Admittedly, Jack is a person who was still sort of catching up on a lot of media over the last year or so now, including many of movies that involved kidnapping in some or form. From them, he was under the impression that they would be full of pain, being stuffed into a bag and being knocked out, or having trouble breathing. Being held hostage for ransom by armed thugs, or being tied up over a vat of acid, or plenty of other comical or dangerous things.
He did NOT, however, expect his to be as gross or as smelly as his was.
Jack was curled up into a ball within a very tight and damp space, his eyes closed, but his gem and horns glowing ever bright. He kept his breathing even, even if the smell around him was repulsive, to say the least. He knew exactly where he was, of course - he was in the chest of Pinocchio, who had kidnapped him due to Ishtar's hit list on Breddit. The bastard had somehow acquired Meara's phone number, and promptly led him to a trap that resulted in the small dragon being captured. It was a less than ideal situation, and it frankly enraged Jack that this was even happening.
Ironically enough, it was all for the sake of love. Meara had been kidnapped, and Jack had crossed hairs with one of Ishtar's henchmen has a result. The end result of that, of course, was Jack - or Sirius, as he went by on the list - being put on there by Ishtar. It was more of an inevitability, the more he thought about it. He was a dragon shifter with two separate forms and could breathe a type of plasma energy that lacked any sort of elemental properties. It would have been a miracle if Jack hadn't crossed paths with the villainess at some point. Sadly, it was sooner rather than later.
He used the time to meditate, to prevent himself from freaking out more than he already was by this point. The experience alone was scarring - he'd probably have nightmares for weeks to come regarding this. However, he refused to let that stop him. His pride remained ever strong, even if there was a metric load of fear and revulsion under it. He had to be brave, he couldn't let himself break. He did this all for the sake of his love to begin with, and he wasn't about to falter now, even if it costed him an arm or a leg, much less his life.
Of course, he would promptly take a little bit of revenge in the meantime. "Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" he would ask in an annoying tone over and over again. If the guy was actually smart and had just brought a bag to stuff him in or something, his voice would probably be a little bit muffled. However, he was sure his voice was coming through, the sound waves bouncing around and probably ringing in Pinocchio's head. "Seriously, would it have killed you to put some Vebreeze or something in here? Smells worse than a cow ranch on a hot day," he continued, trying not to gag. "And let me tell you, Mr. Pinocchio, that smells rancid."

Once he'd called in that he had a drop off for Sonya the woman had arranged for a car to pick him up, take them to one of her secure locations. When the guys picking him up said they were expecting another passanger Niso just rolled his eyes and to trust him that his quirk would be able to supply what was needed. They briefly wondered if he had some sort of hammer space or portal quirk but they knew not to ask questions with these villains at the very least, letting Niso ride comfortably in the back, refusing an offer for champagne from one of the members of Ishtar's staff keeping an eye on him.
When Jack tried to make the ride torture for him the people around him started to get an idea for what exactly was going on, the muffled sounds coming from Niso's own body while he just gave them a casual, amused smirk at the looks of worry and discomfort on their faces, chuckling a little as they shifted in their seats. Niso meanwhile just leaned back, closed his eyes, and relaxed. His words flowed but even he didn't hear them.
"I can feel the vibrations of you talking but just so you know I can't hear you." He chimed with a cheekiness in his voice, a smugness as he delighted in his abilities. "I just dissolved by own eardrums so good luck trying to annoy me in there.~" He continued to chime, feeling a smug sense of victory in the fact he could alter his body just to blast away these sort of annoyances.
Niso ignored any of the sensations in his torso until he felt the car draw to a halt, finally re-forming his eardrums and rising out of his seat, pushing out of the limbo and letting the staff lead him to some big metalic room with a staircase at the end of it. Some regular meet up place Ishtar arranged or something. He didn't really care. He was just here for his reward. He let out a somewhat annoyed groan as he waited for the staff to leave him, glancing over his shoulder and hearing the door shut. The moment he saw Ishtar enter the room, Niso's stomache opened up like a mouth, lifting his shirt as the tiny dragon slipped out and dropped to the floor, covered in bodily mucus, with Niso's heel dropping down onto his spine to keep him down, Niso casually bowing his head to the 'illustrious' Ishtar.
