STORYTELLER With the festival nearing soon it's end it was time for the big event of clashing schools. The competition that'd determine which Hero School truly stood on the top! To honour the start of an era with trained heroes to be the world's future protection the Sport Festival commitee have planned these final competitions where every school will put their best students into the field and show their quick development! With barely a year of Hero Schools existing it has the public and the media eager to see the true polished upcoming heroic men and women. The actual competition was held outside of the festival area, on a large flat space with buildings and constructions similar to a factory, with one main road going through the place. There at the middle of the road at the center of the entire playzone stood the promising students of Yuuei and Adler Academy, five on five. Infront of them, stood a very proud posing female character with a traditional Japanese armor and clothing, wearing a wide conehat with a dozen of seals hanging from it's edges. Wearing a Yokai Mask she presented herself as their guide and informant. Clearing her throat once she got a good look on the 10 students standing infront of her. ''Hehe! Looks like I have ten promising students infront of me! Welcome to the final event of the Sports Festival! My hero name is Soul Fire! But you can just refer me as Hisomi!'' She suddenly points at all of the students with a strong straight arm with an even mroe straight finger. ''And I want you all to know I am keeping a VEEERY close eye on you all! There is no way I will tolerate bad sportsmanship! Because when I am the one in charge I want the ones under me to do their best! So use this competition as a lesson on how to work with one and another, because that will be the focus!''
She walked near a wall and rolled out a blackboard, on that blackboard was a large map hanging on it with various coloured shapes and marks. ''This fight will be a two sided Cops and Robbers! Both Yuuei and Adler Academy will try to detain eachother and put them in a large cage at each side of the map!'' With an eager behaviour she quickly pointed at the first side, a blue square. ''Yuuei will own this side of the map! And on the other end is the red team, Adler Academy! The rules a very simple, to capture someone you have to use your resources to get them inside the cage! The msot useful method is simply restraining their limbs! Or knocking them out! But not toooo hard okay?? Good! Also, you can rescue captured ones by simply touch a part of their body through the cage! Don't worry, I will see cheating with my naked eye so don't even try! The match will end with a timer OR one team being able to capture the entire enemy team! I've set up marks on buildings that you CAN'T penetrate! Believe me, those structures are extremely sturdy so don't waste your energy on trying, even I would have a hard time breaking those walls! But those buildings you can enter I have been so nice to have marked. for you to see! The pink marks on the walls won't be hard to notice! Remember, this match is about teamwork, effiency and coordination! You can fight all you want, but in the end you have to capture your enemy alive, this might just be a friendly competition, but once you all are heroes and are out on the field it's life and death!''
She pushed the blackboard away and clapped her hands once. ''But remember to have fun, who knows, many heroes goes international so you all might meet in the real deal! Now then, with rules explained and the arena done being set up I will only say one more thing... MAKE IT LOOK GOOD! The entire place are monitored for the audience to see, so show them a smile or two! Now chop chop! Get to your sides already! I will be ehe.. lurking around.''
With both teams being ordered to go to their respective sides a silver haired student from the german team spoke up to his team with a smile. ''Okay, you heard the Guide, let's show Japan what we got!'' He enthusiastically spoke, smiling then over to the japanese students and giving a friendly wave. His name is Stefan Glaswurf, the kind of boy that had the captain's look, his quirk is Density Break! At contact he can make seemingly anything materialistic into the density of glass and shatter it! Talk about a sharp quirk! The two girls that looked alike are the twins Magners sisters, Elena & Helen, while they look cocky they have a very solid cooperation between the two, with their quirk Value Manipulation they can bond with eachother and become two magnets, minus or plus, they are practically a perfect duo!Following up is a boy with his hands in his pockets, giving off a bored stare into the air with his braided hair dangling behind his head. Manuel Alfonsi, while he is a student in a german school he is the representative of Italy and a complete acer, with his quirk Extreme Momentum he can achieve one of the greatest forms of atheltic movements with ease, doing the same thing over and over he can achieve amazing momentum and speed, he is the pinnacle of Athletes, the reincarnation of Hermes! And behind them all, the shortest too, and probably the most shy looking, is Amanda Chevrolet! With the same case as Manuel she is the representative of France! She is intelligent and very cautious, but she is extremely timid with her quirk, Pulse Plaster! A quirk that allows her to increase of decrease her heartbeat and use it as a powerful tool to boost others or herself, but she can only give others the same heart rate as she so that has given her a built up fear of accidentally giving herself a heartattack! For such a small shy girl she is probably the one with the most strongest heart, a heart powerful enough to reach 500 beats per minute!
