Everything was like a rollercoaster today, nothing seemed to make sense and yet when it didn't and when it was least expecting, it was the most calming thing right now. She was about to walk away, about to disappear in plain sight because she had not thought about it when Antonio grabbed her wrist and pulled her back. Her eyes turning bigger before she closed them and just leaned in to kiss him back. Bad Narcissa, she told him no only a month ago, no two and she couldn't do this. This was why she said no, so she wouldn't play with him or hurt him. But she needed it, a moment to understand and to be okay. Though their kisses had been longer in the past it wasn't about that and it broke apart quite quickly and she immediately bit her lip and moved her hand in front of her mouth. It wasn't bad but it was bad eh she confused herself. "Don't say goodbye." She said softly before finally turning around and thus walking away. She needed to focus, she needed to hide her red blush cheeks and she also needed to get a grip of herself, they would talk about it later. First, she needed to survive this. Antonio would be around right? Close enough to safe her again?
She would move past a statue at the beginning of the pier and disappeared, this time considering her quirk she realized she couldn't just disappear in brought daylight so she finally did it when walking past something else. Her footsteps quiet, her body adapting to the background of the sea and the pier. Surely the small cobbling waves were difficult, she wasn't just invisible, she was pure camouflage, if you focused enough, you would see it. That's why she turned and stood in front of the statue. The only problem would be if people walked past her or behind her, they would not be there.
He knew she was coming, he wouldn't hear her but he was alert when she spoke, he didn't jump up after all. "Tell me why you are here?" It was fascinating how strong her voice sounded while she felt anything but, she should adapt her body, make sure to stand enough away from him that he couldn't just slash her as Antonio said, she needed to be alert, wary and vigilant. "Who send you?" And she shivered when she heard him laugh, he didn't look at her, he looked at his feet, she moved to make sure he wouldn't pinpoint where her voice came from.

Antonio stood there and watched the meeting unfold. He was determined not to get involved. If things went south and the man attacks her while she dodges. Then yes, he would jump in and help. But.. he also made peace that she might die on this day... today... This was her past. It was haunting her. He could only nudge and help her, but he couldnt resolve her problems. That was something only she could do. But still, Antonio cant let her die! He needed her alive. So yeah, ok! They wont be a couple! But he needed to help ParaSyte! She was his key!!
Antonio.. he was now in this mental struggle of what to do and what not to. He mentally punished himself by not thinking of a safe word. Something for her to say to call him. Or any back up plan. Man, he really was getting sloppy. Man, no wonder she said no. Who would want a sloppy mess like him. Yeah, he nodded to himself as he understood the nature of her No. And made peace with that as well. Yeah reasonable. If she comes back alive, he would make sure to tell her he finally resolved that mess. No need to be all awkward and depressed. Yeah, he could go back to a clean slate and they can do things normally again. He smiled to himself now. He was sure of it. Maybe if he wants he can find some other woman for himself. But for now he was single and ready to mingle with all the women he wants.
He looked at the meeting between Narcissa and Cadeus. So far and so good, it seemed it was just talk and no escalation nor violence, which was great. He hoped that would stay this way. But he knew someone would die soon. It was only of matter who strikes first

