APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Oskar is a tall and decently built wolf-man with a mostly human built but with digitigrade legs that ends in paws with soft pink toe beans and normal if long arms that end in normal-ish human hands that have toe beans instead of a normal palm. He has long fluffy blue and white fur covering all of his body with his mane looking more like long hair. And a very fluffy and wavy tail. And has bright teal eyes.
Despite Oskar's deep gruff voice and somewhat intimidating appearance, he has a few cute habits, like panting and wagging his tail when happy or excited making a terrible liar. Oskar's clothing is often bright and cute to off-set his intimidating appearance and despite his wolf-like appearance, he smells quite nice. Oskar tends to be pickier about his cologne and shampoo preferring more subtle and weaker scents since his sense of smell is strong. He also wears super-bright clothing so he can actually see hints of color on himself.
Oskar while in his human form is fairly average in build and features with more pointed teeth and more wolf-like eyes for a human. He has fluffy white hair and pale skin. He is by many people's standards handsome, but he prefers to be in his wolf form rather than his human form.
POSITIVE
✔ Excitable, Hopeful, Optimistic, Kind
NEGATIVE
✖ Suspicious, Defensive, Angry, Emotional
LIKES
✔ Dog toys, Red Meat, Milk Tea Tea, Chocolate (he's allergic to it but still eats it), Social justice
DISLIKES
✖ Cruelty, Anti-quirkers, Veggies, Anti-mutants sentimentality, xenophobia of any kind
Personality:
Oskar can come off as a snippy and overly blunt man- but he is a very kind and open-minded man who believes in the justice, kindness, and compassion of people in a cold and uncaring world. Despite how he acts and portrays himself in casual conversation as a taciturn and bitter man, he is very much an optimistic and kind person who has gotten hurt without being careful who he shows his gentle side.
Oskar acts the way he does as a defense mechanism to protect himself from pain-which he will be the first to admit isn't a healthy mindset-but at this point in his life Oskar feels like it's too much effort to change his whole demeanor. But if you bother to learn anything about Oskar, one would learn that he cares too much about many things that aren't his personality flaws. He is always fighting for social justice and equal rights for others and tending to the future of Quirker-kind by being compassionate and loving of the next generation of quirkers.
But despite his hard stance on compassion and love-he is very much not one to take people's bullshit anymore after years of being passive and taking it, hoping one day, the pain will end. It took him sadly a very long to learn that pain never ends-and that one must not get consumed by it and must rise above it no matter how much it hurts-since he learns that the pain of life will never go away. It can ebb and flow with the seasons of the year some days it's easy and others it's hard to get out of bed in the morning, but Oskar keeps that hope that maybe a happy happenstance will make the day less painful.
Oskar is known for his sharper tongue and harsher words while In his human form compared to his wolf form which has been known to be his nicer and more polite form.

HISTORY
Oskar was born to a pair of young quirked wolves as one could tell by his appearance, His mom could talk and had human limbs, and his dutiful father who also had similar quirk. Oskar's family lived in Siberia, Russia, away from most of humanity, but the few people he encountered in his childhood were not pleasant encounters. It either ends in Oskar being too rough, or him getting chased out of the village. Oskar's family struggled to make ends meets. But despite everything, the family was happy with their simple lives.
But when Oskar was young, his mother caught a fever one day. And she never recovered from it, but Oskar clang to his mother's side the whole time-his father worked so hard to try and pay for her medicine And despite how hard the father-son duo worked it wouldn't be enough. Oskar's mother died when Oskar was still a child. And after that day- Oskar became the caretaker of his household. Often brewing tea and coffee for his father in the morning, made him lunch and dinner, and never really playing outside as he did before, But Oskar didn't mind he had to be there for his father who was taking his wife's death hard. He was never really the same after her passing.
Oskar's pre- and early teen years got spent being a caregiver to his father who constantly worked, eats, and slept, never spending time with Oskar as he did when his mother was alive, he wasn't cruel or negligent, but just was vacant. Never emotionally there and barely physically there. During this time of loneliness, Oskar trained with his some more and eventually learned he can transform into a more human passing form to interact with the humans more easily, but one he wouldn't use often until his 20's.
But suddenly one day while Oskar was a teenager -his father got severely hurt during work, and Oskar not knowing what to do without his guidance brought his father to the nearest village, so they could do something-anything to save his father. And miraculously, despite the run-ins with them as a child they were gracious enough to help patch him up and try and cure his wounds, But they were too deep and too grievous for the small village doctor to do much to help, but to lessen his pain. The father-son duo had their final conversation together, which lasted the whole night until his father's final breath. And with that- Oskar's whole family was gone.
Oskar hid in his family's cabin for months after his 17th birthday-with the only thing keeping him alive during his time of attempted isolation was the people of the nearby villages coming by his cabin to check up on him, every time a guest came over Oskar's mother's words rang true in his mind, that you must always serve guest and yourself, so they both leave happy and full of food. Oskar eventually became known in the area to feed any guests no matter the time of day, he will always prepare food and feed his guest as he would his family.
For a year, Oskar fed his guests and any travelers in the areas-until one day during a rare peaceful summer day- the villages threw him a party in his honor for keeping the local area fed and they even scraped together enough money for Oskar to do whatever he wants with it. Oskar in that moment-decided he would attempt to open a Cafe in Moscow.
Oskar found a few issues with that. First off-his obvious mutation quirk often got him kicked out of high-end places, so he was forced to live in the bad part of Moscow as those were the only places willing to rent to him-the culinary school he wanted to go to wouldn't accept him due to part of his quirk and his fluffiness. And finally, Oskar had to work many jobs to even maintain the rent of his shitty apartment. But despite everything he kept up a smile and tried to be as friendly and kind as he can be, hoping that a smile a day chips away at the hearts of those who fear and hate him.
But despite how bubbly and optimistic he tried to be, it all came crashing down when he saved a child from falling into a river. And he got arrested for it and the child's family claimed that he was attempting to drown their child. That incident led to Oskar's hope in humanity to flicker for a moment.
But despite the allegations placed on Oskar by the family-he was abstained from his accused crime and was even given a formal apology by the law enforcement, but the damage has been done.
Oskar in his lowest moment considered drinking as he bought a bottle with his savings to drown away the misery after hiding away in his human form for a long time, not wanting to be hurt for who he is anymore, but as he was about to take a swig he put on the TV onto a random channel and it happened to be an interview- of a formal child actress for the character Kamirex and it was life-changing for the young man in his 20's. So he had a new dream- he won't let his dreams die, changed sure, but not let it die.
So for a better part of a decade- when Oskar became 30, Oskar saved and saved and saved until he got enough to leave Moscow and move to Japan to try and rebuild his dream in a new country. And unlike Moscow-Oskar flourished in Japan and he quickly got what he needed to get his Cafe started after a year even if he had to lie and say he was human to do so. But after a month of running his cafe-it got robbed but unlike last time where nobody came to his help but him- somebody did. A Pro-hero. Oskar while in Awe of the hero-awakened his old flame inside of himself. The inner hero that he thought got snuffed out, flickered back to life, and Oskar while running his cafe decided to take the Hero license exam-but studying-training- and running a cafe made the endeavor longer but after two years of all his hard work he got his license and is about to throw himself into the pro-hero scene as best as he can.
A few months he learned about Perry and after struggling to meet him and some correspondence with Perry P Possum after coming out as a quirked animal to him, he became a sidekick to Perry after taking the Pro-hero test and passing with help from Perry. Right now he is balancing his cafe and hero work but with Perry's help, he hopes to achieve his shared goals, to come out fully as a quirked animal and make the world a better place.
