It was a peaceful afternoon within the hero academy, with the summer vacation ahead of them Elise saw it as an opportunity to relax a little and consider her options for the future. In terms of her research she had discovered a potential solution thanks to the help of Nimue: Reach out to Jasmine to try to find out what happened to Rin Kurama, and hopefully find a way to contact the girl for help in her medical research. Then why in the world was she here on the campus, in fact, why at the training ground of all possible places? Maybe nostalgia? It had been empty right now, so it couldn't have been to meet new people. In truth? It was because she had an opportunity to take a break. While she was currently assigned as a failsafe, an optional asset for the school to employ in protecting it students the Germanic lass had decided to find a short distraction from her work by peering through some of the magazines that she had found near the entrance to the training facility.
Curiously enough amidst the comics and manga, she spotted what appeared to be a ASTA magazine, and not just 'any' magazine. No, it was a magazine that had a familiar face on the centerfold. "Captain Fanservice?" Elise muttered in confusion. Just a brief glimpse at the centerfold easily reminded her of their first meeting in Semper Fi. She had to admit Yumi was an entertaining individual to interact with, although a bit dangerous for a mischievous little trickster like herself. The way the tight tanktop hugged her upper-body, the shorts... that bike.... She wanted to bet the magazine had belonged to one of the boys.
"Heh, I can tell that the real deal is much more electrifying, those pillows are a one hit knock out attack." Musing softly she brought a hand to her cheek and pondered softly. "There is no denying that Yumi is a beautiful and appealing woman, so it makes sense she would fit something like a model but why? Does she need money? Is it difficult to do this type of stuff? Is it fun?"
Wondering a bit more an idea lit up in her mind like a lightbulb and a mischievous grin emerged on her lips. "Only one way to find out!" And as soon as she declared that she allowed her quirk to stir into motion, her skin softening its shape as her form started to twist and bend, the slime girl she truly was becoming noticeable for a few moments when suddenly Elise was no more, and instead the very same Yumi from the centerfold took her place.
"Captain Fanservice reporting for duty!" Mimicking her best imitation of Yumi, the girl approached one of the mirrors in the spacious room and hummed softly. "I wonder... how would she do that whole posing thing?" Looking back at the centerfold she tried to imitate the pose Yumi took, and as typical of Elise, she soon found herself too distracted by the fun she had, taking all sorts of poses in front of the mirror, till she suddenly spotted something was wrong: There had been another Yumi reflection inside the mirror!
"Captain Fanservice?!" Elise cried out in disbelief, spinning around as the magazine nicely fell down onto the ground before her, making Elise smile sheepishly and scratch the back of her head while she was still disguised. "ha...ha... I can... totally explain this~"

Yumi'd been stressed as hell lately and... even while she was getting help, getting support from Mosa in an official capacity and even talking to Angelica in a lesser form to just try and clear her thoughts and get her words flowing, Yumi still had a lot of built up stress to burn and in all honesty, if UA had taught her anything, it was that hitting shit could definitely help relieve stress... in the wrong circumstance it could also create a lot of stress but eh, you win some you lose some.
Having changed into her her costume at home Yumi had been idly throwing sparks between her hands as she walked up to the school's gymnasium and training areas. She hadn't booked any time but from her experience so long as the place wasn't too fun there wasn't anyone in this school who wasn't willing to share the space, and even then it was usually empty on a monday since even some of the most dedicated students couldn't be assed training on a monday. For Yumi the day just left her more stressed than usual, making it the perfect day for her to hit up some practice and blow off some-
"..."
Yumi came to an abrupt halt as she tried to cut through the training areas changing rooms, her mouth hanging agape as she spotted a head of red hair incredibly similar to her own, and a very similar outfit on a very similar frame. She'd seen it enough times herself, the costume she'd worn for her Asta summer shoots. She tried to mouth out some words but for at least a moment she was just... stunned, crossing her arms slowly as her brow furrowed, leaning against the doorframe and idly gritting her teeth, unsure how to feel. She already had a bit of a reputation around school thanks to how Darren viewed her back in the first and second year, but this was... a new thing to process. As the person spotted them Yumi took on a mildly threatening appearance by turning her quirk on as she stood there, a thin layer of blue energy coating her from her feet to the end of her ponytail, her eyes still a piercing white and amber in the middle of her face despite the coating.
