be surprised; a loud buzzer announced the beginning of the exercise. --- “Mother of fuck!” growled Lucas. “Everyone, in formation!!” answered Arthur in an authoritative, commanding voice. The Valiant team roused themselves to action immediately under the orders of their leader. There was no hesitation. Just like in the cavalry battle, Melissa climbed on Lucas’s back; she was more agile and speedy on her own, but the dinosaur boy offered protection from where she could launch her tar in relative safety. And unlike in the cavalry battle, she could always jump off to show off her athleticism, in case they thought she would be immobile. Arthur took point and the group of three headed down the road. Meanwhile, Gregory clambered over the barriers to hide between a couple of buildings, near their starting point. He as careful to keep behind visual cover so that he couldn’t be spotted easily from the air. Julia took no such precautions; she immediately jumped in on top of the nearest buildings and used the rooftops as stepping stones to get to the farmost water tower. From there, she was quite visible, but equally so, she could keep watch over the road while the slower members of her team took their positions. Valiance was quite literally in the name of their school, but that didn’t meant they were idiots incapable of formulating a plan; with Julia and Gregory, Valiant had two battle tacticians who could formulate and enact plans on the fly. Arthur was their emotional anchor, and while Melissa and Lucas were more role players, they weren’t without their own craftiness and heart. Now, how would UA set up for this confrontation? (ooc: let’s kick things off! The 8 rounds begin now. Here you will find everyone’s positions. Arthur, Lucas and Melissa are in red, Gregory in orange and Julia in black. prntscr.com/mp1058 you can use the following ling to edit it easily online, with a delicious windows 95 feel: jspaint.app/hope you guys will enjoy the event! Everyone eventually gathered up and Ericka was happy to see that everyone arrived at a decent time and even came prepared. As expected the new faces were interesting and they had interesting quirks as well. They had a mutation and transformation quirk on their side. With the healing added in, they had quite the team put together. All they needed now was an actual strategy. And without knowing what their opponents could do there wasn't much they could set in stone. So the early match was information gathering. Their quirks were pretty direct in nature and no one seemed to have one that could gather information from a distance. So the best they could do was use their eyes and observe the enemy in their idle state. But they had to do so without getting caught themselves. Looking to her makeshift team, Ericka nodded. They didn't have a leader just yet, but they didn't have any information to call shots either. They had to be careful, so Ericka would go ahead and suggest what they would do first. She didn't know if they were going to be willing to go along, but Ericka hoped that they could see the use in her advice before jumping into the fray. "I think..." She started, just as the television screen came on with their principal. She stopped and looked up to see and hear his speech. It wasn't just an all-out brawl, but a capture and retrieve mission they had to do. Whicher ever tea had the most people captured would win. So that meant they couldn't just play passively and whittle down their opponents. Not in an efficient way anyway. They had a time limit after all. But that also meant that all they had to do was capture a single person without letting any of them get caught. And with the final send-off, the event started. Ericka looked back at the team and quickly made her suggestion. It was simple really. They needed to find and observe their opponents. "Before we just jump in, I think we should get an idea of what the other team can do." She pointed to the building that was directly in front of them just after the first bend of the path. "If we can bait them into using their firepower, we can see what they can do and how to approach them." Ericka had no idea what their strategy or group formation was like. But before they singled off one person to capture they needed to know who to aim for. "I'll head off to the building and see what I can view from there." She paused and looked at Lani. It was her friend and the person she knew the best of the group. "If you can draw some of their attention and bait some quirks out, I can cover your retreat." As she said that, she drew her guns from their holsters. Her hands glowed for a moment as her ammo was loaded into the weapons, signifying that she was using her first load. Each gun held eight bullets, giving her sixteen shots before she needed to reload again. "I can fire from around a corner so it'll be harder for them to tell where I'm firing from." If the tall girl was fine with that, she turned to Angel, the girl with the wings. "You can get a really good vantage point, so you'll be the best scout. If you can tell us where they are to start, we can single out someone. But don' get too close to them. We don't know what kind of ranged capabilities they have."Provided that was all okay, Ericka made her way to the spot she had picked out. It was the corner of the building just after the first bend. She prepped herself and readied to fire to cover the retreat of anyone that grabbed the attention of their opponents. If she needed to, she'd fire 4 shots curved around the corner to fire int he space between them and her team member. If it was Lani, Hye-Rin or Jack she would fire a bit high to move their attention upward, but if they saw Angel, Ericka would fire a little low to make them pay attention to the ground. And already, the first person was spotted atop a tower. Julia was spotted, but Ericka was sure to be spotted as well.

