She asked him if she owed him rent. And considering he was new to the whole landlord thing, he didnt quite knows as well

As he answered her question, he watched her eat cereal. The idea of Kasey leaving did make G feel a bit melancholic. She was extremely weird and maybe childish and immature, but he appreaciated her company. If G didnt worry about her wellbeing so much, he wouldnt mind visiting her at her own house. But somehow leaving her alone was just so worrying
"How did she even survive on her own all this time?" he thought
She was just so childish
"So...you like head pats?" he randomly asked
He wanted to see if she could remember anything from her drunken state. G usually barely remembered anything, sometimes nothing. When he got drunk. He'd go all the way. Blackout drunk. But he didnt know much about Kasey. He couldnt even gauge what kind of drunk was she.

 Tomorrow. She would have to make a stop by somewhere today to take out the money she owed him. Perhaps she could deal with one of her boss's agents. That would be fine. Maybe she could get G a gift as well for allowing her to stay as long as she did. "Head pats are nice!" she would say, quickly finishing her bowl. She didn't want to be late, but perhaps she could take her time. Maybe she could find a short cut. "I think everyone does!" she would get excited, thinking only of the time when they were watching the mummy movie. It was a fun time, a good time. She got head pats then. Would she get some now? She would not, and could not remember what had happened the night before. It could have been her drunken state, or Setsuna prodding her brain making it hard to remember anything, much less what happened last night. Perhaps she would forget again, but only when she was faced with Seki. "Gigi," she smiled, laughing a bit, almost snorting. "So you have a job-job?" she would ask, amused by her own pet name. It had popped in her head, and she had decided to use it from now on. "Do you think we could buy the house, instead of renting it?"~ 221 ~ |

He smiled and gave her a little head pat as she said that everyone likes head pats.
The next thing she asked was, if G had a job and if he could buy this house instead of renting it
"Well...I actually used all my money to buy a house. But in Tokyo. It was...my hideout before. It was broken and abandoned. I bought it from the person who owned it. Now Im using the money to fix it up and make it...livable... I think it would be nice if I could buy this house too. But working in a music shop. I dunno if I can do that."
He didnt wanna earn money from Vigilante work, so he moved all his money income to a legal job. His earnings were legal now and he had to be grateful for that. Although he didnt care if he owned this house or not. All he really wanted was to live peacefully and with family. he had food and he had a roof, thats what mattered to him. And now he was somewhat making a family. Kasey was his little sister. Miku was his daughter. Susumu being his girlfriend, he hopes to make her his wife, one day.
Thats all he wants now, family.
Money wasnt really that important
He didnt want to linger on this conversation

"Shit." she would finish the bowl to look down at her left wrist to check the time. She had her life, her routine, her order. It was all repetition. The more she repeated, the more the rest of the world was clear. She didn't need the order, but it helped her gather herself. There was no room for random variables. "Gotta head to the cooperation. Then back here to school and to find Miku. Then check with the suit man, then home, then back to the corporation, then to Master Seki's and back home. . . " she said it to herself, mostly to hear her own plans. She would have the tailor job, but had left early thanks to a kind boss. The rest were all around when her contracts were gonna end anyways, since she worked on call it was much easier to just not go back. She would stand and make her way to the door. She wasn't really in a rush, in her head, she had already planned out the shortest path to work, as well as the fastest. "I'll see ya later tonight then Gigi, I'll get ya the monies and I'll try to bring food on my way home~!" and she would make her way out, locking the door behind her as she left. She was going to work, and she was going to do a damn good job there too. But, there was one important detail. Kasey didn't own a watch. /exit ~ 248 ~ |

"No problem. Just be careful. Its dangerous out there" he gave her a warning. And lastly before leaving he kissed her on the forhead and let her go to work. G decided to focus on the dishes himself. He didnt mind if he was late for work. After all, he was the Boss. Well...not really. But he did scare his boss. So he could do whatever he wanted, which included being late. Later after doing a bit of cleanup, he went to work to get that daily money.

These two continue to be adorable, hilarious, and just mildly concerning mental-health-wise. Kasey should never touch alcohol again, and hopefully there will be at least one sane individual living in this apartment before long.
