Getting off the train, a lone neon blue-haired figure quickly moved to get out of the swarm of buzzy extras onto the streets of Akihabara. Bodies clamored out of the station to head to their respective destinations. Rave caught tangents of conversation, a few English speaking tourists heading to see the Robot Cafe, a pair of boisterous teenage boys going to an arcade, a group of giggling girls holding crepes and talking about the photos they took. She even heard the hushed whispers of fear and hope regarding a middle-age man heading to the pachinko bars to pay off his debts or a flashy man talking on the phone to presumably some women about meeting her at the host clubs. As the cacophony of voices dimmed around her and was replaced by the sound of some older songs, currently the playlist to the soundtrack of Queen of the Damned, Rave moved quickly to electric town, curious about what she could find. After her moving in and having the student-led tour around the Yuuei campus, Rave received a letter that she was accepted into 1-S, the support course, centered around information gathering, technical and medical support, and rescue base. With this knowledge, she felt relieved about not having to face full combat centered activities, and instead something that lies within her quirk based strength. So she thought she should acquaint herself with the more tech-focused side of Akihabara rather than the otaku areas that she preferred to frequent. At the moment, when it came to technical engineering, it was more hobbyist level rather than of anything of use, below Yuuei's standards, so she wanted to maybe find some workbooks on how to build things, even get ideas of what she could make as her current ideas are to support herself and even them they were fantastical and not within the realm of her ability. So she dipped into the crowd wire dystopia of electric town.

Meiko was in civillian mode. Wearing casual clothes, she was not in her villain costume. She was lying low for the time being and letting other villains that the time to shine, just to get the heat off of her. Meiko might've wanted the spotlight, but she wasnt stupid. She knew when to chill when it was too hot to handle
She walked through the busy streets of Akihabara in hopes of trying to meld in the crowd and just mingle with someone and just feel normal. Lately she felt like she didnt feel normal. She was free to admit. She has gone a bit crazy in these 2 to 3 years. Maybe it was time she takes a step back and takes a chill pill. Meiko walked and explored seemingly aimlessly. She decided to go where life takes her. She was curious to see what twists and turns fate would give her. Maybe she will meet someone. Usually that tends to happen. Maybe she has a good time. She tried to think positive. Part of her wondered if she should call her boyfriend. Should she rely on him all the time or should she really try and gain some individuality. She is 20 after all. Maybe she should act like it. She wasnt a teenager any more

Rave was in deep thought as she perused the wares within the various stores in this area. Mountains of old retro tech, slighty outdated modern models, and a canopy of cables and wires made the area seem as if it were another world. There was a scent of rusted metal, burnt rubber and oil that soured her nose, making her adjust her face mask. Rave enjoyed coding and robotics as the next hobbyist, but that was all it was, a hobby. She stuck to mainly creatining small codes on forums, short animations, and even the occasional virus for poking fun at people. The support industry itself was rather new. Of course similar things had been made during the prequirk era for medical purposes, and advanced warfare but to enchance a new phenomn with super powers? That is definitely up there in the sci fi level. Support item themselves is a risky business in this era as they have to be tailor made to supplement a quirk which could or could not evolve. The materials, funding, and time needed for these edevaors would be a costly business. No doubt there was a black market of some kind for it. Rave didn't see herself making the most outrageous support gear nor did she feel it were necessary. Perhaps she should focus on drones and robotics for survilaance? It would not only supplement her quirk and similar tech base or even electrical quirks but it overall would be helpful to have something like a helper bee. With this in mind, Rave moves to a robotics store, looking for the toys area. As she does so, she was not truly focused and accidently ran into someone, hitting their shoulder. Rave fell to the ground with a small yelp and for a moment, processed what happened. For only a second did she freak out and glitched a bit like a computer program, nearly using her quirk to run and hide to avoid what could be the person's anger but she stamped out that fear as much as she could. Looking up, she met the person's eyes "I'm sorry!". Rave was shaking like a leaf.

As she did her own thing, she got a bit jumpscared as someone ran into her and hit her shoulder. The someone fell on the ground with a small and delicate sounding yelp. Meiko turned around and saw a glitch. Was she a hologram? Okay, she was far more curious now. She leaned towards the girl. Their eyes finally met and thus the shy one apologized. But little does she know. Her apology would have been met with the stragest of replies
She got gently poked in the nose "Boop!", but then Meiko saw, she was no hologram. What was she? Hard light? Meiko clearly saw a glitch in the matrix. Oooh it would be interesting if she was hard light since Meiko can make weapons out of hard light. Meiko soon crouched and pinched the girls cheeks
"Ooouu what are you? A hologram? A hard light construct? Whose quirk you belong to you curious thingamajigger?" Meiko spoke to the girl as if she wasnt human. And could you blame Meiko, the girl glitched out like a computer program of a sort. So of course Meiko had doubts that the child was human. And thus Meiko would pinch the girls cheeks as if she was a god knows what

"Ow ow ow. I'm real. I'm real. I'm not a quirk! My name is Rave" Rave's cheeks were sore and red from the woman's pinching. She needed her personal space! She didn't stop glitching either instead it got worst. If this woman really thought she was a quirk construct then well shit, she technically wouldn't be wrong. She did turn into some electrical hard light hologram weird thing at most when she got nervous. Getting even more flustered, Rave temporarily went incorporeal and felt into an extension cord like a ball of rainbow light and popped out a TV it was connected to right being the weird toughly purple goth woman. "I am real. I-it's. Just. It. Ahhh" Rave stopped talking and tried to breathed and calm down and after a couple of seconds she did. "It's my quirk...virtual reality...I make holograms...and become virtual...kinda...it's electrical tech-based...And I am sorry for bumping into you...I'm just...I'm looking for things to help with this thing...I got...and like to...build things." Raved rubbed her eyes cause her social battery was getting extremely low. "Anyway, again sorry for bothering you miss" Rave turned away from her and tried to blend in with the crowd, sneaking a quirk glitch occasionally through wires to get through the crowds and made a few purchases. She bought some kids toys, the little robots and a lot of betteries along with a basic robotics guide. Maybe she could fuse some of this stuff to help her.