| A ngel couldn't keep herself from grinning from ear to ear as the rest of team U.A arrived and despite recognizing none of them except for young Jack Orion who had recently joined her class she was still excited to work with every single one of them! Angel made sure to listen intently to every single one of her team mates talk about their quirks and it seemed that they had a little bit of everything on their team from range due to herself and Ericka with her guns, they had major offensive power in Jack who could transform himself into a dragon and Lani with her special rainbow sword and ability to transform matter using colors around her and even a healer in Hye! Once everyone finished explaining their abilities Angel began to twirl her parasol around her left index finger with a happy smile. "It seems that we have some of everything! We are so gonna kick their butts! I am so excited you guys!"Before the announcement of the beginning of the battle to explain the rules happened Angel quickly scooted over to stand next to both Lani and Ericka and quickly nudged the both of them with her elbows keeping her usual big grin as the thought of the three of them sparring together to test out not only their range, but their close quarters combat filled her with even more excitement. It didn't hurt that the two ladies were totally rocking their hero outfits like no body's buisness! They were still nothing compared to Farrah in her cheerleader outfit though. "Once this is all over the three of us should totally hang out! I'd love to test my swordsmanship against yours Lani and so wanna test out my reflexes and feathers against your aim and guns Ericka! We could go out for lunch after! Three soon to be pro's on the town!"Before the plan could be made between the group the announcement and voices of not only U.A's principal, but also Angel's favorite teacher Mr.Giest rang out through the area explaining the rules. They had a set time limit to capture as many of the enemy team in special cages as they could and the captured team mates could only be freed if they managed to touch one of their team mates. The rules and objective seemed simple enough and with her and Jack's ability to fly it would be hard for two of the five members of their team to get grounded long enough to get captured as long as they were careful. Once the announcement was over Ericka seemed to be the one take take up the leadership role and rather quickly and effectively make a plan for the group. She wanted to bait out their big guns using Lani's quirk and use Angel herself as the recon scout. Angel nodded to this plan and saluted Ericka with her right index and middle finger. "You got it boss! Let's do this thing! You grounded folks call out if you need a quick air lift!"Angel then flapped her wings hard which quickly made her airborne about 9 meters high in a single flap before she took off flying closely behind and above Ericka. As Ericka reached the building that she was going to hide behind Angel decided to land down and perch on top of the same building before crouching down and walking to the opposite corner from where Ericka was standing so that the enemy team couldn't have a chance to somehow flank their pretty gunslinger. As she waited she spotted a young ebony skinned young woman who Angel vaugly recalled was named Julia quite easily jumping across roofs to the farthest water tower, but other then her she saw no one else from the other team. In order to do her job Angel did her best to raise her voice just loud enough that her team and their leader could hear her without the enemy team catching wind. "Boss,I'm up on your building to cover ya so they can't flank you and so I can watch the ground like ya said. I see that Julia chick from the other team up on the furthest water tower, but I don't see anyone else yet. Let me know if you want me to give the others some feathery cover fire or join the front lines. My sword is yours to command."Angel grinned to herself as she squeezed the handle of her parasol and flipped the second small switch which caused the closed tip of the parasol to open to reveal part of the hidden rapier and it's tip hidden within the interior of the parasol. If the other team did try and swarm Ericka or Lani and the others need some close range back up she was ready and willing. This was only the beginning and the game pieces were now taking their place on the board. It was almost time for the real game to begin! Things done: 1-Tried to encourage her team. 2-Invited Lani and Ericka to a girls day after the festival ends 3-agreed with Ericka's plan seeing