"Well? Let's hear an-" Wait... captain fanse- oh fuck. Yumi's quirk immediately turned off as she realized who this must have been, chuckling to herself as her charge calmed down and her hair fell back down naturally now that electricity was no longer surging through it. "Jesus Elise I didn't expect to see you of all people... though I guess technically I'm still now..." She gestured to the fact she was very much not looking like herself right now, chuckling a little as she added a little cheekily. "Ya know if Tetsuko was into this sort of thing I think you'd be courteous enough to ask me if I was okay with it first... or, ya know, send me an invitation.~" She grinned wide with a pull of her tongue, clearly just messing with the pinkette.

Yumi's threatening look made Elise stagger back slightly, yet when her quirk turned off and the charge calmed down, the doppelganger sighed a breathe of relief. "Phew, I was worried I would turn into fried gelatin today." Elise mused with a weak smile, yet she was glad to see that Yumi was cheering up fairly quickly. "mhmm~ I finally had a little break from work and I saw your magazine earlier and got curious about why you might like this modeling stuff and one thing came to another~" A little giggle followed when all of a sudden, while her body started to soften, pink slime emerging over her body as her shape started to turn back into that of her slime girl self. "WAH! NONONONO TETSU ISN'T INTO THIS! BIT TOO EXTREME OF A COSPLAYING FETISH TO HAVE!" Elise waved her hands in a clear look of panic, her cheeks flushing up into a scarlet tint while at the same time the last part made her grin sheepishly. "Puuh~ I almost forgot how proficient you are at teasing, no wonder the real deal is much more impactful.
Elise laughed softly, bouncing lightly on the spot as she found herself relaxing and soon took her natural human disguise again. "An invitation?" She tilted her head lightly to the side, her imagination stirring slowly. She could already visualize it, Tetsuko and Yumi, now that seemed like an extremely interesting snuggle party! "Ummm, my body might lack normal organs now, but I think I'd suffer from an overheating issue"
Shaking her head back and forth she muttered softly. "Not to mention I'd miss work if I get to nap with those pillows.... but I doubt that Tetsu would approve~" A sheepish giggle escaped the Germanic lass her lips. It was pleasant to talk to Yumi again, and yet she couldn't help but try to counter a little in return. "Besides I been leveling my power! I am now much more proficient in the art of teasing and lewding. At this rate I might best your defenses with a surprise siege~"
Teasingly poking out her tongue in return Elise thought back on how long it had been since they last had the opportunity to talk. "So how have you been doing~ I noticed we haven't been able to talk much since Semper Fi since so much stuff was going on~ I hope you have been doing alright?"
Of course, the Eisenberg lass was blissfully oblivious of all the problems and woes Yumi had been dealing with so far lately. Nonetheless, that innocent smile on her lips made it clear she was in a good mood, and why wouldn't she be? She did consider Yumi a friend, and one of the few people that had stayed around after those eventful months.
A temporary pause followed as her gaze shifted to Yumi's face. "Still, got to admit seeing you go into Supah Yumijin mode was pretty intense, no wonder a villain would think about surrendering right away~"

Some light sparks came off of Yumi even when she was calm, simply the charge she was holding dissipating as it was clear on her face she was calm and having fun catching up with Elise like this, catching her initial excuse for what she was doing which deserved questions of it's own, but full on giggling when she freaked out about the cosplay kink she'd just suggested she and her girlfriend sharing given what she was currently doing, Yumi shaking her head in disbelief at how cute she could be when she freaked out like that. A bigger spark came off of Yumi as she stretched her arms above her head. "Oh don't fret it's fine... though i have to ask. Why did you take my form if you just wanted to try out being a model?~" She offered that question with a bit of a chuckle, folding her arms up again. "I mean, could you have not just... posed in your own body? I mean not to be rude but you're quite the looker yourself so I doubt you wouldn't have been able to see the same results.~"
She'd chuckle a little more as Elise mentioned an overheating issue, and that, generally, Tetsuko wouldn't approve. Well that was always gonna be a shame. Even maturing a bit and with a boyfriend, Yumi's poly nature was still pretty prevelant and just the idea of the cute Elise and the stern, stoic, handsome charms of Tetsuko... oof. She might overheat herself at the thought of sharing those girls fun, but she wouldn't say anything allowed on that so as not to make the situation more awkward for her. "Wellll I doubt I'd get much done either.~" Is all she'd offer in turn, chuckling a little behind her teeth.
