Things were mostly just a normal day for the workers and security of the building and stock exchange. It had been a rather quiet night while various employees in a small number walked the halls here and there carrying out various tasks and finishing up bits of work so they could finish projects or some go home. All the while security well trained kept watch near various entrances and exits. The front and some of the back for deliveries or security sensitive packages as well. All the while some remaining near the doors and other patrolling various halls. Usually asking employees who were leaving or moving through certain areas now and again to offer the appropriate paper work and what not just to make sure everyone was where they needed to be and not wondering anywhere else given the sensitivity of some of the files and information that moved and out of the building on the daily. At the head desk as well in the main lobby a couple guards say near the security and alarm controls keeping eyes on various cameras from time to time. Glancing from their reading material to glance over the images flashing on the screens. While these men were all well trained with proper credentials from the security company they were hired out from. Things often became routine around here and the only crime that usually happened was white collar and not the kind they really stopped given they likely worked for those people. Beyond the men patrolling the halls along side various employees and those at the doors front and back, as well as those at the main security desk. They all often had radios checking in from time to time likely on some sort of schedule as well. It was a well oiled but lightly worn in machine. If one was careful they may be able to crack into it without being noticed to quickly. Along with the main and back entrances other doors had guards as well but had been secured and mainly locked for now only using the main ones as well.

SLEEP NOW IN THE FIRE
Today. Was. The fucking. Day.
Sky was a lovely shade of blue, weather was just about right. The air was thick with something, something Sunaho could hardly describe. It was a burning, volatile sensation, that almost made her body tingle. It excited her, it scared her. It was like the air she breathed was full of fiery gas, and she couldn't wait to light the fucking match. Because today was the goddamn day, that they started the fire they'd been wanting to for so long now.
Sunaho had her gang, and those one-time helpers she'd employed, gather in the closest hideout that the Dust Devils had to the Tokyo Stock Exchange, in an abandoned lot, decaying and old, that would serve just fine as their jump off point. It would be the place they went over the plans for the last time, before heading out on this daring mission of theirs. Before they lit the match.
Her most trusted guys were gathered alongside her in a dingy room with a cheap desk in the middle, upon which Sunaho laid a simple map of the area. To her sides, she'd find the most important members of this mission. Not only was her right-hand man, Matsuda, present, but also the external helpers she'd hired or otherwise gotten on board. Niso Konto, Eldritch, and Yojimbo. Assets for creating chaos, that they'd quickly exploit. Also present were the twins Sunaho had taken into their gang not long ago... She wasn't sure about their safety in this mission, but wasn't about to deny them a chance to see what it really was the Dust Devils stood for.
With the map laid out before her, Sunaho would make sure everyone was paying attention, before she began her explanation.
"Alright. One more time, here's the plan." Her tone was excited, but serious. They had to do this right, and they had to do it well. "First Stage. Entry and securing a foothold. We'll be splitting into two teams. Matsuda, Ayame, Suzume, Niso and Myself will be taking the Main Entrance in the East. Eldritch, Yojimbo, you guys are trying for the West, the employee entrance or whatever other way in you can find."
She looked next to Eldritch and Niso, two people with one thing immediately in common.
"Niso, Eldritch, you guys are entering first. Niso, disguise yourself if it helps. Your first aim is to get in their and freak the fuck out of everyone inside. Break your backs, show them the abyss, whatever it takes. I want people running for the hills, and the security pissing themselves. These guys are used to routine, they clock in and out, they're rusty. We exploit that."
Narcissa had been very handy with her information, just as Sunaho had hoped.
"In the next moment, the rest of us rush in. The East force should be able to take out the heavy concentration at the main entrance, we've got enough speed and force to blitz through em. West side, work together. Yojimbo's got the force, Eldritch got the flexibility. We put security on the back foot, and once they're starting to feel overwhelmed, start start stage two. Total Control."
The plan wasn't, at a glance, all that complicated. But Sunaho didn't see any reason for it to be. They weren't trying to sneak in, they were trying to make noise. They weren't ever going to just control the place without people noticing.
"The concert-goers are gonna be rallied by my boys, and the rest of my Dust Devils, armed to the fuckin' teeth, will come in once we start to take control. They'll be there to help us fight off any first responders too. Oh, and don't forget. Even while the civvies are running... I don't want any of 'em dead. Security... Well, at least try. Cops? Don't care what you do with em. Once we have our foothold, and take over the place with our numbers, we gotta hold control. That's Stage 3."
Now Sunaho was grinning. Because this was where the real fun started.
"We wanna look through the civvies trapped inside, see if we can find anyone important. If not, we'll be askin' for your help, Niso. Matsuda will start opening up a line to the cops and Heroes, and he'll negotiate some breathing room. We act like this is a hostage situation, and use that to waste their time. With control over security, and few windows, we'll be safe from snipers too. Even so, I want everyone watching the streets. If we keep control of the South, the shrine, and the Southeast Corner, we'll be golden. Then... Just wait for me to finish doing my thing, and for the concert to be over. After that's the escape plan..."
The last step, but to some, it might well be the most important.
"Just north of the TSE is a river, and some boats some of my boys commandeered way back in Shinagawa. We'll also be sending out vehicles in all directions, splitting their attention, pushing through. With the chaos of all the civvies we let loose, and hostage threat still in play... Well, I like our chances. Any questions about the operation?"
Sunaho would stand up straight, confident despite her stature, and look around the room for anyone's final concerns about this plan of theirs. Her Dust Devils, with their bottomless faith, didn't ask anything of Sunaho, but she was curious to see what the others might be thinking, what they might still worry about with this brutish strategy she and her gang had devised. Whatever questions there were, she'd be sure to answer them, all while keeping her conviction. At the end...