her as the leader and then offered air lifts for those who called for them. 4-followed Erika and perched herself down on the same building that she's hiding behind, but on the opposite left corner ducked down. 5-spotted Julia and reported while waiting for more orders. When Jack had decided to explain his Quirk in depth, he hadn’t really expected too much of a reaction, in all honesty. As Darren had already constantly beat into his head, he was in U.A., so him being a dragon didn’t mean much. Though, personally, he could have been a bit nicer about it, as it more or less just served to decrease Jack’s self esteem by a small amount. It was because of this that he was expecting the usual ‘cool’s and ‘oh hey that’s neat’s. He was NOT expecting, however, someone to practically blow up over it in excitement. Just as he was about to introduce his Quirk, Hye-Rin, clearly a bit flustered, suddenly put it bare in front of everyone: he was a dragon. He wasn’t too embarrassed by the sudden exclamation, but he did scratch the back of his head, his face a bit red and giving everyone his usual embarrassed sharp-toothed smile. ”I mean, it’s not THAT cool…” he said in response, mostly just trying to downplay it. While he did appreciate his good friend’s minor praise, he didn’t really like the attention too much. Though, granted, he supposed that he would just have to get used to it. He then went on to explain the specifics of his Quirk. The reactions of Erica and Angel were rather basic, something that Jack had expected. However, it was Lani, who Jack had noticed was barely wearing anything, suddenly praised him rather loudly. Jack’s face became a bright strawberry red as she said, and quote, that he was ‘badass’ and that she expected a good roar from him. Honestly, that was the most verbal praise that he had ever gotten from a person thus far. Add in the fact that her hero suit was rather bare and, as Jack noticed, he was the only guy on the team with all the girls being attractive in their own rights, and suddenly Jack felt rather panicked, it showing very clearly on his face. ”U-uh, y-y-yeah, I c-can do that!” he said, his voice a bit higher than a moment ago, giving Lani a nervous smile. He then looked down, embarrassed, and clasped his hands in front of him, his tail swishing nervously. After that, she would then go on to explain her own Quirk, which admittedly was a bit confusing, but cool at the same time. ”I think that’s a little more badass than turning into a dragon…” he said in response, giving a small chuckle. Whatever she said in response, Erica would then suggest that she went on ahead and fired off shots to distract the leading force, while Angel went on ahead to do some recon. While they did that, Jack looked around the area for a moment, his mind shifting into combat-mode practically in an instant. To Lani it might look a bit weird, but Hye-Rin’s seen him like this before, so at least that might be a heads up that his minds at work. After a moment, Jack would nod to himself, looking back at Hye-Rin and Lani. ”I going to scout ahead myself, and see if maybe I can launch a surprise attack when I see a good opportunity. Y’all can come with me if you’d like, and I’d appreciate the backup, but it’s up to you,” he said firmly, and then immediately began to stride towards one of the larger buildings. His plan was already pretty much set in stone: look on ahead and wait for Valiant's main force to waddle on by the building, and then wait for Erica to fire off at them. While they were distracted, Jack could bust out of the building, with Lani and Hye on his back if they came along, and launch a surprise attack on them and hopefully at least take one of them back to their holding area. If either of them came along, he would briefly go over said plan and hear any feedback or suggestions that they might have, then think more upon it as they waited for the main attackers to arrive. One way or another, though, they were about to get spooked big time. Most people would if they saw a dragon crashing out of a building, after all! At least, that’s what he hoped. He was still kind of new to all of this, after all. -Ok, pretty standard reaction so far- -Why is Lani practically naked. Why is she praising him. WHY IS HE THE ONLY GUY ON A TEAM FULL OF ATTRACTIVE PEOPLE? -Meekly agrees to roar, looking down. -Starts to formulate his own plans as Erica and Angel set out. -Would tell Lani and Hye that he was going to scout ahead and wait to sneak attack, and welcomed them to join him if they see fit. -Would briefly explain his plan to either or both of them if they came along, and listen to any ideas that either of them might have. -Would then wait for the main attack force to get distracted by Erica. Hopefully this all goes well. Position (Jack is Purple Circle)

