* "KEIKAKU" MEANS PLAN AN OFTEN-OVERLOOKED ROOM ON the campus of U.A. was the conference room. Usually it hosted monthly staff meetings, on a monthly basis. It was also used for debriefing on the more-routine news of kidnapping, disaster, or drama that such a high concentration of quirkers seemed to invite.
The room was furnished with a long table and a collection of leather rolling-chairs. Two walls were filled with whiteboards, markers for which were resting upon the trays. The third wall was entirely windows, the fourth had the door for entry.
The Informant had filled the table with documents, posted a map upon the whiteboards, and was currently nervously flitting about the room making last-minute touches before his two interns arrived. Planning… how on earth did one make the “planning” stages of an internship interesting? It was a whole lot of research and strategizing and… brain-work. And in a school that valued the combat-oriented aspects of heroism, there were very few who took advantage of the cerebral side of things.
Near the door, there was a counter-space with a sink and glasses. Tobias had brought his telltale teapot and collection of teas from the library, as well as some snacks—cookies, crackers, granola bars, fruits. An internship such as this warranted copious amounts of brain-food.
The crimson gentleman checked the clock. A few more minutes, and his interns would make an appearance. And then, they could begin their planning.

Mizuki was enjoying her internships. Every moment she spent with the pros pulled closer and closer to understanding them. She was happy to hear from the Informant again for her next internship. Mostly because her Selena talked about him so much, wanting to meet the stoic pro one day. Mizuki couldn't promise much; the school was the only place she met Murakami-sensei and was pretty sure he was not in the mood to just hang out with someone. But Selena wanted to learn from him when she came to Japan and give her the chance to involve herself with law enforcement in the area.
But enough about her cousin for now. What was this internship about? The last one she did was a murder mystery with the tall pro hero. And she finally got her meditation in with Jessie-sensei, still feeling emotionally drained from it, but more self-assured. But today was filled with a mystery- just like her sensei. There was no telling what he was planning.
As Mizuki entered the conference room she Murakami-sensei laying out snacks for the guests. "Hello, sensei," Mizuki said in her usual deadpan tone, but this was filled with a little more cheer. "Do you need help with anything?"

Yuuto wasnt the type to do this sort of work in his own mind. Ever since the day he lost his father, he didn't have much enjoyment for sitting idly in an office with a quirk like his. Piles and piles of paperwork fill his mind as he signed up for an internship under The Informant. Bland hero name aside, Yuuto needs to develop some practical skills if he wants to stay ahead of the crub. With various people out for his head and the linger sense of danger, he needs to know how to plan out his confrontations and battles from this point on.
He wore his usual outfit as he walked to a place he never knew UA had, a conference room of all things is something he expected. That or maybe he assumes this was a typical normal school to say the least. His mind was relatively calm as he walked to the appointed meeting place. He chewed some gum to keep his mind busy as he didnt want to fidget in front of his mentor.
Coming up to the door, he took a deep breath to get rid of any lingering anxieties as he entered the room. A familiar face, Mizuki Haymaker, was the first thing he saw alongside a huge spectacled man in a suit. He can assume that he is the informant from how he is and the large amount of snacks he has prepared for them.
“I apologize if I was late, had to make sure I had the right place.”

* "KEIKAKU" MEANS PLAN MIZUKI WAS THE FIRST TO ARRIVE in the conference room, offering a polite, but resigned, greeting.
“Good morning, Haymaker-san,” Tobias said politely, bowing his head, “I think everything’s set. Please, choose a seat, preferably one that has materials in front of it. We’ll begin once Samejima-san is here. How are you, this morning?”
He hoped the class wouldn’t be too dry for the pair, sincerely. Fieldwork always had the capacity to be more thrilling, but there was so little Toby could do to spruce-up the desk-work that came with it.
A smile flitted across his features when the boy in question appeared moments later, seeming a little lost and confused. His face wasn’t one that Tobias knew, per se, but that didn’t stop Toby from casting him a welcoming smile and offering a warm, “Samejima-san, welcome. Quite alright, you’re right on-time. How are you?”
This internship was far more casual than many of the others that Tobias hosted, so he had time to make conversation with the pair. To snack and fraternize and all that.
“Thank you for joining me this morning, you two,” Tobias said, “I’ll make no pretense, this is not the most exciting aspect of hero-work. But it is essential to every mission. Behind every smoothly-running mission, there exists a person, or a team of people, who orchestrate it. That is our task today.”
Tobias gestured to the papers upon the table before them. “These resources will help us orchestrate the mission. In them, we have details pertaining to the location, the mission itself, available heroes and known villains present.”
He folded his hands, lacing his fingers together.
“And, just to raise the stakes,” Tobias said placidly, “This is, in fact, a real mission that we will be pitching to members of the Oversight Committee in a presentation.”
A daunting revelation, undoubtedly. The HOC was in-charge of telling the heroes what to do, and when. So they were basically pitching a mission to their future bosses.
“But! We will work as a team. You, as the daring leaders, and I to provide input along the way.”
Tobias did not pause to leave much room for nervousness.
“Let’s get started. We’ll start with the mission, which is listed on this sheet of paper atop the blue folder. Let’s have a look together, shall we?”
The page before them would describe, briefly, an old storefront in the downtown area that had long since been boarded-up, but was suspected to be the base of a villainous gang. The mission was to infiltrate the building and arrest the villains within, but due to the quirks at-play, it required a more delicate, planned approach.
