Akihabara. Known for its train stations, wonderful nightclubs, and most importantly, otaku culture. People danced in the streets in colorful costumes of their favorite anime characters. Stands and stores were selling the latest manga issues. Video game stores had kids lining up, purchasing the new game that just came on the shelf. 'So this is where anime and manga are big at,' Jeanne mentally commented to her partner, Rin. 'Yes,' Rin replied. 'Akihabara is know for its love in anime and managa. You'll definetly love this place."
RJ gave a mental smile at her two partners. She walking down the busy sidewalk in her summer clothes and was enjoying herself. Being somewhere new was always a great feeling. That checked all of Musutafu for the sights to see. Now they were here in Akihabara, seeing the sights and taking pictures for thier scrapbook. Jeannne's homesickness had finally came to a calm. For the first few nights here, her and Rin had diffuse early due to the fact that their mental state wasn't in sync. But thanks to some encouragement and loving words, RJ was back together again.
As she walked down the busy sidewalk, she couldn't help to think about how far she came. She was a pro now and she can actually make a difference in the world. New York wasn't too kind to quirkers, being the reason have to keep her vigilante life a secret. But here she was an actual hero and had no real shame to hide it. What fun adventures would come up today?

Akihabara. His home away from home. The karaoke bars, the nightclubs, and finally all the anime and manga stores---oh god Hinata has been missing this side of himself. Hinata was wearing a cute "uwu" mask and was wearing a floral print shirt and a sleeveless tank top under it, black pants and flip flops. A very casual and not what you expect a pro-hero and teacher to be wearing-but what you would expect an otaku to wear. Which he also is.
Hinata was very much content with his current surroundings and the lively atmosphere of the Akihabara otakus and normies all around him. Hinata was happy to be where he was just enjoying himself for once on his day off-it was rare since he was an active pro hero and teacher.
But moments like this he was glad to be alive and well but admittedly he wished he had a friend or two to spend this moment with, he had never been actively seeking friendships and the like for most of his life- but lately he has been craving companionship and friendships. And while he has the first one with Julen from time to time- mostly late at night after work and on weekends. But those are some fun nights together. Maybe he was just being selfish that he wants more than Julen to spend time with.
Hinata didn't get much time to think about it as he almost walked into a familiar face, Hinata smiles under his mask and greeted the woman, "Hey, Unity, Or should I call you RJ here? Well whatever it's me, Hinata from the party, How are you? Didn't expect to see you here?" Hinata greeted the tall woman in a casual and polite tone of voice.
Hinata scans the woman up and down and thinks to himself, didn't take her as the otaku type.

RJ was broke from her moment of thought when she heard a familiar voice. It was Hinata from the Nightclub party they had. She had gotten a chance to see his interview once. If he was in his shoes, she would have punched the reporter right then and there. Other than that, his appearance didn't bother her. I mean she was literally two people in one. She had no room to talk. He was a fun person to hang out with, especially when they were at the nightclub with the other heroes. Plus, he was nice to his niece and nephew at UA.
"What's shaking Hinata?" RJ greeted, giving a smile to the zombie man. "I thought you were getting ready for the second semester at UA by now." She herself had to get ready. The association wanted her to do an internship and take on apprentices to increase her present with the people of Japan. To be honest, she wasn't the teacher type. But she did love kids. And some of them needed to be prepared before heading out into the hero world. Some of them needed... work, to say the least. "So why are you here in Ahkibara?" RJ asked Hinata.

