Ability: Pitching cannon Rank: E Effect: Kirk has always had the arm for throwing and swinging arm for ranged hitting things out of the field before. However, it was at U.A that he finally learned to use these skills actively in a combat situation, allowing him to throw and launch things with either his arms, his sports tools or even with his pouch by squeezing it against the item with surprising precision and strength! His hands even allow for some trickier throwing techniques, like 'bananas' and 'spitballs'!

However, it was at U.A that he finally learned to use these skills actively in a combat situation, allowing him to throw and launch things with either his arms, his sports tools or even with his pouch by squeezing it against the item with surprising precision and strength! His hands even allow for some trickier throwing techniques, like 'bananas' and 'spitballs'! The length of these attacks is quite respectable bus length. And some say that it hurts about as much as one hitting you.
TO my understanding, this will cost about 400 exp!

Ability name: Hype Fuel Rank: E Effect: Be it all that training making him used to putting a lot of energy into things, or be it his personality pushing him forward whenever things get a bit tough, nobody can dispute that the boy has loads of stamina to spare! He tires himself out way slower than a regular guy, even while carrying heavy loads on his back. He is always ready to give that one extra mile!
Ability name: LOUD AND CLEAR Rank: E Effect: At this point, Kirks loudness is pretty known throughout the school. And this is mostly, because at minimum, his shouting voice can be heard at a clear level without any issues in understanding it at insane ranges, even whilst in some kind of noisy environment or a boxed space. Although surprisingly, it isn't enough decibels to deal actual damage to anybodies ears. Part of it is thanks to his grandpas training in making it just loud enough so he can understand what his boy is saying, without hurting his ears in the process. Naturally, his voice can go further than this, but it is at its clearest at this range. Perfect for shouting at anybody in his classroom!

However, with his third year at U.A, the boy is pretty much a pinnacle of energy, almost like a battery, if his fellow classmate wasn't a more literal example.

Description: Kirk Bluster has a naturally grown big pouch of skin on his back, like that of a kangaroos pouch. The pouch is composed of muscle, a bit soft bonelayer and skin, the muscle and skin part being about 2 cm thick, and he can press it against his skin, so it looks just like a regular back. The pouch is spacious enough to hold 4 hay piles worth, and expands till that max is met either in width, height or girth.
Due to high usage of his pouch, his skin is almost as durable as iron and Kirk can control the pouch on his back at will, for example, close it and open it, tighten or loosen his grip on whatever is inside and close it in to push things out, like a Drawstring bag. When pressed against the inner layer extremely tightly, you can see the general shape of whatever he is holding inside. the general strength of all of his actions due to this extra muscle layer, are able to break sheets of iron and push against targets of that strength with small effort, and due to this, even carries the weight a little bit on it`s own. Due to the pushing power, it allows him to outright launch himself into the air, or quickly switch directions upon landing on his back, giving him a surprising amount of acrobatic momentum.
Drawback: Even with the pouch handling some of the lifting for him, Kirk needs to carry the weight himself, due to it being on his back.
If the bag is ruptured or pierced, medical attention is needed to fix it, though smaller holes will heal normally, like a bruise or a broken bone. However, bigger holes need to be properly plastered or stitched back up for them to grow, and the expansion of said part will be impaired during the healing process. Removing the pouch from his back completely will essentially render Kirk quirkless, albeit given time, the pouch will grow back like a new layer of skin. Kirk usually avoids carrying sharp objects in it because of the risk of this happening.
Kirk will also feel pain and other things from whatever happens inside his pouch, be it kicks, slimy accidents or something else. Whatever is inside the pouch might also get damaged in the process, if it is pierced.

Spending 1000 exp to upgrade Kirks quirk for C-rank to B-rank! Also added some more flavour things which you can judge if they are alright. Of course, I will also add some other things.
Baseball
Rank: f
Effect: Kirk has played all sorts of sports his entire life, but baseball has big special soft spot in his heart. He has a basic grasp of all the techniques involved.
tennis
Rank: f
Effect: Kirk has really gotten into tennis whilst at U.A. Even with him being the leader of the soccer club, he ended up choosing a tennis racquet as one of his main weapons to use in combat! And it has offered him so many interesting training situations, that he keeps playing it to keep his speed up.
Baseball
Rank: E
Effect: Kirk has played all sorts of sports his entire life, but baseball has big special soft spot in his heart. And as much as people around him force him to play soccer, he has still kept his skills sharp, and has not faltered in keeping it going. He knows all the usual tactics for play by plays, and can pretty confidently teach the things to others as well.
Tennis
Rank: E Effect: Kirk has really gotten into tennis whilst at U.A. Even with him being the leader of the soccer club, he ended up choosing a tennis racquet as one of his main weapons to use in combat! And it has offered him so many interesting training situations, that he keeps playing it to keep his speed up. Overall, combatvise and interestvise, Tennis has probably been the most surprising one in how much he enjoys it, and it has effected a lot of the ways he has interacted with his surroundings! And yes, he can still teach it to anyone who desires it!
Hockey Rank: E Effect: Unlike basketball, which he typically butchers the rules of when he uses it, Hockey almost connected to him, like it was made for him! In use it turned out to be like 'football with a bat in hand', and that was perfect! Despite the issues of it being a rare treat in non-winter times, he has grown a love for the sport.