-Some OOC rules that has to be follow! -48 hour response time will be followed, with so many users it's a necessity. -Everyone makes an introduction post and any important input they wanna give to their teamates before the match starts. -IC it is time based, OOC the match will last 8 rounds. -No crippling or maiming! Do attacks with the intention of knocking the opponent out! ->Everyone< has to make a short summary of their post, just write one under the IC text, this is to make things easier for me to hold a proper overview. -Optional: While you can describe with precision it'd be neat if people used the overview map to inform where their character stands and their path :3 Tags: @

Those were a lot of rules for something that seemed a lot easier as Tsuji kept thinking about it. A cops and robbers style match up, five on five, trying to capture the enemy team by restraining them or by knockout? Piece of cake! He smiled brightly, exclaiming to his fellow students “Well, let's not waste time, let's get down to business! We'll show Adler Academy what we can do!” In something like this, battle strategy was a must, and with a pretty diverse team, he was sure that everyone could pitch in with their quirks – if he knew what they were. “We should probably introduce ourselves before we begin: I'm Tsuji, Tsuji Kuma! I'm fairly new to U.A., but I know as a school founded on the future, we can create something bright for all of us! What are all of your names?”, he said. Before the battle, he would feel more comfortable knowing the friends he was with, and trying to get their input in. “What do you guys think about this? How should we handle it? I feel like I could restrain some of them, or guard the cage or something, but I wanna hear what you guys have to say.”, he said, gesturing with a chest bump and pointing outwards with his last few words.

Post by Tetsuko Shindou on Feb 19, 2019 9:38:56 GMT -4
For pride.
Tetsuko did it all for pride, and that wasn't about to change. Because right now, even after having fought for her own pride in the tournament, Tetsuko's racing mind was set only on what she now fought for. More than to just prove herself among the top, but to prove U.A. itself was a noble institution itself, standing above all other Hero schools. Unrivaled, unparalleled, and indestructible. As far as Tetsuko was concerned, she carried the pride of the entire school on her back, as did everyone else.
For pride they fought. For pride they would rise to stand above.
Amongst all the other students, the Shindou girl stood tall and upright, ready as ever to fight for her own, to fight against these other schools that challenged them. In that street, Tetsuko was wearing most of her usual Hero outfit, barring the haori, leaving just a loose white kimono-like top that was sure to be torn apart just as well.
Glancing to her sides, Tetsuko couldn't help but realize what an odd team she was paired with. The bear and sponge were new faces to her, strange faces that hopefully were just as confusing and frightening to the other team as they initially were to her. As for their skill, that would have to be seen.
Miku was likely the other teammate whose combat ability Tetsuko knew was, at the very least, competent. Though she was timid, her control over her Quirk was formidable. The other classmate in her time, Yusaku, was a point of concern for Tetsuko, after his lacking performance during their combat exercise. Time would tell how he performed now.
Tetsuko's attention was taken away from the other students by the Hero before them, who began explaining the rules. Of course, sportsmanlike behavior was a must, yet Tetsuko still felt relatively unrestrained against her opponents in this case. Fighting in a team, she felt more able to pull out every trick she had up her sleeves. She wasn't fighting as a swordsman, just a warrior.
The fight itself was going to be more complicated than just a 5 on 5 bout, however, as Soul Fire drew attention to a map and began the elucidation of this event's true nature. It wasn't too complicated, just restrain and capture the rest of the opposing team, while keeping their own ranks as free as possible... Simple, but by no means easy.
They'd have to work together, a group of mostly strangers to one another, and coordinate against capable opposition. Teamwork and cunning would be their greatest tools, failing to use them would spell their defeat.
Once the enthusiastic Hero had finished explaining all the rules, both groups were set over to their own sides, Tetsuko's head already full of potential plans and ways to make use of their terrain or abilities to overwhelm their opponents.
In spite of the mounting pressure, Tetsuko felt a fire burn within her nonetheless. A warrior's spirit was hard to put out, and the burden Tetsuko carried now only pushed her to fight even harder. Nothing but a complete victory would satisfy her.
Their furriest member exclaimed as they returned, earning a small grin from Tetsuko. "We'll show them the pride of our school. We're going to win." There wasn't any choice in the matter. Not for her. Victory or disgrace, those were the only two options available for Tetsuko Shindou.
Unfortunately, they still had to introduce themselves, as the bear stated, giving his own name before asking all theirs. "Tetsuko Shindou. My Quirk lets me manipulate iron in my body." The swordswoman uttered firmly, hoping others would explain theirs. Tsuji didn't exactly need to elaborate on his, given how much his appearance gave away, but it might be good for the others to explain what they had up their sleeves. When the bear talked about how they should handle it, Tetsuko raising a hand to her chin as she thought to herself.
"It'd be best to try and catch them along the main road in a pincer attack to start. One group goes up front and another sneaks around. We catch them like that, and we can stop any early captures and maybe score some of our own. We'll need to keep an eye on each other above all else, coordinate and strike." Tetsuko suggested. It would come down to their coordination in the moment over any huge plans, so what was most important in her eyes was remaining collected and coordinated.
