APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Stereotypical of a young Japanese man, Chiizuri is roughly 1.575 meters tall (5'2 feet), and 62.46 kilos in weight (138 lbs). His body is evenly proportioned, featuring no scaring or physical changes from a quirk that's noticeable by most people. Short black hair on his head, with two black colored eyes, all together producing an unnoticeable look for anyone trying to stand out in their home country. He even wears dress clothing daily, to further fall into the visual trap of being yet another student or worker on their way to or from home. Hidden from sight, attached to his stomach is a small flat device which dampens his quirk's ability, allowing him some basic control of it.
However, upon taking to the streets as Cosmic Cheese, he is a completely different person. He replaces his suit with a much more characteristic cow costume, quite literally bought from a costume shop. Essentially an adult onesie, this costume is hooded with the basic definition of a cow with everything from horns to a set of udders on the stomach. Aside from the costume, he wears a homemade cape, featuring the phases of the moon in wheels of cheese, and the words 'The Moon Vigilante: Cosmic Cheese' embroidered into the thick fabric. Built into the udders are illegal addition to his quirk dampener, allowing him to control his quirk through the udders, creating the perception of him producing any dairy products through the udders, and not just his whole body.
POSITIVE
✔ Exceptionally perceptive to others actions.
✔ A people's person, and capable of useful positive interactions with civilians.
✔ Indefatigable. Though able to be worn out, Chiizuri refuses to give up on something he has put his heart and soul into, even if it severely injures him.
NEGATIVE
✖ Lack of situational confidence. If not surrounded by positivity, Chiizuri begins to doubt his abilities in dangerous scenarios.
✖ Overconfidence in the face of sure defeat. Unless pulled away after setting his heart to something, Chiizuri is highly likely to get himself beaten badly attempting to overcome an obstacle, even if its not tactically sound to keep fighting,
✖ When in the middle of a physical altercation, Chiizuri loses focus on outside actions, unless directly related to his foe. This could result in other enemies doing something he could not keep track of mentally.
LIKES
✔ Protecting innocent people from villains and heroes alike.
✔ The use of powerful and dangerous quirks for the betterment of society.
✔ Simple yet effective costume designs. Some are just plain over-the-top!
✔ Heavy support item use. Even experimental pieces could change someone entirely.
DISLIKES
✖ Actual Heroes who agree to follow the letter of the law.
✖ Villains who abuse their powers to hurt innocent people.
✖ Dependency in people. Those who are unable to protect themselves in the easiest of situations.
✖ The legal code and the potential of arrests on Vigilantes. The laws are meaningless to him, if not backed by non-government endorsed violence.
Personality:
Growing up, Chiizuri had a far different attitude about life, laws, and personal judgement over others. His school friends calling him a villain in the making, both due to his connection to his father and his own rather twisted concepts of justice, this has permanently molded his vigilante justice in today's day and age.
He is seemingly carefree to others, casual and prone to befriending people whenever he can. Those who he meet seem to be drawn to his personality like a magnet, his charm making up for his lack of notoriety. Mixing this with his capacity to evade people, it has become no wonder he has gotten away with his vigilantism for as long as he has. He seems respectful of authority from the outside, showing respect to elders and officials such as the police and heads of businesses, while also displaying the intent to befriend said people with positivity and pure intent. This is not faux, as one may expect, but rather genuine interest in creating allies who would allow him the ability to keep his train of vengeance going in the face of what could be the end to his reign on the streets of Japan.
Professionally, Chiizuri is a different man altogether. He has a strict moral code of ethics he has formed to follow, called the CC Merit List. Following the boundaries of his personal definition of safety and protection, he takes his wrath out on those who he deems an enemy to the people, ensuring his victory and claiming righteous vengeance in the name of his people, and humans as a whole. He is extremely tenacious when actually in an altercation, taking every blow like a champ as he can, while projecting as much strain on the enemy as he can. He will either crawl out of every battle the assured victor, or fall to his enemy as a martyr and respectable foe.

HISTORY
Born sixteen years prior, Mutou Chiizuri was born into the world, not kicking and screaming, but rather being smothered to death by seventy pounds of the purest asiago. Immediately after his birth, it was discovered that his quirk would become one that damages him and endangers his life over helping the boy. As a result, he was put under the knife, and was implanted with a risky, yet helpful device that worked to hamper, yet not destroy, his quirk genetics. He would be able to grow up a normal boy, without the possibility of becoming a gigantic suffocated ball of cheese.
Despite this luck, he would not find as much of an easy life from his less-than-desirable home life. His father, one of the first generation 'quirkers' had evolved to abuse his born power, of being able to take items into his body and produce them later for others to become a heinous criminal and villain in the Kyoto prefecture. Chiizuri's mother, whose power was to turn normal organic objects into mold, took their child away to a more suitable city in their prefecture to escape the clutches of his father's growing gang of villains. Due to his age, Chiizuri's father searched for him dearly, in hopes of taking the boy in as a successor to his syndicate.
Thankfully, before Chiizuri turned ten years old, his father and his subordinates were apprehended by vigilante heroes, saving the day and many lives from the potential risks the crew may have posed for the future. This sparked a light of hope in the heart of Chiizuri, who knew that in the future he wanted to be a hero to the public. A vigilante, fighting for justice alongside the greats. He knew this would be his ultimate goal.
After finishing his middle school years, Chiizuri came into contact with the vigilante by the name of Dan Backwater, sensing an understanding between the two as they shared the same values and beliefs on the laws and punishments needed to clean up the streets.
Deciding at the last second, rather than continuing onto high school, Chiizuri abandoned his home, leaving to live a life in the underground with his new ally and friend, where he would work as the partner and sidekick to the Inkling Of A Doubt agency, working as their impromptu researcher and sleuth. He now spends his days taking care of the basic living around the agency, cooking, cleaning, and researching new areas to patrol at night. As well, finding new targets through any means necessary, to dispense needed justice on the lawless world that is Japan.