"Alright... Let's do this. Let's return them to the fucking dust."
With that, her men enthusiastically cheered, and began marching off to take their own positions, leaving the first strike teams to follow Sunaho's lead into battle. Cordyceps, Sunaho and Niso in the East... Yojimbo and Eldritch in the West. However, just as they were walking off, Sunaho quickly grabbed the attention of the twins, walking in front of them and grinning slightly.
"Oh yeah. Seeing as this is your first official operation with us..." Sunaho would nod to Matsuda, who reached into a duffel bag he was carrying to pull out a pair of objects. Masks. Skeletal, horned masks, with a slight difference. Each mask was missing a horn. Opposite horns, as though one mask were a reflection of the other.
"Figured they fit. We get some for the rest of you, if you want em, but it's up to you if you feel like wearing it... Oh, but don't put em on until we start the action." Sunaho declared as she handed the masks over to Cordyceps, while glancing back at the rest of her motley crew.
"Whether or not you wear the mask, doesn't matter. We're all Devils today."
After departing from the bulk of her Dust Devils, Sunaho would have the two separate teams split up and head towards the TSE, each to approach their own entrance. They'd be communicating by simple burner phones, which would let them coordinate without relying on anything too fancy. Trusting Yojimbo and Eldritch to take out the employee entrance security fairly easily, it was up to Sunaho, Cordyceps, Matsuda and Niso to handle the main entrance in the East. As per Sunaho's plan, this would mean sending in Niso to create chaos, before they rushed in to back him up.
Waltzing along the street, towards the entrance, Sunaho had an older man with a duffel bag at her side, Matsuda now without his mask, while Cordyceps and Niso would be on her other flank. The latter would, if he desired, likely be disguised right now.
"You told me you were an 'agent of chaos' or something, right? Well, I'm keen to see how much chaos you can make with that body horror of yours. Make 'em scream, Niso, we'll be in once we hear it. Don't worry none, you're helping me, so I'll watch your back." Sunaho was, sincerely, grateful for everyone's help, after all.
Only a few meters from the entrance, with the guards likely eyeing them suspiciously, maybe even suspecting Sunaho from he appearances in the news, the gang would stop, letting Niso go in first. Sunaho smiled impishly at the guards, waiting for them to act, or waiting to hear the screams from within.
"Matsuda, Aya, Suzu... Once you hear the screams, put on those masks and give 'em hell."

Jun liked this shrine. It was a quaint little breakaway from the monotony of modern high rise buildings that dominated the area. A little oddity among the mundane. How fitting it would house this most odd of groups then and how surprising that they all somehow fit inside but was thankful for it nonetheless.
The air felt charged, unsurprisingly given what they were about to pull off. But where as the Dust Devils and their fearless leader might attach a tremendous amount of significance to the endeavor, Jun felt more like he was about to watch the premier of a highly anticipated movie. A source of excitement and no doubt plenty of fun. But that was about it.
Casually Jun munched on a cheesy bread stick as he surveyed the ones gathered to hear Sunaho's briefing. A few stood out, namely Yojimbo, the lighthouse of a woman who leaned rather heavily into her quirk identity, which Jun found rather endearing. Niso Konto, a delightfully wicked rascal whose involvement was sure to amp things up. Then there was what seemed to be a pair of walking, anthropomorphic plants whom Jun had no prior knowledge of.
"Can dooooo~." Jun said in a sing-song voice after Sunaho explained his and Niso's role in the operation. Then took another lazy bite out of his cheesy treat. He appreciated Sunaho's fire and obvious drive as she explained the finer details of what was ultimately a straightforward plan. Some might hesitate, give in to trepidation in the final hour but so far she displayed none of that. She seemed steadfast and intent of seeing it through. That was good, one didn't change the world with a wavering heart after all. Not that Jun believed this would change anything. But watching, even enabling, the fruitless struggle amused him. He found himself wondering how far her convictions ran. Was she sure she could make a significant difference with her terrorism or was she content simply doing what she felt needed to be done, regardless of outcome? Jun hoped it was the former. The former was a good deal more fragile and far more liable to break into pieces when dashed against the wall that would inevitably find itself in the way of such idealists. And Jun hoped he'd get to see the end result, what sort of person Sunaho might become if she experienced that.
Today was not the day for that however. Today he was hired to do a job and he was nothing if not professional. Jun posed no question, instead digging into one of the slits running down his forearms and pulling out a Dice Pizza box and grabbing another bread stick. He raised the box over his head and Yojimbo would find it hovering around her shoulder. "Want one?" He asked, whether the offer was accepted or not, Jun would then close the box and shove it back inside his forearm. Much like the shrine had managed to house numbers beyond what Jun had thought possible, his forearms acted like a bag of holding from one of those fantasy type games. In actuality it was the biomass inside that so casually broke the laws of physics. Along with the snacks he'd stored in there, Jun kept a change of clothes. A few articles of differently colored pants and shirts, a few dresses too. Something that would be simple enough to slip into to make it harder to spot him in a crowd just in case the need came to it.
Finishing the bread stick, Jun turned to Yojimbo. "As I'm having my fun, please be aware that I haven't forgotten the conditions of my employment." He said, referring to the stipulation regarding the use of lethal force. It was most likely going to appear like he'd forgotten. "I wouldn't want to disappoint our fearless leader."
Jun pulled out a pair of shades and a medical face mask to obscure his features on the walk over to the west entrance. He had no intention of staying a simple 'gun' for hire so it wouldn't do to have his face known already, not for what he strove for. Once inside he could default to his preferred method of masking his face. But that was a little too conspicuous right now. Once there Jun wasted no time and went straight for the door, only briefly glancing back with a sing-song "Wish me luck, see you inside~."