"I can lead from the front or the surprise attack. I can restrain them myself too, if I get a good position. My iron's sturdy, so being a vanguard might be best. Maybe with you, Tsuji-san, you look like you wouldn't be easy to capture, so putting ourselves at the front could give the rest a good chance to strike safely and suddenly. Miku-san, can you use your Quirk here? If so, you might be the best option for a sneak attack with the others, plants sprouting isn't exactly going to be something they'll expect." She elaborated and asked, speaking quickly yet firmly before listening to any other suggestions people had. Once everyone was done, Tetsuko just awaited the starting of the match, breathing quietly and steadying herself before it all began.
"We fight for our pride. Let's not give a shameful showing."

The big event finally came, the cross student competition! 5 v 5 in a battle of cops and robbers! UA vs Adler Academy, and Miku's teammates were....a bear, a sponge, a robot and a samurai. ... Yes.
Miku focused on this Pro Hero who explained the rules. The rules seemed standard enough, but Miku disliked the area. The odds were always against her. Always a concrete jungle Once all students went to their side, it was time to strategize. The bear introduced himself as Tsuji Kuma, his quirk was... self explanitory, next was Tetsuko who Miku already knew. Not wanting to waste time, Miku quickly spoke "Miku Hanabira Hajimari whatever. My Quirk is Plant Manipulation, give me soil and I'll grow and manipulate anything within 10 meter radius. Plants, trees, flowers, electric flowers, minions. The works. Also quickie info on germans. I met one of em. Silver hair boi, his name is Stefan. And the nurse, miss Nakahara gave me sweet sweet info. He can turn an object super fragile to break em. Heheh, you see, I tried to do some research and get an edge over people. I expected him to be in the battle tournament... not this" Miku said
BOY, was she glad Nimue gave her a little heads up. Finally research on all sides paid off. She spoke to Arthur of Valiant Academy. She spoke to Jin from Fenghuang, the loyely Grayson from Canada's french name that she can not repeat or pronounce. And the scary Stefan of Adler which she met. Schmetterling
Now with Miku giving quick info to others, she looked at Yusaku and Sponge Man. Granted, she knew what Yusaku did. So Sponge Man was the only enigma. Miku had to win this. This wasnt some pride. This was proof. Miku needed to make others take her seriously and not undermine her or treat her as a child. She had to prove to the world that she was no delicate daisy.

There was no beast from the wild that could match the unsettling roar of a rabid audience. No such creature could send a shiver down the prehistoric invertebrate’s non-existent spine like the cacophony of indistinguishable hoops and hollers that assaulted every sense of the club toting cavesponge. Ung sat near his teammates, trademark club in one hand, his other three paws gripping the cool concrete underneath as tightly as he could. He was sporting his simple heroic uniform, an orange, canvas garment adorned with black triangles, accented with a blue collar. It was plain, simple, and old fashioned compared to many of the suits. It was just like Ung.
Ung wasn’t exactly familiar with his teammates, but this was of little concern to him. They were a part of U.A., the world renowned heroics academy, so they’d obviously be able to pull their own weight. But introductions were soon in order, each of his teammates giving their name, and a brief synopsis of their quirk. Ung was no exception, however they would soon learn of his “unique” style of speech, assuming they hadn’t already been exposed to it through the school’s online chat room.
”Me Ung Unga. Ung squish, take hit. Ung smash, have club. Ung hunt. Ung no fear.
The metaphorical hamster wheel that was Ung’s brain began to churn, the simple sponge beginning to formulate a strategy fitting for the squad’s skill set. Testuko had already laid down a strategic framework, and he wasn’t about to waste time disputing it. Ung knew few applications for iron. He was a Stone Age sponge, after all. Plants could provide a plethora of unique strategies, but Mimi apparently need soil to use her quirk. As far as Ung could tell, there wasn’t exactly an abundance of the material covering the urban playground. It wasn’t the most compelling of combative environments, he thought. Few places to climb, few good places to hide. What was compelling though, was the furry death machine of a partner named Tsuji. Considering the rudimentary knowledge Ung had of bears, the four legged murder steed would be the blazing fast chariot perfect for a club wielding maniac.
”Bear Ung fight close.” Ung would state, praying his team would take him seriously despite his simple way of talking. Despite knowing full well his teammate’s name wasn’t just Bear, the simplicity that Ung’s quirk imposed upon him meant that he’d sometimes focus on the defining aspects of one’s quirk when addressing them. Unable to correct or even notice this, the sponge would continue his strategizing. ”Ung ride Bear. Tetsu say sneak, Ung Bear sneak. Ung Bear hunt one them at time. Hard. Quick. Good?”
To Ung the little game was quite similar to a routine hunt, something the prehistoric sponge spent many an afternoon, night, and morning doing upon his stomping grounds. It was a follow up to Tetsuko’s pincer strategy, specifying the roles best for him and his grizzly teammate. They were undeniably close range fighters, so sneaking around to ambush the group was their best bet. Running through head on was foolhardy, as they would be unable to defend against any long range quirk. Granted the Germans were range-challenged similarly to their group, but it’s not like Ung had any way to know this. He only knew of some silver haired kid that could turn things fragile, which could definitely prove troublesome in case he monkeyed around with his club. However that’s why Ung suggested the close ranged pair pick off their opponents in an all out, coordinated 2-on-1 assault, wanting to end things before they could begin. It’s impossible to win the war of attrition when you’re immediately injured, kill the deer before he has a chance to run.

