Most of the items are stored into his backpouch, whilst some of the balls are strapped across his chest for easy access.

Type: Mutation Rank: E Effect: Kirk Bluster has a naturally grown big pouch of skin on his back, like that of a kangaroos pouch. The pouch is composed of muscle and a bit soft bonelayer. The pouches outside and inside are covered in thin hair coating with the muscle and skin part being about 2 cm thick, and he can press it against his skin, so it looks just like a bit hairier back. The pouch is spacious enough to hold one and a half adult suitcases worth, and expands till that max is met either in width, height or girth.
The pouch is moderately durable (stone level) and Kirk can control it at will, for example, close it and open it, tighten or loosen his grip on whatever is inside and close it in to push things out, like a Drawstring bag. When pressed against the inner layer extremely tightly, you can see the general shape of whatever he is holding inside. the general strength of all of these actions are able to break stone and push against targets of that strength with an effort.
Drawback: Kirk needs to be able to carry whatever is in his pouch normally, as the pouch will not carry the things for him. He will feel whatever he is carrying weigh down on his body for the whole trip, although he will propably have his hands free for the endeavour.
If the bag is ruptured or pierced, medical attention is needed to fix it, though smaller holes will heal normally, like a bruise or a broken bone. However, bigger holes need to be properly plastered or stitched back up for them to grow, and the expansion of said part will be impaired during the healing process. Removing the pouch from his back completely will essentially render Kirk quirkless, albeit given time, the pouch will grow back like a new layer of skin. Kirk usually avoids carrying sharp objects in it because of the risk of this happening.
Kirk will also feel pain and other things from whatever happens inside his pouch, be it kicks, slimy accidents or something else. Whatever is inside the pouch might also get damaged in the process, if it is pierced.

the upgrade to quirk costs 400 exp, and the new speed enhancement costs 100 exp. I did make couple of changes to the quirk itself to remove some of the more "extra things" while making one risky addition, namely the pouch lifting some of the weight of the items on its own due to the strength of it. I also added a summary of things to the bottom of the quirk to explain the abilities proficiencies in a compact fashion. If problems come up, I will edit things.

He tires himself out way slower than a regular guy, even while carrying heavy loads on his back.

Pitching cannon Type: Skill Rank: E Effect: Kirk has always had the arm for throwing and swinging arm for ranged hitting things out of the field before. However, it was at U.A that he finally learned to use these skills actively in a combat situation, allowing him to throw and launch things with either his arms, his sports tools or even with his pouch by squeezing it against the item with surprising precision and strength! His hands even allow for some trickier throwing techniques, like 'bananas' and 'spitballs'!

Upgrading to: Type: Mundane Rank: f Effect: At this point, Kirks loudness is pretty known throughout the school. And this is mostly, because at minimum, his shouting voice can be heard at 5-7 meter range at a clear level without any issues in understanding it, even whilst in some kind of noisy environment. Although surprisingly, it isn't enough decibels to deal actual damage to anybodies ears. Part of it is thanks to his grandpas training in making it just loud enough so he can understand what his boy is saying, without hurting his ears in the process. Naturally, his voice can go further than this, but it is at its clearest at this range. Perfect for shouting at anybody in his classroom!

Upgrading to: Type: Enhancement Rank: E Effect: Kirk has kept on running for the entirety of his first school year. However, the more special kind of training he has given Yumi and some others have given him some much needed power up in maximum speed and snappier reactions. Now he is propably atleast as quick at running as some of the olympic contestants he has watched from tv for ages, and he really couldn't be happier about it.
Drawback: (If your ability is a quirk, make sure you paste the drawbacks here. Drawbacks should not change from its prior version!)

In short, the quirk upgrade is 700 exp, the replacement of the gadget bundle with ranged skill is 300, the mundane is 100, and Kirky jogger is 200. That should come up to 1300 exp, leaving me with 83 exp after the ep spendage.

resubmitted these with little changes because of the recent quirk update, with little additions, also recounting the exp cost of things. quirk upgrade is 700 exp, pitching cannon replacement is 300, loud and clear is 50, Kirky jogger is 200, and upgrade to hype fuel is 200. That equals 1450 Exp Spent!

