give me time and give me space
Lucius and Eve Darkrose. Two names on two gravestones next to each other. Visiting these two graves was the deceased's daughter. Despite changing her last name, Lilith was still very fond of her family, always visiting their graves as often as she could. Always carrying flowers to lay down for them. Always with watering eyes as she spoke to them about her day, wondering if her parents could hear her words from their resting place. It felt unfair. Why did these two have to have their lives cut short? Stupid car accident. But Lilith did not want to dwell on negative thoughts for too long. She knew her parents would not want that. They would want her to keep living happily, to keep chasing her dreams and fulfill them all.
Today, Lilith would once again visit her parents' graves. However, she was not here as Lilith Utari. She was here as someone else. Myst, the mysterious maiden vigilante. Not that anyone would be able to tell from seeing Lilith in her current outfit. Naturally, wearing her vigilante outfit and mask out in public was incredibly stupid. That was why she wore a different disguise. A shoulder-length black wig to hide her hair, blue contact lenses to hide her eye color, black-rimmed glasses, blue long-sleeved shirt with a black jacket over it, dark gray jeans, and black sneakers. To the average casual fan of the actress, it would be nearly impossible to tell that this lady was Lilith.
However, it was not just her parents' graves that she would be visiting and putting down flowers for. Lilith was going around from grave to grave, paying respects to as many people as she could. Having bought an insane number of flowers, the lady was determined to visit and leave a flower for as many of the deceased as possible. She wished to pay respects to them all.
And just what was it that inspired her to do this? A few words from someone at the Vigilante Chat that Lilith kept the occasional eye on. It was a surprisingly sweet and wholesome idea. Lilith knew that her parents would definitely approve of it. So why the hell not? The dead deserved happiness and recognition just as much as the living did. And with the recent zombie craziness giving the dead a bad rep, Lilith felt like it was only right to try and do this to cheer them all up.
This sounds like a stupid idea. A childish and really dumb idea. But it's also really sweet. So you know what? Fuck it, I'm doing this!
Just how many of the others from the chat would be here to join her? Would anyone else come pay respects to the dead? The more the merrier in Lilith's eyes.