*Are you sure this new frame will work? *Of course son, this one was developed by your father too you know. You'll be fast and pack a punch, but you undertand that this less armor will- *I know the risks. I'll just have to not get hit I guess. Also, yes. I'll watch for overheating. *Are you...sure you don't want it... *Paws and tail are useless around here. You don't win competitions by being cute. I'm a military grade robot, It's time I stop playing around and actually do the thing I'm designed to do.
Yusaku stretched around, still not used to his new nimble appereance. He quietly listened to the guy presenting. Yeah, best of the best. Right. Either way, he needed to focus. Piss poor performace would probably get him expelled. To most was a matter of looking cool and all that, to him? Something simpler. Complete the objective as fast and as efficiently as possible. That was all there was to it.
He turned over to the ragtag team Yuuei put together. In any case, it was up to them to hold the school's name. He shouldn't waste anyone's time either.
"Yusaku Izumi, codename Nightshade." He stated, flatly, no emotion. "I'm pretty sure my quirk is self explanatory. One simple addendum, I can be piloted by someone wearing me, though I advise against it for the time being. Just tell me what you need me to do."
With that, he waited for the emerging team leader to give him instructions. Anything goes. Attack, defend, do nothing. The battle arena seemed stratified enough to allow for a variety of situations and battle styles. Hearing what Miku had to say, he frowned. Of course there would be someone with quirk advantage on him. Just like the past. Oh well, one more reason to always be on high alert.

STORYTELLER Hisomi watched both teams eagerly running to their designated posts, putting her fists on her hips with a proudful stand. Behind her mask she shed a small tear of joy. ''S-such young people already looking so heroic, it makes me so proud of this community!'' Giving a nod she took the opportunity to get on a higher spot. Within a mere two second she appeared on a tower right outside the arena. Sitting down on one knee with her left arm leaning on her long curved sword she got her hawk like eyes glued to the arena, you could say she had absolute overview to every movement that happened within the place, and if the students looked closely and upwards she could be seen in the distance.
Back over at the German's side they all stood in a small circle, Stefan, the tall silver haired lad smacked his clenched fist into his palm with a confident smile and a bright attitude. ''Okay guys, did you all catch that? We follow this setup and they will not be able to catch us by surprise, they all look somewhat slow so we'll take that to our advantage!'' While explaining his plan Manuel, the equally tall lad with braided hair gave a shrug and turned around form the rest and began to stretch his legs, quite fast, left to the right over and over again. ''...Uhm, Manuel? Are you listening?'' ''AS IF I'd try to listen, I already got this match in my pocket!'' Stefan sighs and rubs the back of his head. ''C'mon my guy, you don't know their true strenght, evben if you are remarkebly strong..'' The rest stood silent, but Manuel stood up and did a spin on the spot to get himself pumped. ''You guys do your thing, I will get all the points we'd ever need, just don't get in my way will ya?'' With a smirk he got into position, an atheltic pose that spoke quality.
Stefan sighed once more, but this time in a more defeated manner. The twins just giggling at them and the shy french hiding behind Stefan, somewhat. Back at the top of the tower Hisomi held a remote controller and grinned excited bnehind her mask. ''Leeeet's GO!'' Pressing the switch a loud horn bursted through the arena, indicating that the match between Yuuei and Adler Academy has officially begun! And just like that Manuel dashed off, in incredible speed, down the road and to the right, Stefan awkwardly blinks. ''...Well it's not like he's not doing his part of the plan, everyone get to positions!'' The rest quickly began to travel inwards of the arena, Manuel already at the center with an eager smile, looking around him constantly to see if he saw a challanger. ''COME OUT COME OUT ALREADY! I didn't travel ALL THE WAY TO JAPAN FOR A STALE SHOW!'' He then looked up to the isolated buildings near the road, this gave him an idea. His legs violently began to shake and built up an incredible momentum in his muscles before releasing it, making him travel form ground and up to the top of the building where he now stood on the edge to get a better view. From there anyone at Japan's cage could see him.
At north from there one of the twins, Helen, lurked between the two cylinders of solid steel, she had a cheeky smug look on her face, almost as if she was up to something very unpleasent. The rest of the German team are currently not viewable or hiding, the cameras around the arena finally began to move and record all the scenes and corners of the place.
-German team come up with a plan. -Manuel furthest inside the arena in matter of seconds. -Helen lurking around, but in clear view.