First, they talked, he couldn't see her anyway and he told her that Barbados wanted her dead as she was a traitor again. Leaving her position has brought huge humiliation to her father and her mother because she did it without their approval or confirmation. She couldn't stop, the nerves broke out and she appeared, out of nowhere and laughed. "and you think they can still tell me what to do? For your information Cadeus, darling," She spoke in English, it did not matter, "they banished me, only me, not you and I see they have been able to hire you like the little pro-hero you was before." He almost grabbed her but he missed, speedy but close distant did not mean she could dodge easily. He was too big and too clumsy in that case to grab her. "No. I am here because I try to survive and I don't give a damn what you all want over there, you- you stole my country and everything from me. You can go home and enjoy Barbados and I will have to be here, so don't give me the god's blessing and kill me." She was so furious, how dare he and she would feel it, she was so close to tears and he had no right to see it.
She noticed he grabbed a knife, she had no idea where he got it from but she wasn't a fool, she had it on her own body as well but Antonio was right, she shouldn't. She kicked it with a high knee out of his hand and held both sides of his jaw in her hands. "You forgot who I am." She whispered softly and she was crying, "I am Catwoman and I know exactly what to do with you." Snap his neck, that's what Antonio said and she tore at it but she heard it crack loudly and Cadeus eyes look at her before the light in it died and she froze. No wait, no she shouldn't act in her anger! She told herself she would talk to him, beg him to talk to her father, get her back, she knew it was unreasonable and he must still love her, it was her mother who sent him, he just wanted to destroy the last strain, the last dot of hope she had... she knew it! She knew when he lied and yet she let go of him. She did not see what happened next but only started to stutter, her body no control of her and finally, she sank through her knees and held her own head before she cried out. What has she become? What did this mean to her? Her future? Everything?

He couldnt wait. He needed to get closer and see what was happening or at least hear them. So he drew nearer to at least overhear them. Thats when he heard Narcissa speak in english saying she was banished. He was surprised to hear that. Yes, he knew she was a Pro before. But he did not know the nature of her arrival. And he cant recall if she mentioned that during her drunkeness. He pretended this was his first hearing it. He considred it tragicomic. The two most important people in his life got banished to Japan. And he wasnt banished. But he followed the banished one. It seems he was the companion of the banished. "Heh, sounds like a cool title" he thought to himself as he overheard them and he kept an eye on Narcissa
And then as expected, an altercation happened. He, Cadeus went to grab his knife and held it. Narcissa meanwhile let her survival instinct take over and do what needed to be done and kill him. Antonio quickly jumped in the scene and pushed Cadeus down the stairs that were behind him. Antonio made sure to wear his gloves to not leave any prints on the fucker and after that he quickly turned to Narcissa and grabbed her and embraced her and held her in his arms. She could cry on his shoulder
"Shhhh.... shhhh. Its ok. Its ok. Everything will be fine" he softly spoke to her. He then pulled away and looked at her and her face that was teary. He kissed her tears away and then urged her to leave the scene and come with him. Antonio offered to take her home, his or hers. Whichever she preffered. She needed to sit down. Maybe rest in the car and just have a moment to breathe. He can only imagine how she is feeling now. He cant identify with it, the pain and the mental breakdown she has. He can only imagine

The knife made a sound as it fell on the ground when Cadeus was pushed by Antonio. She did not even see that, she just noticed the fall, she noticed he moved away from her, but she just killed him. Outright killed him and she heard another smack, the stumbling of his body and she couldn't see. Her sight was taken away as Antonio pulled her in his arms. She cried and cried and tried to stop herself from screaming out. People noticed and would try to come closer and someone noticed the man on the ground wasn't moving and called the police. Narcissa had no idea, she was clinging to Antonio to be able to stand upright. She would fall if he didn't hold on to her and she was just trying, her hands holding on to his jacket and her shoulders shaking and her tears did not stop. "It's... it's not." She was sure she did something wrong, she did not get it, she felt like she was going to faint at any moment, that's how it felt.
She couldn't understand what he was doing as he kissed her tears away and she just wanted to hold on to him. She shook her head when he urged her to go. What should she do, "We can't, we should-I can't go. You can go." she said softly she wanted to protect him, it wouldn't be good for him to be here, what happened, she wasn't sure what to do. She had to protect him right? Though she couldn't stand, and stay and she would just try to do something, but she was shaking and still crying and she couldn't do anything, depending on Antonio. Hoping he would save her again, that was all she could do and she didn't know. She heard the sirens and her eyes were so big and she started to shiver more, "I don't want to die." she whispered.

