Regaining the Five Stars [Otsuno's Saga]

Character: Otsuno Akuma
Starting Prompt:

During the attack on Tokyo and Mustafu by the mysterious villain Loki, Otsuno attempts to defend her restaurant from the risen dead. But that begs the question... where are the Heroes!?

Story Beats:

Otsuno begins the Saga in her restaurant on a regular night of service but suddenly is forced to defend her restaurant, staff and customers herself as there are no Heroes to be found. Ultimately, she fails to stop her restaurant from being badly damaged.

Seething with rage at the loss of her restaurant, Otsuno has a lot of time to mull things over in the wreckage, eventually coming to the conclusion that the current stock of Pro Heroes are inadequate to defend the people of Japan. As with all problems in her life, Otsuno decides to take the reins herself, looking into what it takes to become a Pro Hero.

Taking a crash course in heroics, she decides on a very unusual form of training. She uses her ruined restaurant as an obstacle course, using her Quirk to restore it as best she can to a safe condition, at least until permanent repairs can be made, with the addition of some dummy civilians placed by her eager staff.

With her training seemingly complete, Otsuno decides to take the test and finds it might more than she bargained for.

NPCs Involved:

Zombies for the restaurant attack, as well as customers that need defending. Then, obstacles for a nearly collapsed restaurant building. After that, any NPCs that would be involved in a Hero Exam.

End-Goal:

By the end of the Saga, Otsuno will hopefully have completed her Hero Exam and be welcomed officially into the Pro Hero scene and be well on her way to reopening her restaurant with a new vision.

Notables:

A Pro Hero slot will need to be reserved. Storytellers will be required for all three threads. After the first and second threads collectively reach 50 posts, this Saga will assume that Otsuno's starter pack has been purchased for the final thread. Until it is officially purchased, however, no other threads will feature this starter pack EXP.