Tsuji was glad to be with so many unique students, all contributing to try and get U.A. to win as hard as possible. For the most part, he agreed with Tetsuko's pincer approach, with him and her at the front going down the main route. Miku's quirk seemed very useful for surprise, as she mentioned. The small, yellow sponge who introduced himself as Ung he was slightly aware of, as he tried to clean up a mess that he left with some vending machines gone rogue. His dialect was a little troublesome to work through, but he understood Ung wanted to ride Tsuji, which he was fully up for, as it would give both of them advantages. Yusaku seemed up for anything they could throw at him, which was a good attitude to have, but for a team it seemed like unwillingness to try, almost. “Right, I think the way we should do this is the pincer motive, with Yusaku, Ung, and me at the front. Tetsuko and Miku, you guys go round to the left or the right, and get behind them. After the initial attack, we spread out, someone goes to defend the cage-” Tsuji's talk of the plan was interrupted, as the cry from Soul Fire calling for the event to start rang through the area. “Alright, time for us to go, we'll figure out something later, but now we fight! Let's do it!”, he said. He gestured slightly towards Yusaku and Ung to follow him, as he started to move towards the middle ground of the arena down the path. It'd be a long fight, but Tsuji was determined to try his hardest.
Actions: Tsuji formulates a plan; Tells everyone else; Event starts; Tsuji moves down the pathway, gesturing Yusaku and Ung to follow.

Post by Tetsuko Shindou on Feb 21, 2019 22:47:06 GMT -4
Miku had some interesting information to share, revealing not only more details like the range of her Quirk, but also one of the opposing team's Quirks. A boy with silver hair who could make objects fragile on touch... A formidable ability, but also an exploitable one, if Tetsuko could play her cards right. The Shindou girl noted that information mentally, hoping that silver-hair wasn't too common on the opposite team.
One of the previously unknowns on their team, Ung, also spoke up, speaking in a rather... Odd manner. Tetsuko gave him the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to being a foreigner with poor grasp of the Japanese language. Her personal gripes with the prevalence of poor Japanese in their school aside, he was still capable of communication, so there was little concern there.
His Quirk was, from what Tetsuko could tell, granting him some level of durability and strength, making him an ideal frontline fighter. He made suggestions that he and the bear take up the role of sneaking around, which did have its merits and posed important problems, but Tetsuko did have her doubts. "If they're playing it smart - and we should assume they are - they won't leave themselves in a way that lets them be picked off alone." Tetsuko pointed out, though her mind did linger on the idea. Putting their close-ranged fighters in a position where they could pick off stragglers, particularly with a club-wielding sponge riding a bear, sounded quite... Effective.
However, it left too much up to chance for her liking. Range was going to be a problem, no matter the position. If an ambush was spotted, they could well find themselves pinned and out of luck if met with range. And given such an ambush would require getting close, the possibility of stealth being maintained long enough was decreased. Ung, despite his manner of speaking, seemed strategically capable, and raised some good points that would be addressed, but Tetsuko had some different ideas.
After Yusaku's introduction, Tsuji seemed to voice his agreement. The pincer attack was their initial strategy, after which they could hit them harder. However, before everyone was off, Tetsuko interrupted, with her own ideas. "Actually, Miku-san, you go with them at the front. Yusaku-san, you come with me." The Shindou girl uttered firmly. "Ung-san was right to bring up range, I think Miku-san's control of her Quirk should cover that weakness. We put our heavy hitters at front with plenty of protection, hit them from behind, and then Ung-san and Tsuji-san can chase them down before they reposition." Being chased after by a club-wielding sponge atop a bear did sound an apt way to sow further confusion into their ranks. They'd need to be relentless to win, not just one trick, but many.
"Oh, and Miku-san, in case you need to get some soil." Tetsuko held out her hand, iron flowing out from it and shaping itself into a simple gardening tool designed for breaking through hard material, a mattock. Tetsu handed it over to the girl at once.
Without anything more to say, Tetsuko gestured Yusaku over to her before giving an affirmation of their impending victory.
"Time to show them who's at the top of the mountain."
The fight for U.A.'s pride and position commenced!
Tetsuko would immediately go Eastward from their starting point, ushering Yusaku along until they were behind the building immediately Northeast of their starting point, on its South side. From there, she waited a bit. Until the others reached the first corner, were this powerhouse of a group would be visible to any scouts.
Before then, Tetsu used the window to whisper some plans to Yusaku. "Your suit function. We can use it to hide." The swordswoman suddenly uttered, speaking in simple and quick words. "If I have a suit, I can focus on offense, hard offense. If it gets hairy, we surprise them with me exiting. They'll wonder where our 5th member was the whole time. Sound good?" If Tetsuko was presuming right, than Yusaku's body was sturdy, and hopefully possessed some decent hydraulics so that she might be able to use a larger weapon then normal, and do some real damage.
Once Tsuji and co. reached the first turn, Tetsuko would wait a couple more seconds before moving out again, heading to the central building on the Southern side of the complex and entering it through the first door or such she found. If none was available, Tetsuko would seek Yusaku's help in breaking through with that robotic chassis of his. Given she couldn't move too fast without leaving behind her metal compatriat, Tetsuko would make it up through this building, heading to the Northeast corner if she was uninterrupted. If they wanted to hit them from behind, this was the most advantageous path to take.

