The alleyways of Kabukicho weren't the kind of place that the average UA student would hang out in, unless they were doing one of two things that UA students aren't supposed to do: tracking down villains or tracking down vigilantes. Jetty wasn't particularly worried about either scenario, although the vigilante tracking a villain really ought to worry about whether she herself is being tracked by more legitimate sources of justice.
The vigilante, Orbiter, was hot above the trail of her latest target, a shady-looking man in a dark overcoat. The guy was carrying something that looked like a spaceman's ray-gun. Jetty wasn't stupid; no alien was going to be so cliché they'd build a weapon that looked just like the sorts of things Hollywood had been putting in movies and video games to represent alien technology for years. Still, even if it was just a toy, the guy was clearly stalking a woman on her way home from a bar crawl, which made him the kind of criminal element that she felt justified in stealing from. He'd do a lot less damage without that gun of his, presumably.
The girl managed to maneuver her flying saucer above the figure as he slouched against the corner of a dark alleyway, waiting for his target to make her way past. Perfect! He'd stopped, stationary. The space-suited figure stood out her cockpit and leaned over the side, smiling down at her own prey, as rings of yellow light began to make their way down from the under-side of her quirk-generated craft towards the man's arm. He realized what was happening too late and grunted angrily as his hand was yanked into the air, forcing him to let go of the gun. "Hey! What the-?!" he shouted, realizing that the culprit was, seemingly, an actual flying saucer. He suddenly seemed to forget all about his stalking attempt, then turned and ran from the alleyway instead, perhaps thinking he was about to become a new abductee.
The ray-gun disassembled slowly in mid-air... When Jetty saw the components float up above her face, grabbing them in a small tractor beam using her antennae, she sighed. There was nothing special about these pieces; in fact, it hadn't even been a real gun. The guy had been planning to shake his target down using the threat of a children's toy. "Well, I guess I should be happy it was a fake," she shrugged, throwing the pieces down inside her cockpit. "Though it doesn't make me feel as though I've accomplished much."
For being a vigilante with some stake in remaining covert, Orbiter was... not very covert. As she hovered above the alley, moments after having emitted an eye-catching quirk technique, the girl lifted up her space-helmet enough to expose the lower side of her mouth and munch on a half-unwrapped chocolate bar. She needed to refuel for more vigilante action! In this conspicuous spot, she could still perhaps escape to the roof-tops, but it wouldn't be surprising at all if somebody noticed her and grabbed her attention before she had a chance to skedaddle.