After Hye-Rin's own introduction, she mostly took the role of a background character. Nods and smiles would be exchanged between her and the other teammates, and she'd give a quick 'thank you' to Lani when she spoke up about how her Quirk would prove useful. Apart from her scaley friend, the near naked girl was the only other one she recognized amongst the group since the two were in cheerleading together. She knew about the girl's passionate personality, and the Korean was quite lucky that she was an ally rather than an opponent. Though socializing seemed like a much more pleasurable experience to the flowery girl, it was not what they came to do. The T.V. that hung on the wall lit up, revealing the Principal and a rather intimidating-looking man that the Korean vaguely knew as Geist. They gave the rundown of what would be happening, and everything seemed to be somewhat normal. That was, until, the room popped open like the walls like they hadn't been real in the first place. Hye-Rin would let out a surprised squeak, as the group around her treated it like a normal occurance," I-Is no one going to mention the room opening like that?!" She was surprised by their ability to focus on tasks, because they all set out to start what would be a long battle ahead," Aish... I'm out of my element." Shaking her head, the Korean would head off with Jack without a second thought. " Jack-kun, I-I'll back you up!" If worst came to worst, the flower pot knew that Jack would keep her safe from anything that came their way. It wasn't that she couldn't defend herself, but his presence was more of a precaution," Don't worry about a thing, Jack-kun! I'm much more useful against people than bears!" Having a dragon on your side didn't hurt, and she'd make sure to hop onto his back before he burst out of the building with their loud but tactical approach to the event. It had been some time since she'd seen him transform fully, but it was the first time he'd allowed her to ride on his back for it. The Korean couldn't help but hold onto his neck the entire time, bracing for his large and rather intimidating movements. Sure, dragons are pretty scary, but dragon riders are much cooler! -Reacting to shite -confused as to how no one was scared when the room popped -goes with jack -rides the dragon ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

these rapid eyes will keep on moving After Lani introduced herself, a plan needed to be set into motion. The reactions from the other students were amusing, to say the least. Some got really flustered and some focused on what was ahead. Everyone had a different personality and it really showed the diversity in their group. It was going to help a ton when it came to working together and getting used to each other as a whole. She made note of Kye-Rin's and Jack's meekness as well as Angel ability to infer the situation and move according to what others were doing. All it meant, in the end, was that she'd have to keep an extra eye out for the first two. With that said, the start of their battle was going t be recon. They needed to see where their opponents were before a formal plan could be put together. Information was key in this kind of thing, so Lani agreed with Ericka on the idea of trying to find the positions of the other team. Once they did that, they could strike.
Ericka moved to the first cover point she could while Angel moved to the roof that was right next to her. They would both be able to see one person, but not the rest of the team. Jack and Hye-Rin went to the right into a building at the southern portion of the arena. So Lani figured she'd cover the gap created by making her way toward the top end. It was a longer distance, but flanking to that side would cover a possible opening in their plan. "Gotcha! Let's snipe one out." She said, agreeing with Ericka's plan and moving from there.
Since the start of the school year, UA had really stepped up its budget, so to speak. Fro just having the basics to having rooms that just opened up to the open air, she was excited to see what else the school had to offer her. And with the way things were being done, Lani felt like she was going to do well in the future. Moving forward, the girl unclipped the hilt of her sword from her hip and held it with one of her hands. She rested the guard on her shoulder and moved forward, passed where Ericka stopped to move around the building.
