So as a player of a bunch of first years I feel we need something to garner interest in first years to the school body at the start of the year instead of at the end of it.
I suggest an entry exam as a way to garner interest for first-years to their senpais and non-homeroom teachers that isn't just the sport's festival. Since I feel with the future graduates of the third year I think next year would be the perfect time to do such an endeavor.
Especially with so many UA hopefuls for next year either active or in the works, I feel this could bolster interest in the first year that I feel is lacking right now. Through a mix of observation threads from senpais, teachers, pros and the like could show off the ua fresh meat in a way that could make the future first-years feel like their actions carry weight which I heard is an issue of many first-years right now that their actions and words carry little weight especially in regards to their senpais.
Obviously, there will be some hurdles with such an entry exam, like timing, storyteller involvement, length, body count, and what it would entail as a whole and all of that stuff. I feel this topic could really help with this be talked about this in a constructive and detailed manner beyond what can be discussed at 6 am after a single thought process.