Hinata wondered a few things about RJ- she seems like a classy and nice woman with a few odd quirks. But that's what being a hero is like, to be honest- you had to be a little bit different or crazy to be willing to be called a Pro-hero. Hinata has admittedly started to like being called a Pro-hero in recent months- might be his children-no- his students influencing him. Hinata pulls at his mask down a little bit, so his words wouldn't be as muffled when speaking to RJ about whatever they are going to talk about now.
Hinata gave the garnet-colored woman a grin as she asked what he is up to, "Nothing much just getting some stuff-" Hinata spoke honestly. Lately talking to people hasn't been as tooth pulling annoying as it was when he began teaching those damn kids are making soft. When RJ thought he was getting ready for the second semester, Hinata waves his hand casually with a chuckle and says, "Heh- you know teachers have lives outside of teaching right?" Hinata didn't blame her for thinking that honestly, he felt like his life is being consumed by his teaching job, not that he doesn't hate it.
When RJ asked why he was here, Hinata bashfully looked away and say, "I'm here to collect a limited edition figure of---it's better to see it then say it to be honest." Hinata says as he sheepishly blushes and looks away.

RJ thought about it a moment. He had a point. Everyone still had a life outside of being a hero and teacher at UA. It was just a little rare for her to see it- except for the time they were at the night club. She was here herself trying to relax from the stresses of being a hero. Lately, her nephew had been- different. Mostly because he had been so focused on making things better or trying to do it "the right way" as he put it. When did Desmoshi care so much about rules? He was the more carefree out of the twins and went with the flow of things. But lately, it was like he was trying to prove something. Oh well, maybe it was a phase for a teen.
But she wasn't going to think too much about that. Hinata had the offer to show her a limited edition figure he wanted to collect. She was here to see some anime herself. Jeanne and Rin were talking about it all night long, wanting to see the culture up close. "I'm down for that," RJ said with a smile as the two inner voices squeal with delight in her mind. "Lead the way." As the two heroes made their way to the shop, unbeknownst to them trouble would soon come along their way.

Hinata remembered RJ was part of the Haymaker clan. That family is seemingly growing every time he looks away. Isn't he at Haymaker 4 right now with RJ and her daughter? Yeah, he thinks he is at that number at this point. Crazy. Small world. Other words and phrases to contain his amazement of how many Haymakers there is in the world. And to be honest, he would've been jealous if it was him from the start of the year. But Hinata has changed from the start of the year- his resentfulness had been ebbing away from him lately.
Hinata frankly felt a little weird collecting his figures with what was essentially one of his co-workers. But Hinata shoved that thought into the back of his head and nodded as he spoke, "Ah-yeah of course-it's not too far from here, so it shouldn't take too long to get there." Hinata explained as he started to make his way to the collectibles shop, which he frequents as often as his busy schedule would allow. Which not as often as he would've liked, but that's life sometimes. Hinata must admit his collectibles have been getting lonely, so adding a new friend will help them- not that he has an awful spending habit and has a compulsive need to spend his money that he gets. Nope. No, no siree. Maybe just a little bit.

The two made it finally made it to the collectibles shop, both excited at what they would find and receive. "I for one am happy," said RJ with a smile. "I finally get a chance to find one of my favorite figures here. More preferably-." Right before RJ got to the door, something smashed through it, breaking glass everywhere. There were people inside screaming. She signaled for Hinata to hold on as she peeked through the broke store door.
There were four men, dressed in black, armed with guns. There were at least eight civilians in the building, including the cashier. One of the men in black held up the cashier with a shotgun. "Stop messing around, old man," he said, cocking the shotgun. "Where is the money?!" The old man shook in terror. This was the second time in four months he has been shaken down. At least the first time he was saved by a man covered in obsidian and a man with a top hat and eye patch. At least he survived that encounter. And now he was in another one.
"Listen, I don't have any money," said the man. "I haven't made sales yet. Please don't hurt me." RJ scooted back Hinata against the wall outside and whispered, "There are four armed men in the building. Its a robbery. Eight civilians. No one is hurt but time is of the essence." She flicked her hands and two gauntlets appeared. "Want to play "superhero"? I will cover you."