As she moved, the tall girl heard the confirmation of a target in Julia, who was visible to Ericka and Angel. So it was likely that the girl saw those two as well. What she wouldn't see was Lani moving behind the buildings. And with Angel perched high up, Lani could get some directions while staying out of sight. "Tell me where exactly to look once I turned the corner Angel!" Lani called out to Angel. Lani didn't want to have to slow down once she moved. So with Angel giving her updated information, Lani could immediately strike once she was in view. For now, however, she was doing her best to get into position and see if there was anything the two of them missed. 513 | @tagged | notes ulla -Follows the plan, makes sure to keep Jack and Hye-Rin in mind since they'll need backup. -Stays on West side of the map, moving north. -Asks Angel to keep her updated on Julia's position so Lani won't have to slow down. On this path as far as speed allows

Boing, twanged Julia’s legs. In kindergarten, other kids liked to pull at her legs to hear the distinctive sound of a spring. From what she heard, her brothers and sisters suffered the same fate, and now that she was at the Insititute, she couldn’t give the bullies a stern talking-to like she used to. Instead, she could do this. Live on international TV, the dark-skinned girl sprang up and over the buildings, and with graceful leaps got to the top of the water tower. Anita, David, are you watching? she thought as she reached her destination. The UA team were sending their own recon girl, it seemed, a literal angel -- or at least a winged girl. A blonde was peeking from behind the corner of a building. To bait a reaction, she made a tentative punch in the general direction of Angel. Despite her stretchy limbs, she didn’t have the range to get there, but it nonetheless drew a few bullets of cover fire from the blonde. “Arthur, I see two of them, don’t know where the other are. The blonde with the guns and the one with the wings. I’m guessing the others are circling, be careful!” “Alright,” answered the leader, “we’re going with the same plan, meet in the midd--” Whatever their plan was, it was being thwarted. By a dragon, who burst out of a building just as they were coming around the bend, a Korean girl on its back. The effect of surprise was certainly present as the mythical best let out a mighty roar, but it roared at Lucas McTavish. Knowing what was coming next, Melissa immediately tarred up her ears as Lucas reared back his head and inhaled through his maw. Something like words could be made out by an experienced ear; something like “HE’S MINE, ARTHUR!” as the car-sized T-rex bravely charged into his opponent, unlocking his jaw to display a terrifying double row of teeth, aiming to close them on one of Jack’s legs. His roar was loud enough that the whole arena would hear it, and that the dragon and rider pair it was directed at wouldn’t be able to communicate. “You’re always so loud, Lucas,” pouted Melissa for no one to possibly hear. “Fine, I’ll do my part.” As soon as they’d get close enough, the small girl perched on Lucas’ back would shoot a glob of tar, which if not defended would seriously impair his movement and power, and smirked at Hye-Rin on Jack’s back. It was not just a match between gargantuan beast, but also one between their riders. Yet the fight didn’t stop here. Arthur, who was walking with Lucas and Melissa, calmly assessed as the bone layer covered his entire body, enclosing him in a rather ominous-looking armor save for the V of Valiance emblazoned on chest and forehead, bringing the heroic cheese to his costume along with the flowing bone-white cape. For now, they held numerical superiority here. If their T-rex and rider could hold off their own pair of dragon and rider, then they had a numerical advantage. On the other hand, he probably wasn’t the best suited for the job if Jack began to fly. In a second, Arthur made his decision and ran down the road, calling for Gregory on the sides. “I know,” answered the kid as he ran to the side. Gregory looked rather meek in everyday situations, always moping or going on about wanting to die, but during a fight, he was like another person, rational, cool-headed, and while lacking Arthur’s natural charisma or Julia’s presence, a good leader on his own nonetheless. Arthur trusted him in a heartbeat to take charge, so he began running into range and shooting sliver fire at the dragon as soon as he could. If they could force them to retreat inside of the building, they would get control of this match. Meanwhile, Julia didn’t need orders to guess what Arthur had in mind. It would make little sense for anyone else to run down the road which was established to be controlled by UA’s own range user, sacrificing theirs to secure an advantage early, but if there was one person which could hold their own against a ranged user long enough to get into melee distance, it was Arthur. He simply ran at pace, both swords drawn out and ready to deflect as many bullets as he could; the rest he trusted in his armor to take. Superior range was only an advantage if enforced, after all. Yet while Arthur was strong, he could not hold off three people on his own. They hadn’t spotted UA’s fifth man yet and while the knight