Narcissa stopped him from taking her away. But she wanted him to go. Probably to remain safe. He shook his head and just held her in his arms and hugged her and let her hold and hug him. He spoke to her quietly "No. Im not going anywhere" he held her. And soon he heard the sirens. The cops were coming. Narcissa shivered and whimpered and whispered in fear, saying she does not want to die. He held her and quietly spoke "You will not die" he kissed her cheek. He did whatever he could to calm her. He ran his fingers through her hair "We will face any problem we have head on and together, right? We're like a team?" he said the last part with a bit of uncertainty. Soon he rested his forehead against her and lightly smiled to her to just try and make her believe everything is fine. He would shush her gently and quietly in near whisper voice reassure her again and again that she will not die and that she will be fine. He'd try and compliment her and do anything that would bring her to do at least a fraction of a smile. He needed her calm

As the sirens were heard she panicked, but it was time to come out of that shadow and become Daffodil. Like a better person, to fight, to be a villain and so on. This was something and she needed to get a grip on herself. She needed to make a decision on how to fight this and as much as she wanted to kiss Antonio at this point as a distraction and as something nice, she did not. It wouldn't be fair for him, it wouldn't be honest. She just had to hold on to him and not fall. They first moved to the body, with the guys from the ambulance and she continued to cry and hold onto Antonio, taking his hand to make sure she could squeeze it. Someone to count on, like Kozue, like Antonio before she said no. She couldn't express in words how happy she was he did not leave her alone, she needed Antonio, more than anything and yet she did not dare to voice that.
A police officer came to her and she would stand in front of Antonio, to protect him and to tell the man that she did it. She couldn't help but cry, she did not dare to look at Cadeus, she did not say she was guilty but she said they had a fight and this was the result and she had to stand tall. But her face was pale, her eyes red and swollen, she was shivering still, she obviously did not look well. She expected to be arrested right now until her second saviour showed up, Tomio. God, she almost started to like him, the new minster of Defense. She felt like fainting again, swaying on her legs and taking a few steps back to hold her ground, bumping into Antonio. "Are you guys insane? She lost a lot of blood, I want her to the hospital immediately." He commanded and looked at the police officers and all Narcissa could do was look at Antonio, before she tumbled again. On the outside she might look like she was winning but the inside was screaming and tearing at herself, she lost a lot of blood and she felt faint and dizzy again and she couldn't stand anymore. She felt so empty, all hope was gone, what did it matter anymore? She had no idea who moved her or if she was moving at all, all she knew was that she wanted to sleep and have Antonio by her side, for safety.

Narcissa suddenly stood infornt of him. He was touched. Narcissa spoke up and talked to the officer and then suddenly the Minister of Defence showed up. Antonio almost felt like he should ask for an autograph or something. He had to try really hard not to chuckle. Narcissa as she backed up, bumped into him. He didnt really do much as he didnt want to be all handsy with her infront of the cops or the minister of defence.
Speaking of which, the man commanded the people to take Narcissa to the hospital. Antonio spoke up "I will do that sir. I will help her" and with that, he finally did what he sought out to do. He took Narcissa by hand and took her to her car so he can drive her to the hospital. Once they sat inside, he drove. He was relieved she was fine and alive. He wondered should he speak to her about the kiss or anything. He glanced at her and she was a mess. He looked back at the street and the road as he drove. But soon, he took one hand off the steering wheel and reached out to Narcissa and held her hand.
"Dont worry. Everything will be fine" he gently spoke to her as he drove. Reassuring her as a parent does that to their child. He was gonna get her to the hospital and they would get away with this scott free.
As much as he wanted to hold her, he couldnt. He had to pull his hand back and put it back on the steering wheel so he can drive better. Soon enough, the semi silent drive would come to a halt as they would reach their destination. The hospital. Once he parked, he looked at Narcissa as he sat in the car with her. He wanted to bring up the kiss but didnt have the courage her. So he just told her "Everything will be fine soon. You're safe now"