Miku knew what Yusaku could do. But the sponge man Ung, which Miku mentally nicknamed Ungabunga, had an... interesting Quirk. He spoke simply... like a caveman. He said Ung squish ung squash and has a club. Miku assumed his Quirk is just the sponge body mutation... Maybe that mutation affected his speach... she didnt wanna think that his intelligence might be... nah...
Ung made a simple but effective strategy. An epic sight of a spongeman riding a bearman and picking off foes one by one. But in that plan he only mentioned himself and Tsuji. What were Miku, Tetsu and Yusaku gonna do with that plan. Twiddle their thumbs? And let the two do the work. Miku wanted to speak up, she opened her mouth, but Tsui was quicker with words. He agreed with Tetsu's plan rather then Ungs. Basically the boys at the front and the girls Tetsu and Miku in back. He didnt finish as the event started
Apparently it was go time, but before go time, Tetsu stopped Miku, it was a last minute change of plans. Tetsu wanted to be with Yusaku, and Miku had to be in the front. Oh boy, how the heck? She had 2 fanny packs around her wast, 1 with a small bottle of water and seeds. The other is full of dirt.
But it seemed Miku didnt need to worry about that as Tetsu provided a solution. She made a mattock with her Quirk, which Miku took quickly. "Thanks" she said and quickly left
Soon, Miku caught up with Tsuji "Hey there. Last minute change of plans. Yusaku is with Tetsuko. Im with you" Miku said softly but quickly, she didnt wanna be loud to alert the enemy. She walked beside Tsuji, but maybe a bit behind him, she still wanted to be a bit in the back since she wasnt a tank "He's so lucky he's not my classmate. I dont think I would be able to let him go. The fluffy fluff. It's so...squeee" Miku thinks and tries to remain serious but is failing
TLDR: -Listens to Ung and his plan -Hears Tsuji and Tetsu's plan -Event started, she wanted to go with the plan where Tsuji, Ung and Yusaku go together and Miku going with Tetsu, but... -Tetsu gave a last minute change of plans to Miku. And gave her a tool she quickly took -Miku caught up to Ung and Tsuji, and is following them -Thinks how she wants to pet and cuddle with Tsuji, because fluffy bear

Ung was a bit annoyed as his plans seemed to go on deaf ears. Of course his plan didn’t include something for everyone, and was essentially just meant for him and his fellow close range combat comrade, it was a bit infuriating for the one person he was planning for to ignore most of what he said. However this apathy was something Ung was used to, as most assumed his simple speaking patterns meant he was stupid. Granted Ung wouldn’t be winning a Nobel Peace Prize any time soon, the young sponge still shined in scenarios that could be related to one of his favorite pastimes: hunting.
Although his furry friend didn’t give an explicit verbal confirmation, Ung could tell that the bear was completely fine with the idea. Perhaps it was a caveman’s intuition. Ung would hop onto the back of his U.Ally, his club waving triumphantly in the air as adrenaline coursed through the soft jockey’s veins. This enthusiasm persisted as one of Adler’s students dashed onto a nearby building, shouting some form of aggressive sounding nonsense. Yet pure confidence radiated from the cocky Kraut, an emotion that transcended any barrier set up by language or quirk. The kid was in the lions den, seemingly taunting the U.A. crew without any visible backup. He was either stupid or bait, and Ung didn’t want to test which one. Ung would simply grunt ”He talk much,” before riding to wherever his murder machine stead Tsuji would take him.
•Ung a bit annoyed •Rides Bear •Sees German guy. Doesn’t speak German, doesn’t care •Ride like the wind Bear’s-eye!

Yusaku quietly observed the commotion and he various ideas being thrown around. Apparently, they wanted him on the fromtline. That he'd do. He was about to begin walking over to the rest of the people desigated to the frontal assault, when he felt a hand on his shoulder, blocking him. Tetsuko, his classmate, appararently had something to add.
The robot turned around, wondering what was on her mind. Was she trying to pep talk? Or perhaps keep reminding him of his failure in that CTF class long ago?
*Your suit function. We can use it to hide*
Yusaku would have blinked if he could. Instead, he just stood there, silent. Clever Girl. "Right." He replied. Two things though. I can either focus my power into hydraulics or the reactive plating. Not both at the same time. Defence comes at rather significant decrease in speed and focusing full offcence leaves me weak on taking hits. I could switch between the two, though the change ain't instant. With that said, I hope you know what you're doing. Hiding is a tool, yes, but we'll be down one body. If you think we can manage the 4v5 or any one of our friends can manage a 1v2 then by all means, be my guest and hop on in."
He swiftly followed her around on their flanking route, making sure to smack down the first obstacle stopping their advance without causing too much noise. At this point, it was clear Elise's fiancè had claimed the Captain role. He'd just stick to following directions until something of note happened.