When Elise pointed out they hadn't really hung out since Semper Fi Yumi... oh. Crap. Had it really been that long? They'd battled in the brawl but to actually sit down and talk it had been a long time huh? She was almost ashamed at realizing that, rubbing at the back of her neck. "Wow I... guess it has been a long time huh?" She defintiely felt a little bad about that but- "I mean to be fair you did leave last year and you had that whole medical thing going on... been kinda difficult to get your focus I guess...?" Though she had to admit she hadn't tried to hard either. "As for me well... my blog took off, I got picked up for some real model work as you saw... moved off campus... oh!" She snapped her fingers, something she was more excited to share. "Did you know I got on a teaching night-class?~ They say if I show enough aptitude as an assistant in my sidekick year they might take me on as a teacher!"
She'd giggle a little at her own excitement there, but the teaching part of her hopeful future career wasn't something she got to talk about often.

"Well~" Elise paused for a bit, trying to think about Yumi's question. While she appreciated Yumi's compliment, there had been another reason for Elise's decision to try it out. "You're pretty correct, although being a model doesn't seem like something that would fit me. I mean as fun as it felt to be posing as you, I'm not exactly someone who stands in the spotlight, if anything getting too much attention would be a disadvantage for me." After all, if Spymaster was to become a popular individual that everyone recognized, then her role as someone who acted in the shadows would be entirely ruined!
"In a way, you could describe it as 'seeing things from another perspective', in a certain manner I wanted to imagine why you would be taking the role as a model." Elise paused for a bit, a slight tilt of her head following. "I don't think it's because of the fame, you strike me as someone who likes being well-liked, but not someone who is obsessed with it. A part of me pondered if it might be for financial reasons like you mentioned just now: the fact you moved off-campus likely makes it a lot more expensive, and not everyone can obtain funding that easily. Hehe sorry about the ranting, my work does involve a healthy share of thinking in this type of manner."
After all, as the apprentice of Heaven on High it was important for her to be able to see things from different perspectives. Yet Yumi's playing musing earned a sheepish grin from the Germanic lass. "Mhmm! Sounds like a good excuse for a teasing truce~" Teasingly poking out her tongue at the jest she listened to Yumi's response. It had indeed been a very long time since they had last had the opportunity to talk. "It feels like we both had our healthy share of things keeping ourselves busy. After the medical surgery I decided to focus entirely on my training under Kiryu-sensei, but his death came as a painful blow for me." For the time being she avoided the mentioning of the finer details, or the fact she had been there when he died. "That is when I got approached with the offer to try to apply for an internship within the Public Safety Commission. Semper Fi... Kiryu-sensei's death, all those things made me realize I'm not exactly suited for regular active duty. However, I have too many things I care about, too many people I want to support and protect in my own way, which is why I am working with the PSC nowadays."
Hearing that Yumi's blog took off Elise whistled playfully. "No surprise there~ You got a certain charm to you, and I'm not talking about the quality of your pillows. You got this easy to get along with air, like a certain friendliness that makes people comfortable around you? Although I got to admit I was a bit worried when I heard you moved off campus, with all the Ishtar stuff going on the school has been taking precautions, but I worry sometimes it might not be enough. That and if I someday wake up to hear that you got yourselves into troubles- I worry there won't be enough villains in the underworld for me to blow my steam off onto."
Smiling kindly at the jest the mentioning of the teaching part quickly earned Elise's interest. "I didn't~ But it is exciting to hear that you been wanting to go into the education field. For some reason I feel like you'd be the type of teacher that would keep the students their attention. And I'm certain the hero academy would love to count you among their faculty someday~"

"Well I mean... that dosn't mean you can't 'play act' as yourself but whatever~" Yumi was left just chuckling a little, not sure what Elise even really meant, afterall it wasn't like she was ACTUALLY modelling she was just showing off for herself in a mirror. It wasn't like if Yumi wanted to pretend to be sneaky she had to put on a pink wig and pretend to be Elise afterall, but aaah whatever. it was just a funny thing for her to giggle about in her head. She got the idea of seeing things from a different perspective at least. It was always interesting as an idea to think about what it'd be like living in another person's shoes. Guess a shapeshifter like Elise always had that option huh? Would probably be damn near impossible to track her down if she ever just decided to take on another face for a while...