[attr="class","ren"]MY BROKEN HEART IS BEATING EVEN STILL DESPITE EVERYTHING The two made small talk and chatter while they made their way to the collectible shop, both seemingly excited to be nerdy with somebody else in their age range of adults. "Agreed I never get to do this stuff often, so its-" As Hinata spoke, something smashed through the window and Hinata, thanks to his keen senses and work as a Pro-hero. Hinata was already in Hero mode as he set aside his stuff and strapped on his mobility gear as Unity gauged the situation. [break][break] Hinata internally cursed his luck, that of course, on one of his rare days off, a group of villains attacks his favorite store that he managed to keep his identity lowkey in now he might need a new store. Unity explained the situation to him. That there were four men inside, all armed with guns, and that there were eight civilians. If it weren't for the civilians, Hinata could spray and leave it to them. But with the civilians in danger, he had to put effort into this and save them from the gunmen. What a pain, Hinata thought to himself. [break][break] Hinata pulled off his mask in perhaps in a bit of a dramatic manner and said to Unity, "Okay, Unity, let's do this quick, clean, and efficient watch my back." Hinata said in a low voice before looking over at Unity with a crooked grin and says, "Hell yeah, let's play superheroes." Hinata said in a good-natured tone as he slipped on by Unity, and he went to work right away. [break][break] Without giving the gunmen much of a chance to react to him, Hinata activated his mobility gear to launch himself into the store like a miasma propelled zombie at the nearest gunmen. Hinata stuck low to the ground so the other gunmen couldn't shoot him out of the air right off the bat, and as he slid across the surface of the stone tiles, Hinata then kicked the first gunmen behind the knee, causing him to fall. And as the first gunmen fell to the ground with an audible thud and oof, Hinata ripped the shotgun away from the first man. And by using his training, he quickly emptied it of the shells. And immediately as the second man approaches him, Hinata flung the empty shotgun at the man's head hitting square in the face causing him to lurch backward. Making him drop his gun, and Hinata used the opening to use his mobility gear to launch himself at the man and uppercut him with enough force to knock him out. [break][break] Hinata's actions caught the attention of the other two gunmen who started shooting at him, and he was barely able to dodge by launching himself away from the fire. And now it was Unity's turn to deal with the rest of the gunmen they were too focused on the zombie flinging himself all around the store to focus on the entrance. Hinata should be giving her enough time to sneak up on them and finish them off Hinata's usually not this abrasive or flashy, but he needed to play his role of support to the stronger of the heroes. And if that means being the over the top one and getting shot at by villains, he'd better keep it up. 552 WC [googlefont=Oswald] [newclass=.ren]letter-spacing:-1px;-webkit-transition:all 1.5s ease;transition:all 1.5s ease;[/newclass] [newclass=.ren:hover]letter-spacing:1px;-webkit-transition:all 1.5s ease;transition:all 1.5s ease;[/newclass]

"Agreed," RJ said as she took off her glasses and putting on her visors. With a snap of her fingers, her clothes melded into a hero suit and small stars adorn her afro. Her wedding bands turned into a pair of gauntlets and she beat them together to make sure they were sturdy. Unity was ready to spread some peace and love- punching style! After Hinata charged in, RJ followed, matching the young hero movement by movement. While Hinata dispatched two of them, RJ grabbed some civilians, moving them out of harm's way and towards the exit.
The other two gunmen noticed their partners on the ground. While they were shooting at Hinata, RJ slinked behind the two sloppy gunmen, unaware of the six-foot pink-skinned woman. "Well, that's not very nice," RJ said, getting their attention. "You knowing shooting at people hurt, right?" They cocked their guns at RJ, aiming it at the woman. With quick reflexes, she grabbed both guns and snapped them half like toothpicks- all before they even got to pull the trigger. As the bullets fell to the ground, the two men looked at Unity, realizing that this was no ordinary woman. "Nighty-night." WIth huge thud from her hammer fists, the two were on the ground, knocked out cold.
She turned to the shopkeep. "Don't worry," she said with a smile. "The cops are on their way." Of all the places these guys could have picked, they picked an anime store. Man, criminals were weird.