Confidently, Jun strode up to the door, pushed it open and stood face to face with the middle aged security guard standing opposite it. The man was polite but clearly felt that Jun had no business being here. "How may I help you?" He asked, before his eyes were drawn to the globules of flesh dripping from Jun's back and onto the floor, forming a puddle of writhing flesh. It was when that puddle sprouted fanged mouths and misshapen eyes that he stumbled back only to be caught by the biomass lunging forward and engulfing him before he could make a sound. Jun strode past the hapless man struggling against the biomass as it harmlessly absorbed him into itself.
"Yoohoooo~. Who's hungry?" Jun called out to the people, so engrossed in their routine as to not even notice the poor security guard's unfortunate fate. But that got their attention. The lot of them looked rather dumbfounded, their minds seemingly struggling to process the sight before them, so absurdly out of place it was compared to their usual drudgery that they initially simply denied it despite the visual confirmation they had right there in front of them. "Because I'm hungry."But once the ever growing biomass lunged forward once more, this time sticking low to the ground and spreading itself thin across it, there was no room for denial.
A cacophony of screams accompanied the thundering stomping of feet as people scrambled to get away. For many it was too late, the biomass underneath their feet already pulling them in, absorbing them feet first. Tendrils shot up to grasp at them and pull them in.
Picked up and cradled by his own biomass, Jun shot further inside the building, carried by multiple fleshy tendrils shooting forward and dragging the effeminate psychopath right into the middle of the fleeing crowd. "Oh come on now, don't be so rude." Jun said. The various mouths forming and dissipating along the surface of his biomass repeated his words in varying levels of pitch. Tendrils shot out, grabbing people by the feet and arms and hoisting them into the air. "Just sit tight and wait your turn."

Niso was a little… out of it, to say the least when the meeting was called. He was still recovering from taking his dose of MARINE and literally holding himself together right now was a conscious task. One he was rapidly getting better at but a task nonetheless. He’d gone from being a human with full control over his cells to, effectively, a cellular hivemind that just decided it was comfortable looking like a person. It had been a horrific thing to go through but… now that he was mostly stable again. He’d learned a lot from it. How quickly he could generate the things he needed out of his own form, how easily he could mold and shift himself now that he no longer needed to strictly adhere to the limits of human biology… and quite honestly? He was eager to show it all off.
For the attack on St Martas Niso had to call on the aid of parasyte to help him maintain his form but he’d since gotten much better at handling things on his own, so even though he may seem dazed or disorientated at the initial meeting, he was more than listening. He would be going in first and scaring everyone to the best of his abilities. Gooood. Good. He liked that. He really liked that. Putting his newfound skills front and center with another potentially terrifying individual cornerning them from the other wise. He’d met that feminine boy once before but he’d been in a bit of a haze too, just recalling from their help with St martas they had a very terrifying quirk of their own.
As for the others in attendance, from Sunaho herself to Yojimbo, they’d all be surprises he was eager to see, smiling and nodding along as he was checked in with to make sure he knew his part of the plan. “I think I’ll go for a disguise. Get in the thick of it. Once Eldritch has them running I’ll give them something new to fear. Disorientate and disorganize them in their escape…” He shrugged casually about the comment of avoiding killing where they could. “Oh I’m sure I can hold myself back there.~ I like to give civilians the choice of chaos anyway. Cops and heroes though… well I think we can say they already chose their sides in the grand scheme of things no?~”
Later on as they met in the streets ready to enter the building, Niso parted from the group briefly to put himself together. A nice business suit borrowed from his alter ego was currently a few sizes too big for his scrawny, youthful appearance. What once may have been a painful experience of readjusting the structure of their cheek bones, or purposely decaying cells or over-growing to produce the signs of aging was now… no less excruciating, but it was still a much cleaner, smoother process as even the cells that made up the structure of his bones were far more malleable to his influence. Before long he’d return to the group, wearing the same suit but with a much better fit, the look of a more mature, but still relatively young fellow, a more dashing smile and a sheen to his hair that said more ‘pretty boy’ than ‘pot head dropout’ like his old mane did. Perhaps easily passed off as a child of family money looking to play the business game. Swirling his hand he’d lay a dapper little fedora on his head to complete the cleaner cut look.
“Agent of chaos at your service.” He’d chime, his speech pattern the same but his tone vastly different. He adjusted the hat once more before striding ahead. Unlike his opposition in Eldritch who started the show the moment they entered the building with the security guard, Niso simply flashed an ID at the lazy security guard who wasn’t even bothering to fully look at it, grinning as he passed and walking deeper into the hustly bustly atmosphere of the wall street ripoff, taking in the disgusting scent of sweat from desperate money grubbers working for their higher ups with no clear direction beyond just sheer desperation.
It was an oddly delicious scent… chaos in it’s own way… but chaos in the service of masters rather than one’s own desire. Admirable as a visual, deplorable on a deeper level.
He didn’t let his disgust show however, hearing the soft gasps of people who weren’t quite sure if they should be afraid yet, before the crowd started to push in his direction. He purposely let a handful of them rush past him first, before removing his hat and his tie, adjusting his collar like this was just… standard practice. A day at work… before suddenly dropping to his knees and roaring in feigned agony.
“OH MY GOD…! IT… ITS INSIDE OF ME!” He started turning the flesh around his face a thick black to match the eldritch creature attacking from the other side of the building, forcing himself to caugh up blood for the amusement of the few who’d been halted by his display… well, their terror. The amusement was all his. His stomache began to swirl and shift, before rather viscerally, several limbs he’d produced in his gut as he walked in burst through the now redundant layer of flesh in the way, out through his shirt and splayed out around him like a spider, his body hanging limp and looking liveless, back to the ground as the additional arms sprouted from his stomache turned a deep black and carried him around skittering like a spider, blood consistently oozing from his mouth leaving a trail on the floor, rushing around quick and fast to make sure no one felt safe whatever way they tried to escape.