Shaking the thought away, she refocused on the conversation a bit. "Not really. I mean on the obsession thing. I like to be liked and compliments are nice but... at the end of the day i just like modelling. Helps me feel a little empowered in a weird way, and it's always been fun to cosplay from a nerdier side of things..." She shrugged with a smile. "What can I say? I just enjoy my own lack of shame in that regard.~ Won't lie though it is definitely icing on the cake to make money off of it too, but there's definitely more profitable things I could have done when I was starting out so it's definitely more of a passion project than anything. I don't have to worry too much about that anymore either way, what with my Asta sponsorship."
Hearing from Elise how things went down with Kiryu her brow rose. She'd never really caught the direct story of how all that went down but there'd been some nasty rumors flying around about it, and Yumi wasn't about to mention them either at risk of upsetting Elise herself. Easy to say though she was glad there were a good few of those lies put to rest by what Elise was saying. Afterall it wasn't like Elise herself had any idea what Yumi had or hadn't heard, so she didn't have any clear reason to lie and cover herself as she spoke. "I see... I always thought you were a good fighter but if it's more... not wanting to be in the face of it all? Well i can understand that. I've had to work with Mosa myself a fair bit on that. My problem is sympathizing too easily... worried that'll lead to some villain getting the drop on me one day."
She chuckled a little at the compliments in regards to how she handled her blog and how she was easy to get along with. Perhaps too easy given the people she attracted sometimes... "How about your er... side ventures? You full on PSC now or do you still try and do that medical work?"
She'd smirk a little at what seemed to be a teasing jab about 'keeping students attention' but shake it off with a bit of a chuckle. "I just thought as one of the first formally trained heroes it'd only be right for me to try and train the generation that comes after me ya know? I mean i'd be the only teacher who technically knows what they're talking about!~" She stuck out her tongue, trying to seem extra playful about that tease. She knew her teacher's worked hard afterall to teach them but it was an easy joke to make.

Elise couldn't help but smile sheepishly in return to Yumi's words. She had a point, in the end she could had just acted out on her own, but at the same time Elise liked to use her imagination to visualize things from another perspective, to try to comprehend how the person in particular might had felt. Still, she certainly would have approved the idea of Yumi trying to put on a pink wig and pretend to be her, it seemed like the type of thing that would be pretty funny, or dangerously silly in its own way. Nonetheless, for a shapeshifter like her who could change her outwards appearance fairly easily thanks to her slime, the concept of an appearance or form was as trivial as changing clothes might had been for Yumi. Of course, it might had made one wonder why Elise had settled on this specific look, this 'human' appearance of hers but that was a story for another time.
"I see~ So it's more like something you do simply because you like doing it, and things like compliments are just a fun little bonus. Kind of like me and my piano I guess~" Indeed, despite the fact she was a pretty famous musician, Elise never played the piano for fame, to her music had been a means of expressing herself, and her piano was a beloved companion that had aided her in finally having her feelings reach Tetsuko. "I can imagine the fun in cosplaying, playing the role of your favorite anime character certainly seems like something a lot of people would enjoy." Still, when Yumi mentioned the icing on the cake Elise chuckled briefly. "Money might not buy happiness, but it certainly makes life easier~ Although, it's interesting to hear that you got an ASTA sponsorship~ I recall hearing they got involved in sponsoring a while back."
Still, Elise dropped her shoulders lightly, the cheer fading a little as she nodded her head weakly in return. "I get that, the work of a pro hero is going to be daunting to say the least, and in terms of morality you'll be at a disadvantage. Most villains won't hesitate for a second to kill you if they can, while at the same time you'll always have to fight with the intention to arrest them, villains know that and they are eager to exploit that difference." Indeed, it was sad that most villains lacked any sense of honor, but perhaps that was part of what made them villains: no morals, no restrains... Elise sighed weakly as she listened to Yumi's remark about working with Mosa. "Sympathy? Hehe~ you're kind of the opposite of me in that regard, I'm just too selfish... I wouldn't care what happened to a villain if it meant keeping those dear to me safe." Indeed, going as far as killing a villain to ensure she'd be able to return to Tetsu's side.