"This seemed like the easiest way to get your attention. I hope you don't mind." He chimed out, almost ignoring the dragon boy he'd went through literal hellfire to get here today, snickering a little at the internal joke and looking back up to Ishtar. He'd never met the woman personally before so now was the time to see what he could even make of her, what opinions he could form... maybe she'd make a better impression than Army of Bones.

[attr="class","oneword1"] [attr="class","fromyou1"] @name Lets have ourselves a little fun~
you have my attention, dearie
[attr="class","itsover1"] Ishtar had been very, very patient. She'd heard about Sirius, the student at UA who had caused quite a scene back during the Fuchu Incident. She remembered seeing the dragon up high, roiling about while it did battle with larger escaped villain. It'd been showy, impressive, but ultimately nothing more than an annoyance. Then the boy had caused more trouble, sticking his nose where it didn't belong, over and over. A pushy little brat. It wasn't until he tried to directly interfere with her deal with the young Meara that Ishtar's patience had finally come to an end. Boundaries needed to be respected; even the magnanimous "Fix" understood that.
Why couldn't this kid?
More interestingly was who was bringing this fresh prey to her doorstep. The police called him Pinocchio but she knew him by his proper name, the name he wanted to be called by. Niso. Luzia's man. She'd heard good things.
Ishtar's lips curled into a smile when word came that Niso had arrived, bringing him to one of her dropsites; a specially set up warehouse designed to prevent outside Geiger counters from picking up on her radiation. In other words; it was lead lined. She crossed her arms behind her while standing atop the small raised platform. In the dark, shadows moved and bobbed and edged about, watching the solitary figure approach. Niso... regurgitated the dragon boy onto the ground, going as far as to step on his back to keep him from thrashing about. It had been a struggle then. The last few meetings had been peaceful acquisitions, mostly anyway.
Ishtar's breaths came out as mechanical rasps; and her voice was so... cold. One man had described it like a bloody knife against a sheet of ice. Thick, voluptuous, but chilling enough to weaken limbs. Ishtar's eyes opened and the pink glow accompanied by a spinning, clicking, flicker added to the effect.
"Niso Konto, your reputation proceeds you~" Ishtar said aloud.
She engaged her quirk, pale light erupting from her skin as she strode down the steps in her full villain gear. Her steps were slow, steady, her head tilted to the right as she took in the mucus stained form of the hero. "My, all you had to do was write~ I take care of my own," She said, stepping fully onto the same level. The shapes around them shifted and dozens of glowing eyes squinted at them through the darkness. Goddess Cultists. Ishtar's eyes smiled, a crinkling of her eyelids. "But instead you brought me such a wonderful gift, I'm touched," She raised a hand to her heart and bowed in response to his own bow.
She stood up straight, drawing out something from her coat pocket. An envelope. "Your payment, an offshore account number and access information, all secured," She said casually, not caring if the boy below them heard. She stepped away after he took the envelope and looked down at the hero in training. Looming over him.
"On your feet, hero," She hissed, "I've been meaning to have a word with you."

Jack couldn't help but pout just a little bit when the villain told him that he had apparently dissolved his eardrums, taking the fun out of what he was trying to do. "Fucking party pooper..." he grumbled, at least hoping that the villain's annoyance would help take his mind off of what was to come. Truth be told...he was scared. This villain's Quirk didn't make any sense...it was almost unnatural... On top of that, he knew what Ishtar was capable of, and he was about to meet her face to face. The sheer idea of it terrified him, even if Ms. Kearney said that those who met with her tended to survive...
Then again, those people likely didn't go after someone Ishtar had acquired. He figured that he must have annoyed the villain a fair amount... He could only hope that fate would be kind to him.
