Apparently some strange quirker perhaps even a child had been reported out in these woods. It was a odd thing that one of the sun powered heroes claimed they'd take care of. But within that time Perry took a patrolling detail to see if he could help as well. The forest and woodlands were a large space and ground after all and the more people looking the quicker these strange events and speculations could find proper answers. He'd fueled his plane and outfitted it with a a small camera at the bottom to help him survey the areas as he flew over to fly safely and see if anything odd or strange stuck out to him.
The small plane made a buzz up in the air as the engine while small was the style of biplanes of times past. The buzz of the propeller spinning and engine puffing along could lightly be heard from those nearby and bellow. For now he flew above the sea of green bellow peeking over the edge now and again or at the small screen he had attached to the dash and main panel of his plane above the control stick. As of yet he'd yet to see anything of note sticking out to him beyond a skittering creature animal here and there that didn't seem to out of the ordinary one might say.
He hoped he'd find something soon though, He had plenty of fuel for now so at least he didn't have to put her down somewhere in the forest. Finding a landing strip clear enough was always a hassle when you had so many trees to deal with and he'd only recently just repaired the Red Baron jr. after its lest broken wounding from that painter girl he had to face not to many moons back.

Yui was in her rather poorly made tree house in the woods. She had a small table and several rather broken dolls who looked beat up and their battle wounds tended to by yui. "ALRIGHT MEN, WE'RE SURROUNDED BY THOSE DANG RACOONS" she said slamming a stick onto the table as a poorly crude drawn map of the area was being pointed to. "They've managed to time and time again MAKE THEIR WAY BACK INTO OUR STRONGHOLDS." she said as she went "Cause SOMEONE couldnt seem to hold their ground without wetting themselves!" she said as she pointed the stick back to one of the dolls in the chair who seemed to fall over.
"Oh come on Mr bun get a hold of yourself young man!" Yui said as she dropped the stick and broke character to make her bunny doll sit back up. She was pretending to be a character she saw in a war movie with Kohaku and Toma, and while at first she seemed kind of scared of it. She slowly yet surely became desensitized to the violence and began to enjoy the theme and story lines and characters! She was going to continue the scene where she got angry at her generals but all of a sudden, outside sitting on the window sill in is nest a small bird began to chirp wildly. Yui turned her attention to Mr chirp chirp or "Mr. C" as she called him and rushed over to him. He kept looking up towards the sky to where Yui also looked, she put her hand over her eyes and spotted a plane... THOSE DAMN RACOONS WERE TRYING TO DO AN AERIAL STRIKES? Well she remembered in vigilante chat having chats about giant metal birds in the sky who would carry people inside...so why couldn't the raccoons copy that technology?!
"Ohhhh NO YOU DONT. CMON MR CHIRP CHRIP." Well they wouldn't get away with it as long as Yui was around! This is her turf! Yui flew above the tree lines slightly and got in range to use her magic on the plane. She then created a down draft to try and bring the plane towards her, she didn't want to trap it. Maybe she could capture the plane in tact so she could use it for her own devices. If she did manage to in fact get the plane to come down to her level she'd create a strong air current in the shape of a bubble and bring it close to her to see who was indeed inside the aircraft.

When it came to flight via aerial machinery and aviation, Severe sudden weather changes and wind anomalies was always worry and a threat. Technology worked to combat these as well as other variables as human aviation pushed forward from leaps and bounds forward. Perry had studies aviation for a time when his ever burning mind had caught interest in it. He had moved from simple flight via a hot air balloon of questionable make with little to no control. To studying drones for his use with control but no personal important, Before eventually coming to his current Red Baron jr. favoring the ways of the biplane compared to more modern ventures. Of course part of this was simply cause he preferred to use vehicles of his own custom built and make. His vehicles had all been made by him and constantly worked on to improve as well. But even so they had some issues being they weren't nearly as high class or high tech as most modern human models would be. Its size too making some anomalies and dangers several times worse in simulation. Of course this was no simulation...
He hadn't caught but only a brief glimpse of something or more specifically someone briefly flying above the treeline. His neck only briefly catching it as his scarf blew from the wind. His attention quickly torn from the person as his mind raced given his current mission as well. The downward sudden push of strong airflow had cause the plane to not only suddenly use altitude but the wings and tail taking severe physical trauma from the force. The plane's engines sputtered but even as it broke free on the way down it was too damaged and the engine sputtering that it flew downward into the tree line. Several sputtering explosions of leaves shooting up around it as the sound of cracking and snapping tree branches like gunshots heard on the way down. The plane ending up a tangled mess in a trees branch network. One wing hanging off and one half of the propeller blade cracked down its wooden frame. The possum still strapped into the pilots seat heavily dazed as he stirred dizzy and with a massive headache as well as he did so. Only just starting to come back to his senses still having yet to realize how far the damage went mechanically. He would need a little time before everything starting coming together through his dazed eyes and mind.
