{UPDATING FROM}
Ability/Quirk name Palm of Polarity
Rank: E
Effect: The person has a visible orb in both of his palms with two different sides to it, red and blue. These sides are both magnetic in different ways, with the red one pulling metals towards him (or him towards them). whilst the blue side repels or redirects metals around him at the strength of an athlete pushing or pulling against them (E-rank) at a range comparable to a length of a decently sized Van.
The way to switch polarity is simple: Spinning the ball into its other position within the hand. Mosa usually either does it by simply flicking it with his finger, or licking it like he would before turning a page in a book.
Benefits (All quirks get 3 benefits that follow their quirks theme! list them here.)
Ranged push at E-rank strength
Ranged pull at E-rank strength
E-rank range
Exhaustion and Weakness:The effect of the palms will end immediately, when they are covered by something, be it him grabbing onto whatever he was pulling, someone grabbing him by it or him simply putting a glove over it. They will also lose their color with it until uncovered. In addition, since he only has two hands, he can at most aim their effects in two directions at the same time. If the orbs are same color, his hands will always repel each other or metallic objects, making it hard for him to really grab onto anything, whilst if they are different colored, his hands might get accidentally locked in place, making it awkward for him to open them up again.
Depending on the weight or the strength of the target, The effect of his attacks might backfire on him, making him fly towards a target instead, or pushing himself away from the target.
Ability name Protect
Rank: F
Effect: By pressing the same orbs in his palms together, Mosa can make a small forcefield around himself, like a bubble, rippling with every hit, and repelling metallic objects. It can even redirect said metal objects away from himself if needed.

Ability/Quirk name Palm of polarity
Rank: D
Effect: The person has a visible orb in both of his palms with two different sides to it, red and blue. These sides are both magnetic in different ways, with the red one pulling metals towards him (or him towards them). whilst the blue side repels or redirects metals around him at the strength of an athlete pushing or pulling against them (D-rank) at a range comparable to a length of a bus. The arms are also quite sensitive to anything metallic, having made him quite good at noticing slight twitches and changes in behaviour from the smallest of pulls. Occasionally using it, he has found knives or other things among the visitors of his church.
The way to switch polarity is simple: Spinning the ball into its other position within the hand. Mosa usually either does it by simply flicking it with his finger, or licking it like he would before turning a page in a book.
Benefits:
1. Ranged push and pull at D-rank strength
2. D-rank enhanced senses
3. D-rank range

Rank: D
Effect: By pressing the same orbs in his palms together, Mosa can make a small forcefield around himself, like a bubble, rippling with every hit, and repelling metallic objects. It can even redirect said metal objects away from himself if needed. This also provides him a soft metal level durability, protecting him from attacks
Ability name Lasting impression
Rank: F
Effect: Being a man of two jobs, a pair of kids, and very long temper have made him have a decent amount of stamina to do it all. Still, after a particularly harsh day of doing things, he will need his own time to recover.
Now, if I counted correctly, thats 400 exp for D-rank quirk, 600 exp for Protect, and and 100 exp for stamina. That comes down to 1100 exp spent.
Now, I did edit some of the abilities to be more along the line of others. For example, now push and pull at specific strength are a single ability statvise, and I added enhanced senses to replace one of them. Other than that, things should be fine.
