Rank: D
Description: The user is able to create the existence of motion by having specific directional shaped arrows appear in the user's hands. However, what makes this quirk interesting is that the user is able to either reverse or extend the arrow to create 'movement', causing the arrow to manifest physically as a projectile, that depending on the arrow and direction it hits the target or object from will push or pull the target in that direction.
Benefits
Perk 1: Motion Manipulation (Range): The user can actively redirect the motion arrows up to 18 meters away from her.
Perk 2: Advance & Retreat (Telekinesis Strength Push & Pull): The user is able to push a target or object up to 18 meters away from the direction the arrow hits them at or pull them twelve meters toward the direction the arrows hit them from. In terms of objects she can move the equivalent of 1500kg, or a Rhino in weight
Perk 3: Self Advance & Self Retreat (Telekinesis Speed Push & Pull): The user is able to use the arrows on themselves in order to effectively increase the speed of their motions, or in simple terms: launch themselves like a freaking cannonball, adjusting trajectory without using her quirk is... kinda hard. Hifumi's quirk's speed is the equivalent of a Leopard
Note: any impact with a surface at the arrows speed deals D-rank damage
Exhaustion and Weakness: The first and foremost weakness of Hifumi's quirk is the fact that it is predictable to a degree, the directional arrows that appear on her hand show the direction the person's concept of motion will be changed to, and often it requires a calculating combination of hits in order to turn this manipulation into an attack. Aside from that Hifumi has little control over the trajectory of her attack once it's activated, meaning it is essentially a straight line unless she is able to hit another time to alter the course again. Adding to that, using her quirk drains her stamina, and getting exhausted makes her prone to lose her focus on whether an arrow is Advancing or Retreating in nature. Going over her limit will make Hifumi get nauseous as her quirk messes with her own perception, giving her a sensation similar to getting carsick.

However, while there are some jests about her title, ranging from whip carrying demon to Lady von Whippingberg, Hifumi earned her reputation as a Demon Prosecutor after a recent court case where she pleaded for the defendant to receive the Capital Punishment, making them the very first villain in history to be put on death row since the emergence of Quirkers.
