G was home and in his room. He looked at his laptop and at internet and pondered. The weather was cloudy. And it was getting dark. Hana was meanwhile doing business and Kai was asleep. G would occassionally check on Kai. Of course the baby boy was safe and asleep. G would sit back and relax. But still he would think. Look at his life. It was wild how relax and everything seemed right. And yet before he had a turbulent start. One that he would never forget.
Physical... Emotional. Abuse is abuse. All that distinguishes one from another is the abusers choice of weapon. G went through a lot. He was happy now. But still, there were small traces of his past left behind.
What caused him to think about the negative things? The happiness and also internet. Good ol internet surfing. How did he get in this part of the internet. One that would stir old scars.

Emotionally abused children grow up with significantly altered perceptions so that they "see" behaviors—their own and others'—through a filter of distortion. Many emotionally abused children engage in a lifelong drive for the approval (which they translate as "love") of others. So eager are they for love—and so convinced that they don't deserve it—that they are prime candidates for abuse within intimate relationships.
He shook his head. No that wasnt true. Maybe it was part true before. Maybe he was seeking approval before. But now that he got both that and love, he was cured.
Unlike other forms of child abuse, emotional abuse is rarely denied by those who practice it. In fact, many actively defend their psychological brutality, asserting that a childhood of emotional abuse helped their children to "toughen up." It is not enough for us to renounce the perverted notion that beating children produces good citizens—we must also renounce the lie that emotional abuse is good for children because it prepares them for a hard life in a tough world. I've met some individuals who were prepared for a hard life that way—I met them while they were doing life.
He closed the browser and shook his head. He turned it on again and deleted this from history. Actually he deleted todays History. That hit hard. Stupid internet. He walked over to Kai and saw him sleeping. He looked so cute and so at peace. It caused G to smile. He wanted to kiss him so bad on the forehead. But he was nervous and scared of waking him up.
Still, that article he ran into stirred him. He was a survivor. But he still wondered what his parents were doing and what would happen if he was unfortunate to see them out. He didnt want them anywhere near Kai. He was too precious for them. G wondered how Hana was doing, but since she was busy, he didnt want to bother her. Instead he took a chair and placed it near Kai's baby bed. He took a fairy tale book and opened it. He browsed through the stories. He didnt read out loud since his baby was asleep. But he did reminiscence about his childhood and the stories he was read. Those memories were old and faded with time, he could barely remember that. It was overshadowed by the chaos that came later with his Quirk.
The past that passed. It was... bittersweet. He had happy moments. Everything before his Quirk was wonderful. Hana was wonderful. She was part of his childhood as well. As G turned the pages of this childrens book. He thought about their adventures and their games. Sure he had friends that were boys as well. They played sporty games like football and did boy things. But those guys are faded away. He couldnt remember their names nor faces. But Hana remained, they played games, hero games. They had common dreams. They had something special. And she was the prettiest girl in the neighbourhood. He was lucky to have her. Bless every day he spends with her. It just made him think, when Hana is done with her work, he should hug her and embrace her and just hold her in his hands
Just thinking about that brought a smile on his face. He heard a noise and looked at his son. But relaxed as he was just dreaming and making baby noises in his sleep. So cute.
Once G finished the childrens book, he placed it aside and wondered what to do. He was a lil lost in thought. G wondered if he was doing good as a parent. He worried, would he be good for Kai? He could say that he made mistakes with Miku and Haruuhi. He didnt truly raise them. Miku for 6 or 7 years. Haruuhi for 2 or 3 years. They were already developed without him. They had their own invisible scars. He made some worse and some not. Kai was innocent and pure. And he was a clean start. G hoped he would do well with Kai. That was his fear before. Harming Kai or becoming like his own father. It was true. Children that were abused could grow up with a warped sense of everything. A warped sense of parenting. G was always uncomftarble punishing kids. He felt Haruuhi knew that and used it against him. The most he can do is spank her butt. But he knows that wont teach her and she knows he wouldnt go beyond that. G wondered, what to do with Kai. What when Kai grows up. He was scared, and he was worried.
G watched Kai sleep. He adored seeing his son. Hell, he adored seeing Miku and Haruuhi as well. And of course most of all his beloved Hana. Speaking of which, he needed to see her. He got up from his chair and placed the childrens book at its place. He did leave the chair besides the baby bed. He walked to the kitchen and approached Hana from behind and gently hugged her and kissed her neck. He spoke to her quetly in a whisper voice "I love you~" and he smiled and he just lovingly held Hana in his arms. She was the cure for his invisible scar.