Niso would have loved to see the terrified expressions on everyone’s faces at this horrendous display but his eyes were currently rolled into the back of his skull so it made it a bit difficult.

Post by Nakamura Rei on Aug 9, 2020 9:52:47 GMT -4
The day of the job started fairly regularly for Rei, the large woman going about her usual morning routine before casually making her way towards the location of the meeting. She'd stopped by the shrine nearest to their target, paying respects to the local Kami before sauntering to the meeting. She stood out amidst the crowd that had gathered for today's little party, but that just gave her a better chance to take in the various people who had been called to complete the job. While most of them reeked of 'cannon fodder' there were a few who stood out, one of which being the little girl, Eldritch, that had been recruited at the same time as Rei. She listened as their employer outlined the overall plan, glancing at each person that was named in the plot.
She had worked for plenty of people before, and nearly all of them tended to believe whole heartedly in their own ideals, in this Sunaho was no different than any other employer. That this was a more dangerous job than usual was irrelevant, Nakamura Rei honored her contracts which meant following the instructions of her current employer. She wasn't being paid to ask questions, or offer advice, she was being paid to serve as muscle and provide back up for the plan.
Rei was drawn from her musing by the movements of Eldritch below her, the sight of the small girl pulling an entire pizza box out of her arm more than a little unsettling. Not unsettling enough for her to turn down the offered breadstick, the doughy food torn apart by Rei's sharp incisors and swallowed in large chunks. Turning down a free meal was rather stupid, and she figured the unsettling girl wasn't the sort to poison an ally right before an operation. Maybe Eldritch was that kind of person, in which case Rei would likely have been the victim of such trickery regardless, so there was no point worrying about it. Pulling out a bottle of what she thought was a whiskey of some sort, Rei took a sip as everyone began to move, a single eyebrow raised as Eldritch assured her that she hadn't forgotten the goals of the day.
"I'm sure you can't blame me for any uncharitable thoughts chibi-san," she drawled as she walked after the much smaller figure, kanabo carried in a sports duffel that hung from her shoulder, "you're kinda....well, you know," she gestured at the girl as though it were self explanatory. It kind of was to be fair, Eldritch had been chosen to freak everyone out for a reason after all. Rei could be scary, but her sort of scary was a whole different ball game to the disturbing fleshy constructs that Eldritch was capable of producing. Plus her attitude was pretty high end sociopathic in Rei's humble opinion, the Oni could pick that mindset out fairly easily after so many years working in the underworld for all sorts of employers.
She rolled her eyes at the request for luck, gesturing for Eldritch to get on with it. In the meantime she pulled her weapon from its bag and promptly divested herself of the tracksuit that was covering up her more usual attire, dumping it into the duffel and sliding her mask over her face. It wouldn't really do much to hide her identity, there were too few women of her size and colouration in Japan for that to ever really work, but it did add to the intimidation factor, and that was something that she considered relatively important for this job. She stood by the door for a few moments, waiting for the signal to begin, and smirked slightly at the sound of screaming that started less than a minute after Eldritch had walked into the building. "Freaky little thing," the Oni muttered to herself before walking through the door herself, Kanabo trailing menacingly along the ground, her skin flushing to full red as she pumped herself up in preparation for the chaos.
It seemed that Eldritch had already started up her routine, disturbing flesh forming unnatural creatures as the small girl herself swung through the room on tentacles of viscous, inhuman muscle. Rei couldn't exactly top that in terms of intimidation or sheer area of effect, but even with the little psycho's cirque du soleil impression, the appearance of a musclebound figure with a club taller than your average Japanese businessman had a number of people stop and stare. Especially when said club was casually swung into the midsection of the nearest escapee, sending the man flying back into the crowd winded, but unhurt.
"Get the fuck back in there you little maggots!" she roared sharp teeth glinting beneath her mask in a snarl of faux fury and bloodlust. It wouldn't last too long, the sheer horror of what was going on thanks to Eldritch and what was the other kid's name, Niso? Their antics had really riled up the crowd and already Rei could see people turning to run to the north and south entrances to get away, deciding not to try their luck against the giant muscular woman, but clearly not too scared to simply stay in place. "OI! CHIBI, COVER THE EXITS!" she called out to Eldritch, gesturing with her Kanabo in the relevant directions should the small girl look her way. Rei could hold the Western entrance herself, but she definitely wasn't capable of stopping escapees from more than one door.
One muscular arm shot out to lift a man off his feet by his throat as he tried to sneak past her while she was distracted, the Oni allowing him to dangle helplessly for a few moments, squeezing enough to feel cartilige creak and cut off bloodflow just a little. "I said no," Rei stated in a deadpan before dropping the man at her feet and placing one heavy boot on his head. He tried to move away only for the pressure to increase, stilling his movements. "Anyone tries to get past me, and first he'll regret it, followed by whoever made me have to follow up on this threat!" she declared, eyes now a bright yellow behind her mask, scelera faded into a glossy black. Her teeth itched slightly, adrenaline pumping through her body. She was probably going to have to grind down her tusks again after this. It had been getting harder and harder to allow her body to shift without unpleasant changes as well.
But now was not the time for this, now was the time for her to hold the line, as she always did.

BABY'S FIRST CONCERT THE DOWNSIDE OF SUCH A tight-knit group was the hum of thoughts that flitted across the collective subconscious. Sunaho’s reluctance of having them present—and the rest a drivel of sound.
They were dressed somewhat gothic—short skater skirts, black tees, flannels—their knives were tucked into their waistbands.