When she was asked about her 'side ventures' Elise nodded her head lightly, her smile brightening once more. "I still work as a surgeon, I'm mostly stationed at Tokyo General and the hospital in Musutafu since they are close to UA and my workplace, but usually it's more like being asked for my opinion or thoughts on a problem, I handle fewer surgeries those days since I been working with Nimue-senpai on research for Quirk-related treatments, and the potential opening of a Quirker focused hospital in the future, after all we certainly could use specialists in the medical field once your 'more reckless' peers graduate~" A playful wink followed as she raised a hand to her cheek and pondered softly. "Aside from that I still perform from time to time, and was recently asked to provide additional coaching for a idol group but aside from that the Public Safety Commission is where most of my time is spend nowadays~"
Still, Yumi's remark about the teachers didn't go unnoticed, snickering mischievously in response. "O hello Junko-sensei" She raised a hand in a wave into Yumi's direction, acting as if the woman had just entered without any warning to see Yumi's response and afterwards laughed heartily. "Hehe I do get what you mean~ It must be difficult for them to teach us when most came from much different fields, I mean we're the only school that has a Possum among its faculty~"

"Heheheh. yeah something like that." She'd throw bakc in turn to Elise's summary of her situation. That was pretty much it afterall. She found a good bit of fun in cosplaying and as a model she liked just feeling a sense of odd empowerment through being able to pose and shift her body to a person's visual needs, plus even if she didn't get compliments, the mere fact she was even considered good looking enough to BE a model was powerful in itself to affecting her mood and how she saw herself. She'd never overly cared for her looks but it was always a warming sensation to be considered beautiful or sexy. "At this point I don't even play out the role with cosplaying though. Like, i've made so many i've started wearing some like casual clothes. Which is kinda fun. most of the designs you see in anime are more fun and unique than normal shorts and shirt combos anyway.~" She nodded along about the sponsorship. "I mean kinda. I'm looking to see if they can cover my living situation but right now it's basically just like, a supported job? Like so long as i accept the sponsorship they can't fire me as their model so it's a bit of nice assurance, and it's not like i can complain about the publicity either. Might need that once i'm a full on hero.~" She wasn't so sure about the idea of wearing the Asta logo on her uniform once she became a full hero but... who knows, maybe they'd make it tasteful and hard to notice.
Her brow raised a bit when Elise said she was the more selfish kind, making Yumi hesitate, worrying she had the wrong idea of Elise till she elaborated, chuckling. "Oh no no no, don't get me wrong!~ If a villain attacks someone I care about they're going down. I more mean like... I had an internship with Hacchi where two girls held a hostage situation. I did my best and made sure we got it resolved. It was on the news I think? Anyway er..." She hummed trying to remember the details, it had been a while. "They were sisters... basically a guy worked in the place they were doing this and they wanted to get revenge. He'd apparently drove their sister to suicide... now don't get me wrong they absolutely shouldn't have done what they did but... things like that, I struggle not to feel bad for 'em ya know?"
She was more surprised still though to hear she did actually still do medical work, and as a surgeon no less. Dosn't that eat up entire days sometimes? "Must me hard fitting it in with your PSC schedule... are you gonna do either one full time or is it eating into your weekends or...?" She was mostly asking for her own sake of curiosity. When she graduated, she could have 3-4 types of work to be juggling herself so she was curious how Elise was handling her own work load. She herself was probably gonna try and work out an arrangement with UA where she teaches a more sparse lesson but... that was something for her to consider in the future. Still she explained it was in a lesser capacity so that probably helped the balancing act. "Honestly though I find it impressive you can even do most of that stuff... most i can do is simple first aid and even then I start to panic a little thinking I might be doing something wrong. All it can take is one misremembered factoid to make an injury worse ya know?" Her eyes flared a little at that last information... huh. Maybe she should ask Elise for some organizational advice sometime, given she seemed to be juggling 3 careers herself...
