Starting Prompt: It will start with James first arriving in Japan with his gang members (will be created soon) in tow, smiling at the prospect of new prey to hunt.
Story Beats: James had heard about the pros and vigilantes he could hunt down in Japan, a new challenge for him and his gang known as the Hell Rider's. And James, after some connections, finally had the information needed to hunt them all down. All he needed was the right hacker to access the highly classified information he acquired. But after having his old warehouse raided by Unity, the villain has to now rely on his wit after losing the precious information about the pros needed for his amazing bounty. However, James decides to go forth with his plan of hunting down the pros and vigils in Japan without it, going in blind into unfamiliar territory. Two goals: become the villain known for taking down the toughest pro heroes and killing the now turn pro, Unity!
NPCs Involved: Random, is also involving pc RJ Haymaker
End-Goal: Although he knows he can take down the pros at this moment, he will be acquiring the information necessary to do so. This will take time. In the meanwhile, he will be having a number of scraps with Unity.