The twins stood passively as Sunaho reviewed the plan, arms looped and stances casual. It didn’t make too much sense to them… it was hard to focus with the whirl of thoughts around them.
The plan was dispelled, the groups dispersed… and Sunaho approached the duo, smiling broadly as she offered the pair horned, skeletal masks. They were like the deceased deer the twins sometimes encountered in the woods, except the usual nuances of the skull were smoothed into geometric planes, losing its usual nuances. Each deer-skull mask was missing a horn.
Suzume grinned at the offer, and Ayame held the mask up to her face. It was like they really were Dust Devils with these. Suzume reflected her, and the two wiggled in-sync with one another, as if they were reflections in a mirror.
By the time they were at the TSE, their masks already affixed to their faces. The twins, unsure of what to expect, fidgeted with excitement, eyeing the guards. Sunaho had said not to hurt the normal people—but the line between “security guards” and “cops” were blurry to the twins. And… there was nothing against scaring them, right?
As soon as the screaming began, they followed Sunaho in, descending into the chaos of the room. Raw terror pressed at the edges of their mind—inarticulate and frantic—it was delightful. Ayame brandished her knife—with no intention of using it, and Suzume followed suit, snarling at people who got too close. Wherever Sunaho would go, they would follow, brimming with energy.

The guards at the front were a bit confused finding themselves standing stern and giving a strong appearance. They were high quality for private security. One of the two at the gates seemed to suspiciously eye the masked girl and her ally. He found himself puzzled and unsure of what he saw. He thought about calling it in but as the idea was tossed around in his mind things would quickly take a sudden turn.
The biomass within the walls that found its way in stealthily had quickly managed to dwindle the numbers in the halls with grace and might. Allot of the guards while highly trained had grown dull in their day to day. The idea or reasoning to break in here was incredibly low most of them thought and allot of their worry had fallen into making it a simple late shift for some of them. Many of them just found themselves taken back barely fast enough to even try and draw their weapons before the mass of bio material quickly made its way with them
The chaos making it that much worse for those that had seen Niso's rather graphic display like something out of some eighties horror movie. Some of the guards trained as they were taht remain unharmed after seeing this and the mass in action had quite literally simply dropped their weapons and ran. Supposedly making it seem like a security guards wages even at the higher scale weren't worth these dangers. A few of them even tripping over themselves rather then aiding the 'guard' in such pain and twisting distortion.
Unfortunately most the exits were covered thanks to the well planned strategies. Most that resulted to flight in their fight or flight had only found a quick defeat and destruction awaiting them. Only a few had quickly chosen a different route and locked themselves in conference office. There couldn't have been more then a handful of them holding the door and what weaponry they had raised and readied. Calling out via their radios as now and again their voices could be heard from the downed and dead officers whose radios were still intact.
Others didn't know what to do either given one of their allies had been made into who knows what to call it. Was this thing taking them as hostages? What would it do if it caught them as well? Their minds ran frantically in their imaginations as they pondered all this. ----

Fear was a powerful tactic. In Sunaho's eyes, it was what her enemies preyed upon most. They used the fear of 'the other' to push forward their false Heroes, thriving off of that fear to create tools for the state. Corporations used fear to keep people in line, to keep them following orders, less they have to face poverty or disgrace. Those in power used fear to keep that power, and Sunaho despised them for it. So, to her, it wasn't just natural to turn that fear against them. It was righteous. And what did these wealthy and powerful people fear most? They feared losing control. It made perfect sense to her, that they'd panic at the disruption to their daily lives, at the possibility of having the power and status they thought they had wiped away in an instant with their life. When she'd first met Niso and Eldritch, Sunaho had known they would be key to creating this fear, key to their takeover of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Niso was with her team, the 'agent of chaos' whom she was somewhat wary of for his tendency towards apathetic disorder, but who she appreciated for his aid anyway. Her dogma sometimes simply caused her to be a bit more judgemental of those with motives different from hers. Motives didn't matter when it came to getting results, however. And when Eldritch and Niso were in there... Boy, did they get results.
The screaming came, and it was loud. Sunaho couldn't help but grin to herself, raising a hand to Matsuda, who was already donning his own skeletal bull mask. "Alright. Let's get the main event started." With a forward gesture of her hand, Sunaho commanded the older gentleman beside her. He reached into the duffel bag he'd brought with him, gracefully pulling out the futuristic weapon within. It appeared to be some sort of firearm, but was notable more sci-fi, and didn't seem to have anything resembling a magazine or even anywhere for casings to eject. Which, well, made sense, as this gun didn't fire bullets. Spinning it one hand, he'd take aim at the door ahead as Sunaho stepped forward. With the pull of a trigger, her own explosive entrance began.
Matsuda's gun fired a powerful blast of kinetic energy at the glass doors on the East side of the building, blowing through them and scattering glass into the lobby. Sunaho was right behind the shards, dashing in as her legs turned to sand and she called out wildly to Matsuda and the twins.
"LET'S ROCK THIS BITCH!"
Sunaho would enter to quite the sight within, as people panicked and run in unfortunate attempts to try and escape all the madness. Most of the guards hadn't fared too well, and Sunaho was glad that Narcissa's intel on them had paid off. They weren't expected to be much of a threat, but the effectiveness of her fear tactics was more remarkable than she could've hoped. The consequences of being used to their comfy day-to-day lives...
A couple guards were still left at the East side of the building, and Sunaho quickly took care of them. As they turned with surprise to the green-haired woman, she'd dash toward them with stunning speed, her hands hardening and turning into sand, forming shapes like wrecking balls that she smashed into their jaws, sending them out cold. Taking a moment to take stock of the chaos, Sunaho would glance up to see what the hell Eldritch and Niso were doing... And was a little sickened herself. Damn, these kids really knew how to make a scene.... Not that she was complaining.