Hi, real sorry but just for ease of system shift can you just fill out the new quirk/ability section of the character creation template for all these updates? You don't need to do a from - to comparison, just post the finished creation template with all your new stuff and the exp costs / refunds beneath.

overall muscular features. For some reason all sorts of shirts seem a bit tight on him. Because of his legs being muscular, they look a little bit longer than they actually are.
Clothesvise he usually wears things that don`t get in the way of his sporty endeavours. He loves tank tops and shorts especially, but a proper t-shirt will do just fine. He uses Adidas footwear in casual situations for the whole day, and almost feels naked without them, only taking them off when he showers or sleeps.

Personality:
Kirk is the sort of guy, who always seems to be doing something. Whether he is just hanging around with friends, or trying to think, he always seems to be standing up and moving. Despite this, he will still usually be a big part of whatever conversation he is taking part in during it, do to his bolsterous voice and over the top actions. He might even do squats while you are explaining something to him.
Due to his busy parents and living with his grandfather, Kirk knows a lot about doing things on his own. He knows how to cook, do the laundry and clean among other things. However, this has also lead him to be a bit meek near bigger authority figures, leaving him unnaturally stiff. Because of these experience, he often likes doing things himself, even in some tasks where teamwork is almost essential. His quirk being what it is also doesnt help this fact, as he feels like he always needs to prove his skills in greater scheme of things.
However, this also translates into him always being ready to help those who or take part in whatever somebody else is doing, almost in a braggy fashion to show how capable he is. He is also pretty bad at hiding how proud he exactly feels, as he will propably announce it outloud for all to hear right afterwards.
However, what his life with his grandpa also did to him, was give him a special of speaking. Since his Grandpa suffered from hearing issues, He had to always talk pretty loudly and state clearly his business in an army like fashion. Slowly but surely this became his normal way of speech. However, because of his lack of knowledge in some things, He doesnt usually think too much about things before saying them, acting at insane impulse. Whether people find it rude or absolutely insulting, usually his overall friendly demeanor ends up making him atleast tolerable.