With the attempted tease, she briefly shifted but narrowed her gaze a little coldly as she pointed past Elise. "You do know there's still a mirror behind you right?~" She chuckled a little as Perry was brought up as an example. "Ya know what power to him he tries really hard but... is it also the best idea to get an animal to teach us about human history sometimes?~"

Yumi did make a convincing thought about the whole sponsorship matter. As a pro hero fame was clearly important, and the public opinion and how they perceived you could often make or break a hero's ranking, so by having ASTA's support Yumi certainly could benefit from the publicity. Advertisements, commercials, interviews, there were so many ways they could help enrich Yumi's image, so it was a pretty sound decision from Yumi to accept the sponsorship.
Still, she was glad Yumi understood what she was saying. Of course, personal emotions were a natural thing for a hero to have, in the end pro heroes were still human beings, and that means that certain situations could make them feel certain feelings, and depending on the situation it could either be beneficial, or a vulnerability for a villain to exploit. She nodded her head in agreement to Yumi's words, answering her in kin. "I sort of get what you mean, while most of the times being sympathetic and able to understand another person's suffering would be a good trait to have, I do get the concern that a villain might exploit it against you someday." It was similar with Tetsuko, and Elise couldn't help but worry that her lover's honorable mindset and notion toward chivalry would put her at risk someday.
Elise nodded her head slightly in response to Yumi's inquiry. "I am pretty much working close to full time within the Public Safety Commission, but in case of an emergency or if there is an important meeting I need to attend, I get to adjust my schedule. Usually I work during the weekends also, so aside from my six hours of sleep and a short time in the evening before I go to bed, I'm usually working~ Part of why holidays are such a pleasant change of pace."
The mentioning of panicking during first aid made Elise nod her head firmly in return. "In the medical field there is little room for hesitation, and even less for mistakes, it's similar to that of a rescue hero: lives are in your hands. That is why it is important to take studying very serious and develop an eye for detail, by looking at situations more critically than normally you develop a certain awareness. At the same time being able to think ahead and being able to adapt are just as valuable skills to have. During a surgery I always consistently leave thoughts like 'if this goes wrong, what do I do if this happens?' in the back of my mind. some might call it crazy or paranoid to think like that, but if I was to be optimistic, the moment something does go wrong I'd be in a pinch. That's why being prepared makes me feel more at ease. Although part of it also comes with experience, once you learn the theory and memorize it to the finest details, you just need to practice, preferred on dummies of course~" She teasingly poked out her tongue at the last jest. Still, the mentioning of the mirror made Elise sheepishly scratch the back of her head. "So much for looking at my surroundings in a 'critical manner', right?"
She laughed heartily and soon the comment of Perry was brought up and she raised a hand to her cheek, pondering softly. "I get what you mean, it is a bit awkward but if he can learn the material... I mean I doubt most people would be able to tell us about that plague that came in 2020, unless we visit one of the elderly homes. Still, in a way it's fascinating that a Possum would take interest in human history of all possible subjects, right?"

Yumi nodded along in turn on the empathy discussion. She was working to curb it afterall and while sometimes she wouldn't want to lose that personal spark she had to like, observe a situation, try to get all the facts and maybe help a criminal become something better, sometimes it was definitely something that could become a weakness to her as a hero and that's why she was trying to work on it. She was glad Elise understood that. A part of her briefly worried if she'd had this same conversation with someone like Tetsuko she'd have gotten a much harsher response about that weakness...
She lifted her head back up when she heard Elise describe her schedule, nodding idly along. "I see... I'm kinda hoping to juggle my hero work, teaching work and still be a model when i graduate so... maybe some time I can steal an hour off of you and get some tips on managing my schedule? I'm sure it's a bit hectic for you yourself doing so many things but it'd be nice to get some advice from an experienced hand? Besides I'd rather avoid the weekend work if possible. I'm already running on all cylinders most of the time so I'm hoping when I graduate I can finally get some genuinely free time ya know?"