"SECURE THE EXITS AND HOSTAGES! GUARDS ARE ALMOST DONE, WE GOTTA BE READY FOR FIRST RESPONSE!"
There was little chance of the Tokyo Stock Exchange being abandoned by police, after all, so chances were they were running against the clock when it came to response by law enforcement. So they had to make sure the current guards were taken care of, quickly.
Sunaho glanced around the area, searching for what was left. A few were by Niso, and some others seemed to have holed themselves up in a conference room, if the information coming from the walkie talkies was any indication... "Aya, Suzu, with me. Got a room to clear. Niso! Think they're scared enough." Sunaho called out to the lad in the middle, who needn't do that to himself any more. He'd likely be more helpful if he could still walk and talk properly, after all.
After that, Sunaho would rush over on her sandy lower half, dashing towards the last bastion for the guards while Matsuda held the East entrance. They'd locked the door, and were holding it closed, but that wasn't about to stop Sunaho. Reeling one of her arms back, the entire limb turned to hard, heavy sand, taking the shape of a massive wrecking ball to be launched into the entrance! With a powerful strike, she'd try to smash open the door, hopefully busting it open and scattering those inside, leaving the twins to clean up.

Jun did in fact not fault the personified folk tale. He'd stressed the point precisely because he was aware of the sort of air he tended to give off. He was quite capable of appearing innocent but putting on such airs was both exhausting and, usually, considerably less fun. And quite impossible at this current moment.
Jun quickly picked up on Niso's addition to their gruesome improv. His many mouths widened into gleeful smiles as the many armed monstrosity skittered to and fro. "Oh isn't it just lovely? That's a successful experiment if I ever saw one. Who wants to be next?" He pulled a group of frightened bystanders towards him as they all hung from the ceiling, gagged and restrained by his biomass. They struggled and tried in vain to escape the bonds, terrified of being turned into such a hideous abomination. "Oh but not all of you can have the honor. Some of you will have the privilege of acting as nourishment for the seed that'll enact the wondrous metamorphosis." Surprisingly, this didn't seem to calm them.
This was fun. Jun found himself surprisingly absorbed in his role. Perhaps in another life he would have made the stage his playground. Drenched in the spotlight rather than smothered in darkness. The thought amused him momentarily before it was pushed to the back of his mind. He had a job to do and it wouldn't do to lose focus.
"Riiiight~" He sang out in response to Rei, a blob of biomass stretched and stuck to the doorframe, covering the exit with the viscous flesh. The eyes on it darted back and forth between the momentarily frozen bystanders. The mouths called out "Help us", "it hurts", "RUUUUN" as a score of tendril lashed out just to give them a fright.
Jun could do this all day if he could. But sadly, with the entrance of Sunaho and the Dust Devils it was, at least for now, all business. Intent on earning his pay, Jun set out rounding up the frightened suited sheep, herding them together with fleshy tethers until he had a good portion of them penned in. They huddled together, some seeking comfort in each others' arms, meaningless gestures. The ones he'd absorbed into his biomass at the start he kept there in order to maintain the illusion that they'd been consumed. In fact they were quite safely stored away within the physics-defying space that constituted his Lovecraftian produce.
Any guards that thought to try their luck against Jun would be dealt with by a swift smack across the jaw by the or in the gut, delivered by tendril markedly lacking in any sort of blades. The arbitrary constraint might have irritated the white haired nutjob but the whole experience had him in such high spirits there was no way he'd let such a technicality spoil his mood.
"Alright everyone listen up." Jun called over his group of corralled bipedal sheep. "It would seem that the experimentation will have to wait. I know, I know, devastating news, please pass any tissues around if you have them." Jun raised a tendril to wipe away and imaginary tear from one of the eyes on his flesh mask. "But oh well, it was fun while it lasted wasn't it? Now just sit tight and behave and you'll get a lovely treat. Or at least I think it'll be lovely, depends on your tastes I suppose." Jun had of course never heard the Dust Devils perform before. Somehow he didn't think they'd be playing any symphonies.
With the initial burst of excitement over with, Jun remained at the ready for what was to come next. A few of his eyes stayed trained on the blocked up exit just in case. "So far so good. Are you having as much fun as I am?" He questioned Rei.

The screams had nearly been enough to drown out the efforts of Sunaho to communicate with him, but Niso could tell a 'friendly' voice apart from the crowd at the very least. A low chuckle came from what was left of his throat, his body bending back the right way as the tendrels and extra appendages he formed retracted back into his body. His clothes were torn up and tatterred but there was no solving that problem at the end of the day really. He used what remained of his clothes to wipe off the black blood he'd made to sell the show and watched as the paniced people around him continued to freak out and run about.
"Ah... this is what I love to hear..." As his self inflicted wounds continued to heal he returned to his own shape and form. The young, baby faced Niso rather than the mature face he'd used to get in here. He adjusted what was left of his clothes, trying to have a droplet of class when a gunshot rung out amongst the crowd... and an intense pain radiating through his torso. A quick glance to where his heart should be showed a still smoking bullet hole... and a low chuckle once again flowed from Niso as he spotted the culprit. A terrified businessman who'd had the gall to sneak a gun into the place.
"Guess some people never feel safe..." Niso started to push towards him through the crowd, shoving aside scared civilians who accidentally rushed between them looking for an escape. Two more shots rang out, one even blowing right through Niso's lower face, shattering his jaw. Fuck that hurt... and the damage to his spinal nerves briefly halted him, but with a harsh cracking sound as bone was forced back into place and began to fuse, he continued forward, a glare in his eyes as his damage continued to heal about as quickly as it was made, the average (G rank) gun barely able to do anything to him. He rushed forward and grasped the face of the man, slamming him down into the ground... the flesh of his palms continued to spread around his face, encompassing it and plugging the holes in his face. He'd hold onto it, pinning him, suffocating him until the struggle passed, instantly ripping away his hand and the flesh returning to the base of his hand.