HISTORY Kirk was born in Texas, as the son of a doctor and his actor of a dad. Whatever the boy needed was provided to him as money wasn`t that big of an issue, but because of his parents duties, he often was left in the care of his grandparents instead. His grandfather was a former member of the police, and very strict, having lost his hearing in a nasty accidental shootout with a quirk user of the early days. He had always thought that his son had been a wuss, with the quirk only making him more and more sour towards him. This projected on his talks towards Kirk, with the latter noticing himself to be in a quite bad situation.
For many of his younger years, he needed to endure his grandfathers harsh words, and even minor abuse, as he tried to work with what he had been given. At school, things weren`t much better, as better and better quirks kept popping up, whilst his was seemingly just a cost saving measure. He got occasionally laughed at and bullied, getting called a "giant kangaroo", and being pulled by the bag like it was a hoodie.
However, things started changing slowly. One of the things his grandfather respected the most was physical activity, and muscle, so from the age of nine, Kirk tried to impress him with all sorts of little feats of strength. From running around his grandfathers house, to lifting heavy bricks and helping him out. Slowly and surely this outright became a method for him to escape stress and outright dive into a world where he was a star. And surprisingly it did work. The grandfather often praised him whenever he did a good job, and gave him little prizes, from candy to even fancy food. Even at school things started to go a little bit better, with a lot of the bullies starting to get scared of him as he grew in size. and because of his achievements in sports, things were going well.
However, one day, his grandpas health got much worse, with his legs giving out under him. With that, he wasn`t able to move normally anymore, and with him never having had a quirk of his own, he was too weak to even try to be mad anymore. However, Kirk felt this sense of duty to keep this man who had encouraged him with rough love alive and healthy, as he proceeded to start pushing him around in a wheelchair and overall concentrate more on keeping him alive. As embarrassing as it was when his classmates saw him However, this also held up his efforts on trying any sort of sport specifically. He still continued doing them casually, but he just didn`t have enough time to aim for mastery on any of them.
And then one day, the commercials started. Apparently there was a whole new profession. A proper hero. These heroes would apparently garner a lot of attention and pride, and as Kirk had always wanted to be respected and proud of his accomplishments, it seemed right up his alley. Also, with the muscle mass he had garnered, he would obviously make it among the best... Or so he felt before his parents heard about this wish. The big problem was that he would need to move to Japan. Apparently to them, traveling statevise was fine, but Japan was just way too far for their child to stay behind. He felt his new dream falling through his fingers...
Until a new hand almost cupped them under him, as his Grandpa told him to atleast try to get in. As a hero, he would be able to get anywhere with ease. Supposedly atleast. he knew that much from all the "superman" comics he had been reading as a kid. And hearing that his grandson wanted to pursue justice like he had as a young man, it brought cheer into his heart.
And with that, a compromise was made. Grandpa would move with him to Japan, to see how things will go, as he would try to get in it... And with a seemingly succesful try, he finally got a chance of proving how much of how great he actually was! ...after a humbling lesson in japanese that is, with his actually a little bit proud grandpa looking over his shoulder.
After a year of studying, Kirk has surprisingly grown a little bit more accepting towards his quirk. With his great performance at sports festival being a testament to his success, he has also become a little bit more proud of himself, and even impressed his grandpa in the process. However, there are some strange things afoot, when it comes to him... Like how his grandpa has slowly started getting a little bit weaker... Kirk Bluster QUIRK INFORMATION Quirk Backpacker Type: Mutation Rank: C Description: Kirk Bluster has a naturally grown big pouch of skin on his back, like that of a kangaroos pouch. The pouch is composed of muscle, a bit soft bonelayer and skin, the muscle and skin part being about 2 cm thick, and he can press it against his skin, so it looks just like a regular back. The pouch is spacious enough to hold two hay piles worth, and expands till that max is met either in width, height or girth. Due to high usage of his pouch, his skin is almost as durable as iron and Kirk can control the pouch on his back at will, for example, close it and open it, tighten or loosen his grip on whatever is inside and close it in to push things out, like a Drawstring bag. When pressed against the inner layer extremely tightly, you can see the general shape of whatever he is holding inside. the general strength of all of his actions due to this extra muscle layer, are able to break sheets of iron and push against targets of that strength with small effort, and due to this, even carries the weight a little bit on it`s own. Due to the pushing power, it allows him to outright launch himself into the air, or quickly switch directions upon landing on his back, giving him a surprising amount of acrobatic momentum. Drawback: Even with the pouch handling some of the lifting for him, Kirk needs to carry the weight himself, due to it being on his back. If the bag is ruptured or pierced, medical attention is needed to fix it, though smaller holes will heal normally, like a bruise or a broken bone. However, bigger holes need to be properly plastered or stitched back up for them to grow, and the expansion of said part will be impaired during the healing process. Removing the pouch from his back completely will essentially render Kirk quirkless, albeit given time, the pouch will grow back like a new layer of skin. Kirk usually avoids carrying sharp objects in it because of the risk of this happening. Kirk will also feel pain and other things from whatever happens inside his pouch, be it kicks, slimy accidents or something else. Whatever is inside the pouch might also get damaged in the process, if it is pierced. Benefits- C-rank strength

