The news about the riots was quite worrying for Lyse for a multitude of reasons. While Elise had been adamant in her instructions for the slime girl to remain within Musutafu, there was also the concern about the effect the riots would have on the pro-hero scene. Of course the young heroes in training would want to get involved, and Lyse was worried that Misako might had been troubled by the ongoing riots. It was for that reason that Lyse had offered for Misako to stay over the weekend, although Lyse her appartement was a modest one, earned through her part-time work that allowed her to pay the rent, the young orange-haired lass was evidently trying her best to keep Misako distracted from the news of the ongoing riots. Not only was the television currently showing a collection of her favorite anime series, and a console was linked to the television, Lyse was even trying her utmost to entertain her girlfriend.
Lyse had just been looking over some papers, papers that confirmed the slime girl her upcoming show, a small-scale show of street magic and trickery that she planned to surprise Misako with, a fact made clear when Lyse picked up the special looking ticket that didn't only give her a special seat to enjoy it from up close, but she even had permission to go behind the stage. A cute little something, that she hoped would help Misako distract from the gloom and doom of the riots in Tokyo.
"Misa~" Lyse exclaimed excitedly, bouncing into the living room as she eagerly approached the girl. "I got a surprise for you~" The orange-haired girl grinned mischievously and extended the hand from behind her back to the front, showcasing the ticket. "Hehe~ Remember that shopping center in the shopping district in Musutafu? I got permission to host a show there~ And got ya a ticket to enjoy the show from the front seats~ and even get behind the stage~"
A playful wink followed as she handed over the ticket, a hand raised to her cheek as she pondered for a bit. "What you been thinking about? Pondering about a new game to play? Or maybe a new anime to watch?" Indeed, despite her efforts to be cheerful and carefree, Lyse still felt the lingering concern of the young slime girl, to the point she finally expressed it softly. "Don't worry Misa... I'm sure the heroes and the police will resolve the riots, and until then you can keep me safe with some amazing snuggles~"
Indeed, that seemed like it would be the most fun way to relax and distract each other from the woes of the ongoing riots. Still, if Misako had the need to talk about her worries to someone, Lyse would be more than willing to lend a listening ear and a caring embrace to ensure she wouldn't feel alone and worried. "I'll be here with you as long as you want~" A tender smile lingered on her lips.