Suddenly, Niso's chest would open up, spilling Jack out onto the ground. The villain tried to place his foot on the small dragon, but Jack was rather quick, scuttling out of the way and away from both villains, at least closer to the corner of the room. Looking around, he could see the eyes of...some people. He tried to ignore them for now, but they were rather unnerving. He would give Niso an absolute death glare, like he was already swearing revenge on the villain for that disgusting stunt he pulled. He took a deep breath, embracing the clear air that he had been deprived of for the last hour or so. He finally took the time to revert back to normal, his clothes not entirely destroyed, but have definitely seen better days.
Meanwhile, apparently they were finishing up their little deal, making the dragon boy's face contort into a minor snarl. He was NOT some sort of good to be exchanged...he swore, he was going to tear that villain apart the next time they met. He had to hold himself back for now, though...there was no way he could take them both on at once, especially with all the...extra people in the room. He bit his lip, scoffing lightly as he turned his gaze away from him and onto the main event herself, a cold glare coming from the dragon boy.
He looked Ishtar up and down as she told him to stand up, calling him a hero in process. His heart raced in his chest, and his horns didn't exactly hide his fear as they turned a bright pink hue. Nonetheless, he mustered up a grin, trying to at least appear confident. "Huh, the #1 Villain outright calling me a hero before I even graduated? Almost flattering, ma'am. Especially with an audience," he said, smirking. Keep your cool, Orion...don't falter, that wasn't what you were trained for... he thought, knowing that it was something like this that his training was all for. Facing evil right in the face, and right now there wasn't anything greater than the villain who stood before him. Even if she wasn't as tall as he had expected.
It was too bad that said evil was annoyed with him.
"...So, what was it that caught your attention to begin with? Probably not hard to miss a dragon student, all things considered," he asked, wiping odd slime off of himself. Not really like he had a towel, after all. He eyed Ishtar carefully, trying to get some kind of read on her. He didn't know how much of a temper this villain had...just how much power she did. It was best if he tried to stay on her good side for now, to at least have even the slightest chance of surviving long enough to get back home to Meara. She WAS why he went to all of this trouble, after all.

Niso tutted under his breath as Jack seemed to escape the drop of his heel. He thought he'd be disorientated from literally being in his stomache for so long but he wouldn't linger on the dissapointment, focusing on Ishtar. Words escaped his lips before he could think to hold them back. "Hm. They were right. Your eyes are weird..." He'd look around to the audience they apparently had, crossing his arms. He wasn't one of those villains who foolishly tried to sustain a secret identity but the audience certainly unnerved him a bit... made him feel like Jack wasn't the only threat to Ishtar that was being watched here.
At the offer of the envelope, Niso took it in hand, feeling the weight of it. He wasn't a technologically savvy person btu he knew a few who could get the money to him if he wanted it but... while he'd accept it, it wasn't what he was really here for. His palm opened up, muscle fibres latching around the envelope and dragging it into his flesh, a bulge passing down the skin of his forearm as it seemed to be dragged up his limb and stored somewhere inside his torso, wriggling his fingers to make sure they all worked again. "Sorry, but as much as I appreciate the gesture it's not really what I'm here for... I'm looking for a favor. One of those wishes of yours."
He crossed his arms and started to lean back, his... spine, seemed to ooze out of his skin and prop him up against the floor behind him, essentially extending his tailbone to act like a seat as he remained there. "But I want to earn it. You deal with villains so I'm sure you understand if I don't trust the idea of those being free... you need me for anything let me know. Until I pay off the price of what I want though, don't try and sell me on your freebies."
Looking back across to Jack cowering in the corner, Niso smirked as he remained in the room, not taking the route out and just shooting Ishtar a cheeky smile. "Now, if you don't mind I want to stay and watch the show. I've never really heard much about what you do here and I'd like to see what kind of person I'm about to be working with." He gestured to Jack with his head, letting Ishtar run the show.