Exhaustion and Weakness:- some of the weight of the items carried will always be on Kirks own strength. - Losing the pouch renders Kirk quirkless for a time. - Grows back at the speed of regular skin growth. - anything in the bag can be broken by strong enough outside forces. - Kirk feels everything in his pouch. COMBAT ABILITIES Sportmaniac Rank: E Effect: Kirk is proficient at using any sort of sports equipment as proper weaponry in a proper sportsman fashion. This includes baseball bats, sports balls, Golf clubs, Etc. He can also imitate different sports techniques to use as an improvised fighting style, as silly as it looks without the tools on hand.
Pitching cannon Rank: E Effect: Kirk has always had the arm for throwing and swinging arm for ranged hitting things out of the field before. However, it was at U.A that he finally learned to use these skills actively in a combat situation, allowing him to throw and launch things with either his arms, his sports tools or even with his pouch by squeezing it against the item with surprising precision and strength! His hands even allow for some trickier throwing techniques, like 'bananas' and 'spitballs'!
Kirky Jogger Rank: E Effect: Kirk has kept on running for the entirety of his first school year. However, the more special kind of training he has given Yumi and some others have given him some much needed power up in maximum speed and snappier reactions. Now he is propably atleast as quick at running as some of the olympic contestants he has watched from tv for ages, and he really couldn't be happier about it.
Hype fuel Rank: E Effect: Be it all that training making him used to putting a lot of energy into things, or be it his personality pushing him forward whenever things get a bit tough, nobody can dispute that the boy has loads of stamina to spare! He tires himself out way slower than a regular guy, even while carrying heavy loads on his back. He is always ready to give that one extra mile!
SPECIALIST ABILITIES LOUD AND CLEAR Rank: E Effect: At this point, Kirks loudness is pretty known throughout the school. And this is mostly, because at minimum, his shouting voice can be heard at a clear level without any issues in understanding it at insane ranges, even whilst in some kind of noisy environment or a boxed space. Although surprisingly, it isn't enough decibels to deal actual damage to anybodies ears. Part of it is thanks to his grandpas training in making it just loud enough so he can understand what his boy is saying, without hurting his ears in the process. Naturally, his voice can go further than this, but it is at its clearest at this range. Perfect for shouting at anybody in his classroom! LIFE SKILLS Baseball Rank: f Effect: Kirk has played all sorts of sports his entire life, but baseball has big special soft spot in his heart. He has a basic grasp of all the techniques involved.
tennis Rank: f Effect: Kirk has really gotten into tennis whilst at U.A. Even with him being the leader of the soccer club, he ended up choosing a tennis racquet as one of his main weapons to use in combat! And it has offered him so many interesting training situations, that he keeps playing it to keep his speed up. quirk upgrade is 700 exp, pitching cannon replacement is 300 but I get 300 back for it, loud and clear is 50, Kirky jogger is 200, and upgrade to hype fuel is 200. 1150 in total! making the loud and clear into a specialist ability of e rank is 300 exp, and adding tennis for life skills, coming up to 1500 in total!

Just a few things to note! - Refund for Man at Sports approved, bringing the cost to 1150 EXP
- All the benefits and abilities look fine - however I personally prefer if Pitching Cannon specified his accurate distance as per the guidelines, but I just like things being clear and specific!
- Hear me out on this, but I'm gonna say Loud and Clear, as its currently written, is a specialist ability, rather than a life skill. It does have some uses, after all, and can make him a human loudspeaker for clear, longer-distance communication! That brings the EXP spent to 1200.

For Now i updated your app BUT you need to add a bit more detail to each benefit. No more than a line, just detail a little of what each benefit does at the current rank. Even if it's just copy pasting the info from the abilities table

Ability name Kirky Sprinter Rank: D Effect: With Kirk being in a class full of people whose quirks make them swifter, Kirk has decided to kick things up a notch in his training. With his quirks increased muscle mass, He has also started taking longer steps, leaning a bit more forward, and overall making his running much more balanced, effective and less wasteful, leading into even higher speeds. Now he runs at the speeds of a gazelle and with the weight and force of a rhino behind it.
Ability name Sportacus Rank: D Effect: Kirk's improvised sports item based style of fighting has gotten a noticeable upgrade. Instead of just mimicking sports moves for attacks, Kirk can now also associate his opponents attacks with sports, allowing himself to catch attacks in a sporty fashion easier, or to counter attacks proper with something fitting. Of course, this also includes fancier usage of all of his usual sporty tools, and a lot of people could call him quite a multi-talent at sports when seeing him in action.
both upgrades are 400 exp, which leaves me with 5 exp.