in bony armor could probably hold his own against both the angel and the gunwoman, mid-air fighting wasn’t especially his forte. It was hers. She sprang from the water tower with all her might, in the wrong direction at first, as if she was going back to her base. However, her intentions soon became clear as she hooked around the pipe with one hand and used the spring in her arm to slingshot herself in the angel’s direction. “Get over here!” she shouted as she shot one arm in her direction, aiming for nothing less than a tether grab, as her other arm still held on to the pipe ready to snap back to safety as needed. With Arthur near her, she felt confident enough to step into the gunwoman’s range, as if she chose to focus on her, she would be letting him close in. Meanwhile, she would make sure that Angel couldn’t fly around her teammate and scout around with impunity, keeping her busy with her own brand of mid-air fighting. So far, so good. All that was left to see was how UA’s fifth man, or woman, as it was, Lani Bijan, would act. (tl;dr: - Lucas and Melissa are engaging Jack and Hye - Lucas used roar to keep them from communicating before trying to bit Jack's leg, Melissa is shooting tar at Jack to slow him - Gregory is running to them, shooting some fire towards Jack (thank god he's with the healer amirite) - Arthur is running down the main road to where the gunshots are firing - Julia is jumping towards Angel and attacking her with a grab attempt, shooting her stretchy arm (think gomu gomu no pistol) at Angel while grabbing the pipe in the middle to snap back if/when needed. - No one has any idea where Lani is; will benefit from the surprise if she attacks general map here: prntscr.com/mqn94uwhat the fuck Julia is doing: prntscr.com/mqn6je she's basically jumping to the pipe, spinning around it, throwing herself in angel's direction while doing the gomu gomu grab, while still holding to the pipe so she's not committing to the move)

Things got right into it as everyone set up their positions. And before Ericka knew it, they were engaged with the other school. The starting point was a single roar that echoed through the battlefield. She didn't know who it was, but it was one that could be heard by everyone and they could tell the general direction that it came from. And with that, two things immediately in Ericka's view were apparent. Angel was being attacked by Julia and Arthur was heading right for her. It was troubling, but also a rare chase for them. She could only assume the roar and the other members of the other school were engaged with jack and Hye-Rin. She hoped the two understood that with three people on them that retreating was their best option. The information they saw about the student was more important than trying to engage them.
As for Ericka, she had a few things she had to do. Three goals really. And all of them she had t do in a very short period of time. She needed to keep Julia off Angel. With Angel's flight, recon and support for Jack and Hye-Rin was pretty much a must. She was the only one that could reach them without being impeded by the other students. She also had to contend with Arthur, who as looking to close the distance between herself and him. And while Ericka could fight close range, it was to her advantage to not do that. If Arthur could fight effectively at a range, he would have done so already. And with how quickly he was running, she couldn't just kite him around forever. And lastly, there was Jack and Hye-rin that were closest to the roar that echoed abound. They were going to need help and Ericka wasn't in the best position to do so. With the two shots she used as warning fire from Julia, she still had about fourteen left before she needed to reload. Here, Ericka put her plan together and it was going to be an interesting one. "Get Lani to double back." She yelled to Angel in preparation for her plan.
She wanted to use Arthur's focus on her and Julia's focus on Angel to her advantage. And she was going to do by exploiting their quirk. Arthur was all armored up and Julia needed surfaces to stretch from in other to be effective against Angel. So Ericka started to backpedal, but not quickly at first. She pointed both her guns forward and fired off four shots. Simply firing off these bullets wasn't all that would quirk could do. And while she fired them all at Arthur, they weren't what she was aiming to hit. The first shots form each of her guns fired forward about a meter before just stopping in mid-air. It was as if they were frozen in place mid-flight. With Alpha and Omega, Erick could manipulate her bullets to do such a thing. They were frozen in place for a few moments before restarted their flight in a newly directed path.
As for the last two bullets, she aimed them right at Arthur's most well-defended portion of his armor. But her goal wasn't to damage it. Instead, the girl wanted to ricochet the bullets off Arthur. She had the ability to trickshot the bullets she fired and aimed to have their bounce off Arthur and up at Julia. Her aim was to hit the Julia in the limbs she'd attempt to land with. She wanted the girl to have a difficult landing to slow down her chase so that Angel could assist Jack and Hye-Rin as well as warn Lani of Arthur's approach.
