She's a pretty little psycho who adores the macabre to an unhealthy extent to the point of being in love with it. Mistress Izanami also abandoned who she used to be, thus now going by Mistress Izanami...buuuuuut she'll accept Izzy-sama and Mimi-sama! Anywho, she feels absolutely betrayed by those among the living and struggles to trust them unless they share enough similarities and things in common with her. Yet, she knows how to behave well enough when she needs to do things in public to avoid too much attention. Or at least the wrong type of attention. See, she's totally lost it, absolutely batshit, but even she knows she has to behave and wear doofy disguises in order to do some mundane stuff since a lot of Pro Heroes and Vigilantes can hand her ass over to her.
Plus, she doesn't want to go back to the insane asylum ever again. That place was the worst! She'll have a work-life balance of being able to use stolen money to buy things she needs to be happy. Life is lonely and she feels like killing people to make them into her friends is the best way to go, giving her little phantoms bodies of some sort so they can all hang out is always nice! A twisted individual with a peculiar way of showing the world around her what she does and doesn't like. Of course, she likes it when people are entertained and demands laughter to the point of going over the top whenever she invades an area, making her minions dance along with her and flipping a shit when her phone either freezes or the music gets stopped by an ad!