"Well... that's a start.~" He chimed, resting two fingers against the side of their neck. Seemed they still had a pulse thank fuck. He knew he shouldn't kill people today if he could help it. "Well...!" He pushed up out of a crouch. "Who's next?~"

Rei stared out from behind her mask dispassionately as the chaos first spread and then slowly died away, the two wielders of body-horror quirks worthy of Junji Ito having most everything well in hand. It didn't hurt that when the mostly Japanese workers turned from said abominations, they found themselves face-to.... well, chest... with a figure out of their cultural heritage. One with whom they were told to never fuck. Those brave enough to stare at the doorway she currently guarded quickly thought better of it as she bared her teeth, revealing sharp teeth and small tusks, her weapon tapping against her shoulder threateningly.
With everything going on, she had almost forgotten about the man that she was resting a foot on, his scrabbling helplessly at the foot on his head finally drawing her attention as the rest of the crowd were slowly herded into position. It would be so easy to bring her weight to bear on his fragile little skull and end it, but she wasn't being paid for such a thing, and so she leaned over and hefted him up by his shirt like a sack of rice and began to walk towards their collected hostages.
It was at about that moment that the first gunshot echoed through the room. Rei had tensed, quickly scanning her surroundings, only for the shots to continue momentarily before ending abruptly, the 'brave' gunman restrained quickly by Niso's disturbing anatomy. The firearm discharge unfortunately also riled up the hostages, a number of screams heralding another attempt to run away. Luckily, Rei was close enough to simply yeet the man in her grip at the largest group of attempted escapees, knocking them all to the ground with only a few bruises to show for it. Some quick swings with her kanabo sent a few more back into the group, and the quick removal of the gunman settled the rest down in short order.
Snorting slightly in disgust, she turned and headed back towards the exits, shrugging slightly at Eldritch's question. "Not nearly as much fun as you," she remarked as she began looking for whatever way she could to barricade the exits. Sure, Eldritch had blocked a couple of them, but still, the large woman didn't want to leave anything up to chance. Not to mention, there were still a few unblocked passages, and she didn't want to give the cops an easy time of getting in. With that in mind, she would take whatever she could lift, or rip free, and begin blocking the entrances except for the staff one, before placing herself just to the side of that entrance, her kanabo ready to slam into anyone that walked into it, but her bulky form hidden from view unless one fully entered the room.
Perhaps it was unnecessary, but it was much better to be safe than sorry. Plus this whole thing was quite a bit more boring for her at the moment. The hostages were properly cowed by the terrifying antics of the two smaller villains, and she wasn't exactly much for area of effect, which meant that for the moment, there was little she could do.
She could, however, hold the door.

BABY'S FIRST CONCERT IT WAS LIKE BEING IN THE WOODS again—the wild and impulsive thrill of doing whatever they wanted while the world around them melted into confusion and fear. In a way, it was like the world around them fell quiet, with only snippets of intelligible thought here-and-there. Another directive from Sunaho—secure the hostages and the exits. The twins didn’t have the raw power necessary to guard the exits, but they could gnash their teeth and brandish knives with the best of them.
The girls adjusted their hold on their knives, ready to corral hostages into a neat little group, when Sunaho beckoned to them. They snapped to attention, as two dogs might when their master whistled for them. The pair followed quickly behind her, each grinning behind their masks.
“Su-na, Su-na,” Suzume chanted eagerly, their leaders’ name little more than grunts in her throat. She’d brandish her knife differently, for a moment, and made quick stabbing motions. As she feigned stabbing an invisible victim, she inclined her head.
Could they stab the men in the room, is what they were trying to ask. Whether or not their leader gleaned this from the pantomiming was open to debate.
And, regardless of the woman’s answer, the pair would crouch, knives held with blades pointed downward, ready to lunge as soon as the door opened.

It was chaos, bedlam, like a scene plucked from those dark corners of ones imagination late at night when only dark dreams may come. From those still facing off against the monstrosity of Niso Konto to those standing against the meaty monster of Jun were quickly put down and taken out. Like a ticking clock each tick was another fallen or captured pending their attackers whims. Skilled as they were who could have suspected such an attack on a place like this. They were not prepared and it shows as all those involved slice through the area like butter. Or perhaps in the cordy twins case through flesh when the door was smashed open allowing them too the ability to shine with blades readied for those trapped inside screaming in horror as danger was set upon them. Whatever was left at this point was either knocked out, dead, or successful hostages.
The barricades would soon be forming quickly, But for now their were just first responders attempting to get a grasp on the chaotic scene. The danger of the enemies and the worry of those still inside kept soon arriving forces from rushing through the door. They would need more as well to properly form a barricade and box them in. As reinforced barricades and structures were created inside by the villains. The outside was quickly trying to get a full understanding on what all had been happening. Hoping the rest of the units would soon arrive as well. Slowly police would arrive as the shine of blue and red lights glimmered lightly around the area. Casting reflections off various shiny surfaces or windows around the area. A small combination of car alarms from the patrol cars slowly arriving as well sang together in a small orchestra outside the building. Various firearms and armored helmets stared at the building. If they wanted an audience the villains would soon have just that. As what was already outside was soon going to be reinforced.

