The sound of gunfire resounded within the Kobayashi Underground City. Several Yakuza were unleashing a torrent of bullets onto the encroaching enemy but it was to no avail. Even if their attacks took down line after line of skeletons and corpses, it did little to stop their approach.
"Call for reinforcements!" One of the defenders called out when all of a sudden a large shadow crossed through the area, knocking several of the skeletons through the air. A towering giant, at least four meters in size was swinging his titanic arms through the air, knocking one skeleton. "Do not fail our boss! We CAN'T allow her to be taken! A nod of agreement was made by his allies, the men deciding to bring in heavier ammo in the form of fragmentation grenades, the explosions blowing entire crowds of the undead into smithereens.
"So this is the power of the Kobayashi clan..." A masculine voice stated a hint of amusement in his voice, stepping slowly amidst the crowd of fallen. The giant Kobayashi subordinate spotted the larger and more enigmatic undead, and upon reeling back his fist charged forward like a bull, knocking away the corpses and soon flung his arm at the undead. However, rather than the expected collapse of the skeleton, the fiend only raised his arm, grasping the balled fist of the giant juggernaut and stopped him right in his tracks!
"What the hell?!" Slowly the fingers of the skeleton's hand closed, the nails on the bones digging into the man's hand. "Pathetic... I'm not interested in toying with a child." The juggernaut started to feel something, a painful prick, like a needle stinging into his hand, and soon the man started to notice his hand turning black, pained screams escaping the man as his body started to decay rapidly. Of course, with their leader fallen the remaining guards were soon overwhelmed while the robed skeleton slowly approached the coffin.
"Just what I needed~" A hearty chuckle escaped his lips while Tapping a hand over the coffin he shoved the lid aside and grinned. "Sometimes all they need is a bit of 'encouragement'. Lowering a hand into the coffin, it took a few moments when all of a sudden a collection of vines coiled out from the coffin and attempted to wrap around the skeleton. "Just as feisty as I heard, a pleasure to meet you: Seraph of Life."
A young silver-haired woman stood up from the coffin, her expression surprisingly calm and collected for someone who was just reanimated. "A Necromancy quirk? What purpose do you have for this madness?" The skeleton's eye-sockets glowed with a feint crimson hue as he declared firmly. "Motivation: I want you to encourage a certain someone, and knowing your Quirk? I realize it be easier to gain your cooperation, instead of forcing you to."
Noticing the confusion in her expression the man continued. "It is much more efficient to convince someone, when you have something they want. That's why I will let you meet him, I won't even force control over your body, but you WILL lead him to me." The vines slowly coiled back into her sleeves and the woman glared at him once more.
"And if I disobey?" The woman's question made him laugh as he stated in response. "Do not worry, you won't have a reason to decline, you get to see your loved ones again and... don't you want to say hello to your daughter? If you disobey you might not get the chance to see her..."
The words made the woman grit her teeth, clearly upset about the matter. Still, as the man left her behind...