Follow Tetsu on her hot flank plan, attack planning between the two.

STORYTELLER The eager italian looked down at the enemy team from the rooftop and observed how they had formed their formation, if there was one thing Manuel was good at was picking up intentions behind actions. He cracked his knuckles, left to right before charging his legs again for momentum. ''ALRIGHT! Looks like I have myself a target already, that innocent looking blonde girl going behind that huge bear and yellow figure... thing, huh, never realized how odd they look!'' He chuckled, to him UA's team looked like a freakshow at best, but he wasn't the kind to judge by looks, he judged by their skills and ability to last against him, it was a very long time Manuel had felt a true loss. ''Sorry miss, you may look cute but I hiding behind others won't do any good, gotta show some teeth to do any good!'' He prepared for a jump and galloped off from the roof of the building, flying a bit through the air before falling downwards with a swift speed, spinning once and preparing foor a heel smash right at the place the blonde stood, he didn't wanna knock her right away, she wanted a fight, and the best way to do that is to either make them fear you enough or provoke with a cocky attitude. His heel crushed down into the cement floor and cracked the ground, creating a dusty explosion with rocks and pebbles flying from the impact zone, merely two meters away from Miku. ''COME AT ME BLONDIE!''
Before Manuel's bold move Helen began to venture further into the center where she finally saw her opponent. Before her face was full of smugness and cool attitude, but she got a real shocker of the sight of a caveman riding a bear. ''....H-huh? UWAH?! A FREAKING BEAR STALLION?!'' She screamed out in fear, sure she saw a bear in the line of students, but it looked cuddly and friendly when on two legs, but here it was on four, showing teeth and with a man riding on it, for a moment she thought she was in some crazy medival time! ''G-get away from me! Scary!'' She said right when Manuel had landed on the ground with full force, blinking with relief. ''T-thank god he got back down again, he can finish the blonde and the these two beasts! But I have to keep them away until our captain's plan is ready!'' Thinking to herself she was fast with deciding what to do, she was no close range fighter, infact she was excellent with projectiles. She grabbed a nearby empty metal barrel, pushing it to her front, aiming right at Tsuji and Ung before slapping it's hard surface, sending it right at them, using her value manipulation she used her own weight and strenght to send this metal object flying! ''Take this!'' Grabbing another one she launched a second one, however there was not an unlimited amount of barrels, only a couple was near her position.
With these encounters happening, from the inside of the building, when Yusaku and Tetsu reached the northeast of the floor, with windows available, she can fully view that the silver haired student in far east distance was doing something to the ground. He walked casually, even relaxed, but when stops to slam his foot down on the ground, solidifying a wide range of the ground before it all shatters up into shards of glass in various sizes, quite unwalkable. Behind him the entire ground in a long path was all glass sticking up, he had no intention of getting into a fight anytime soon, but by the looks of it he was more than likely trying to dominate the map first. ''This should do for this side, and just from hearing the noises over there I can tell he has taken in the attention, hopefully Amanda is there in time before he goes too loose, can't loss a valuable member early on afterall.'' Both Amanda and Elena are still not in sight, but for Soul Fire who was enjoying the view knew exactly where everyone stood. She giggled to herself, finding how both plans would collide eachother. ''So that's the plan huh? First time ever I could view for both sides in a fight, what a sight to behold!'' Speaking as she took a sip from a sake bowl, but then quickly pulling up a transmitter device, speaking through the speakers placed around the map and for the audience to hear. ''A heated confrontation from both sides! Team Adler Academy has taken initation!'' Cameras now all zoomed towards Helen launching barrels and Manuel making a bold entrance infront of Miku.
-Manuel jumps down, smashing the ground with D rank strength basically next to Miku. -Helen launches metal barrels at the duo at E rank speed and strength. -Stefan now in sight for Tetsu and Yusaku.

Post by Tsuji Kuma on Feb 28, 2019 7:11:24 GMT -4
As Tsuji turned the corner with Ung on his back, and Miku coming up with them, he rushed forth into the oncoming fray, seeing one of the German girls, who looked more timid than ready to fight. He heard her fearful cry for a moment, but before Tsuji could respond to clear things up that he wasn't some rabid animal, another one of the Adler students jumped down from behind, hitting the ground hard – seemingly, he was going to go for Miku, which would cause trouble, but before Tsuji could even try to deal with that, the German girl launched two barrels at him and Ung, at high speed. She seemed like her quirk was some kind of throwing one, but he couldn't know for sure. What mattered here was action. However fast or powerful the barrels she shot were, it wouldn't work, not while Tsuji was in his element. She probably had a finite amount to use, and even then, they were moving straight ahead, so moving away would be a cinch at a corner like this. He jumped to the side slightly to avoid the first barrel, moving down the pathway rather than making a straight beeline towards her. Tsuji kept running down the path, reaching the second corner and the second barrel, which was coming in fast. Tsuji moved to avoid it, but it still grazed his right side, hurting his shoulder. But now him and Ung were at her level. Tsuji charged ahead, and shouted “Get ready, Ung!”, hoping he'd ready his trusty club for an attack. She was clearly long range, so it was time to get up close and personal!