"Heh, though if anyone's gonna call you paranoid it's definitely not me of all people. That'd VERY much be the pot calling the kettle black..." She chuckled briefly to herself before catching something in what she just said. "... Is that a saying here? I always heard my mother say it as a kid but I'm now realizing that might now be a common japanese phrase..." She shrugged a little, it wasn't all too important. "Definitely something you need to clear your head for though i can understand that. I used to be pretty clear headed myself but the more I study and mature the more aware I am of all the things that can go wrong. I'm actually doing some personal counselling with Mosa for that too, help me try and clear my thoughts and suppress my paranoia at least a little..." She rubbed at the back of her neck. She liked going to Mosa but she also knew the idea of a hero needing therapy wasn't the best image... she'd get dragged from the darker thought though with a chuckle as Elise caught the mirror.
As far as Perry sensei- "Oh yeah! Totally he's a great teacher I more just mean from the outside looking in you know? I mean if any kid flunks history their parent is probably gonna use the fact it was Perry teaching it to try and argue for a redo or something ya know? So long as he can teach it though I'm not personally gonna complain, and you're right. In it's own way it's pretty interesting to see him take such interest himself..."
Yumi's brain caught what she'd originally came here to do, and while Elise was helping distract her she still felt an itch to let off some steam, pointing to the training facilities. "Hey I was coming here to smash some stuff... mind if i set up some targets while we talk?"

Elise had to admit that empathy was a difficult matter when it came to the career of a hero. Disregarding personal feelings on the matter, Elise understood that there were rules and laws in place, and that in the eyes of their society villains were treated the same way criminals would, meaning they had to stand trial and be judged for their crimes whenever it was possible. Of course, this opened a whole different batch of questions: When was a villain too dangerous to be captured? When was a situation so dire that the solution was to kill the villain? She understood it was not the right mentality, and that it was likely the aftermath of losing her father at the hands of Thunder Shock's attack on Tokyo Hospital, but she couldn't disregard the feeling that sometimes actions had to be taken for the sake of the greater good, even if those actions contradicted the laws and regulations set in place.
When Yumi inquired about taking some of her time to get advice in terms of handling the various responsibilities the young hero would have in the future, Elise nodded her head gently in return to the inquiry. "Sure~ I wouldn't mind lending you a hand and provide some input or ideas on things you have in mind." It was a trivial request, and one Elise felt she could easily, and gladly would help Yumi with it.
"I'm familiar with the saying~ After all, I spend the first few years of my childhood in Germany, and as Luka might have shown, we still tend to shift back to our Germanic roots when it comes to our language~ Although I usually try to speak Japanese, it sort of became natural to me after spending so much time in Japan, but I still find myself reverting to German when I get emotional~" It was something that Tetsuko had noticed quite easily, that whenever she got emotional, Elise tended to revert back to using German much more often." Elise raised a hand to her cheek, pondering idly when Mosa had been mentioned before: "A Mosa-san, it is interesting that they hired a priest as a therapist, but considering his work listening to people's worries and providing a neutral and unbiased opinion on it tend to be things he is quite good at." Elise nodded her head lightly, yet the thought of Perry as a topic did make her ponder for a bit about the fascinating nature of Quirks, yet the sudden question of Yumi setting up some targets made Elise suddenly get an idea of sorts. "Sure~ Please go ahead, It actually will work well for my own training, so feel free to set up some target dummies and going along with your training~"
For a moment Elise simply watched Yumi, waiting for her to set the target dummies into their position and after that Elise decided to get to work on her own 'exercise'. It must had been an unusual sight for Yumi, since Elise was not exactly prone to transform into her true form that often, but as her human disguise started to blend into her slime girl body, her lower-body pooled together on the ground, the slime that seemed neither truly solid nor a true fluid was shifting along the ground, yet while one might had thought the floor would become wet or sticky, it seemed that was not the case, perhaps courtesy to the young lady's ability to manipulate the properties of her slime so well.
"If you're wondering~" Elise began as her eyes were closed. If Yumi had been moving or attacking the dummies, she would likely notice that with each motion or sound the slime girl's body shifted lightly, a tiny tremble running through her entire being. "I been practicing a new technique of sorts~ Basically by heightening my sensory perception I can perceive sounds in much greater detail, even movement to a certain degree tends to leave behind this subtle 'noise' that allows me to be aware of things I can't see. It was an idea I had from watching one of those anime the first years are so fond of~ Ultra Slime Girl Instinct, heh I can't wait until Monty hears the title~"
A soft chuckle escaped from her as she went quiet for a bit, seemingly focusing on Yumi's movements and actions.
