ProgressionSunhawk Suit Upgrading From: New Ability
Upgrading to: Sunhawk Suit Type: Ability Rank: F Effect: Toma has spent some time tinkering and came up with something to help him inside and out of combat. The Sunhawk suit, at this rank, is, in essence, a full body leather riding suit with a few modifications. Currently, the suit functions like a wingsuit sometimes called a squirrel suit. This allows Toma short range flight by combining his own power, particularly the Tauri Leap, with the lifting capability of the winged suit. While he can use the suit to fly slightly faster than he can run he still requires either a running start, a kickstart from his Tauri leap, or a short fall to be able to fly. While in the air he can fly as long as he is able tocontinue using his other ability, Tauri leap. If he overuses his own power he will be forced to glide slowly to the ground.

Approved, just keep in mind that to gain altitude you'll need to use Tauri Leap or get a powerful gust of wind etc, you're more like a kite than a bird~

Doing a big chunk of upgrades here. I will list the simplified version below, plus the cost of the EXP. Quirk from E to C: 1,100 XP Suit upgrade to true flight (F-E): 200 XP Movement ability converted to FLight speed (F-D): 600 XP Total: 1900 XP Progression<Solar Field>
Upgrading From: Type: Emitter
Rank: E
Effect: Toma’s quirk Solar field causes his photovoltaic receiver/emitter like skin cells to be able to store and release solar energy. Whenever Toma activates his quirk a small illusion of light bending can be seen around him, kind of like a mirage. Whenever Toma willingly expels more power the mirage turns into a slight glow around him, the radius widening as he expends more effort.
The true power behind Toma’s quirk isn’t the absorption and expulsion of this energy, it is his ability to manipulate the direction and flow of this energy. Toma uses this ability to direct the energy from his hands and other extremities in the form of light, heat, ultraviolet and infrared radiation. Toma also has the ability to modify the scope, strength of the energy. As an example he could create a narrow beam-like ray of light and heat, or a wider globe around him.
This quirk actually works by consuming light from our sun, hydrogen in the air, and calories from Toma himself. This means the scope of his power is limited to how much charge he is and how much “energy” he has left to consume. At his current power level he can produce ten meter long “Beams” consistently for about five minutes at full charge, or heat the air around him for maybe two minutes at a time. The power of his quirk is determined by how much energy he can use but at this current point his beam light a small campfire ablaze (about 150C) and his heat ability could bring water to near boiling temperatures (80-95C) in a two meter bubble around him.
Drawback: The major drawbacks that Toma experiences depend on how much energy he uses and how much heat his own body can take. If Toma uses his powers too extensively, either for two long or pushing his powers too far, he will begin to fatigue and grow tired or damage whatever limbs he is exploiting to project his solar powers. If Toma uses a hand to create a beam of solar energy he can only hold the beam for about six seconds before having to let his hand cool down for at least half that time or else blisters will start to form on his skin.
On top of these issue Toma must consistently expel at least some energy every day, or else he runs the risk of overloading his skin cells. If these cells become overcharge they may explode violently in burst of heat and light, or simply fizzle out until he gives them a rest. Toma also must consume double his usual calories if he uses his powers too much, since it burns calories to control the flow of the energy.

Progression<Sunhawk Suit>
Upgrading From: Sunhawk Suit
Type: Misc: Item
Rank: F
Effect:
Toma has spent some time tinkering and came up with something to help him inside and out of combat. The Sunhawk suit, at this rank, is, in essence, a full body leather riding suit with a few modifications. Currently, the suit functions like a wingsuit sometimes called a squirrel suit. Upgrading to: Type: Misc: Item Rank: E Effect: The new and improved suit allows Toma to finally achieve true flight. Thanks to recepticles and channelers placed in the gloves and boots of the suit he is able to channel energy from his quirk into controlled turbine-like heat output. He is capable of flying upwards of as high as the length of an amrerican telephone pole (10-12 meters). Due to the unique way the flight is achieved Toma is unable to use his quirk for anything other than maintaning flight while in the air. Since the energy is pushed out of both his gloves and boots, kind of like small jet turbines, it requires all of his focus to control his flight. (Just for an example his flight is similar to Iron Man from the MCU)

Progression<Tauri Speed>
Upgrading From: Tauri Leap
Type: Skill
Rank: F
Effect: Toma superheats the air beneath his hands and feet, using the resulting expansion of air to fling himself up to 5 meters in the direction of his choosing.
Upgrading to: Type: Skill Rank: D Effect: Thanks to the new suit Toma had designed he has learned to control his former leap and use it to maximize the speed of his flight. He is capable of flying as fast as an antelope can run (70 Km/h).