Actions: Keep moving towards Helen; Dodge the first barrel; Dodge the second, but it still grazing his arm; Charging towards Helen and telling Ung to smash.

Post by Tetsuko Shindou on Mar 2, 2019 11:24:01 GMT -4
Tetsuko noted what Yusaku said about his Quirk, about the abilities it possessed. It was proving to be a bit more troublesome than she'd hoped, but still more than adequate for the plans Tetsuko had in mind. If this went well, they could cleave through the opposition. Not that things of this nature ever went well, but by having multiple plans within one another, they could formulate contingencies rather than rely on a single tactic. "I'll leave it to your judgment which is better for each moment, offense or defense. Either way... We could use it just as much as a trump card as we could a trick." Tetsuko mentioned. Either way, she had the option to depart if things got hairy, so she left the boy who - obviously - knew more about his own Quirk to decide which modes would be best in each situation. "If I have extra offense, or don't have to worry about defense, then 1v2 isn't a problem." The Shindou girl proclaimed with no small amount of pride. This was another chance for her to show off for her family, for her school, for her country, so Tetsuko wasn't going to shy away from her opponents in the event they outnumbered her. Reckless, it might have been, sure. But there was no chance of them winning without giving their all. Progressing through the buildings, Tetsuko and Yusaku didn't run into any problems, and instead ended up with a pretty decent vantage point to watch the enemy side from. The deeper they could get into enemy lines, the more damaging a push back to their own base would be. It also let them scout into enemy lines, letting them witness a certain silver-haired boy through the window... So that's his role...Judging by the noise from their other side, the fighting had already started. While that was going in, it looked like the silver-haired boy was trying to dominate the map with those shards of his. Tetsuko smirked to herself, they'd already been told his Quirk thanks to Miku... Now Tetsuko was seeing it in action, and confirming a few things for herself just by watching him use it. For one, it wasn't like he or his entire time were likely immune to the shards he created. He was leaving a dangerous path behind him, which either meant that one of their members had the means to traverse it, or they intended on approaching their own holding cell from a different angle. Though the latter seemed more likely, neither could be discredited right away. Secondly, this elucidated Adler's potential strategies. Engaging Stefan was inevitable unless they wished to bide more time in the shadows. Tetsuko however, was a warrior, not some sneak-thief, so she wasn't intending to hide away the whole fight. It was just a matter of how they engaged Stefan. Tetsuko had her ideas. "Follow me." Tetsuko whispered to Yusaku before making her way back down Southward in the building, heading for whatever the most Southeasternly exit was, and quickly taking cover behind the silos. If they could lure Stefan out of his defensive position, they could also potentially lure out any other lurking Adler students. From the first silo, Tetsuko would be moving slow, sneaking to the second while making sure Yusaku was close behind. Peaking out, Tetsuko would make sure no other Adler students were within her sight, lest Her back against the second pilo, Tetsuko turned to Yusaku with a cunning look in her eyes. "Yusaku-san. Small change of plans for this guy. Follow my lead. I'll distract. You shock from behind."The shatter boy's Quirk was strong. Tetsuko had made a point of overestimating it in her mind, of thinking to herself that it could likely shatter anything she could create. It could maybe shatter Yusaku himself. However, not everything could be shattered. Not all shatterings rendered an attack ineffective. Tetsuko nodded to Yusaku one more time before she carefully slipped across the right side of the pilo, breathing in and out as she prepared her tools. It was time to pull out her secret weapon, the art she'd learned to complement her swordsmanship, an art often attributed to ninja, but in truth was utilised by samurai. Shurikenjutsu. Slipping out so she had a line of sight on Stefan, Tetsuko would quickly form iron spikes in her hands, four in each, between her fingers. These iron spikes, though blunted now, were common shuriken for samurai, and their harsh points were more than effective for punching into bone and doing some damage. Trying to leave no window before potentially being spotted, Tetsuko quickly whipped her hands around towards Stefan, letting loose one of her shuriken from either hand, aimed squarely at the boy's head. They weren't sharp, but they'd hurt if they hit. If Tetsuko was spotted, she'd stand ready, glaring down at her opponent with a slight grin, as she felt her iron flow through her hands and feet. Time to see what tricks this silver shatterer had. ------------------------------------------ Summary: -Tetsuko tells Yusaku the choice between offense and defense is up to him - Notices Stefan, makes some conclusions about his plans - Sneaks back around the Southeast side, trying to hide behind the silos with Yusaku - Tells Yusaku there's been a change of plans - she'll get his attention first - With her bo shuriken - blunted iron spikes - Tetsuko emerges from cover and whips a couple of them at Stefan's head, trying to get his attention - Tetsuko plots