With these two actions, Ericka ducked behind the corner and around the building. It was here she hoped that Arthur followed and did so right into where she could be supported by Lani. The two of them could get Arthur separated far enough from his team to make things easier for their own team. And from there they could have someone deep behind enemy lines and unable to get support. They only had to capture one person after all.

| A ll of the players had taken their final positions! Angel was perched on her rooftop with Ericka down below on the side of the building,Jack and Hye were planning a sneak attack and Lani was helping cover their blind spots by taking a flanking position behind the building Angel stood on. If their plan worked out then they would be able to pick off the English enemy team one by one and widdle down their numbers. As she remained perched Angel heard Lani ask her to keep the color using warrior updated on Julia the spring loaded foe's movements so that she could sneak attack her if she got close. Angel just grinned and let the feeling of confidence fill her. "You got it rainbow!"As Angel kept her eyes locked on Julia she noticed how the spring limb having woman pulled back one of her arms as if to throw a punch. As she did Angel had to fight her instincts to jump back and away from it and luckily that restraint paid off as it seemed that despite having spring like limbs her range and reach still left a bit to be desired. Angel knew this wouldn't be the end of it however and so Angel went ahead and flipped the second switch on her parasol's handle to close the tip at the end so that the blade was no longer exposed. She then bent her knees after taking a few steps back. Angel's situational awareness was telling her that the first major clash of the fight was about to happen. "Boss,Lani, I think our spring loaded friend is about to make her move. She just tried to spring punch me,but fell short. My instincts are telling me that she's going to come at me soon as I'm the only one on our team with the speed and maneuverability to keep up with her. When she does I'm gonna meet her half way and do my best to spike her down to you. When you see me hit the sky, move in so she doesn't have the chance to recover."It seemed that the match's first clash was happening a bit sooner as Angel had expected as Jack and Hye burst through and out of the building they had run into and charged straight for the enemy team's big gun of a car sized T-rex with a mighty roar which lead to the T-rex pulling back it's head to let out a mighty roar. Thankfully Angel saw it coming and quickly removed her hearing aids which silenced everything around her until a couple moments later she returned them to their proper place and once again gripped her weapon, spinning it around so that the curved handle was the end facing outward for her plan. As the young mutant prepared herself she also made sure to keep an eye out on the ground as the T-rex,his rider and what looked to be a medieval knight covered in bone began to advance on their turf. They were trying to get within Melee range to try and use the fact that they had split up against them! As Julia finally made her move and launched most of her body toward Angel and launched one of her arms out to try and grab her, Angel heard Ericka yell at her to get Lani to double back meaning get to her to go help Jack and Hye before she heard Ericka fire off four shots which Angel assumed were meant for the bone knight. It was finally go time! As Angel ran toward the edge of the building she let out a loud whistle to get Lani's attention. "Rainbow bright! Go help Dino and flower power! They can't take the big gun and his partner alone! We'll handle Springy and Bonehead!"With Angel's message delivered she leaped off of the edge of the building and spread out her wings as fast as she could to their full length to quickly reach her top speed as she rushed to meet Julia's arm head on. As she got close Angel quickly used the curved handle of her parasol to deflect Julia's grab before attempting to grab hold of Julia's out stretched forearm and yank on it as hard as she could to hopefully cause Julia's grip to loosen and throw her off her balance. Angel then used her maneuverability to fly under Julia's arm so that she could get behind her foe. She then curled her body to build up momentum and launched her right leg downward into a hard drop kick into Julia's left shoulder to hopefully damage it,make it harder for her to spring around and daze her with pain so her grip let go and fall toward Ericka. "Special Delivery boss!"Things Angel did 1-Prepare herself for the showdown with Julia as clashes began to happen. 2-follow Ericka's order to tell Lani to double back and go help Jack and Hye. 3-Meet Julia head on,deflect her grab with her Triple P,use her strength to attempt to grab the grab arm and yank it to loosen Julia's grip and then used her speed and manuverability to get behind Julia to attempt to deliver a hard drop kick to Julia's grab arm's shoulder to send her down toward Ericka.