Fear and chaos were more typically the tools of more eccentric villains, but Sunaho was happy to make use of them here. After all, against these brokers, so used to control and certainty within the systems that favored them, a bit of chaos to break that illusion was perfect for showing them who really held the power. Of course, it wasn't just a matter of creating chaos, but also of who Sunaho was utilizing to instill it. Eldritch and Niso Konto had been hired for this job because of their capacity for provoking fear in the masses, and they were both excelling in this task.
Eldritch had managed to corral a fair number of hostages, most of them scared shitless and buying wholly into the whole mad scientist routine. They'd believe and do whatever they had to if it meant them getting out of this alive and unharmed, so unused to this kind of conflict as they were. Part of Sunaho wanted to see just how far Eldritch could push the bastards, but instead the green-haired lass settled for keeping them as a - literally - captive audience. Whether they liked the coming music or not.
Niso's own penchant for body horror served them well too, as he managed to play a role in controlling the panicked masses. The sound of gunshots that he earned briefly grabbed Sunaho's attention, turning towards the source, only to find that this 'agent of chaos' had already taken care of the problem. Things kept going smoothly, and for that, Sunaho was quite grateful.
After Niso had taken care of the man foolish enough to brandish a firearm, he'd be approached by Sunaho's bull-skull wearing compatriot, still carrying his own bizarre rifle. The older gentleman nodded his head towards Niso, lightly tapping the unconscious body of the broker with his foot. "Good work. Better he's dealt with now than having him put a bullet in someone later." Matsuda commented, looking over the body with a curious tilt of the head. "Though, one has to wonder, is someone who brought a gun into the stock exchange incredibly foolish... Or does he believe himself important enough to get away with it? Either way, I think this gentleman would make a find candidate for our 'spokesperson' hostage, no?" Although obscured by the mask, it would be plain that Matsuda was grinning at Niso, a nod of the head confirming his message. As stated before, Niso transforming into a "hostage" would give them a lot of room to dictate commands on their terms, after all.
While the manipulators worked the tools of chaos, the muscle brought the hurt where it needed to be. Yojimbo was a simple tool, but an effective one. She was big mass of muscle that intimidated and broke down whatever resistance was foolish enough to get in their way, and that's all that Sunaho needed her to be. Meanwhile, the green-haired girl herself and the twins were taking care of the last of the guards, with the two girls wondering if they ought to use bladed weaponry.
"If you're gonna use your knives, just try not to kill 'em. Stabbing 'em anywhere we can wrap up is fine, though." She didn't want to 'kill' any civilians, for reasons that tied into both her plans and her principles, but it didn't matter all too much if they bled. It wasn't ideal, sure, but Sunaho knew this wasn't going to be peaceful revolution. If things got lethal, however, that would make this particular job difficult - but that was its own problem.
After she blasted down the door, Sunaho would let loose the twins on the guards within, giving them free reign to handle the threat. If they needed any help, the sandy woman would offer it by simply swinging those wrecking balls of hers at the head of whatever impediment still remained. Once that was done, they were sure to have the place practically secured...
And right on time too, as the sparse sound of police sirens could be heard in the distance, faint but noticeable. The first response was here, but there wasn't much risk so long as they kept their distance. Which Sunaho was pretty sure was going to be the case, at least as long as she had way with things.
"Welcome party's here! But it's just the small fries for now!" Sunaho would shout out to the others in the TSE, walking over to a spot where she could address them all. "Make sure they don't get too close, intimidate them, tell 'em we got people inside here, whatever ya gotta do. I'm gonna call my boys and get the crowds in here, so long as we do that before the big boys arrive, we'll be good. Everything from there is keeping them at bay with the threat of civvies and hostages in here until we make our exit. So for now, get his place locked down and keep 'em fuckin scared!" Sunaho would bellow enthusiastically, a grin already forming on her face.
With those orders given, Sunaho would turn away from the group to enact the next stage of their plan. Taking over the place had gone smoothly, now it was time to get the audience in - the real audience. Retrieving one of the burner phones from her jacket, Sunaho would call up her men who'd positioned themselves around the area to gather up crowds, to get ready to march in. With her command, those few patrol cops outside would soon find themselves in the midst of the crowds of rioters converging on the building, hopefully outnumbering the cops enough to force their way inside. They wouldn't make trouble if they could help it, but chances were, the cops weren't going to start shit while there were so many civilians and hostages on the line.
As far as Sunaho was concerned, it was a yet another for them to show the power of the people. Now all she had to do was wait for the crowds to arrive, for everyone to get into place, and for the real fun shit to begin.

Niso rose up from the unconscious body only to see one of Sunaho's closer companions seem to address him. For a moment it took his brain a second to catch up but eventually he managed to remember what exactly was going on. "OOoh... I see.~" He chimed with a wide grin of his own. He was still wearing the suit he'd walked in with but without a thought he tossed side the shirt and jacket he'd ruined, replacing them with clothes stolen from the limp and loose body beneath him, buttoning up quickly and getting ready. It took him a moment, observing the intricacies of his face, even resting a hand against his throat to get an idea of how he might have formed his voice before rising back up to a standing position.
He slowly rolled his head against his shoulders, the crackle of his bones shifting in his face and the skin around them hardly a comfortable sound to endure, Niso flexing out his fingers as his knuckles got a few more wrinkles. His hair grew out in a new color, the black shade it once was dying and falling to the floor, replaced by a head of hair in the new color. He offered his joined arms across to the man who'd suggested they use this face. "Mind zip tying me?~"
Assuming he was somehow bound and corralled with the rest of the hostages, he'd give cries of protest and play the part before being shoved in with the rest, the chaos likely enough to disguise the fact he wasn't who he was pretending to be, and the few who had seen him transform? Probably too scared to voice anything. Now, sure, Niso would love to play a part in the chaos... but for now he was just happy to watch... and indulge.~
